I called Mike after getting stuck on a DIY fix. He was nice enough to try and give me pointers first but I had already resigned to needing professional help. He showed up promptly and was a blast to converse with as he worked - seriously just try talking movies with him!

Mike was able to fix the problems with ease and I have every confidence in the longevity of his work. He taught me a few pointers in case I ever decide to tackle amateur plumbing again but quite frankly with a pro this accessible, friendly, honest, and fair I expect to retire my wrench happily.

Do yourself a favor and don't get screwed by Roto-rooter or any of the less trustworthy help available. Give Mike a call and see why he only gets 5-star reviews. Thanks for the help!

I had an old leaking shower cartridge that was stuck in the valve. Most plumbers recommened full valve replacement which might have required shower replacement due to its age.

Jerry was friendly on the phone and quoted me a reasonable price to do the work. He even gave me some hints to try before his appointment. Well, his advice worked! I got the cartridge out and replaced it myself. I will certainly call Jerry with any future plumbing problems I have. He knows his stuff!

Very unprofessional.  Set an appt with him and he never showed up.  When trying to follow up with him he just hung up the phone.

Fixed leaking of our tub faucet, very professional service, quick response and reasonable price, with 90 days warranty.

There were a few leaks in the pipes in the crawl space below the house and Eric was really great and fixed it in a few hours. His rate was really fair, and he  did a great job. Definitely recommend Aqua Logic and will be using for future plumbing issues.

James came out to fix our water heater. Turned out we might have to replace the whole unit since it's still under warranty. He talked over all of our options, offered advice, clearly had a huge amount of experience and knowledge AND at the end of the day he didn't even charge us for his time. We will definitely call James when it comes time for installation.

Mike does great work and most times can make it on quick notice.

We had to get hammock chair fixed indoors on my ceiling for my kid. I reached out to Nikolai, he was very responsive. Showed up and was able to get the job done on time and professionally. I'm planning to call him back for some other work at home as well.

Paul was great.  He was a little late, but definitely worth the wait.

I've spent the last 3 years, tried to figure out what is leaking in the bathtub wall.  I even stopped using my bathtub for the past 2 yrs, because of that.

Going back and forth between bathroom and closet, where there is a door to the pipping of the tub.  Paul spent 15 mins looking, doing his free estimate.  I thought for sure, we need to open the wall to fix the leak.   After 15 mins,  Paul said....just change the faucet head.  So, I agreed, and low and behold, he was right.  The original faucet broke (inside) and was not diverting the water to the shower, and back splash the water through the cracks of the broken faucet which looked like a big leak.  

In any case, glad he was here to help.

Awful! These guys came out to fix my seriously leaking  shower. They did show up at 9.30 at night. Remember no profesional will be working at that time  unless they are being paid $300 hr. so this so called professional stopped the water by installing a gas fitting and said I have to order the part. That cost $135 before even ordering the part . 4 days later they call me to say the part has arrived and someone will be there the next day between 10 and 2. I had to take the day off work but ok lets just get it fixed so I don't have to worry anymore. So I wait ...and wait....and wait  2 oclock rolls by.. and I wait..and wait 6 pm rolls by Ok i'm not waiting anymore I gotta go. No call to say were running late or the worker flushed himself down the toilet..Nothing! OMG I was so mad to waste an entire day. They finally showed up at 7pm after my wife called and said where the hell are you?
After showing up the part did not fit. so they quote $850 to fix it. then they will re enburse the money we already spent on them plugging the leak with a gas valve. We discovered that they actually made the problem worse by over tighten the handles on the taps. Long story short- Its still not fixed , They charged me money without fixing a thing.

Luis saved the day for us today! I contacted him early this morning because our kitchen sink was backing up and clogged. My husband tried for hours last night to unclog it to no avail. Luis showed up on time at the agreed upon time and had the job done in less than 30 minutes. His price was reasonable too and we will definitely be saving his info for future emergencies!

As we had a leaky kitchen faucet and a noisy garbage disposal, we called Al, and he came to our house near the end of his workday. He ripped out the garbage disposal, replacing it with a top quality Insinkerator. He installed my beloved Hansgrohe faucet, all in 1 1/2 hours.

His price is very reasonable.

Norman is super sweet and was able to get out to take a look @ our garbage disposal the next day!

He even pre-bought the disposal ahead of time in case we actually needed to replace it (which, unfortunately, we did) and it saved us a trip to the hardware store. Other guys will mark up the prices to an unfair advantage where Norman provided us the fair receipt from the store. He was completely honest in his descriptions and the prices are fair for doing great work.

Do yourself a favor and call Norman. You won't regret it and will sleep well at night knowing you have found a trustworthy handyman!
