I can't recommend Higher Power Electric enough! I had a fan light repaired, a new kitchen light installed, a new dining room light installed and a few other flush mount lights installed. They also removed a old satellite dish for me. They were quick, but thorough! The quoting and scheduling process went very smoothly. I received a reminder call the day before, as well as a call on the day of my appointment letting me know they were on their way. Everyone I dealt with were very nice and professional!

Jim continues to be our go to electrician for any electrical needs at our residence. He is reliable, very personable and will go the extra mile to ensure our needs are met. We strongly recommend James Hartley Electric for your residential electric needs.

New to the area, I read the review already online for Excel and called.  My call was returned promptly, he called to let us know he would run a bit late so we felt assured, and a really no-fuss, no drama, tidy job at a fair price all made this service a gem.  I have added Excel to my contacts list and will share with confidence.  A star!

The appointment was on schedule and he was wearing a mask and super friendly. I have already recommend this company to two friends. I had a house fire last month. Everyone is safe, but the house is going to need a lot of work. We had an electrician from Efficient come out to restore power to a basement outlet so I could run my irrigation system. On May 26th he said not only did he get the outlet powered, he resorted power to the house for the contractors to use for their power tools while rebuilding the house. I went to the house on 5/27 to plug in my irrigation system and there was no power. I turned on lights throughout the house and still no power. I plugged items in outlets throughout the house and there wasn't power. So I called and complained. The electrician's supervisor told me that he did restore power the the whole house and the outlet for my irrigation system. So now I'm very upset. I went to the burned house with a lamp, blender, and iPhone with charger. I made a video of myself plugging everything into the outlet he said had power and plugged the items into outlets throughout the house to PROVE there was no power!!! I decided to get another electrician. The new guy from a different company restored power to the outlet and showed me that the guy from Efficient DIDNT do what he told his supervisor over and over that he did! Every single wire in the fuse box was dangling and none of the wires were labeled. I do not recommend this company at all! They totally lied to everyone involved.

Have used this company several times for plumbing and roofing. Extremely fast response, exemplary service, very fair pricing and great quality of work. I can't recommend them highly enough. My mom is in her mid 90's and lives alone with no family within hours of her.  Bill Goodknight has gotten someone to her emergency in hours.

We have used May Electric multiple times since we moved into our house.  John the owner goes above and beyond for his customers.  He is easy to get a hold of and his prices are completely fair.  I have also met at least 3 of his employees and they are kind and hard working.  This company actually cares about its customers and it shows in their work.    

The first project May Electric did was dig a trench in our backyard to run electric from our house to our detached garage.  They installed two outlets, one light switch, and a fluorescent outdoor light.  I was so thrilled with how everything was done that day.

I then had May Electric install an outdoor outlet on the back of our house.  I even requested one that had 4 outlet specifically.  I guess they do not typically have those on hand.  So they made sure they had one on hand when they did the job.  I am so happy with my special request and how it looks / functions.  

Inside the house they have fixed an outlet that was not getting electricity to it and a light fixture that was not getting electricity to it.  And yes, we live in an old house.  I have found it necessary to have a good electrician that we can call.  John and May Electric are just that.  They are reliable, fair priced, efficient, and knowledgeable.

In fact just the other day when it was 12* outside, our electricity went out in our house and it was not on AEP's end.  We reached out to John and within hours he sent Eric to check it out.  He didn't want us to go through the night with no electricity.  That is the kind of amazing service and compassion John has for his customers.

We would be lost without John and May Electric.  If you are looking for a trust worthy and reliable electrician please consider giving John a call or a text.

Brian and team of Masters Electric did a great job.  We had a number of residential light fixtures needing to be installed and Masters did it well and in good time. They also offered competitive pricing. I recommend Masters Electric.

Had called several other companies without an answer. They called back within 15 minutes and were at my home a few hours later. Very professional and the pricing was definitely fair. They were done within 30 minutes and I couldn't have been more pleased with the whole experience.

I'm so happy that we called Mr. Electric. Our appointment window was between 10am-12pm but the tech, Dave, came a little earlier. He immediately identified the problem and was able to help. He was great and I would definitely use their service again! Thanks Dave!

At your service gave me a great deal on a new furnace and AC unit. After I've had multiple repairs on both systems by a different company.
I also had Mr. Jones (the owner) install a new hot water tank in my house. Excellent service, timely manner, quality work!

I had an appointment scheduled for this morning, and no one showed up. Called multiple times to both of their numbers, left voicemail, texted, and emailed after they didn't show up, and several hours later I still didn't get a response. I chose them because apparently they do great work, but I guess I'll never know.

This was after them taking days to even calculate an estimate and schedule the appointment after visiting my home, and that only happened after getting no response from several texts and getting lucky by getting an electrician to pick up the phone.

If someone actually calls me back about why they missed our appointment and comes out to do the job, then I would be willing to give a better rating, but as of now I can't say anything positive.

UPDATE:
I received a reply on my review on Google from the owner saying that they declined my offer. If that's true, then why did they send me an email with an estimate and a date/time of arrival to do the job? And why didn't they just decline when they showed up to give an estimate, or at least call me later to decline the offer?

If you look at their negative reviews you will see that every time they reply they always refuse to accept responsibility for what they did wrong and blame the customer. Incredibly unprofessional company.

Their website advertises one hour service available, anytime.  Yet when I called today for an office connection in the next two days, Wayne said nope, nothing available in the next two weeks.  Guess we are hiring a different company.  Oh well!
