I was very satisfied with the work that paul and son did on renovating my deck and stairs and railings. Couldnt have asked for better. It was done exactly as requested, better than i expected in fact. It was done on time and on budget. Cleaned up afterwards. I will use them again for a few other things i have in mind. Excellent work and excellent service..

Our experience with PETRUS Countertop and Remodeling was beyond expectation.  We consulted and visited with other similar businesses in Phoenix and decided to go with PETRUS.  There was not a single person connected with this company that was not friendly, welcoming and well informed about the business.  From Jennifer who was the first contact at the showroom (excellent  business phone skills) who opened the door to their office and showed us the area where stone slabs are on display.  We met Luiz, head of showroom sales and estimates.  He set up the visit to our home to measure our the countertop which needed replacing.  When the day arrived for measurements, it was the owner who appeared, Fabio Silva.  Friendly and reassuring.  We had a situation where the vessel sink could not be separated from the top and the entire counter with sink attached needed to be removed, one piece!  We found a beautiful quartz remnant but in the stack was not fully exposed to see and Luiz arranged to have it pulled out for us to view.  Not only was the work done very quickly, they had it fabricated and installed days before the original date, then they showed up an hour early : )  The installers were so pleasant, quiet and professional throughout the entire procedure.  Our job was a very small one but no one projected that because it was evident this company values it's customers.  PETRUS is the company you want to think of first for any remodeling.  480-281-2675, 1437 N. 27th Lane, Phoenix 85009

The person who left a bad review seems annoying. These guys were awesome. Quickly received a very competitive price and did a great job. The tree I had removed took them close to 10 hours the first day and they came back a second day to finish up and clean. Really hard workers and they didn't complain at all when my neighbors kept coming by bothering them for wood.

We contacted Veteran Family Tree Service through yelp.  They responded to our e-mail within a few minutes.  We arranged for an estimate. The representative arrived on time, was very friendly, and listened to what we wanted done.  We received an estimate the same day, and set up a time for the work to be done.  The crew arrived in a timely manner, removed one large pine tree, two citrus trees and all three stumps in about an hour.  They cleaned up everything, and left the property better than they found it.  We found Veteran Family Tree Service to be 'tree'mendous, and we think you will, too.

Our trees have been ignored for several years other than minor trimming, so we had a lot of work for them. They showed up to review and bid on time and when they started the job(s) they stayed on point until finished. We are very, very satisfied and will be using them again in the future. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

I have a huge ficus tree in my front yard , and i wanted professionals to trim it . So i checked arbor care's reviews and asked for their free estimate  . I got a total of 3 estimates  from other companies, and they were all  about the same . I picked arbor care . I super happy i did !!! They did a amazing job !!!!

I think this company changed ownership recently. Website shows owner as Al but it is JR now. He is not organized at all. He messed up the quote appointment and came on the wrong day. Then after coming back on the right day, he has yet to give me the quote.( 3 weeks now)  I have called him 3 times to ask him to email me the quote. Each time he says he will.....but then doesnt. One time on the phone he said he'll get it to me and it is under $2000. Next he sends me an email saying he will send me the itemized quote and the total is $2600. What? And I am STILL waiting for that itemized quote. Obviously i wont be hiring this company.

Excellent service and response time. Jesse added our tree job into his busy schedule for our 25 ft  palm tree skinning the trunk all the way up.  That Palm tree which is in the front yard was ugly before, but now  adds to the curb appeal of the home ~ ! His pricing was very reasonable and his work and clean up was the best ever. Do not hesitate to call Next Level Tree service.

We had four old pines that had seen better days and some miscellaneous landscaping work that was way overdue and engaged Moon Valley Nurseries Tree Service to do the work.  Not only were they among the most cost efficient of the several companies we contacted they were also prompt, professional and left our property in excellent shape.  Several different groups of workers were employed for the various tasks and they all were polite and efficient.  A couple of them went out of their way to make suggestions after they arrived on site and saw where we were going.  They were very careful of our property and did not damage anything even though they had a very tricky job taking down the pines.  Our property was cleaned up afterward and they even went so far as to ensure our underground irrigation lines were still intact and not damaged.  We will not hesitate to use them again.

This company of professionals is absolutely professional and meticulous in their work.  I live in Terravita in north Scottsdale, famous for their strict rules about everything.  Ed and his crew were conscientious and thorough, but worked hard to accommodate everything I wanted to get accomplished to clean up the tree detritus and fire hazards in the area.  They are a delightful group of people who work hard and work well together.  I could not believe how reasonable their charges were.  A fair company in today's gouging market!

Quick to come and give me an estimate and was able to come provide service within a week. Extremely responsive and great finished product.

Another company in the area failed to arrive for the appointed time so I reached out to Murphy's Trees.
They responded promptly, arrived early, worked quickly, cleaned up nicely, provided great insight into the issues we faced with our Queen Palms and charged fairly.
Could not be more pleased with the service and education. I recommend, highly, Murphy Trees.

Wow the job isn't even finished and I'm already posting a 5 star review. First their bid was half of the 2 other companies I contacted. Echoing prior posts Jose gave me a quote in the morning 2 hours later they started the job. A job which other companies told me would take all day (in order to justify their outrageous quotes) Jose and his crew will finish in about 3 hours. I had 2 trees removed ,way to close to my house, both removed with great care and no damage. As I type they're cleaning up every last scrap. Save your self aggravation and call Jose first.

They did a major clean up at our house which included trimming a large tree and removing a bush, and were wonderful to work with. They were all very courteous and kind, and did an amazing job on our property. We will definitely be working with them again in the future!

Short version: The price was fair, the quality of work exceptional, and I'd definitely recommend you use them!

Long version: I had a pine tree in my backyard that I wanted gone. I'm looking to start a grass lawn and I've been told that pine needles don't play well with grass. I called and had John come out and give me a quote on a tree removal plus stump grinding. He was even kind enough to provide me with some ideas on what trees I could plant once my lawn was established. As I had no baseline for what a fair price is I called a few more people, and when they all quoted me the same price, I went with All American Arborist based on their reviews and my experience with John. They were able to fit me in to an earlier time slot than expected, which was great. Within an hour of the crew arriving the tree was gone, and the stump ground. Not only did they work efficiently, they also cleaned up after themselves AND they cleaned up the pine needles my tree had shed prior to their arrival.

After they left I noticed the mound where the tree stood was still raised, and after raking away some of the fill I noticed a few roots just under the surface. I called John and he sent out the stump grinder again. They didn't have to, but they were still gracious enough to grind the roots down even further, which is going to save me a ton of time and labor when it comes time to plant my grass lawn. I'm blown away by how they're willing to go above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy.

A company's reputation isn't just built on the quality of the initial service, but also on the way they handle any issues that occur afterward. To that end, these folks deliver. If you need a tree gone, definitely call them first. I'm extremely happy that I did.

Wow!  I was so impressed with the surgical precision that Hayward removed this 50 foot Sissoo tree from my backyard.  Three or four cuts removed by a crane to a crew that cut it into smaller pieces for the chipper.  Larger trunk pieces into a waiting trunk and then they stumped it down the ground.  Cleaned up nicely and were reasonably priced!  Thank you guys!
