Our garbage disposal was on the fritz, and we had tried all the fixes you can find online but nothing worked. Called up Drain EEZ and was greeted by the very friendly owner Pat. He offered to try to help us fix it over the phone as others here have suggested. I was dubious considering we had tried everything, but a little WD40 and some extra elbow grease to work the allen wrench and we had the problem solved. For free. Many thanks to Pat. I strongly recommend his services and will be keeping Drain EEZ in mind in the event of another plumbing nightmare.

Hot water heater pilot light went out and wouldn't stay lit on a cold February day. They responded quickly and made the repair quickly. It was a common problem and he had the part with him. In and out of our house in 15 minutes, and we had hot water in the shower the next morning. Highly recommend.

I suddenly needed help with 2 toilets and I called Rescue Plumbing on a Monday morning. Two great guys - Loga and Jenkins - came out that afternoon. They unclogged the toilets and were in the process of replacing the gasket on the older one that was also leaking when they noticed a faint crack in the tank and recommended that I buy a new toilet. I said yes and in less than 24 hours, they were back with the new toilet, installed it and hauled away the old one. Loga and Jenkins were very nice, courteous and capable. I could not have been happier with a plumbing company. Was it reasonably priced? I can't really compare but it seemed reasonable. Thanks, Rescue!

Our toilet flooded in the middle of the night on a Sunday. I didn't want to risk serious water damage, so I did a quick search & found fast response from Discount Plumbing. I requested a quote on yelp and they responded within minutes & they said a technician can come out & gives me a FREE quote with no obligation. They arrived in minutes and my toilet soon was able to flushing like it was brand new! I appreciate them walking in with booties and walking me through the whole process & answering my questions. Highly recommend Scotty - he was very responsive to emails and it was easy to schedule an appointment, although I caught him during a busy period.  He was prompt to the appointment, even gave me a call when he was 30 mins away.  His plumbing work was good as was the pricing. While my issue was relatively minor in scope, I would trust him for any job.

Will be using him again and highly recommend his services, although I hope I don't have to anytime soon!  Knock on wood....

My sister and I live in the same building.  She was having issues with her toilet and I was having issues with mine.  I had used a plumber for by business in the past and it just so happens he was out of town so we needed someone else to come out.  I looked at the reviews here on Yelp and my sister gave Levi's a call.  Brian not only answered the phone but also made an appointment to come out to our place the very next day.  He showed up on time for our appointment, assessed the issues, ran out for parts and had everything in working order in just a couple of hours.  He was polite, professional and presented us with a very reasonable invoice.  We will both be using Brian at Levi's for all of our plumbing issues going forward.  Thank you to Yelp and a BIG, HUGE thanks to Brian at Levi's Plumbing.

I called Chicago Sewer and Drain Profesional because I had sewer backing up in my basement.  They came out the same day and solve the problem.   Very friendly and professional people.

Chris and Sam came out to fix a leaky faucet that I thought I had already fixed but then I discovered water dripping from the ceiling. They explained what they would do and the worst case scenario and then got to work. Within a couple minutes they called me back into the bathroom and told me I just hadn't tightened the stem enough! They stayed for a few ore minutes to confirm that there wasn't any leaking and then cleaned up and left. All within about 10 minutes. When I asked how to pay for their time they said they wouldn't think of charging me for it - it's the holidays they said! Such nice gentlemen!

First Chicago has worked on all of our properties for the past 5 years.  They are responsive, reliable and reasonable.  We manage over 40 units and he makes our job infinitely easier.  Couldn't do without them!

After getting an outrageous quote for a leak repair in my master bathroom I found Kevin of Sound plumbing on yelp and called him immediately.  He came out and assessed the situation, talked me through how to remove old caulking (so I would save money on labor) and gave me a fair quote to fix the leak.  I definitely will be calling him again if any more issues arise in my condo.

Jesus and his team replaced my hot water heater within 24 hours. They communicated clearly, and they were polite, right on time, and saved me between $100-$300 over competitors. Very transparent about timing and price.

These guys are fantastic!!!  You can believe the first line on their website regarding emergency service. It was the middle of the night when we had a downpour of water in our bathroom, when we tried calling a half a dozen 24 hr service plumbers. This plumbing service was not only able to help us,  but went far beyond our expectations. We spoke with Fred, who spent a lot of time with us on the phone.  He ensured that the main water line was shut off properly along with the hot water heater reservoir, and had us open other faucets to clear the pressure. He was competent and caring. He had us send pictures of the pipes to help us understand what we were doing. This guy was not only nice and kind but really knew plumbing.  Eric, the plumber who called early the next morning on a weekend to come out for service was wonderful. He was so down to earth and explained everything to us. He did quality work in a very timely manner. He was very  competent and knowledgable. We have been in our house for years and have used various plumbers. This one is by far the best with service and quality that we have ever had. We have found our new service of plumbers that are reliable and honest that we will use from now on. We highly recommend them!!

What you NEED to know is in the last paragraph. TL;DR: This is the best home services experience I've ever had in my life.

We had a clogged toilet at 3 a.m. after hosting a  New Year's Eve party at our new home. Not the ideal way to kick off 2020. Using a plunger, we were able to get the water to flush very slowly and figured we got rid of the clog.

2 days later, the toilet still wasn't working. I requested a quote on Yelp, and Mike responded within minutes. Not only was the price competitive, but Mike offered to give me free advice on how to fix the problem myself in the event that it could save me time and money.

After trying all the conventional methods (plunger, auger) to no avail, I called Mike again to schedule service. He sent Danny who was at the house within 15 minutes. Danny was incredibly polite and thorough moving from auger to removing the toilet. Having tried all standard methods, Danny let us know that he would have to bring in the power rodder and that Mike was on his way to help out. Danny laid tarp along house to wheel in the huge machine, and Mike tried to think of other ways to solve this not-so-typical issue.

They ended up going to our crawlspace and rodding the pipes through there. I'll spare the details, but after a couple hours, the problem was fixed. Danny and Mike cleaned up the bathroom and closet with crawlspace access. And the toilet flushes like new.

I can't speak highly enough of this experience. We couldn't have asked for better service and, quite frankly, didn't know home services of this caliber existed. I would never hesitate to recommend giving these gentlemen a call, even for free advice. They'll be my go-to for any future plumbing issues (knock on wood), as well as if anyone ever asks if we know a good plumber. Mike giving us a discount for finding them through Yelp was a much-appreciated bonus.

They were responsive and arrived in time but did not practice any social distancing, no mask and left place dirty.  Also, 4% for using a credit card - you know that's against visa and Mastercard guidelines.  If you don't want to take cards then don't but don't pass the fee to a customer - part of doing business !!!

Darrell and his Team are Professional, Knowledgable and Fast the response time is what impressed us in these new times of Covid he came (with mask) and tackled the job. I will recommend Darrell and his team to all of my family and friends for their Electrical work.

Completely recommend ABV Plumbing! Very reasonably priced, extremely prompt to reply and flexible scheduling. I had a toilet job at my condo that when ABV came out determined the water shutoff valve was rusted so I needed to reschedule service after working with the association to shut off the water. They were flexible with the changes and also made other recommendations they noticed were wrong with the toilet. Very thorough in every aspect. I'll definitely use ABV again!

I called them after multiple pipes had frozen, thawed, and burst in our home. They got back to us right away and helped us the following morning. Dmitry methodically figured out each issue, checked in to explain what was happening, fixed the issue, and got us back on our feet in a day. And did so with care to preserve as much of our fixtures and bathroom as possible. An honest, responsive plumbing company we will be sure to call the next time we have an issue.

Juan came out and did the most thorough cleaning of the pipes. Inside, outside and to the street. I've got a lot of roots and with his camera, he showed me exactly where the problem areas are and was able to show before and after.

The ability to clearly communicate and answer my questions was super. I highly recommend this company. It is never cheap, but is a great investment to ensure years of problem free plumbing.
