Made appointment a couple months ago and during the weekend before the Monday appt I panicked that they hadn't called to confirm. But Lonnie called at 8:00 sharp Monday am, on the way. Lonnie was a complete professional even though he was left with a problem of what he needed to do ( the guy that gave the estimate left the company and did not provide many details on paperwork).
Complicated issue requiring rerouting of many electric wires due to updating the kitchen cabinets.
Took quite a bit longer rehab the paperwork suggested.

Wanted electric done for my hot tub. And like the reviewer below I was referred by All seasons. I called Jim and had several conversations and he stated that when my tub was scheduled to be deliver to call and let him know and he would come out for the install. I wanted him to come to my residence to verify the work and give me a written estimate of the job to be done and he kept making excuses. When I called him to schedule a time he would say they were busy with emergencies and told me he would come on another day and to text him my information in which i did with no response. A week had come and gone and I hadn't received as much as a callback. After 3 times of trying to set something up I just gave up. My guess, because the breaker was already done from previous hot tub and all he had to do was hook up some wires there was no money in the job so he decided to just ignore me. This is not a good way to establish a business relationship with a customer and shows I wasn't the only one essentially stood up by this company..

I needed 5 ft of flexible conduit replaced. The tech was there OVER 5 hours, he couldn't figure out the right way to do the job, I had to suggest the best way. He had to make 2 trips to a hardware store. Very much overcharged and they didn't want to talk about it when I complained. NEVER will I recommend them to anyone.
