We were doing a kitchen remodel and replacing all of our lights and moving outlets. now the kitchen is so up to date and wafer lights that have the night light feature are awesome. A/E worked well with the ever changing schedule of the other contractors. Everything came together like a well oiled wheel.

James and Steve arrived on time and installed my Ring camera with floodlight within 30 minutes.

Very fast to complete the work and installed as requested. Work areas were cleaned before leaving.
However, after observing the time that was consumed to perform the work vs. the quote, I will not be using them again or recommend them. I did agree to the quote which was four times what the job actually turned out to be; a Rip Off.  Lesson learned.

My outside condenser unit was only getting half the power so I called and was able to get an appoint the same day which was super awesome. After the job was finished the fan did not kick on so they sent another person out ASAP same day to verify all was hooked up correctly, which it was. The associate made a call to help troubleshoot something that was not even their issue and we got it working. Very awesome service.

Great customer service and work by the technicians. I will use Advanced Electric again for future projects, I highly recommend them.

Quick response for the estimate. Brice was very knowledgeable and didn't try to sell me on unnecessary services. They got me scheduled quickly for the services I needed. The office staff was very pleasant and notified me when the technicians were headed over. The technicians (Paul and Corey) were super friendly. Installed: Two garage flush mounted lights and relocated a switch and garage opener.

Very professional, organized and pleasurable experience. The quote was inline with others and once I committed, they had me booked in less than a week. The workers were efficient, quickly resolved problems and did great work. Overall, I would definitely ask them to do work in the future (possibly two more garage lights). Thank you.

We had a light and a fan installed in our bathroom. They were professional and helpful. I would have rated them a 5 but there were minor things with the process that gave me a feeling of disorganization within the office staff. They guys who came out though really tried to do a good job and did.

Had good communication with Brice, the owner. I had his guys install a 240v outlet for electric car charging in my garage. They were on time and did a good, quick job. Price was good too.

This will be my 18th review in 10 years.  I only write reviews when service is terribly poor...or astronomically wonderful.

I needed the entire house to be on my new generator so that during the storms I could still have power.
The owner of Advanced came out to give me a quote for the work and within 3 days the work was completed.

A few things stood out to me:
* The owner took his time to explain what needed to be done.  I had many questions, and he answered them all.
* The quote was sent same-day, which is a biggie for me.  I tire of business who send quotes one week later.
* The company called the day before the appointment to let me know that they were still coming.
* The owner called on the morning of the appointment to let me know that the crew was on the way.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience.  5 stars -- well deserved.

Our home's back lights went out a year or so ago and we've been unable to safely use our back patio since. I finally got around to calling Advanced Electric and they came out first thing the next morning and quickly problem solved and found a loose wire under the house. Electricians were professional and highly skilled. I'm just wishing I'd called months ago.

Called for service.  They could not come out for two days . Was told last night they would be here this morning I make time out of my schedule to make sure I am available and then no show.  I call to find out what is going on I am told my service is not going to happen until this evening with no reason other than something more important came up which tells me my business is not important no call and they lady on the phone really didn't seem concerned.  I canceled my new appointment they made without checking with me. What a joke.

I reached out to several electricians to get a quote for installing a 240 V outlet (NEMA 14-50) in my garage in order to charge an electric car.

Brice was easy to message with on Yelp and quickly gave me a quote based on a picture of my breaker box.

I got some other quotes and Advanced Electric of North Florida came in significantly lower than the rest, so I went with them.

They came out and the guys were great and the work was done professionally. I even asked for a tweak to what they were doing (wanted it installed flush mount instead of surface mount, which I hadn't clarified ahead of time) and they were able to accommodate. Would use again.

On October 31, we paid in $1000 in full for a special Generac transfer switch for our new residence and waited several weeks for it to arrive.  Our builder, whose father was friends with the owner of this company, was promised several times that the switch was on the way and progress on the construction of our house came to a standstill.  
Our builder finally cancelled the order and was able to get the switch from another vendor in one day.  Advanced Wiring Services, Inc. finally refunded our money in late January (received today) less $150.00 for taking our order.  This is unacceptable since they were unable to provide the switch as promised and caused us to pay increased interest on our construction loan due to their delay.  It was only after multiple phone calls that they agreed to refund our money.  They were very unprofessional and I would not recommend this company.

I simply go off Yelp reviews for work I need done on my home as I'm new to the area. Advanced Electric was another company that overdelivered and was a great choice for me. They were prompt, trustworthy and had competitive prices. The electricians that came were so quick and explained everything before they completed any work. I will definitely be using them again and recommending to anyone needing a spectacular electrician!

Had a 240v outlet install in my garage, after contacting many places for prices settled on Advanced Electric for both price and communication reasons. I recently relocated to Jacksonville & purchased an historic home in the San Jose area. Choosing the most important components of a renovation like an Electrician, Plumber, Handyman etc, can be stressful to say the least. Out of the multiple electrical issues I needed work done on, I wanted two chandeliers & two ceiling fans installed first.
I came across Advanced Electric while running a google search, and the same day they had Brice come over to give me an estimate. He was not only very professional, but also a genuinely NICE guy. While taking a look at some other jobs I wanted done, he came across a an exposed live wire in my garage & remedied the situation immediately without hesitation.
I obviously ended up accepting the proposal for the installation of chandeliers & fans because it was the most reasonably priced, in addition to providing me the best customer service I had come across since moving here.
They sent over a two man team to get all the work done, and they were both really nice professional guys as well, who got the job done quick.

Advance Electric of N. Florida is a top notch electrical company that performs electrical services for residential and commercial buildings in Jacksonville.  We are a small licensed general contracting firm, originally from Miami and we spent the last two years developing an upscale concrete block home and unattached garage on the St. John's River.  Originally we hired another company to pull the permit and complete the job.  Unfortunately the owner disappeared in the middle of the project.  
    We scrambled to locate another company that would be willing to undertake the previous contractor's work and pull a new permit.  Brice of Advance Electric came out and gave us an estimate.  He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.   He sent out Paul, the company's top technician.  Paul attacked each part of the job with success,  effortlessly.  Not only that, he was very polite, efficient and cleaned up after himself.  The company did what they would say they would do, supplied the materials and now everything works as it should.  We were very happy with our experience with Advance Electric of N. FL. and we can say without reservation that they are one of the best companies that we have ever worked with.

Answered all my questions before I scheduled them to come. Carlos was the electrician and he was super friendly and knowledgable. At one point, he sent pix to his boss for advice on how to handle a situation. He worked fast and came in under budget!  Highly recommend. I would call them again for any electrical needs.
