Called Mike for a backed-up upstairs kitchen sink that I'd looked at myself. He came and started snaking the drain, while having me go to the garage to listen for it and see if anything was leaking. Unfortunately something was leaking after he snaked the entire line. He said the job was too big for him, but gave me a recommendation on who to call. I appreciate the honesty of not over-extending himself and not inserting himself in between as some contractor who's just taking a cut.

While I think I could've found someone cheaper for the work, I doubt they'd give me the same peace of mind on it, and on the recommendation.

We were in the process of remodeling our kitchen and needed a plumber to connect everything (sink, garbage disposal, faucet, dishwasher (Bosch) and our new gas range top to our existing gas line)  Chico came out same day to provide an estimate, followed Covid-19 protocols and made sure that we had all the right equipment for install date.   The quote was very competitive and we chose him to do the installs.
We had a delay with our tile installers, Chico was very flexible in pushing the date by a day.   On the day of the install, Chico and his crew came and completed the job quickly, fixing a substandard job that our developer had done with our plumbing.  
Everything looks great, we are so happy with the results.

I got 3 different estimate from plumbers to fix a gas leak in the line going to the pool heater, and to also plumb a new gas line into the kitchen for our switch to a gas range.

Jason from Clear Drain showed up on time and was very professional.  He quickly took a look at what I needed done and came up with a very competitive estimate.  The other two estimates I got were exorbitant, in one case the guy talked my ear off about different kinds of pipes, and in the other I had the feeling I knew more about installing gas lines than he did based merely on my Internet research.

I ended up going with Jason and he showed up on time and completed the job quickly.  He's easy to work with and doesn't BS you, a very honest guy.  His work looks high quality and he did the repair and new gas line in such a way that they complimented each other and kept the costs down.  They guarantee their work for life, and it's guaranteed to pass inspection.

He also gave me a reasonable and competitive estimate on re-piping the house with copper, and when the time comes I won't hesitate to hire him again.

I had a drain problem with my bathtub,  and I called B G Plumbing to make an appointment for the following day.  Baldomero showed up on time and he took a step by step approach to nail down the problem.  He went down the crawl space to find out the layout of the sewer pipes and snaked the main line to solve the problem.  From the arrival to the completion, he was straight forward and was willing to explain what he was doing and gave me a reasonable quote which I accepted.  He also was very observant to find a leak on my toilet which I will need to have it fixed by the original installer.  After the job is finished, I asked him to look at my kitchen faucet which was leaking, and he fixed it free of charge by tweeking the cartridge !  These days many plumbers do not repair faucet (they rather install a new faucet instead).  So he served all my needs very well.  Lastly he gave me a free inspection of all the sewer pipes in the crawl space and gave me a recommendation.  He was very competent, professional, and courteous.  I will not hesitate to use the company for my future plumbing needs, and  I highly recommend the company.

Eric and his partner did a fantastic job installing a new water softener for our new home.
- The cost was very reasonable for a whole house softener installation.
- Scheduling was easy and they arrived on time.
- Eric explained everything and the estimated time for the installation before working on it.
- The work was done quickly and Eric explained what we need to know for daily use and maintenance.
- They went to purchase salt for us during the wait time. Obviously we pay for the salt, but they proactively provided the service to us.
- They cleaned everything at the end.

I called Jim for some work in our crawl space, but it wasn't actually plumbing work.  Instead of just saying, No. he helped me out by providing two referrals of companies who could do the work.  I will definitely call Jim the next time I need a plumber.

Xtreme plumbing as a company you can expect to have quality work done at a reasonable price. Always on time and have great communication skills. I always get a reply back, even if Mike is out of town. I manage a 30 unit apartment building in the Bay Area and call upon Xtreme Plumbing to come to my rescue a lot! Giving that my building is very old and still has galvanized piping it can be like opening a can of worms most times  but not even that scares them off! No matter the issue they always get the job done and done right.

Absolute Pro responded almost immediately to my request for an estimate and came right out to take a look at my issue.  I was working on a DIY project and got stuck when I couldn't remove a pipe.  AP came out the next day and removed the stuck pipe and installed the new piping.  Great service and fair price.  Thank you.  Definitely recommend and will use again.

Good old fashioned honesty. I had a broken faucet which turned out to need not much more than being screwed back in. I get to take the new faucet back to home depot, pocket a hundred or so and saved a ton in plumber fees.

We had to get hammock chair fixed indoors on my ceiling for my kid. I reached out to Nikolai, he was very responsive. Showed up and was able to get the job done on time and professionally. I'm planning to call him back for some other work at home as well.

It has been a dream to have a utility sink in the garage, and now the dream have finally come true. Allstate was the firm I hired and they did a great job. I pretty much knew what I wanted, and they did the job with skill, speed and cleanliness. They even re-configured the vent line after the dryer was re-posistioned. I should have negotiated down the price of the faucet install and the final price was a bit higher than the quote (to some surprise) due to some extra materials and a more detailed scope, but otherwise everything went well. Give them a call to provide a quote for your next job. No more using the kitchen sink to clean paint brushes!

Reasonable rate, got the job done. The guy who came out for me was fine, but could have been better. I'd rate his workmanship and skills as 3 out of 5. They are a big company with around a dozen plumbers, so your experience may vary depending on who you get.

The operator is very professional and courteous. They came on time within a 4-hour window, and called ahead of time. The current rate was $104/hr, with 1 hr min and charged every additional 1/4 hr. I would probably use them again.

Garbage disposal went out on a Friday afternoon, and had a clog in the pipes. They came out that night and fixed it. I couldn't believe they were willing to do it after hours on a Friday. Labor and parts guaranteed. Left the work space clean. Would highly recommend

We've used Alfred Williams (Steve) a couple more times since our initial review.  Each time, Steve has been absolutely fantastic! Quick to return calls, great quality service, and a very reasonable price!

Norman came out to our place to fix what another plumber couldn't completely fix. Basically what happened was - there was a leak from the shower (second floor) to the kitchen ceiling (first floor) and the plumber who came out in the first place was so sure that the cause was just the face plate. Long story short, the cause wasn't just the face plate and it still leaked.

Norman came to rescue us and he thoroughly analyzed and tested every single corner in that shower. He took his time to make 100% sure it's not leaking anymore and patched up the open ceiling, painted it afterwards.

I had a leak under my sink so I contacted Avalon to have someone check it out. It so happens that the previous owner didn't connect the drain pipe under my sink correctly.  John came and spent a good amount of time trying to reconfigure the piping up to code.  He recommended a permanent solution moving my drain pipe which required a bigger job to be done at a later time.  I scheduled for the bigger job which was to be completed by another guy, Evan.  John arrived with Evan to do a warm handoff before starting the job (which was really nice).  At first, Evan attempted to try to reconfigure the pipes to potentially avoid the big job completely - which I did not ask for, he made this attempt on his own (looking out for me as a customer).  He took some time but was able to figure it out! He Facetimed with one of the owners to review his work to make sure it was up to code.  The owner commended his good work and the big job didn't need to be completed after all.  They could've just moved forward with the original job a received more money, but they were looking out for me and saved me about half the amount I would've spent.  I can tell this company really cares for its customers and treats them like people.  I'm new to the area and I need a local plumbing company I can rely on.  Avalon Services is saved in my phone for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

We bought some new faucets and a garbage disposal and after looking at the  installation instructions, decided to turn to the professionals!  Aaron came to our house within a couple of hours of our call, and had all three items installed within a couple of hours. He was very friendly, very knowledgeable, and we will call this company again for any plumbing needs.
