Call them at 8am and by noon they were at my door, very professional and friendly, fixed my drain in 20 min but stayed to make sure it was fixed.  this is a pluming job so it can get messy but they cleaned up what ever mess was made.  Hope I never have the need to call them again but if I ever do you can be sure I will call Drain-EEZ

Hot water heater pilot light went out and wouldn't stay lit on a cold February day. They responded quickly and made the repair quickly. It was a common problem and he had the part with him. In and out of our house in 15 minutes, and we had hot water in the shower the next morning. Highly recommend.

We recently had a water heater leak and had a great experience with Rescue Plumbing. They were very responsive and sent a professional at the same day. The plumber confirmed the call 10 mins before he arrived. He analyzed the root cause issue was the valve worn out and suggested to replaced a new brass valve.  He fixed it very quick and our water heater is no loner leaking. He is professional and helpful and also explain how to maintain it in he future. We will definitely use them again. Thank you!

Scotty is definitely our new go-to plumber.  He's thorough, careful, knowledgable, and dependable.  He showed up smack on time, knew exactly what he was doing, passed muster with our building engineer, and did fantastic work.  What impressed me even more, though, is how careful he was with the work.  He knew about the unique problems presented by high-rise buildings.  He made sure that the fixtures we were buying were going to be safe to use with our water pressure.  He insisted on seeing the spec sheets and brought with him all the valves, hoses, and supplies that were correctly rated for our building.  In short, he prevented me from making a mess of things.  I can not recommend him too highly.

Mike and Adrian came to the rescue. We had 8 different plumbers come over the weekend that were unable to fix our back up. They were respectful, attentive, and detail oriented. They narrowed down the problem quickly and kept us informed right away. Would use them 10/10.

We had a strange sewer smell coming out of laundry room that kept us up at night. We called Chicago Sewer and Drain and they were amazing. They came over within a few hours of getting in touch and gave us a number of options on how to deal with the smell and fix the problem. They were extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I will use them for all my plumbing needs moving forward - highly recommend!

Brian and Chris are just great! They are courteous, professional and most of all honest. Fixed my issue for a reasonable price. I would recommend this company to anyone. They will not BS you and charge you exorbitant prices like John Baethke who diagnosed and priced a problem without looking at anything and overcharges as well.

Although I'm not a customer, I am also not a fan of the greater good who by all means is not a good person. This person lacks happiness and is completely bitter. Yes Suzanne Coleman, I'm talking to you. I wish other businesses could see you coming from a mile away but sadly they can't. Please get a therapist because all this negativity coming from one person is just sad. However, you may give that psychiatrist a one star review as well. Looking at your history, seems like you had a busy week writing bad reviews.

Mike was very responsive to my call for a toilet tank that wouldn't fill up and Dan who came out was very professional and very pleasant to deal with.
There was a minor issue afterward that they followed up with promptly in person. I feel comfortable going with these guys again for any plumbing needs.

Adam came by and cleared out my kitchen sink backup. Had to go deep into main stack. He explained what was going on as he went, and cleaned up after nicely.

Absolutely fantastic company.  I called Darrell yesterday evening about issue with my electric outlets in my garage.  He sent Enis the next morning and the issue was resolved in 20 minutes.  Enis was thorough, polite and got the job done!! They were professional, on time, followed all Covid requirements and made my life easier.  I would highly recommend Sims and Sons for any future needs or issues.

I can't say enough about the service I received from ABV!  My hot water heater went out - other plumbers were giving me dates a week or more away!  Not sure how we would have showered - it's 10° outside and I think our water was even colder!  Talked with them last night and they were out here by 8:30am!  Did great work and I am looking forward to a nice hot shower

Trust! I think trust is most important in choosing an expert to fix a problem. Of course experience, knowledge, ability and integrity are also needed. But trusting the reviews written by others or trusting the recommendation of a friend is sometimes all we have to go by. I had a clogged drain about 15 feet downstream from my kitchen sink. It was the result of overzealous use of the garbage disposal. I tried snaking the drain myself but the clog was too big (turns out about 2 feet of drain was totally blocked). I did research on several websites looking for a plumber in my area who I could trust to do the work right - at a fair price. I narrowed the list to 4 companies. At 7:15 PM on a weekday I called each of them. I got two answering services that could not answer any of my technical questions, another said they would have someone call me back in a few minutes (never happened) and then there was Dmitry. Dmitry is one of the owners of CJ Plumbing. He answered the phone himself. He was able to discuss my issue intelligently, explain the likely scenarios and give me an estimated price range (min and max) for the job. It was clear from his questions and his input that he understood the problem and knew the likely solutions. As it turns out, he was absolutely correct about the issue and what it would take to fix it. I wanted to consider what he said before making a commitment. He said I could call him back anytime in the next few hours. I called several hours later and again he answered the phone and we scheduled a visit for the following afternoon.

The plumber who showed up (not the person I spoke to) was a delight to work with. He was professional, polite, and patient as he answered my many questions. He tried a few easy options to fix the problem (e.g. using a powered drain snake). When those did not work he said the best option was to cut out the clogged section of drain (which he had located) and replace it with a new section of pipe. The clogged part of the pipe included two 90 degree bends. He removed that section and replaced the sharp bends with pairs of 45 degree bends to allow waste to pass through the more easily. The drain pipe ran along the ceiling of my unfinished basement so there was direct access to the pipe. After replacing the section of pipe he verified that there were no leaks and cleaned up the area of the basement where he worked as well as the area under the kitchen sink. He even cleaned the sink.  

I was VERY pleased with his work and with his personality. The cost of the repair was within the range quoted on the phone (though near the higher end). My trust in CJ Plumbing was rewarded by their performance and their honesty. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to friends and family. I recommend them to YOU.

I have a tenant in Rogers Park and needed someone who would be able to go to the tenant and take care of a clogged sink. (I do not live near enough to be able to head over on short notice myself.) Mike responded to my request almost immediately, we talked on the phone and I provided him with all the information I thought would be helpful. He gave me a very reasonable quote and was able to schedule an appointment with my tenant and handle everything that needed to be done. The job was not too small for him! So grateful that he was able to come out and handle this for me and quickly! My tenant said that Mike was an awesome dude and everything is now running smoothly. We both greatly appreciate his service!

Juan is great! I've used A&Y twice, once to replace a toilet and once to fix a faucet leak. Both times Juan was able to come out and take a look within the next day. The prices are extremely fair and the quality of service is fantastic. I will continue to call A&Y Plumbing for all my plumbing needs!

I woke up at 5:00am to an exterior spigot which busted due to the cold weather.  Wouldn't you know it, it was on the morning before flying out for a long weekend get away.  Left a message for Five Plumbing LLC around 6:20am, and Noel got back to me in a jiff.  Maybe 30 minutes later at  most, what a relief!  I shut the water to the house, scheduled an appoint with Noel for 8:00am on the first morning upon my return.  Noel texted me the day before to confirm his visit.  He arrived on time, assessed the issue, fixed the problem and cleaned up afterwards.  What's not to love.  I'm having him come back to take care of a few other items once the weather warms up a bit.  Very nice guy too.   So happy to have found him.
