They were on time,did everything we had asked for, were pretty expensive, but on the walk through discovered more to repair than I thought, and the cleaned up nicely afterwards. My only complaint might be some of the wood splices were not as clean as they could have been, which is the main reason I didn't give them 5 stars, and I thought the price was a little on the high side.

After searching many vendors for the purpose of getting new granite countertops for my kitchen and hall bathroom without finding the kind of quality stone I wanted, I found Petrus Countertops and was immediately well-impressed by the slabs at their warehouse. They hand-pick only the best granite and quartz. I was able to find exactly the kind of grey granite with white streaks that I had in mind. Compared to big box stores and chains, their granite seems more like marble, and can provide unique slabs that bigger chain stores can't. I also was very happy with the quality of the installation work, and the fact that they provide removal of old countertops, the option of adding sinks, and an in-house plumbing service to disconnect and reconnect the sinks and fixtures. I highly recommend Fabio and Luiz at Petrus for all your stone countertop needs.

This review is to update the one written on May 1st. I met with the owner Roy, of Roy's tree service, who made things right and apologized about the missed appointment.

The tree stump removal was completed and done well. The owner also showed up to be sure there were no problems and was very professional. Care was taken so debris did not end up in the pool and the work was completed in a timely matter.

We contacted Veteran Family Tree Service through yelp.  They responded to our e-mail within a few minutes.  We arranged for an estimate. The representative arrived on time, was very friendly, and listened to what we wanted done.  We received an estimate the same day, and set up a time for the work to be done.  The crew arrived in a timely manner, removed one large pine tree, two citrus trees and all three stumps in about an hour.  They cleaned up everything, and left the property better than they found it.  We found Veteran Family Tree Service to be 'tree'mendous, and we think you will, too.

The grinding and clean up crew came at the end of the day and had very ugly nasty attitudes. The grinding was to be up to 6 below ground, most of the stump was left above ground, hidden under all the debris they did not remove. When we asked them to remove the stump we got the nastiest and rudest response. Trying to demand that I sign paperwork saying all work was done. When I wouldn't I was actually scared of the workers response. The worker got is blower and started just blowing all the debris in the air and into our neighbors yard. How embarrassing for us. We spent about 3 hours sweeping and cleaning not only our yard, but our neighbors as well. And we chose this company and paid more because they promised they would clean up. When they came back to grind the stump more, we asked that they please not blow debris into the neighbors yard. Their solution? Leave all the debris in our yard. Another hour cleaning up. I guess I got the tired crew that doesn't care. However, I tried to call the office to understand what I should expect in the clean up and to ask for them to send a different non-threatening person, but THEY NEVER CALLED ME BACK!!!! The only reason they got two stars is because the actual chopping guys did a great job. The follow up people and the office need customer care training.

We used Arbor Care to take down some eucalyptus trees that were a threat to our home as well as our neighbors home. They came out quickly and gave me an amazing estimate that was $1500 less than every other estimate I had already received. The day came to take down the trees. The crew was so fast and efficient and took down our two trees safely. I was so impressed. They also cleaned up our yard better than I could have imagined. They honestly went above and beyond and just did an amazing job overall. I will be using their company for all my tree trimming in the future! Thank you Arbor Care!!

Excellent customer service!  Not only did our palms get trimmed beautifully we gathered an abundance of knowledge from Jesse.  Our trees will be thriving now thanks to him and his crew!

Moon Valley Tree fellas removed a very large grapefruit tree (taller than my house with a huge canopy) that had been in the ground since the 70's, I'd imagine.  The tree had lived a good life but was on its last leg.  The tree crew came out on a Friday and before they started, I told one of the guys that this was a hard decision for me to make and he reassured me I was going the right thing.  He was very kind knowing that I felt bad for the tree (no judging! :-P ). They took the tree down all the way down to a small stump sticking out of the ground.  Come Monday, the stump crew came out with a bob cat and removed every inch of the root system even making sure that they left the irrigation system sticking out of the ground so I'd not have to hunt it down when I plant there next.  I had the chance to talk to one of the stump crew guys and he gave me suggestions on what to plant next.  Super great guys and a job very well done.

Everything about this service was great. I was able to easily get a quote and schedule service through text message. The team showed up on time and were extremely professional. We had a large Palo Verde tree removed from our front yard that was growing roots into our sewer line. They did an excellent job cleaning up the debris and even edged along the sidewalk. Would definitely recommend this small business.

Wow! Finally I found a tree trimming company that can do it all.  I had such a great experience working with Az Desert Tree Care.  They were responsive, professional and most  importantly experts at tree trimming. They provided advice on how to trim my mature trees and then came in with a large professional crew and got the job done.
They even made modifications mid stream to make sure we were happy with the results.   Our trees look amazing now and I feel like we got a lot of value out the work they did.  Highly recommend them!

This company of professionals is absolutely professional and meticulous in their work.  I live in Terravita in north Scottsdale, famous for their strict rules about everything.  Ed and his crew were conscientious and thorough, but worked hard to accommodate everything I wanted to get accomplished to clean up the tree detritus and fire hazards in the area.  They are a delightful group of people who work hard and work well together.  I could not believe how reasonable their charges were.  A fair company in today's gouging market!

Guys came out to trim my Ironwood tree. They did a great job. Very happy with the results. Cleaned up like they were never there. Can't recommend highly enough.

I love supporting a hardworking family owned local business.  That's what you get with Bassett Tree Service.  I have 3 huge ficus trees that needed some serious trimming/balancing and Joe's crew did a great job.  They were fast, listened to my needs, cleaned my backyard up very nicely and all at a very fair price!  I will use them again and recommend them thank anyone I know.

This company is incredible!!! I found them here on Yelp and reached out to get a quote and Valentin got right back to me. We were not able to sync our schedules to meet face-to-face so I just described what I want and he came by and then texted me a quote which was more than reasonable. They then came by and took care of my front yard making it look better than it has in years. I have a lot of desert landscaping that went totally crazy with all of the rain and they were able to trim back and weed the whole yard. When they were done he then texted me pictures of their work and I loved that I was then able to just Venmo him the agreed to payment.

I highly recommend Valley Verde Lawn Care and I will absolutely be using them again.

Thanks to the winds my willow decided to land on my house tonight. I called John from All American Arborist and his crew came out to my house within a half hour after I got off the phone with him.

John made sure that his crew wore their safety gear at all time and that none of my plants were damaged while taking down my tree.  It was worth the extra money to have them come out tonight.  Thanks John I look forward to see what kind of trees you have to replace the one that was cut down.

Wow!  I was so impressed with the surgical precision that Hayward removed this 50 foot Sissoo tree from my backyard.  Three or four cuts removed by a crane to a crew that cut it into smaller pieces for the chipper.  Larger trunk pieces into a waiting trunk and then they stumped it down the ground.  Cleaned up nicely and were reasonably priced!  Thank you guys!
