They came when they said they would. Did what they said they would do. Asked my opinion an made adjustments as I asked. I think it was a bit expensive but, they have insurance and were fast.

My first review was deleted. First they didn't plant the tree where I asked and it's too close to the walkway. I asked and it was unable to be moved. Now the tree has transplant shock and I was sent a website to care for it myself. Looks dead to me even though I followed watering instructions. No guarantees with this company!

I put out a request for a quote through yelp yelp automatically selected several landscapers to quote the job.
This company replied by message through Yelp and set up a time for a phone consult. How they can do a phone consultation when they really need to see the yard and the scope of the work I have no clue?
They never called for the phone consult.  Several hours after the time they were supposed to call A gentleman called and wanted to set an appointment for the next day between six and eight in the morning.
I told him I would not wake up until 8:30 so he said I'll be there between 8-9. He obviously didn't hear me when I said I don't get up until 830 which tells me that he doesn't listen to his clients.
But I agreed to the appointment time of between 8-9 o'clock. I got up early and waited and waited and waited they did not bother to call to say that they needed to cancel or reschedule.
In the afternoon I messaged them through Yelp telling them that they missed two appointments.
Within a few minutes they called wanting to come over right then explaining that they slept in. I would've liked to have slept in too. So that showed me that they're inconsiderate of their clients And that they're unreliable.
So the reason I'm giving this rating is
1.  they don't listen to their client
2.  they don't show up when they say they're going to
3.  they're inconsiderate of their clients time.
4. They are unreliable
I believe this is a brand new business and they obviously won't be in business long with these types of practices. I don't think they realize that if you can't make it on time to your appointments or at least called before you're going to be late that It shows that you're unreliable
Hiw can I trust that they would show up on time to actually perform the work when they dont when trying to get the job.
I can't and I don't have time to play around with people that really don't want the business

Ryan and his team are responsive and listen to what the customer wants. Always willing to go the extra mile. Ryan is very knowledgeable with regard to plants, trees, lawn care and all things landscaping. Been with them for 5 + years and happy!

Velasco guys came on time and worked all day clearing out high weeds on our  property.
We live on a acre lot, so it was a lot of ground. They hauled everything away, and they were
nice guys too!

They did a great job and even came out on a Sunday. My irrigation system was a mess and they fixed it up pretty fast.

Friendly staff, fast response, fair pricing. Scheduling was convenient and easy, crew showed up right on time, and the quality of work was just right. Will definitely use Tree Pros in the future -- and recommend them to anyone who needs a palm tree cleaned up.

Ryan was extremely responsive to my ask for 12 tons of rock to be spread in my back yard. He suggested also digging out and resetting the rivers (the drainage channels of large river rock) which was a great suggestion as they now look great.

We agreed price and a target timescale a few weeks out and he stuck to it. Ryan arranged the rock drop location with the rock company so I had nothing to do there and his guys showed up on schedule to take care of the spreading.

Called on 8/7/2017 and made an appointment to get an estimate on 8/8/2107. Was told I would be called on 8/7/2017 to get the time set for the 8th. No one called on the 7th and after waiting until 1:30 this afternoon I called them. Got the oops, i can have them call you now response... I just canceled. I can not work with a company who does not value my time. Awful

No Bull Trees did an amazing job cutting back an overgrown tree in my yard for a very reasonable price!  They will be my go-to tree cutting service now, and I will recommend them to all of my real estate clients!  Well done Erik!

We needed significant clearing of our alleyway of brush/weeds/even a pack rat's nest. Mike was super helpful and responsive. The work was done well and as quickly as promised. We were impressed!!

I have called Trees for Needs on several occasions to help trim my very very tall palm trees to remove two huge 25 year old bottle trees and to help thin out a huge tree I have.

Always professional, fair price and great to work with. Highly recommend!!!

I have also called on Carl the owner for recommendation for trees around our pool area and to help with trees that look like they're dying. They are extremely knowledgeable and helpful!

I sent out a request through Yelp for a landscaper to dig up my river rock bed in my front yard, clean it and set rocks down and add additional decorative gravel rock.
Geronimo responded the same day and I walked him through what I needed.  He told me what he believed was needed for materials and he could do the job 2-days later.  His bid was less than half of the nearest one.  HALF.  I accepted it.

He texted me the night before with his arrival time.  He and two others arrived early and continued working for hours.  Excessive heat.  They did a fabulous job!
When they finished, they cleaned up and blew all the dust off the walks.

Great job - I have lived here for 10 years and used a few services.  He has been the best.

Geronimo was awesome, he and his crew did a great job on a small paver and turf project. He is very professional and takes pride in his work.

Responded immediately to my request to quote. Scheduled an appointment to walk the property and give an estimate. Showed up right on time.

Gave me a fair estimate and scheduled sevice two days later. Again showed up right on time. Very kind and professional, worked quickly and got the job done.

This is my first time hiring a landscaping Company, and I'm very appreciative that it was so easy with Geronimo, especially as so many other Companies are not quick to respond to requests to quote and/or do not show up on time.

I put out a contractor request on Yelp for bids to fix a few loose cement blocks in the fence in my yard. Roman Landscape was one of the first companies to reply, they came out to my house that same day, and they fixed the fence the very next day.  They were able to negotiate a fair price with me as well.  They communicated with me consistently and often.  They are extremely polite, and the workmanship looks great.  Would absolutely recommend!

I highly recommend George and his crew! We had two oleanders that were diseased and needed to be removed. I got several quotes and theirs was the best and he stuck to it. He was very responsive and helpful and they worked quickly and did an amazing job. Really great costumer service and great work. Will definitely be using them again!

I was getting the run around for over two months from my pool builder to repair damage to my front landscaping & irrigation. So, I called George and he came thru for us! He was very busy, but committed to getting the job done, and we were very pleased with the service. We're even scheduling future projects with Astonishing. Give him a call!

Littering my neighborhood with stupid flyers stuffed into front doors is not welcome.  I called and asked for someone come remove the unsolicited flyers.  I was transferred to someone else who said it would be easier to just throw it away.  When I said I'd report it as littering as they were blown about the neighborhood, he said I'd like to see how that goes for you.  That's a great way to earn business.

These flyers are unwanted, a total waste and create a more negative brand impressions than positive.

These guys are great if you just need a basic trimming or removal. If you need anything else they're largely useless as they seem incapable of following simple directions.

The first time we had them out they were trimming some trees and were supposed to remove a dead one. The trees looked nice but they forgot to remove the dead one. The next time we asked them to come give us an opinion on whether one of our trees was killed by bugs or by sunburn from overtrimming (by a different company). They gave is a quote to remove the tree and nothing else. The wind a couple days ago partially knocked over one of our trees so we had them out to give us a quote on how much it would cost to save the tree. This was communicated to the office as well as in person and yet we only received a quote for removal. We'll be finding a different company with people that actually listen.
