Mike is everything you want in a plumber. He called back quickly, came to our house on a Saturday and gave a comprehensive, intelligent diagnosis of our problem (leaking drain line). Then he worked fast and stuck to the estimate. He was also organized and neat with his tools, and left no mess behind, even though we're in the middle of a multi-day rainstorm. He will be our first call the next time we need a plumber.

Jerry from JB Rooter and Plumbing is everything you'd want in a plumber. He's professional, honest, punctual and gets the job done! We have hired Jerry many times to help us with our properties and have him as now the plumber for our entire family. He's done tasks as simple as changing a faucet to figuring out why we don't get hot water. No task is too easy or too difficult for this expert.

I am a little disappointed about his service. I had a leak in the pipe undet the kitchen sink. Chico came and replaced new pipes. He told me he guarantees his work and can call him anytime. There was still a minor leak, I called Chico numerous times , he never showed up. After paying $2300 for the Jon I want to be completely satisfied.
Chico just talked nice but disappears when there is a problem and the check has been cashed

I have found an amazing plumber my toilet got clog and I call clear drain and they send someone really fast. The plumber name was Leo he was well dress and was really clean with his job he even wore shoe protectant. He finish in 30 min and I haven't had any problems with my toilet and they gave me warranty. Leo did an excellent job. I will call them if there any problems.

Called these guys last night and then came by less than 12 hours later to fix my leak. Fair estimate made on the spot and took care of the job in time. Good covid safety procedures too. Professional crew with good timely communication and punctuality. Can't ask for more. Will use B G for any future plumbing needs. Thank you!

I tried to reach them multiple times to give business but they never returned my calls neither they responded to my emails as well. Other reviewers stated they got response via email from a person (Eric). I believe that the response that I have received on yelp was some sort of an automated response.

Jim Gullo, The Plumber, pulled my toilet, got his snake caught, then cut it off in my pipe. I believed him when he told me it would wash into my septic. It didn't, but I didn't know it at the time. After $1000 more in plumbing bills, another plumber fished it out. The Plumber refused to make good on his mistake.

Called Xtreme Plumbing and talked to Michael.  He was really good in calling back right away, but after flaking out the appointments twice, it's time to give the business elsewhere.

Jason and Tony have done a great job replacing our old sewer lines. When they came over for the estimate, they were very courteous and spent almost an hour diagnosing the problem and answering all our questions. Jason was very knowledgeable and honest. Although their quote was higher than others, we still decided to choose them and it turned out their work quality was great! It was a five-day job. They worked very hard and cleaned up every day before leaving. Jason also offered help and advice on getting us a permit. We are very happy about the work! It's our best experience with a contractor. We desperately needed a urinal fixed at our dealership and these guys took care of it immediately.  I spent all morning calling their competitors who were simply not taking my call, or giving me excuses on why they cannot take the job.  The Plumbing Company took the job confidently, and showed up within an hour or so.  Phil did an excellent job repairing the issue and explaining what needed to be done and how much it would cost every step of the way.  I was blown away when he took the time to explain that the cost would be minimally different, but he wanted to make sure that I was okay with the price before proceeding.  Very professional and it allows for me to make an informed decision.  They took care of the problem and billing was simple.  I'm putting them in our company system as a preferred vendor for any future plumbing needs.  5 stars for sure!

We had to get hammock chair fixed indoors on my ceiling for my kid. I reached out to Nikolai, he was very responsive. Showed up and was able to get the job done on time and professionally. I'm planning to call him back for some other work at home as well.

Beware!

Couldn't re-light the water heater pilot (after too many failed attempts) and contacted Atlas Heating (who had installed the unit).  Their service tech arrived first thing the following morning.

After explaining why I called for service, he immediately advised our water heater obviously needed to have something replaced we see this problem all the time, assured me he had the parts for the something in his truck but first needed to contact his office to confirm what he was to charge for the parts and labor.

Before making the call, I simply suggested he first try re-lighting the pilot.

He did. Surprise!! It started right up.

I can draw no other conclusion beyond the fact this is a very dishonest practice.

Like I said.....Beware!

I had a toilet replaced a couple weeks ago. I was so delighted by the gentleman that came to do the work. Vincent was so CLEAN. He put booties on before he entered my home. Anytime he had to step out, he removed them at the door. He then put them back on prior to walking in my home. It was great to see his focus on not walking directly on the flooring. Vincent also cleaned the bathroom floor when he was done with the job. I was very pleased. When I later phoned the company to ask a question... related to my new toilet, they sent someone out to answer any questions. I am delighted to recommend the company and would use them again.

We found San Mateo Handyman through LivingSocial. It took us a month and numerous calls and e-mails to finally find out which of our projects he can do - result was worse than expected, with water leaks and more adjustments needed (which I had to do myself).

Highly recommend Avalon services for your plumbing needs. They are responsive, friendly, and upfront about pricing and details. They did great work for our shower repair, and at a fair price. We will be using them for any plumbing issues going forward and recommend them to anyone looking for someone.

We had what we thought was a clogged/backed up bathroom, after trying to fix it ourselves we realized it was a bigger problem. Began calling plumbers around town as it was late in the evening. The following morning we received a call from Matt, he asked what the problem was. He then said he could come in the afternoon. He showed up earlier than anticipated, wore a face mask and shoe covers to enter our home. Assessed our toilets and then said it wasn't our toilets but the line from the city. He said we could call the city to get it fixed, or he could fix it with a snake, we were worried about how long the city would take so we had Matt fix it. Turns out there's a big tree on our sidewalk that had some roots coming into our sewage line, and it was affecting our home's plumbing. Matt was prompt to fix the issue, under an hour and charged a reasonable price! Out of the plumbing companies we called, he was the only one to say I will be there without hesitation and get the job done. Definitely keeping his contact number handy!
