When here on a recommendation from RV Cloud to find this little piece for my Moen Faucet.. Walked in to a fabulous showroom, Showed them the broken piece and within minutes they had what I needed.  Great friendly service, Very knowledgeable and a lot of Very Cool Sinks, faucets and Bathroom fixtures..

What can I possibly say that other customers haven't? I respect businesses who actually care about customer service - Raheb definitely goes above and beyond! After contacting him via Yelp messenger, I received an immediate response. So after explaining my Hot water tank issues, Raheb responded quickly with my estimate along with an arrival time if I decided patronize his services.

To make a long story short, Raheb completed the job effortlessly.....which was simply outstanding! If you're in need of a professional quick responding Plumbing professionals...you've found him!

The one star is for the scheduling and prompt visit at the scheduled appointment time.

However, I cannot say that I was impressed.  I had a leak, which had been previously identified by a leak detection company to be located at the 90 degree elbow right before the shut off valve to the house, after the water meter.  Oly, who was the assigned plumber for my appointment, took a look at the issue and immediately diagnosed it as a leak within the plumbing in my slab foundation.  I tried to explain to him up front about the leak detection findings, but he didn't seem to listen and quickly concluded that I was out of luck and that I would probably need to call my insurance citing the issue as something very major.  He even turned off the shut off valve, looked at the water meter and said he knew it was a leak in the foundation because he could see the meter still spinning.  

After he left, I thought to myself, his assessment doesn't make any sense.  If you shut off the valve to the house and the meter still spins, that means the leak has to be between the meter and the valve, and not somewhere in the foundation AFTER the shut off valve.  I'm no plumber, but that seems to be a little bit of common sense.  And if the professional conclusion after the mentioned diagnosis is exemplary of the work done, then this all might be for my own good to not have proceeded any farther.  

Anyway, I called another respected local plumbing company, had them over within an hour to diagnose the issue.  Guess what?  Their findings were exactly as the leak detection report suggested - the leak was from the 90 degree elbow right before the shut off valve.  They had the issue identified, fixed and the water back on in the same day.

Don't get me wrong, I think Oly had good intentions here.  But truly, all his diagnosis did was to put me in a place of unwarranted alarm.  Though I thought it through after he left and was able to avoid making a claim to my insurance after some thought, I can only imagine what this reaction could have caused another customer to do next.  I'm sure this company has done great work for others, but in my own experience, I cannot say that the diagnosis was well thought out, nor was the issue given anything more than 10 minutes for a proper diagnosis.  All in all, I think we both could've avoided wasting each other's time.  Especially given the fact that I had scheduled this appt two days prior and chose to wait due to the high reviews this company has.

Every time I visit this place I am greeted and surprised by theyre supply of what I need..
I really need to come here more instead of that no star white cap by the freeway..

Professional, prompt, courteous. And best of all - they called when an earlier appt opened up, then understood and fixed a major problem that left others scratching their heads.

Bob has done work for me on multiple occasions.  He has fixed toilets, unclogged stubborn drains, determined the source of leaking water in my home, replaced a kitchen faucet.  He shows up on time, calls to confirm, does great work.  His prices are very reasonable.

We needed a gas line installed to our fireplace.  Wilver clearly understood and described what needed to be done.  He and his team completed the work quickly and they did a great job.   The price was fair too.  I highly recommend Wilver and Bay Area Plumbing, Rooter and Service.

One of the kids broke a sprinkler PVC pipe which caused a water geyser to erupt in the backyard. Called Bart and he showed up early within the window of service and after less than an hour he was able to cut, cap and fix the break. He was professional and very personable. Would not hesitate to call him again with any plumbing issue.

Mark is fast, friendly, and efficient! You can tell he's an experienced repair person -- he handled the list of tasks I had quickly. I highly recommend hiring him.

I highly recommend Active Plumbing if you need a plumber.  Active Plumbing really helped us out when we had a couple urgent issues to deal with today.  Majid and his crew were quick to respond, professional, cleared out the blocked sewer line (which a previous plumber could not complete earlier this morning) and replaced the water pressure valve (as our water pressure was 100 psi when it should be 60 psi) in under 2 hours!  They even cleaned up the mess as if it never happened!
We were totally stressed out because we are expecting family tomorrow and this is absolutely the worst possible time for these problems to occur.  Majid was calm, confident, patient, knowledgeable, and could source the materials needed for the jobs immediately.  Another plumber thought the water pressure valve might need to be special-ordered.
It was such a relief to get things taken care of swiftly and efficiently.  No fuss, no muss.  
We also believe we were charged fairly and reasonably.  We would not hesitate to call Majid again for any plumbing issues.  Thanks, Majid!!

I've had many plumbers over the years, with varied satisfaction, but Amer with Anytime Plumbing was hands down the best.  I texted him and received a call within minutes.   He came out on schedule and completed the task perfectly.  In fact, he did a few extras without any additional charge.  
I will never go anywhere else.

I know nothing about remodeling a bathroom and decided to call an expert.  Im glad I came across Chandlers Plumbing being  helpful and prepared  when it came to questions.  Chandler made sure to stay within my budget.  I'm obsessed with the inviting renovated  bathrooms. Mike Counsil Plumbing contacted me quickly, scheduled a technician to come to my home to see the water heater, and answered my questions about the various water heater options. The technician gave me  a no-surprises estimate before he started the work.  Mike Counsil uses highly rated water heaters. They did an excellent job on the install, I was happy to get a competitive price which also included the permit. A very professional company and their GM, Patty, was very helpful!

Bell Plumbing did I great job and I highly recommend them for any plumbing work.  
I called them early one week day morning and the immediately sent out a plumber who was courteous and knowledgeable.  I had a jammed disposal and a dishwasher that continually over flowed.  The plumber quickly and efficiently had the disposal working again.  More impressive, our dishwasher had been worked on by several other plumber, none of them fixed the overflow issue.  The Bell plumber quickly saw the issue, two hoses had been incorrectly installed.  He corrected the problem and we have not had problems with the dishwasher.  Again, excellent service.

Called the plumber for a 94 year old friend regarding her toilet leaking. It looked like the leak was from the valve. When the plumber came we were told the entire toilet needed replacement. The toilet itself is in perfect condition, no cracks but I was informed the parts that need replacement is old. We were quoted somewhere around $1300 to replace toilet. That didn't sit right with me so I decided to get a quote from another plumber and even called my boyfriend who's pretty handy. Everything is googleable these days. Turns out we only needed to replace tank bolts which costs $5.27 plus tax at Home Depot. My boyfriend and I fixed it ourselves. Problem solved! How dare they try to take advantage of people especially a senior citizen!
