Paul was quick to come out, quick with a quote and flexible with the job.  His crew don't look like you'd think however they were professional and great at their jobs.

Our experience with PETRUS Countertop and Remodeling was beyond expectation.  We consulted and visited with other similar businesses in Phoenix and decided to go with PETRUS.  There was not a single person connected with this company that was not friendly, welcoming and well informed about the business.  From Jennifer who was the first contact at the showroom (excellent  business phone skills) who opened the door to their office and showed us the area where stone slabs are on display.  We met Luiz, head of showroom sales and estimates.  He set up the visit to our home to measure our the countertop which needed replacing.  When the day arrived for measurements, it was the owner who appeared, Fabio Silva.  Friendly and reassuring.  We had a situation where the vessel sink could not be separated from the top and the entire counter with sink attached needed to be removed, one piece!  We found a beautiful quartz remnant but in the stack was not fully exposed to see and Luiz arranged to have it pulled out for us to view.  Not only was the work done very quickly, they had it fabricated and installed days before the original date, then they showed up an hour early : )  The installers were so pleasant, quiet and professional throughout the entire procedure.  Our job was a very small one but no one projected that because it was evident this company values it's customers.  PETRUS is the company you want to think of first for any remodeling.  480-281-2675, 1437 N. 27th Lane, Phoenix 85009

OK I asked for bids to trim my trees on the weekend....I received several responses - but Roy was super fast, priced very fairly, and due to my schedule showed up on Monday (!) to do my trees. He and his guys were FAST, made my trees look exactly how I wanted, cleaned up the area perfectly when they were done. Literally a perfect experience. Will hire again!

I had Veteran Family Tree Service trim my ironwood tree. It desperately needed a little T.L.C. They were running behind schedule, but when they arrived they did a fantastic job. I will be using them again when my tree needs a trim. Thank you Veteran Family Tree Service for a job well done. :)

The arborists gave me good solid recommendations. He did not try to sell me the world. He explained why he made the recommendations he made. His pricing was very reasonable.  The crew arrived on time and did an excellent job. They cleaned up everything. I feel this company is honest and trustworthy. I am happy to give ArborCraft an excellent recommendation.

It's a little difficult for me to explain how incredible Arbor Care is.  My girlfriend and I met one of their arborists (Jake) at the AZ Home & Garden Show...he was friendly, knowledgeable, and very passionate about all things trees.  We decided to give them a call to remove a massive pine tree in the front yard of our new house (80' plus).  It was a shame we had to remove it, but it was a disaster waiting to happen...it blocked half of the driveway and was way too close to the house (and the neighbor's house).

A few companies came out to provide estimates, and they were all within the expected range.  Arbor Care's estimate was slightly more expensive, but they matched price of the lowest estimate!  Luckily, the tree was in the front yard and easily accessible, which provided some wiggle room on the price.

The 4 person crew arrived around 7:30 AM and got straight to work.  Watching them take down and clean up such a massive tree was a sight to behold...I was completely blown away.  These guys are FAST and EFFICIENT.  Their process was very streamlined...branches would drop, guys below would clear, skid loader would get the rest.  When the top of the tree was gone, the tree was felled into the street and they WENT TO WORK!  In about 5 minutes, the trunk was already quartered and the road was cleared for cars to go by.  The only thing left was the stump grinder and then clean up.  They did an amazing job cleaning up the property, and they cleared out by 1:30 or 2:00...the yard looked better than it did before the tree was removed.  I was expecting it to be a 2 day job, and it was done in half a day.

The owner came by the house later that day to make sure we were happy with the work...unexpected, but appreciated.  We highly recommend Arbor Care for tree care and/or removal...they are a top notch business with great customer service, and this is the only company we'll be using in the future.  We're looking forward to scheduling one of the arborists to come out and help us decide on some more practical trees for the front and back yards.

They were good, just with some minor hiccups. Requesting and scheduling a quote to trim our Sisso went smooth. I was told they could come out same day for quote but we didn't end up with quote until the following day. Quote seemed fair, but I was waiting for several others to come back before I scheduled. Once I decided to schedule, they were able to fit me in within a week - no big deal. But I was not given a time the crew would show, not even a window until they called the night before (not everybody works from home). They did show on time the day of, and worked quickly taking the time to answer our questions and address our concerns.  However, the crew that showed didn't have a blower to clean up the yard after they were done and had to send another crew later in the day to finish. I also never received any formal quote or final invoice, I had to have a crew member sign a note proving I paid them. Other than that, the tree looks much better and will probably use them again.

This company of professionals is absolutely professional and meticulous in their work.  I live in Terravita in north Scottsdale, famous for their strict rules about everything.  Ed and his crew were conscientious and thorough, but worked hard to accommodate everything I wanted to get accomplished to clean up the tree detritus and fire hazards in the area.  They are a delightful group of people who work hard and work well together.  I could not believe how reasonable their charges were.  A fair company in today's gouging market!

We hired AZ Desert Tree Care to trim the trees in our front and backyard. It's amazing how much better our landscaping now looks. Edward and his team were super friendly and professional. He came by to give us an estimate and then returned two days later with his team to do the work. They finished everything in the same day and cleaned all the yard waste up before leaving. Our next door neighbor saw the improvement and hired AZ Desert Tree Care the following week to trim their trees. Good work!

I have used Bassett tree service several times and I would recommend them. They removed several palm trees including the tree stump. I would 100% use them again. Scheduling service was really easy.

Called Jose on his cell and sent him a picture of the tree I wanted trimmed.  Quoted me a price based on the photo.  Showed up the next day on time and did a wonderful job on the tree.  Honored the agreed upon price, and cleaned up afterward.

We had two trees removed recently and the Hayward workers were fast and efficient. It was amazing to watch big trees fly through the air!  They ground up the trees fast and cleaned up the entire area. Very impressed with customer service and  great service.

Wow!  I was so impressed with the surgical precision that Hayward removed this 50 foot Sissoo tree from my backyard.  Three or four cuts removed by a crane to a crew that cut it into smaller pieces for the chipper.  Larger trunk pieces into a waiting trunk and then they stumped it down the ground.  Cleaned up nicely and were reasonably priced!  Thank you guys!
