G&G came out to help fix an area of house that outlets/lights not working (not a GFCI or circuit problem). They were very professional and quickly found the problem and repaired. They were very reasonably priced. I will use them for future needs.

We contacted Big Bear upon recommendation from a friend and were not disappointed.  We subscribed to their annual service plan to maintain our two HVAC systems in the house we purchased within the last few years.

It was our first major checkup and they diagnosed two failing capacitors in our heating system and showed me (on the multimeter) why they were failing.  

They also re-taped the wiring/lines from our outdoor A/C condenser units that had been damaged by rats at no additional charge.

Long is awesome!! I recently purchased a new home in Irving and needed several repairs. New panel, lighting, all switches replaced, fans, a/c and heater serviced. I am so happy I called Long! My experience was the best service experience I may have ever had. From the first call to schedule the work to work complete, top notch. Jose, Trey and Russell conducted themselves with the utmost professionalism. I had an old panel removed, a new panel installed, several code required upgrades completed due to the new panel installation, all old switches and outlets removed and replaced, removed old fans/light fixtures as well as many new lights wired and installed. They were, professional, kind, focused, informative, and fast. They did excellent work. There was great communication from the team. I knew I was in great hands. Very impressed. I highly recommend Epical Electric.  Jack B. and his crew were on time and worked efficiently.  He explained the work they were doing and his pricing was very reasonable.  I asked for extra work while they were there and they handled it quickly.  His crew was professional and cleaned up after completing their work.

Run, don't walk away from this company.  Project went on for months and was never finished because they didn't pay their bills and couldn't get anyone to show up and work.  Contractors asked for direct payment since they weren't being paid from Pro Electric & Lighting.  They don't answer calls and are untruthful.  Job never got completed.

Called & set up an appointment waited all day for nothing!! They never showed up nor had the decency to call & cancel or to reschedule! I called several times & left messages w/ Colton as did my husband! Gave them several wk's not days to call back & nothing!

Air Conditioner  installed and paid for, but when complained about stained carpet...  Calls never returned..   Does not seemed concerned about the mess that was made to my new carpet, and the walls and base boards....
