They were on time,did everything we had asked for, were pretty expensive, but on the walk through discovered more to repair than I thought, and the cleaned up nicely afterwards. My only complaint might be some of the wood splices were not as clean as they could have been, which is the main reason I didn't give them 5 stars, and I thought the price was a little on the high side.

We recently moved to Phoenix and went through the overwhelming process of bidding out new countertops throughout our home.  We met with & received bids from 4 different companies, once we met Fabio, we knew we wanted to go with him.  To our surprise, their bid was the lowest when equally compared & the amount of professionalism was tremendously more than the rest.  The crew came in to do the job on time, they were fast, clean, and took care of my home like it was theirs when they demo'd the old countertops to put in the new.  We could not recommend anyone more than Fabio & his crew.  We're putting in backsplash next week and will post photos then!

no show 2x. said he ran late on saturday 10/2 but promised he would be able to come out first thing sun 10/3 with an eta of 12pm again a no show.  his excuse his grandfather had been in the hospital for a couple of days and that's all he has been able to concentrate on anything else  a couple of days if my math is correct would mean he had been dealing with family issue since friday at least.  normally i would be sympathetic to his situation but i call bullshit  so this company is liars they are very unproffesional, unreliable,  and  inconsiderate of my time  i would stay away from this company no matter how good the quote  a company like this will more than likley requote a higher bid once out to the job. these guys are untrustworthy

I contact them to get a quote for trimming and I turned it into a removal. I had two Sissoo tree and one Cottonwood removed. I got tired of cleaning the Sisoo tree leaves out the pool. They gave me multiple quotes for the different option I asked about.  I notified them on Thursday and they were out taking care of business on Monday. It was great to see that all of this didn't make it to the land fill.  The trunks of the Sissoo trees went to a local person that makes furniture. They finish the project in two day and cleaned up the area pretty well.

I would highly recommend using Veterans Family Tree Service. The price was fair and offer a discount for Veterans. When I need some other trees trimmed, I know who I will be calling.

ArborCraft trimmed a very large pecan tree in my backyard and did an excellent job. They avoided dropping limbs on my new pool fence and they cleaned everything up afterwards better than they found it. All the guys were super nice. Their price was the best I found in the Valley as well.

Called Arbor Care for some large tree removals. Daniel came out next day to provide a quote - solid dude. The quote was better than expected. They were booked two weeks out which I didn't think was bad. However, they were able to get me in much sooner (due to a cancellation I'm thinking). The crew arrived on time and they were friendly and professional. I was impressed by the quality control. To maintain such a consistent level of professionalism throughout the entire process is impressive and I'm sure they pride themselves on that. I couldn't believe how quickly they wrapped up the removals. There were no issues whatsoever. I would definitely recommend them!

We called Core to trim some very large trees. They did a great job and were fair with the price. Excellent customer service. Customer for life.

Thank you Innovation Tree Care for promptly taking care of my three palms that needed skinning. Azael was extremely responsive and on time.  They completely the job professionally and cleaned up thoroughly after the work was completed. Pricing was most reasonable!  I will have them taking care of all of my palms from now on!

This company of professionals is absolutely professional and meticulous in their work.  I live in Terravita in north Scottsdale, famous for their strict rules about everything.  Ed and his crew were conscientious and thorough, but worked hard to accommodate everything I wanted to get accomplished to clean up the tree detritus and fire hazards in the area.  They are a delightful group of people who work hard and work well together.  I could not believe how reasonable their charges were.  A fair company in today's gouging market!

Our landscaper said our big Acacia tree in front of the house had to be removed and all other trees pruned.  Thanks to a quick response and walk thru with Eddie, neither had to be done!  He was on time, knowledgeable and gave me Fish Fertilizer to help the tree.  Eddie didn't charge for the service call or the fertilizer!  I will call AZ Desert Tree Care for all of our arbor needs.  Will refer to my neighbors! This is the first time we used Bassett Tree Service and we are very happy with the job they did on our huge sissoo. They topped it as well as thinned out the branches. They cleaned up all the branches and leaves and the tree looks 100% better. I would highly recommend them.

Highly recommend Murphy's Trees. They are very professional and are nice to work with. Most importantly, they do GREAT work. They took down a very large pine tree in our front yard. Branches/pieces consistently fell right to the base of the tree as a result of expert cutting.

I called Valentin in need of a lawn care person to do some clean up around my house due to some overly concerned neighbors.  Called and he answered his phone which does not happen all the time, told me would call back and he did.  Visited my lawn called back with a price and would do the job the next day.  Got home from work on the day he said he would do the job and it looks GREAT.  He did everything you would expect and more.  This crew is amazing and they work magic with your yard.  Would recommend him to the world.  GREAT job guys and thanks for the great job.

All I can say is WOW!!  I wish I could give them 20 stars!!!  I had All American Arborist come out (along with SEVERAL others) for a quote to remove two trees from my front and back yard.  They came out same day  to give a quote and were very professional in every sense of the word, very knowledgeable, not pushy, sincere, answered any and all questions, explained the step by step process in what would be needed and provided a quote shortly there after.  Not only was their quote extremely reasonable, their qualifications were even better (they were even able to match a quote I received from a company that wasn't even bonded or insured, which they have covered in every aspect of the term and were hundreds of dollars cheaper than those claiming to be so).  After accepting their quote they scheduled me in a very timely manner and arrived exactly when they said they would.  As far as their actual work, phenomenal!!!  They did the exact work that was quoted and made my yard look even better than when they arrived by making sure there wasn't a single piece of anything for me to pick up.... including leaves or random branches left from trees on the ground that weren't even their responsibility left from several weeks of me plain old not having the time or energy to do it myself.  Moral of the story, I would recommend All American Arborist to any and everyone that needs anything done from tree to stump etc removal.  I can not begin to say enough great things about them.  Schedule with them and see for yourself.   :)

Wow!  I was so impressed with the surgical precision that Hayward removed this 50 foot Sissoo tree from my backyard.  Three or four cuts removed by a crane to a crew that cut it into smaller pieces for the chipper.  Larger trunk pieces into a waiting trunk and then they stumped it down the ground.  Cleaned up nicely and were reasonably priced!  Thank you guys!
