I continue to be amazed that some service companies don't seem to need the work; it is difficult to get them to respond to inquiries and to show up to do the work. So, I was delighted to get a friendly voice on the phone who agreed to look at our work. They completed all work we had been collecting for several years--replacing fixtures and an exhaust fan, replacing hard-to-reach bulbs, and other miscellaneous electrical work. We felt their fees were very reasonable. I highly recommend Penn Electric for commercial electrical work.

Air Quest Heating & Cooling

Forgot the rest call the best. Call Air Quest. My AC wasn't working. I was new around here. I looked up local shops on the internet. Looked at some reviews. And called Air Quest. Some guy named Mike Huffman came out and quickly fixed my Ac. I was sooo thankful and so was my wife. We were finally going to get a good nights sleep. I ask how much? He said because you're a Vet. Give me what I got in it. I almost hugged him . Turns out he's the owner. The point is that he could of tried to sell anew unit. And I would have bought it. He said not right now. TRUST. It's earned. Thank you Mike Huffman

We moved into our new build home in the fall of 2020. Romanoff was the company contracted by our builder. After move in - we wanted to have the wall above our fireplace wired to hang our TV. Our next-door neighbors (who have the IDENTICAL floorplan to our home) had just had Romanoff do this just weeks prior. They were quoted $180 and paid $180.

Fast forward to our experience - we too were quoted $180 - but when the bill came due - we were charged $330. Not only this, the technician who came to do the job literally said that he didn't know how to do the wiring above the fireplace (?!) and my husband had to WALK HIM NEXT DOOR to inspect the job that had been done at our neighbor's house just a few weeks prior.

When attempting to contact Romanoff to discuss our concerns - we were given the run around for LITERAL MONTHS (roughly 5 months to be exact). When I finally was able to speak with the Division Manager - he tried to explain the discrepancy by stating that our job took an hour or so longer and thus cost more. He went on to state that labor cost ~$50 per hour. When I commented that $180 + $50 equaled ~230 and NOT $330 - he was unable and unwilling to provide an explanation for the difference in cost. I additionally expressed my frustration that the job took longer to complete, because the technician had to be WALKED NEXT DOOR to our neighbors' home to inspect their job. He had no comment for this. Not only this - he was incredibly rude and told me that I was frustrated only because I wasn't getting my way. They ended up refunding us an arbitrary $70 - but even then, wrote the check to the wrong name and were very difficult when we requested a check with the correct name.

We will NEVER hire Romanoff again. We sincerely felt as though we were scammed and would never recommend their services to anyone.

Fast Response Heating and Cooling

I have never been treated so poorly by a company this bad in my entire adult life.
My home service contract company referred me to Fast Response HC and I submitted my request on 5/29/2018. Received a call from Fast Response on 5/30/2018 to schedule an appointment but I referred them to the tenant at my property for proper scheduling and service.
An appointment was made for 6/1/2018 to arrive prior to 4:00 pm due to prior commitments and told Brooke would be our service tech. At 3:45 pm, a call was made to Fast Response's main telephone number which went straight to voicemail. A call was then made to the 888 phone number given by my service contract company which sounds like it forwarded to the same local number which also went to voicemail.
I received a call at 4:17 pm from a gentleman, named Robert that said he was on his way to the home to work on the unit which is different from Brooke. As previously stated, nobody would be home and would be hours away so that didn't work for us or my tenants and that we should reschedule for the following day which was 6/2/2018 and we were told, by Robert, he would arrive in the afternoon but no actual time frame was given.
6/2/2018 came and we anxiously awaited Robert's arrival. At 4:07 pm, I called both of the numbers previously called, went straight to voicemail. I then call Robert, our tech and it went to voicemail. Furthermore, I sent a text to Robert's number with no response.
I contacted both phone numbers of Fast Response on Monday 6/4/2018 and yet again, both numbers went to voicemail. I have left a voicemail each time I have called and received no phone call back.

I write this review on 6/6/2018 with zero response from Fast Response Heating and Cooling. Based on their reviews, it is my recommendation this company close their doors and get into Slow Response porta-potty cleaning because they're sh*t

I've since hired my own company who have replaced my entire cooling system.

I called all around to find out about having a transfer switch installed so that I can safely run my generator during a power outage. Countryside had competitive rates and importantly, were able to answer all of my questions while I was on the phone. The sales person was knowledgeable and flexible about installing equipment I had already purchased. The tech had never seen the switch I had, but was able to figure it out easily. They are friendly, on-time and knowledgeable.

I had a great experience and can easily recommend them for transfer switch installs.
