Used Mike twice since this first review, once to fix an overflowing overflow valve in the front yard, and another time to augur the same original toilet. Both were, relatively speaking, great experiences. The toilet was fixed less than 15 minutes after calling.

Having observed Mike's comfort level around, well, waste, I've also updated my definition of what it means to be a Real Man. Holy cow, what a stud!

Jerry has done it again! Great job! I had a noise that came from my sink and also had a clogged drain with a pipe that was leaking. Jerry diagnosed the problem in minutes and fixed it without hesitation. I have probably saved hundreds if not thousands of dollars with his work and feel safe knowing that he is always available, responsible and honest. Words spoken as well as written cannot express the gratitude I feel for his service Thank you again Jerry! You saved the day!

Chico says he cares about his customers a lot and he really means it.

I did Kitchen and bathroom remodeling. He took care of all plumbing related works for the entire remodeling process.

He showed up prior to my inspection and prepared everything for me. Because of his support, I was able to pass the city inspection really smoothly.

Plumbing is not a one-time event. As we always use water, we constantly need a good plumber. I'm so glad to know Chico. I look forward to maintaining my house in a good shape with Chico's support in future!

Clear Drain saved me.  I would give them more stars if I could.  I had been experiencing unpleasant sewer back up in my shower and tub.  After a horrible experience with Rescue Rooter, who quoted me $2,700 to fix a small portion of underground sewer line, I called Jason at Clear Drain who quoted me $600 to do the exact same job.  Jason said that they would be out the next day at 8:00am and it would only take a half day to fix.  He was out here at 8:00am and it took him a half of a day to fix, just like he had said.  Clear Drain did a perfect job, cleaned up perfectly after they finished and replaced the sewer line.  I had no further problems after that.  I will call him up every time I need to have anything to do with plumbing or snaking my sewer line to rid the roots which tend to enter the pipes from time to time.  Jason and his crew were very professional, knowledgeable, reliable and priced reasonable.  He cares about his customers and it shows in his work.  It doesn't get better than this, I just wish I found him sooner.

Baldomero and his technicians are very serious and proud about their job. They have help us consistently to maintain our tankless water heather and came out with solutions to improve the system. Great job and we will continue using their services for all plumbing issues in our home.

We had our water softener purchased from Amazon installed last week by Eric and Jake.
We need main water loop and garden bypass in the craw space.
They are very professional and the job was done beautifully.

The water softener takes only a small space in our garage. Eric placed it at a good spot where it's easy to access and left some room for extra salts.

After installation they brought me some salts and fully tested the system, also checked all the leakages before they left. The system has been running for more than a week and it significantly reduced the white residues.

We had a rough time making the connection, I think, because Jim does great work and is an honest man, and people who are both of those things are very much in demand, but once we got him in, he was quiet, clean, methodical, and very respectful. I will look forward to hiring him for future jobs. I'm thrilled with him, no joke, and he's a Real San Lorenzo Valley Character, which I consider to be a massive bonus.  Thrilled with his rate, his guarantee, and how pleasant he is to have around.

Mike came to give me a quote quickly, was clear about the work included in the quote, and only included work that actually needed to be done. (Another company quoted me a more full service job, but they were charging well beyond what Mike charged and offering to do work I didn't really want or need, like a bigger gas line for a tiny house.)

After the job was finished, I had a few questions. He actually came by to take a look and tie up loose ends, free of charge.

When I have to re-do our sewer lines in a few years, I will definitely call Mike. He knows his trade, he works hard to get the job done and please the customer.

The plumber Amir is great and professional. The only reason I didn't give 5 star is that the cost is a kind of high. I didn't have time to seek second opinion, and they are indeed provide the prompt service I need.

So after a very difficult time of dealing with major home plumbing issues I wanted to leave this review to make sure everyone is aware of what you get when you have this company do work for you.  I called this company based on their Yelp reviews that seemed pretty good, but I regret it now.  I give them two stars rather than one for a couple of reasons.  1) the person who handled my situation was very nice and kept communication with me.  2) I can't say what they did was bad work, although they didn't do much.  That leads me into why only two stars.  I feel their prices were absolutely outrageous!  I feel like I was over a barrel initially with all my sewer lines backed up, so I approved the initial work to of adding a clean out and clearing the main line at what I later found out was an outrageous price of $6000.  Once that was done I had a chance to regroup and contact another plumber to get some pricing on a full replacement of my house sewer lines and main line in the front of the house, because I was looking at having to get a home equity loan to come up with the money for these guys.  After more in-depth research I contacted another plumber and got the remainder of the work done to replace all sewer lines all the way to the city connection for about 1/3 of the price I was getting from these guys.  I highly recommend doing whatever you can to get estimates for the work before signing these guys on to do work.  They are really nice, but do not hesitate quoting you three times as much as someone else.  GET ADDITIONAL ESTIMATES BEFORE YOU HIRE THESE GUYS!

We had to get hammock chair fixed indoors on my ceiling for my kid. I reached out to Nikolai, he was very responsive. Showed up and was able to get the job done on time and professionally. I'm planning to call him back for some other work at home as well.

We have used Allstate Plumbing before, for clogged drains, with good results.  So when we wanted to add a gas line to the kitchen for our new range, I called Paul.  As usual, he was friendly and professional during his visit and estimate.  Two guys came out to install the gas line, Temo and Sergio.  Both were very polite, cleaned up after there work, and were careful with each step of the install. Not an easy job, with much crawling under the house, and running pipe from one end of the house to the other, but these guys did a great job.  Will trust them again with any plumbing work I need.

I had kitchen sink block. Ross arrived slightly early. Completely finished the job in 1 hour 15min ($110 = $88 + $22) . Very reasonable. Good work pace.
Just one thing, they do count the time to the minute, but he didn't inform me the exact clock-in time, their clock-out time is when they finished loading everything into the van. In the future, just confirm the clock in time with them when then come. Very knowledgeable plumber. Excellent Job!

Matt at Smash Plumbing really saved us the other day by investigating a back up we had at our home.  Him and his team arrived quickly and identified the current issue of a break in the old clay sewer line and also showed us a potential issue in another area that we could consider fixing now if we wanted to save time and money.  His rates were comparable to the other quotes we received and he was super professional and trustworthy through the whole process.  Thanks for your help Matt
