I had a serious clog in my bathroom which was preventing my bathtub from draining at all.  I had previously hired another plumbing company which was unable to resolve the problem.  When I called Drain-EEZ, I had some questions about the service and the secretary transferred me to Pat, who was very helpful in answering my questions.  He expressed a high level of confidence that he would be able to clear the clog.  

When he was unsuccessful in making it past the clog through the tub, he took the sink apart and was eventually able to break through.  The first plumbing company gave up after they were not able to go through the tub.  Pat was also helpful in addressing my questions and general concerns.  I would hire Pat again as I found him to be both informative and skillful.

Mac was great! Very helpful and fast. My water heater wouldn't heat, and he was able to help me within 24 hours, finishing the job in under 15 minutes. He was also well priced, compared to other companies I had encountered!

I just purchased a home and the pipes to the washing machine were leaking in the basement, they replaced the pipes, mounted it to the basement wall and made everything look so neat and clean. 2 days later they came back to put gas lines in extending 50 feet from the furnace around my basement because there were no gas lines (the dryer and stove were electric) it was an extensive job, but they completed it in 3 hours and their price was over $1000 less than other quotes I got. The work was done well, it looks neat and thorough. Vincent and his team were amazing, very nice, with excellent customer service. I will never use any other plumbing service ever again.

I requested a quote on yelp and they responded within minutes & they said a technician can come out & gives me a FREE quote with no obligation. They arrived in minutes and my toilet soon was able to flushing like it was brand new! I appreciate them walking in with booties and walking me through the whole process & answering my questions. Responsive and gave us honest recommendations to fix issue compared to another company which we got a quote for 4x the amount we ended up spending.

Our water heater died on Sunday.  We contacted one company, who showed up, told us we needed a new one (which we had told them), and that it would take seven days to order and get one (and hence seven more days with only ice cold water)!?  And charged us to tell us what we already told them, and thought they were coming to rectify. Guess not.
     Enter Rocket Plumbing, who tried to get someone out the same day so we could have hot water again (not pleasant in single digit temps).   While they could not accomplish this, they were great to work with and had someone out the very next day.  Tony was professional, friendly, well-mannered and straight-forward about what we needed.  They went and got a top-of-the-line Bradford White 75 gallon water heater from a local distributor (imagine that, it took 45 minutes, not 7 days) corrected a piping problem (seriously, the old one was in backwards because of the pipes) and we had hot water again.  It was efficient, painless, and actual decent customer service.  Tony is even coming back today because he did not have the correct size of valve with him and he does not want us to have problems in the future because of it.
     Bottom line, Rocket Plumbing was responsive, listened to what we needed, got someone out quite quickly, did an excellent job, and sent a service technician to our home who was actually friendly, could communicate and was customer centric.  In a service industry flooded with inadequate workers who try to gouge you on cost while providing less than stellar customer service....Rocket Plumbing was a refreshing return to how things should be.  Why would you accept anything less!?

So i was in need of a nasty main line clog. I spoke to Jose personally and spoke about pricing and how fast would they be able to pass by and do the job. Next day Chris passes by to do the job n finished in 30 min. These guys r good n for the work they did the price was the cheapest in town compared to other plumbing companies.

They installed tankless water heater in my house instead of regular tank. The whole process from getting a quote to the finished installation was very smooth. Eugene guided me through the whole process. Then they even sent me some information on how to get rebates on my tax return for installing a tankless water heater which was very helpful. The quote I got completely online, based on pictures and answering a few questions. The final price I paid matched the quote provided. The job looks beautiful! I've worked with Sound Plumbing on a number of occasions and have had nothing but positive experiences. Their 5 stars are well deserved. Everyone I've interacted with has been professional, courteous and most importantly competent. They're efficient while still taking the time to explain what they're doing and why.  The pricing was competitive when I first hired them to replace a hot water heater and it's refreshing to have someone I can rely on whenever a plumbing issues arises. I cannot recommend Sound Plumbing enough. If everyone operated like they do, we wouldn't need to depend on Yelp to find good help.

Excellent Work! I cannot tell you how many other plumbers we called to fix our ejector pump. Those other guys came in and kicked the tires and supposedly fixed it. As soon as they leave the ejector pump would stop working. I have spent over $1,000 in putting a band aid to the broken ejector pump. Finally today, I had enough and finally called Green Tech Plumbing. I spoke with Kevin and told him the history. He thought it would be an easy fix based on the symptoms but when he sent the plumber over he did a thorough analysis and tested everything. He was not afraid to get his hands dirty and go to the real issue. A towel! A freaking TOWEL! Anyway, I only wish I called these guys first instead of having wasted so much money with the other guys and time. If you do not call Green Tech for your plumbing needs, you are doing it wrong.

After contacting several other companies which either went ghost on us or gave insanely high quotes, Mike replied so quickly with a reasonable quote- much lower than any others in the area. He offered to send a professional to our home the next business day and they were right on time. Daniel was quick, informative and he fixed the problem immediately, and I ended up having to pay less than expected which was great. I will definitely be calling them again in the future should I have any other plumbing issues!

I needed help fixing a leaky pipe underneath my kitchen sink along with having my toilet replaced, and their plumber Manny came and provided friendly and helpful service. He made sure the work was to my satisfaction, and he took care of everything I needed.

This review is long overdue. Darrell is hands down the best of the best. We reached out to him to receive an estimate on getting a bunch of electrical work done on our condo. He was quick to arrive, explain everything, and provide a really fair price. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to friends and will for sure be using his services in the future!

I can't say enough about the service I received from ABV!  My hot water heater went out - other plumbers were giving me dates a week or more away!  Not sure how we would have showered - it's 10° outside and I think our water was even colder!  Talked with them last night and they were out here by 8:30am!  Did great work and I am looking forward to a nice hot shower

These guys were great. Followed all appropriate COVID protocol.  Easily diagnosed my shower problem and sought out an effective fix for it rather than just replacing a bunch of parts. I called in the morning and everything was fixed same day. I like these guys. They're my new go-to guys for plumbing.

Great, fast service from Mike the Plumber. He came on short notice to remove then reinstall my kitchen sink plumbing after I had some new counter tops installed. He even fixed my bathroom toilet (slow to fill up) and unclogged my bathroom sink.  The price was very reasonable and he performed everything very quickly. If I ever have any plumbing issues I will be sure to call Mike.

They were amazing and did a great job to fix my toilet issue. I can't recommend them enough. They explained the whole process and were so accommodating. Fantastic!
