Paul was quick to come out, quick with a quote and flexible with the job.  His crew don't look like you'd think however they were professional and great at their jobs.
I would hire them again.

Our experience with PETRUS Countertop and Remodeling was beyond expectation.  We consulted and visited with other similar businesses in Phoenix and decided to go with PETRUS.  There was not a single person connected with this company that was not friendly, welcoming and well informed about the business.  From Jennifer who was the first contact at the showroom (excellent  business phone skills) who opened the door to their office and showed us the area where stone slabs are on display.  We met Luiz, head of showroom sales and estimates.  He set up the visit to our home to measure our the countertop which needed replacing.  When the day arrived for measurements, it was the owner who appeared, Fabio Silva.  Friendly and reassuring.  We had a situation where the vessel sink could not be separated from the top and the entire counter with sink attached needed to be removed, one piece!  We found a beautiful quartz remnant but in the stack was not fully exposed to see and Luiz arranged to have it pulled out for us to view.  Not only was the work done very quickly, they had it fabricated and installed days before the original date, then they showed up an hour early : )  The installers were so pleasant, quiet and professional throughout the entire procedure.  Our job was a very small one but no one projected that because it was evident this company values it's customers.  PETRUS is the company you want to think of first for any remodeling.  480-281-2675, 1437 N. 27th Lane, Phoenix 85009

Update:  Called Roy's for a second property. It was a much bigger job but they still did a super job. Price was reasonable, the trees and yard looked fantastic when they were done and the guys were polite and took great care of the property.

Highly highly recommend this group of guys. From Gabriel coming out to give us the quote to Andy, Lazarus and the crew removing the tree, this company was top notch (pun intended). The tree removed was a very large Palo Verde and they handled it with ease. They removed it and cleaned up the mess in no time. Very efficient. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and I would definitely use them again.

However, I asked them to send a letter to an H.O.A. stating that the tree is stable and not going to fall on the condo and they said  NO!!  WTF!  I paid $550 to trim that tree.  Not like I asked to guarantee it would never fall!!  Not happy and will never use them again!!!  I'll have to find a better tree service  to get this done now!!!

This company is worth the cost. Noel's crew came in and did such an efficient job at getting all my trees looking great. The trees I have needed some serious work. The previous owners hadn't trimmed trees in almost 3 years. I can't get over how fast they were. In and out in an hour and they paid great attention to ensuring they picked everything up. I will definitely be calling them again in the future. Thank you again to Noel's crew! A+

Our tree crew was amazing!!!!! Thanks to Nestor and his guys at Moon Valley they really came through for us! We had a very tall palm and hedges in the backyard that needed to be trimmed. They were on time, polite and professional. They consulted us at the beginning, throughout and at the end to make sure we were satisfied. The palm looked great and the hedge were perfect! We had some debris fall into the neighbors yards - I hadn't yet informed them of the cuttings but Nestor worked to ensure that the neighbors were also happy and that all trimming were picked up on all the neighboring properties. Our neighbors contacted us to let me know how great they did - which helped so much as I felt terrible I hadn't communicated with the neighbors better.  Couldn't ask for a better experience!!

Moon Valley Tree fellas removed a very large grapefruit tree (taller than my house with a huge canopy) that had been in the ground since the 70's, I'd imagine.  The tree had lived a good life but was on its last leg.  The tree crew came out on a Friday and before they started, I told one of the guys that this was a hard decision for me to make and he reassured me I was going the right thing.  He was very kind knowing that I felt bad for the tree (no judging! :-P ). They took the tree down all the way down to a small stump sticking out of the ground.  Come Monday, the stump crew came out with a bob cat and removed every inch of the root system even making sure that they left the irrigation system sticking out of the ground so I'd not have to hunt it down when I plant there next.  I had the chance to talk to one of the stump crew guys and he gave me suggestions on what to plant next.  Super great guys and a job very well done.

I am very happy with the job Misael did on my yard. It had gotten overgrown and messy looking and after the cleanup and trimming it looks like a new yard! He responded right away when I reached out asking for a quote and had availability within a few days. It was a fair price and completed fairly quickly, I will definitely be using him again in the future.

This company of professionals is absolutely professional and meticulous in their work.  I live in Terravita in north Scottsdale, famous for their strict rules about everything.  Ed and his crew were conscientious and thorough, but worked hard to accommodate everything I wanted to get accomplished to clean up the tree detritus and fire hazards in the area.  They are a delightful group of people who work hard and work well together.  I could not believe how reasonable their charges were.  A fair company in today's gouging market!

Valentin and his crew did an absolute amazing job on our backyard!!! Our backyard was full of weeds and his crew managed to remove all of them! I would DEFINITELY recommend them to anyone!!

Hayward Tree service did an excellent job. The big silver oak tree in our back yard was very tall and had dead branches at the top that needed to come down before monsoon season.  There are power lines in the alley that made it inaccessible and the front yard was pretty deep for a crane to get close.
They managed to trim the tree branches.  Very large and thick heavy limbs were taken off. Our tree was on the property line with a clock wall and no damage was done at all. My neighbor is also happy with the job.
I had called 4 companies for quotes...two others looked at the job and did not want it...one never got back to me. Hayward gave me the confidence to go with them. They also cut back a messy orchid tree on property line 4 feet back from wall.  All in all a job well done.

Wow!  I was so impressed with the surgical precision that Hayward removed this 50 foot Sissoo tree from my backyard.  Three or four cuts removed by a crane to a crew that cut it into smaller pieces for the chipper.  Larger trunk pieces into a waiting trunk and then they stumped it down the ground.  Cleaned up nicely and were reasonably priced!  Thank you guys!
