Very Honest. Called him about sewage overflow in front yard.  Was told by another company it would cost $10,000 to repair and clean out pipe and camera etc.
Called Mike and he told me OVER THE PHONE based on the location of the pipe that city of Palo Alto should clean out for free...and they did it for free!!  Mike could easily have charged me half price and I would have considered it a bargain at $5k.  
I hope I never have any further plumbing issues but if I do I'm definitely calling Mike!!

I did Kitchen and bathroom remodeling. He took care of all plumbing related works for the entire remodeling process.

He showed up prior to my inspection and prepared everything for me. Because of his support, I was able to pass the city inspection really smoothly.

Plumbing is not a one-time event. As we always use water, we constantly need a good plumber. I'm so glad to know Chico. I look forward to maintaining my house in a good shape with Chico's support in future!

Prompt and efficient!
Needed our washer drain snaked and clear drain came on a Friday night.

Imagine this: you walk into your bathroom at 8pm on a Thursday and there is an awful smell coming from the shower, you take a look, and, you guessed it, there is poo-water filling the base of the shower. Then, if that wasn't bad enough, you go to your garage and the washing machine drain has overflowed ... who do you call? You call BG Handy Services because they will help you out of the sh***y situation even late at night!

These guys are great: came to my house at 9:30 at night, gave me a great price, diagnosed the issue and got the pipes cleared pretty quickly (probably within about 30 minutes?). They are also respectful of people's homes by wearing foot coverings inside and also wore masks since we are still in COVID times.

I'm absolutely calling these guys again for any plumbing issue I have.

We are glad that we hired Aqua Logic to install RO and softeners. They are very professional and respond quickly. They drop by to check the house before installation and made a detailed installation plan and gave a reasonable price. They came on time and very polite, especially Eric, who work very hard professionally and explained to us how things are working and provided detailed maintenance instructions

The Plumber was fast, on time, and fair.  He did an awesome job and taught us some things about plumbing.  Will definitely call again

I had my faucets replaced in both my bathrooms and my kitchen by another plumber. They we're put in badly, leaked and were loose. I called xtreme plumbing and Michael said he was in the area and could stop by when he finished the job for another customer.
He got to my house in roughly 45 minutes and was very friendly and sweet.
Michael fixed my faucets and the leak for a reasonable price.
I'm thoroughly satisfied with the service xtreme plumbing provided and will call next time I have any plumbing need.

Ameer's team had to remove the  old shutoff valve as it was no longer working(it would turn but not shutoff the water).
When they tried to solder in the new valve, the solder would not hold as a little  water kept dripping(This was after the faucets in the house had been left open to let the water drain). The dripping went on for more than an hour. Ameer and his team patiently kept trying till the solder finally took hold and the new valve was successfully installed.
I am very happy with their work ethic.

Phil & Judy Save Christmas Party!  Yep... Saturday afternoon - just two hours before we were to start our festivities - we had toilets not flushing and sewage backing up in the tub and shower.  We were amazed how many plumbers only work M-F and no weekends.  Others could come out for an extra charge later that night or tomorrow.  Sadly, the party seemingly must be cancelled. Finally, as one last attempt we make the call to The Plumbing Company.  The phone was promptly answered by Judy with enthusiasm.  She listens to the problem, and understands exactly how this could ruin our planned affair.  She says she will see what she could do.  Within 5 mins she calls back with great news.  Phil is in the neighborhood and will be here within a half hour.  Phil arrives, quickly diagnoses the situation, gives us a reasonable quote and one hour later we have running toilets again.  The festivities are set to start in 30 minutes and we are good to go!  Thank you to The Plumbing Company for going out of their way to fix what could have been How The Grinch Stole our Christmas Party!

We had to get hammock chair fixed indoors on my ceiling for my kid. I reached out to Nikolai, he was very responsive. Showed up and was able to get the job done on time and professionally. I'm planning to call him back for some other work at home as well.

I had a leaking sprinkler pipe and called Allstate after reading the other reviewer's notes. The repairman came out within 2 hours and undid all the damage that many a previous hack plumbers tried but failed to fix (myself included). Cost was higher than I would have liked, but he used all copper material and even installed a valve so I wouldn't have to turn off water to the whole house if anything further down the line (i.e. cemented PVC pipes) went wrong in the future.

Overall, I'm glad I called Allstate and will call them again when the need arises.

Had an issue resolving a leaky toilet. Called my HOA who recommended me to Master Plumbing. The 10-2 window two business days later wasn't exactly desirable, but I took the day off work to help out the guy.

Was surprised to get the call 8:50 that he's on his way, and my man Dean (35) arrived around 9:20. Great for me, but might be inconvenient for others.

Anyways, Dean was a super personable guy, helped tackle my maintenance issue step by step. It's a kind of problem I might have fixed myself back at home, but watching Dean work comforted me in seeing another man at home in his craft. He was an extremely personable guy who lived a lot, and we were swapping stories over a somewhat mundane repair, plus he helped me out with a couple other sink problems impromptu.

Of course, this kind of help isn't really free when you're dealing with a pro-rated $132/hour plus parts cost. Wouldn't have believed this is one of the cheaper options around if the other company I called didn't tell me $250 for a 15 minute job.

Only part detracting from the experience is that 3 hours later I noticed he forgot his vacuum! Somehow Dean was still around doing work on the main lines in the big business next door, so I was able to give it back to him. Guess it shows how much Master Plumbing is valued by the companies around here.

Luis quoted me about 25-30% less than anyone else to clear my sewer line.  Most notably, he came after closing time late into the night.  If that wasn't enough, he did it for free the second time (we were flushing a lot of things on the 'do not flush list').  Anyway, this is who you want to call; someone who will bend over backwards to get your problem solved.  Thanks again Luis

Steve did great work.  I was able to get a same day appointment for a leaky toilet, which he fixed very quickly and then was able to remove a built-in water filter system and a soap dispenser from our kitchen sink (something I had been wanting to do for a while, but was reluctant to call a plumber for due to cost).  I have to say, Steve is professional, reasonable and fast.  Everything was done within an hour.  I highly recommend this plumbing service.

I am leaving the review for Norman although I didn't get to work with him at the end.  
I called him because of a mysterious noise that went on in my house that I couldn't figure out the source.  It was around 10ish am and he said he might not be able to come right away.  I then called many other ones but no one would even come take a look without costing me a fortune.  By 3pm Norman came over and took a thorough look around and gave me some of his thoughts and suggestions about the problem.  He then left for the day without charging me.  Strange enough the mysterious humming noise was gone afterwards, but I appreciated him making his way here and not charging me a dime because he didn't solved my problem right away.  
I highly recommend him!

We highly recommend Avalon Services. Will and his crew are top notch and very personable. We had a septic project that we knew would be a huge undertaking. We had put it off for several months because we were anticipating this project leaving our property a big mess. We even had a few companies tell us they wouldn't do the work. Will instantly put our minds at ease by telling us it would be challenge but he was looking forward to it.

Not only did he show up on time every morning, he and his crew cleaned up and left everything tidy before going home at the end of the day. They had to cut through asphalt, rock and cement, remove fencing and dig up a ton of dirt but once the project was complete, everything was left exactly how they found it. Even though it turned out to be a very laborious project, Will and his crew made it look easy.

We can't thank Will enough for being such a pleasure to work with. All of you folks out there can rest assured this is an outstanding company!

I cannot say enough great things about Smash Plumbing.  I recommend them 100% for any plumbing job you need taken care of.  Matt and Aaron are extremely knowledgeable, professional, and responsive plumbers.

I needed my water heater replaced, but it was not going to be an easy job.  I have an old mobile home with multiple issues. They fit me in their schedule right away.  I sent them pictures of the water heater, and Matt was able to give me a quote by phone.  Aaron replaced the water heater with a smile on his face.  We encountered problems with our old pipes.  Matt and Aaron were able to help us with that as well.  They presented different options to me on how to handle my problems.  I honestly thought I would not be able to have hot water, but Matt and Aaron figured everything out and we now have hot water!

Call Smash Plumbing and you won't regret it!  I thought my plumbing issues were going to be impossible to fix, but Matt and Aaron were able to solve my problems.  I will and already have recommended them to my family and friends.
