It was an excellent experience dealing with Raheb. Most other plumbing services were charging a fee just to come in a diagnose the problem, and than would provide an estimate making the whole arrangement very open ended and uncomfortable. On the other hand Raheb just told me he would by take a look and didn't feel it was a very serious problem. He was pretty straightforward that he would give a quote and if I liked it he would fix the issue than an there.
He came home looked at the flush that I felt was draining water back into the bowl and figured that the flushing mechanism had deteriorated and that and the seal needed to be replaced. He finished the whole work in an hour or so for a very reasonable estimate.

Would definitely recommend him and go back to him for my other plumbing requirements.

I normally don't do reviews but this experience was above and beyond my expectations. To start off I had a leaking shut off under my sink and leaking main shut off. Javier from Mauro's was called to assist. He started by repairing the leak below the sink. he then soldered the main line and installed the new shut off. After he left I tested all the faucets and toilets. Our main bathroom flushed but did not refill. I called Mauro's and was greeted by a very attentive receptionist that called Javier back out. Javier returned, cleaned out the shut off valve, replaced the hose and replace a float in the tank. This fixed the problem! I was notified that they would review the situation and possibly get charged for the re-visit. To my surprise i received an email today and was told there wouldn't be any further charge. When you need a plumber, Call Mauro's!

Had exactly what I needed for that DIY plumbing at home and commerical options as well

We had a plumbing emergency with a clogged sewage line connected to the house. Called half a dozen businesses in the area, but unfortunately everyone was fully booked until late afternoon. Savior Plumbing called us back immediately, and pulled someone from another job to help our unfortunate situation. The matter was resolved within 2 hours. They literally saved our day!

Courteous, Efficient, and Quick....Have used them a few times and so far, so good.....

I'd give Jeff of In Demand Plumbing 6+ stars if I could! Originally contacted him about some valves that needed to be replaced. He responded quickly, we found a time that worked for us both, and he came out to evaluate our issues. We had a previous quote from another plumber, and it was much higher for the valves, plus that plumber said we also needed a new water heater. Jeff gave a fair and more reasonable quote than the first, and when asked about the water heater, told us to budget for a new water heater in the future, but did not try to sell us on purchasing one now. Jeff fixed all our issues the day of the quote, was polite and efficient, and fixed a few additional issues he found for a very reasonable price. The additional issues he found were presented as options instead of mandatory fixes. He also noticed a faucet aerator was clogged, and replaced it for free!

After his visit, we noticed that the faucet with the new aerator seemed to have lower water pressure. I contacted him, he responded quickly, and offered to come out and check it out. We arranged a time, and, unfortunately, I was held up with an emergency, so I emailed him that I'd be late arriving at our house. He was gracious, even though I arrived 20 minutes after the time we arranged. He spent about an hour resolving the problem, and went to the store to purchase a new aerator for us. Problem resolved! He also willingly listened to the ticking/dripping noise in our walls and confirmed he thought there was no leaking. As he was leaving, I asked what I owed him, and he wouldn't accept payment for his time or the new aerator. This Yelp review is my thanks to him!

If and when our water heater DOES go out (or for other plumbing needs), we will call Jeff first! He is the business owner, and it shows in the pride he takes in providing outstanding customer service and quality work at great prices.

I would like to add my recommendation for Bob Cowden Plumbing. I had a plumbing emergency on Sunday evening. I ended up turning to Yelp and a different 5 star recommended plumber responded and attempted to snake my drain then told me I needed to have a grease clogged kitchen drain pipe replaced at $1200.

I called Bob based on recommendations from Nextdoor and left a message. He promptly returned my call and informed me that I most likely did not need the pipe replaced and explained this type of problem should have been easily resolved with a snake by any competent plumber. He also told me even if the pipe was damaged or corroded shut and required replacement he could probably replace it for around $300 plus parts.

In any case, he came over first thing Monday morning and snaked the drain and cleared the obstruction. There was no back up or slow drain at all. I filled the sink to the top and it drained in about 30 seconds! He also installed a new kitchen faucet and replaced a corroded pipe fitting. This was all done at a very reasonable agreed upon price!

Wilver and his team are one of the best companies we worked with.  They're super responsive, quick, and honest about everything upfront.  Wilver explains all the work that needs to be done step by step so there aren't any surprises. We highly recommend them!

We returned home from a mini-vacay to a wet water heater bay.  Although our house was out of their service area, when I called Everclear they asked me to send them pics of our leaky fittings so they could provide advice.  Not only did they inform me the water heater was not the problem they recommended upgrading the fitting being replaced to brass for better water safety and part longevity.   Even though they knew they couldn't take the job due to location they provided excellent advice that could have a long-term positive effect on the health of our family.  What a great business!!  If you are lucky enough to live in their service territory I highly recommend Everclear!

A huge thumbs up for Mark Bissell!

Mark replaced a broken over-the-range microwave with a new range hood and added matching backsplash tile above the range.  I contacted Mark by email and was able to get an estimate from him just by sending some photos and describing what we needed done.  He was very responsive and recommended that while he could find matching tile, it would be cheaper if we went and found the tile ourselves, and suggested some places to look.  We were able to find it ourselves, saving quite a bit.

Mark's installation of the range hood and tile was excellent, and he was very communicative and asked exactly how we wanted it done.  When the hood didn't fit as expected, Mark quickly improvised and was able to cut out the bottom of the cabinet above to make it fit perfectly.  The tile was done meticulously and overall the job was completed very efficiently.  Mark took care to lay down a cover to protect the floor, and used a wooden cover to protect the range top.  He also vacuumed while he was cutting the old tile to prevent dust from collecting and cleaned up the kitchen when he was done.

It turned out he didn't need to cut any of the new tile for installation, so he even gave us a discount on the original estimate.  The job was done so well we just stuck with the original estimate, so Mark disposed of our old microwave for us at no charge instead.

My wife remarked he was the first contractor we've hired who did such a great job.  Mark is honest and straightforward, I highly recommend him for your home repair/remodeling services.

We had a leak in our front yard (water line to meter).  I had originally called Rescue Rooter because they had the biggest ad in the phone book - bad choice.  They sent a guy out, then 2 more came out, and I was given a sales pitch and an estimate to replace the entire line with copper pipe, re-plumb my entire house with copper pipe and replace our water softener for a whopping $20,000.  I gave them the boot and a friend referred me to Amer at Anytime Plumbing.  He came out within a couple of hours and determined the problem with an estimate of $1,100-$1,200.  He returned the next morning and proceeded to repair the leak by redirecting the line.  He was polite, knowledgable and very professional, keeping me aprised of the work during the entire process.  I would definately use him again.

Mr. Chandler provided excellent service--professional, courteous, straightforward and easy to work with.

Had two plumbing problems--one a backed up pipe in the kitchen causing the dish washer to overflow and leaking sink faucet handles.

Called ahead to confirm and arrived as planned.
Reviewed the situation and offered up the suggested repairs.
Got the necessary parts and completed the repairs.
Completed in about an hour.

Again, very pleased.  Would recommend his services and consider using him again for future repairs.

I'm pretty sure I used these guys a few years ago when my new water heater (probably 2 years old at the time) stopped working.  They quickly diagnosed the problem as hard water shorting the electrical components inside.  They told me they would send mine back for me (since it would be covered under warranty), give one of theirs, and simply charge a small fee for coming out and diagnosing it.  That seemed more than fair.  They also showed me how to drain my water heater and told me to do that twice a year to prevent this from happening again, but I sadly forgot almost immediately and was unable to drain all of the water and sediment the next time I tried.

Fast forward several years.  Water heater still working great, but now my dishwasher started leaking whenever I ran it.  They agreed to come out and fix it.  They quickly determined what the problem was and fixed it, and their price seemed more than reasonable.  They showed up on time, diagnosed and fixed the problem in under a half hour, and didn't overcharge me.  I'll likely use them for future plumbing needs.

Mike Counsil Plumbing contacted me quickly, scheduled a technician to come to my home to see the water heater, and answered my questions about the various water heater options. The technician gave me  a no-surprises estimate before he started the work.  Mike Counsil uses highly rated water heaters. They did an excellent job on the install, I was happy to get a competitive price which also included the permit. A very professional company and their GM, Patty, was very helpful!

Three times now I have used Bell.  I have gotten same day service all three times.  The good service starts with the lady who answers the phone.  I am a satisfied customer!

Total ripoff prices. Wanted $800 for five minutes work and no materials. Avoid.
