Wow, what a refreshing experience at THE POWDER ROOM today. They abide by the fact that service is number one. I took my Grohe kitchen faucet in to buy a replacement. John looked it over, took it and cleaned 14 years of gunk out of it and replaced the rubber part and charged me $14.00, all in about five minutes. You have a gem of an employee in John. Thank you again for over the top service.

One of the things I really like about Rahid was how easy it was to get a hold of him. You call and he answers. If he doesn't answer right away, he calls you back. You deal with him, not an intermediary.
Wearing a mask, Rahid was a few minutes early to our appointment. He came in and quickly replaced the kitchen faucet he had suggested I buy. When asked to look at a dripping bathroom faucet, he determined it only needed tightening and he fixed the problem.
I was more than satisfied with work and the outcome. Really makes me appreciate good workmanship and soooo happy to have a reliable kitchen faucet again!

Wow. I have no idea how Mauro finds such great plumbers, particularly in this red-hot construction market. They've been out three times. The first time to fix a toilet that wouldn't flush properly. It was so much better after they worked on it, we had them come do the same thing to another toilet. Then the first toilet started running and they came back and fixed it for free as a warranty issue.

Everyone that came by was nice, polite, clean and punctual. They give us a one hour window to expect them and then took that seriously. One guy was 15 minutes late, but called within the window to apologize and give us a new ETA. They all put booties on before stepping on the carpet and carefully tidied up after they were done. It could not have been a better experience. The prices were quite reasonable too!

Called Savior plumbing on the 7th of March and they came out on the 8th of March early morning to get my water heater fixed.  Technician was very friendly, thorough and mindful of the time.  Got everything done within the hour.

I experienced a stopped up laundry room sink in my 1920's SF home.  After reading reviews on Yelp, I selected Fast Response and they were able to accommodate me quickly.  I described my situation over the phone and asked if they could also give me an estimate to modify the sink plumbing to incorporate a trap and, fix an in-line bathtub stopper that had been broken for a year.

The serviceman called the day of the appointment and said he could come a bit earlier if convenient as his previous appointments were completed.  That worked perfectly for me and he spent about 1/2 hour letting me describe my sink symptoms, then diagnosing the likely problem and remedy.  Since he had to pick up a part for my bathtub stopper, we agreed he would return to the next day to tackle both issues.  He gave me a verbal estimate for both jobs, which seemed fair and reasonable.  

He returned promptly the next day and proceeded to replace my laundry room sink plumbing, which included a new trap and a vent, and my bathtub stopper.  He worked for at least 2.5 hours.  We chatted intermittently while he worked on my plumbing and I cleaned out the garage.  He was very courteous, very willingly to answer all my questions, and very neat - we both are dog lovers.  When he was done, he walked me through what he had done and why.  My bill was exactly what we had verbally agreed to the day before.  I'd been thinking about replacing my tank water heater with a tankless (which they do), so he kindly spent the next 20 minutes looking at my current set up, described a few options, and left me with a brand recommendation to research. Wonderful!

Oh, and I forgot to mention that when he came for the first appointment, I had just discovered that I had lost my checkbook.  I asked if they could bill me if I couldn't get replacement checks later that afternoon or next morning.  He called the office, got the ok and said they would be fine with billing me.  It turned out not to be necessary, but I appreciated their flexibility and graciousness.  Long review short, it was a great service experience and I will certainly use Fast Response again and recommend them to family and friends.  I also plan to have them back to give me an estimate for installing a tankless hot water system, once I do my homework.

I have had Jeff and his team out to my home for water heater installation and for various other plumbing jobs. They are professional, efficient, and always do an amazing job. I had an issue late at night and Jeff came over right away to fix it. He and his team are very reliable and really go the extra mile to make sure you are 100% satisfied. Pricing is reasonable (and comparable) and service is amazing.

I was very happy with both times I used Bob's plumbing services this month.  He came on time, showed up with a friendly attitude, protected the immediate area that he worked in, and even got an appliance company to replace my faucet for free with a phone call!  I would absolutely use him in the future.

We had a sink leak and it created a moldy, rotting cabinet. Mark was super responsive, and had an appointment slot available within two days. He came with everything needed to fix the cabinet on the spot, and the end result looks beautiful. The price was very competitive, and I will definitely use Mark again should anything else pop up. I called in the morning and he was there within a few hours. he was very nice, polite, professional and clean. Quoted for a project to move pipes and drain by a few inches under the sink. He asked to contact him on his phone. Via sms he didn't ask for any details or explained his pricing, just stated $4,5k.

Both me and my male partner received quotes 4 (around $1000 whole project cost) times lower than this.
Clearly he is a misogynist and scammer. The price is ridiculous and I feel like he tries to take advantage of females.

I have used Plumbing Care Incorporated several times over the past few years.  I am impressed with the responsiveness of the company and how quickly and efficiently the technicians complete the job.

Last week, my garbage disposal started to leak and needed to be replaced.  It started leaking on Saturday evening.  I was able to quickly schedule an appointment with Plumbing Care to come and replace the garbage disposal first thing Sunday morning.   It was nice that their regular business hours includes Saturdays and Sundays.

The technicians were Andre Gaskin and Gerardo Cortez.  The technicians were right on time.  They were very friendly and professional and completed the repair in less than 30 minutes.  Moreover, I had considered buying the garbage disposal unit myself from Lowe's and just have the technicians install it.  It turns out that Pluming Care Inc sold the exact same unit for $50 cheaper than Lowe's.  That was a nice surprise.

Mike Counsil Plumbing contacted me quickly, scheduled a technician to come to my home to see the water heater, and answered my questions about the various water heater options. The technician gave me  a no-surprises estimate before he started the work.  Mike Counsil uses highly rated water heaters. They did an excellent job on the install, I was happy to get a competitive price which also included the permit. A very professional company and their GM, Patty, was very helpful!

Sewer line backup Saturday evening.  I called about 10 places that were 24/7 emergency service places and this was the only one that could help me before Monday.  A little more expensive than other places, but they were able to come out on a Saturday evening.

Andrew came over and snaked and reset our toilet.  He was very knowledgeable and explained options to me and what I should consider regarding the possibly replacing the sewer line.

Two days later, we had another clog.  Andrew was off work and in a personal appointment.  He took the time to step out of his appointment and call me and he said he could come by around 11:30pm or have someone else come out first thing in the morning.

After Andrew's appointment, he went home to change, pick up a truck, and came to our house around 11:30pm to clear our clog (on his night off).

Five stars for Andrew!   Four stars for Bell Plumbing, just because it was a bit more expensive than other places.

This company is a bunch of bulshit charge me $1,600 for $10 part and an hour and a half of Labor,technician,  Efrin who lives in Pacifica, don't trust this company
