Our experience with PETRUS Countertop and Remodeling was beyond expectation.  We consulted and visited with other similar businesses in Phoenix and decided to go with PETRUS.  There was not a single person connected with this company that was not friendly, welcoming and well informed about the business.  From Jennifer who was the first contact at the showroom (excellent  business phone skills) who opened the door to their office and showed us the area where stone slabs are on display.  We met Luiz, head of showroom sales and estimates.  He set up the visit to our home to measure our the countertop which needed replacing.  When the day arrived for measurements, it was the owner who appeared, Fabio Silva.  Friendly and reassuring.  We had a situation where the vessel sink could not be separated from the top and the entire counter with sink attached needed to be removed, one piece!  We found a beautiful quartz remnant but in the stack was not fully exposed to see and Luiz arranged to have it pulled out for us to view.  Not only was the work done very quickly, they had it fabricated and installed days before the original date, then they showed up an hour early : )  The installers were so pleasant, quiet and professional throughout the entire procedure.  Our job was a very small one but no one projected that because it was evident this company values it's customers.  PETRUS is the company you want to think of first for any remodeling.  480-281-2675, 1437 N. 27th Lane, Phoenix 85009

We need our 5 large trees trimmed and called Roy's. They scheduled to come and do an estimate but never showed up, never called and did not even return our calls. I took time off of work to meet them. If you're going to set an appointment with a potential client, you should show up. If you can't show up as scheduled, you should contact the client and let them know. If you get a call from a client asking for a return call, you should return our call. Roy's Trees are a fail for us.

They pruned two large trees in my front yard. They did an excellent job, and were very reasonably priced. I would definitely call them again!

I requested a quote through Yelp for managing tree disease on our citrus tree. AC responded quickly and scheluded an appointment on 11/16 between 7am and 2pm. Technician was supposed to call on way for gate code etc. We waited home all day..even sent a message through Yelp and left a voice message at business number telling them we were waiting but no response! They may be ok but when someone sets an appointment and doesn't show up-OR call-I'm done!

These guys do a poor job of enforcing the stereotype of these sorts of services. They were so quick, clean, professional and really concerned that the job they did was to our satisfaction. I have used them twice now to take care of grinding 4 stumps. I will continue to use them as I need to take care of all the trees on my property! They're pride shows!!!

Once again this crew goes above and beyond!!  Great communication and excellent service and experience!! I love these guys!!

We hired Jesse a few years ago to reroute an irrigation line and plant a Desert Willow tree in our yard. The tree is thriving and has grown so much since it was planted.

Meanwhile, our neighbors have a HUGE Palo Verde tree that grows until it covers half our house every couple years. The neighbors are great. We let them know that the tree needs to be trimmed, and they get right on it.

We recently let our neighbors know that it was time to trim the tree again. The crew showed up this morning, and it was Jesse!

They trimmed this monstrous Palo Verde so good! It was hanging down in our front yard and all over our roof. Even though our neighbors hired them, they swept and cleaned all the debris off of our roof and cleaned up every bit of the tree remnants from our front yard.

I knew this company was awesome a few years ago, but our experience with them today was amazing!

I was helped today by Brian Hedges, an employee at Moon Valley Nursery. I told him I was looking for two trees, and some Brian is very knowledgeable as he used to be a landscapet and was able to educate us on how to take care of our trees. I highly recommend Brian for his plant and tree knowledge and his background as a landscaper, and a very easy going friendly person. Thanks Brian!

At first he appears to be very nice and willing to complete the work but then became polar opposite, unresponsive and indifferent to the work. Leaves yard rubbish behind. Lacks clean and detailed service. Several occasions I had to remind him to please take the garden waste they had left from last time they were here. Gave him time (6 months) for the opportunity to show value to his services but continuously fell short from. I told him I would pay extra, but that we just wanted nice detailed work. They would not rake the pebbled yard.

Very clean work. Very responsive and timely. Came out next day of setting up service and completed work very well. Would definitely recommend and use again.

This company of professionals is absolutely professional and meticulous in their work.  I live in Terravita in north Scottsdale, famous for their strict rules about everything.  Ed and his crew were conscientious and thorough, but worked hard to accommodate everything I wanted to get accomplished to clean up the tree detritus and fire hazards in the area.  They are a delightful group of people who work hard and work well together.  I could not believe how reasonable their charges were.  A fair company in today's gouging market!

I've had my share of issues with home related matters (repairs, etc.) and it was such an amazing surprise when I first met Edward and his crew.  They were on time, did the work as I expected and cleaned up.  They even came back a second time after the rain had settled most of the ground around what was left of the 40 year old pine tree.  They did just what I expected--exactly what I wanted done.  Angelo, brother Joe, Edward and the rest of his team are the best.  My new go-to guys for tree care and anything related.

We had to arrange for someone to remove one tree and trim three others at my 91 year old Mothers' home in Mesa AZ. We live in California and plan to drive our RV there next year when it's safe but for now needed to get bids on the phone. Also needed to be sure we could park under the trees when we arrive next year. See the pictures for how overgrown it was!

Called a number of places before speaking with Joe from Bassett Tree Service. Their price was reasonable and Joe sounded both professional as well as knowledgeable. I accepted their bid later that day and Joe said they'd try to schedule it within the next week. They were actually able to be there two days later and did an amazing amount of work in less than a couple of hours. Very hard working team. Great job. See that after picture for how much work they did!

Had my date palm trimmed yesterday by Gonzalez Palm and Tree services. Called for price quote and Stephan was courteous and professional. After I text him a picture of the tree, I received a quote within 10 minutes. Also said since he was working nearby he could do the job later that same day. He came by with a couple other workers, I showed him a picture of how I would like it trimmed and they got right to it!  Trimmed, cleaned up and removed in about 1 hour. I am very impressed with the response time, the fair price and quick completion of the job. I am only giving 4 stars because we felt clean up could have been better, we had to pic up some loose debris after they left. But happy enough with this business to recommend their service. We will definitely use them again.

We had a bad storm that split a pretty large tree in half and another one that was growing into our power lines and I requested a quote to remove the dead tree and clean up the other and they came out the very next day, gave me a more than fair quote so I scheduled. They fit me in within 2 days and even stayed until after 6pm on a Friday to not just finish the job (they did an amazing job by the way) but they even cleaned up all the branches and leaves that were already on the ground (not just the stuff that fell from the trimming but that was on the ground before they started).  I'd highly recommend them for their professionalism and great work for a good price.

Valentin and his crew did a superb clean-up job on my 1+ acre lot. He walked the lot with me prior and gave me a quote that was clear and reasonable, so there was no vagueness about the job. They were were prompt, professional and efficient. They made sure to check for my approval or input along the way. My property looks great. The clean up included pruning for over 8 trees- they all look beautiful. I will absolutely continue to use them for my maintenance going forward. I am so happy I found them!

We engaged All American Arborist to take a look at our two ficus trees, two queen palms and on a death's doorstep Orchid Tree.  Jon came out to talk with me, was very professional and very patient with all of my questions and concerns.  Ultimately, we hired him to trim the four trees, fertilize the Palms and buy and plant an 8 ' tall Mexican Lime tree.  He offered great detailed quotes with landscaping plots with identification.  His quote process was very clear and efficient.  He impressed me so, I simply said you do what your experience and expertise tells you.  His crew came on time, did a fine job, were very respectful and cleaned up afterward (much better in the back yard work, less so in front - but not worth taking away a star).  His company is now officially in my address book and I can now say I have a tree guy.   (we cut down the dead orchid tree our selves, we had been struggling for years to keep it going - it doesn't help that is not native to Phoenix.)

Wow!  I was so impressed with the surgical precision that Hayward removed this 50 foot Sissoo tree from my backyard.  Three or four cuts removed by a crane to a crew that cut it into smaller pieces for the chipper.  Larger trunk pieces into a waiting trunk and then they stumped it down the ground.  Cleaned up nicely and were reasonably priced!  Thank you guys!
