I was very satisfied with the work that paul and son did on renovating my deck and stairs and railings. Couldnt have asked for better. It was done exactly as requested, better than i expected in fact. It was done on time and on budget. Cleaned up afterwards. I will use them again for a few other things i have in mind. Excellent work and excellent service..

I never give poor reviews and really had high hopes based on the positive reviews ( although most are very old). I am really disappointed with this company. The owner Fabio came out to my home and gave us an estimate. We communicated for weeks planning my kitchen remodel with Jennifer. I purchased the materials needed and they gave me an appointment to come to the shop to review everything with the owner Fabio and sign the contract.
My husband and I took the day off to meet at their warehouse to look at quartzite materials and sign the contract. We arrived early and no one was at the shop. I called several times and finally an employee named Jennifer answers to tell us they will not be able to meet today.
I understand emergencies happen, but a phone call to cancel would have been the least they could do after we drove for 45 minutes to the shop. I should have not had to keep calling and be stuck outside in this Arizona heat trying to figure out what is going on. The owner Fabio never returned my call. No follow up to reschedule...nothing! Complete disregard for our time and project. Horrible service and a waste of time.
****Here is one of two estimates attached, I also have the text message transcripts between the company and I for our appointment that shows the date and time( Friday ) as well as other information regarding final colors and materials. Next time please be honest and just accept your mistake and apologize for wasting our time. I would have been happy to update my review based on that, but falsely claiming that I am not a customer when you have been to my home for an estimate and follow up is very unprofessional.

Terrible service! Please save your time and DO NOT contact them or use their service. After much back and forward on Yelp I was told tomorrow afternoon  but at the end they never call or show up.

I message them in the early afternoon of the appointment and was told one hour but 3 hours later, no show. I called and was told there was car trouble and will try to make it. 2 hours later, no call and told me when I call nope, won't make it today and can't help you tomorrow either

The excuse for not contacting me was out of service but somehow they able to answer my call when I call.

Veteran Family Tree Service just completed work at my home. I found them to be responsive, reasonable, reliable, and they provided professional service. They significantly trimmed my mesquite tree but kept the balanced shape as they took out interwoven branches. They also significantly trimmed my olive tree. They left my yard spotless! Other companies either no showed or provided outrageous estimates ($800 for two trees).  VFTS came to my home and gave me an estimate the day after I called them and the trees were trimmed two days later. These guys are outstanding and I highly recommend them. They have five stars for a reason - they earned them!

I found Arbor Craft here on Yelp, I went to their website and requested a quote and Anthony contacted me the same day, appt was made for in person quote and he showed up exactly when he said he would. I was given an extremely reasonable quote for the removal of 15 trees and the whole process was super easy. The crew (Miguel) that showed up to complete the job were very professional, courteous and on time and our yard looks fantastic! I would definitely recommend this company and work with them again.

I had a wonderful experience with this company.  They were prompt in returning my calls and on time.  They called the day before the work to confirm their arrival time.  The estimator for the job took great notes as we walked the property.  Today they did the work and arrived on time.  They were very polite and asked me to show them around to confirm the work needed doing.  They were so amazingly efficient and cleaned everything so good that I didn't even know I had tree trimming done!

When you decide to give your issue to Core Tree Service, Al and his team  perform the task with the utmost effort to complete it ! From the initial call to job completion, Al and his team are the ones to call for your tree concerns ! They did a great job; up to and including clean-up. They scheduled my issue very very quickly and arrived on time; ready to roll ! Don't SEARCH...CALL AL !!!

I'm so pleased! Tanya came out to measure my tree within a few days of speaking directly with Jesse to obtain a quote. She then sent me quotes for different options which were very thorough. Prices quoted were so much more reasonable than some of the astronomical prices I had received from competitors. Within about a week of speaking with her, the crew were scheduled to come out to work. They showed up a few minutes before promised. Daniel was very courteous and had a gaiter on which I really appreciated. My palm tree had about three seasons worth of growth on it so it was a complete mess! The tree was trimmed, all debris was collected and the area around the tree was cleaned up all within about an hour. Daniel and crew did an amazing job! Next Level went above my expectations and I will be using them for any maintenance (or possibly removing the palm which I loathe) from this point forward. Gave Innovation Tree Care a call to cut down a tree that was hanging over our pool and garage, and dropping large amounts of debris 3-4x per year. They came a week later, cut it down and trimmed back a few others for a very reasonable price. The work was completed safely and efficiently, and they left our back yard better than they found it!

Our HOA recently sent us a landscaping violation for having mistletoe in our front tree. Mistletoe?! What are they talking about?!

I had to do some research, I thought mistletoe was the stuff you stood under at Christmas. Boy did I get an eyeopener. One website says There are 1,300 mistletoe species worldwide. The continental United States and Canada are home to more than 30 species, and Hawaii harbors another six.

Once I knew what I was looking for I found it in a number of places in my front tree.

So I called AZ Desert Tree Care.

Edward came out and gave it a look over and said it would not be a problem to remove and trim up the tree. We had a good discussion and he asked if there was anything else, I said ya, and I took him in the back yard to show him my 2 fruit trees. One orange and one lemon.

My wife has been nervous about the orange tree because the trunk leans away from our brick fence. And it has been very heavy with fruit so I got her point. So in talking to Andrew about them he explained that they only need to be trimmed once every year or 2. Not every month like my landscaper has been doing for years. He explained about how the lemon tree needed to be thinned out in the middle to get sunshine through the center to get more fruit, which we have had very little on that tree.

The quote was reasonable so I scheduled it. When the day came the guys that came out were very polite and they got right to work. WOW! What a difference in the trees. For one, the wife was really happy with the fruit trees. (when mama is happy...) The mistletoe was gone as well as a lot of weight on the front tree. That was one of the first things the lead guy told me when he arrived, how heavy the front tree looked.

They also put the good ol' fishy fertilizer on all of the trees. I was told that it will also help keep mistletoe from attaching and growing on the tree.

Oh, one last thing. Andrew pointed out the drips on the fruit trees. They have always been at the base of the trunk. And I always wondered about that. He mentioned that it will create a root ball at the base of the tree. The drips should be located at the dripline of the tree, which makes perfect sense. He recommended splitting the line and have one drip at opposite locations at the tree's dripline. Done!

So I will have them back out next year to see if things need trimmed up again.

This company of professionals is absolutely professional and meticulous in their work.  I live in Terravita in north Scottsdale, famous for their strict rules about everything.  Ed and his crew were conscientious and thorough, but worked hard to accommodate everything I wanted to get accomplished to clean up the tree detritus and fire hazards in the area.  They are a delightful group of people who work hard and work well together.  I could not believe how reasonable their charges were.  A fair company in today's gouging market!

Ed is a man of great integrity it shows in his work and it shows with how his crew treats him. I can't begin to tell you how thorough and professional this job was done from the first branch cut to the last twig brushed off of my yard. Joe and his workers are AWESOME! Highly communicative, quick and efficient, and very professional from beginning to end. I did a lot of research into other arborists, and Bassett Tree Service was my top choice- and I was not disappointed! So, how often do you need to use a specialist to trim your palm trees?  Likely not too often. But when you do, Jose and his guys are the people to call.

I found Jose through Yelp. He and his guys were everything and more that all of the positive reviews say. He answered my phone call on the first try, and he had his crew at my house to trim a 35 foot palm the same day. The price was very reasonable, and his crew did a super job, including cleaning up all the palm frond debris.

If you have an unruly palm that you're seeking to tame, Jose is your man!

After reaching out numerous times to schedule and being told a date. No one contacted me or showed up. I will be seeking a more reliable company in the future. No thanks guys.

Hayward removed an large ash tree in my front yard which was wedged near the corner of a block wall. They arrived on time & removed the tree that partially hung over my roof without any contact with the roof, which was a big concern for me. Using a crane, the tree removal is done swiftly & efficiently, fed to the chipper & hauled off. They cleaned the entire area afterwards. all debris on my private street, gone. This is an A + professional team. Personable, friendly, addressed every concern I had. Highly recommend. Huge relief this is over! Whew!!!

Wow!  I was so impressed with the surgical precision that Hayward removed this 50 foot Sissoo tree from my backyard.  Three or four cuts removed by a crane to a crew that cut it into smaller pieces for the chipper.  Larger trunk pieces into a waiting trunk and then they stumped it down the ground.  Cleaned up nicely and were reasonably priced!  Thank you guys!
