Great guys, good work, we are super happy with Eason! They even were able to do a same day appointment!

I'd have loved to have worked with Pro-Tec on a home project but they didn't return my call. This made for a stressful home project that I would have rather paid a knowledgeable, licensed professional do. Maybe you'll have better luck getting ahold of them?

It went well and they were very responsive. They are a professional company with the owner being well informed of all projects and keeping things moving smoothly. Had a few cliches but it all worked out and I have continued to use them and will do so again and again.

Did an awesome job for installing 8 cameras at my house and fixing several electrical outlets.

Jess Howard sent over the best electrician to fix multiple electric issues in our new house. They were the fourth electrical company we had come to our house. Thank you to Steve and Jason for helping getting everything working again in our house. I will definitely recommend you for any electrical work!

I was in need of an electric panel upgrade, I contacted Big City Electric and a few other electric companies. Big City was the most reasonable. They didnt try to upsale me like the other companies. I was explained in detail what my best options were. Chris was on time and did a wonderful job installing the upgrade! Will use them for all my electrical needs.

Here's my situation:
My water heater kept going out. Couldn't figure it out. Water heater guy comes out, they replaced all the electronic components in it. Still happening. Can't figure it out - until the guy says it may be at the electrical box, which we don't do.

So I call Strickland - and I'm in no rush - it's a manual process to get the water heater on but tolerable - his response was it's getting cold, I'm not about to let you have cold water.

We set a time, he arrived, he went to work and diagnosed the problem, had it solved, and i've been happy. The change required a little more rework (yay moderately old house) and he came back and knocked that out.

Insanely friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. I mean, ideally, I'll never need to call them again ( - unless I replace that breaker box) but if I have any more electrical issues? They're top of my list.

Damon was so nice to come out on a holiday and replace an outlet that was damaged.  Super professional and knowledgeable.  He was able to come out the same day- you can't ask for any better response time.  Such a great person to work with.  We look forward to getting more electrical projects handled by Damon in the future!  Damon, we cannot thank you enough!!!!

Soooooo bad. Mistake after mistake. Left junction boxes in my ceiling, didn't demo everything, they leave everything dirty, they don't finish the job and come back over and over but schedule you out several weeks before they come back. On their finish after everything had been drywalled they realized two outlets and a switch do not work. Six months later the job is still not done. It has been a nightmare working with them.  We bought a fixer upper and there is a 0% chance they are doing any additional work anywhere on my property haha.

Very professional & trustworthy. Pricing is all up front & by the book. They are very responsive to inquiries as well.

Great guys. Had my plumbing issue fixed in no time and at a great price. I'll definitely use them in the future.

Called twice to see about service on two different days. Both times to voicemail with no callback. I had them do work a year ago with no issues. Not sure what their issue is. Obviously they don't need the work.

I don't recommend this company, the electrician doesn't take notes and then provides a quote which does not match the request.  

I am very disappointed with this company.  They got there $$$$ for the quote. It is best to avoid this company.
