These guys are great. I had another plumber come out to address a flooded basement because it was Easter and nobody else was open. They completely botched the job and didn't even address the root of the problem. Pat came in and immediately diagnosed the issue, and solved it within a couple hours. They were very polite, empathetic, and clear in explaining what happened and how to prevent it in the future. I will definitely use them again.

Really great service.  Water heater blew a leak 10 am Saturday morning, a few quick texts and the water heater was fixed by 12:30. Mac and Shawn managed to fix it between jobs! Awesome! Hot water by 2. The cost​ was totally reasonable too​​ with a nice and slightly bigger water heater replacing my turd.

I had a variety of plumbing issues on a condo I purchased. Scott was great, he was quickly able to diagnose the problems. After he knew what components were needed, he quickly ran to the local hardware store, came back with what he needed. He was thorough in addressing the problems and didn't leave until he was satisfied things were working properly. I highly recommend him, and will absolutely use him for any future issues.

I am extremely pleased to say I had a wonderful experience with Rocket Plumbing. Not only were they courteous over the phone when I called in, but the plumber who was sent out came 30 minutes early, stayed until the job was perfect, and was a really nice guy on top of everything. My plumber's name was Tony and we ended up talking almost the entire time he was working in my kitchen. He gave sound advice about what to do when he left and did a fantastic job. Yes, cost it a lot (for me that is!), but piece of mind is not something you can put a price on. I will definitely be calling Rocket Plumbing again if any other issue arises! Thanks Tony!

Had an outside drain that was clogged and would spill into the house because of it. They came out and were very upfront about what they would need to do and what the potential problem was. They solved my issue while also discovering another potential problem which they clearly showed with their camera equipment. Highly recommend!

My T&P valve needed to be replaced on my water heater and because of this water was leaking something crazy from the discharge pipe! But Windy Plumbing came and did a wonderful job! No more water on the floor.. They were also the cheapest I could find!

The most horrible thing that has ever happened to me was my kitchen sink becoming clogged. I didn't even know that was a thing that could happen since I have a garbage disposal and am very careful what I put in there!
Anyways, I tried the Yelp app feature of asking for estimates from different plumbing places, and first Chicago was the only one that responded with an actual dollar amount estimate right away.

They fixed the problem for the amount of money they estimated. I will definitely use them for my future plumbing needs.

I will say, they changed our appt time the day of because the plumber had to bump is to see an emergency. Of course, if I have an emergency in the future I would be happy if they came to keep first so I get it. But, if you are a person that is very impatient or anal about time you have to consider that.

Responsive.  Affordable.  Explained everything and was super transparent about what needed to be done.  Excellent service!

Jesus was awesome. We've had a smell coming from our toddler's bath for 2+ years. It's new construction and no plumber has been able to determine the cause. Jesus arrived for a no-cost assessment. Jesus knows his stuff and immediately ruled out the usual culprits (blocked vent, missing p-trap, etc.)

Jesus was unsure of the cause (like every other plumber we have asked) and provided a fair estimate to break into the drywall and investigate. Before doing so, he gave us one last cheap/easy solution to try. He recommended letting CLR sit in the drain for an extended period of time. Low and behold, this recommendation seems like it might have worked. We've tried plenty of different drain cleaners (bleach, vinegar, etc.) and none of them worked. Somehow CLR seems to have fixed things up (fingers crossed). I can't find a single recommendation of this CLR method online, so it's not like Jesus was telling us something that is widely know.

You should feel comfortable hiring Jesus. He was quick, super-responsive, and honest. He provided us advice that didn't provide him any revenue, but ultimately created a long-time customer for all our future plumbing needs.

1 out of 5 contractors who supposedly has 4 and above stars of reviews could not give me an estimate over the phone - rather they'll tell you how much $$$ it cost for them to visit and then go from there .... signs of ripping off your hard earned dollar .../
Green tech is so upfront with their price even though they haven't seen the problem yet - this is what I called honesty in service brought by experience .... they ask for the address and they search it in the web and there they figure the assessment based on the distance of your house towards the main drainage ...
Because of this I was being honest to them about my finances and they give me a substantial discount ....
The repair only took one hour ...
The owner who happens to take my call has that mild calm  fatherly tone of voice. This eases out my anxiety. Everyone else has this unprofessionally demanding full of threat like approach ....
I will definitely have this company in my list of favourite number in my phone...

Danny is a true asset to this company. He was at our place for a good 3 hours cleaning our sewer line. He started with the most cost-efficient alternative of power rodding, which is also more conservative for older pipes.  This was sufficient in order to be able to scope the line and inspect for possible issues. He showed me on the spot that the line itself was unbroken, luckily! Because of this experience with MHJSS,  I am in the process of hiring them for another project, and will use them to inspect my next residence, hopefully soon. Thank you Mike and Danny!

Brandon's team saved us last month when our sewer line started backing up. Of course it was over New Year's Eve and a weekend, but they came out right away and the price for emergency services was on par with what we expected.

Unfortunately it was an issue we soon found that would require a lot more time and equipment than they could get that day, as everything was closed for the holiday. They quickly lined up the shovel and pipes they needed and came back as soon as they possibly could (which was the Monday or Tuesday immediately after the holiday). They worked TIRELESSLY for days to get us the use of our drains back, staying quite late.

Wonderful caring company and team and we will absolutely be using them again in the future.

We needed some work on our variable light switch that quick working in the bathroom. Darrell came right over and fixed the wiring very quickly. He also noted that one of the toggles wasn't working so he fixed that to. Very well trusted and knows his stuff!!

I like i got a Quote on Yelp instead of being told they cant give a price without someone coming to the house and then you are potentially wasting days and then you get a too high quote but feel pressured to go with them, so when i got a quote from ABV and thought it fair i made a appointment and they came the next day.

The toilet tank had a corroded bolt that was crumbling, causing a leak.  I called CJ Plumbing & Heating at 9am, was scheduled for a technician by 10am, Lenny arrived around noon, and by 2pm the whole thing was fixed.  I couldn't have asked for better service, clearer communication, or a more pleasant experience all around.  Highly recommmend!

I did the Yelp thing where they send out requests for quotes to a few vendors and Mike replied right away, and once I had a chance to call him he was able to get to my place about an hour later and fix my kitchen water pressure and connect the water line to my refrigerator. Mike was cool and personable and obviously good at what he does, and the price was fair and in line with a couple other guesstimates I had looked at. A good experience overall and I will call him first next time I need a plumber.

Juan and his colleague went above and beyond on a service call! I needed a toilet installed in my elderly parents bathroom. Juan assisted me through the purchasing process, advised me on how to measure for proper fitting, evaluated pictures I sent, and answered many questions. He was reasonably priced and offered to come out the next day.

Because we weren't sure if an elongated toilet would work in this small space, I purchased two. Juan installed the base of the elongated so my parents could actually see how it fit. We went with the round toilet and Juan also took the time to install safety rails on it and advised my parents not to use as a support bar to get in the shower.

Lastly, any business owner who actually takes the time to reply to his customer's reviews, shows how he cares about them. We'll have Juan back for another project for sure! As others mentioned, they came in mask ready and were incredibly polite, efficient, and cleaned up. Thank you!

I'm a landlord and I had somewhat of an emergency plumbing issue at one of my buildings.  My plumber I've used for years has become less reliable and responsive, so I checked out some plumbers on Yelp and called a few.  Noel was the quickest to respond, most professional, and moved his schedule around to help me with my urgent issue.  He coordinated directly with my tenant from there, made it very easy on me, communicated the steps he was taking and kept me in the loop the entire way.  He fixed everything without delay and helped save me from what could have been an ugly situation.  And even with his rush response (called him in the evening and he was there first thing in the AM the next day), his pricing was extremely fair.  I'll be using him again and recommending him to friends and colleagues.
