They were on time,did everything we had asked for, were pretty expensive, but on the walk through discovered more to repair than I thought, and the cleaned up nicely afterwards. My only complaint might be some of the wood splices were not as clean as they could have been, which is the main reason I didn't give them 5 stars, and I thought the price was a little on the high side.

Petrus was recommended to me by my brother who used them for a kitchen and bathroom remodel. We also had a great experience with our kitchen remodel, and are now having our bathrooms done. Fabio is great to work with and recommended some details I would not have thought of myself. He will give his honest opinion but is not pushy at all. I told him from the beginning that I am a perfectionist and will notice anything not done right...and I found out he is too! He was often on site while the work was being done and inspected everything personally. Jennifer in the office was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!

we asked for a quote and Roy came by and gave us what we deemed to be a fair quote. The two gentlemen that subsequently did the tree pruning and trimming were excellent. Polite, professional and did a great job, including a very complete clean up when finished. Could not be happier with the service provided by Roy's Trees!

Andy returns phone calls quickly and scheduled my service.  He and his worker got the one queen palm I have cleaned up and looking great! The service was quick and easy!  I would recommend this company and definitely will use them again!

Posted a request on Yelp in the evening and Clayton responded within a few hours. He was able to make it out to my property the next day and provide me with an estimate. So grateful he was able to get a crew out the same day to remove a broken branch and trim the tree before the storms came in. Ronnie and his crew were quick and efficient. The tree looks so much better and their cleanup was great. Very grateful for the quick response and resolution at a great price.

I am a repeat customer of Arbor Care. This company are simply incredible. In what I could only describe as a military operation, Art and his team are so efficient. They did an incredible job for a very reasonable price. This company is professional and skilled. Everything was left pristine when they finished and not a leaf out of place. If I could give them more than 5 Stars I would!

CORE was able to fit me in on short notice because they had a cancellation.  They were very responsive  in getting me a quote for the project. The young men showed up and were well organized and attentive to keeping my yard clean and pants unharmed while taking down a huge Palo Verde for us. They gave us a very fair price in removing one tree and getting another trimmed, and even left me with an actual paper bid with details of the job, I appreciate that so much. They did a great job of cleaning up afterwards. We have used other services in the valley over the years but will certainly always call these boys next time we need our tree trimmed. Best its looked in 3 years! Thanks guys!

Wonderful tree service!  I will call them every year now.  They trimmed two mesquite trees in my yard.  The crew did an excellent job!  Angel was very professional and helpful.  Great experience.  Highly recommend them!

This company of professionals is absolutely professional and meticulous in their work.  I live in Terravita in north Scottsdale, famous for their strict rules about everything.  Ed and his crew were conscientious and thorough, but worked hard to accommodate everything I wanted to get accomplished to clean up the tree detritus and fire hazards in the area.  They are a delightful group of people who work hard and work well together.  I could not believe how reasonable their charges were.  A fair company in today's gouging market!

Great job!  Joseph and crew expertly and efficiently trimmed more than 30 trees on our property. When Edward provided the estimate for the job, one thing I noticed was he repeatedly said 'your trees are going to look fantastic'.  Quite the statement to make prior to the work beginning, but he was absolutely correct!  Julie thank you for making arrangements.  

The job took about 5 hours.  Joseph does a walk-through when finished.  We were very pleased with how well the crew cleaned up branches, debris after.

Spoke with Drew at Murphy's Trees who gave me a great quote to aggressively trim a large tree up front. Drew was very responsive in all correspondence via text and call.  Tree was done well, however I wanted a specific branch cut, and the crew was able to come out an accommodate quickly.  I will highly recommend this service to anyone looking for quality work done right.

Loved that they showed up with masks to ensure safety for them and for us. They did a great job dealing with my not so great front yard. I will use them in the future again for sure. Great service!

We recently worked with Hayward to remove a 50 foot tall eucalyptus tree from our backyard, and they were great!  The team member that did the estimate was on time and friendly, the schedulers were easy to work with (rain delayed our removal a few times, but they were in consistent contact with us to find new dates/times), and the removal crew was careful and meticulous.  We had a small issue with the giant crane compacting some of our driveway pavers (again, due to the recent rain), but Hayward had someone come out and fix the issue right away.  Hopefully, we won't be having any other trees removed soon, but if we do, I'll be calling Hayward again!

Wow!  I was so impressed with the surgical precision that Hayward removed this 50 foot Sissoo tree from my backyard.  Three or four cuts removed by a crane to a crew that cut it into smaller pieces for the chipper.  Larger trunk pieces into a waiting trunk and then they stumped it down the ground.  Cleaned up nicely and were reasonably priced!  Thank you guys!
