I can not explain just how impressive Troy and his team are!!! They went above and beyond, paid very close attention to even the small details, and completely exceeded my expectations! I haven't been impressed by a company and their work in a long time, it's a fight usually just to get your moneys worth, but Urgent Care Tree & Lawn not only got me a quote the same day, then fit me in 2 days later to make sure my yard was perfect for the weekend!! This year has been worse than usual for the weeds, with all the rain, I had pulled these giant weeds completely multiple times, but they kept coming back. Troy's guys came in, perfectly trimmed the grass & plants (even shaping them perfectly), removed all the weeds thoroughly, and sprayed for the weeds. It was a BIG job and they absolutely killed it!!

We contacted Troy after another company ghosted us. The estimate to job completion were done within a week. The yard was cleaned and crushed gravel was added. He also put us in touch with another contractor to help with our home remodel. We will be using Troy to do the landscaping once our home remodel is near completion. Very nice guys! Highly recommend.

The team did a fantastic job! Got an appointment within 24 hours, team showed up a half an hour early , and was done in less than an hour taking the tree down and grinding the stump. The clean-up job was amazing!

Sam and his crew showed up today to move two Palm trees that were too close to our patio and interfering with our awning and Solar panels! They moved them to the corner of our yard without any problems! It was evident from the start that they were very professional and knew exactly what they were doing! Yes I'm aware that this got ridiculously long but I'm frustrated to say the least.
Now understand that I'm not a new customer, I've been with them for about a year. The crew had been doing a decent job maintaining my lawn. The problems started when we moved and had to switch the maintenance service to a different address. Seems simple enough right? Come give me a new estimate and send the crew to start on my new place after we move.
I informed them even before we moved and gave them the date and new address. First of all, you're lucky if anyone even picks up the phone, and then you leave voice messages that gets ignored. I left 2 voice mails that never got acknowledged. Then I finally spoke to Joanna who said Eli would be down to my new house asap to give me an estimate.
Days later, I called again and there began the merry go round of Eli claiming that he spoke to my spouse, (never happened), emailing an estimate that we never got it, not even in spam mail so who knows, Eli saying my front lawn has grass when it's all desert landscape so I THINK he went to the wrong address but Joanna had no idea and couldn't confirm so I still don't know what happened there. And it's not like we're in a hard to find part of town, it's only about A MILE AWAY from my old place. So I had to wait again for him to do another estimate. That took forever. They finally gave me one and promised to come this week . No one has showed up since. Considering it's a long holiday weekend tomorrow, it's obviously a no show with zero communication as to why. What a complete and utter waste of my time
And as of today (3rd July) I still have not received any response to my email a week ago giving a start date or or any acknowledgement when I finally emailed them to ask them to cancel my account. Keep in mind that I'm a paying customer and here I am left wondering if they even care. After nearly a month of waiting, calls and emails, I have been more than humanly patient in giving them the benefit of the doubt. All this for a simple change of maintenance address is absolutely RIDICULOUS.
It is unprofessional that a problem persist with barely any followup effort from AMS nor should it be MY responsibility to have to keep chasing after them like I had to. It's also incredibly disrespectful to waste my time like this. Their communication is just horrible and customer service is obviously not their priority after they got your business.
So this epic essay is to say - DO NOT USE AMS if you value your precious time and sanity. There are too many other companies out there who are hungry for your business to deal with so much incompetency. Sure it starts out well but heaven help you if you need any sort of help or changes to your service later on because then it all goes straight . to . hell.

Moe is money! Our incredible hulk of a Palo verde has branches come down every year in the monsoon and every year. And every year we have someone come out clean up and try. And every time these arborist say you'll be good for 2-3 years. Unfortunately they never take the tree back enough and it grows like the Incredible Hulk back to bigger than before. Well, Moe has done it. We have a canopy of 25-30 feet, no risk to our house or our neighbors and we really can wait 2-3 years!!!! Thanks Moe!

We hired Sam to trim 3 huge trees. I called a lot of landscapers and many do not do large trees. This company does it all! They by FAR exceeded our expectations! Our trees look amazing!! They left our entire yard looking better even though they were hired to only trim our trees! We will definitely be calling them again. I highly recommend this company!

Aaron's experienced crew with Rueben being the foreman did an excellent job trimming and shaping 30 trees on my property - Mesquite, Palo Verde, and Ironwood. It was an extensive 2-day project. The entire crew was polite, helpful, interactive and flexible as questions came up. They addressed any concern that I had. Reuben walked the property on several occasions with me to be sure his crew were meeting my expectations.

Sucks ruined my tree have a barren yard now. so-called arborist came don't know how many years experience not enough .want to sell the house now. There is no shade from stripped tree now! House is hot now .thx for the higher power bill. Wanted to clean it up and shape tree . Not gut it to a trunk..The only good for cutting stuff if it's already dead on the ground . id just saving your money go bye yourself yard equipment ,rent a trailer take your time do it yourself or be there to direct people what you want done . Contacted these guys about having work done. They came out quickly to give a quote, prices were average and we then gave the go ahead on a Friday.
I had to question them with any sort of time frame of when they would be coming out. The response I received was Sometime next week, Tuesday or Wednesday, I'll call you before were coming out. Still a vague appointment, but manageable.
Wednesday afternoon rolled around and I hadn't received a phone call. Called the guy I previously spoke with and wanted to touch base on when they would be coming out. He responded with Uhhh I'm on a motorcycle right now I'll have to call you next week. I questioned the next week and was very confused, it was only Wednesday and he basically responded with some we got pushed behind generic response. I expressed I was very disappointed considering we needed this work done before the following Monday, and now they obviously wouldn't be making that deadline. Waiting a week just to get another possible phone call is very unprofessional business.
They were hardly apologetic, didn't even offer to confirm an appointment for next week, it was just another ill call you. After I explained we were on a deadline he finally apologized and I declined having them call next week to then set an appointment.
Anyway, whether it be the case or not with them getting behind, I'm very disappointed with the lack of communication. Please call your clients and update their status. I shouldn't have to call and retrieve updates, and sit here wondering when this company is going to come do my yard. Horrible follow through, and I'll be finding another company that can do the work they commit to, when they say they will. Freeing up your schedule and willing to spend a lot of money for a company that stiffs you is ridiculous.
