I did not have a positive experience at all with Gurr Brothers. I had a water damage issue in my home that involved two levels of needed repairs. They were recommended by a local restoration company that uses them for the rebuild.
Someone showed up promptly for a walkthrough and a quote was provided to me and my insurance company a few days later. The insurance company approved it shortly after. So far, so good. An appointment was set up to begin the rebuild. They were a no show. A second appointment was set up. They were a no show. Neither time did they give me a phone call or email to tell me about it. They had a down payment from me and I was told that they would reverse the charge when I called and said I was pulling the contract for their lack of response . That never happened. I had to call my credit card company to have the charge put on hold and then the credit card company's fraud department had to do all the leg work to get them to finally release the funds back. This wasn't a small job where in the past I have been passed over because the contractor found a better opportunity elsewhere. This was simply a poorly run organization. Fortunately, I found a responsive contractor and the repairs were made in a timely fashion without all the headache.

This place is absolutely amazing. I had a terrible experience with Lowe's and Home Depot when looking to renovate my kitchen. I did some shopping around at other local countertop places but Veny was simply the best. Veny helped us out the entire way and was there for EVERY STEP of the process, sharing his expertise but never pressuring a sale. He shows up on the job site to make sure things are running smoothly and his employees are top notch people. We even asked if he could install a backsplash and new flooring for our kitchen as well even though we had already bought the materials and he graciously agreed. If you're looking for ANY COUNTERTOP or home remodeling needs, do yourself a favor and come here FIRST, these guys are the Real Deal.

Bryce at HBO Construction was great! He was responsive, on time, and did great work on our bathroom shower.

After several estimates, we knew Bryce was the guy for the job. He was fair and knowledgeable without giving us a crazy dollar amount to do the job.

10/10 will be recommending him to our friends and family!

Harper Stone & Tile just completed a glass tile backsplash in our kitchen.  When I first contacted Derren, I explained the job to him.  He asked me to send photos of the kitchen and he would email me an estimate.  He was very prompt about sending his estimate and readily answered all of the questions we had about the job and his quote.  He said they could most likely get the job completed in one day and they did!  The crew was there on time and worked all day.  Derren was very patient in explaining the process and answering some more questions we had that day.  He also helped us select our grout color.  The workmanship was excellent and we are extremely pleased with the finished product.  I would definitely recommend Derren and Harper Stone & Tile.

We had a roof leak into a very small space behind our water heater. There was small water damage and a bit of mold. Other companies quoted us $1700-2700 because they wanted to remove the water heater. Elias was able to do it for a third of the price without removing the water heater! He was a great contractor to work with- let me know when he was on the way and was very understanding of our wanting to keep costs down. He did a great repair job and we plan to ask him to help us with other projects in the house. Thanks Elias!

Tony his team literally saved me from a nightmare.  I hired someone who was getting their company up and going to make my brick wall higher in my backyard.  It was originally only 5ft tall and everyone could see in my backyard. This new company completely botched the wall and was not unstained it correctly.  I had to fire them on the spot but they've already created such a mess.  I contacted Tony to come check out the horrible job to see if he could provide me a estimate. He came out the next day and let me know what all needed to be done to correct the issue and finish the job.  The estimate was a fairly priced for the work ahead.  I agreed and he came back the next day with his team.  They had my wall done within hours which included reinforcing and correcting the problem from the first company.  He was super professional,  cleaned up their mess ALONG with the previous company mess  and the communication was great. I have known Keith for years...found them on a site years back and asked if they could help my old boss paint some rooms in our office.  They did great!  Later, I hired them to paint some rooms in my home and install a super cool rock mailbox as my old one was falling apart.  They also painted my old bosses exterior of his home, did lots of electrical, installed some pigeon proof material, and he was super happy with them.  The company is super fast at communicating, estimates, and just  all around great people.  Ask for Keith...he will help get any/all projects taken care of. Amazing company folks...don't look anywhere else!!!

This place is the best. I was speaking to Mario, and he was the most helpful person I have dealt with since I started my project on my new home. Me and my fiance have been looking for a reliable company since we moved to AZ. We went trough a few bad experiences before finding the right person to give our business to.

He took care of all of our projects from start to finish, we can't emagine ever going anywhere else. We both highly recommend them, they are the best.

Tatum and Ray were highly recommended. I got several bids and their's was comprehensive and fairly priced. This was a unique project where we retained the flooring, fixtures and some of the walls. But the plumbing, sinks, counters, tile, some cabinets, mirrors, shower wall and glass are all new. There were many challenges since this was not a rip and replace. During the five week project, Tatum kept everything moving, came up with creative solutions, and kept his commitment to deliver the bathroom we wanted. I highly recommend Ouellette General Contracting.

Very happy with Rhino Construction and already thinking of more projects, now that I have found a reliable, professional, and courteous licensed contractor.
Was contacting Licensed Contractors for a couple of small projects that were beyond my abilities when I came across Rhino Construction, their response time was quick, the estimator's site review was scheduled, and the estimates came in close to what I was expecting.
The roofers arrived early on the agreed-upon day for the work to start, they were done fixing the broken tiles, replacing the cement caps, striping off the flat roof over the patio, replacing the dry rotted fascia boards, and gone by early afternoon.
While the roofing team was busy working away, the site supervisor showed the carpenter the work to be done inside.
By the end of the week, they were painting, cleaning up, and checking for any loose ends.

I contacted Red Ram about some major exterior remodeling work I'm having done. It includes building a large attached patio cover, re-siding my house, and installing a new roof.

Daniel came out to see the project space. He mentioned some alternative siding options I hadn't considered. I appreciated this because I believe the contractor is the materials expert, can make good recommendations, and it's important to me to find someone experienced in using/installing the products I ultimately decide to go with. He left me with a very positive impression. He said it would take a week or so to get me an estimate for the work and some estimates for the different siding options so I can make an informed cost/value determination on which product to go with.

It's been 3 weeks now and I haven't heard anything from Daniel or Red Ram. I tried calling to follow up but there was no answer and no call-back response to my voicemail. I understand this ultimately means he probably doesn't want my business but ghosting is inherently rude and ultimately unprofessional. A simple message saying this isn't a project we want to take on would be sufficient. This seems to be a common issue in the contracting world. To each her/his own, but based on my experience, I feel this company lacks integrity.
