Was quoted $249 on the phone for an annual service.  After the tech did the work, he said there is an additional $25.59 fuel service charge and $5.85 material removal fee to take away the old oil.  He said something like They have all these other charges they don't tell you about.  My security camera recorded him saying that.

I called on the phone and the woman who answered admitted they tell people one price on the phone and charge them something different when they arrived.  I recorded that call too.  Yelp does not have a way to post audio recordings though.

They also quoted a senior citizen discount on the phone of something like 5% percent.  When the tech gave us the bill, the discount was only 1% percent or less.  

They did offer to give us a discount if we post a review online.  I have a feeling they won't honor that either.

Tommy, the owner, is a piece of work.  We had a tech come out to troubleshoot an issue in the kitchen where we couldn't get power.  The breaker was flipping due to the fridge drawing too much power on a 15A breaker.  What turned out to be something so trivial as swapping the 15A to 20A, they wanted to charge $600+ for two separate days they had to come out.  The first day they came out they swapped out two GFCI outlets that the tech deemed faulty, which wasn't the case.  Shortly after the tech left, the power went out in the kitchen again.  Tech came back the second time and mentioned to us that we'll forget about the first day since he did not fix anything.  We even had to tell the tech try swapping out the 15A to a 20A (a friend who does electrical work advised us to mention this to the tech) and that solved the issue we were having.  They were trying to charge us the first day with 1.5 hours of troubleshooting/labor and another 1 hour the next day.  There is no reasoning with a scam artist such as Tommy.  Clearly the tech told us one thing and then you have this piece of work telling us he has to charge for the time the tech was out here not fixing anything (lol).  Furthermore, the same tech who came out twice parked his van pretty far away from the house when he could've simply parked right next to the entrance to the house.  He would saunter back and forth to his van and to the house to milk the clock, which was so petty.  We would not have minded paying $600+ if they had provided honest and legitimate work instead of causing more issues with putting in GFCI outlets which they have for $60+ per outlet that didn't even resolve the issue!

The best part is their invoices which had a lot of inconsistencies and the owner, Tommy, aka piece of work, had to adjust it so many times to fit his narrative.  We still ended up paying around $400-$500 for a breaker swap basically.  There is no reasoning with this man as he seems quite ignorant from speaking with him over the phone.  He is also condescending saying things like R U AN ELECTRICIAN?.  Like, bro, you're the one trying to charge people $600+ for over something trivial as swapping out a breaker?  Mind you that this house is owned by my father (retired Vietnam war Veteran and a professor) and he said things like I'm going to put a lien on your house to him.  How small minded do you have to be to threaten someone such as my dad like that when you're the one trying to rip us off.  My dad already suffers from PTSD and this guy with his small brain trying to threaten him.  Like I said, real piece of work.

I will be reporting this business to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.

I was looking for someone to preform maintenance on my home generator and came across wired. When I called to get a quote the young lady on the phone was very polite and got me scheduled as soon as they had an opening, which was about  4 days. The only issue was that I was scheduled for 9-12 and they showed up after 5. When I called to check up, they said my appointment was from 1-4, but that was not the time I was originally given. Unfortunately no one called to tell me my time was updated. The technician came and did amazing work and all ended well, so I can't complain too much. Just make sure you take off a whole day of work in case they don't show up on time.

HIGHLY DISORGANIZED! Stay away! I made an appointment with them this past Monday. Took time off from work to be home and they no showed. I thought I'd give them another chance and rescheduled for today. Again, took time off from work to be home this morning and, guess what? Another no show. When I called them (30 minutes after the appointment time) to ask where the service repair person was, I was told: Oh, yeah, I see you were on the schedule on Monday and we had to reschedule you, but the lady forgot to put you on the schedule today. What? And no apology. Fool me once . . . lesson learned.

If you want a company that has very little respect for your time, by all means, call them. If not, save yourself some frustration and STAY AWAY!

Came out in less then 5 hours with ice and snow on the road, city is shit down. Had the generac parts (oil pressure switch, battery, and other stuff) got me up and running in less then 20 minutes.

This is definitely the most expensive electrical service company. I was charged 189.00 for a circuit breaker that costs 55.00 at Home Depot. Also charged 160.00 just to come out and do a 15 min job. I would not recommend using them....save your money. GET EDUCATED ON PRICING BEFORE YOU DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

Edit: I called this company out and their response was that they markup parts. I asked him if 200% was normal and he didn't know what to say. They DID try to resolve my issue by the following means which is highly unethical and quite frankly shady. The gentleman in the office told me if I go to the store and purchase the breaker and drop it by their office then he would refund me the money for the overcharge. In addition I would have to change my Yelp rating to a better review or delete it. I was not about to waste gas, time, and to be threatened with changing my Yelp review to get $100 back. I've warned you..... this guy and company are shady. Will be filing with the BBB.

Was charged by the full hour amount when the electrician was done in 35 minutes. They fixed the issue but way overpriced. I wish they are honest with the way they charged customers. The technician sat in his vehicle for another 25 minutes and drove off.

Beware! The company installed a generator for us in May 2021, and to date (February 2020), the gas line has not been inspected. We have made numerous phone calls and written a letter with no solution.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!  They have been out 3 times to install a part and each time they say it't the wrong part and they have to order it.  Then I was lied to stating that they came to repair my generator and no one was home when CLEARLY I was because I took of off work that day.  Save yourselves the energy and time..

They sent me a kid that didn't know what he was doing. He spent 6 hours doing all kinds of 'tests'. He charged me $600 to 'diagnose' my problem, and the diagnosis was wrong. After many conversations with this company, they finally sent me a seasoned electrician weeks later, who fixed the problem in 10 mins. It was a loose connection in a plug.  They didn't offer any apologies and wouldn't refund any of my money. This should have been a $150 job.

I had someone named Luke from Wired Electric come out to fix a switch, because it wouldn't work at all; when he was there, he quoted me for all the things I wanted to have done in time.  I ended up getting EVERYTHING replaced and/or added as a result of his superior service and competitive pricing.  This is the second time I've used Wired and would highly recommend them!

Update:  March 6, 2017. Had a group out again, and they were excellent as usual and I will never use anybody else.  Richard was prompt, courteous, quick and efficient.  You ROCK, Wired!!

We contracted Wired Electrical Services to install 4 can kitchen lights. Our electrician, Dewayne, called with arrival time and showed up promptly for the job.  Once here, he scoped out the lights we'd purchased and offered a better energy efficiency solution of lights he'd brought. We went with his option.   Great workmanship, professionalism, and cleanup of the site. We will use this company again. Please ask for Dewayne!

If I could give them negative stars, I would. They sent out an electrician with an extremely poor attitude. I asked the company to remove him off of the job site for the next day and when i got there the next day, he was still there. The worker named Justin explained that the company charges $180 to install a can light but if i paid him cash, he would do it for $120.  They brought out an extra tall ladder to do the work on the first day, and removed it the next morning. They needed the the ladder for the later part of the second day but tried to charge me $99 to bring back their own ladder! I was not at the home when they were done, no one, not the owner, not the electrician called  me and let me know that the job was done. However, this is the text that i received This is Justin with wired electrical. I am done and need to collect. Your bill is adding up by the hour, just to let you know. Now,they gave me a flat rate quote, not an hourly quote. I paid them in cash and received a signed receipt for $5,446.00, They then told me that I did not give them that amount...AFTER they gave me their signed receipt stating that I did indeed pay in full. I called the office and sat on hold several times, ranging from  5 minutes to over an hour.

BEWARE do not use, my husband almost DIED from electrocution!!!!!!!!!

I hire Wired because I want somebody legitimate to work on things as dangerous and important as electrical work. I don't go cheap or use a friend's mother/brother/friend/uncle, I use professionals. Wired had some moron come in and improperly install things, install items I did NOT need, and did not install what I did need! So when putting a face plate onto the plug, it sparked, and the only thing saving my husband's life was the insulation on the screwdriver. I had a third party electrician come in and tell us our house was waiting to burn down due to all the faulty work!

We made Wire come back and fix EVERYTHING- which they did because they knew it was wrong. Then I demanded a partial refund for the initial $2,000 bill, including the part they uninstalled bc we didn't even NEED! The electrician laughed in my face and said it isn't a big a deal, I don't know what you want me to do. This was after I told him my husband got electrocuted. His response was that their electrician was under a lot of stress and installed some stuff wrong it happens all the time.

DO NOT USE!!!!!!! They will cheat you, sell you items you don't need, and burn your house down. They are the equivalent of the dentist that pretends you have a cavity, or the mechanic who makes up problems with your car.

I'm going to change my review to add another star upon speaking with another electrician at Wired that was much more sane. I would give it two 1/2 to 3 stars, had my phone call with the first electrician (Ben), not gone so sourly. The phone call with Ben consisted of him cutting me off within the first 20 seconds, scoffing, and trying to belittle me and bully me out any blame to the company. The second experience was much more reasonable, the electrician actually LOOKED through the work order and tried to resolve the problem. They also refunded me a $200 credit for what time/parts may have been possibly wasted.

Whilst this has been a stressful and extremely unpleasant total experience, the job did get done!

Had an electrician from this company who performed several jobs at my house.  First was the installation of a ceiling fan.  Second was a loose connection on outside garage lights.  Third was spots inside the home not working.  The electrician said we needed a transformer which we planned to buy and have the electrician fix at another time.

After the electrician left, we noticed the blades were put in wrong.  One was right side but the other 4 blades were upside down.  Isn't that Fan Installation 101?

Then, all of our lights shorted out in our garage.  We then had to call the company to get an electrician to fix the blades and fix the garage lights.  OK under warranty.

No more trust on our side so we called a different company to fix the spot which we were told needed a transformer.  The new electrician told us we didn't need a transformer but the sockets were bad.  

Maybe the company deserves good ratings sometimes depending upon the electrician but based on our experience, I would never call them again.

I contacted Wired Electrical and spoke to a gal who transferred me over to another gal who took my information and was to give it to a fella who was to call me back after lunch. I never received a phone call until 2 days later after which I already had the work completed by another electrician who responded in a more timely fashion.

We had an electrician from Wired come out to replace exterior low voltage lightbulbs. When I set up the appt I explained the job, said I'd provide the bulbs & asked them to bring their 25-32' ladder. Again when the aPpt day neared, we spoke again a & reminded them to bring the 25-32' ladder.
When the electrician showed up, he didn't have the proper ladder. He waited around for it for 30-40 minutes for his colleague to bring the ladder. We walked the entire property & turned on the lights so that he would see the dead bulbs. He acknowledged & counted the dead bulbs.
At the end, he gave me a bill double the amount I was quoted by the office. He tried to upcharge w/different fees including-for the time he spent waiting for the ladder to arrive; he claimed it was really a 2 person job but he would waive the fee for the 2nd guy. I called the office & spoke w/the mgr. Argued that I shouldn't be charged for a ladder. That's a requirement for them to do the job. Then the tech put his ladder away & as I walked the property I noticed he missed a bulb on one of the high eves. He said oh sorry but I'd have to get the ladder out again & oh man, Its impossible to get to that bulb. I said the last guy reached it and installed it. He left and didn't replace. Very Unsatisfactory experience.

I am editing my review after reading your response. It is very unfortunate that when I escalated this issue to your office and spoke with you at the very time the tech was at our home you chose to dispute upcharging me. It wasn't until I refused to pay you that you chose to back down.

There is no doubt that it was Wired whose charging practices and service this review was solely based on.

11/15/2018... I look at social media and look @ reviews like everyone else, food, business etc.. I thought WIRED was perfect for my jobs. I needed 5 outlets installed, three inside two outside, three ponged toggle switch, a dimmer an some light bulbs removed. Over $1400 was my bill for this, contractor was here for 8 hours.. yes, some sheet rock work was needed.. for the inside, but charging $92 for a dimmer.. I owned a business for years, yes we need to make money for bills.. but the lesson I learned is when you think you found the right company, continue to shop around.

I bought a voucher to save money from Yelp. Wired tech came out to troubleshoot why a wall plug was not working. The tech after 2 hours could not find trouble to shoot. He told us to call back to speak with someone on Monday. I said Why can't Mr. Who Ever call us on Monday Tech said I'll put that on my copy of the invoice for the people in the office. Monday came and went with no call.I am not impressed one bit with wired customer service They have the attitude that made me feel like they're doing me a favor by coming out. Well by God I'm paying for them. treat me respectable like you want my business.

My first experience a few years ago was fantastic, so I called them out to replace a whole house surge protector. First, the service man did not have the work order and asked what I wanted done, and asked if there was anything else to do..... I asked to confirm the price of the installation and was given a price for the full installation for the day. Next the bill shows up with an additional $159 service fee after the first quote. He told me sorry, he had to charge the service fee which was not mentioned when I made the appointment or up front on the day. Called the office and received no assistance whatsoever. If I see Provide and install and there is a price, I expect that to be the price. Not with an additional charge.  And overall it was so expensive.  I looked online again and could have bought the same  part for about $60 and their part was $299.  Lost me as a customer for not being up front.

I agreed to have Wired Electric install a large backup they generator to power our home.  The generator was a year old and had been used.  The electricians encountered several problems getting the unit running and had a rough time with the local inspectors.  Consequently the 1 week job turned into 3 weeks.  But the ops manager Duane stayed with it to the end.  Nathanael who sold me the generator in first place worked with Duane to ensure the unit was 100% operational and that I was satisfied.   Sometimes we don't know how good a company is until you see how well they deal with problems and Wired Electric definitely rose to the occasion.

I just had Wired Electrical Services replace my main breaker panel.  I am extremely happy with the work that they did.  I called for a quote and they said they could get someone out to look at the problem a four and he was out at four precisely.  He gave me a fair quote, found a way to do the job economically and had me a formal quote in the morning.  

They scheduled a person in to fit into my schedule perfectly

when the technician came, he was right on time, very professional and very, very thorough.  He made sure everything was done just right.  He didn't cut corners and gave me exactly what I asked for.  

The professionalism, courtesy and job skill, plus the fact that they do exactly what they say they are going to do, on time and on schedule means a lot to me.  I will use their services in the future and will recommend them to all that need this sort of service.

Needed a new TV mounted on the wall and called Wired! as we've used them previously for other electrical services.  The electrician, Richard, was extremely professional and helpful even late in the day on Friday.  The TV was mounted perfectly and he checked in with me periodically to make sure I was happy with it.  His time had ran into the second hour and he asked if there was anything else he could help out with...my wife had a list!

Only complaint was we scheduled the appointment from noon-2:00, but the electrician wasn't able to make it til nearly 4:00.

Good experience overall and would use again.

I can't believe the amazing service we received!

We were so nervous to have our house rewired because we've heard so many horror stories about bad electricians.

These guys were professional from the get-go. When someone came to give us an estimate, they were very up front about what work needed to be done and what we could wait on.

The two men that actually did the work were outstanding! They were on time, polite and cleaned up after themselves. They stayed till the job was done and we're very accommodating to my husband who had a million questions!

I will be sure to refer anyone needing an electrician to Wired Electrical Services.

Buyer beware...I scheduled an appointment with Wired Electric this past week to diagnose/repair an external outlet that wasn't working.  After checking all of the GFI's in & around the house, the tech replaced the outlet and said it was fixed & working.  I paid $158 for the hour labor + part.  The next morning, I went to use the outlet and found it was NOT working.  After calling, I was told that they would send someone back out, but would charge an hourly rate if it took more than 30 minutes.  After saying I felt like I was being taken, I was told that they were doing me a favor by sending the tech out for another 30 minutes.  I immediately called my bank and put a stop on the check, so I thought I better post this to warn others.

I had just decorated my house with all my Christmas lights when I blew a circuit.  Ugh! I called Wired and they picked up the phone and arranged an appt for the next day!! They were quick to come out and fix my electrical issue!

Pretty impressed with the promptness and service. We found Wired by using nextdoor.com and definitely did not regret it. Dewayne was very helpful to find the best solution and kept conscious of the cost and provided different options. In the end, I got exactly what I needed, and I felt great about the service and pricing.

Wired Electrical Services is the best.  Here's why... We have used them for routine service over the years and again when we installed a full-home generator system two years ago. That service was great, but when they answered the phone a few days after our home flooded during the events of Hurricane Harvey and they had a technician out the same day --- that is superb service!  I will always use WIRED for my electrical needs.

Appointment was easy to set, and Thomas was here on the front end of the window period.  He was courteous, proficient, and quickly diagnosed the problem, and also checked a couple of other potential problems or future problems.  Most importantly, he communicated in a way I could understand in helping me understand what was going on.

I would recommend Wired and will use them again for future household electrical needs.

Excellent service! Anthony was at my place right at the start of my 9-12 window, installed the new electrical outlet for my oven, and even helped get my new oven back in place, hooked up and working. Great service until they messed up and cut a hole for a light in the wrong place.

After spending 1200 on the total job, you would think they would return my call.  They apparently don't like to be asked about errors.

Second time using Wired to get work done. The Service Tech was on time and very polite. Explained what was being done and answered any questions that I had. Was very pleased with the work.

I had a wonderful experience with this company. Had called a few landscape lighting companies and no one could get my security lights/yard lighting to work properly. Wired sent out a crew and they got everything working, a few new fixtures installed and all are still working perfectly. Will use them again!

Major fail with this company.  Their charges are astronomical, and work is sub-par.  Had one guy put his foot through the ceiling of bathroom, then walk mud on brand new carpet.  Not to mention all the cigarette butts in the yard.  Do not use this company if you have electrical needs!!!!!

I called them on a Sunday because I had an emergency outage and they are a 24/7 service company. They told me they would send a technician over, who never arrived. When followed up with a call that evening, they did not answer nor called back. If they didn't have someone available, they should have just said so.

I don't usually review places like this, but had a really good experience.  Somehow, a power surge blew and I lost half power in my condo.  A really strange situation.  This was late on Saturday, and I wanted to  get this taken care of fast.  I called them about 10pm, and someone picked up right away.  After calling several other places late on a weekend, and not getting anybody (even though they said they are 24hr), this was a great relief.  They would of sent a guy out that night, but I said Sunday morning would be great.  They sent someone out first thing on Sunday morning, and it took him less than an hour to find that I had some burned wires.  He fixed the problem and was gone.  A bit expensive, but I guess that is just the price you pay for quick and professional service.  Well done.

If you have any electrical work that needs to be done, I recommend these guys hands down! I found them on Yelp and decided to give them a call. They were able to come out on short notice to provide an estimate, which was great (a couple of the other places I called didn't even call me back or told me there was a long wait time). They are so nice and easy to work with - and they did a great job.  I had a multiple jobs that went over 3-4 days, and they always arrived early, worked quickly and efficiently, and never complained when I added more work to their schedule.  I had Trent for most of the jobs and he is a really quick worker and knows his stuff--and I felt like I was always getting sound advice from him.  I really liked Carlos as well because he was able to get through a really tight space in the crawl space underneath the house to get some necessary wiring work completed (in the summer heat no less!) - and he didn't complain about it! He really impressed me! I had Anthony complete the last day's jobs and he also was quick and did a fantastic job!  Overall, I was very happy with all of the electricians that worked on my house, and would recommend any of them for work!

One thing that could be improved on is better communication between the office and the electricians that are actually working on the job.  For instance, for one of the days, I had added extra jobs to my order, but it wasn't relayed to the technician that was coming out so he didn't bring an extra guy to help.  But it ended up not being a big issue because once we called the office, everything got sorted out and we just scheduled another time to complete the other jobs.  Given that the office guys and the technicians were all so nice and accommodating to my requests, I don't consider this a deterrent from using them.  They are truly great from a customer service standpoint.

Tip for first timers: If you are having wiring work done or cables run through the walls, be sure to have a good sheet rock/wall guy that you can call on to fix up afterwards. These sorts of jobs leave holes in walls - it's normal!  The technicians did a good job trying to minimize the size/number of holes though!

So disappointed
A few years ago when I used this company they were adequate. Not fantastic, but got the job done...sort of.
In the past 2 years they have really gone downhill.
Last week, I had a tech out to my house to replace some outlets, etc.
I told him to replace the outlets in my bedroom that were in view and not behind furniture. I walked him thru it. A while  later I went to check on things because it had been quite a while and I knew every minute was counted by them. The guy had tried to shove my nightstand out of the way on carpet and had broken the leg on my nightstand. It collapsed. Not only that but he had replaced the outlet behind my nightstand . Brilliant. I had told him to do the 3 receptacles that were in view not the one behind my bed. I decided to shut it down and pay for what he'd done and get him out. He then told me that if I wanted my nightstand fixed, I would have to make an appt. to have him come back and finish the other stuff he'd bid on...GEEZ! Just fix what you broke.
After that, I just wanted to forget about it but I finally called Wired to complain and spoke with David Johnson the service manager. Well he gets on the line with a surly, passive agressive attitude and tells me to get a bid to fix the furniture but that he'd have to see the estimate first. Working with them is like taking on a part time job working with 20 year old spoiled, entitled toddlers. When I asked why he didn't show respect for his customers he told me that if I had his job listening to people complain all the time I'd have a bad attitude... I then suggested that if he would actually respond to their valid complaints and IMPROVE THEIR SERVICE things might improve. Doesn't take a team of skilled Mensa candidates just a good attitude and a smidge of humility and professionalism. When I asked to speak to his boss I was informed that there was absolutely, positively, undeniably NO BOSS. Not one individual on planet Earth that I could talk to at Wired Electric. Just a board of directors.
Life is too short. DO NOT USE WIRED ELECTRIC. At best, you will be underwhelmed at worst you'll be pouring out your frustrations on Yelp.

Very reliable. They arrived when thay said they would and stayed late to finish a BIG job. I had recessed lighting put in my downstairs and it was a major undertaking. Wired electricians did a great job. I had used them before for a smaller job and was very satisfied. They can handle big and small jobs. If the need arises, I will used Wired again.

We moved into a new home and needed some minor electrical work completed.  The young man (Anthony) who came out was very professional and was able to complete the work for a fair price.  Then we called them again for some additional work, same guy same results.  We then needed to get some work done involving electronic installation in a media room.  We actually called to get a recommendation and they said they had a person who could also do that, a different young man, but also named Anthony.  He also did very good work and also very professional.  Im going to have some major work done in the spring and if they any where near competitive with a bid they will get the work.

Spent three quarters of an hour connecting wall outlet only to find out no supply was available. Tech thought alarm speaker was door bell and lost power wires to inside of wall while trying to test; door bell installed, but only one chime like back door chime. Not real impressed.

Needed two dimmer switches and two light fixtures installed after I removed a ceiling fan and light.  There were too many wires for me to figure out the wiring.  Made a weekend appointment and Technician Jonathan showed up (on time).  In 50 minutes, he had everything wired and working.  While there is an hour minimum, the price seemed reasonable given he was a licensed electrician.

Wired Electrical came to where I work to put in two new plugs and run them to a circuit breaker.  HTere bid was the price I expected, not high.  They were on time, courteous, and cleaned up after themselves.  I was impressed and will use them in the future.

We will never use them again or recommend them to friends. The actual technician was a very nice guy trying to be helpful but we just felt ripped off.
We needed a new spa light. We were quoted the price would be for the cost of the spa light  plus, $150 for the first hour then $89 each hour after. We have had this done before its a job that takes 45 mins to an hour max when the right equipment is on hand.  The technician turned up in the alloted time space at 10.43 am pulled out the spa light from the wall told us we needed a new one within the first 10 minutes. Then he has to phone his boss for someone to bring one or find one for him this went on for over an hour  including me calling round local pool stores like Leslies asking if they had the spa light. The technician then left to get it himself he was gone almost 2 hours. When he got back the actual fitting of the light with my help took 15 minutes. Total actual labor time 35 minutes. He then proceeded to tell me he had to charge 4 hours labor its from when the job starts til it ends at $89 per hour. Turned out the spa light can be bought in stores and on amazon for approx $170 we were charged $350 thats a 100% mark up. We paid over $700 bucks for a job that should have come in under $400. I spoke to the boss along the way  about how long it was taking and the lack of organization for getting a light to the technician and was basically told thats the way it is instead of $150 for the first hour he would charge $89. When i said to the technician its actually 3.5 hours he said he was sorry but they had to round up in full hours. As I said we felt totally screwed over.

Same day service.  Did not try to replace things that didn't need replacement.  Quickly and accurately found out the problem with my electrical plugs by my trees and had them working in no time.  As with most places, there is a significant markup on parts compared to Lowe's or Home Depot.  I would use them again.

If you don't mind being lied to and price gouged, hire this very unprofessional company! When hired to put in a new bathroom exhaust fan, they brought out a more expensive fan than originally agreed to. After the technician spent time slowly reading the instructions and checking things out, he determined it was too large and he would have to go get another one. He disappeared for an hour and came back with a much cheaper fan (cost at Home Depot - $29.99 / cost to me - $69.00). He put it in and then gave me the bill - $349. He charged me for his time when he left and took forever to come back. When I called the company to complain, whoever I talked to was very condescending and rude. He offered a $25 voucher for my next service call. I told him I was very dissatisfied and there would not be another service call.  He said he would get back with about a possible refund. That was almost a month ago. I've heard nothing. I've received nothing.

In 2010, we had Wired Electrical Services install a  17kw Generac Generator to provide us with power in the event of a lengthy power loss.  I was extremely happy with the service they provided.  They were very straight forward with information about the generator and the price quote and made sure that the generator would meet our requirements.  They provided not only an installation date and time but also a diagram of precisely where the generator would be installed. The installation was fast and efficient.    In all of the years since the installation, they have continued to provide dependable service.  I purchased  the extended warranty  for 10 years (Parts and Labor) and continue to purchase the yearly maintenance plan.  I remain a satisfied customer.

Dryer not working so called in the experts. Day 1: $200 to fix the loose connection in the breaker box. Dryer stopped working again. Day 2: another service person checks the box and can't find anything wrong but notices a crack in the plastic knob used to set the timer on the dryer. $105. A total of $305 to fix a $2 knob. Wouldn't trust these jokers again.

I have a light fixture  that has one bulb go out constantly.  I've had many, many electricians out to fix it and invariably the bulb goes out again shortly after they leave.  The guys are Wired Electrical replaced every component of the fixture and  were the only ones who finally figured how to fix the light

These guys were great. They booked me an appointment within a day, showed up a few minutes early and were fast and efficient when they arrived. Anthony walked me through the entire repair - and did extra investigation to see why my issue had happened in the first place. It wasn't something that was obvious - so I would have been stuck with the same issue in a few months if he hadn't been so thorough. I also thought the price was really fair for the level of service that they are providing. I'll definitely use them again!

I've had  Ryan Booth with Wired Electrical out twice to my townhouse and could not be more pleased with his professionalism and friendly service. Knowledgeable, efficient, and skilled workers are becoming harder to find and Wired Services seems to have them whenever you need them. I was especially impressed with how quickly they arrived; how contentiously their contractor performed, and how knowledgeable he was about his trade. The price is reasonable and the workers are very contentious and careful about the job site. Their workers are also as ethical a group as I've met. Very impressive for a small family-owned company.

Today I just had Wired Electrical services install a interlock on my panel so I could connect a generator to my homes electrical system.  They also installed a plug to connect the generator, a 110 outlet, and a ground rod.  The VP, Ben, was very knowledgeable and helpful.  The electrician who came to the house, Anthony, was very knowledgeable, considerate, and conscientious about his work.  They seemed to charge a reasonable price (much lower than some) and I was impressed with Anthony and his work.  I would certainly call them again.  Thanks Guys.  Mark

I have no one else but Wired Electric work on my house. They are fair,reliable, and professional. They have installed and maintain my generator and  fixed other electrical issues no one else could for me. These guys are GREAT!!!!! Now I only wish they did plumbing....LOL

I selected Wired Electrical Services to perform the yearly maintenance to my generator because they had several good reviews on HomeAdvisor.com. Unfortunately, based on my experience this is not an honest company. What was supposed to be a $250 service turned into $550. When I inquired about the additional charges, the salesman was very rude and condescending. I explained that the technician arrived at 7AM and left at 9AM. I have surveillance cameras surrounding my home, and I notice the gentleman only worked for about an hour (if that). He talked/texted on his cell phone for about 30 minutes off and on. He sat in his service van for over 30 minutes. So why was I charged for 2 hours of labor? I was told this was the going rate even if the tech only worked one hour. Basically, I just had to deal with it. They also tried to sell me other repairs I did not need. I assume since I am female they thought they could take advantage of me. What they didn't know is that my husband is a master electrician/plumber. When I confronted them with the facts, I was told they would talk to the technician and call me back. It's been two weeks and no return phone call. I feel this company was padding the bill by adding additional time and inventing items that didn't need to be done. I will not be using this company in the future.
