We just had the most positive experience with two appliance-delivery & installation guys! Fabian & Elijah installed our GE Monogram refrigerator. They were on time, and careful of walls & floors getting this 800 lb behemoth into place in the kitchen. Some customization was necessary; Eli held the ShopVac to contain the dust while Fabian did a beautiful job cutting the drywall to fit! They cleaned up before leaving. We've had guys at the house before who are very chatty, but these two could chat while FOCUSING on the job! It appeared that Fabian was training Elijah, and he was exceedingly patient and respectful towards him, which was so nice to see as they coordinated all moves to prevent any errors. They acted professionally and maturely while at the same time were really so pleasant and courteous, just great to work with!!! We liked them very much and appreciate all Fabian and Elijah did to make the installation of the new fridge perfectly successful!! Thanks guys!!!

Nobody would help us, I called Rainwater Woodworking and Mike called back and although he could have bowed out like everyone else, he didn't. He stepped up and helped. I am most grateful for his willingness to help and the quality of his work. He creates some beautiful woodwork pieces. Highly recommend this business.

About 6 months ago I took two headrest to get reupholstered. I came in to pick them up after being told they were ready. They looked like complete crap I could have done better myself. I respectfully asked them to redo them and then I was told I wouldn't get the headrest if I didn't pay obviously and that they wouldn't be done for a few weeks and I said okay. Then I was told actually they won't be done for a few months. Well 6 months later I haven't even gotten a call about them. They stole two headrest from me an I had to buy new ones. The headrest were only 200 to buy again but the service is what gets me. Consider another upholstery shop this one is now good

Do not use this company. I do not recommend AZROOTS WOODWORKS LLC AZ ROC LICENSE #335147. This company is with the AZ Better Business Bureau which this complaint is also being posted along with others.

A baseboard installation was agreed upon by the owner, William C. Stotts on Monday, 1/23/23 at 10:59 a.m. the appointment was set at 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday, 2/22/23 via text with photos. I reconfirmed the appointment via text on Friday, 2/17/23, but had no response. I texted him again on Monday, 2/20/23 at 6:03 a.m. for confirmation of the appointment scheduled for Wednesday, 2/22/23 at 8:00 a.m. he agreed and confirmed it via text that we would be there. He indicated John would do the job instead due to an appointment he now had, he then texted me back on 2/20/23 at 10:59 a.m. stating and I quote, I am going to contact another contractor that I know to see if he can do the base install. I don't think this is something we would like to take on. I apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate the phone call. I will let you know if he has the time to do it. I left William a voicemail and texted back at 1:25 pm on Monday, 2/20/23 indicating this was not acceptable notifying us 2 days before he was to show up, he never responded back to my communication, which is no surprise.

We are doing a master bath remodel and needed for him to complete the installation, so that the other contractors that were lined up would not be pushed out to a further date. This owner gave false promise responses and lead us along for nearly 30 days knowing he was not going to do the job in the first place. He has demonstrated that he has business ethic issues and is not professional at all to his customers, let alone first-time customers it is unknown how he has remained in business for 5 years. He should have been honest upfront on Monday, 1/23/23 before committing to do the job!!

I was able to find another competent, reliable company in 24 hours that did the installation yesterday, Tuesday, 2/21/23 so that the project would remain on schedule, and they did a great job, I would use them again for our next project! BEWARE OF AZROOTS WOODWORKS LLC THIS COULD HAPPEN TO YOU!

I made the mistake of hiring Jesus or J&A carpentry off off of the platform, offer up. I figured he had good reviews, which I later realized is because only allows for feedback off of physical goods sold NOT his pedestrian handyman services ..

Jesus showed up and was personable, acted like he would take care of us and gave us a great quote. Unfortunately This guy is a con artist who left me and my family abandoned with terribly done floors and nails STICKING out on the bottom of the stairs. To add insult to injury, I later realized they cut all of the floor ins various rooms, allowing sawdust throughout my entire house, even in rooms not having work done. I made the mistake of not checking his work thoroughly prior to him leaving and paid him only to realize the entire floor was now sagging and sinking everywhere. Jesus later came back to finish the stairs and I used that as an opportunity to confront him about the work. He acted very sorry, he couldn't believe that this happened, he's a man of his word, he'll get you taken Care..... brother this, brother that. .. when instead he never showed his face or answered calls again.

This guys says he's a carpenter and yet destroyed my floors, door frames and stairs with the cutting he was doing. Don't make the same mistaking hiring this guy. I figured I'm not the only person he's done this too and figured others should know.

Steadfast Woodworking

We called John W. at Steadfast in Jan. for a quote on a barn door and some shelving. He said that the work would take about 2-3 weeks. The shelving and barn door were not installed until March. It took several visits from John to get the barn door installed and working properly. There were paint and finish issues along with getting the right size door guide and getting it to work properly. After about 2 or 3 weeks the door panels are separating and we have tried calling, emailing and texting but get no response from John. The shelf he installed is adequate but we have had nicer shelves installed by others in the past. We paid John in full when he was finally finished with the install but he apparently does not stand behind his work. Do not call this company if you are looking for quality and accountability.
