They were on time,did everything we had asked for, were pretty expensive, but on the walk through discovered more to repair than I thought, and the cleaned up nicely afterwards. My only complaint might be some of the wood splices were not as clean as they could have been, which is the main reason I didn't give them 5 stars, and I thought the price was a little on the high side.

After searching many vendors for the purpose of getting new granite countertops for my kitchen and hall bathroom without finding the kind of quality stone I wanted, I found Petrus Countertops and was immediately well-impressed by the slabs at their warehouse. They hand-pick only the best granite and quartz. I was able to find exactly the kind of grey granite with white streaks that I had in mind. Compared to big box stores and chains, their granite seems more like marble, and can provide unique slabs that bigger chain stores can't. I also was very happy with the quality of the installation work, and the fact that they provide removal of old countertops, the option of adding sinks, and an in-house plumbing service to disconnect and reconnect the sinks and fixtures. I highly recommend Fabio and Luiz at Petrus for all your stone countertop needs.

Wasn't pleased with the service we received. To begin, I am not a complainer and I am fair in my reviews of good and bad. We hired this company to cut back and thin out 4 of our trees. We were quoted $600. We have had this job done multiple times as we have lived in our home for close to 7 yrs. When the job was complete I went outside and was shocked at the little change made to our trees. They simply cut out branches to bring the tree in, but did not thin the tree out - at all. I was told he does not thin out trees and if I wanted him to, he would charge more. We went back and forth until he decided he would come back and fix the
Trees. When I arrived home, he had thinned one tree, but failed to do the other. He was not thorough in his work, at all. In addition, one of his men left our pool gate hitched open with a rock which was seen on camera and left open and they left my property that way. As a parent of small children, I can not begin to express my outrage. All in all, they did a half hearted job and I would NOT recommend them.

This was a top notch experience! Received an estimate very quickly, Andy showed up to do the job right on time and did a beautiful job of cutting back and shaping our out of control grapefruit tree. We would definitely recommend this company to others.

ArborCraft Tree Service responded fast to my Yelp inquiry. They accommodated my schedule by sending someone out to quote w/o me being home (I appreciated not having to postpone/delay until our schedules meshed up!) I loved the automated emails (a digital quote, contract, booking confirmation, visit reminder, payment receipt) -- so very professional and modern! The removal team showed up on time, were polite, and did excellent work! Robert really knows his stuff! It was interesting to watch him at his craft, calculating which branch to take, moving with precision. His partner, the new guy never stood around idle. Whenever there was a pause, he'd grab a nearby shovel and weed my yard. So unexpected, welcomed, and kind of him! ArborCraft, you have a great team there! This tree had literally kept me awake at night with worry--so I was pleased to see it removed without anybody getting hurt, no property damaged. I'll recommend ArborCraft Tree Service for sure!

We called for a estimate and met with Chrissy a arborist, who came to our home. 10 days later they are in the yard working. If you are looking for a tree service ARBOR CARE IS BEST! This crew came at 8:00am sharp! We had 7 trees that need a lot of TLC. This crew was very  professional quick and really knew what they were doing. 2 hours later with everything cleaned up, we have 7 trimmed & shaped beautiful trees. Thank you!

Said he would come by to give me a quote per our phone conversation and haven't heard back from him after a follow up text. Maybe it's because we only had one tree to trim and he wants big jobs only????

After my post we received a call from the owner to come by which he did the next day. Price was not competitive however for one tree and we were able to have our one tree trimmed for 1/2 the price he quoted the next day.

We had a dead mesquite in the back yard of our newly purchased home.  Moon Valley provided excellent service with a thorough cleanup.  About ten days later, they returned to grind out the stump and once again completely cleaned up afterwards.  They kept to the time schedule promised and did a great job.  Look for separate review of their design and planting services.

We are repeat customers, always treated very well by Moon Valley Staff. Bill is always willing to share ideas, and advise on new plantings as well as plants that have been at our home for years. Bill has sent several different crews out to our last two homes, all without exception are so professional and courteous. After a cactus died (which my HOA wasn't thrilled about) I reached out to several landscaping companies for help.  

I knew it would be a challenging request because I needed the dead cactus cut down within a few days (to avoid a delightful HOA fine) and because I was out of town during this time.

This company of professionals is absolutely professional and meticulous in their work.  I live in Terravita in north Scottsdale, famous for their strict rules about everything.  Ed and his crew were conscientious and thorough, but worked hard to accommodate everything I wanted to get accomplished to clean up the tree detritus and fire hazards in the area.  They are a delightful group of people who work hard and work well together.  I could not believe how reasonable their charges were.  A fair company in today's gouging market!

Our sweet acacia tree, half of it just broke off aNd needed soon wine to come remove the broken piece and assess the tree. I called and they came soon after. Very professional. Good price. They came promptly the next morning andter envied the tree and stump. They had all the equipment and crew. Cleaned up nicely. Excellent job.

He showed up did the job but didn't quite finish. I had already paid him thinking it's a reputable business. Calling him back all the time and not getting back to me. I wanted to praise my service to my neighbors. I think not.
Next time I'll just use a landscaper.

We engaged All American Arborist to take a look at our two ficus trees, two queen palms and on a death's doorstep Orchid Tree.  Jon came out to talk with me, was very professional and very patient with all of my questions and concerns.  Ultimately, we hired him to trim the four trees, fertilize the Palms and buy and plant an 8 ' tall Mexican Lime tree.  He offered great detailed quotes with landscaping plots with identification.  His quote process was very clear and efficient.  He impressed me so, I simply said you do what your experience and expertise tells you.  His crew came on time, did a fine job, were very respectful and cleaned up afterward (much better in the back yard work, less so in front - but not worth taking away a star).  His company is now officially in my address book and I can now say I have a tree guy.   (we cut down the dead orchid tree our selves, we had been struggling for years to keep it going - it doesn't help that is not native to Phoenix.)

Wow!  I was so impressed with the surgical precision that Hayward removed this 50 foot Sissoo tree from my backyard.  Three or four cuts removed by a crane to a crew that cut it into smaller pieces for the chipper.  Larger trunk pieces into a waiting trunk and then they stumped it down the ground.  Cleaned up nicely and were reasonably priced!  Thank you guys!
