Gerson was quick to respond and was fair in pricing. He repaired/added to our irrigation system and did a full yard clean-up. I'm very pleased with his work and I recommend him for any landscape maintenance and/or irrigation needs.

Juan and his Team did a great job taking down a tree with invasive roots in our yard. They did such a good job cleaning up afterwards, you would not even know there was a tree there before. I am really impressed with their work and would highly recommend them.

Ryan was extremely responsive to my ask for 12 tons of rock to be spread in my back yard. He suggested also digging out and resetting the rivers (the drainage channels of large river rock) which was a great suggestion as they now look great.

We agreed price and a target timescale a few weeks out and he stuck to it. Ryan arranged the rock drop location with the rock company so I had nothing to do there and his guys showed up on schedule to take care of the spreading.

Lifelong professional landscapers and family-own/operated business that does amazing work.  I used Lucas Lawn to come out an fix a HORRIBLE install done by a different company 4 years ago. This was no small job as I am on an acre of land with 10,000 sq ft of grass.

I was going to rip the entire lawn, sprinklers and everything out.  But Ryan, the owner, came up with a much better solution that was less invasive and destructive and SAVED me a TON of money.  He not only fixed and updated the irrigation system, HE SAVED THE ENTIRE LAWN AS WELL!

They all wore company shirts, used professional equipment (including trucks and trailers) and kept the job site clean at all times.  They have many crews and at times multiple trucks showed up to knock out the work quickly.  

I 100% recommend Lucas Lawn for regular maintenance, installs, repairs or just to help out with head scratching issues.

Very professional, Walt was very knowledgeable about trees and willing to share.  Hired to remove a large mesquite limb that was damaged and about to damage our fence.  Also, had them trim our other trees.  The scheduler was willing to work with me to get our appointment ahead of schedule per my request.  All at a reasonable price.  The work was done exactly as Walt and I discussed.

I had a time scheduled to meet. They didn't bother showing up, and didn't bother to contact me. When i sent them a message that evening asking what happened they said they had a lot of work.

If you can't make an appointment, have the decency to let the people know instead of leaving them hanging. It would have taken what, 15 seconds to call/text and say you couldn't make it?

Geronimo was awesome, he and his crew did a great job on a small paver and turf project. He is very professional and takes pride in his work.

This is my first time hiring a landscaping Company, and I'm very appreciative that it was so easy with Geronimo, especially as so many other Companies are not quick to respond to requests to quote and/or do not show up on time.

For the past year I have had a dirt back yard due to some construction. I got the all clear and was finally able to start my landscaping. I reached out and got a few quotes over yelp and a lot of denials due to my location, Maricopa.

1. The owner George was very responsive and always kept me up to date.
2. We talked over the phone and he came out. He measured everything, asked questions, and helped me get out into words the design I wanted.
3. The only delay I faced was rain which is outside of his control and he was here the next day working.
4. His pricing was reasonable and did not make me wait weeks to start this project. From the day he came to give the quote, he was here the following week already working.

I am so appreciative for how quickly he began the project and finished it. As someone who has had a dirt back yard for a year and 4 dogs, it was stressful. He lifted all of that and made my yard something we can enjoy again. I 10/10 recommend him and his team to help you with your next project!

This company does great work. The owner promptly responds when contacted. They show up when they said they would arrive. They are friendly, professional and fast.

Sergio did a fantastic job! He was very communicative and on time and the lawn looked amazing. We'll definitely be calling him again!

I called for an estimate. They came out and left an estimate on my door. They said for $150 they would deep root fertilize. I never had a chance to speak with the arborist directly, but the diagnosis didn't sound right.

Anyhow, one of the employees followed up the next week to see if I wanted to go ahead with the service. When I asked what exactly the deep root fertilization service was and why they thought that would cure the huge branches that were dying, we got disconnected. I think the disconnect was legitimately a dropped call, but the guy never called back. He then called back 2 days later and I said, When we were disconnected, why didn't you call back?. He said, I thought you were annoyed and hung up on me. I said, That wasn't the case at all, but if that were the case, why would you call me again?.

So, as you might have gathered, I didn't feel comfortable going with their diagnosis. I ended up pruning back my dead branches myself and found that my tree is actually suffering from sooty canker fungus and powdery mildew. It's actually pretty easy to see just by looking at the tree, but I didn't know what I was looking at until I did some extensive research.

My final synopsis.  I don't think these guys know what they are doing. Their diagnosis was incorrect and if I would have paid $150 for the recommended treatment it wouldn't have helped a damn bit. Unfortunately, you have to cut out the infected branches, so I will either have a tree trunk with few branches or the most common recommendation for this condition is tree removal. Sad, huh.

I definitely will not be calling this company again. Too bad, because I have 11 trees in my backyard as well.

I was referred to Lucas Lawn and I have to say it was the best referral I could have received.  They not only are SUPER honest but extremely professional.  Jourdan was prompt and did a very neat and detailed job taking care of my palm trees.  He even went out to his way to make sure my property was secured and safe before he left.  I look forward to utilizing their services throughout the year.  You get what you pay for!  If you want quality work from some guys that truly understand the needs of each tree, then you want to give Lucas Lawn and Yard Care a shot.  You will not be disappointed.

These guys are great if you just need a basic trimming or removal. If you need anything else they're largely useless as they seem incapable of following simple directions.

The first time we had them out they were trimming some trees and were supposed to remove a dead one. The trees looked nice but they forgot to remove the dead one. The next time we asked them to come give us an opinion on whether one of our trees was killed by bugs or by sunburn from overtrimming (by a different company). They gave is a quote to remove the tree and nothing else. The wind a couple days ago partially knocked over one of our trees so we had them out to give us a quote on how much it would cost to save the tree. This was communicated to the office as well as in person and yet we only received a quote for removal. We'll be finding a different company with people that actually listen.

Sergio always does an incredible job on our yard. He has helped us with a one time clean up, sprinkler issues, and ongoing maintenance-each time providing awesome service. I can't recommend his company enough!

Sergio with Complete Landscape Management fixed several issues with my sprinkler system. Great communication throughout the process, very reasonable price. He completed the repairs fast and I haven't had any issues since then. I would definitely recommend Sergio.
