Raheb - excellent - knowledgeable - efficient.  Shower/bath tub valve was leaking - called him - he fixed it that afternoon - replaced the entire fixture/cover and all - If we have future plumbing problems he will be the first plumber we call..  BRAVO - Excellent Service!

Came to our house to fix a bathtub leak and couldn't find it after an hour of trying. After they left, it started leaking again immediately when we ran the shower. It was coming from the shower head-- which they hadn't bothered to inspect. Considering the high reviews on Yelp, we were shocked at the crap service we received. They were so unbothered and unconcerned  when they told us they couldn't find it. They knew they were getting paid and did nothing to earn it.

I went to this store looking for an aerator for my kitchen faucet. I had already been to Ace Hardware and Home Depot. Ignacio took my old aerator apart, cleaned it and got it working like new again. For no charge. Everyone was very friendly.

Last Tuesday (Oct 30, 2018), I looked under my kitchen sink and found water all over the cabinet floor. My garbage disposal unit was leaking and obviously needed to be replaced. On Wednesday, I called several plumbing companies. One only had an answering machine and never returned my call. The other two said they needed to schedule an on-site estimate before they could give me a quote. One scheduled the visit for that day, while the other couldn't get to me until the following Monday.

When I called Savior Plumbing, they said they did not need to come out for an on-site estimate. They told me their hourly rate, about how long a garbage disposal replacement normally took and how much they would charge for the new disposal unit. I asked if I could buy the unit myself and they said that was OK. But, when they told me how much they would charge for the unit they provided (I had already priced garbage disposal units on the Home Depot web site), it was actually less than the Home Depot price. So, I went with their unit (which, by the way, was a quality product). They even gave me a 2 year warranty on the unit.

The first slot they had available was on Saturday, which worked for me. They asked me if I was interested in having it put in sooner, if a slot opened up and I said I was. Later that day they called and said a slot had opened up on Thursday. However, it was at a time I knew I wouldn't be at home, so I declined. On Thursday afternoon they called again and said one of their plumbers had completed a job early and would I be interested in having him come by and do the job. This worked for me and so the plumber did the job that afternoon.

If you are familiar with plumbing contractors, the idea of having a job completed a day after calling them is almost unthinkable. The person I dealt with on the phone was very friendly and courteous, the plumber who did the job was pleasant, the work was high quality and I am extremely satisfied with it. I would heartily recommend others using Savior Plumbing for their plumbing needs.

We had discussed potentially replacing a tankless water heater at the cost of several thousand $.     Fast Response came out at 5:00 PM and fixed our water heater for $150 bucks.

My tub facet was leaking and I contacted several plumbers to fix it. I was also having a problem with the pipes making noises when we turned the water off. Jeff was great to work with. Not only did he fix the leaking faucet and fixed the loose pipes (making the noise) he also replaced a missing piece of my fixture.  He was fast and efficient and on time. I will definitely reach out to him for my future plumbing needs.

We had a leaking garbage disposal. Bob showed up on time. He quickly identified and fixed the leak, tightened up all the hoses under the sink and provided a clear explanation for the work done.

Mark provided an exceptional level of service and care when doing some recent home repairs at our Redwood City home.  He was knowledgeable, efficient and his rates are beyond fair and reasonable!

Not only did he directly answer my call, but came out the very next morning to do the repair work.  He arrived exactly on time, knew exactly what needed to be done and efficiently completed the work.  Then, later in the same day, we had another unexpected repair issue come up, called him and he came right over.  He again knew exactly what needed to be done and finished the repair promptly and professionally. Unbelievable!

I highly recommend Active Plumbing if you need a plumber.  Active Plumbing really helped us out when we had a couple urgent issues to deal with today.  Majid and his crew were quick to respond, professional, cleared out the blocked sewer line (which a previous plumber could not complete earlier this morning) and replaced the water pressure valve (as our water pressure was 100 psi when it should be 60 psi) in under 2 hours!  They even cleaned up the mess as if it never happened!
We were totally stressed out because we are expecting family tomorrow and this is absolutely the worst possible time for these problems to occur.  Majid was calm, confident, patient, knowledgeable, and could source the materials needed for the jobs immediately.  Another plumber thought the water pressure valve might need to be special-ordered.
It was such a relief to get things taken care of swiftly and efficiently.  No fuss, no muss.  
We also believe we were charged fairly and reasonably.  We would not hesitate to call Majid again for any plumbing issues.  Thanks, Majid!!

I had asked someone to recommend a plumber and was given Anytimes business card. My neighbor had a leak. I described the problem over the phone and Amer said he knew what needed to be done and came the next morning. He had the correct part with him and was done in a timely manner. Price was very reasonable. While he was there
I asked if he would look at a leak at my kitchen faucet and he quickly diagnosed the problem and I ordered the parts because it was still under warranty. While waiting for those parts my water heater started leaking so I called Amer and he said he was scheduled for the next two days but he could recommend someone else if I could not wait. I said we will wait. Amer called and said Victor would be over to replace it this morning.Well worth the wait because Victor was obviously knowledgeable and very professional . Well I received the parts for my kitchen faucet and gave Amer a call and he said he will send Victor back over today. Victor fixed the leak and said that he was all done and said good-bye. I asked what do I owe you and he said there is no charge.I know some of you are thinking that they charged enough for the water heater so they are giving me a break but the original charge for the water heater  was reduced by 200.00 because I had drained it . Also 12 years ago I  replaced a water heater at another house and that was 700.00 dollars more than this one without the 200.00 off.
Anytime Plumbing are juggernauts at diagnosing and solving plumbing problems. Amer and Victor are the epitome of customer service and are definitely rockstars at what they do. They are friendly and honorable men and their rates are more than fair.

Evan Jauqes from Chandler plumbing came to the hoise and was very freindly and step me through the process of how he replaced the thermocoupler and what to do to prevent the thermocoupler from going bad again.

Sent a plumber out late and right away when it couldn't wait, but I paid a premium.  Got the job done quickly and efficiently. Water got turned back on like it never even happened.

Mike Counsil Plumbing contacted me quickly, scheduled a technician to come to my home to see the water heater, and answered my questions about the various water heater options. The technician gave me  a no-surprises estimate before he started the work.  Mike Counsil uses highly rated water heaters. They did an excellent job on the install, I was happy to get a competitive price which also included the permit. A very professional company and their GM, Patty, was very helpful!

We had a leak in the master bathroom that caused the water to drip down to the ceiling below. I requested a quote through yelp and got a message within 10 minutes to call the office. Hilda who answered the phone was very professional, explaining the pricing and service. The appointment was a two hour window (1-3 pm) so I asked her to text me when the techs are on their way so I can run errands without being stuck waiting during the timeframe. The text came shortly after 1 pm and David came within 20 minutes. He was very courteous and thorough; explained and showed me what he had done and gave me additional tips on how to proceed with the ceiling. We will definitely call them again for any plumbing trouble.

We had a busy water main after my son's left foot shot connected with our outside main valve. Javier arrived and sorted out the problem for us - which turned out to be more complicated than at first expected. Thanks to Javier for being really patient and making sure everything was done and working before leaving.
