They were on time,did everything we had asked for, were pretty expensive, but on the walk through discovered more to repair than I thought, and the cleaned up nicely afterwards. My only complaint might be some of the wood splices were not as clean as they could have been, which is the main reason I didn't give them 5 stars, and I thought the price was a little on the high side.

Had Roy's come and take down a couple of trees wild thorny verde trees. They were prompt courteous and cleaned up the mess afterwards. We for sure will need them back as this property requires some long overdue TLC. Thanks and see you soon.

Andy and his crew are professional, on time, and listened to what I requested, KEEP THE SHADE  They quoted me over the phone for thinning out the branches for the 25 year old TEXAS EBONY.  The tree has many thorns but Andy climbed the tree and the results are just astounding. i can see the blue sky when standing under the tree which will help during the monsoon storms.  The tree has been thinned out and the branches still provide the shade.  They know what they are doing and could not be more satisfied with the price and job performance.  Highly recommend.

I called Treewise to do some tree cutting and tree trimming for me. I was surprised when the estimate was labeled as Arbor Care and when I asked about it I was told that Arbor Care and Treewise merged a few years ago.
The estimator came exactly on time and the estimate was quite reasonable. The work crew showed up on the appointment date and did an awesome job. The clean up was excellent.
I am very pleased with the work that was done and would highly recommend this company if you need any tree work done.

JR and his team really know what they are doing, he was very knowledgable when it came to my ficus trees.  I had 3 tall ficus trees in my backyard that they have been servicing for years now, but after 6 years it was time to say goodbye. If you need someone to trim your trees or have them removed this is the company to call.  I'm even happier to be supporting a small business with outstanding service. They were beyond Fantastic! I have a HUGE Ficus tree which HAS NEVER  been trimmed like the UNBELIEVABLE JOB they did!  The whole crew was so knowledgeable & professional. I have fruit trees along the sidewalk where they had to take the branches out. Rather than hold them up & carry them out,( which no doubt would have been easier) they dragged them out so as not to knock the fruit off my trees! When they were cleaning up, they cleaned up leaves & debris that was not made by them. The yard & the pool were so clean when they left!  Jessie is so knowledgeable about trees that I would trust him with any recommend he would make regarding my yard!!  To add to this,  their pricing is more than reasonable!! Just TRY them... you definitely won't be sorry!!

We had a 30'+ dead pine tree, where we had built a stage and dressing room around it. The men removed the tree quickly, neatly and without damaging the structures below. Then cleaned up perfectly. They did an amazing job. Had a few estimates and Innovation was the best. Sent pictures of trees I needed trimmed and he sent the estimate over the phone right away. Comminication was great and very professional. Very detailed oriented. Cleaned up everything after they were done. I will definitely use them again.

We requested a quote and Misael was quick and responsive.  He came out to give a quote and ended up cleaning up our front and back yard as well as did a pre-emergent spray.  The price was very fair, him and his team were kind and friendly.  The job they did was thorough and they worked hard and very fast.  We will be contacting them again very soon for additional landscaping needs.

This company of professionals is absolutely professional and meticulous in their work.  I live in Terravita in north Scottsdale, famous for their strict rules about everything.  Ed and his crew were conscientious and thorough, but worked hard to accommodate everything I wanted to get accomplished to clean up the tree detritus and fire hazards in the area.  They are a delightful group of people who work hard and work well together.  I could not believe how reasonable their charges were.  A fair company in today's gouging market!

Needed to have a 30' ficus removed from our yard. Saw great reviews about Bassett Tree Service and gave them a call. Joe, the owner, got back to me quickly, gave me a very reasonable quote and was able to move our appointment up a week ahead of schedule when his schedule opened up. His crew of six came out the following morning and attacked that tree with more hustle and efficiency than I've seen during any project we've had done at our house. In less than an hour the tree was gone, stump ground down, and yard cleaned up. Would never know a tree was ever there. Couldn't be happier and gladly endorse Joe and his guys to anyone needing a large tree project handled quickly, efficiently, and for a reasonable price.

I am so impressed with Drew and his team! I had a giant pine tree that needed to be removed and Drew and his team were very professional to work with and did an absolutely fantastic job! They cleaned up every night before they left, great communication and the work got done on time and better than expected! Trying to get a quote for new service. Very non-responsive. If they don't respond to potential new clients, that doesn't bode well for communication with existing clients.

These guys are total pros!  I had a leaking pvc pipe in my sprinkler system, they fixed the leak, put everyting back together and even raked the area so it looks like they were never there!

They have earned a devoted customer, they will be my first call for anything lawn and yard related.

We called Jon to see about getting 7 big trees trimmed and to remove one that was right up next to our house.  He responded quickly, got us a quote within 24 hours and we were on the schedule within a short amount of time. Now my trees look fantastic!  These guys know what they're doing, they're not just hacking at branches, they actually make them look good.  Even more impressive though, the crew that came out was the most professional group of guys I've ever hired.  They came to the door and introduced themselves so I'd know they were there.  They got right to work and worked steadily all day long.  They cleaned up everything, including some big branches my husband had left in the yard previously.  Nothing was left undone, no trash was left anywhere, my yard looked better after they got done than when they started.  They even closed the gates behind themselves so I could let my dogs out.  Just an all around wonderful experience with this company.  I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Wow!  I was so impressed with the surgical precision that Hayward removed this 50 foot Sissoo tree from my backyard.  Three or four cuts removed by a crane to a crew that cut it into smaller pieces for the chipper.  Larger trunk pieces into a waiting trunk and then they stumped it down the ground.  Cleaned up nicely and were reasonably priced!  Thank you guys!
