Beware: not Covid-safe!  The man working there is not requiring masks and is not putting one on himself -- yuck! Before going in this morning, I asked if he was enforcing a mask requirement and he said no I'm not wearing one so no.  There was some hand sanitizer on the counter but wouldn't risk it.

This is kind of too bad.  Reading the reviews makes someone think that kind of experience is what to expect.  I guess I would give this company more slack if it didn't advertise that it gives 100% response time within 1 hour.  See, I haven't even gotten that far.  

I went to their website, filled out a request for quote form (because it isn't an emergency) on Monday afternoon.  Waited.  Called them Wednesday afternoon at 1:20pm because it's not an emergency but I am trying to get a quote, and left a voice message with all the details I put in my request on their Contact Form - and mentioning in the voice message that I filled out the Quote Request on Monday.  Today is Friday.  Nothing.  No, it's not an emergency.  But four days to still not reply to a request for quote when they advertise what they do is what is disappointing.  I don't doubt the great reviews from other people, and I am a pretty patient and understanding person, and maybe it's just unlucky; but to advertise the response rate the way they do is disappointing, something people should hear about, and reason for the one star.  They might notice that.

Mauro was available at short notice, even just before holidays. They were willing to work on Saturday, were competent and had reasonable prices. We had a leak in the gas line, they found it right away and fixed it in little time. They also checked all the other connections in the gas line to make sure there were no other leaks. We recommend them.

They were still open during this pandemic. Very helpful and were able to find the problem instantly. They came next day to have the repairs done. I appreciated them coming in a time like this.

I needed a faucet replaced. Tammy handled the call professionally and scheduled me promptly.  Dave installed the faucet quickly and did a very good job. The whole process from first phone call to job done was painless and smooth. They also charged reasonable rates for labor.  I highly recommend Savior.

I had a backed up sink/bath tub situation that was somewhat alarming. I called them late Friday and was able to schedule an appointment first thing Sat. morning. Dennis arrived on time, assessed the situation and gave me a reasonable quote. Since he had all the necessary equipment in his truck, he was able to fix the problem quickly.

Our water heater broke yesterday. No hot water and there was some flooding in the garage. I'm so glad I called Active Plumbing this morning and spoke to Majid. He came out a few hours later and replaced our water heater. Such a relief that it was taken care of right away. Majid was professional, efficient, and did an excellent job. I was housesitting for family in Santa Cruz when their kitchen drain developed a bad clog. By Sunday night I exhausted the local hardware store's supply of magical drain unclogging solutions and gadgets, and I was running out of time before the homeowners returned on Monday night. I decided it was time to call in the professionals.

Anytime Plumbing came by first thing Monday morning, cleared to blockage, was out the door in under an hour, and charged a phenomenally reasonable rate. Amer was supremely professional, courteous, and careful, and I'd recommend him in a heartbeat to anyone with a plumbing problem. In retrospect I just wish I had called Anytime Plumbing when the clog first started instead of wasting my time and money at the hardware store.

Initial Call - got the quote up front and they came the next day. Since they dispatched Evan to do the job, this review is primarily on Evan.

Attitude - Awesome, very friendly and honest.

Overall - Superb plumber

The job was to change the shower cartridge, which caused a minor leakage in the shower. I bought the parts in advance and he fixed it right on the spot. The only slight disappointment was the fact that I wasn't able to use the WEB20 coupon code that I saw on their website. Either way, I'm really satisfied with their service and will highly recommend Evan from Chandler's Plumbing for anyone in need of plumbing service. I will definitely refer them to friends in the future if any plumbing is needed. I did not get a discount for writing this review so you can trust my unbiased opinions.

We had a 12-year old water heater start leaking on a Sunday, and Plumbing Care sent Vince out to inspect the problem within a few hours of calling them - even on a Sunday afternoon! He discussed various options for replacement with us, with no pressure to spend unnecessary money, and we went with a new water heater with a longer warranty than our old unit. Although he was willing to work on Sunday night to replace the unit, we suggested he come back the next morning. He called before he arrived, he was on time, he had the correct new heater that we selected, and was completely professional and knowledgeable, doing an awesome job installing our new water heater. He has earned the highest rating from us, and we highly recommend Vince and Plumbing Care. Thank you Vince! We now have the best hot water that we have ever had!

Mike Counsil Plumbing contacted me quickly, scheduled a technician to come to my home to see the water heater, and answered my questions about the various water heater options. The technician gave me  a no-surprises estimate before he started the work.  Mike Counsil uses highly rated water heaters. They did an excellent job on the install, I was happy to get a competitive price which also included the permit. A very professional company and their GM, Patty, was very helpful!

Cody and Mike from Bell Plumbing came out to our house for the second time and scoped and unblocked our plumbing free of charge. This business understood the value of happy customers and went out of their way to ensure we were serviced and satisfied within a few hours of calling them. This was a second visit for Bell and our plumbing was backed up again after only 3 months.  I wanted help trying to identify the problem with a camera this time so we could see what was causing the issue in such a short time span. The Bell Plumbing guys came out with the camera and told me the truth and said our plumbing looked good and identified where the spot where the backup took place. Most likely issue was my kids putting too much TP down the toilet. The team could have charged me again for clearing my blockage but did not and they have now won a customer for life.  Great job and thank you for your quick response and help with my plumbing problems.

Stay away and do not use this business.
We called them to fix our leaking water heater at 10:30 a.m. They did come within the hour and were courteous. They did get the job done before the sun set at 5:00 p.m.
They will fleece you and hence any business that does this loses a consumers trust. They charged over $6500 for a job and heater that cost $3500. When we researched and called them while they had gone to get their supplies to get the job done, their response was cryptic and dishonest fooling the customer. Yes, we have no knowledge on this stuff, thus we reply on the experts but this company only aims to over charge and make money in an emergency. Don't get me wrong, businesses do need to make money but $3500 over what is expected is such bad business. Save yourself the time and look elsewhere. Hear me, do not use this business unless you have extra $$ to pay more than 50% over what other reputable businesses would charge.
