They were on time,did everything we had asked for, were pretty expensive, but on the walk through discovered more to repair than I thought, and the cleaned up nicely afterwards. My only complaint might be some of the wood splices were not as clean as they could have been, which is the main reason I didn't give them 5 stars, and I thought the price was a little on the high side.

Citrus trees needed serious maintenance.  Everyone was courteous, knowledgeable and informative from start to finish.   Appreciate their service.  Will definitely use them as needed.

Got a pretty quick response after a microburst fell two of our larger trees and damaged another. They missed out on the removal of the downed trees, but I was able to get them to clean up the large damaged Sweet Acacia that survived the storm. A crew or 5-6 swept in and out in less that an hour and did a great job on the tree, and cleaned up well when they finished. They'll get any future tree trimming business we might have in the future, but I did find out that they do not sell or install  replacement trees (provided a referral instead). The price was reasonable, I suppose, with the prices of everything going up dramatically. Good job!

Such great service. Free quotes and scheduling via text messages. I have used their services twice and both times they were able to get the work done much sooner than expected. The crew shows up and makes short work of the job. They are fast but do excellent work, which is refreshing in this day and age! We will use them for all our tree care in the future!

Al and his crew removed a large grapefruit tree and palm from our backyard.  Great cost and great work. Left everything clean.  Couldn't be happier!!

We hired Jesse a few years ago to reroute an irrigation line and plant a Desert Willow tree in our yard. The tree is thriving and has grown so much since it was planted.

Meanwhile, our neighbors have a HUGE Palo Verde tree that grows until it covers half our house every couple years. The neighbors are great. We let them know that the tree needs to be trimmed, and they get right on it.

We recently let our neighbors know that it was time to trim the tree again. The crew showed up this morning, and it was Jesse!

They trimmed this monstrous Palo Verde so good! It was hanging down in our front yard and all over our roof. Even though our neighbors hired them, they swept and cleaned all the debris off of our roof and cleaned up every bit of the tree remnants from our front yard.

I knew this company was awesome a few years ago, but our experience with them today was amazing!

Azael was extremely responsive and on time.  They completely the job professionally and cleaned up thoroughly after the work was completed. Pricing was most reasonable!  I will have them taking care of all of my palms from now on!

I have now used Innovation Tree Care 3 times and I have never even considered using another company. These guys are QUICK. 2 of them finished a full front and back yard weed spray and trimmed and cleaned up TEN palm trees (4 of them super tall ones) and they finished in less than an hour and a half. They have always showed up on time, been very communicative, and have extremely fair prices.

This company of professionals is absolutely professional and meticulous in their work.  I live in Terravita in north Scottsdale, famous for their strict rules about everything.  Ed and his crew were conscientious and thorough, but worked hard to accommodate everything I wanted to get accomplished to clean up the tree detritus and fire hazards in the area.  They are a delightful group of people who work hard and work well together.  I could not believe how reasonable their charges were.  A fair company in today's gouging market!

Edward just came out with his crew and they did an INCREDIBLE job! The customer service was impeccable (while I was juggling a sick toddler and two dogs), the job looks AMAZING, and the clean up was perfection. We needed a major trim up on 4 trees and two tree removals. Edward was able to come out, quote us and then within a week, he got the job done at a very affordable price. Call Joe & use this company! I was struggling to get an appt with other companies, due to lack of returning calls or responses via email. A few companies wanted $200 just to come out and look at the tree - apparently industry standard. I call Bassett Tree Services and Joe answered immediately. He asked me to text him, send some pictures of the tree in question and he would get back with me later this week. I did not even know what kind of tree it was...LOL.. I took 4 pictures and texted to Joe, within minutes Joe called me back and explained the tree had a badsunburn...LOL! He told me what type of tree it was - what to do to the tree bark, how to clean it, wrap with tape to ensure it did not continue to burn in that hot AZ sun...

Joe help us with a recommendation to help our tree, so today, we do not need his help, but if we ever do in the future, we will call this company. Just wanted to shout out to Joe - exceptional customer service like this is not the norm! Thank you!!

Another company in the area failed to arrive for the appointed time so I reached out to Murphy's Trees.
They responded promptly, arrived early, worked quickly, cleaned up nicely, provided great insight into the issues we faced with our Queen Palms and charged fairly.
Could not be more pleased with the service and education. I recommend, highly, Murphy Trees.

So, how often do you need to use a specialist to trim your palm trees?  Likely not too often. But when you do, Jose and his guys are the people to call.

I found Jose through Yelp. He and his guys were everything and more that all of the positive reviews say. He answered my phone call on the first try, and he had his crew at my house to trim a 35 foot palm the same day. The price was very reasonable, and his crew did a super job, including cleaning up all the palm frond debris.

If you have an unruly palm that you're seeking to tame, Jose is your man!

We had two trees removed recently and the Hayward workers were fast and efficient. It was amazing to watch big trees fly through the air!  They ground up the trees fast and cleaned up the entire area. Very impressed with customer service and  great service.

Wow!  I was so impressed with the surgical precision that Hayward removed this 50 foot Sissoo tree from my backyard.  Three or four cuts removed by a crane to a crew that cut it into smaller pieces for the chipper.  Larger trunk pieces into a waiting trunk and then they stumped it down the ground.  Cleaned up nicely and were reasonably priced!  Thank you guys!
