I was very satisfied with the work that paul and son did on renovating my deck and stairs and railings. Couldnt have asked for better. It was done exactly as requested, better than i expected in fact. It was done on time and on budget. Cleaned up afterwards. I will use them again for a few other things i have in mind. Excellent work and excellent service..

I never give poor reviews and really had high hopes based on the positive reviews ( although most are very old). I am really disappointed with this company. The owner Fabio came out to my home and gave us an estimate. We communicated for weeks planning my kitchen remodel with Jennifer. I purchased the materials needed and they gave me an appointment to come to the shop to review everything with the owner Fabio and sign the contract.
My husband and I took the day off to meet at their warehouse to look at quartzite materials and sign the contract. We arrived early and no one was at the shop. I called several times and finally an employee named Jennifer answers to tell us they will not be able to meet today.
I understand emergencies happen, but a phone call to cancel would have been the least they could do after we drove for 45 minutes to the shop. I should have not had to keep calling and be stuck outside in this Arizona heat trying to figure out what is going on. The owner Fabio never returned my call. No follow up to reschedule...nothing! Complete disregard for our time and project. Horrible service and a waste of time.
****Here is one of two estimates attached, I also have the text message transcripts between the company and I for our appointment that shows the date and time( Friday ) as well as other information regarding final colors and materials. Next time please be honest and just accept your mistake and apologize for wasting our time. I would have been happy to update my review based on that, but falsely claiming that I am not a customer when you have been to my home for an estimate and follow up is very unprofessional.

I requested an estimate to remove two stumps, a palm tree and some additional debris. Roy provided an initial estimate within an hour and was responsive throughout the entire transaction. He quickly scheduled an appointment. He arrived exactly when he said he would. Roy and his employee completed all of the work exactly as we had agreed. They were  polite and efficient. One stump removal required some additional work but Roy honored the quoted price and did a great job. The other 5 star reviews match my experience.

Wow! These guys are awesome. Not only are they professional and efficient, they went above and beyond today. They cleaned up my husband's unfinished projects in the yard and helped him troubleshoot a leak we've had for years. They absolutely did NOT have to do that. I will definitely be calling them the next time I need a tree trimmed... or a husband.

I can't recommend ArborCraft Tree Services enough. They were professional, responsive and so helpful. We are very happy we found this company and have already told others about them. They are fairly priced and did a really good job.

Their estimator/arborist returned the call promptly, showed up for the estimate on time, and was friendly and knowledgeable.  Their crew was able to come out within a week.  For $2300 they did the following: trim and remove seed pods from six palms including a badly overgrown fan palm, trim and shape five other trees, and completely cut back a badly overgrown 50 foot long and 30 foot high ficus hedge coming over the back wall from our neighbor's property (which involved climbing into the trees).  They did a great job, cleaned up after themselves well and didn't damage anything.  They gave me some helpful advice about two of my trees, dug earth out from around a tree that was planted too deep, and fertilized several trees that needed it.  They were pleasant, professional and easy to work with.  Would definitely use again.

JR and his crew did a stellar job for us. They had our 60 foot tree off my property, chopped into pieces, chipped and hauled away in just about 60 minutes. They didn't show up on time; they showed up EARLY! Very reasonably priced, very friendly and very fun to watch. Highly recommend this team.

These guys really are next level. They gave me an unbelievable quote and help me with a tree that's been haunting me for months I'm attaching the video and some photos they even made some cool furniture as keepsakes and although it's difficult sometimes to put up with the chainsaw buzzing sound incessantly the tree had to be cut down and these guys were incredibly knowledgeable helpful and went out of their way to make the experience Manageable and we didn't even have to shut off the power. The owner of the company is extremely knowledgeable and provided tons of insight and educated me on trees and forestry. They have all their own equipment where many other people I tried to hire didnt. They were very diligent and hard-working and got the job done. Mostly done in a day but they have to come back and finish some cleanup and cutting but did an amazing amount of work and

This is an edited review. After having left a mediocre review, these guys went out of their way to fix my little complaints, which were mostly about what I thought was lack of support. It turns out it was about a change up in the  positions of some staff and one employee leaving. I just had to ask the right questions. I  just bought a house in Phoenix and, of course, I wanted trees for my new house. The yard was a complete blank slate and I needed instant trees. I initially got three huge size ( about 5 foot in ground) trees. Several months later two of my three trees are doing fantastic and even showing some new growth. My blood orange is still struggling a bit, but I got the extended warranty and I'm just watching it closely. Blood oranges are more finicky trees anyway. I am now so content I've got a peach, a pomogranate and some bouganvilla coming from Moon Valley.
My best advice is, yes, they are helpful, but sometimes you have to talk to the right person first.
Don't use the financing if you can't pay it off in a year because the interest will gouge you.
Getting big trees planted for you is expensive! Do this only if you need or want INSTANT trees and get the extended warranty. It's good for a year and covers pretty much anything short of intentionally killing the tree.  In my opinion, if you are going to spring for instant trees you want to know they are going to live so a warranty is a no brainier.
My only regret now is the BILL and the fact that I've now created a monster, in terms of wanting to fill up my yard with other expensive green things!

A1 service.   Showed up on time,  did exactly what I needed,  and beat 5 other contractors in the price category.   I highly  recommend these guys.  Thanks Innovation Tree  for a great job !

Reasonably priced and did great yard work. Even said they would pick up some of my dog waist if needed. And took out the backyard trash. Would totally recommend

This company of professionals is absolutely professional and meticulous in their work.  I live in Terravita in north Scottsdale, famous for their strict rules about everything.  Ed and his crew were conscientious and thorough, but worked hard to accommodate everything I wanted to get accomplished to clean up the tree detritus and fire hazards in the area.  They are a delightful group of people who work hard and work well together.  I could not believe how reasonable their charges were.  A fair company in today's gouging market!

I cannot begin to tell you how great these folks were..but I will!! From the first visit for an estimate to their removal 2 days later, they were: professional, friendly, knowledgeable of trees and species, long term and short term expectations, respectful, efficient, very clean and tidy, organized,and their bid was amazing. Companies with less of a reputation or experience were way overpriced and many never responded to my query. Julie and Ed and their team were a real joy to work with. the story is: we moved into a townhouse with a 40 foot tree, planted 30 years ago, that over time, started to pull up pavers and most likely ran under the house.
Their advice was useful and most welcome. i would give them 110% rating for anyone looking for tree removal or general pruning, etc. what pros!!!

If there is a negative review on this page, you can disregard it.  Some people are just pissed off at the world.

I will tell you how dealing with Joe really is.  I met Joe about a week ago and was talking about getting some work done to a new house I had bought, and planning on doing some work to the back yard.  I changed my mind a few times on what I wanted done, and he was VERY accommodating and never had an issue with me changing my mind.  We set a time to get the work done (7 trees removed and 16 cypress trimmed).  He showed up exactly when he said he would be there (if not a few minutes early), the rate at which they worked was amazing and the QUALITY WAS TOP NOTCH.  If you want a job done, and done RIGHT....CALL JOE! ....oh and not to mention, the price was great!!!

Another company in the area failed to arrive for the appointed time so I reached out to Murphy's Trees.
They responded promptly, arrived early, worked quickly, cleaned up nicely, provided great insight into the issues we faced with our Queen Palms and charged fairly.
Could not be more pleased with the service and education. I recommend, highly, Murphy Trees.

Jose and his team were excellent.  He was very responsive and communicated well.  He speaks English and Spanish.  Jose was quick to take a look and give me an estimate for a small palm tree removal and trimming of my large date palms.  He showed up the next day to quickly take care of it.  They did a great job, and cleaned up after themselves.  For me, that is a big deal.  I appreciated his team and will use them on a regular basis for trimming now!!

Sorry guys but you canceled on your first day. Showed up late for the estimate and told me you couldn't make it on the day you scheduled on the first job because you where too busy. Double negative. Hire better or get organized, what ever the issue is. Valentine was nice and polite on his visit.  Don't know how his work is because they never came. They did text me for a rescheduled visit but wasn't prepared to do so.

hayward is not an arborist...he is a tree hacker that says 1 thing & does another. i had the worst experience with hayward tree service. he quoted me price to trim my olive trees so no pollination or olives. a complete hack job which didn't complete what he agreed to do .... then wanted to charge me extra to finish. avoid hayward tree service - the worst in the tree business.
hire a reputable arborist!!!

Wow!  I was so impressed with the surgical precision that Hayward removed this 50 foot Sissoo tree from my backyard.  Three or four cuts removed by a crane to a crew that cut it into smaller pieces for the chipper.  Larger trunk pieces into a waiting trunk and then they stumped it down the ground.  Cleaned up nicely and were reasonably priced!  Thank you guys!
