OK, so I didn't actually get my slow flushing toilet fixed by these guys. However, when I called for a quote, I described the problem I was having with my toilet and the person on the phone suggested that I may need the fill valve replaced. Not having the faintest idea of what that meant, I googled it as soon as I got off the phone. I was able to find an easy tutorial to follow and fixed the toilet on my own the same day. I saved myself a nice chunk of change since I didn't need to hire a plumber. Thank you for your advice and being so helpful!

Mac is GREAT. My husband called him Sunday evening when his multiple attempts to relight the furnace failed. Mac diagnosed the problem over the phone and arrived Monday morning with a new furnace. Within an hour, mac and his partner had the new furnace installed and I was off to work. Couldn't have asked for a better service call!!

These guys were very professional, very knowledgeable, and easy to work with.  They do good work, no doubt.  They tried snaking the drain unsuccessfully and determined the cause of backed up drains in our building. They returned a second time and efficiently resolved the problem by installing a PVC clean out and rodding out the blockage.  They did a good job cleaning up and sanitizing.  The $1804 cost left me kind of gobsmacked and seemed a touch opportunistic.  However, when you need RESCUE Plumbing, what do you expect?  Do your research.

I had Scott come by for a garbage disposal clog - I sent over a picture of the area, and based on that, he showed up prepared with a whole new garbage disposal for me, and installed it!! The clogged one was quite old and the trap needed replaced. He did it all, and was super quick and it was affordable, + told me things to consider in the future / other things that may need replaced / etc.

Tony just left and I needed to sit down to write this immediately. Not only was he here on very little notice, but he arrived on time and clearly communicated what was happening and what my options were. He ended up going with the lower estimate because more work would have . He also had some great technical recommendations for an upcoming kitchen renovation--always appreciated! I'll be keeping this number on file, though thanks to Tony, I doubt I'll have to use it too often.

Needed a semi-urgent sump pump repair. The team did an awesome job. Very easy to schedule, came quickly and on-time. After an inspection they gave me an estimate and completed the job the same day. The result looks professional and well-done and the team was courteous, professional and knowledgeable.

The team from Midwest Hydro Jetting showed up to my house fast to help clear the line to my basement. They were able to diagnose the issue quickly, and literally saved my basement from flooding. After the line was clear the team took the time to clean up standing water in my basement. The pricing was fair and the extra time the team took to show me what was happening and how to prevent it in the future was outstanding. It took me years to find a company I can trust in my home and I'll never call another.

We needed to get some plumbing and electrical work done on our condo before moving out. We wanted to make sure we used a locally owned business. Sims and Sons did a wonderful job! They knew what they were doing, repaired everything we asked them too and even went out of their way to help with a last minute request. We would not change the experience, we would recommend them and would use them again with any plumbing or electrical issues!

ABV was great. They were assigned to my home warranty case for two leaky shower faucets. A previous plumber was afraid to even touch the faucets because the handles would not come off easily. ABV took on the challenge and both faucets are fixed. There was a 3rd faucet that would not get hot but was not covered under the home warranty they fixed that as well while they were here for a very small fee. If I ever need a plumber again I will tell my home warranty I want them to send these guys.

We had a drain backup in the basement and needed help fast. Dmitri arrived on time, observed CoVid protocol, took off his shoes without having to be asked, and went right to work. He diagnosed the problem, worked hard to resolve the issue, and made some great suggestions to avoid future problems with tree roots in the pipes. He was polite, efficient, and thorough. I also spoke with the owner (also named Dmitri) and he was very easy to reach quickly, and quite helpful. I recommend this company!

About as honest and straightforward as it gets.  Great guy and even better plumber!  He explained everything that was going to be done, was flexible around our schedule and most importantly fixed the issue we were having.  I'm glad to find a go to plumber we can depend on with fair and transparent pricing.

Juan and his team are top notch.  After promptly responding to my request for a quote, he came over the next day to inspect our broken faucet, drain issues, and shower leaks.

He described why the problems were happening, and explained the fixes in plain language.  This helped me understand what was behind the costs he was quoting.

We were so impressed, that we had him fix the broken faucet on the spot.  He charged us the right price, and no more.

I had a mystery wet spot on my carpet, right outside the master bathroom. At first, I blamed my cat even though it was very unlike him. I cleaned it up and went about my day. Several hours later it was still damp. Once it stayed damp for several days, we knew we had an issue. There is only concrete under the carpet, no pipes run there, and no water spots on the walls or ceilings. A complete mystery!

The first plumber that came out looked around for literally 3-5 minutes and suggested it was our toilet. It could be... but seemed like a guess. Next 2 plumbers did not return my call. (Sound familiar?) I was getting frustrated.

I then found Noel and gave him a call. I am so glad I did!! He came out that day and spent an hour with me pulling up the carpet, running tests with the shower, toilet & sink and allowed me to be involved during the entire process. (Which I love!) He gave great advice on how to move forward, charged a reasonable price for his time and even fixed an issue with our other toilet on his way out! He was very professional and super nice! Noel is my new go-to plumber.
