I was very satisfied with the work that paul and son did on renovating my deck and stairs and railings. Couldnt have asked for better. It was done exactly as requested, better than i expected in fact. It was done on time and on budget. Cleaned up afterwards. I will use them again for a few other things i have in mind. You always wonder about yelp ads and the reviews if they are accurate because you have so many choices.
I can't say this strongly enough if you need tree help either storm damage or just maintenance don't look further Roy's Trees is all you need. I have a lot of trees and the last wind storm damage them broken branches, big ones. He kept in touch,  lived up to quotes, showed up on time and did a outstanding job. Can you ask for more.

June 2016  I sent Core Tree Service and email to ask about doing a job at my home.  Within an hour Allen (Al), contacted me.  The next day he was here to give me an estimate.  Honestly, I was extremely happy with the price he gave me.  He and his crew were here the next day to do the job.  I had a huge tree right next to my block wall.  The tree had long since over grown into the neighbors yard as well.  The crew were EXCELLENT.  No, I'm not kidding.  EXCELLENT.  I was very concerned about the HUGE limbs coming down on the block wall, my plants, and the pavers on the patio and side walk as well as the yard lighting fixtures.  Nothing was damaged at all.  The guys were amazing.  No limbs came crashing down.  The guy up in the tree, carefully grabbed each limb and guided it down into a safe area.  
The yard was cleaned up and the job was over.  There is nothing that these guys didn't do to make sure the job was done correctly.  The work was done quickly and with all the care that was humanly possible.  The price was well within reason.  I highly recommend these guys.  Hopefully, you will get the same crew I had.  WOW !

Our tree crew was amazing!!!!! Thanks to Nestor and his guys at Moon Valley they really came through for us! We had a very tall palm and hedges in the backyard that needed to be trimmed. They were on time, polite and professional. They consulted us at the beginning, throughout and at the end to make sure we were satisfied. The palm looked great and the hedge were perfect! We had some debris fall into the neighbors yards - I hadn't yet informed them of the cuttings but Nestor worked to ensure that the neighbors were also happy and that all trimming were picked up on all the neighboring properties. Our neighbors contacted us to let me know how great they did - which helped so much as I felt terrible I hadn't communicated with the neighbors better.  Couldn't ask for a better experience!!

The two divisions of planting and tree removal need better communication. The staff that come to the house are courteous, and attentive.

Wow - what an incredible company and great job they did! I received a quote quickly, and it was about half the price of other quotes I had received. Scheduling was a piece of cake and they came out swiftly. The clean up was exquisite, great service easy payment and amazing to work with! HIGHLY recommend!!!!!

This company of professionals is absolutely professional and meticulous in their work.  I live in Terravita in north Scottsdale, famous for their strict rules about everything.  Ed and his crew were conscientious and thorough, but worked hard to accommodate everything I wanted to get accomplished to clean up the tree detritus and fire hazards in the area.  They are a delightful group of people who work hard and work well together.  I could not believe how reasonable their charges were.  A fair company in today's gouging market!

BUYER BEWARE! Buyer Beware! I contacted Edward the owner of this business for recommendations and a quote on the heavy pruning of my pecan tree. Edward told me he could heavily prune my Pecan tree no problem and he could be here as quickly as Friday to do the job. While I appreciate the the speedy service time, I let him know I had called another company as well and I was waiting for their response before I moved forward with my decision, and I'm so glad I did.

When I received the call back for the other quote I spoke to A REAL arborist from a reputable company that's been around for over 20 years. This gentleman advised me that pruning a pecan tree this time of the year, can kill it. He said heavy pruning would definitely deteriorate health and through his honesty, we agreed to do nothing to the tree at this time.
So after two different recommendations I went online and did my own research, he was correct. If I would've hired Edward I would've lost my 30 year old tree. I would think someone with a tree service would be knowledgable, but he's giving out advice like he doesn't  know anything about trees. Do your research people, this is a fly-by-night company, probably not a certified Arborist either. Somehow he has tricked other people into trusting him but I'm so glad I shopped around and got the truth. If I could give him zero stars I would.

I can't believe I'm having to update my review so soon. My hands are shaking as Im writing this. After I wrote my review today and exposed the truth of someone who was clearly only after my money because he gave me false advice on how to care for my tree, I have now gotten threatening messages from him on yelp saying he's going to find me! I'll post the screen shot of his message for you here to see.

That is very scary and unprofessional and not something I take lightly! I urge anyone else who reads my review to please take caution as you don't know who you're dealing with, certainly not a certified arborist or someone of sane mind. Yelp has record of all our interactions on here so the least I can do is share this information so its documented.

I didn't need more information you told me you could could definitely prune my pecan tree on Friday and for $650. After finding out that wasn't a good idea elsewhere and with my own research that's when I wrote the review..
Yes I just bought the house and the seller told us it had a 30 year old pecan tree in the yard, not uncommon to get all the details on a purchase of a home.
I have been a yelper since 2015 and writing reviews isn't the only way to use yelp.
Whether you know about trees or not it's your behavior that's going to lose you business in the long run. Good luck!

I love supporting a hardworking family owned local business.  That's what you get with Bassett Tree Service.  I have 3 huge ficus trees that needed some serious trimming/balancing and Joe's crew did a great job.  They were fast, listened to my needs, cleaned my backyard up very nicely and all at a very fair price!  I will use them again and recommend them thank anyone I know.

Spoke with Drew at Murphy's Trees who gave me a great quote to aggressively trim a large tree up front. Drew was very responsive in all correspondence via text and call.  Tree was done well, however I wanted a specific branch cut, and the crew was able to come out an accommodate quickly.  I will highly recommend this service to anyone looking for quality work done right.

Valle Verde is an excellent landscaping company. I appreciated Valentin's promptness, attitude and expertise. He was trustworthy, reliable and dependable as well. He listened, asked questions and gave advice ensuring a great customer experience. Most importantly, his patience, kindness and positivity was evident throughout. The overgrown shrubs in our yards needed extensive trimming, and we also requested front and back cleanups. The crew gave us landscaping we can finally be proud of. They trimmed the shrubs incredibly well and cleaned up the yards beautifully. I am so happy to have found this professional landscape company. Wow!  I was so impressed with the surgical precision that Hayward removed this 50 foot Sissoo tree from my backyard.  Three or four cuts removed by a crane to a crew that cut it into smaller pieces for the chipper.  Larger trunk pieces into a waiting trunk and then they stumped it down the ground.  Cleaned up nicely and were reasonably priced!  Thank you guys!
