Art helped get a technician sent out to my rental in San Jose the same morning I called.  Freddy was quick and courteous.  He fixed the stopped faucet quickly and my tenant was very pleased.  Not to mention Art had great communication with me the whole time.  Will be using these guys again if my Grohe gets stopped up again. Raheb was amazing!  Such a great vendor to work with.  I was looking for a gas leak specialist and he came to the rescue.  When it comes to gas leaks, it's very stressful and unanticipated due to the uncertainty and urgency of the situation and he was extremely responsive and knowledgeable.  He was able to come later that day, assess the situation and immediately get to work.  He communicated the situation very clearly, was very honest and transparent about his process and made things very simple.  Also, very pleasant and customer oriented.  Highly recommend him!

I normally don't do reviews but this experience was above and beyond my expectations. To start off I had a leaking shut off under my sink and leaking main shut off. Javier from Mauro's was called to assist. He started by repairing the leak below the sink. he then soldered the main line and installed the new shut off. After he left I tested all the faucets and toilets. Our main bathroom flushed but did not refill. I called Mauro's and was greeted by a very attentive receptionist that called Javier back out. Javier returned, cleaned out the shut off valve, replaced the hose and replace a float in the tank. This fixed the problem! I was notified that they would review the situation and possibly get charged for the re-visit. To my surprise i received an email today and was told there wouldn't be any further charge. When you need a plumber, Call Mauro's!

I have have always wanted to support locally owned businesses.  This place shows that they do care about their clients by given me a return phone call in a timely manner even though it's the holiday weekend.  In addition, they do know their stuff vs the other plumbers that I have talked to.

Also good service. I have used Savior now 3 times for various work and each time prompt, professional. Dave came out this time to fix slow running hot water issue and explained and fixed the problem.

Prompt, professional, and clean.   I had two clogged sinks that shared a drain in a professional building.  I wasn't sure I could get anyone to fix it in the middle of a pandemic shutdown.  Fast Response Plumbing was able to get it fixed within 24 hours. The solution was a bit messy, but they cleaned up the mess well. The technician wore a mask and gloves the whole time.  Thanks for fixing the problem so promptly.

We were evaluating a possible natural gas line and Bart came by to take a look and give us a free quote. He was professional and extremely knowledgeable. We ended up not moving forward with the project based on his advice. We'll definitely be working with him for all future plumbing and drain projects!

As others have said Mark is awesome.  I had him help replace my range hood and he finished it faster than expected.  Also helped fix my porch light switch wiring and now it turns on!  Super reasonably priced and more importantly, overall very pleasant and good guy.  Will be using Mark again for other work needed around the house.  Thanks Mark!

We've hired Majid and team for a couple of jobs and each time he's been great to work with.  He's a problem solver and makes sure things are done well!  While I generally hope to not need plumbing services, if we do, these guys are my first call.

I've used them twice. Very profesional. Office staff responds immediately. They arrived at both jobs exactly when they said they were going to arrive. They got the job done in a very friendly manor and at a reasonable price! What else do you want? Will definitely call then for any future needs!

We had a bad shower leak and the access to fix the parts were limited due to tiling.

We first contacted a plumbing company with big advertisement on the yellow book. BIG MISTAKE!! The first technician came and didn't know what he was doing. The second technician came and we were told that he would need to open a hole in the wall in order to replace corroded piping - a whole day job. Their estimate was outrageous.

As we were not comfortable with this job, we went online and found Chandler at yelp. As soon as we called and described the leak issue, he seemed to understand what needed to be replaced right away. He gave us an estimate over the phone which was 1/10th of what we were given by the other plumbing company.

The next morning, he showed up as scheduled and fixed the leak in 10 minutes!!! Unbelievable!!!

I have been Plumbing Care's customer since they started in 2014.   Every time I called them,  I felt satisfied with their services, and sometimes their excellent services are even beyond my satisfaction.   They pick up calls and provide services during weekends at very reasonable normal charges.   Recently, Alejandro Barragan from Plumbing Care replaced one shower valve cartridge and fixed one toilet clog issue for one of my rental properties.  Last Sep, Keith Cormier from Plumbing Care replaced another shower valve cartridge for the same property.  Dealing with old shower valve cartridge is kind of tricky, they not only needed to find the right replacement parts, but also needed to deal with the existing rusted parts.   Both Alejandro and Keith did great jobs, they not only fixed the problems nicely, but also tried their best to save money for me (the long time loyal customer).   I will definitely continue to use Plumbing Care as my only plumbing vendor, and I highly recommend Plumbing Care to others.

Mike Counsil Plumbing contacted me quickly, scheduled a technician to come to my home to see the water heater, and answered my questions about the various water heater options. The technician gave me  a no-surprises estimate before he started the work.  Mike Counsil uses highly rated water heaters. They did an excellent job on the install, I was happy to get a competitive price which also included the permit. A very professional company and their GM, Patty, was very helpful!

I submitted a request for a quote for a simple job of replacing a garbage disposal. I included a photo, but Hilda D REFUSED to provide a quote. She told me I need to have them onsite to give me any information what so ever. I find it VERY hard to believe they can't provide pricing of a job which I'm sure they do often enough.

Not sure what scam they're pulling, but I'll look for a mom and pop place that actually values their business.

Ridiculous pricing. More than twice than what others will charge. A simple kitchen sink faucet installation was quoted at $386. Others charge in range of $140-$175. They will insist on a free estimate at home but it's a waste of time.!
