Friendly staff, fast response, fair pricing. Scheduling was convenient and easy, crew showed up right on time, and the quality of work was just right. Will definitely use Tree Pros in the future -- and recommend them to anyone who needs a palm tree cleaned up.

Great service. Good price, came when they were scheduled, cleaned up before they left. This is my second time using them to trim my palm trees and won't be my last. They're great!

I put out a request for a quote through yelp yelp automatically selected several landscapers to quote the job.
This company replied by message through Yelp and set up a time for a phone consult. How they can do a phone consultation when they really need to see the yard and the scope of the work I have no clue?
They never called for the phone consult.  Several hours after the time they were supposed to call A gentleman called and wanted to set an appointment for the next day between six and eight in the morning.
I told him I would not wake up until 8:30 so he said I'll be there between 8-9. He obviously didn't hear me when I said I don't get up until 830 which tells me that he doesn't listen to his clients.
But I agreed to the appointment time of between 8-9 o'clock. I got up early and waited and waited and waited they did not bother to call to say that they needed to cancel or reschedule.
In the afternoon I messaged them through Yelp telling them that they missed two appointments.
Within a few minutes they called wanting to come over right then explaining that they slept in. I would've liked to have slept in too. So that showed me that they're inconsiderate of their clients And that they're unreliable.
So the reason I'm giving this rating is
1.  they don't listen to their client
2.  they don't show up when they say they're going to
3.  they're inconsiderate of their clients time.
4. They are unreliable
I believe this is a brand new business and they obviously won't be in business long with these types of practices. I don't think they realize that if you can't make it on time to your appointments or at least called before you're going to be late that It shows that you're unreliable
Hiw can I trust that they would show up on time to actually perform the work when they dont when trying to get the job.
I can't and I don't have time to play around with people that really don't want the business

Ryan was extremely responsive to my ask for 12 tons of rock to be spread in my back yard. He suggested also digging out and resetting the rivers (the drainage channels of large river rock) which was a great suggestion as they now look great.

We agreed price and a target timescale a few weeks out and he stuck to it. Ryan arranged the rock drop location with the rock company so I had nothing to do there and his guys showed up on schedule to take care of the spreading.

I highly recommend Lucas Lawn Care. We worked with Ryan on designing and implementing a very large job at our home (new construction, so NO landscaping so far) Ryan had a lot of great ideas and implemented them perfectly. He always called and/or showed up when he said he would.  Very pleasant to work with and his entire team was as good. Negotiated great prices on our behalf with the various vendors and delivered on all of it! We would absolutely use Ryan and Lucas Lawn Care again and plan to in the near future. My residential property in Peoria Arizona has 14 mature queen palm trees. For the past seven years I have been trying to keep them green and free of brown palm fronds and frizzy palm fronds. Last year I noticed a couple of the trees appeared to be in distress and two smaller ones quickly died.
I received a flyer in the mail for trees for needs and gave them a call. I had a free consultation and recommendation to fertilize the trees and give some anti-fungal treatments to three of them. As they will tell you with palm trees, you may not see an immediate positive reaction to the treatments; however, in three months I can tell you I have new growth and all of my trees are looking very healthy. I would rather pay for professional fertilizer treatments than to have to pay for a removal and replacement of a mature tree. I am very pleased with this company and their services, and if I ever need more fertilizer for my queen palms, I will definitely use this company.

I took a gamble on a direct marketing advertisement to have my overgrown mesquite tree trimmed. I am ecstatic at the beauty that was hiding under all the growth. Thanks to Trees For Needs, I have a revived beauty in my front yard!  The front scape of my home is so lovely that I drive up at different approaches just to marvel at the changed look!  All because of a well crowned and pruned tree.

This is my first time hiring a landscaping Company, and I'm very appreciative that it was so easy with Geronimo, especially as so many other Companies are not quick to respond to requests to quote and/or do not show up on time.

I had Roman Landscape out to trim a few tall Mexican Fan Palms in my back yard. The process started with quick clear communication and a competitive quote. They arrived right on time as scheduled, did excellent work, and did a very thorough cleanup of all of the tree trimmings, including those that landed in and around the pool. Very professional and top tier service. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Will hire him again and recommend to friends in a heartbeat.

I called Tree Pros because I wanted to reduce the water usage in my yard. The I'm an arborist, not a salesman... then gave me a polished sales pitch on buying a $3000 irrigation system. I basically wanted to replace my water guzzling backyard plants with indigenous, desert plants. The arborist wanted none of that talk. He recommended a few replacement plants. I'm assuming these plants would be water guzzlers because he said, since his work is guaranteed, he wouldn't plant the recommended plants until we put in his new irrigation system.

I gave two stars instead of one, because of a previous experience. Tree Pros did a good job removing a dead lemon tree from our yard a few months before. it was a quality, albeit expensive job.

Lucas Lawn and Yard Care handles my monthly landscaping needs, including routine maintenance, tree trimming, and pre-emergent spraying for grass/weeds in unwanted areas.  Recently, they also installed synthetic grass and did a wonderful job.  Honest people who communicate well with their customers.

I was referred to Lucas Lawn and I have to say it was the best referral I could have received.  They not only are SUPER honest but extremely professional.  Jourdan was prompt and did a very neat and detailed job taking care of my palm trees.  He even went out to his way to make sure my property was secured and safe before he left.  I look forward to utilizing their services throughout the year.  You get what you pay for!  If you want quality work from some guys that truly understand the needs of each tree, then you want to give Lucas Lawn and Yard Care a shot.  You will not be disappointed.

North Phoenix, AZ - Trees for Needs is one of the few highly professional businesses we have dealt with in the Valley. Kerry and Kory were very professional and communication was excellent throughout the process of removing one of our tall white pines. Andy provided the initial details of the process, including the company's insurance information so we were at ease about coverage if something went wrong. Nothing did, as their crew has a totally safety conscience work ethnic and took all the necessary precautions to protect the home owner's property as well as their professional crew. After the tree was removed, the stump was ground down to our satisfaction. They checked in with us so we knew what was going to happen and after, triple checked to see that we were totally happy with the results.

These guys came through when we needed last minute landscaping with a deadline - they were on-site in less than 24 hours from when we first messaged them on Yelp!  Communicative and on time, decent work and finished in reasonable time. Cleaned up after themselves.

Sergio with Complete Landscape Management fixed several issues with my sprinkler system. Great communication throughout the process, very reasonable price. He completed the repairs fast and I haven't had any issues since then. I would definitely recommend Sergio.
