Just as he said when I called end of the day yesterday, he was able to come out first thing this morning and smoothly fix our blocked up kitchen sink!

It was down the line - had not had a problem as long as I can remember, but must have been slowly building sludge in the waste line.  So he brought the snake in and did a most thorough job, till the sink was running better than in years!

Also more than a hundred dollars less than the plumber I had called first, who didn't even see the job, but just has a standard price for kitchen sinks.
As I have no garbage disposal nor dishwasher hook-up, my sink is a bit easier.  Except for the shelf in the way of the elbow trap!  He had to use his shop vac to remove the standing water first, to save my wood cabinet from getting wet, which he did carefully.

Jerry is very reliable, honest and friendly. I had gas leaks at two sites of my house, and he was able to reseal the pipes to fix the leaks. PG&E ran a test after and verified there was no more leak. One of the gas leaks was coming from behind my Viking stove/oven unit, and he was able to carefully pull it out without damaging my hardwood floors and then reseal the gas pipe behind it. He didn't charge extra for multiple trips, great guy - I highly recommend him!

In the evening, we noticed water gushing out from the ground near our front door, and determined that the water main to our house had sprung a leak.  Based on recommendations from a neighbor, we call Prestige Plumbing.  Communications via text, including photos, was fast and efficient.  Prestige Plumbing arrived on time at 7:30AM the next morning, and had the issue fixed and our water back on by 10AM.  The leak was in the flower bed next to our house.  I expected the plants to not fair so well, but the plumbers were conscientious and no plants were damaged!  The price was also quite reasonable.  Our experience with Prestige Plumbing was excellent.

I found that my water heater was leaking at 9pm the Thursday before a long holiday weekend. I called at 9:38 and was amazed when I got Jason on the phone instead of a machine. He offered to be here the next day at 10am and arrived promptly at 9:58. My 22 year old heater was swapped out and I was back in business.

Jason was prompt, knowledgeable and fun to chat with. Ask him about Japanese toilets . He's my top pick for any future needs!

Tenant called on a Sundaysaying sewage water is coming out of both showers and toilet. Called around and only got to talk to a few. Most are unavailable on such short notice. One was available but quoted an extraordinary price without even guaranteeing they will do the job with this price.  I was lucky to have tried BG . He is new so there are many reviews yet. He asked me if there is a clean out.  When I told him there is, h gave a very reasonable price and guarantee that the price includes fixing the issue. He arrived within an hour earlier than promised time range. When I got there, he is pretty much done. He showed me video camera. used a very new equipment to show me the exact clogging location. I am very satisfied with his service, and BG plumbing will be my go-to plumber for all my plumbing issues!

I had a water filter that needed replacing and when I sent out a request on Yelp, Aqua Logic was one of the first to reply. Eric, the owner, was quick to respond and agreed to take on the job at a lower price than his competitors.  Ok the day of service, he came on time (maybe even a little early), was very nice, polite, and professional, came with all tools and cleaning supplies to do the job, very knowledgeable about his stuff, and didn't try to upsale me anything extra.  I really appreciated that. I would recommend him and his service to anyone who needs it as I will contact him again for any other water service that I may need in the future.

James is a godsend! Where other plumbers had told me I would have to wait two months, this man was at my house in ten minutes to fix a broken pipe under the deck. His work is meticulous and he even went out of his way to get the last remaining insulation available in Santa Cruz county. Oh and he picked up a new toilet too, and had it installed in less than an hour. HIs prices are very reasonable. Super nice guy, hardworking and honest. We will never call anyone else for plumbing needs.

Had a great experience with Xtreme Plumbing this afternoon. Steven arrived at the door literally minutes after I called them. They had said he'd be here within an hour, it was more like 5-10 mins. He went straight down to the crawlspace and thoroughly checked for leaks. Really appreciate his honesty, he did not find any leaks and was upfront about it. There was some dampness in the crawlspace from other work done earlier in the day so he said he will come back when the space is fully dried out and recheck to ensure that there really are no leaks.  He even waived the call out fee for today. Having dealt with another plumbing company of questionable integrity this week his honestly was very refreshing. Xtreme Plumbing will be the first people we call for any future plumbing needs. Cannot recommend them highly enough!

Great customer service!  I submitted my job (replace toilet) and I got a quote back in 10 minutes.  Robert was here the next day on time. He was quick and professional. Absolute Pro Plumbing took all COVID 19 precautions--he had a mask, gloves and shoe footies on the whole time without me having to ask.  Definitely will be using them again!

Will definitely call on these guys again should the need arise. Chris was the tech who came to our house and was very clear about what needed to be done in order to diagnose the problem (we had a ceiling leak from the upstairs.) I could tell he was thinking of possible scenarios and took every step to ensure that the leakage was discovered. Thanks for answering the call as I often go with the first company who actually answers the phone rather than leave a voicemail.

We had to get hammock chair fixed indoors on my ceiling for my kid. I reached out to Nikolai, he was very responsive. Showed up and was able to get the job done on time and professionally. I'm planning to call him back for some other work at home as well.

Overall the quality, value, professionalism, and timeliness of my plumbing request was met and exceeded.  I will always call Allstate first for all my plumbing needs moving forward.  I had some work that needed to be done and had three estimates submitted.  Out of the three, Allstate was the one that showed up on time and on the appointed day.  Also during the review of the job, Victor pointed out some additional issues for me to be aware of but in no way pressured me to decide at the moment.  He provided an estimate on the spot and was able to provide his availability to get the work done.  My dad is a professional plumber, so have some exposure to what to look for.  I knew as soon as he left I wanted him to do the work.  I had one bid come in quite a bit lower than the Allstate bid but when I contacted Victor he met the competitors bid.  Good for me!! Victor was able to come early on Saturday morning and was done by noon.  What impressed me most was the excellence in his work and the fact that when he was done, you couldn't tell he was there except for the new plumbing.  My dad had always taught me to leave the place cleaner than you found it on a job and Victor did just that.  Thanks to Victor and to Allstate for a GREAT experience.

Have used this company twice now for 2 different plumbing jobs.  The 1st was a leaking kitchen sink. After the prompt response and great job quickly installing a new garbage disposal,  I knew when we needed to replace both of our bathroom coroded faucets (who knew?) with new fixtures they were the ones to call.  
Khym was polite & fast at the first job in the kitchen.   We asked her to check out the shape of our faucets in the bathroom. We even had an expensive replacement part.  She said we can do replace that part...but then something else will end up leaking.  It's better to just replace them.
I ordered 3 different faucets from Home Depot (narrowed down to a Kohler & Moen). For this job, George arrives.  We show him the 2 choices & he said they had less trouble with the Moens. He  immediately installed the two faucets and showed us what to do etc if there's problems with the pop-up drain.
A friend gave me the name of another plumber she said was inexpensive & very good,  but I never will use another company again after the professional and excellent Service we got from these truly Master Plumbers.  A definite 5 Star business!!!

Called Luis today for a issue at my residence in Tracy and he was extremely quick, professional and was here in 16 minutes.  He was able to diagnose the problem immediately and was even polite enough to tell me that the issue could be a city responsibility and told me his cost to fix the issue and I admired his honesty and willingness to have tried to save me money by calling the city but I support honest work and was still glad to pay him his asking price because of this. After about 6 minutes my sewage line was clean & clog free. He graciously cleaned up all the unsightly mess that came from my sewage blockage and hose off the area as if nothing happened. Would 100% do business again and recommend him to anyone who wants professional, honest and amazing work without any hassle.

We've used Alfred Williams (Steve) a couple more times since our initial review.  Each time, Steve has been absolutely fantastic! Quick to return calls, great quality service, and a very reasonable price!

Highly recommended.  Excellent service, and very professional.  We will definitely look to use Robert and Norman again.  We contacted them and explained the situation (electrical fuse box / socket needed repair for an older residential home). They responded quickly and promptly within our time line of a couple days notice, and completed the repairs very quickly. They are responsible, honest, on time, and experienced.

Sam, Ino, Jonathan, and Will were an incredible team to work with. We needed to get our sewer lateral into compliance after buying our home, and from the first phone call with Sam, I could tell that Avalon is a straightforward, honest company that strives to do its best for customers.

In the process of shopping around, companies were only giving us quotes for complete replacement. When Avalon came to the house, they did a detailed exam and pressure test, and told us that the system actually did not need a replacement and just needed some repairs to get us to code. In the process, they saved us so much money and time, and as new homeowners, it was VERY appreciated!
