I did not use this so called Mike, but he was contracted out to may apartment building. Well I have vaulted ceiling and apparently some of the pluming was being done from the roof. Well after a 10 hour at work, within 30 minutes of being home I have what sounds like a car driving on my roof.

Now don't get me wrong, I can live with the noise. But the way this gentleman came off towards me when I asked from my balcony was well below professional. After simply asking How long do you think this will be?. This led into 2-3 minutes of if I am not breaking anything, I am not a problem. If you have a problem I will leave.

The snarky attitude was really needed. Rest assured my family and friends who need work, this service will not be recommended.

Jerry drove all the way from San Jose to east bay to install our new toilet. Excellent work, gave us some tips and also installed handheld bidet sprayers in both the bathrooms for free.

I called this local business up and they sent a professional plumber who provided an accurate bid to extend a gas line to a new grill and fire pit. All the work was completed in a professional manner. Very fair pricing from a licenced professional. I would highly recommend him for your plumbing needs.

He did some repairs for me and did a good job, and I even referred him to some friends of mine.

A few weeks ago, my water main broke and was gushing water into the street. I called Clear Drain and he said he's too busy to come out and it's not an emergency. Water main broken, not an emergency. OK.

I recently got a new refrigerator and needed the water line hooked up to it. There's a plastic hose coming out of the wall and I didn't know where it was connected and just needed him to connect it to the refrigerator and turn it on.

He came out and said he couldn't figure out where it was connected and said he'd charge me $1,000 to fix it.

I decided to try to figure it out myself and it took me less than 30 minutes to find where it was connected (to the cold water pipe in the garage), hook it up, and turn it on.

Sorry but the facts here are wrong. I never talked to jesse directly, i talked to a teen age girl at the time of our visit. They called for a fridge connection estimate only not for a leak outside. They also have a cement floor home with the fridge on an opposite wall than the kitchen sink with the water supply. They had 1 plastic pipe with no shut-off valve sticking out of the wall. I explained to the girl that to install a new line to the kitchen water supply would require demo of 2 walls and an attic run of the new pipe, this cost could be up to $1000. MY suggestion to her was to have someone climb into the attic and find out where the plastic pipe went to, maybe it was usable. Since i was not there to do any work and was only called for an estimate, and she could not authorize any work , i left at that point. I am sorry that jesse was not there personally because obviously there was a communication problem from me to the girl to jesse. I am glad they took my advise and found the connection as i suggested, but sorry after we had a previously good relationship he didn't every once try to talk to me directly as i had him. Still glad he got it fixed and didn't have to do anything major. Thank you

1) The teenage girl he refers to is my wife. At the time of the visit, she was 31.

2) My review refers to two separate service calls. One was for a broken water main that was gushing water into the street, which he said he was too busy to get to and was not an emergency.

3) The other service call was to hook up my new refrigerator to the existing water supply line. I probably should have just done it myself (which I ended up doing), but I was very busy at the time and had never done it before, so I figured better to have a plumber do it just to be safe.

4) Nobody ever asked him to install a new supply line. I asked him to connect to the existing supply line.

5) There's no way in hell a new supply line (even if I did need one) would have required the demo of two walls. He would just have had to run a new supply line from the refrigerator to any water source, up the wall space and through the attic. I've run speaker and coax wire all around the house, and it's really no big deal. No way should it have cost $1,000 even if it did need to be done. It would have been a 2-3 hour job at most.

6) He never actually looked to see where the other end of the supply line was. There were really only two possibilities - the kitchen sink or the garage. It turned out to be in the garage. Took me less than 5 minutes to figure it out myself. The point is that he came all the way out to my house and didn't even bother to look for it. Oh, and the other end of the supply line had a shut-off valve.

7) There was no communication problem. My wife could have authorized any work (which she was smart enough not to do, considering he was estimating $1,000 for completely unnecessary work). He also could have called my cell phone. He didn't.

BG Plumbinng was one of the quickest to respond to my quote request. Was right on time for the appointment and gave multiple options to resolve the issues. Was on the phone a lot but it did not affect his work. The price was reasonable and took time

Respectful, professional, and safe. Eric and his partner arrived with masks and did a wonderful job with my whole-house water softener, and under-sink RO installation. Aqua Logic Plumbing is the best service as exactly what my neighbors recommended. Only one thing you need to note if you want to buy the same Waterdrop RO model - K6 which is not able to work with a refrigerator due to the smart touch faucet.

Great service!  Very reliable.  Reasonable prices.  I've used Jim Gullo for every plumbing problem that I've had, and I will continue using him.  He's the best!

Ameer is hands down the most reliable, honest plumber out there. He did a great job for me and even helped me out on another job that he did not even do when another plumber left me high and dry. You will not find a nicer guy who knows what he is doing.

I had a great experience with this company and didn't even have to have the technician come to my house!. Phil helped me troubleshoot my issue over the phone and told me to try  a few things before i pay to have him come out to my place. Low and behold his troubleshooting technique work and my garbage disposal started to work again! I was also very pleasently greeted over the phone by the lady answering calls and she even followed up to see if everything worked out for me! Great customer service! Thanks

Literally came over to my parents Julie past 9pm on Memorial Day weekend to help us move a fridge. It was one of those urgent and important tasks and it was awesome to get his response asap and have the whole situation resolved in an hour. Thank you!

A few months after moving into our house we experienced a broken water pipe which flooded our laundry area.  I found Allstate on Yelp after an urgent search.  The repairman arrived as scheduled and was friendly, thorough, and competent.  He did a great job in repairing the pipe which was in a difficult location.  The price for the repair seemed very reasonable.  I recommend the services of Allstate.

Jorge did an excellent job in replacing the stuck up toilet gate valves and faulty toilet kits... He was very professional and courteous. He also showed with a face mask and shoe coverings.  Many thanks Jorge!!!

Luis is a 5 star guy in my book.  Rather than just do a simple cleaning, he pulled off my rear yard cleanup line that had not been opened in 20 years.  With his larger router, he wanted the full line totally cleaned.  And his price was the same as if he had done it the easy way...I always appreciate a man who wants the job done professionally...and appreciate his very fair price.

Steve replaced my broken kitchen sink faucet the same day I called. When I called, the phone was answered by a real person, and Steve returned the call promptly. I'd called another guy, but was sent to voice mail, which just said 'Mailbox full' and hung up on me.
His rates are competitive, and his work is clean. I would call him again.

Will with Avalon services helped me out when I was in a jam. On short notice he came over and installed a new hot water heater for me after mine went out... He was friendly and personable and didn't leave until everything was exactly right. Can't recommend him enough. Thank You!
