Mac was great!  He was easy to get a hold of, gave us a straightforward estimate, stuck to his price and was fast.  We called Mac on a Wednesday afternoon and had the water heater installed and working by 10AM on Thursday.  Mac's definitely worthy of every 5-star review he receives!

Dex saved the day AGAIN! We have called on Rescue Plumbing and Dex many, many times now, and he will always be my go to. He fixed frozen pipes over the holidays, routed the sewer, undertook major sewer repair work in a very fast turnaround, and has cleared drain backups. We have done both small and large plumbing projects with him, and he is always responsive, fast, and more than fair in pricing. We have scheduled same day service with them multiple times and could not be happier with their reliability, responsiveness, and workmanship. Absolutely recommend Dex and the team at Rescue Plumbing!

Outstanding customer service. Moen called me when he was on his way and arrived to my house before me, since I was rushing home from work. I had a small leak in my kitchen sink and I called them to fix it before the problem got worse. Not sure of what the average price of plumbing is since it's the first home I've owned, but he have me a quote and I agreed to it. I promise you, I went to fold a few pieces of laundry and by the time I came back he was done! He took no more than a half hour, explained the process to me, the parts he put on my sink and why it was leaking.

I was kind of sad that I was $3 away from getting the $50 off, but it was worth my money and sanity. Lol I really appreciate them and will be using them when I have the money to install a filtration system throughout my entire home.

Thomas was a pleasure to work with during our recent project on our main sewer line.  He responded quickly to our first call to visit our house and provided his recommendations.  He came with a more conservative and less expensive approach than another company which was refreshing.  Thomas and team were on-time, hard working and courteous. He also made us feel calm during what could have been a stressful project.  The work was very effective.  We will use them again.

Brian and Chris are just great! They are courteous, professional and most of all honest. Fixed my issue for a reasonable price. I would recommend this company to anyone. They will not BS you and charge you exorbitant prices like John Baethke who diagnosed and priced a problem without looking at anything and overcharges as well.

I felt compelled to write a review to warn other consumers about this business so that others didn't have the same experience as mine. First off let me be clear that I did NOT utilize FCP's services. I called for an estimate to get a new outdoor spigot installed. I'd already looked at some YouTube videos so I knew roughly the difficulty level (it takes about 15-20 min).  I also researched the avg prices in my area ($200 for new frost-proof spigot). Well the customer service rep who took my call quoted me $1100 (almost 4x the avg cost)!!! I was shocked and told her I'd need to think about it. I then called 2 other plumbers and ended up going with E.Z. plumbing for a price of $175 plus materials (about $210 total). Eliezer came over 2 days later and voila: I have a new spigot! If you're considering FCP I strongly encourage you to shop around first bc their pricing borders on price-gouging.

Did a fair job on some simple plumbing repairs. Way too expensive though. You can find just as good of plumbers elsewhere for cheaper, which is my plan. They did make mistakes on some very simple stuff. If I didn't catch it, they would have had to come back out again. Also, didn't have a simple part (a cartridge) for fixing a leak from sink. Not sure if it's common not to have parts like that readily available but would seem smart to do so. Thus, had to make time for plumbers to come out twice and their hours are very limited. They don't work after 4:00 PM or weekends. Doesn't fit my schedule too well. Must say workers and appointment scheduler were all very polite, pleasant, and attentive.

My friend recommended J sewer and drain plumbing, as she had recently had some plumbing issues and could not have been more pleased with the work that they did. Based on her recommendation, we called them and not only were they able to come the same day but they were actually a little early. The two gentlemen that did the work were extremely professional and knowledgeable. Additionally, in light of Covid, they were also very responsible and wore masks and gloves to put our minds at ease.
I would definitely use them again!!

Great job getting our island sink unclogged!  He even noticed that our faucet was leaking and because he knew the brand he suggested I email the manufacturer to see if it was under warranty.  The faucet was put in by the previous home owner and cost about $900. I emailed the manufacturer and within 2 days a new faucet head shows up at my house. I would have never known to do this if it wasn't for Green Tech.  I will definitely be calling them again if I have a plumbing issue.

Our sink was clogged so we called four season's plumbing and they charged us over 400 dollars and couldn't get the sink unclogged because they didn't have the right equipment. We called Midwest Hydro Jetting and they came over and unclogged the sink very quickly. Danny was very professional and an expert in plumbing.

Our ejector pump went out in the evening and Brandon was here within the hour to diagnose and replace. He explained the issue and left everything cleaned up before he left. Would recommend this service to anyone!!!

Called their main line- left a message. Received a text since it was a Sunday and was able to set up an appointment.
They texted to confirm the day before and gave us a time window.

They showed up early and asked if they should wait to come in. Very polite.

They came in and got straight to work. Fixed our wires in our junction box, hung a new light, new dimmer and made sure the breaker wasn't being tripped by the wires that were in the junction box.
420 was the total price.

They were quick and didn't leave a trace that they had been there except the new fixture. Will use them again when we are ready for more work to be done.

The plumber was on time, he was courteous and even covered his boots with booties so as not to track into our house. He took pictures of the work and showed it to me when the job was finished. The internet said the job would take a few hours, he was done in 40 minutes. He cleaned up nicely. You wouldn't even know he had been there.  
So far, the repair of our toilet has held up and I expect it will. Should we need a plumber again, ABV will be our first call.

Dmitry responded immediately to my phone call. He requested that I send photos of the problem so he could know in advance what they would be dealing with and be prepared. He explained the pricing clearly. He was accommodating about the appointment time. Lenny came on time, did nice work and was neat. I will be using them again.

Mike the Plumber was punctual, resourceful & fast! A real Pro! If I ever need another plumber - Mike the Plumber will get the call!

I found Juan originally for help on a toilet leak, and now he's my go-to plumber. He's amazing at explaining exactly what's going on, has a patient demeanor, and is extremely professional. I trust him on all his diagnoses and fixes. Our home is in great shape thanks to him!
