I had needed a good electrician..... on multiple occasions.  Now that Ive found these guys, Ill never use another electrician again.  Not only did they make me feel like I could trust them in my home when I wasnt there, but they also didnt give up until my issue was resolved. He has more experience than most other electricians I have encountered. Also, I like the fact that they are a family owned and operated business.

Travis and Charles are the friendliest, most professional crew you can ask for these days.  They have the know-how for just about any job.  We have been using them at my business for a few years now and we couldn't be happier.  I would highly recommend their services to anybody.

Brian rewire said half of a house for me working in a very hot attic without a word of complaint. When I changed things up a little he took care of it with a word of complaint.

Our AC was struggling to keep up in the recent 100 degree heat.  I called someone else first who came out and after 10 minutes told me my system was shot and I would have to replace everything at a price tag of over $5000 - and they charged me $75 for the 10 min visit.  Decided to get a second opinion.  Found Mike on the local HKA Facebook page.  He came out and after 10 minutes told me my system was running fine and showed me why (broken fan motor in the attic) our AC was struggling - only a $200 fix.  Mike wouldn't even take my $$ for the first service call.  Needless to say, wont be calling anyone else about AC issues in the future.

We have used Weeks for 15 years and only ever had one issue with one of their technicians failing to close the condensation line in our attic, resulting in damage from the attic, through the second floor and down into the first-floor garage. They fixed the damage without a problem.

Now we are planning to have the ducting replaced and will be using them again. We are looking forward to having our A/C function and cool our home evenly.

Terrible Customer Service:

We had a major electrical outage in our garage and needed a highly rated electrician to repair the electrical connection to the garage. Our mistake was contacting Justin from Brightside Electric.

On Tuesday October 25, 2022, we called Justin based on the referral of a friend of his. He gave us a quote (including travel from Willis to Houston) and promised to schedule the job when he got back to his office. He did not.

Justin did not answer repeated texts to set up the appoinment date. Finally four days later, he responded that he would be here on Wednesday, November 2nd. We asked that he contact us when he was on his way. He did not show up and has not followed up with us EIGHT days later.

If Brightside Electric cannot be professional and courteous with customer promises and follow-through, we wonder about the quality of his work and customer service after the work is completed. Justin agreed to do the job and did not follow through on his commitment.

We have used ProLectric twice. Each time they have been prompt, courteous, and honest. I would use them again and highly recommend them!

Phillip was right on time and walked us through the various problems we had asked him to address.  While he wasn't able to fix a couple of outside lights that were probably wired badly by the previous owner of this house, he did fix the one major one for which we are very grateful.  Thanks for your prompt and efficient service.

What can I say, Jason has done a magnificent job, fast and affordable. Very helpful and knowledgeable. We had been having Air Conditioning issues which turned out to be a burned up breaker. I immediately called TES (it was Friday evening) and Jason came out to assess the situation. We came up with a plan to get the AC running safely. Over the weekend Jason wrote up a quote to upgrade the breaker panel. He came out this morning with everything he needed to complete the job with little down time. Once the power was restored by the power company Jason stayed and labeled each switch for us. Keep doing what you do and treating all clients as well as I have been treated. Thank You

They replaced our breezeway lighting and light on front porch. They recommended an alternative that gave the look we wanted at a much more affordable price.  Would definitely use them again for any electrical need. Very professional and prompt.

EJ Electrical Services had so many rave reviews that I did not hesitate to call them. They are the BEST!!! Professional, knowledgeable, extremely polite, prompt, reasonable in price. I regret not having reviewed them previously. Call them and you will be glad.

Extensive electrical work both in the house and in the yard. Commercial quality tree lights near the street, as well as security lights on the garage were replaced with much better quality. Broken bulb in outdoor pole light was removed. Bad fuse in the sprinkler system was replaced. Low voltage lighting outdoors was repaired. Closet lights were installed or replaced.

Replaced our main breaker box and panel a few years ago and were very responsive and reliable

He was on time, on budget, cleaned up. Everything was just great!!!!   Would hire him again many times!
