I had an underground sprinkler leak that I was looking to get repaired. I found this company on Yelp and quickly heard from Gerson. Gerson came out and gave a quote which was fair. Gerson came out to repair the fix and was extremely quick and professional. We found a second leak that needed repair as well and Gerson took care of that immediately. Gerson was flexible with scheduling, quick and professional with the work. I will be contacting this company for all of my sprinkler needs going forward.

I called Surprise Tree Service because my large Mesquite tree needed a make-over.  There was a lot of work to be done and Juan and the crew did a fabulous job.  I called to set an appointment for a bid and Juan came within an hour or so.  We agreed to a price and scheduled the job for 2 days later.  The whole team is very professional and thoroughly cleaned all branches and pieces to leave a clean yard.  I appreciated that there was no  one goofing off (or checking their phone for the latest text). Ryan was extremely responsive to my ask for 12 tons of rock to be spread in my back yard. He suggested also digging out and resetting the rivers (the drainage channels of large river rock) which was a great suggestion as they now look great.

We agreed price and a target timescale a few weeks out and he stuck to it. Ryan arranged the rock drop location with the rock company so I had nothing to do there and his guys showed up on schedule to take care of the spreading.

Ryan and his team are responsive and listen to what the customer wants. Always willing to go the extra mile. Ryan is very knowledgeable with regard to plants, trees, lawn care and all things landscaping. Been with them for 5 + years and happy!

I hired Trees for Needs (TfN) to trim a Palo Brea tree and remove an Elm Tree that was approximately 30 feet tall.  After getting several estimates for the job from other arborists, I hired TfN after speaking with Andy and getting an estimate for the job.  Andy took the time to explain comprehensively what the job would entail and what the results of the trimming and tree removal would be.  Andy was knowledgeable and thorough in his explanation.  He was by far the most knowledgeable and professional of the arborists I interviewed for the job.  The unexpected benefit of hiring TfN was their estimate was the lowest of the estimates I received.  On the day of service, Melvin and his crew removed the elm tree and trimmed the palo brea as Andy and I had discussed. Melvin and his crew completed the job in about an hour, leaving the areas that they worked in clean and undisturbed.  I was impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail.  I would recommend Trees for Needs to anyone needing work done on their trees.

To say they did an excellent job would be an understatement, they did an UNBELIEVABLE job!!!  We had expectations that were pretty high considering the last arborist did an OK job at best.  Trees for Needs came in and absolutely went above and beyond our expectations!  They are our go to for any tree work moving forward.  HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

We hired Geronimo to remove part of our back patio and pour a new larger patio.  They came and removed all the old cement and a tree stump.  They worked really hard the first day and we were impressed how well things looked.  Then we could not get them to come back the next two days and finish they job.  We had to pay half up front but Geronimo came back and gave us our money back for the work that was not complete.  We are very thankful that he was at least good enough to return the money.

Geronimo was awesome, he and his crew did a great job on a small paver and turf project. He is very professional and takes pride in his work.

This is my first time hiring a landscaping Company, and I'm very appreciative that it was so easy with Geronimo, especially as so many other Companies are not quick to respond to requests to quote and/or do not show up on time.

They came out next morning! Competitive price and very responsive on Yelp messaging. Was able to fully book and pay remotely while I was at work. They did a good job!

They did not finish the job they were payed to do. I was told they would come back at a later date to finish and they never returned....he even seemed irritated when I was texting and calling him. I have all the text messages to prove this guy is a liar and ripped me off. The partial irrigation system they installed started to leak after a few months. DO NOT pay this man until the job is 100% complete....or, just save your time and go with a better and more honest landscaper.

George came out to give an estimate on some irrigation repairs. He was very professional and knowledgeable so I had him give me quote for bi-weekly maintenance which was very reasonable. I discussed specific details of how we like our half acre lot to be maintained and he has followed through without needing to be reminded. We have tried several landscaping companies in the past and have not been satisfied until now. The Astonishing Landscape crew shows up as scheduled and does a great job. We are extremely happy with the service and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Sergio did a fantastic job! He was very communicative and on time and the lawn looked amazing. We'll definitely be calling him again!

I would highly recommend Tree Pros. They have incredible employees. Everyone from the arborist to the labors did amazing work. They were professional and respectful from start to finish. They cleaned up after themselves. It took all the worry and stress from my elderly mother. The company did exactly what they said. They explained it would take four hours to trim her trees and it was done. The next day they did stump removal. Oh  my gosh, I have NEVER seen such a well organized company. If Mom needs to have her tree trimmed, these are the people she'll call. I've never seen a yard cleaned up so fast. I personally would give each employee 10 stars!

Littering my neighborhood with stupid flyers stuffed into front doors is not welcome.  I called and asked for someone come remove the unsolicited flyers.  I was transferred to someone else who said it would be easier to just throw it away.  When I said I'd report it as littering as they were blown about the neighborhood, he said I'd like to see how that goes for you.  That's a great way to earn business.

These flyers are unwanted, a total waste and create a more negative brand impressions than positive.

North Phoenix, AZ - Trees for Needs is one of the few highly professional businesses we have dealt with in the Valley. Kerry and Kory were very professional and communication was excellent throughout the process of removing one of our tall white pines. Andy provided the initial details of the process, including the company's insurance information so we were at ease about coverage if something went wrong. Nothing did, as their crew has a totally safety conscience work ethnic and took all the necessary precautions to protect the home owner's property as well as their professional crew. After the tree was removed, the stump was ground down to our satisfaction. They checked in with us so we knew what was going to happen and after, triple checked to see that we were totally happy with the results.
