Our guest toilet was constantly filling the bowl with water, which meant the flapper wasn't holding the water in the reservoir. I've fixed these myself before, but this current toilet is special and I couldn't service it directly. The Power Room was incredible.

John -- in the store, he quickly helped me identify the toilet model I had, the parts inside, and provided instruction on how the pieces fit together.
Art -- the new owner was super easy to work with, sent texts on the iPhone with estimates and line item costs. Not only that, he got us schedule very quickly.
Chris -- the guy who came on site hit some snags while trying to install the new parts, did some thinking, did some research, and found a way to get the new parts to fit smoothly. He tested it and did a demo for us at which point we found related problem requiring him to more time. He was pleasant, easy to work with and kept saying, I'm here to make this work. I'll make this work. And he did. He was pleasant. He had a genuine smile. And he was dedicated.

I needed to have two shower faucet cartridges replaced that had become worn out and had started malfunctioning.  I called Raheb because he was nearby and was open on a Sunday. I couldn't believe that he answered my call at such an off hour.  But he answered my call, and requested I send him a photo of the faucet. He offered to come to my home that night, but I said the next day would be fine. He agreed and came to the house as promised the next day with the necessary parts to make the repairs. Raheb really knew his trade well, and made the repairs quickly.  He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. If I have plumbing problems in the future, he will be the first one I'll call.  I was really pleased with his service.

I don't often write negative reviews, because running a small business in today's environment is incredibly difficult, and each needs our support. However, Mauro's Plumbing needs to be called out for their unprofessional behavior. First they didn't honor the scheduled appointment, cancelling hours before they were supposed to arrive. These things happened, so we scheduled another date and time. I called several hours before the rescheduled appointment time to confirm they would indeed be coming to the tenant occupied apartment that needed a new water heater. Amy confirmed that they would call me when they were on their way so that I could be there (per the tenant's requirement for entry).
Well they never called, and when they did arrive it was after the appointment window provided, further angering the tenant. They went into the apartment without anyone from building management present, took a few pictures, and left. The tenant made sure to let me know what happened and how they felt about it, so I called the office to get a better understanding of where there might have been a misunderstanding. They didn't have the decency to return my call. The next day I get a text that, yes, the water heater needs to be replaced (uh, yeah...that was the stated purpose of the visit), but Mauro is too busy with bigger projects so good luck!

Maybe you've got a nice expensive project that is more worth their time than my little old water heater/gas line replacement.

Been home during the lockdown with nothing to do. Decided to pick up a few projects to keep myself busy and they had everything I needed and they were open during the lockdown too which was a plus.

As with my last appointment, Savior Plumbing was easy to work with and had great customer service.  Amanda in the office worked with me to schedule my appointment, and modify it when when the technician was available early.  Allen King, my tech, was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable .  I needed my toilet water shut-off valve replaced (original to he house, 30+ years old), along with the fill valve and flapper.  He also checked both exterior water shut-offs at the street and the house to make sure they were working and gave me estimates on replacing the one at the house in the future.  I have found Savior's prices to be very competitive and reasonable.

I thought we had the dreaded water hammer issue in our home.  We'd hear a vibrating noise in the walls when we'd flush the toilet or turned off the faucet. Joe came out, took a listen and quickly said we don't have water hammer (thank goodness!).  He looked in our attic and poked around in the garage in search of pipes.  He merely tightened a valve and our problem was fixed!

Literally 3 other plumbers we contacted in the past were stumped and couldn't figure out the problem (or didn't want to invest the time to look in our attic or garage).  The other guys all suggested expensive fixes (i.e. pressure regulator valves, etc.).  But Joe was the ONLY plumber who was able to resolve our issue.

I was referred to In Demand Plumbing from my electrician and had a wonderful experience.  Emerson made an appointment for the next day and he came and arrived on time and found the leak in our bathtub.  He gave me an good estimate and would come back tomorrow with the correct parts. I would highly recommend them and now I have a good plumber!!  Thanks Jodie

I would like to add my recommendation for Bob Cowden Plumbing. I had a plumbing emergency on Sunday evening. I ended up turning to Yelp and a different 5 star recommended plumber responded and attempted to snake my drain then told me I needed to have a grease clogged kitchen drain pipe replaced at $1200.

I called Bob based on recommendations from Nextdoor and left a message. He promptly returned my call and informed me that I most likely did not need the pipe replaced and explained this type of problem should have been easily resolved with a snake by any competent plumber. He also told me even if the pipe was damaged or corroded shut and required replacement he could probably replace it for around $300 plus parts.

In any case, he came over first thing Monday morning and snaked the drain and cleared the obstruction. There was no back up or slow drain at all. I filled the sink to the top and it drained in about 30 seconds! He also installed a new kitchen faucet and replaced a corroded pipe fitting. This was all done at a very reasonable agreed upon price!

Wilver and his team are one of the best companies we worked with.  They're super responsive, quick, and honest about everything upfront.  Wilver explains all the work that needs to be done step by step so there aren't any surprises. We highly recommend them!

I wasn't able to use this company's services, but the owner, Bart, was great at communicating.  Apparently, the I needed an A-license contractor, but the vast majority of plumbers hold a C-license.  Rather than leave it up to chance, Bart asked me to call him to clarify any confusion so as not to waste anyone's time.  Given Bart's attention to deal even in this matter, I wouldn't hesitate to call him to get a quote in the future.

Mark is great and efficient  His quote was reasonable and fixed my door trim fast.

Our water heater broke yesterday. No hot water and there was some flooding in the garage. I'm so glad I called Active Plumbing this morning and spoke to Majid. He came out a few hours later and replaced our water heater. Such a relief that it was taken care of right away. Majid was professional, efficient, and did an excellent job. If I ever have any plumbing needs again, he'll be the first person I call. Thanks, Majid!

Chandlers put in a new hot water heater for me on a rental property that we had for sale and then strapped a hot water heater in the basement. A couple of professionals came and determined that the heater in the basement could not be strapped and at first one of the plumbers at Chandler said the same thing but I complained that the buyers insisted and they went back out and got the job done. I appreciate that and will use them again.

Over the New Year's holiday, I returned home from a wet and cold vacation to discover that our 18 year old water heater finally conked out. After calling close to a dozen plumbers, this was the only company who was willing to come out the next day (which happened to be a Saturday). No one else was willing to work on a weekend or had any availability for emergency situations like this. Incidentally, Plumbing Care, Inc also had the lowest price compared to the other companies. Dimitry and Eric came out for the water heater installation and was able to do the job fairly quickly (which is greatly appreciated in a household of kids). In particular, Dimitry, who is extremely knowledgeable and experienced in the plumbing industry, took his time to explain several things to me. A small mistake was made but resolved within days and did not cause any problems for us. I found Plumbing Care, Inc to be honest and very reliable. Overall, I'm satisfied with this company and would certainly use them again in the future.

Mike Counsil Plumbing contacted me quickly, scheduled a technician to come to my home to see the water heater, and answered my questions about the various water heater options. The technician gave me  a no-surprises estimate before he started the work.  Mike Counsil uses highly rated water heaters. They did an excellent job on the install, I was happy to get a competitive price which also included the permit. A very professional company and their GM, Patty, was very helpful!

We called them for dealing with sewage backing up and kitchen sink issues in our place. They promptly responded and got someone over in a few hours. The plumber Gert was knowledgeable and very nice to talk to. Would definitely recommend this service!

Called early afternoon about our kitchen sink.  Was able to get an appointment same day, and only a couple hours after I called.  Technician called to let me know he was on the way and would be there about 30 minutes later.

Manuel showed up right on time.  I explained the issue we were having, and he asked to see all the rest of the sinks first to make sure it was nothing more than the kitchen sink.  Within 20 minutes he had trouble-shot the problem and fixed it.

It was a great relief to have the problem fixed the same day, and really made the rest of the weekend just that much less stressful.
