Pat came out to my apartment when my drains clogged.  He had a flat rate to clear my clog: $175/tub and $175/sink.  He ended up charged me $300 to clear my tub and sink and  changed my sink pipes on his own, which was very nice.  The work was quickly and well done.   Pat is knowledgable and responsive.

Being without hot water for 4 days due to another plumbing company giving us the run around and telling us they couldn't repair our current water hearted I searched Yelp and found Fastplumbing247.  I called them immediately and spoke with Mac.  He asked me a bunch of questions and knew all about the current water heater I had.  He said he could get the part to fix what he thought was wrong with it by the next morning.  Jimmy Mac, Mac's son called me first thing in the morning to let me know he was on his way (earlier then they estimated which was great).  When he arrived he got right to work and unfortunately found that my water heater was toast.  He explained everything and went over all of the options with me.  I had a new water heater installed within an hour and a half.  They were professional and knowledgable.  Their pricing was also much better than anyone else we contacted.  I will definitely be recommending them to everyone.  Thank you for such wonderful service!!!

We recently had a water heater leak and had a great experience with Rescue Plumbing. They were very responsive and sent a professional at the same day. The plumber confirmed the call 10 mins before he arrived. He analyzed the root cause issue was the valve worn out and suggested to replaced a new brass valve.  He fixed it very quick and our water heater is no loner leaking. He is professional and helpful and also explain how to maintain it in he future. We will definitely use them again. Thank you!

Great service at a great price! We had an issue with our garbage disposal and a back up in the plumbing. Scotty fixed the issue quickly and we haven't had any issues since!

The guys at Rocket Plumbing are first class in every way. My wife and I were remodeling one of the units in our building that required moving some of the pipes around as well as replacing some old galvanized steel water lines in the basement. Sam and Geoff were here working diligently all day and came back promptly the following day to finish up the work they still had left to do. They worked so well as a team to quickly and efficiently finish the project. Sam was polite, knowledgable, very skilled at his craft and took the time to explain all that he was doing. Geoff was equally as polite, very attentive, and without him the project would not have gone as smoothly as it did! Even Brian, the owner, even came by to say hi and make sure things were going well. We won't be going with anyone but Rocket Plumbing from here on out.

Had an outside drain that was clogged and would spill into the house because of it. They came out and were very upfront about what they would need to do and what the potential problem was. Just finished my appointment with First Chicago Plumbing, and after the disasters I have been dealing with from other contractors I've used, I felt compelled to leave this review on a business that does things right. Eugene was quick to respond and very professional over email. Scheduling an appointment was easy and they were able to make it out the same week.

Jorge and Sergio (I believe that was his name) were the ones on site. They were nice and explained everything to me. There was some work that was up in the air on whether it needed to be done, and ultimately they were able to get the job done without the additional work.

The biggest part of my work was correcting a disposal hook up my contractor horribly botched during my kitchen renovation. They were able to correct everything and hook it up correctly. It looks SO much better (see before and after pictures attached).

Everything was cleaned up and then tested in front of me to make sure it worked.

I thought the price was fair and very close to the quote I received. It's the city, so if you want good work you can't cheap out (as I've learned the hard way). Ultimately I was just happy to have actual licensed professionals who knew what they were doing.

I'll definitely use these guys again and keep them on my speed-dial for any future plumbing needs!

Jesus got back to me within 20 minutes of my initial email on a Sunday and was in my kitchen Monday at 1, just as promised. He also let me know when something was going to cost more before he proceeded with the work. Importantly, he let me know that his solution (rodding the sink pipe) may not solve the issue, but it did. Will definitely call him in the future.

My 97 year old mother-in-law was given an outrageous estimate to repair or replace her 65 year old bathroom sink from another plumbing company.  I contacted Kevin at Green Tech and found out that he is familiar with her classic Crane sink.  On their first visit, it was determined that the repair parts for that sink would be very expensive, and a replacement sink was suggested.  Kevin went above and beyond to find a sink/faucet combination that complimented her 1950's motive.  He worked with my mother-in-law to keep the price within her budget.  The installer did a very professional job.  My mother-in-law is very pleased with how closely the sink matches the other bathroom fixtures.

It is very refreshing to find a plumbing company that does not take advantage of the elderly.

Adam was very professional and knowledgeable. He helped me clean and maintain my sump pump as well a upgrade it. He gave advice as to how better maintain the equipment. He also looked at the big picture and gave feedback on other areas outside of the issue he was resolving.

Had an old rusty bathroom exhaust fan that needed to be replaced so I tried to fix it myself. Once I realized how big of a job it was I got a few quotes. They were outrageous in the thousands of dollars! But when I called sims and sons their quote was more than HALF of the other guys. Darrell And Enis came over right away, supplied the fan (at NO up charge! Everyone else does), and installed it beautifully. Highly recommend these guys!!!

Dmitri was amazing!  After our previous plumber had repaired a leaking kitchen faucet, we noticed the water pressure had dropped significantly.    We called this plumber for some help trouble-shooting; the owner was completely uninterested in helping us, and failed to even return my call.

I then researched local plumbers on Yelp and noticed that CJ Plumbing in Evanston had received spectacular reviews.  I called and talked to Dmitri, the owner.  He said he could probably correct the problem with minimal time and effort; he volunteered to come over and do this free of charge!
That's exactly what he did this afternoon, and our water pressure is now restored.

Juan came out and did the most thorough cleaning of the pipes. Inside, outside and to the street. I've got a lot of roots and with his camera, he showed me exactly where the problem areas are and was able to show before and after.
