Great guys, good work, we are super happy with Eason! They even were able to do a same day appointment!

These guys were on time, thorough, offered the best price, and were extremely friendly.

In no time flat, they installed a new plug for our electric car. They ran wires from our electric panel, through the wall, and into a new outlet they installed. No screwing around, no confusion about the project, no dirty mess as they wrapped up. Just a nice, clean plug that honestly looks like it's always been there.

I was grateful for their work and energy, and I will absolutely be calling them again.

These guys are wonderful. They know what they are doing and are not out to rip people off, like some electricians are. They have done both small and large jobs on our house and we were very happy with both. Answered all of our questions very thoroughly and gave us a fair estimate on everything. A recent storm took out my electric and caused significant damage to system. Big City Electric had Anthony at my home within 2 hours. Anthony did a fantastic job getting everything fixed so AEP could restore power. Anthony even helped me with fallen tree branches. Great service. Highly recommend this company.

Gave upfront estimate online. Technician came out early and only took 30 minutes on what was estimated to be a 3 to 4 hour job. The cost ended up being half of what was quoted. Would definitely use again.

Incredibly unprofessional. Caused thousands of dollars in damages by connecting the electricity to a fireplace directly to the motor as opposed to the power junction box(?!?!?). I would give them 0 stars if I could.

I've been using R&T for the past 4 years with my very old home and they have always been great. I've had a few different techs come out and they have always been polite and informative while I ask a million questions.
