I was very satisfied with the work that paul and son did on renovating my deck and stairs and railings. Couldnt have asked for better. It was done exactly as requested, better than i expected in fact. It was done on time and on budget. Cleaned up afterwards. I will use them again for a few other things i have in mind. Kitchen renovation in process.  The signature piece was just installed.  We give 5 stars to Petrus Granite, a small business here in Phoenix.  From start to finish, we were impressed by the communications, scheduling and of course access to the most beautiful piece of nature that has become a piece of art in our forever home.  Ivan and Gerardo (the installers for Petrus a 5 star business) were on time, and a pleasure to welcome to our home.  Their skill and pleasant natures will be remembered by us for years to come.  Every member of the Petrus team is professional, particular, and work hard to make our dream kitchen come true.  Even the plumbing installation for the new sink was pure perfection.  
We can't wait to complete the kitchen refacing and backsplash!  When finished, the Petrus work will be what we intended:  granite that is art!

we asked for a quote and Roy came by and gave us what we deemed to be a fair quote. The two gentlemen that subsequently did the tree pruning and trimming were excellent. Polite, professional and did a great job, including a very complete clean up when finished. Could not be happier with the service provided by Roy's Trees!

Despite not using Core Tree Service to remove a tree, I'd still like to comment on their responsiveness and fair price.
Based on their communication and pricing, I will definitely consider working with them in the future.

I am very happy with the job Misael did on my yard. It had gotten overgrown and messy looking and after the cleanup and trimming it looks like a new yard! He responded right away when I reached out asking for a quote and had availability within a few days. Our Palo Verde Tree fell during the storm. Misael arrived at my house shortly after I contacted him for an emergency tree removal. He had the tree taken care of within an hour.

This company of professionals is absolutely professional and meticulous in their work.  I live in Terravita in north Scottsdale, famous for their strict rules about everything.  Ed and his crew were conscientious and thorough, but worked hard to accommodate everything I wanted to get accomplished to clean up the tree detritus and fire hazards in the area.  They are a delightful group of people who work hard and work well together.  I could not believe how reasonable their charges were.  A fair company in today's gouging market!

This company did a horrible job on our trees! The owner came out and said he would be here while the work was done, that didn't happen. They over trimmed half and then once I said something barely trimmed the rest. You would think for the $1500.00 we spent that they would know what they are doing and do it right. Beware, do your research!

Needed to have a 30' ficus removed from our yard. Saw great reviews about Bassett Tree Service and gave them a call. Joe, the owner, got back to me quickly, gave me a very reasonable quote and was able to move our appointment up a week ahead of schedule when his schedule opened up. His crew of six came out the following morning and attacked that tree with more hustle and efficiency than I've seen during any project we've had done at our house. In less than an hour the tree was gone, stump ground down, and yard cleaned up. Would never know a tree was ever there. Couldn't be happier and gladly endorse Joe and his guys to anyone needing a large tree project handled quickly, efficiently, and for a reasonable price.

Two gentlemen showed up and did an excellent job.  They trimmed 5 palm trees in no time and did a great clean up job after.  The first time I had this done by another company and they left my pool a mess with much debris.  These guys considered the pool and the shrubbery around.

Wow the job isn't even finished and I'm already posting a 5 star review. First their bid was half of the 2 other companies I contacted. Echoing prior posts Jose gave me a quote in the morning 2 hours later they started the job. A job which other companies told me would take all day (in order to justify their outrageous quotes) Jose and his crew will finish in about 3 hours. I had 2 trees removed ,way to close to my house, both removed with great care and no damage. As I type they're cleaning up every last scrap. Save your self aggravation and call Jose first.

We engaged All American Arborist to take a look at our two ficus trees, two queen palms and on a death's doorstep Orchid Tree.  Jon came out to talk with me, was very professional and very patient with all of my questions and concerns.  Ultimately, we hired him to trim the four trees, fertilize the Palms and buy and plant an 8 ' tall Mexican Lime tree.  He offered great detailed quotes with landscaping plots with identification.  His quote process was very clear and efficient.  He impressed me so, I simply said you do what your experience and expertise tells you.  His crew came on time, did a fine job, were very respectful and cleaned up afterward (much better in the back yard work, less so in front - but not worth taking away a star).  His company is now officially in my address book and I can now say I have a tree guy.   (we cut down the dead orchid tree our selves, we had been struggling for years to keep it going - it doesn't help that is not native to Phoenix.)

Wow!  I was so impressed with the surgical precision that Hayward removed this 50 foot Sissoo tree from my backyard.  Three or four cuts removed by a crane to a crew that cut it into smaller pieces for the chipper.  Larger trunk pieces into a waiting trunk and then they stumped it down the ground.  Cleaned up nicely and were reasonably priced!  Thank you guys!
