I'm very happy. Gerson came right over after I contacted him, gave me a quote and said he would be here the next morning. He was here on time and went right to work. My yard looks fantastic. Job well done and by a very nice gentleman. There's not a weed in sight. I would highly recommend him.

I am happy to recommend Surprise Tree Service. I called Juan and a few other companies after reading reviews on Yelp. Juan came out on the same day to see the job and give me a price. His price was more attractive  than the others but, as importantly, I felt that Juan knew what he was talking about in answering my questions.  He provided proof of insurance as I requested and I accepted the offer. His team showed up at the scheduled time, walked the property to make sure they knew exactly what I wanted before they started. They were exceedingly professional, competent and polite...all qualities that seem to be in short supply these days. I have two large ficus trees that needed trimming and thinning, a grapefruit tree that had never been trimmed, (you can imagine how much work it was to get rid of a lot of dead or overgrown branches throughout the interior and leave a beautiful canopy), a pine tree that was heavy with dead, brown sticky branches which are awful to try and trim (I've tried!). They did a beautiful job thinning and cutting dead branches. It looks awesome! They removed a diseased tree and treated another beautiful pine in hopes of saving it from spread of disease. Most of the job was done in a small back yard with an  unmovable gazebo that made removal of the cut branches from the back yard a challenge. But they completed the job with no complaints and were sincerely interested in our satisfaction. I will definitely use Juan and his crew again.

Ryan was extremely responsive to my ask for 12 tons of rock to be spread in my back yard. He suggested also digging out and resetting the rivers (the drainage channels of large river rock) which was a great suggestion as they now look great.

We agreed price and a target timescale a few weeks out and he stuck to it. Ryan arranged the rock drop location with the rock company so I had nothing to do there and his guys showed up on schedule to take care of the spreading.

We have been using Lucas Lawn and Yard Care for almost a year now and have loved the service they provide. Their pricing is very reasonable and they always do a great job with all our plants and trees! Would recommend their services to anyone.

Really happy with the service Eric provided with No Bull Trees. We had a HUGE pecan tree that other companies did not want to take. Eric came out and quoted us at a fair price. He was honest, genuine and kept his word to us which we appreciated especially when working on such a huge project. He responded really quickly and was easy to communicate with. We Will definitely use him again and recommend his services to the whole block!

These guys are great! They are All very professional and safe.  I thought the tree removal was going to be an all-day  process but they were  done in 4 hours!  I would definitely recommend them!

This is my first time hiring a landscaping Company, and I'm very appreciative that it was so easy with Geronimo, especially as so many other Companies are not quick to respond to requests to quote and/or do not show up on time.

I had Roman Landscape out to trim a few tall Mexican Fan Palms in my back yard. The process started with quick clear communication and a competitive quote. They arrived right on time as scheduled, did excellent work, and did a very thorough cleanup of all of the tree trimmings, including those that landed in and around the pool. Very professional and top tier service. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Will hire him again and recommend to friends in a heartbeat.

We hired this company to do yard work and just clean up the yard from weeds, grass, and trim the trees. The first time they did a good job, the second time was not the best but it was okay. We made a deal with the owner George to come monthly. The third time George came by himself with no other works. He did the bare minimum, left all these weeds, and did not even finish cutting the grass in parts of the yard. He did not trim any of the trees. When we tried to contact him, he didn't respond to any calls or texts. We even gave him snacks and water, which he ate and drank and threw the garbage in the backyard on the ground. He left that morning without saying anything. We sent him pictures of our yard and the trash he left, he never responded or returned any calls.

Definitely unprofessional and wouldn't recommend this company to do your yard work. There are companies that can do a better job and actually pull the weeds from the ground instead of just mowing over them and leaving all these dead weeds everywhere. There was no sort of clean up, just basically cut grass and left.

You definitely get ripped off from this guy. Do not pay him until after the job you hired him for is actually complete. He never does the job fully and it doesn't even get done good.

My drip system would not turn off and was costing us who knows how much money, not to mention all the wasted water.  George was able to diagnose my issue over the phone on a Friday and he even offered to come by on a Sunday to fix it but I was out of town. He came on Monday, sooner than I expected which was perfect and was able to fix the issue in under an hour. The price was more than fair and he was very nice and extremely knowledgeable. I would definitely use him again for any type of sprinkler repair/replacement.

The trees were butchered not trimmed. The crew did not follow the path of the pictures or what I talked to your Arborist about. I asked the crew leader about the process of trimming the trees before they started and he assured me he had the pictures and was going to trim the tops and sides, then remove the extra weight as needed within the trees. NOT even close. They were not trimming the top and sides instead the trees were being butchered from the bottom and interior with out a hint of what they were doing, they did not touch the top until I told them several times how to trim the tree. That was too  late for the trees and the one in the back was still not trimmed on the top properly now it is top heavy with no good center brush.  Your company may need to change your name,  being called Tree Pros is not how I see your work.  How is it that if I am paying to have my trees trimmed , asked or explained how I what them done , and yet  my wishes are not granted. I am so disappointed, I am sure that you do not care about what I feel.  Hopefully some one there will learn how to trim a tree and pass it on to the rest of the crew. My trees suffered the price of a crew that is not trained properly, do not listen to the customer because they are doing it their way. They did not ask me if I needed or wanted them to make adjustments during or after. They were in a hurry to leave. The only reason part of the tops were cut is because I had to go out there several times and tell them - I explained to them how I wanted it done and it fell on deaf ears... Imagine your cutting someone's hair, it needs a trim the ends of your hair are trimmed to the desire length before you proceed to shaping the rest of the haircut, you do not start by shaving the scalp and expect it to become a desired trim, if I wanted my hair shaved off I will buy a razor and do it myself.  Asking me how you can improve, everyone should take a course in communication and learn how to TRIM a TREE..

Littering my neighborhood with stupid flyers stuffed into front doors is not welcome.  I called and asked for someone come remove the unsolicited flyers.  I was transferred to someone else who said it would be easier to just throw it away.  When I said I'd report it as littering as they were blown about the neighborhood, he said I'd like to see how that goes for you.  That's a great way to earn business.

These flyers are unwanted, a total waste and create a more negative brand impressions than positive.

These guys are great if you just need a basic trimming or removal. If you need anything else they're largely useless as they seem incapable of following simple directions.

The first time we had them out they were trimming some trees and were supposed to remove a dead one. The trees looked nice but they forgot to remove the dead one. The next time we asked them to come give us an opinion on whether one of our trees was killed by bugs or by sunburn from overtrimming (by a different company). They gave is a quote to remove the tree and nothing else. The wind a couple days ago partially knocked over one of our trees so we had them out to give us a quote on how much it would cost to save the tree. This was communicated to the office as well as in person and yet we only received a quote for removal. We'll be finding a different company with people that actually listen.

Sergio always does an incredible job on our yard. He has helped us with a one time clean up, sprinkler issues, and ongoing maintenance-each time providing awesome service. I can't recommend his company enough!

Sergio with Complete Landscape Management fixed several issues with my sprinkler system. Great communication throughout the process, very reasonable price. He completed the repairs fast and I haven't had any issues since then. I would definitely recommend Sergio.
