Great service and quick response. I've had issues with the drain in my shower and searched on yelp for highly rated plumbing. Im very pleased with how Honest, fast and reasonably priced they were.

This review is for the service we received on Saturday 2/11. We called Mac at 8:30a and explained to him that our home insurance sent over some whack jobs to install our water heater. The installation went horrible and we had a severe gas leak. Mac said he was 30 min away finishing a job and would head over afterward. Mac and Shawn showed up to our door friendly and personable. They both properly sealed the valves and replaced our dryer gas line that was damaged. He took the time to explain to us how it should have been done and told us he would get us up and running to have hot water and heat in no time. Mac then checked the valves and dryer line for leaks 4-5x to make sure everything was done correctly. Talk about being meticulous!

We were so happy and relieved Mac fit us into his busy schedule. He told us that it was no problem and having no hot water and no heat is a priority. We also like the fact he was so friendly and cracked a few jokes despite the horrible experience we had the day prior. We have FP24/7 saved in our phones if ever we are in need of service.

Great service at a great price! We had an issue with our garbage disposal and a back up in the plumbing. Scotty fixed the issue quickly and we haven't had any issues since!

Jake and Tyler were very responsive and took care of plumbing at my Mom's home for new plumbing fixtures and rodding out the bathtub drain. They were professional, kind, and had a positive attitude. The pricing was higher than what I expected, $828 which included about 2 hours of total work from the time of arrival to completion of the job.  They arrived and inspected the work that needed to be done, went to the plumbing store, and returned to do the job.  I expected that with the new handles and shower head with handle/hose that they would also replace the spout and shower head bar so that all the fixtures would be new at the same time, yet that was not the case. So there is a 30 year old shower head head bar and 30 year old spout with the other items being new, which in my opinion is very strange considering a price tag of over $800.  I did not hire this business, yet I was at my Mother's home when the work was done. It would have been nice if they would have mentioned the shower head bar and spout as options.  The good news is that things now work. I just feel that one more step in customer care with talking about options for the other plumbing pieces would have been better so that things look nice and new all together.  If you decide to hire this business Jake and Tyler are very professional and with one more added step it would have been 5 stars, despite the high cost.

I set up an appointment with them and they never showed up or called. When I called them 2 hours later asking if they were still coming, they said that the plumber got caught up in another project and wouldn't be able to come until the next day. I had taken the day off work for this appointment and was very disappointed in their disrespect of my time.

I had an issue with low water pressure in my high rise unit. I called Eugene for service. He came the next morning and fixed the problem quickly. Jesus was quick to respond and give me an estimate for our toilet installation. He was super communicative and clear with the whole process. Seeing that we bought a tricky toilet ourselves, Jesus was really patient with the challenge and made sure everything was accurate and securely balanced. We will definitely use him and his team for future repairs and installations.

Great company. The communication from the first minutes was just fantastic and you can tell these guys know how to do business. We had some water in the basement and Mike quickly determined the water was from the HVAC system and was kind enough not to charge us. We have now found our company for future plumbing needs!!

After receiving a surprising jolt in my garage upon flipping the light switch, I knew I urgently needed someone to come inspect the situation. I found Sims & Sons on Yelp--they responded to my call and were at my house within 30 minutes. They found the culprit to be an exposed wire outside of the garage. Since it was snowing and nighttime, they agreed to return the next day to resolve the situation. The issue was resolved within 24 hours. No more shocks and I feel safe! Prices were fair and I was very pleased with the service. Would use them again for my electrical needs.

We had CJ plumbing come out to add an additional hose bib and separate all other hose bibs on a designated line. We also had them install a vanity and toilet in our powder room. The work that was done was exceptional, and exactly what we asked for. They were very communicative throughout the whole process and worked with us to come out with a quote that was fair. I would definitely recommend them for any other projects and will be using them again for our plumbing needs. A+ company.

Juan and his colleague were fantastic! I needed a last minute repair since my water heater broke and needed it to be replaced. He answered within 20 min of my message requesting a quote. His service was amazing. He explained what he needed to do and showed me where the issues were. After the repair, he once again explained what he fixed and what different pieces meant.
