Had to have three post pedestals replaced on my patio cover. Unfortunately the previous owner had built-up the post with wood framing and stucco which was falling apart.

A big crew came out, demo'd the build-up's and got all the framing exposed. They replaced the pedestals with ones to code and replaced one of the posts that was rotting.

Cleanup was excellent.

I highly recommend them.

Petrus was recommended to me by my brother who used them for a kitchen and bathroom remodel. We also had a great experience with our kitchen remodel, and are now having our bathrooms done. Fabio is great to work with and recommended some details I would not have thought of myself. He will give his honest opinion but is not pushy at all. I told him from the beginning that I am a perfectionist and will notice anything not done right...and I found out he is too! He was often on site while the work was being done and inspected everything personally. Jennifer in the office was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!

What a professional and polite crew. 4 men in the crew who did a fantastic job at removing one mesquite, trimming and thinning a second mesquite and thinning a cactus which took more than a few bites out of their arms and legs! After my first review the owner, Clayton, got in touch and offered to send his crew back out to balance out the trees and clean them up.  They came over and did a good job.  Clayton is all about achieving full customer satisfaction and I do not doubt he will do whatever it takes to make the customer happy.  The only reason I did not go with 5 stars is because they had to come back out but this company will take good care of you.

A TREEmendous experience with this professional company. The owner immediately responded to my request to schedule an appointment. I was undecided whether to trim or remove our huge tree that had overtaken the yard and compromised our fence.After consultation with Julian, the crew supervisor, he informed us of the impact of trimming the tree on the future health of the tree. We ultimately decided to remove the tree based on all of the information. The team was in and out in no time. Cleaned up every last leaf. They showed up on time- even early- a mark of a responsible company. The owner was easily reachable by text and answered any questions I had. I thought the price was more than fair. Such a fabulous experience for a difficult decision. Unbeleafable service.

Ed and his team did a fantastic job removing a big Ash tree hanging over our house.  They responded immediately, came out to the property, and gave us a very affordable quote.  

Because of the location of the tree, a crane was needed to remove the tree piece by piece.  They were extremely thorough removing a giant stump, and eliminating all the roots.  We're now able to build an additional room where the tree used to be.

on the day agreed to and showed up with at least seven crew members who
appeared to be very professional at what they were doing.Cleanup was so good that you can't even tell that they were here and hauled away a lot of
tree branches. Would highly recommend them to anyone needing tree service. Already two of my neighbors have signed up for service with them.

This company of professionals is absolutely professional and meticulous in their work.  I live in Terravita in north Scottsdale, famous for their strict rules about everything.  Ed and his crew were conscientious and thorough, but worked hard to accommodate everything I wanted to get accomplished to clean up the tree detritus and fire hazards in the area.  They are a delightful group of people who work hard and work well together.  I could not believe how reasonable their charges were.  A fair company in today's gouging market!

I had two Ficus Trees removed Bassett did a great job & pricing was reasonable.  I'd recommend services.

I have a ginormous mesquite tree that has not been seriously trimmed for 8 years. I got three quotes and Bassett was low end for what all sounded like the same work. They showed up as scheduled and made really quick work of it, including cleaning up every bit of sawdust. I am ecstatic with the results. Really beyond what I expected. I almost can't stop staring up into what had been kind of a nuisance and is now simply gorgeous. Thanks, Bassett! Fantastic job.

Highly recommend Murphy's Trees. They are very professional and are nice to work with. Most importantly, they do GREAT work. They took down a very large pine tree in our front yard. Branches/pieces consistently fell right to the base of the tree as a result of expert cutting.

Talked to Jose on the phone scheduled a time to come and give me an estimate. He sent his son and we agreed on a price and he wrote me an agreement for $700. They cut off a limb and it fell and did damage to my house at which point the son called his dad, Jose, and he came out and said he doesn't work for free and that if I wanted him to finish the NEW PRICE was $1500! MORE THAN DOUBLE. I said we had a written agreement for $700 and that was all I was going to pay.

I tried to reason with him and asked him if he had finished the job and I told him I was only going to pay him half of what we had agreed on what would he say. He kept having to use his son as a translator and we were getting no where.

He said, We are leaving, and didn't pick anything up and even left a huge limb that they had already cut hanging in the tree 30 feet up which could fall and due damage to my fence or someone standing under the tree. I cleaned up everything he left on the ground but I still have to hire someone to come and finish the job as well as paying a contractor to have the damage done to my house repaired. I'm guessing that will be around $1200 to 1500.

As far as recommending this business, proceed at your own risk. I don't think they are insured because they did not offer to have the damage repaired or give me their insurance information. That's why he wanted to charge me more to pay to fix the damage they had caused. When I have a written agreement I expect to pay that not double what we agreed on. That is why you have them come out and give you a price in writing so there are no issues later. He did not keep his word, damaged my property, and then just left. If you use ANYONE, ask if they have insurance and MAKE SURE YOU GET IT IN WRITING TO PROTECT YOURSELF.

I've been using this company to maintain my yard for over a year. Val and his guys always do great work. When trees need to be trimmed or anything needs to be done Val is right on top of it. Reasonable rates. Consistently excellent work.

Thanks to the winds my willow decided to land on my house tonight. I called John from All American Arborist and his crew came out to my house within a half hour after I got off the phone with him.

John made sure that his crew wore their safety gear at all time and that none of my plants were damaged while taking down my tree.  It was worth the extra money to have them come out tonight.  Thanks John I look forward to see what kind of trees you have to replace the one that was cut down.

John and his crew are very friendly and I am very happy that I chose them to do the job.

Wow!  I was so impressed with the surgical precision that Hayward removed this 50 foot Sissoo tree from my backyard.  Three or four cuts removed by a crane to a crew that cut it into smaller pieces for the chipper.  Larger trunk pieces into a waiting trunk and then they stumped it down the ground.  Cleaned up nicely and were reasonably priced!  Thank you guys!
