Wasn't pleased with the service we received. To begin, I am not a complainer and I am fair in my reviews of good and bad. We hired this company to cut back and thin out 4 of our trees. We were quoted $600. We have had this job done multiple times as we have lived in our home for close to 7 yrs. When the job was complete I went outside and was shocked at the little change made to our trees. They simply cut out branches to bring the tree in, but did not thin the tree out - at all. I was told he does not thin out trees and if I wanted him to, he would charge more. We went back and forth until he decided he would come back and fix the
Trees. When I arrived home, he had thinned one tree, but failed to do the other. He was not thorough in his work, at all. In addition, one of his men left our pool gate hitched open with a rock which was seen on camera and left open and they left my property that way. As a parent of small children, I can not begin to express my outrage. All in all, they did a half hearted job and I would NOT recommend them.

I've been sitting on this Eucalyptus for the better part of a decade. It's a nice tree, but in a tough location, and functionally it wasn't really providing the shade needed to justify keeping this 50 plus foot tree. I took no less than a half dozen quotes, and Andy beat them soundly. A few weeks later, they came to do the job. They were on time, and had a nice crew...6, including Andy. They all seemed passionate and excited to be at work, which to me, means a lot. They spent the entire day taking this tree down. They were pleasant to talk to, answered any questions I had and even suggested pro active ways I could manage the area to limit re growth. I always appreciate good companies who seem passionate about their jobs, have crews of guys that love what they do, and smile all day. It's not easy being a homeowner and having people over all day. But this was a breeze. I highly recommend this company. I may add that they were still smiling after being in the 106 degree June heat for 9 hours. Thank you VFTS!

First of all they were scheduled to arrive between 8-10am. I heard nothing from anyone. No call explaining a delay. About 10:15 I tried to call the office and the voicemail box was full so I emailed and almost immediately got a callback. She said one crew was out sick so they were working short but she'd make a call to find out when they would be arriving. They finally showed at 11:30. NOT Arborists by any stretch of the imagination. The Company names is very deceiving! The guy that comes to do the estimate spoke like he really knew a lot about various trees so I actually expected an arborist would be coming. Silly me!
However 3 very nice Hispanic guys, with only one barely able to speak/understand English, got right to work. Unfortunately I had to show them repeatedly, on both my trees, what dead branches still needed to be trimmed. They didn't require ladders and were done in 45 minutes for $250. I should of asked my usual Hispanic landscaper to do the job for 1/2 that fee. Oh AND the English speaker was surprised to hear from me that I was told they had a crew out sick. He said that wasn't true, they were just very busy and running late.

Arbor Care removed three trees from our home, one very close to the house and two very close to a block wall. I was not sure how they'd do this in tight quarters, but they didn't even hesitate and had them all removed incredibly quickly (one with the help of a nimbly-maneuvered crane truck).

They were reasonably-priced (in line with other estimates I received), very easy to work with (via text), and super polite. I'd use them again in a heartbeat!

This is our first experience with Core Tree Service.
From beginning to end,Al was absolutely great. His knowledge and care for both the customer and trees are exceptional. He gave one of the most affordable, reasonable estimates to take care of 3 large (20-25') trees, as well as removing some older dying trees. Our local tree trimmer wouldn't touch our yard, but thank you to Al and his absolutely phenomenal team, everything was completed in very short time, with a great cleanup/care for our property. We found our one-stop shopping source for any tree related work or advice. Thanks guys!

Everything went as arranged ahead of time.  They were fair priced, punctual, professional, NEAT and efficient.  I could not ask for anything more.

Went here today with my husband and our doggie to look around and get an idea of what we're doing next. Everyone was very kind and helpful. Stephanie went ABOVE and beyond to try to help us figure out what to use on our last tree that was planted and isn't doing so hot. Stephanie, we appreciate you very much! They do wonderful work for a great cost. He is always willing to help me with tasks around the house and even fixed my outdoor light the last time he was here without me asking. If you're looking for service definitely hire him!

This company of professionals is absolutely professional and meticulous in their work.  I live in Terravita in north Scottsdale, famous for their strict rules about everything.  Ed and his crew were conscientious and thorough, but worked hard to accommodate everything I wanted to get accomplished to clean up the tree detritus and fire hazards in the area.  They are a delightful group of people who work hard and work well together.  I could not believe how reasonable their charges were.  A fair company in today's gouging market!

Ed and his team were great! We were trying to find someone locally who knew how to trim our trees. (We had trees that hadn't been trimmed in over 11 years.) Ed was here a few days after I called AZ Desert Tree Care, gave us a quote, and was back in a few days to do the work. Our property looks so good now! His crew did a great job at cleaning everything up. We would highly recommend AZ Desert Tree Care!

Call Joe & use this company! I was struggling to get an appt with other companies, due to lack of returning calls or responses via email. A few companies wanted $200 just to come out and look at the tree - apparently industry standard. I call Bassett Tree Services and Joe answered immediately. He asked me to text him, send some pictures of the tree in question and he would get back with me later this week. I did not even know what kind of tree it was...LOL.. I took 4 pictures and texted to Joe, within minutes Joe called me back and explained the tree had a badsunburn...LOL! He told me what type of tree it was - what to do to the tree bark, how to clean it, wrap with tape to ensure it did not continue to burn in that hot AZ sun...

Joe help us with a recommendation to help our tree, so today, we do not need his help, but if we ever do in the future, we will call this company. Just wanted to shout out to Joe - exceptional customer service like this is not the norm! Thank you!!

Drew is fantastic!! He gave us honest information, shared his knowledge of how to care for our trees moving forward and even went above and beyond to physically show us the best way to water our trees...and all this was done during the consultation!! Quotes were sent right away for various services we discussed at extremely reasonable prices. We decided to go with Murphy's Trees right away because of his impeccable service during the consultation. Upon the day of service, Drew arrived and got straight to work. Again, he went above and beyond in his service. He even cleaned up our yard's leaves on the ground to be kind at no extra cost. He was efficient, friendly and followed COVID guidelines the entire time. We will use this business time and again for our tree needs. He even wrote instructions down for us in how to care for our trees moving forward. He is the best. We will recommend him to everyone!!

Trying to get a quote for new service. Very non-responsive. If they don't respond to potential new clients, that doesn't bode well for communication with existing clients.

Valentin is extremely friendly and professional, promptly returned all my phone calls and texts; patiently answered all my questions re fabric under-layment and sizing of rocks; performed job as he promised; and, as I'm out of state, he sent me not one or two pics as I requested, but
nine or ten pics; highly recommend this company.

Thanks to the winds my willow decided to land on my house tonight. I called John from All American Arborist and his crew came out to my house within a half hour after I got off the phone with him.

John made sure that his crew wore their safety gear at all time and that none of my plants were damaged while taking down my tree.  It was worth the extra money to have them come out tonight.  Thanks John I look forward to see what kind of trees you have to replace the one that was cut down.

John and his crew are very friendly and I am very happy that I chose them to do the job.

Wow!  I was so impressed with the surgical precision that Hayward removed this 50 foot Sissoo tree from my backyard.  Three or four cuts removed by a crane to a crew that cut it into smaller pieces for the chipper.  Larger trunk pieces into a waiting trunk and then they stumped it down the ground.  Cleaned up nicely and were reasonably priced!  Thank you guys!
