Great service! Came same day to fix a clogged sink. Michael was great to work with, very professional & friendly.

Jerry drove all the way from San Jose to east bay to install our new toilet. Excellent work, gave us some tips and also installed handheld bidet sprayers in both the bathrooms for free.

My first experience with Prestige Plumbing was excellent. I had problem with leaking angle knobs. Chico response was great. Picked phone first time and informed me the approximate time of arrival based on the other job he was working on. Really appreciate Chico prioritizing his tasks and getting back to me sooner than planned.

Chico came wearing mask which is essential for Covid. He was very respectful of my home and took his shoes outside before entering.

Saw my issue and quickly gave me a reasonable quote. Chico finished the job in 30 min replacing 2 angle knobs. In fact he made the whole appearance look very clean and modern since my old fixtures were very old. And Chico explained in details what he did and why it should be done like that. It was good.
Chico was very kind to replace my faucet also without any additional charge. It was a very nice gesture.

Prompt service. Called at 3:00 pm on a Friday afternoon, was told that they could arrive between 4:00 and 6:00 pm. Two men arrived at 4:30 pm.

I explained that I had tried to snake the main line with a 100' rental and could not clear the line. They stated they had two 75' coils and could go to 150'. A price was quoted and accepted. Work began.

An obstruction was hit at about 120'. They  ( Vald and Jay)  continued out to 150'. The snake was retrieved and the pipe was clear of water. I tested the drain by running the shower and flushing toilets. All was well.

Clear Drain Plumbing might be a little expensive but the service with an excellent attitude makes it well worth the money.

We are so happy we hired BG Plumbing for our kitchen project! They moved the water lines and drain for our sink, added a water line for our refrigerator, and lowered and recessed the gas line for our range. Kevin was super responsive when scheduling time for our consultation and providing a quote. Eric and Jacob helped me from the initial softener selection to the final installation and showed very professional spirits. I have a shelf in the  garage which made the space very tide. They still helped me designed different position plans with pros and cons. The final result is amazing. It is safe, easy to add salt later and also I can keep the shelf space. The whole experience is great.  Highly recommended!

We needed to have our house repiped. There was a leak, but it was down in the foundation, so repiping was the best solution. Mike was able to give us a great bid, and get the job started right away. The team finished over the weekend. Water runs great, and it was an easy process.

Got my water heater replaced. Ameer was fantastic to provide an estimate after hours through Yelp. Next day Brian handled the communication and it was very smooth. He is super responsive, patient to answer all noob questions I had and helped clarify everI needed to get the job done within 24hours.

I actually *didn't* do business with them - yet - but boy were they great. After a toilet flush started filling our shower... I looked on yelp and elsewhere for shops that were open on a Saturday afternoon. The first business I called... waited 45 minutes and got no response.  So the the second business (The Plumbing Company) I waited only 10 minutes, and was literally on the phone booking with another company when TPC returned my call. I felt bad about that, but since the other company already booked, I  called Judy back and she was very understanding about being the backup. Judy also told me the tip to prevent water from continuing to flow into the shower  - open the clean out valve to relieve pressure).

The other company was punctual, courteous and friendly but took quite a while to get the job done and charged quite a lot. The other company also suggested a very expensive service... because the problem is going to come back (indeed, this was our third time in 5 years) Guess who I am hoping will be able to do that service ... The Plumbing Company.

We had to get hammock chair fixed indoors on my ceiling for my kid. I reached out to Nikolai, he was very responsive. Showed up and was able to get the job done on time and professionally. I'm planning to call him back for some other work at home as well.

Ever since moving into this house, the shower drain was draining pretty slow.  Despite using some liquid plumber, the slow drain never went away and got even worse!

I searched through Yelp and found Allstate Plumbing. I received a call back the next morning and booked an appointment. It turned out that my slow drain was because of an old p-trap.

They were quick, courteous and very professional. If I ever have any plumbing issues in the future, I would gladly call Allstate Plumbing again!

George was quick and polite.  He kept me updated as he did the repairs.  
He even vacuumed the room afterwards!   This is something I have only seen large company's do.

Kitchen sink was backed up and needed a clean out.  Luis was very quick to respond with a quote and was able to arrive within 2 hours to do the job.  He also fixed our faucet that had terrible water pressure and saved us from having to replace the whole faucet. Super nice guy and we will use him again.  HIGHLY recommended!!

Steve is very responsive.  I called on Memorial day and had scheduled an appointment to replace a kitchen faucet.  He gave me some tips on the one we had, and which was a better brand.  Although I had to cancel the appointment, I will use him for my future plumbing jobs.

had to replace a broken security gate on a Saturday morning but ran into trouble with security screws. Norm had Ray give me a call because he lived in my area and could get the work done, immediately.

Ray was the man! helped me fix up a couple of other things around the house.

Will and his team provided outstanding service! He is very professional, reliable, responds very fast and does amazing work. My pipes under my home was leaking and the water created giant puddles under my home. Will and his team in 1 day were able to replace all of my piping under my home. I am an extremely happy customer.  I highly recommend hiring Avalon Services.

My Tankless water heater basically blew up after years of working great.  Aaron and Matt picked up the phone be the first ring and immediately trouble shooter the symptoms with me.  

Without me asking they were on the phone with Navian ordering me replacement parts.  Unfortunately the parts took a week to get her because of a holiday.  Instead of me being without hot water for a week they came and set up a temporary water heater at no charge while we waited for the part.  

I was shocked at the great level of service and care that I received from smash plumbing.
