Best Tree Services in Arizona

They did an excellent job on my two large and shaggy palm trees. Roy's crew worked very hard in the August heat and cleaned up nicely after themselves. I'm pleased with how the trees look now, and I thought the price was a good value for the work required.

Andy & crew showed up on time and completed job. They did a great job and excellent clean up too. I'd recommend them and if I need tree service I know who to call.

I reached out to this company on the Yelp app about receiving  a quote for removing/pruning a couple of Mesquite trees.  ArborCraft received my message and replied asking me 7 questions about my project and my personal contact info.  I provided all the information they asked for, but I never heard back from them again.  I decided to go with another company.

Arbor Care removed three trees from our home, one very close to the house and two very close to a block wall. I was not sure how they'd do this in tight quarters, but they didn't even hesitate and had them all removed incredibly quickly (one with the help of a nimbly-maneuvered crane truck).

They were reasonably-priced (in line with other estimates I received), very easy to work with (via text), and super polite. I'd use them again in a heartbeat!

I was very hopefully for this company when I emailed and got scheduled for an onsite appointment fairly quickly to look at the trees in my yard. We had 10-15 trees that needed addressed (some trimmed, some removed, some stump grind). I spoke to JR before we even got started and asked for an itemized estimate as we may do it in phases due to construction on our home as well as we hadn't decided on some tree getting rid of completely vs trimming vs stump grinding so we had lots of scenarios based on cost of said items. JR was very nice taking notes and providing input. At the end I asked for a ballpark of cost based on everything we talked about and he said it would be $1800. I said okay and confirmed we would be getting an itemized receipt to show the break down. JR confirmed. Around 7pm that night I got an email form Bernado saying the cost would be $1800 with no further information. I emailed back asking for itemized breakdown especially since we knew weren't doing the palm trees till June as they cant be trimmed right now anyways per the company. So we didn't even know if the palm tree price was in that quote or separate. After 2 days no response. I emailed them again and Bernado said he doesn't know why it was sent. Again 2 days no response. I cant speak to the quality of work but as far as communication follow through was poor. Also how can a company expect you to pay a certain dollar amount without explaining what is included given you spoke about several scenarios. It would be irresponsible to just accept that number and then have the work done not to full expectation as a full listing of items was not clarified. Will not be using Core tree for my services as they clearly don't need my business due to lack of response.

Jesse and his crew did an amazing job skinning our Washingtonian Palm Tree! They were professional and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend them and will be sure to pass their info onto friends and family. They earned my business and will be a life long customer. Thank you!

Extremely pleased with what Moon Valley Nursery did to my yard. They trimmed two large trees and removed two old dying trees. They also removed a very large tree stump. Lastly, they planted three new trees and 25 smaller plants around the perimeter of my yard. Very pleased with their work and would highly recommend MVN!!!!!

We had a tree with branches over our roof and didn't feel comfortable taking it down ourselves. Misael gave us the best price and did amazing work. A giant tree gone and two stumps done in 3 hours. I'm definitely saving his number for any more tree and stump removal jobs.

These guys did a great job! The front and back yard look amazing. And the price was very reasonable. I will definitely have them do the monthly yard maintenance and highly recommend them. My neighbor even had them remove and clean some dead shrubs from their yard.

This company of professionals is absolutely professional and meticulous in their work.  I live in Terravita in north Scottsdale, famous for their strict rules about everything.  Ed and his crew were conscientious and thorough, but worked hard to accommodate everything I wanted to get accomplished to clean up the tree detritus and fire hazards in the area.  They are a delightful group of people who work hard and work well together.  I could not believe how reasonable their charges were.  A fair company in today's gouging market!

We have used AZ Desert Tree Care three years in a row and will continue to do so.   Edward and Julie are great to work with, and Thomas with his crew did a great job with our trees.

They pay attention to detail and not just show up and 'hack away' at branches and limbs.   We used Tree Pros a couple of times, and AZ Desert Tree Care is much, much better.    

Pricing is very reasonable, they show up on time, and I highly recommend them.

Jose and his team were excellent.  He was very responsive and communicated well.  He speaks English and Spanish.  Jose was quick to take a look and give me an estimate for a small palm tree removal and trimming of my large date palms.  He showed up the next day to quickly take care of it.  They did a great job, and cleaned up after themselves.  For me, that is a big deal.  I appreciated his team and will use them on a regular basis for trimming now!!

valentin came out right on time for an estimate. i was amazed at how knowledgeable he was. the quotewas to do a cleanup and also to put gravel down. it is a very large lot. his prices were more than reasonable and it was a very pleasant appointment.
we are going to use their services and i will provide you with an update after it is finished but i suspect that it also will be five star!
**update** valentin & his guys came out again to remove weeds that had grown in the backyard and to provide gravel and to spread it. they could not have done a better job. they were really clean and did a five star job. fair prices and great work!!

After the snow, yes snow, in north Scottsdale our trees suffered severely from broken branches from the snow's weight. It was worse than any wind damage. Jon gave us a fair price, complete with photos of the affected trees. He was very responsive. His crew came exactly as scheduled and they were very knowledgeable and did an excellent job shaping (and repairing the trees' form.) Jon also medicated our Museum Palo Verde and instructed us on what was causing its stress in addition to the heavy freeze. This is the business that we will call again, and recommend to our friends and family.

Wow!  I was so impressed with the surgical precision that Hayward removed this 50 foot Sissoo tree from my backyard.  Three or four cuts removed by a crane to a crew that cut it into smaller pieces for the chipper.  Larger trunk pieces into a waiting trunk and then they stumped it down the ground.  Cleaned up nicely and were reasonably priced!  Thank you guys!

I did not hire this company, but was so impressed with their customer service I wanted to write a review.  I got five quotes to have a very large pine tree removed from my front yard.  I'm on a very tight budget, and one other company gave me a slightly better rate.  Don't know if I'll regret my decision, as I have not yet received the work.

Someone at Hayward answered my call right away, so I didn't have to leave a message and wait for a reply.  She was very professional, took all my information, and scheduled an estimate for the very next day.  I was then sent a confirmation text (which I had agreed was okay when I originally called... I know not everyone likes to communicate via text).  The estimate was scheduled within a three hour window which was met in a timely fashion.   An estimate was emailed to me almost immediately after their visit.  I was then given a phone call the very next day to follow up and make sure I had received the estimate.

Customer service is everything in my opinion and these guys really hit it home.  Although they were beat by one other company, they gave me a VERY reasonable quote.  They outbid the next lowest company by $200 and the most expensive company by $400, so I think you'll be getting a great deal if you use these guys.  I would recommend them to anyone!

I requested help moving through the Yelp app. Bryan was one of the first to respond. His price was a little high but I agreed. They were to unload our U-Box and put it on their trailer and drive a couple miles unload the trailer and move everything into the 2nd floor apartment. They were fast and efficient and also unloaded our SUV into the apartment. It was an extremely hot day and took them about an hour from start to finish. We had mainly boxes, 3 mattresses and box springs. I would most definitely call on Bryan and his crew again. Thank you so much again for all your help.

Thr arborist Paul that was assigned to give me a quote calls on Easter during dinner and wants to come over on Easter Monday. I told him my faith celebrates Easter and Easter Monday and to call back on Tuesday after the season is over. While speaking with him he was very snarky making a comment he's been to my place hundreds of times. If ge's been here hundreds if times, why does he need to come over to give me a quote? Normally after a couple times, I'm able to remember the beautiful trees I see. He never called back and Amanda who runs  the Customer Service Relations for the company tells me the quote would be taken care of. Nada a week later. I've moved on.
