I continue to be amazed that some service companies don't seem to need the work; it is difficult to get them to respond to inquiries and to show up to do the work. So, I was delighted to get a friendly voice on the phone who agreed to look at our work. They completed all work we had been collecting for several years--replacing fixtures and an exhaust fan, replacing hard-to-reach bulbs, and other miscellaneous electrical work. We felt their fees were very reasonable. I highly recommend Penn Electric for commercial electrical work.

Forgot the rest call the best. Call Air Quest. My AC wasn't working. I was new around here. I looked up local shops on the internet. Looked at some reviews. And called Air Quest. Some guy named Mike Huffman came out and quickly fixed my Ac. I was sooo thankful and so was my wife. We were finally going to get a good nights sleep. I ask how much? He said because you're a Vet. Give me what I got in it. I almost hugged him . Turns out he's the owner. The point is that he could of tried to sell anew unit. And I would have bought it. He said not right now. TRUST. It's earned. Fast Response Heating and Cooling

Wanted payment up front before doing repair (we have used them before and this wasn't the case then). Their first technician came and told us he couldn't do the repair because it was too difficult and that we would be contacted regarding a repair time. Failed to contact us multiple times regarding the status of our repair and scheduling. We had to call them every time to find out what was going on. Forced to use them because of our home warranty. Rescheduled the repair time 30 minutes before their first 4 hour arrival window ended and gave us another 4 hour window for a total of an 8 hour window in one day??? Avoid this company at all costs. Everything about them is sketchy. This is not how reputable companies do business.

Over 4 weeks ago I scheduled an appointment for 1:00 pm on June 23 to get an estimate for a home generator in Dublin and was told Glenn would call and confirm before the appointment. At 12:26 pm Glenn called from Gahanna and left a voicemail asking if the appointment was still on. I never got the message until 1:30 because I was on a conference call. No one ever showed up for the appointment or followed up for the company. I can only assume that business is so good they don't need to be bothered by a small $10,987.46 residential project. I was here waiting for Glenn from Country-side who from my view was a no show. I can't really rate them as a customer because they don't want or need my business.
