This is THE WORST business I have ever dealt with!  They have the worst reviews as well as the worst reviews with the BBB and unfortunately my warranty company is using them to fix my refrigerator.  I have been dealing with this since September 5th.  In the past few days I have called 5 times to set an appointment and they have given me several excuses, tell me they will call back and they do not call back.  They are ridiculous, unprofessional and I do not know how they are still in business!!!!  

They should feel so fortunate they are able to keep their business open considering the circumstances the world is in right now with pandemic and people out of jobs and not spending money!  

I had to give them one star otherwise I couldn't leave this review.  I wish I could take it back, they don't even deserve 1 star.

They need to remember, what goes around comes around!  Meaning, you treat your customers like crap, it'll come back to you x10!!!!

Was the contractor provide through our home warranty. Came to fix our microwave but instead dropped it breaking the door and marking up the stove. Multiple calls and emails and still no response in regards to the broken microwave or stove.

Beware a co. called Parts Charlotte (electricians) aka TNMS.
They were referred by my Home Warranty co. and have no showed 4 times! Yes, 4 times. They finally called today saying they were on their way, be here in 30 minutes, that was 4 hours ago. They do not return phone calls, texts, voicemails, or emails. They have an excuse every time, broken computer, broken truck, bad brakes, ....The Worst service  I have EVER experienced!

TERRIBLE COMPANY  They are used as a third party from my extended warranty company.  The set up went fine but been waiting all day for a 9-2pm call that I had to beg them to give me. Originally they wouldn't give a window.  Only to find out they said my appt was 5 days prior. Guess what, they didn't show up then either, so another slap in the face. Nobody can get a hold of them including the Warranty  company.  DOnt ever use them even for a third party. I will be asking for my money back on the Extended warranty and go with the manufacture.  All reviews have said the same thing so its all true.

Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable customer service.  Best Buy / Warrantech assigned them to my dryer repair.  This company also goes by Service CenterFTC and Premier Appliance Repair Team.  They were no-show/no-call to my appointment.  Unable to reach them by telephone/voicemail/emails.  Finally, months later, someone actually answered their line and said they don't need to come out before ordering parts.  She said the parts would be in in one week and will call me then.  After another 2 months and 9 unanswered emails to their scheduling and escalations department, Warrantech dropped them from my repair.

Absolutely Terrible, Repair call was made in May 2020.  It is now August 2020 and my refrigerator still has not been repaired and meanwhile my floors are being ruined from dripping water from the refrigerator. The technician came out and said it was one thing one time and then another the next time. The second time he said it was the compressor and then after calling week after week later he said the part had not arrived.  I called LG back only to find out the part was never ordered and the service call had been closed as completed.  Meanwhile I still have a refrigerator that's leaking water and not cooling properly. Stay far far away from the company and request another company if this is who they refer you to.  Absolutely useless!

This company is the absolute worst.  Like previous reviewers, I also had the  misfortune of being referred to them by my home warranty company.  Our refrigerator died a few weeks after the COVID-19 pandemic.  I learned the hard way that there was not a single refrigerator or freezer (new or used) to be found anywhere in the country.  The shortest wait period (which kept growing longer and longer) before we could get a refrigerator was, at the time, August 2020!  In the meantime, I called my HW company and filed a claim.  Long story short, Parts Charlotte must exist in name only.  ALL DAY LONG you get this long, drawn out recorded message (leave a message, we return calls at so-and-so time), send an email, etc).  I did all that, in addition to calling repeatedly.  It was almost comical because I started calling first thing in the morning - again, you get the same voicemail. When I called around noon, the message changed to inform you that they were at lunch and to call back in an hour.  Of course, when I called back in an hour...you guessed it...the same voice original recorded message.  By this time, I'm worried about my mental health.   In the meantime, I got ahold of my HW company, explained the situation to them, told them how, in almost a week's time by now, nobody from parts charlotte ever got in touch with me, and that we had very little food.  Thankfully, I was able to speak to a supervisor who called another company (Sears) and we were finally able to get our refrigerator repaired.  Mind you, that took forever, too.  COVID-19 shook up everything I had ever taken for granted - including access to fresh, homemade food.  All in all, it took over three weeks.  And the best(???) part?  TO THIS DAY I HAVE YET TO HEAR ANYTHING FROM ANY REPRESENTATIVE OF PARTS CHARLOTTE.  This company is the worst.  To anyone out there with a home warranty - if something in your home breaks down and your HW company refers you to Parts Charlotte, don't fall for it.  IMMEDIATELY demand another company.  They are unreliable and a total waste of your time, energy, and mental health.

Worst experience ever. They were contracted out from Frigidaire to fix my microwave. The order was put in November 2018. They sent a tech out to diagnose my repair, and then repair it. The second time he came out, he claimed they didn't give him all the parts he needed so he would put it in what he had. This included the magnetron and diode. He said he would come back with a transformer that he thought was in his shop. He wanted to leave the microwave on my counter. I asked that he put it back up above the stove Incase he had to order the part. It is now January of 2019 and my part still wasn't in according to the tech after I contacted his cell number. When I called Parts Charlotte, their number was disconnected. I called Frigidaire demanding a new company and told them everything that happened. They ended up sending their personal company out to fix it the next day. Turns out, my microwave only needed a new magnetron and diode, so I have no idea what the guy from Parts Charlotte replaced when he was here. If I could leave 0 starts I would. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
