Friendly staff, fast response, fair pricing. Scheduling was convenient and easy, crew showed up right on time, and the quality of work was just right. Will definitely use Tree Pros in the future -- and recommend them to anyone who needs a palm tree cleaned up.

My first review was deleted. First they didn't plant the tree where I asked and it's too close to the walkway. I asked and it was unable to be moved. Now the tree has transplant shock and I was sent a website to care for it myself. Looks dead to me even though I followed watering instructions. No guarantees with this company!

My 15 year old Mesquite tree blew over in a recent monsoon storm.  I found Surprise Tree Services thru Google and figured I'd give them a call.  I'm glad I did.  Juan runs his business with honesty and professionalism.  As the storm caused a lot of damage in Surprise, he was very busy, but returned my calls and showed up when he said he would.  He and his crew surgically removed the fallen tree from over top of my patio roof, leaning on my back fence, and pushed up against my neighbors tree.  His crew worked with skill at cutting and carrying the branches without further damaging any of our backyard furniture or plants.  In just short of three hours they had the tree totally removed and cleaned up all the reaming loose debris.  Juan and his cutting crew are affordable and professional.

Ryan was extremely responsive to my ask for 12 tons of rock to be spread in my back yard. He suggested also digging out and resetting the rivers (the drainage channels of large river rock) which was a great suggestion as they now look great.

We agreed price and a target timescale a few weeks out and he stuck to it. Ryan arranged the rock drop location with the rock company so I had nothing to do there and his guys showed up on schedule to take care of the spreading.

I highly recommend Lucas Lawn Care. We worked with Ryan on designing and implementing a very large job at our home (new construction, so NO landscaping so far) Ryan had a lot of great ideas and implemented them perfectly. He always called and/or showed up when he said he would.  Very pleasant to work with and his entire team was as good. Negotiated great prices on our behalf with the various vendors and delivered on all of it! We would absolutely use Ryan and Lucas Lawn Care again and plan to in the near future. This company left a giant mess in my neighbors front yard over a dispute about a bill. These people apparently think dumping a literal ton of mulch in front of a elderly widow's drive away is the proper way to ask her to pay a $300 bill instead of small claims court of calling the authorities. Mind boggling that a company would use mafia tactics to intimidate a 90 year old woman! Cannot is good faith ever recommend anyone use a company that would treat anyone like this.

Trees For Needs was a pleasure to work with. Used their services for some maintenance work on my 20+ ft tall Palo Verde. As soon as Carl arrived for the initial quote, I knew I was making the right decision. I was explained the work to be done, how it was to be done, and why. Employees are prompt, polite and professional. As a contractor, I was glad to see the measures taken to ensure the safety of workers. If you want a company that knows and cares about their services, I highly recommend TFN.

I had a time scheduled to meet. They didn't bother showing up, and didn't bother to contact me. When i sent them a message that evening asking what happened they said they had a lot of work.

If you can't make an appointment, have the decency to let the people know instead of leaving them hanging. It would have taken what, 15 seconds to call/text and say you couldn't make it?

Geronimo was awesome, he and his crew did a great job on a small paver and turf project. He is very professional and takes pride in his work.

This is my first time hiring a landscaping Company, and I'm very appreciative that it was so easy with Geronimo, especially as so many other Companies are not quick to respond to requests to quote and/or do not show up on time.

I recently bought a new house that needed some clean up and trees trimmed.  I contacted Geronimo and within just a few minutes got a response.  Gave the address and the next morning he got to my house early and gave a very reasonable estimate.  Came back the next day at exactly the time promised and the whole yard was cleaned up and trees trimmed within half hour.  These guys are FANTASTIC!!!!  I will be giving their name and number to anyone I know that needs a landscaper!!

They did a great job cleaning up our trees after some storm damage. Work was completed quickly and yard was clean when they were done.  Will definitely use them again to keep our trees trimmed and if we have any further damaged trees.

Sergio did a fantastic job! He was very communicative and on time and the lawn looked amazing. We'll definitely be calling him again!

Was able to get appointments for estimates within reason. Office staff was very good. Tree removal crew on time and impressed me when they refused to take down trees/cactus without a crane; the crane was out within an hour. Quick work to start was great but I was a bit ruffled when they used a chain instead of a strap on a cactus which of course split in two whilst it was lifted in the air by the crane and missed my neighbor's truck by a foot or so. Also, chainsaw cut into a fence. All was cleaned up and crew moved on.
When the stump grinders came a few days later (on time), they started out pretty good but in the end, left a further cut up fence, incomplete stump removal and a rip roaring mess. My pool, pool deck, and entire yard was completely littered with wood chunks and dust and I haven't been able to get into a shed as the wood litter is up about a foot on the door. Some items nearby were somewhat buried by the sawdust as well. My carport and driveway and pathways are a disaster. I suppose the stump grinding didn't necessarily include clean up.  Prices were on the higher side from other quotes but I thought these guys seemed more professional; not necessarily.

Great service until you have a simple question and the office staff goes into defense mode. Apparently they get a lot of complaints and don't bother actually reading the questions in the email. Instead they send long, dreadfully long emails about their GPS and faulty email system. This will come in handy for some parents, as their emails could put a hyperactive toddler to sleep. All the while, the customer just wants an answer to a simple question. Instead, we're told to read the contract. We're also told that we know our competition and you'll be back. In the end, we cancel service and receive a final email with the typical hypocritical Christian God bless you and your family BS, but also....here's why we're right and you're wrong. Great service until you have to deal with the pompous, arrogant owner and his secretary.

I was referred to Lucas Lawn and I have to say it was the best referral I could have received.  They not only are SUPER honest but extremely professional.  Jourdan was prompt and did a very neat and detailed job taking care of my palm trees.  He even went out to his way to make sure my property was secured and safe before he left.  I look forward to utilizing their services throughout the year.  You get what you pay for!  If you want quality work from some guys that truly understand the needs of each tree, then you want to give Lucas Lawn and Yard Care a shot.  You will not be disappointed.

North Phoenix, AZ - Trees for Needs is one of the few highly professional businesses we have dealt with in the Valley. Kerry and Kory were very professional and communication was excellent throughout the process of removing one of our tall white pines. Andy provided the initial details of the process, including the company's insurance information so we were at ease about coverage if something went wrong. Nothing did, as their crew has a totally safety conscience work ethnic and took all the necessary precautions to protect the home owner's property as well as their professional crew. After the tree was removed, the stump was ground down to our satisfaction. They checked in with us so we knew what was going to happen and after, triple checked to see that we were totally happy with the results.

Sergio with Complete Landscape Management fixed several issues with my sprinkler system. Great communication throughout the process, very reasonable price. He completed the repairs fast and I haven't had any issues since then. I would definitely recommend Sergio.
