Gearson and his guys are young but they are awesome at what they do have had them re-do my irrigation and remove trees excellent job on both and price is very competitive they want the job

My 15 year old Mesquite tree blew over in a recent monsoon storm.  I found Surprise Tree Services thru Google and figured I'd give them a call.  I'm glad I did.  Juan runs his business with honesty and professionalism.  As the storm caused a lot of damage in Surprise, he was very busy, but returned my calls and showed up when he said he would.  He and his crew surgically removed the fallen tree from over top of my patio roof, leaning on my back fence, and pushed up against my neighbors tree.  His crew worked with skill at cutting and carrying the branches without further damaging any of our backyard furniture or plants.  In just short of three hours they had the tree totally removed and cleaned up all the reaming loose debris.  Juan and his cutting crew are affordable and professional.

Ryan was extremely responsive to my ask for 12 tons of rock to be spread in my back yard. He suggested also digging out and resetting the rivers (the drainage channels of large river rock) which was a great suggestion as they now look great.

We agreed price and a target timescale a few weeks out and he stuck to it. Ryan arranged the rock drop location with the rock company so I had nothing to do there and his guys showed up on schedule to take care of the spreading.

Hired Lucas lawn to trim our 30 foot mesquite and removed a nearly fallen 15 mesquite in our newly purchased house. They did stump removal as well which is why we chose them.
After agreeing to the price they showed up about 3 weeks later with no prior warning. Trimmed and removed the trees causing damage to The surrounding plants and yard lights which I did not know about until getting home after work.
When calling to discuss the damages, instead of taking ownership of the damages or offering any solutions it was quickly dismissed and stated that the damages were not possibly done by the trimmers and that I obviously was crazy. The damages was not extensive, but being dismissed so quickly left a truly bitter taste and I would not recommend them to any family or friends and will not be using them on the future.

Highly recommend this company! When we moved into our home two years ago we had three large trees that hadn't been professionally trimmed in more than 5 years. We first used a different tree company and didn't think twice when they quoted us for the job. We brought them out this summer and when they arrived I was told they didn't know why they were here because they'd quote us the same. At this point I knew I needed to check with a different company. That's when I was referred to Trees for Needs. When they came out they talked to me about the health of the trees and advised I held off on trimming until we could get one of them healthier. It was apparent they weren't just trying to get my money ASAP. The quote was at half the price of the other company. Their workers are professional and do quality work. Clean up everything after and make sure you don't have any questions or concerns.

We hired Geronimo to remove part of our back patio and pour a new larger patio.  They came and removed all the old cement and a tree stump.  They worked really hard the first day and we were impressed how well things looked.  Then we could not get them to come back the next two days and finish they job.  We had to pay half up front but Geronimo came back and gave us our money back for the work that was not complete.  We are very thankful that he was at least good enough to return the money.

Geronimo was awesome, he and his crew did a great job on a small paver and turf project. He is very professional and takes pride in his work.

This is my first time hiring a landscaping Company, and I'm very appreciative that it was so easy with Geronimo, especially as so many other Companies are not quick to respond to requests to quote and/or do not show up on time.

Called them out for weed removal in my front yard. They came out quickly and did an excellent job for a good price.

I highly recommend George and his crew! We had two oleanders that were diseased and needed to be removed. I got several quotes and theirs was the best and he stuck to it. He was very responsive and helpful and they worked quickly and did an amazing job. Really great costumer service and great work. Will definitely be using them again!

After having unreliable service from two other landscapers, I reached out to Mr. Sergio Villa for his services. He provided a very reasonable estimate for bi-weekly and monthly maintenance. He has been working for us a few months now and I am quite impressed with his work. Like clock work, we can count on him every month to show up when he says he will and makes our front and back yards look amazing.  Despite a recent incident with a wasp while cutting a bush on my property (reason why I wanted the bush cut down), Sergio returned to finish the job the same day and only an hour (or two) later. Again, amazing person with strong work ethic and goes the extra mile to provide superior customer service. I highly recommend his services to family, friends, and neighbors. Now, my 75-year-old Dad has reached out to Sergio for complete landscaping maintenance. If you're looking for quality, Sergio is your guy! Keep up the great work Sergio!

It has been many months since I had Tree Pro complete the tree pruning at my house. First off I chose Tree Pro over their competition because of the professionalism of their company to start. Nice wrapped truck and salesman with a white shirt with certified arborist  patches on his shirt- salesman was young but knowledgeable and professional and I was impressed enough to contract with them for the job.

The company was on time for their date-time and the crew was very efficient, or should I say fast. So fast that the really gouged up my fruit trees, actually leaving a big open area in what was a full tree. This was noticed in the days following the work

They also were contracted to grind a stump. again they were on time except almost as soon as they began the stump grinder broke down. They left the mess and told me they would be back in the afternoon. they never showed up. I called the next day and was told that they could not come out until the following week- The company was not even told by their employees that the job was not done. I cleaned their mess and the came out within a few days and finished the job at no charge. Their communication was horrible and how this company handled this part of it was just unbelievably bad.

My sales rep did discount the pruning job (by gift cards to me) and completed the grinding without charge so they did attempt to make it right, They also did a deep fertilize on the fruit trees (at no charge) that they pretty much screwed up.  The fertilizer did work well.

The problem with this company is a certified arborist can evaluate and sell the  proper way to prune the trees (especially fruit trees) but the crew's job is to get done as fast as they can- and that's the problem- You can have speed or quality and I got speed.

I gave two stars as the salesman did his best to make the best out of a bad situation. I never did hear from the owner or manager with an apology or explanation on how things could have gone so wrong. I did expect a call from them but it was never received.

They have contacted me recently for follow up work but the entire experience was bad enough that I will not consider them for service again.

Things were fine until they weren't. When I sent pictures of what I had a problem with, Ryan Lucas didn't even come to see it, but told me he didn't need to, because he saw the pictures. So now I'm looking for a new lawn service.

Littering my neighborhood with stupid flyers stuffed into front doors is not welcome.  I called and asked for someone come remove the unsolicited flyers.  I was transferred to someone else who said it would be easier to just throw it away.  When I said I'd report it as littering as they were blown about the neighborhood, he said I'd like to see how that goes for you.  That's a great way to earn business.

These flyers are unwanted, a total waste and create a more negative brand impressions than positive.

These guys are great if you just need a basic trimming or removal. If you need anything else they're largely useless as they seem incapable of following simple directions.

The first time we had them out they were trimming some trees and were supposed to remove a dead one. The trees looked nice but they forgot to remove the dead one. The next time we asked them to come give us an opinion on whether one of our trees was killed by bugs or by sunburn from overtrimming (by a different company). They gave is a quote to remove the tree and nothing else. The wind a couple days ago partially knocked over one of our trees so we had them out to give us a quote on how much it would cost to save the tree. This was communicated to the office as well as in person and yet we only received a quote for removal. We'll be finding a different company with people that actually listen.

I am very impressed with Miguel and his team.

They are very responsive, punctual and did a great job.

I will for sure use them again.

Sergio with Complete Landscape Management fixed several issues with my sprinkler system. Great communication throughout the process, very reasonable price. He completed the repairs fast and I haven't had any issues since then. I would definitely recommend Sergio.
