Lou came out and inspected a few of our drains, toilets and one leaky faucet. He was very informative and made sure that we purchased the right products. He could have just installed the faucet we bought, but felt bad and said we needed something better. He didn't stand to make any money off of the deal, but he did make sure that we trust him to do the work. We will use his recommendations and get the right products...and then make sure we let Drain-EEZ take care of the rest.

The owner is a good guy, and genuinely seems to care about customer satisfaction. Those two things mean more to a consumer than most businesses know.

Friday noticed leaky hot water heater. Called Fast Plumbing 247 about 7:00pm. They were at our home about 8:30am the next morning, (on Christmas Eve of all days!), with a new high quality Rheem hot water heater. Had it installed and running within an hour, even with the troubles old house give to plumbers. Friendly, courteous, efficient, cleaned up after themselves. We HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in need of a trustworthy, quality plumber.

Rescue Plumbing was just fantastic! I called in the morning for two clogs and was greeted by an incredibly friendly and helpful voice who was able to send someone out within 2 hours.

Loga assessed the problems provided clear fixed pricing and was able to fix everything, even replacing the inner workings of our toilet with things they had in the truck.

They were also incredibly respectful of the house. Making sure to put plastic over their shoes.

I'd highly recommend them and I'd happily call them again.

Our toilet flooded in the middle of the night on a Sunday. I didn't want to risk serious water damage, so I did a quick search & found fast response from Discount Plumbing. I requested a quote on yelp and they responded within minutes & they said a technician can come out & gives me a FREE quote with no obligation. I rarely use the same plumber twice...it just seems that I usually get someone who is mediocre at their craft. This time I decided to use Rocket Plumbing based on Yelp reviews. I couldn't be happier!  Anthony and his assistant Angel arrived early (after checking with me to see if this fit my schedule). Professional, knowledgeable and pleasant...what more can you ask for? Oh, the work? It was done in a timely fashion and they were neat (used drop cloths and cleaned up afterwards) and best of all, they installed my new faucet, replaced leaky valves and got my bathroom sink unclogged...all good! Definitely, I will be calling these guys the next time I need a plumber.

I had a sewage backup in my basement.
I called in the morning and thankfully they had an opening.  They got to working right away. A responsive and respectable team.

We're grateful to everyone at Windy City Plumbing for helping us with our sump pump issue. It's scary, especially with a new house. We've been using Windy City for years, before we had our new house built and will continue to for a long time to come. Chris and his assistant did a great job replacing our broken pump and getting our system back up and running.

These guys are amazing!  They ordered toilets for me and installed them just in time for a party I'm having!  They were on time and everything is working perfectly!

Kevin and his team are fantastic! We have had a couple of leaks corrected and a water heater installed and they are always prompt, courteous, and are very competent at their craft. I can be somewhat neurotic about our house and appreciate that Kevin is willing to help out and give tips to make sure things are maintained correctly and always willing to answer my questions.

My clients and I were so impressed with Jesus from J Sewer and Plumbing.  Jesus came to do a sewer scope inspection for my buyer clients.  He was professional, timely, and reasonable.  He also gave my client a thumbnail drive and video of the sewer line.  I will definitely refer Jesus to other clients and use him myself.

I'm writing this as one of the many fine plumbers from Green Tech fixes an ancient hose spigot that literally broke off my house.  This is one of many, many jobs they have done on my 80 year old home, both repairs of old house problems and add on's of modern features.  Can't say enough about their consistent and friendly service and the confidence I have in their team.  I know they travel a bit far to service my house in Highland Park, but I am super grateful they are willing to make the trip!

The guys were friendly and informative. They also were more than kind to my curious 4 year old that wanted to know exactly what they were doing. They gave advice and suggestions. They seemed trustworthy and not just out to scam you for more money which is really appreciated. It's more important than ever with costs of things going up. I know it's a necessary thing to have done but it's refreshing to know that they informed me how to keep this from being a yearly thing or a major undertaking/large repair job. Thank you!

Friday afternoon leading to a holiday weekend, and the kitchen faucet starts leaking. Adam from Captain Rooter was out in 30 minutes, diagnosed the problem, offered flexible cost-conscious fixes, drove to pick up parts, and finished in maybe 45 minutes.

I told Darrell I was working from home and had to be on a con call. He said they would text me when they got there which they did. The guys waited patiently as I wrapped up. I pointed out the areas while Darrell was on the phone and they confirmed the price before proceeding. The guys wore masks, asked questions, gave explanations and worked quickly. I would recommend them and use them again.

Our kitchen sink got clogged again I called Chris my go to person. He is able to schedule me within 2 days not right away but no big deal we just need to figure out how to function with clogged sink. Ivo his associates came and tried everything but without a success. Recommend to replace the pipes (just the kitchen). I agreed and able to schedule it the following day. Ivo ( not sure if I  spelled his name correctly) did a wonderful job. I felt sorry for him because of the time and effort he made. Our pipes are fully clogged with you don't want to know,
it's completely blocked. Very nice person. I am just hoping that I will not see him again for good reason. Anybody who has plumbing issues please call them... Thanks a lot Ivo....

Great service, quality and price! We had an emergency sewer back up and needed to replace 8ft of cracked clay pipe. Called CJ Plumbing late on Tuesday, the week of Thanksgiving,  and he had Tylers Underground come out the next morning and replace everything for a great price. He checked in throughout the day to make sure things were going well and I was happy. Then on top of all of that he had a plumber come out within 15 minutes to help us with a completely separate issue. Highly recommend CJ Plumbing.

I am very happy that I called Mike the Plumber! I had a clogged bathtub, and Mike fixed my bathtub problem quickly with same-day service.  I moved into my vintage condo recently, and Mike answered my questions and explained how the plumbing in my older unit works.  He is coming back to fix a radiator next week. Mike is knowledgeable, professional, and friendly and takes a lot of care in his work. I highly recommend Mike and will hire him again!

Noel did a great job for us while I was out of town and dealt perfectly with my wife, who can be a bit of a challenge :). Quickly, efficiently, and on time.

Only reason I am not giving him 5 stars is because it may have been a bit on the high side for price... though as my old contractor friend used to say.. Good, Fast, Cheap... pick any two
