I just want to say that Pat was very helpful to me when I needed the advice of an expert. I discovered after removing my toilet for what I thought would be an easy job of replacing a wax seal, that there was a much bigger problem there. Without going into all the details, suffice to say that Pat provided service above and beyond my expectations and I would highly recommend him.

These guys were great! We needed a new water heater and Mac and Jimmy walked me through all of the options. They were professional, timely, and clean. I would definitely use fast plumbing again.

They were very responsive and came to fix our bathroom sink within a couple days of reaching out. (Probably would've come sooner but I wasn't available) They arrived on time and were very efficient with their work. Dan was super friendly and walked me through everything he did. Long story short, I am in the middle of doing a kitchen renovation and am trying to do most the work myself. When we first experienced plumbing issues in our kitchen sink. I sent over some pictures to see what it would cost to fix and what the problem might be. First Chicago Plumbing not only responded quickly, but was able to give me a quote right then. They also did a great job at educating me what was wrong and giving me different approached to solve the problem.

I would DEFINITELY recommend. I know I will be using these guys for any and all plumbing needs moving forward.

Kevin knows his stuff.  Made time that worked with our unusual schedule and took care of our repair though what was a particularly challenging impediments.  On time, on budget, and the repair is gorgeous.  Also, a really nice guy.  No need to call anyone else.

We have had GT out a few times and they have always been amazing. Very transparent about the issue, pricing, etc. Definitely my first call when something goes wrong with my plumbing!

Very professional, Came on time,  explained what they were doing , good covid precautions with masks and shoe covers, and even came back to finish a job properly before charging us the final bill.  One less star only because it was a little hard coordinating the first visit with them, with 1-2 missed initial visits.

I had the best experience with this company! I'm new to home ownership and had a big wonky project to complete in an old wonky house and Andrew really showed up for the job. He was informative and personable, really went above and beyond. Can I tell you -- I was actually kinda sad when the project was over, it was nice having such an expert and team player in the house!! Don't hesitate, no need to shop around, this is your guy!

I cannot say enough great things about this company. During the weekend our Air Conditioner went out and after having it replaced, the breakers blew overnight on Monday. It was a miracle it didn't cause a fire to our home.

Given that I have two young children at home, we needed a quick solution. The owner of Sims and Sons called me immediately, diagnosed the issue and was able to come the next day to completely replace the circuit board, breakers, wiring and AC connection. It turns out the inspector completely missed that the panel / breakers were non-compliant and this was a huge risk.

The electricians were professional, thoughtful and quick to act for our family. And they explained things every step of the way.

The plumber was on time, he was courteous and even covered his boots with booties so as not to track into our house. He took pictures of the work and showed it to me when the job was finished. The internet said the job would take a few hours, he was done in 40 minutes. He cleaned up nicely. You wouldn't even know he had been there.  
So far, the repair of our toilet has held up and I expect it will. Should we need a plumber again, ABV will be our first call.

I highly recommend CJ Plumbing. They are extremely responsive, thorough and attentive.  I recently had a sump pump replaced by them and I could not have asked for better workmanship, care and follow up. I will be using CJ Plumbing for ALL plumbing needs, moving forward.

I had a rocky toilet that was supposedly fixed by Chicagoland Handyman in June of 2022, but five months later the rocking was back. I searched for a plumber to fix this unsteady toilet once and for all. I called Mike the Plumber. He was able to come out the next day and was able to to stabilize my toilet. Mike the Plumber was very nice as he explained what the problem was and what he was going to do to fix it. He said if the rocking comes back (which it won't) he will tend to it. I will definitely call Mike the Plumber for any future plumbing issues in my old building. Thank you Mike!

Juan is the consummate professional. He was the quickest to respond to my request for a plumber to fix my leaky / noisy toilet that I had tried everything under the sun to fix myself. Alas, he was able to diagnose the issue via text with some photos and truly went out of his way to source the parts needed from a specific dealer before arriving. He is friendly, clear about cost, and timely - and gets the job done efficiently and with the utmost professionalism. This review is a bit overdue. Our kitchen sink stopped draining the day before Thanksgiving. Noel came out the same day I called, fixed the issue quickly. It was that fast and painless. I believe I was changed a fair price. And since then have had no sink issue at all. If I run into issues, I'll use him again.
