Thank you so much! Called Drain-EEZ this afternoon and spoke with Pat. I explained to him my issue with my sink and garbage disposal. He was kind enough to explain to me over the phone how to fix the problem myself!!! He also told me the best way to buy a new disposal and get it installed by somebody in my area in case the fix he told me did not work.  Thankfully it worked and he saved me time and expense of having somebody come out.  Amazing level of service and professionalism! Got this recommendation from Drain EEEZ. Called on a Friday after 6. We noticed our water heater was leaking and scrambled to find a plumber. Matt was very responsive. We sent him a few photos of our water heater and he quoted us a price and said he would be at our house between 7:30 and 8am on Saturday. He was at our house by 7:45am and texted us 15 minutes before he arrived that he was on his way. New water heater up and running. Very nice demeanor! Would definitely recommend him to others. Whistles while he works! Nice touch.

Broken shower diverter - read the reviews on google that these guys are super honest and upfront. Couldn't agree more. Victor was so nice and tried all the low cost easy options first and foremost and actually fixed it on the spot! Communication was great, Victor is so nice too. He even gave me some great tips and recommendations if I have any future needs, tips and tricks to maximize the life of our plumbing, and did not try to sell me anything extra.

Scotty did an outstanding job. He was very easy to communicate with when it came time to schedule the visit. He was prepared and he was on time (in fact he was even early for the follow up visit). He did a good job and explained things very clearly. The prices were very fair and more clearly communicated than other local plumbers we spoke with for our sink issue.

All and all, no complaints, would highly recommend him.

I contacted Levi's Plumbing after finding positive reviews on Yelp. Brian (the owner) responded to my call quickly and he was able to schedule an appointment for the next day.

Brian called me the next day to confirm the appointment and he arrived on time. Initially, I requested that he replace the wax ring for the toilet in one of my two bathrooms. While repairing this toilet, he provided insight into other potential areas for concern. Based on his knowledge and professional demeanor, I asked him to do a full walk through of my condo. He then pointed out a few other areas that needed attention. I had him address each of these areas, which he was able to complete all on the same day.

I was very happy with Brian's work. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I highly recommend Levi's Plumbing and would contact them anytime I have a plumbing issue.

I would like to thank Windy City Plumbing for always providing wonderful service.  Over the past few years, I have relied on Jose and his team for his services from fixing sinks to installing new equipment (washer/dryer) to upgrading.  Just yesterday, they put in a new bathroom sink.

What I like about them is that they are efficient, polite, knowledgeable, timely, affordable, focused and respectful.  Jose gives us great advice on the best way to go about fixing something.  He listens to our desires and offers the best solutions.  For example, he helped suggest the kind of sink that would work best in our (funny) bathroom and his team helped us decide it's position (that would be best for our new sink).  They took out our old sink and disposed of it without leaving a trace in our place or in our condo building.  
Olivia, the receptionist, was the nicest person to set an appointment with.  She was so friendly!  I've always been able to get an appointment within my timeframe or when there is an emergency.

I would absolutely recommend Windy City Plumbing to anyone I know.  I am so happy that I found Jose and his team; it certainly makes owning a condo that much easier.  I look forward to someday fixing the rest of my bathroom  . . . with Windy City Plumbing on my team.

My husband and I recently bought our first home and had a lot of issues with our basement, including bursting sewage pipes, flooding, etc. Eugene was incredibly helpful in explaining what needed to be done. He was also willing to come by on a short notice, even on weekends, and did very good work. In addition, Eugene also installed a laundry box in a unit we rehabbed, and did a terrific job. We would recommend First Chicago Plumbing to anyone looking for a responsive and highly qualified plumber.

Very impressed with the high level of professionalism and the end product. Both Kevin and Moe were willing to work during the middle of the night to get the job done. Kevin also maintained an open line of communication with the flooring guy who also was sharing the work on the project. The cliché that its hard to find good help is notwithstanding with Sound Plumbing - my staff & I are delighted with the high quality and craftsmanship.

Jesus responded quickly when I requested a quote through Yelp.  He quoted me a reasonable amount and offered a time on the day I wanted.  Other plumbers wanted to call me and ask additional questions.  Jesus kept it simple.  He completed the job(clogged kitchen drain) quickly and fixed other problem(slow draining tub) as well.  The job was completed right the first time. If you have a plumbing issue call Jesus.

These guys were great. Kevin responded to my inquiry for turning on the water at the buffalo box right away. He was the ONLY one of many plumbers to suggest that the City of Chicago may turn on the water for free. Mind you this would put him out the opportunity to make easy money for a quick task, but he told me anyway which I think was amazing. Unfortunately this wasn't the case as apparently the house we have an offer on is a really weird type of foreclosure. Any who, Kevin made it happen the next day AND he gave me a reduced rate from his initial quote because it was such a simple task. The guy he sent out (Tim I believe? I am really bad at remembering peoples names it's a definite fault on my end) was super friendly, helpful, and patient. He had no problem waiting for our realtor to show up so he could make sure the water worked inside.
TLDR: I am definitely going to call these guys again for all my future plumbing needs. You guys rock!

Although they did not do any work for me, they were very responsive and professional.  I will keep this company in mind for our future plumbing needs.

I had a frozen pipe going to the outside spigot that popped at the connection, and despite the crazy snow storm, Adam with Captain Rooter was able to get out quickly and replace the section of pipe so we could get our water turned back on.  He did a great job and even checked some of the other sinks and fixtures to make sure we didn't have any issues.  Polite and professional.  Adam & his assistant wore facemasks and shoe covers which was appreciated.

Just found out that the work they did a couple of years ago was not wired properly. Be careful!

I recently purchase a new toilet. Although, I have installed dozens of toilets in my lifetime, I recently met my match, with this new purchase. It was heavier than most other models and the bolt holes are hidden from view.  I called ABV plumbing after several attempts at installing it myself. My level of frustration, prior to calling, was off the charts.

The gentlemen from ABV was able to come out within hours.  He took a look at the toilet and my current plumbing. He then immediately went to work. He was courteous and was vigilant about any covid concerns. He even donned protective shoe covers.

He needed to sweat some copper fittings and add a new valve. This was done in under 10 minutes. He then prepared the toilet for install. His associate came and together they lifted the 118 pound toilet onto the bolts in one shot. I would have been jealous if not for the fact that I was so relieved to see this done so swiftly.

The toilet and surrounding area were then wiped clean. I took 59 minutes from start to finish. This would be impressive for even the simplest toilet installs.

I found ABV by using Yelp. I seriously expected him to say the job was too difficult. I am very happy to say I am wrong.

Mike is awesome! What started out as a simple kitchen drain rodding, turned into an angioplasty of about an 18 section of drain pipe due to excessive amount of grease build up. Then, in spite of the drain pressure build-up exploding sludge all over him, he held his composure and cleaned everything up. Very professional with a great work ethic. Mike is now my new go-to plumber.

Amazing customer service! Expert knowledge, very thorough and patient! Homeownership of an old house from 1930s, even in normal times, can be nerve-racking with many unknowns causing stress and difficulty in risk management.
