I was very satisfied with the work that paul and son did on renovating my deck and stairs and railings. Couldnt have asked for better. It was done exactly as requested, better than i expected in fact. It was done on time and on budget. Cleaned up afterwards. I will use them again for a few other things i have in mind. Excellent work and excellent service..

We had new kitchen countertops and a master bathroom countertop installed this week by Petrus.  After much research, and lots of great recommendations, we chose them to do our install and very happy with everything from communication, installation and cleanup.  Great quality of granite, and good suggestions which made things even better.  Very pleased with our new countertops.  They were very professional and honest to work with.  Would highly recommend.

Roy and his partner were amazing. They were quick to respond and schedule an appointment and were very reasonable on their pricing.

He verified the appointment the day before and showed up early. They did a great job of trimming my trees and cleaning up the yard after.

I would highly recommend Roy and his team. They were by far the best landscapers I have worked with.

Andres was very proactive initially.  He quickly responded to my request for a quote and then provided a reasonable quote based on photos I took.
Due to his quick response and his stated availability within a couple weeks, I went ahead and hired him for removal of trees. That is where the positive impressions ended.
He stated that he would be in the neighborhood the week before to see the trees and confirm the quote. This did not happen. I didn't really care as he had stated that my photos were good, but this should have been a flag.
At 3:30 p.m. on the day before he was scheduled to do the work, he stated that he was not going to make it because of two reasons. One: the potential for rain. Rain had been in the forecast for a week, yet this was the first time he mentioned it. BTW, it only sprinkled that day from 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 a.m.; there was no precipitation afterwards. Two (the more likely reason): he had overcommitted himself. His solution? To delay my job for more than three weeks later after I had already waited for a couple weeks. After stated that was unacceptable, he suggested that perhaps he could make it earlier, but he wouldn't know until the last minute and would contact me if he could do it at this earlier date.  He did not contact me.
As a contractor myself, I abhor this lack of commitment and the last-minute notice. If you choose him, make sure that you have a back-up plan. Thankfully, I had received several quotes within the same price range and was able to get the work done within my desired time frame.

Once again, ArborCraft exceeded my expectations!  My experience started with Burt who is a Certified Arborist and the best in the business in my opinion. Miguel and Team trimmed and crown thinned to balance 11 large Olive trees and did a fantastic job. They also took care of a large Palo Verde, Acacia, two Chilean Mesquites and three Eucalyptus trees. All looking great after they were done.  I only use ArborCraft for all my trees. They are the best in town!  I highly recommend you give them a call for a very competitive bid, you will be glad you did.

This company was great from the start! I received an immediate response to my inquiry, a great quote, and had an appointment within a week. The service and work was outstanding! I will definitely be using them again.

When we moved into our home we had our trees professionally trimmed by another company. Unfortunately, we weren't impressed with their service as we could hardly tell the trees had been trimmed.  Given our experience we were hesitant to hire another company and waited over 3 years.  However, with monsoon season around the corner we knew we needed to take action and contacted several companies.  Core Tree Service had the fastest response time and soonest availability.  We were scheduled within a week.  The team arrived on time, were professional, speedy, and took care to avoid damage to our property. We plan to use them on an annual basis to maintain our tree care and would recommend them to anyone looking for tree trimming.

We just bought a ficus tree and we're not happy with it.  We we're given a second tree that we thought wasn't any better. We picked out a third tree that was awesome!   Moon valley worked with us in a very professional and caring manner, they went over and above to make sure we were happy with our purchase.  We give them a five star plus+++!  Crew manager  Tyler Kraus was extremely respectful of us and very patient as well. His team was the best at planting our tree.  Also many thanks to manager Layne for his help in making us happy buyers!  We Will recommend Moon Valley Nurseries to all our friends and family!

The two divisions of planting and tree removal need better communication. The staff that come to the house are courteous, and attentive.

Misael did a great job trimming my 2 olive trees and 1 palm tree. He was quick to respond and able to do the job within a couple days! Misael provided amazing value as well compared to the other much higher quotes I got for the same job. I will definitely be using him in the future for all my tree care needs!

We had a diseased tree that was at risk of damaging our neighbors house if another branch fell during a monsoon storm. Misael was very quick to respond to our request for a quote, and gave us one from a picture rather than having to schedule a time to come out for an estimate and then schedule another time to take it down. He was also the most affordable of all of the tree businesses we contacted. He came out to cut down a very large tree by himself since his crew had all called in sick that day. We will definitely contact him again for any tree trimming needs we have.

This company of professionals is absolutely professional and meticulous in their work.  I live in Terravita in north Scottsdale, famous for their strict rules about everything.  Ed and his crew were conscientious and thorough, but worked hard to accommodate everything I wanted to get accomplished to clean up the tree detritus and fire hazards in the area.  They are a delightful group of people who work hard and work well together.  I could not believe how reasonable their charges were.  A fair company in today's gouging market!

I too would recommend hands down, Edward & his crew from AZ Desert Tree Care. He came highly recommended by my surrounding neighbors on NextDoor.com. As an Arborist it's obvious he loves nature & the proper preservation & fertilization of our trees. He stayed on the job to insure his crew followed exactly what needed to be done. Everyone was very courteous, professional, hard working, cleaned up well afterwards. The pricing was very reasonable. There's no doubt I will use Edward/AZ Desert Tree Care in the future.

If there is a negative review on this page, you can disregard it.  Some people are just pissed off at the world.

I will tell you how dealing with Joe really is.  I met Joe about a week ago and was talking about getting some work done to a new house I had bought, and planning on doing some work to the back yard.  I changed my mind a few times on what I wanted done, and he was VERY accommodating and never had an issue with me changing my mind.  We set a time to get the work done (7 trees removed and 16 cypress trimmed).  He showed up exactly when he said he would be there (if not a few minutes early), the rate at which they worked was amazing and the QUALITY WAS TOP NOTCH.  If you want a job done, and done RIGHT....CALL JOE! ....oh and not to mention, the price was great!!!

Easy working through the quote process and was able to get them onsite within a few days to trim back a large carrob tree. They did a good job and cleaned up after, would recommend to others.

Wow the job isn't even finished and I'm already posting a 5 star review. First their bid was half of the 2 other companies I contacted. Echoing prior posts Jose gave me a quote in the morning 2 hours later they started the job. A job which other companies told me would take all day (in order to justify their outrageous quotes) Jose and his crew will finish in about 3 hours. I had 2 trees removed ,way to close to my house, both removed with great care and no damage. As I type they're cleaning up every last scrap. Save your self aggravation and call Jose first.

Hayward Tree Service recently removed several trees and bushes in my yard. They did a great job from start to finish. It was a pleasure to work with a company who shows up on time, does their job, and then cleans up when they are done. I highly recommend them.

Wow!  I was so impressed with the surgical precision that Hayward removed this 50 foot Sissoo tree from my backyard.  Three or four cuts removed by a crane to a crew that cut it into smaller pieces for the chipper.  Larger trunk pieces into a waiting trunk and then they stumped it down the ground.  Cleaned up nicely and were reasonably priced!  Thank you guys!
