They trimmed our ficus trees for a lot of $$ and left BOTH our landscape lighting and our neighbors lighting a mess.  My neighbor was upset and called herself to complain.  They explained that they only had x amount of time to trim the trees and weren't able to correct the lighting.  Do they really need to get into that?  WHat about just and apology?  Both our neighbor and i were upset.  they eventually did come back and fix the lighting but still not pleased.  My husband is not happy with the trimming and would look elsewhere to have it done again.  I would not recommend them.

Very professional. Clean work. I had 9 Oleander Bushes removed that were not maintained for years and had overgrown/died. They had these removed very quickly and carefully. Cleaned up the entire area after they were done. No complaints. Best Price out of 5 offers I received. Honest workers. If you need Landscaping services in Fountain Hills these are the people to call! These guys are awesome!! My nightmare backyard was attacked by timely, professional, enthusiastic, nice guys who smiled the whole time (I don't even know how that's possible). It doesn't even look like the same backyard. They did more than just remove all traces of my hellacious trees because my entire yard looks better than it ever has. I couldn't be happier with the whole experience! I'm just sad that I don't have any trees left to use these guys again!

We have been using Lucas Lawn and Yard Care for almost a year now and have loved the service they provide. Their pricing is very reasonable and they always do a great job with all our plants and trees! Would recommend their services to anyone.

Had to do a last minute, same day move and these guys were lifesavers. Arrived early, moved quickly and I was completely moved in an hour and a half. Price was fair as well for a guy living alone, half of what I was quoted by some other companies. Appreciate Alicia and Bryan working with me, and I really do think they deserve 5 stars. Nothing to complain about.

They did a great job and even came out on a Sunday. My irrigation system was a mess and they fixed it up pretty fast.

Ryan was extremely responsive to my ask for 12 tons of rock to be spread in my back yard. He suggested also digging out and resetting the rivers (the drainage channels of large river rock) which was a great suggestion as they now look great.

We agreed price and a target timescale a few weeks out and he stuck to it. Ryan arranged the rock drop location with the rock company so I had nothing to do there and his guys showed up on schedule to take care of the spreading.

I recently had a tree removed from the front of my house that was posing a danger. I have used Tree Pros in the past and had been very satisfied. They came to my home very quickly and removed the dangerous tree.
The only issue I had was that the stump was left there. They came back and removed only half of the stump. I was upset by this, but initially they ignored my request to remove the rest of it, until I received a text by the company to inquire if I needed any more work done. When I explained what happened the previous year, they immediately responded and not only removed the remaining stump, but two others that were there previously at no charge.
They did a fabulous job and regained my trust and business. For a company to go the extra mile, and take the time to remedy the issue, I know I can trust that they will always do a great job.

I just had a great experience with this company. Initially:  I got an immediate response to my inquiry.  Ryan came the next business day, assessed the problem and provided a solution to a drainage problem.  The bid came the following day, I found it reasonable, and the work was scheduled within the next two weeks.  The work and workers:  the lead person of the small crew was knowledgeable, had excellent communication skills and was polite and caring.  All procedures were carefully explained and the end result looks great. I am very surprised to see any negative reviews - mine was a totally different and positive experience.  I would highly recommend Lucas Lawn and Yard Care.

Very professional, Walt was very knowledgeable about trees and willing to share.  Hired to remove a large mesquite limb that was damaged and about to damage our fence.  Also, had them trim our other trees.  The scheduler was willing to work with me to get our appointment ahead of schedule per my request.  All at a reasonable price.  The work was done exactly as Walt and I discussed.

I bought my house two years ago, and the prior owner had one lonely palm tree in the back yard. Naturally, it needs to be trimmed every year, and after sending out a Yelp request to have the work done, Geronimo was one of the few that responded. Some clearly weren't interested in a job that small, but Geronimo not only quoted a fair price, he was available within a few days.

The crew arrived within 15 minutes of our agreed time, did the work well (and quickly), and most important, cleaned up the debris from the trimming.  I am keeping their number handy for next year.

Geronimo was awesome, he and his crew did a great job on a small paver and turf project. He is very professional and takes pride in his work.

This is my first time hiring a landscaping Company, and I'm very appreciative that it was so easy with Geronimo, especially as so many other Companies are not quick to respond to requests to quote and/or do not show up on time.

I sent a quote request to a few businesses on yelp and Geronimo responded in a few minutes and came out the next morning for an estimate. He quoted me a very good price, far below any other company. I told him when I was available and he fit it into his schedule. He removed 2 saguaro cactus in my front yard and was in and out in about 20 minutes. Would highly recommend!

We hired this company to do yard work and just clean up the yard from weeds, grass, and trim the trees. The first time they did a good job, the second time was not the best but it was okay. We made a deal with the owner George to come monthly. The third time George came by himself with no other works. He did the bare minimum, left all these weeds, and did not even finish cutting the grass in parts of the yard. He did not trim any of the trees. When we tried to contact him, he didn't respond to any calls or texts. We even gave him snacks and water, which he ate and drank and threw the garbage in the backyard on the ground. He left that morning without saying anything. We sent him pictures of our yard and the trash he left, he never responded or returned any calls.

Definitely unprofessional and wouldn't recommend this company to do your yard work. There are companies that can do a better job and actually pull the weeds from the ground instead of just mowing over them and leaving all these dead weeds everywhere. There was no sort of clean up, just basically cut grass and left.

You definitely get ripped off from this guy. Do not pay him until after the job you hired him for is actually complete. He never does the job fully and it doesn't even get done good.

I will be calling George for all future landscaping jobs. George and his crew did a great job cleaning up the front and back yards at my home. His crew had the big job of removing a dead queen palm and then replacing it with a beautiful pigmy palm. He also tackled repairing my sprinkler system. George and his crew were very professional and courteous. Thanks again George.

I was referred to Lucas Lawn and I have to say it was the best referral I could have received.  They not only are SUPER honest but extremely professional.  Jourdan was prompt and did a very neat and detailed job taking care of my palm trees.  He even went out to his way to make sure my property was secured and safe before he left.  I look forward to utilizing their services throughout the year.  You get what you pay for!  If you want quality work from some guys that truly understand the needs of each tree, then you want to give Lucas Lawn and Yard Care a shot.  You will not be disappointed.

These guys are great if you just need a basic trimming or removal. If you need anything else they're largely useless as they seem incapable of following simple directions.

The first time we had them out they were trimming some trees and were supposed to remove a dead one. The trees looked nice but they forgot to remove the dead one. The next time we asked them to come give us an opinion on whether one of our trees was killed by bugs or by sunburn from overtrimming (by a different company). They gave is a quote to remove the tree and nothing else. The wind a couple days ago partially knocked over one of our trees so we had them out to give us a quote on how much it would cost to save the tree. This was communicated to the office as well as in person and yet we only received a quote for removal. We'll be finding a different company with people that actually listen.
