I met with Mario at ascending tree care. They came out to my home and took care of all of my trees here in anthem. My trees looked great. I would definitely recommend this company to all my friends and family. They also had to grind a tree down after they cut the old one out. Now you can't tell one was ever their!  Good work. Good service!!

Very responsive, professional and reasonably priced.  Came when they said they would.  Did excellent and efficient work and left the area as nice or nicer than when they arrived.  Juan, his staff and crew are very professional in all they do.

Ryan was extremely responsive to my ask for 12 tons of rock to be spread in my back yard. He suggested also digging out and resetting the rivers (the drainage channels of large river rock) which was a great suggestion as they now look great.

We agreed price and a target timescale a few weeks out and he stuck to it. Ryan arranged the rock drop location with the rock company so I had nothing to do there and his guys showed up on schedule to take care of the spreading.

I highly recommend Lucas Lawn Care. We worked with Ryan on designing and implementing a very large job at our home (new construction, so NO landscaping so far) Ryan had a lot of great ideas and implemented them perfectly. He always called and/or showed up when he said he would.  Very pleasant to work with and his entire team was as good. Negotiated great prices on our behalf with the various vendors and delivered on all of it! We would absolutely use Ryan and Lucas Lawn Care again and plan to in the near future. I am beyond impressed with this company. Im never active on Yelp and hardly ever take time to write reviews. But Jennifer with Trees for Needs has been so awesome to work with.

I first used them to give my large palm a haircut. I wasn't around for when the job was done and was initially disappointed with the job. I thought more would have been trimmed. Immediately the next day, Jennifer got the team out here to make things right. I had also asked about some sick looking trees. I was holding on hope they'd survive through the winter, but the team gave me the right feedback on their health and what steps I should take next.

The company also did an amazing job following up with me in the spring like they said they would in order to discuss removing dead trees in my backyard.

They honor what they quote you and guarantee the work that they do. I cannot recommend them enough if you need trees trimmed or removed.

I asked the company to call me back to get service done around the first of the year, and they did. No need to get another estimate, they honored the original price! Got confirmation call on service date & time. The estimated time window for service was knocked out by an early arrival. Crew member knocked before starting work & again when work was completed to be sure I was satisfied. I suggested one fix to part of a tree & they hopped right on it. This company is amazing & I will definitely use them again. How I wish they also did shrubs & regular yard maintenance!!

This is my first time hiring a landscaping Company, and I'm very appreciative that it was so easy with Geronimo, especially as so many other Companies are not quick to respond to requests to quote and/or do not show up on time.

I recently bought a new house that needed some clean up and trees trimmed.  I contacted Geronimo and within just a few minutes got a response.  Gave the address and the next morning he got to my house early and gave a very reasonable estimate.  Came back the next day at exactly the time promised and the whole yard was cleaned up and trees trimmed within half hour.  These guys are FANTASTIC!!!!  I will be giving their name and number to anyone I know that needs a landscaper!!

We have used this company for a few years. Like other reviewers, we have found their front office totally incompetent. But that is not my complaint here. When we first used them they did a good job with our trees. But as time went on we had to continually fight them to keep them from butchering the plants! One time I caught them butchering a tree that I asked them to just trim; that tree has never been the same. They were very apologetic and gave us a deal for the next time. Well the next time was last fall, when they came to trim  some dead branches from a 20 year old gorgeous Palo Verde.  We made the mistake of not being there when they did the work. Big mistake. This beautiful tree now looks like a Dr Seuss tree with a big trunk and a little bit of green. They claimed that a storm had caused more damage than we thought and that branches kept breaking. Did they stop and call us to ask what we wanted? No, they just kept cutting. They did come back and give the tree a supposedly $400 dose of medicine to help the tree come back. It is now spring, and it looks worse then before. Im not going to bother to call them to deal with this - they will only give us the run around, and I honestly don't want anything else to do with them.  We are going to have someone else cut this tree down, and plant a new tree in the area.  My advice, stay away from this company, or if you do use them, watch them like a hawk!

I just had a great experience with this company. Initially:  I got an immediate response to my inquiry.  Ryan came the next business day, assessed the problem and provided a solution to a drainage problem.  The bid came the following day, I found it reasonable, and the work was scheduled within the next two weeks.  The work and workers:  the lead person of the small crew was knowledgeable, had excellent communication skills and was polite and caring.  All procedures were carefully explained and the end result looks great. I am very surprised to see any negative reviews - mine was a totally different and positive experience.  I would highly recommend Lucas Lawn and Yard Care.

Littering my neighborhood with stupid flyers stuffed into front doors is not welcome.  I called and asked for someone come remove the unsolicited flyers.  I was transferred to someone else who said it would be easier to just throw it away.  When I said I'd report it as littering as they were blown about the neighborhood, he said I'd like to see how that goes for you.  That's a great way to earn business.

These flyers are unwanted, a total waste and create a more negative brand impressions than positive.

These guys are great if you just need a basic trimming or removal. If you need anything else they're largely useless as they seem incapable of following simple directions.

The first time we had them out they were trimming some trees and were supposed to remove a dead one. The trees looked nice but they forgot to remove the dead one. The next time we asked them to come give us an opinion on whether one of our trees was killed by bugs or by sunburn from overtrimming (by a different company). They gave is a quote to remove the tree and nothing else. The wind a couple days ago partially knocked over one of our trees so we had them out to give us a quote on how much it would cost to save the tree. This was communicated to the office as well as in person and yet we only received a quote for removal. We'll be finding a different company with people that actually listen.

I requested an estimate to have two large palm trees trimmed, and even though it was the weekend, he super responsive! We scheduled a time as soon as he had availability. He and his team came first thing Monday morning. They did a great job! Very fairly priced, very responsive, thorough, quick and clean - I would highly recommend.

Sergio with Complete Landscape Management fixed several issues with my sprinkler system. Great communication throughout the process, very reasonable price. He completed the repairs fast and I haven't had any issues since then. I would definitely recommend Sergio.
