I continue to be amazed that some service companies don't seem to need the work; it is difficult to get them to respond to inquiries and to show up to do the work.  So, I was delighted to get a friendly voice on the phone who agreed to look at our work. They completed all work we had been collecting for several years--replacing fixtures and an exhaust fan, replacing hard-to-reach bulbs, and other miscellaneous electrical work. We felt their fees were very reasonable.  I highly recommend Penn Electric for commercial electrical work.

Forgot the rest call the best. Call Air Quest. My AC wasn't working. I was new around here. I looked up local shops on the internet. Looked at some reviews. And called Air Quest. Some guy named Mike Huffman came out and quickly fixed my Ac. I was sooo thankful and so was my wife. We were finally going to get a good nights sleep. I ask how much? He said because you're a Vet. Give me what I got in it. I almost hugged him . Turns out he's the owner. The point is that he could of tried to sell anew unit. And I would have bought it. He said not right now. TRUST. It's earned. We hired Romanoff Electric to finish our project for our Beauty Salon in Gahanna. Joe Pile was the lead Electrician who helped us draw out a blue print of what we wanted in our shop. Where do I begin! It's been so humid and hot in Columbus OHIO and we don't have working air conditioning. We don't have working AC since 5/12 and it's now 5/31!!!
Somehow my home warranty company uses Fast Response for their cooling and heating system, I had to deal with them twice. (First time was 2yrs ago my heat stopped working) This is my second experience with them and I am not pleased.
They're not available and not having cool air in this heat is not an emergency to them. I have a large dog. She's so hot, and we are so hot. With work conflicts and Westerville power outage, we couldn't have the technician come to our place until 5/20. They looked at the unit outside and said needs to order Reverse Valve. So then they came back 5/25 and AC was supposed to work but it didn't. So then we're so frustrated and calling the company to come back and look at it, they wanted me to be at home at 11:30am on Friday for them to come out again. I'm working and so my fiance who is out of town told them to change the time to 12:30, I can be home by then... BUJT NO ONE showed up. No call backs. No one came to look at my AC unit for the entire memorial weekend. This is not ok. Today we are experiencing 90 degrees in my area and we still don't have AC. We had to call them again and they're supposed to come tomorrow but we will see at this point....:(

Over 4 weeks ago I scheduled an appointment for 1:00 pm on June 23 to get an estimate for a home generator in Dublin and was told Glenn would call and confirm before the appointment.  At 12:26 pm Glenn called from Gahanna and left a voicemail asking if the appointment was still on.  I never got the message until 1:30 because I was on a conference call.  No one ever showed up for the appointment or followed up for the company.  I can only assume that business is so good they don't need to be bothered by a small $10,987.46 residential project.  I was here waiting for Glenn from Country-side who from my view was a no show.  I can't really rate them as a customer because they don't want or need my business.

They never showed up and we called multiple times and they never called back and their voicemail was full. Super un-professional and we are not happy.
