I was very satisfied with the work that paul and son did on renovating my deck and stairs and railings. Couldnt have asked for better. It was done exactly as requested, better than i expected in fact. It was done on time and on budget. Cleaned up afterwards. I will use them again for a few other things i have in mind. Excellent work and excellent service..

I never give poor reviews and really had high hopes based on the positive reviews ( although most are very old). I am really disappointed with this company. The owner Fabio came out to my home and gave us an estimate. We communicated for weeks planning my kitchen remodel with Jennifer. I purchased the materials needed and they gave me an appointment to come to the shop to review everything with the owner Fabio and sign the contract.
My husband and I took the day off to meet at their warehouse to look at quartzite materials and sign the contract. We arrived early and no one was at the shop. I called several times and finally an employee named Jennifer answers to tell us they will not be able to meet today.
I understand emergencies happen, but a phone call to cancel would have been the least they could do after we drove for 45 minutes to the shop. I should have not had to keep calling and be stuck outside in this Arizona heat trying to figure out what is going on. The owner Fabio never returned my call. No follow up to reschedule...nothing! Complete disregard for our time and project. Horrible service and a waste of time.
****Here is one of two estimates attached, I also have the text message transcripts between the company and I for our appointment that shows the date and time( Friday ) as well as other information regarding final colors and materials. Next time please be honest and just accept your mistake and apologize for wasting our time. I would have been happy to update my review based on that, but falsely claiming that I am not a customer when you have been to my home for an estimate and follow up is very unprofessional.

Contacted Roy's Trees to get a bunch of my trees an over-due trim.  Roy got back to me quickly and stopped by the next day.  We walked the property and I could quickly tell that he had a good eye and understood what I wanted to accomplish.  
We scheduled a date/time and he showed up and he and his partner went about their work.  I feel bad that I let my trees get out of hand, but WOW...it all looks great!  Its a good thing he has a large trailer because he just about filled it up!  A very fair price, and he couldn't have been more professional and accommodating.  I will absolutely keep Roy's Trees on my team.  Good guys like this deserve to be on everyone's speed dial.

Part of my contract was to have the whole yard blown clean they came back the second day to clean the yard up because they did not do a good job the first time well the second time I could've blown the yard like if you were blowing on hot soup. I don't know how they got five star reviews if they did work like in my yard it would be impossible.

The arborists gave me good solid recommendations. He did not try to sell me the world. He explained why he made the recommendations he made. His pricing was very reasonable.  The crew arrived on time and did an excellent job. They cleaned up everything. I feel this company is honest and trustworthy. I am happy to give ArborCraft an excellent recommendation.

Arbor Care to the rescue. We had a gigantic ficus tree blow down in the wind. It caused a lot of damage and we close on the sale of our house in a couple of weeks. Jerry was so helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive. His team got the mess cleaned up. It was a difficult  job in a tight backyard. The crew was friendly and skilled. They asked our neighbor's permission to block their driveway. They cleaned up after the job. They also know how to work with insurance companies. I would recommend them everytime.

This company was going around my neighborhood setting up appointments for tree trimming without speaking to the homeowner.  I had a handwritten advertisement on my door with a date and cost of treetrimming.  I was not home and they did not speak to me.

I will not pay this.  This is extremely dishonest of a sales method.   Be careful!

Fantastic experience from start to finish. They came out to trim my wildly ignored ficus tree, and now it's beautiful! On time and no messing around. They did it in about an hour and a half, and cleaned up all the mess. Great communication, too. Easy to hire and def not disappointed!

If I could leave no stars I would. I have had an open complaint with Moon Valley since June. They refuse to address my concerns. I filed with the BBB and the representative from MV has lied to the BBB that they have been in contact with me and that I signed off on service calls. I was not at home both times a crew was sent out. The second crew was sent out because the sales person was NOT happy with the job when she drove down my street. I contacted 4 individuals within the organization and not one person has contacted me back. My complaint stemmed from the fact that they billed for services not provided. I agreed to pay for what was done..but not what wasn't. Beware..they take your money upfront and proclaim satisfaction guaranteed but if you have issue with work done...it's crickets. Many other nurseries out there that deserve your business over MV.

UPDATE: MV continues to provide false information to the BBB about this dispute. They have stated that I was present with all work and signed off on it. Easily disproven by my employment records. Besides poor customer service, add dishonest to the list. I will say that this may just be dishonesty of the one employee responding on behalf of the company to the BBB, but their actions are determining the companies reputation.

Great service. Jose did an excellent job removing a dead palm tree in our backyard -- roots included. He did it in a very timely manner and was professional and frien. Definitely recommend

This company of professionals is absolutely professional and meticulous in their work.  I live in Terravita in north Scottsdale, famous for their strict rules about everything.  Ed and his crew were conscientious and thorough, but worked hard to accommodate everything I wanted to get accomplished to clean up the tree detritus and fire hazards in the area.  They are a delightful group of people who work hard and work well together.  I could not believe how reasonable their charges were.  A fair company in today's gouging market!

When we bought our house we had two very overgrown trees that needed trimming and AZ Desert Tree Care took care of them both. They did a fantastic job both times, got each job done in about two hours, and got us quotes within 24 hours. Their prices are great, and they are very thoughtful about how they trim trees. They are great at stabilizing trees at risk of falling, and shape trees to grow in ways that fit the property and surroundings. The owners are really nice too!

I will definitely call Murphy's Trees again when my mesquite tree needs it.

With all the rain, the mesquite in my front yard was taking over the neighborhood. Murphy's Trees gave me a fair quote, scheduled quickly, arrived on time, trimmed my tree beautifully, and left my yard clean.

From start to finish, the whole process was easy and efficient.

Loss of a star was due to scheduling to come out on Monday but not showing up or following up with me at all. They then showed up the following morning unbeknownst to me so the communication there could've been better.

I want to reiterate that the work was great and I would highly recommend as communication is an easy fix!

Called Jose on his cell and sent him a picture of the tree I wanted trimmed.  Quoted me a price based on the photo.  Showed up the next day on time and did a wonderful job on the tree.  Honored the agreed upon price, and cleaned up afterward.

Excellent service from start to finish.  I will use again in the future.

Reached out to this company via the messaging function here on Yelp to inquire if they could grind my olive tree stump.  They replied a day or two later asking my location to which I replied with my cross streets.  A month went by with no response.  I since rented a grinder and did it myself.  Not rating their work but rather that they missed an opportunity to earn my business and due to the lack of response here on Yelp I went another direction.

Fabulous!  Jon, the owner of this business, is knowledgeable, in fact, expert in the tree business. His kindness and integrity are evident as soon as you spend a few minutes with him.  Jon has provided service to us in the past, giving skilled care for our trees at a fair price.

That's why I called him when I moved to a new property.  Jon's crew, Dillon and Zack, came on the day of our appointment at the scheduled time.  They went to work, and the results exceeded my expectations.  The bonus was that these young men were friendly, skilled, professional, and a lot of fun!

You can't go wrong with this company!

Wow!  I was so impressed with the surgical precision that Hayward removed this 50 foot Sissoo tree from my backyard.  Three or four cuts removed by a crane to a crew that cut it into smaller pieces for the chipper.  Larger trunk pieces into a waiting trunk and then they stumped it down the ground.  Cleaned up nicely and were reasonably priced!  Thank you guys!
