I had what I thought was a water leak going from my house  all the way to the city water line!  When I called I spoke with Pam the owner. Not only, did she answer on a Sunday but also said she could have someone out in a few hours!   I was given an actual appointment time not a five hour window.   Rudy and Eric showed up 3 minutes EARLY!!!  Nice, clean cut men who were super honest.  They told me the huge water leak I thought I had was due to my irrigation system (thank goodness).  I appreciate the timeliness on both the appointment scheduling and technicians arrival at actual appointment time; and the honest business practice.  Hopefully I won't have another leak, but if I do I know who I'll be calling.  Thanks Pam,Rudy, and Eric!

I have used this company twice. The first time I had another company here for 4+ hours due to a leaky spout in the bathtub. They couldn't fix it and told me I needed to have the wall opened and have the valve changed. I called Valentine for a 2nd opinion. Rich came out and fixed the problem in all of 20 minutes. Today Kenny came out and replaced all the malfunctioning parts of the master bedroom toilet. These guys are thorough, professional, knowledgeable and take the time to explain the whys of what occurred. Their prices are extremely fair. I have recommended this company to many others. And Laney who answers the phone is very accommodating. She also follows through to let me know when the plumber is on his way. Do yourself a favor and avoid the headaches of a botched repair. Call Valentine first. I wish I had.

Praise and gratitude for Valentine Plumbing, who replaced a burned-out heating element on our water heater.  Scott Valentine was here, worked efficiently, was very personable and professional.  I was a mess, really worried, but he put my mind at ease and worked very thoroughly---even adjusting the two temperature gauges to match for maximum efficiency.  Very reasonable in price and completely trustworthy!  Thank you!

I had an emergency after hours on black friday and this company was so nice and friendly and happy to come out and fix what my previous maintenance guy was not able to complete. So not only did they do their job but they also did his, again after hours with no advance notice..I couldnt be happier they were friendly and did a gr8 job I highly recommend this company..

I've called Valentine plumbing for various reasons and issues for the last 5 years. Getting ready to move a 3rd time and they will still be who I call if needed. They come when scheduled. I've never been over charged and they are honest. No selling of unneeded parts etc to pad the bill. Friendly and experienced service. I highly recommend Valentine Plumbing.

8:30pm at night and I had a main sewer line stoppage.  Called 2-3 plumbing companies and they were booked for the night and the next day.  Received Valentine's on a referral from another plumbing company and I wasn't disappointed.  45 minutes after my call to them, they were here and the stoppage was taken care of in 15-20 minutes.  Very professional and  reasonable pricing; I will use them again and highly recommend them.

They came to hook up our newly remodeled kitchen. Under the sink leaked first time I used it.
The plumber was to big to fit under the sink area. The problem was the garbage disposal. He hooked the front but the back side wasn't hooked. . After back side of the garbage disposal was hooked up correctly no more leaking on my new cabinets

He came on time and fixed the leak in the hot water line. The job was not the easiest and he did the work in good humor.

I called Valentine plumbing for my clogged sink.  They couldn't come out that day so they recommended Affordable plumbing, who came out here in a couple of hours!  Both are honest businesses.  Will definitely use again!

We has an expensive faucet put in our kitchen which always seemed loose - loose to the point that sometimes water did not flow at all.  We have had other plumbers come to repair, however repairs did not seem to fix it.  Valentine plumbing not only fixed it, the cost to do so was amazingly reasonable!

Valentine was recommended to us by someone who has used them for a long time. The service was excellent. They were here on time, wearing masks, and installed a new garbage disposal for us. I would not hesitate to call them again.

I've used several businesses to provide home improvement and repair services since buying our Tucson home.  Valentine Plumbing has been the only one which I have called - or considered calling - on a repeat basis.  The office staff and techs are responsive and the work done, while not inexpensive, is done very well.  They show up on time, communicate well throughout the process and solve the issues at hand.  I will continue to be a customer when plumbing needs arise.

They came out on a Saturday and took care of my bathtub faucet in a jiffy.  They did the job quickly, and at a reasonable price. Thanks Valentine Plumbing!

Initially had some issues with scheduling because they were so busy but the owner called me personally to make things right. They care and they do quality plumbing work.

My husband contacted Scott Valentine on Saturday to arrange an appointment to come by our house on Monday between 2-4 to fix our clogged sink.  At about 10 until 4 on Monday when they hadn't showed  yet  or called we called  the office and were told that that they couldn't make it out today and in fact would not be able to come until Thursday!!

If they were unable to make the appointment they should have notified us immediately so that we could have made other arrangements... that is just common courtesy and what is regarded as professional behavior.  It is now after 4:00 pm and of course it is too late in the day to get another plumber to come to our house today.  We planned our entire schedule because Scott told us the technician would be here this afternoon.

Scott seemed like a nice guy but unfortunately because he is unprofessional and unreliable I would look elsewhere.

Excellent service from dispatcher & Halen (tech) on a very busy day due to weather conditions. I couldn't re-light the pilot flame on our water heater and received rapid response from Valentine Plumbing. Such a small job, but they efficiently routed him on return from another job & it was finished within 2 hours of my call! Thanks very much for great service!

Hire this company for any plumbing needs!  They are professional, execute quality work, and help home owners in distress.  We cannot day enough positive things about the job they did for us.  All new water line, all new sewer, and all new gas line.  Everything done right the first time!  You will not be disappointed.

Have used a number of times and I would not use any other plumbing contractor in town. Prompt, professional and honest. Grateful to Valentine for rescuing me years ago from the plumbing company sent out by my warranty company.
