Our garbage disposal was on the fritz, and we had tried all the fixes you can find online but nothing worked. Called up Drain EEZ and was greeted by the very friendly owner Pat. He offered to try to help us fix it over the phone as others here have suggested. I was dubious considering we had tried everything, but a little WD40 and some extra elbow grease to work the allen wrench and we had the problem solved. For free. Many thanks to Pat. I strongly recommend his services and will be keeping Drain EEZ in mind in the event of another plumbing nightmare.

Mac saved the day after Lowes and Blue Water plumbing proved incompetent and a waste of time.  

Our water heater died and when calling around I contacted FP427 for a quote. At first, I went with Lowe's because the price was lower, but when Lowe's contractors came to deliver the water heater they refused to install it unless I tore out a wall. No.

I called Mac back and asked what his cost for install would be.  To his credit he didn't take advantage of the situation and give a higher quote; he gave the original price and even fit us in the next day for install.  He came by that evening to scope out the situation and prep for the next day.

Installation went smoothly and efficiently, and he even called later in the day to double check that the water heater was functioning as expected.

I'd recommend FastPlumbing247 to anyone looking for a plumber; he's a class act, efficient, and a great guy to do business with.  I definitely hope I don't have any more plumbing emergencies, but Fp247 will be the only number I call from here on out.

Scott removed my 2 old faucets, kitchen and bathroom, yesterday and installed new faucets, shutoff valves, and waterlines. He did a highly professional job. He was on time and courteous. I am thoroughly impressed. He is a rare find nowadays. I recommend him highly.

This was my first time using Rocket Plumbing and definitely not my last. I called on a Wednesday and was able to get someone to come out the following day (Thursday). Marlin met with my husband was very professional and knowledgeable. He quickly was able to tell us what the issue was and explained in depth how he could fix it. He quoted us a very reasonable price and I was able to call and schedule Marlin to come out the following day (Friday) to fix the leaking pipe. Marlin did a fantastic job and was able to get the job fast. I would highly recommend Rocket Plumbing and I know our condo will use them again, should we have any other issues.

We're grateful to everyone at Windy City Plumbing for helping us with our sump pump issue. It's scary, especially with a new house. We've been using Windy City for years, before we had our new house built and will continue to for a long time to come. Chris and his assistant did a great job replacing our broken pump and getting our system back up and running.

The most horrible thing that has ever happened to me was my kitchen sink becoming clogged. I didn't even know that was a thing that could happen since I have a garbage disposal and am very careful what I put in there!
Anyways, I tried the Yelp app feature of asking for estimates from different plumbing places, and first Chicago was the only one that responded with an actual dollar amount estimate right away.

They fixed the problem for the amount of money they estimated. I will definitely use them for my future plumbing needs.

I will say, they changed our appt time the day of because the plumber had to bump is to see an emergency. Of course, if I have an emergency in the future I would be happy if they came to keep first so I get it. But, if you are a person that is very impatient or anal about time you have to consider that.

Very professional service provided by Kevin!  He arrived promptly for all scheduled appointments and performed the work competently and efficiently and the price was beyond reasonable!  I will definitely recommend him to friends....you can't go wrong with Sound Plumbing!

Jesus is an honest, reliable and responsive person who I would recommend to anyone who has a plumbing issue. He came to our place after we experienced a few issues. He helped identify the issue and helped fix the problem (free of charge given it was a quick fix). Other plumbers would charged in the same scenario.  Thank you Jesus.

Needing to redo an old bathroom with bad plumbing, I called Green Tech for some ideas and estimates.  On his recommendation, I decided to have a steam shower system installed.  Great idea!  I had no idea how theraputic such a system would be after a hard days work, or just for relaxation.  Green Tech handled demolition and complete installation of my new shower in a few days, cleaning up completely after each days work.  They are exceptionally professional, detail oriented, and did the job for much less than I expected.

I have to give a detailed review because my experience was absolutely amazing. If you don't want to read the full review but want to know a short version: I HIGHLY recommend MHJSS, not just recommend but HIGHLY!

ok, so here is the fine print:
I've been smelling a sewage smell on my 1st floor, coming from my bathroom for the last few years. It comes and goes and when it goes it leaves long enough for me to forget about it. Just recently it came back and is stronger than ever, so much so that I can smell it moving throughout my home. I have a family plumber I've been using since the '90s and I'm big on small business so as usual I called and got my home rodded. Since purchasing my home in 2014 I get an annual rodding done since I can't watch what my company and children flush down the drain.

Wanting to get a 2nd opinion I googled and came up with Mr. Rooter, sent a message on their website, and set up a date and time for them to come to consult. I took off work since they told me it was a window from 12-3 pm. To make a long story short, I work overnight and was asleep when they called me at 8 am the day of to tell me they would arrive at 12. Since I missed the called they canceled my appointment. I was upset when I woke up at 11 am to get this voicemail. I took to google again, I had no patience nor desire to deal with this (Plus they told me since I lived on the south side I needed to pay $90 extra for the plumber to come south).

Google lead me to MHJSS. I read reviews and called. I can't remember who I spoke with but the guy was professional and gave me confidence that I'd found the right company.

About an hour later, Danny called me to say he was on his way. (Quick appointment, same day, no BS). He arrived on time with his partner Jose. They asked the perfect questions and before I could explain everything, they knew what needed to be done and starting accessing. Danny took his time and explained EVERYTHING so that I could understand all about my plumbing issues. He showed me things I didn't expect to see since my family plumber does frequent work at my home. I was able to get a Hydro Jetting and he immediately told me why we could smell the sewage in the house.

Being a novice to this entire industry, Danny and Jose made sure I knew what was going on, why, and how it can be fixed. They took their time, did things correctly, cleaned up behind themselves, and did so in a professional and safe manner. They worked great as a team and even better as plumbers. I felt like I'd know them personally before today since they were so personable. I wasn't rushed, I wasn't pitched a sales pitch, and I was comfortable with them in my home.

Bigger name companies need to take notes from these guys. I hope nothing about their process changes because from now on I will be using MHJSS for all my plumbing needs and will continue to refer them to everyone I know, as a matter of fact, my neighbor will be using them soon for his multiunit apartment building (I gave him MHJSS phone number, LOL).

I called this morning around 7:30 to service a leaky toilet that was making
a mess, and Adam Avizius showed up by 9:30 to fix it. He and his teammate Andy were in and out in under 30 minutes. They were professional and clean and fast. What more can you ask for!? It wasn't the cheapest, but I didn't have time to get a bunch more quotes and I doubt other companies would have been much cheaper.

Darrell and Nel got to my house less than an hour and a half after my initial call.   They quickly fixed our electrical issue.     Excelent service.

About as honest and straightforward as it gets.  Great guy and even better plumber!  He explained everything that was going to be done, was flexible around our schedule and most importantly fixed the issue we were having.  I'm glad to find a go to plumber we can depend on with fair and transparent pricing.
