Bryant Plumbing

This is a weird review to write. I unfortunately did not have to use Bryant Plumbing.

I do want to use them in the future. I had water gushing into my driveway from the main water line on Saturday - and needed the line capped.
Robert who answered the phone on Saturday in a record 4 minutes explained to me:
* they were booked solid
* names of two other plumbers to call
* talked through a possible solution.

Then, he called back on Sunday to see how the situation was progressing. Well, a neighbor and I solved the problem on Saturday.

So I look forward to having Bryant out to help the next time.

Robert Bruce Bryant is Awesome!!
He is the only plumber in Tucson that I will ever work with or refer to my friends.  He has done extensive remodeling projects at our home, Guest Home and office.  His recommendations for other sub contractors have been spot on!
I have an overwhelming sense of relief when I know that Bobbie is coming over to fix whatever problem we might have. What a relief to have a licensed, bonded plumbing contractor that you trust in Tucson.

Not only did Bruce charge my mother more than his hourly rate he took advantage of her vulnerability by doing work that didn't need to done. To take advantage of a senior citizen on a fixed income is about as unethical as a person can be.

Gave an accurate estimate over the phone, arrived on time, made the repair quickly and left the work site as neat as a pin. Friendly, fast and not at all expensive. They're my go-to plumber from now on.

On Friday night I accidentally plugged my kitchen sink up with about a pound of uncooked lentils. The next morning I called around and finally settled on Bryant Plumbing. Robert quoted me a price that was over 100 dollars less than the other two companies I had called. Additionally, he arrived at my house within the hour! Robert was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, answering every plumbing question my father and I had. Robert took the sink trap apart (very mindful of not making a mess) and thoroughly cleaned it. After assembling it back together he made sure everything drained properly and addressed a few other plumbing issues we had. Robert did a wonderful job and we were extremely happy with his work. I highly recommend him.
