I normally don't do reviews but this experience was above and beyond my expectations. To start off I had a leaking shut off under my sink and leaking main shut off. Javier from Mauro's was called to assist. He started by repairing the leak below the sink. he then soldered the main line and installed the new shut off. After he left I tested all the faucets and toilets. Our main bathroom flushed but did not refill. I called Mauro's and was greeted by a very attentive receptionist that called Javier back out. Javier returned, cleaned out the shut off valve, replaced the hose and replace a float in the tank. This fixed the problem! I was notified that they would review the situation and possibly get charged for the re-visit. To my surprise i received an email today and was told there wouldn't be any further charge. When you need a plumber, Call Mauro's!

They were still open during this pandemic. Very helpful and were able to find the problem instantly. They came next day to have the repairs done. I appreciated them coming in a time like this.

I've been using Savior Plumbing for many years. I've had a number of issues, and at least one crisis. In all instances they have done the job very well.

I find them to be very capable, and trustworthy. They are my go-to plumbers.

Thursday night my basement started flooding from our upstairs bathroom. To say the least, it was a total nightmare.

That is, until I met Ed! Super nice plumber, very fast (with the help of Ian). Not only did he quote me fairly, he moved several appointments around so that he could help me with the crisis on Friday (instead of waiting till next week). Fixed several issues with our piping and gave us a new pea trap.Great team and great service! Thank you!

This company rocks! I was leaving for vegas in feb. and they came out the night I was leaving gave me a estimate that was very right on the money. They came and repaired my sink while I was gone. Went the extra mile on the repair and never charged me more then the estimate. Thank you Emerson and Jeff for being a awesome company!!

I was very happy with both times I used Bob's plumbing services this month.  He came on time, showed up with a friendly attitude, protected the immediate area that he worked in, and even got an appliance company to replace my faucet for free with a phone call!  I would absolutely use him in the future.

We needed a gas line installed to our fireplace.  Wilver clearly understood and described what needed to be done.  He and his team completed the work quickly and they did a great job.   The price was fair too.  I highly recommend Wilver and Bay Area Plumbing, Rooter and Service.

Bart came by today to diagnose a sink line clog. Ended up being a quick fix and he stayed to look over the aging pipes in my home and advised on what to look out for going forward. Super helpful, highly recommend!

I recently hired Active Plumbing to install a new gas line and gas range in my home, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received.

The owner, Majid, took the time to thoroughly assess the space and discuss my options with me. He explained everything clearly and answered all of my questions, making sure that I felt fully informed and comfortable with the project. Since we had done a separate major job with them, he gave me a special price which was lower than any quote I received.

The installation itself was completed quickly and with great attention to detail. Majid was very careful and made sure that the gas range was level and securely in place.

Throughout the process, Majid was friendly, respectful, and a pleasure to work with. He came back to install my gas range, which was also a time-consuming and arduous process.

Overall, I highly recommend Majid for any gas line or gas range installation needs. His expertise and professionalism made the entire process smooth and stress-free.

I had an urgent plumbing problem this morning in our guest cabin. I called at least 6 companies, and everyone was busy or taking an early Thksg holiday. Amer replied within an hour and fit me in between jobs since he wasn't too far away. Amer was pleasant, patient and professional---he tried a number of approaches and ultimately fixed the problem across all faucets and the shower. Amer is clearly hardworking and care bout his customers. I'll be calling him again!

We had a door problem where it wouldn't close properly and we had to lift it up in order for it to shut tight. The lock also wasn't fully going all the way through. This problem bugged us for a while and I called up several handymen. Most of them were priced high or had to wait a week for the service, but Ishmael was able to come fix it on the same day. We also had another door that would just slide open even with the locks on. He fixed that one in a timely manner as well.

Overall he did the job extremely well and was reasonably priced. Definitely recommended, at least for door problems!

Vince called me 15 minutes ahead to notify me that he was on the way, the first good sign.  I got another call from him on the way home telling me how much the job would cost me, another good sign.  He explained to me the job and how the cost was structured and he offered some discount to descale my tankless water heater so I authorized the job.  He made sure he ran the pump long enough and got everything right so that's also good.

My neighbor just happened to have a leak under her kitchen sink so Vince took a quick look and gave her a FREE quick fix.  Even there is no warranty but it would definitely buy her some time to assess the situation and cost of the repair.  How often do you see this happening in today's world?

I'm happy with his work and dedication so I'd highly recommend him.

Mike Counsil Plumbing contacted me quickly, scheduled a technician to come to my home to see the water heater, and answered my questions about the various water heater options. The technician gave me  a no-surprises estimate before he started the work.  Mike Counsil uses highly rated water heaters. They did an excellent job on the install, I was happy to get a competitive price which also included the permit. A very professional company and their GM, Patty, was very helpful!

The kitchen drain stopped up, and we had a dinner party in the near future.  Our usual plumber could not come for four days, so we settled on Bell Plumbing which could get a man out in an hour.  The plumber did a good job in clearing the drain in about half an hour.  Bell is not the cheapest plumber in town at $279/hr., but they do good work.

They are way over pricing on their estimate - $2950 for a job costed $300 by another plumbing company.

I called Sunday night for an emergency service due to a water line leak outside the house. The lady who answered the phone was very polite and told me that someone will call me that night or the next day. I tried them again a few hours later after not hearing anything back. The same lady, again very polite, told me that their dispatcher has left that afternoon and she didn't know that. She apologized and promised to give me $150 credit if I stick with them for a service next morning around 10 am. I was impressed with the curtesy so I choose to give them a shot next morning. They said that a dispatcher would call me 30 minutes before the technician's arrival. I waited until 9:40 am to call them again since no one called me. I was told that the person is on the way and she doesn't know why I didn't get a call. I went over to the house but no one showed up until 11 am. The technician, Matt, also the field supervisor, assessed the issue and gave me a quote of $2950, a whole day job and can only be done two days later. He described the problem as a big job - take out the bushes in front of the leak (they are not responsible for it), dig up the line under ground (they don't know how complicated it might be until after but assumes that the whole line needs to be replaced), having to work around the potential irritating line nearby, etc. After taking to his manager in the phone, they said that someone can work on it tomorrow but the price will be by the job and not charge me more if it takes more than 6 hours. I decided to get a second opinion. I am very glad that I did. EJ Plumbing quickly got into action, identified the issue, fixed it in less than one hour and only charged $300 for the job. They also dug out the bushes around the leak and put them back to where they were. After the repair, it is like nothing happened.
