I was very satisfied with the work that paul and son did on renovating my deck and stairs and railings. Couldnt have asked for better. It was done exactly as requested, better than i expected in fact. It was done on time and on budget. Cleaned up afterwards. I will use them again for a few other things i have in mind. Excellent work and excellent service..

Our project involved removing old Formica countertops and replacing with a beautiful granite. It took me a lot of back and forth to pick the granite and Fabio and Victor were very patient with me. The guys who did the installation did a great job, worked quickly and cleaned up after. I give the company *****'s!

I would highly recommend Roy's Trees. Very helpful, flexible and responsive.  We were very happy with the service and work performed.  Two thumbs up!  This is the company you want.

Called.. it was a week later that they came out... my trees are dying... When they came through they stated what they thought but never sent out an estimate... very disappointed. Especially if they state, VETERAN family ( I've never had a Veteran Buisness do something like this but now we know)...Moving on & I'm going on my third week of trees dying.

I am very disappointed in this company. Read great ratings on yelp and initially very responsive but after I approved getting the work done no one responded for two weeks. I sent an email saying I no longer needed their services and Patricia responded saying sorry for the delay, And that she was just waiting on an answer that she should have back to me later today. That was a week ago. Maybe this company was reliable at one point but clearly not anymore. Very disappointed.

Lost a tree in the first monsoon storm of 2014.  This would normally not be a big deal, but the storm was on July 3rd and I was looking for assistance on July 4th.

I called Arbor Care and Jerry picked up the call.  He was knowledgeable about what needed to be done, and came out later that morning to give an estimate.  The pricing was extremely fair and we agreed to move forward with Arbor Care for the tree removal.

Within 20 minutes of Jerry leaving he phoned to let us know that he had a crew in the area and they would be able to get the work done same day.  The crew was very efficient and friendly.

I would strongly recommend Arbor Care for any landscaping needs.

Following my so-so review JR called to apologize and offer to fertilize my trees at no cost in 2019. I appreciate the apology, the concern he expressed and willingness to make it right. Based on that I am increasing my rating. Sorry, to me 5=perfect and none of us are that. :)

Great service. Guy knew what he was talking about and gave a lot of tips on other trees we had.  Chopped our huge palm down like a pro.

The crew was friendly and they cleaned up after they were finished.  Well worth the money - we are happy customers.

This is an edited review. After having left a mediocre review, these guys went out of their way to fix my little complaints, which were mostly about what I thought was lack of support. It turns out it was about a change up in the  positions of some staff and one employee leaving. I just had to ask the right questions. I  just bought a house in Phoenix and, of course, I wanted trees for my new house. The yard was a complete blank slate and I needed instant trees. I initially got three huge size ( about 5 foot in ground) trees. Several months later two of my three trees are doing fantastic and even showing some new growth. My blood orange is still struggling a bit, but I got the extended warranty and I'm just watching it closely. Blood oranges are more finicky trees anyway. I am now so content I've got a peach, a pomogranate and some bouganvilla coming from Moon Valley.
My best advice is, yes, they are helpful, but sometimes you have to talk to the right person first.
Don't use the financing if you can't pay it off in a year because the interest will gouge you.
Getting big trees planted for you is expensive! Do this only if you need or want INSTANT trees and get the extended warranty. It's good for a year and covers pretty much anything short of intentionally killing the tree.  In my opinion, if you are going to spring for instant trees you want to know they are going to live so a warranty is a no brainier.
My only regret now is the BILL and the fact that I've now created a monster, in terms of wanting to fill up my yard with other expensive green things!

Misael tree service was not only fast & responsive they also did an amazing job cleaning up the yard at our first house & Maintence service at our 2nd house. Their pricing is extremely fair compared to other in the area. We will be using them moving forward for all our houses. They are the best in the valley

This company of professionals is absolutely professional and meticulous in their work.  I live in Terravita in north Scottsdale, famous for their strict rules about everything.  Ed and his crew were conscientious and thorough, but worked hard to accommodate everything I wanted to get accomplished to clean up the tree detritus and fire hazards in the area.  They are a delightful group of people who work hard and work well together.  I could not believe how reasonable their charges were.  A fair company in today's gouging market!

Got to our AZ house to find a broken branch on a front yard tree. Was referred to this place by a neighbor. Edward came right out and said they could take care of things right away and recommnended a general thinning to improve the health of my mesquite. Within two days the tree was fixed and looks better than I've ever seen it.
I am very pleased with the quality of work and value for the price amd the fast response time.

The tree in my front yard needed to be trimmed. I requested a quote from 4 Tree trimming companies on Yelp. Three of them gave me quotes that were within a few dollars of each other. I requested to meet each with each of them. Joe is the only one of three to reply my request.  I hired him. His crew came out and did a fantastic job. They trimmed the tree the way I asked.  I appreciate the great job that they did! I will be calling them next year.

I had a great experience with Murphy's Trees. For the initial inspection an arborist came by to explain the various options for what could be done with my tree which did not do well with the heat this summer and provided a competitive quote (I love the bulk pickup discount). On the day of service, the team showed up on time with all the right tools for the job. I was very impressed with how skillfully and efficiently they were able to trim off the dead parts of the tree and clean up after themselves when they were done. The tree had some live branches intertwined with dead ones, as well as being in a narrow entryway surrounded by walls, windows, and bushes. None of the surrounding things were harmed during the service and I couldn't find a single cut on the live branches that had been wrapped around the dead ones which were removed. I was so happy with the job they had done that a few days later I had them do more work on the backyard for me. I highly recommend Murphy's Trees and plan to continue using them for my future tree service needs.

I guess the minimum you can select is one star or I'd choose zero.  Based on all of the great reviews and what I've seen in the past couple days, I believe that this company must have changed hands.  They cannot be the same people who got those reviews.
The attached phone number provided on this Yelp page no longer works.  There is a very simplistic web page provided, however, that includes a new number which I called and left a message.  I'd like a tree removed in my front yard.
I got no return call, so I called again the next day.  To keep this short, they do not show up when you make an appointment nor do they call to let you know they're not coming,  Then when you call them, first they act like they've never heard of you, then they apologize and say they'll be there in two hours.  Nope, no show and no call.  I don't think these can be the same people who got good reviews.  Nothing worse than waiting a day and a half for someone who says they'll be there and never shows up or calls.

I would 110% recommend the All American Arborist for your tree needs.
My 35' pine tree died during the summer heat and I contacted several arborists and chose Jon Bora's company.  Am SO RELIEVED I did.  I told them what I needed and wanted - they gave me a quote and said they could accomplish it all..... and they DID  -  better than even I expected.   Their crew was EXCELLENT and worked together like a team with such knowledge and  precision.  

After being conned by so many companies in the Phoenix/Sun City West area over the years ..... FINALLY an honest Company.

We engaged All American Arborist to take a look at our two ficus trees, two queen palms and on a death's doorstep Orchid Tree.  Jon came out to talk with me, was very professional and very patient with all of my questions and concerns.  Ultimately, we hired him to trim the four trees, fertilize the Palms and buy and plant an 8 ' tall Mexican Lime tree.  He offered great detailed quotes with landscaping plots with identification.  His quote process was very clear and efficient.  He impressed me so, I simply said you do what your experience and expertise tells you.  His crew came on time, did a fine job, were very respectful and cleaned up afterward (much better in the back yard work, less so in front - but not worth taking away a star).  His company is now officially in my address book and I can now say I have a tree guy.   (we cut down the dead orchid tree our selves, we had been struggling for years to keep it going - it doesn't help that is not native to Phoenix.)

Wow!  I was so impressed with the surgical precision that Hayward removed this 50 foot Sissoo tree from my backyard.  Three or four cuts removed by a crane to a crew that cut it into smaller pieces for the chipper.  Larger trunk pieces into a waiting trunk and then they stumped it down the ground.  Cleaned up nicely and were reasonably priced!  Thank you guys!
