Had to have three post pedestals replaced on my patio cover. Unfortunately the previous owner had built-up the post with wood framing and stucco which was falling apart.

A big crew came out, demo'd the build-up's and got all the framing exposed. They replaced the pedestals with ones to code and replaced one of the posts that was rotting.

Cleanup was excellent.

I highly recommend them.

I have worked with Petrus on several remodeling project and have always been impressed with their work and professionalism. Roy's Trees did an amazing job. I had two palm trees removed, four trimmed and a large branch removed. You can't even tell that I used to have the two palm trees there. What an amazing company! I had some extremely overgrown oleander trees in my backyard that were threatening the integrity of my block wall.  After a simple and straight forward consultation with one of the company owners, I was given an honest bid; which was lower than the other competitive I had out. 2 days later,  the crew was out and made quick work of the problem trees.
They did an outstanding job on every aspect,  including to make sure the entire work area was cleaned up prior to their departure.  Thanks for a job extremely well done!! I'll definitely be calling again for any and all future landscaping needs here at my home.

Ron and his crew did an amazing job! They took out three trees. One very large one. Then they trimmed two other large trees. You cannot even tell where they were. They did everything we asked and the clean up afterward was awesome! We are more than pleased.

All-around excellent. The inspector was genuine, friendly, knowledgeable, took time to answer questions and fairly answered my question whether a tree in my patio should be removed. An extremely fair prices was offered for the removal of tree and stump and placement of pesticide in the area to prevent the invasive tree's many seeds from continuing to grow small saplings (which I'd been picking continuously).

The workers who removed the tree were polite, professional, efficient, caused no damage, did a superb job, wore masks when in my house w/o a problem.

I wouldn't hesitate to hire Arbor Care again if ever necessary.

Called Al for a quote to have a tree removed.  He asked I send a picture.  I sent a picture of the entire tree with our house in the background for a reference and a picture of the trunk with some paver bricks near for a size reference.  Al quoted me $500-600.  We scheduled the appointment.  I stayed home the day the job was to be done.  Instead of showing up to remove the tree I get a text saying sorry going to be $1200.  Really Al?  You double the price the day of the job?  Wow and that works for you?  Customers say oh sure Al,  I'll pay you twice as much just please, please take down my tree?   Unbelievable!  Dont waste your time with Core Tree Service!

We had Moon Valley out in November to trim two trees in our backyard that were overgrown. Both are 10 years old, one medium about 15 ft tall and the other large around 30-40 ft tall. They were touching the porch roof and the walls, and one was touching the house roof. We explained that the goal was to shape them, raise them up and reduce the circumference so they are not touching the house and porch or hanging too far into the neighbors' yards. Moon Valley was the most expensive company but the rep said that after they trimmed the trees we wouldn't need to do it again for 2 years, and he said a lot of things that sounded good so we went with them. There were communication issues, though. The rep said we were scheduled and we'd get a call with a time frame but when I didn't get the call I called the office and the scheduling lady said she didn't have us on the books. We eventually got all that squared away and on the day of service four guys came out to do the trimming and they were done less than 2 hours later. No ladders or major equipment were needed. They did stand on the wall for some of it but otherwise reached from the ground. They did hollow out a lot of the biggest tree (Arizona Ash) and raised the bottom up so we could walk under it so that one turned out ok, though I did go back in to trim some low hanging branches that were touching the wall again just a couple months later. The other tree (Purple Plum) they did shape so it didn't look like it wasn't leaning anymore, and they took off the lower branches to raise it up. However, in the process they accidentally sawed into the trunk leaving a large gash which is not only ugly but could impact the trees overall health. The next week two center branches dropped so far that they were almost touching the ground and had to be cut off. Additionally, while the shape looked nice, they did not decrease the circumference enough. They barely brought it away from the patio and roof (less than a foot) so after just a few months it's touching the patio and roof again and blocking the path around to the side of the house. Since I was told that the trimming would last two years and it needs to be trimmed again after only one year, I am very disappointed and frankly, mad that I paid $1,500. I was also told that someone would call after the service to check in and see how things went and I planned to address all of this with them but no one ever called. Attached are before and after pictures of both trees (before on left and after on right, two views of each). Overall, the shapes look nice but the trimming was not drastic enough to be long lasting and the main goals were not 100% met, in addition to the very high price and scheduling hassle. I will be looking at other companies when we decide to pay someone to come trim them again and I am not likely to recommend them to anyone I know for their tree trimming needs.

This company of professionals is absolutely professional and meticulous in their work.  I live in Terravita in north Scottsdale, famous for their strict rules about everything.  Ed and his crew were conscientious and thorough, but worked hard to accommodate everything I wanted to get accomplished to clean up the tree detritus and fire hazards in the area.  They are a delightful group of people who work hard and work well together.  I could not believe how reasonable their charges were.  A fair company in today's gouging market!

Recently had tree removal accomplished by AZ Desert Tree Care. They did an excellent job!!

Their crew removed a 30-year old mesquite tree that was blown down in a recent monsoon storm. The tree was HUGE! They come with a professional crew and all of the correct equipment - i.e. correct chainsaws, sling harnesses, wood chipper, stump grinder, etc. Very thorough job. Cleaned up the property afterwards.

They also trimmed/pruned several other tees while on the property. The owner, Edward Khammo, is a certified arborist. An excellent result!

AZ Desert Tree Care will likely not be the low bid for tree removal service - but they will deliver very good value for the reasonable/competitive price paid! I'd rather pay for the job done correct, professionally/safely and quickly than take the low bid and take three days for a 'landscape crew' to remove a huge tree using insufficient equipment. You definitely get what you pay for!

Oh yeah... forgot to mention...

This company carries high-limit liability insurance coverage - unlike the 'landscape crews' that show up to remove downed trees. Tree removal is dangerous/hazardous work. Liked the comfort knowing that the company is insured against liability and that if something were happen the liability is not on me. A huge differentiator over all of the landscape companies out there that say they can remove trees.

Guys did a great job grinding down my stump after the last contractor failed to get it below grade.

Owner, Drew was amazing at giving us a fair price.  Raymondo and Christian trimmers did a GREAT JOB!  Kudos to Murphy's Trees!  Our tree was very overgrown.  The tree and us are VERY pleased.

Great work, especially with that sharp machete and my towering monstrous...that's the name of the cactus. This team showed up on time and quickly got to work. I asked for leaves left on the palm tree so there would be a little bit of shade. Leaving leaves on a palm helps it to grow slowly, which is great when you need shade.

I was impressed with the quick work, everyone had a specific role, there were no loafers, and the clean-up job was perfect. Thank you again for working with me through Text messaging.

We are very impressed with the professionalism of Hayward Tree Service!  Mr. Hayward gave us a very fair estimate to remove a 40' Saguaro (dying of necrosis), a large Brazilian Pepper tree, 2 dead Queen Palms, and an Acacia Willow.  Our job was quickly scheduled by the wonderful customer service representative Cher.   The removal team arrived on-time and were outstanding.  Manuel and the guys, were courteous, safe, watchful of other landscape elements, and 'boy-howdy' were they efficient.  They cleaned up everything, including our cul-de-sac.

Wow!  I was so impressed with the surgical precision that Hayward removed this 50 foot Sissoo tree from my backyard.  Three or four cuts removed by a crane to a crew that cut it into smaller pieces for the chipper.  Larger trunk pieces into a waiting trunk and then they stumped it down the ground.  Cleaned up nicely and were reasonably priced!  Thank you guys!
