My wife and I decided to install a whole house generator. From working with them, and seeing the number of commercial installations using them, I knew Kohler was the brand to buy. I looked at the sales and installation company recommendations offered by Kohler for my area. Power Lines was a local company, which I will use whenever possible. I researched available information, such as the A+ rating at the Better Business Bureau. I contacted Scott the owner for an estimate and any recommendations. He reviewed my power usage estimations and the installation site. He mentioned several items I hadn't previously considered, but were quite important. He explained the necessary components and their placement. We agree on a price, and his crew did an excellent installation. I'm picky, and I don't say that lightly. I can highly recommend Power Lines to anyone considering installing a generator, or needing electrical work done!

I continue to be amazed that some service companies don't seem to need the work; it is difficult to get them to respond to inquiries and to show up to do the work. So, I was delighted to get a friendly voice on the phone who agreed to look at our work. They completed all work we had been collecting for several years--replacing fixtures and an exhaust fan, replacing hard-to-reach bulbs, and other miscellaneous electrical work. We felt their fees were very reasonable. I highly recommend Penn Electric for commercial electrical work.

Air Quest Heating & Cooling

Over the period of about two months my family and I tried to make arrangements to have this company evaluate my residence for a percieved reduced air flow issue in a few upstairs bedrooms. I was able to actually get an appointment set with a whole house HVAC venting system cleaned first (at the tune of $400) followed by the AC technician (Owner) to come by and give that inspection and hopefully get a system enhancement arranged. After cleaning system was complete, I called and asked where the technician((owner)) was and asked for an ETA. I was told someone (either technician-owner or secretary) would get right back to me with that information and NEVER heard a word, now this is three days later and I have not heard. These people are too busy for you or me, just don't bother using them and your expectations will not be missed. Disrespectful, unprofessional is my total opinion.

Previous reviews talk about their drivers. They obviously don't care too much about it since they haven't responded to those reviews or to me reaching out to them directly to complain. I was trying to drive safely past daycare facilities and their drivers speed and drive recklessly instead. I can't trust that their drivers care much about anything else if they're willing to treat others badly. Will never turn to this company for future work.

Fast Response Heating and Cooling

Where do I begin! It's been so humid and hot in Columbus OHIO and we don't have working air conditioning. We don't have working AC since 5/12 and it's now 5/31!!!
Somehow my home warranty company uses Fast Response for their cooling and heating system, I had to deal with them twice. (First time was 2yrs ago my heat stopped working) This is my second experience with them and I am not pleased.
They're not available and not having cool air in this heat is not an emergency to them. I have a large dog. She's so hot, and we are so hot. With work conflicts and Westerville power outage, we couldn't have the technician come to our place until 5/20. They looked at the unit outside and said needs to order Reverse Valve. So then they came back 5/25 and AC was supposed to work but it didn't. So then we're so frustrated and calling the company to come back and look at it, they wanted me to be at home at 11:30am on Friday for them to come out again. I'm working and so my fiance who is out of town told them to change the time to 12:30, I can be home by then... BUJT NO ONE showed up. No call backs. No one came to look at my AC unit for the entire memorial weekend. This is not ok. Today we are experiencing 90 degrees in my area and we still don't have AC. We had to call them again and they're supposed to come tomorrow but we will see at this point....:(

Over 4 weeks ago I scheduled an appointment for 1:00 pm on June 23 to get an estimate for a home generator in Dublin and was told Glenn would call and confirm before the appointment. At 12:26 pm Glenn called from Gahanna and left a voicemail asking if the appointment was still on. I never got the message until 1:30 because I was on a conference call. No one ever showed up for the appointment or followed up for the company. I can only assume that business is so good they don't need to be bothered by a small $10,987.46 residential project. I was here waiting for Glenn from Country-side who from my view was a no show. I can't really rate them as a customer because they don't want or need my business.
