These guys are AWSOME! They were at 9:45 to take down two huge palms and were finished and cleaned up and gone by 11:30! They had to remove a few concrete edge stones in the front to get the crane truck in closer and even replaced the stones before they left. The whole crew was so nice and efficient. I would not hesitate to recommend Hayward Tree Service for any tree related job you might have. Philip came by on Thursday, gave me an estimate which was the same as others I had gotten and was here today, the next day, to do the job. I will definitely call them if I ever need another tree removed.

Great service,  such an easy process to schedule appointment, the guys came at the scheduled time,  and did a great job. Will use them again.

I have used Premium Tree Care to prune my trees for the past 3 years and have pleased with their work every time. They provide good service at a fair price. They are punctual, courteous and leave the place clean. I highly recommend them and will be using them again in the future

Ryan and his team are responsive and listen to what the customer wants. Always willing to go the extra mile. Ryan is very knowledgeable with regard to plants, trees, lawn care and all things landscaping. Been with them for 5 + years and happy!

We just moved into our new home in July and Sadly our tree out front didn't make it. I contacted tree pros because of their good reputation and reviews. They were responsive and able to send out Mike for a quote the next day!

It was very easy to schedule the appointment and the quote was crystal clear regarding what would be done and what each component cost.

I got a reminder call the day before. When the crane showed up (on time), the gentleman talked to my husband through the door bell system and was very professional and made sure the crane was parked in an appropriate place that wouldn't obstruct our ability to get in and out of the driveway.

The job took about 45 minutes. Everything was cleaned up beautifully and they did a great job.

Stump removal happens tomorrow!

Friendly staff, fast response, fair pricing. Scheduling was convenient and easy, crew showed up right on time, and the quality of work was just right. Will definitely use Tree Pros in the future -- and recommend them to anyone who needs a palm tree cleaned up.

Ryan was extremely responsive to my ask for 12 tons of rock to be spread in my back yard. He suggested also digging out and resetting the rivers (the drainage channels of large river rock) which was a great suggestion as they now look great.

We agreed price and a target timescale a few weeks out and he stuck to it. Ryan arranged the rock drop location with the rock company so I had nothing to do there and his guys showed up on schedule to take care of the spreading.

This is a second posting of the same review, because the first one was 'filtered' ... I think because it was my first Yelp review.  So, I'm trying again!

I recently contacted Tree Pros to get an estimate on trimming 2 trees in preparation for the monsoon season, removing an old tree root with sprouts, and planting of a new tree .  Daniel came out, gave an estimate and suggested a deep root fertilization for all the trees and palms.  We accepted the proposal.

The appointment was set to complete the fertilization and the following week complete the remainder of the work.  We 'think' all the trees and palms were fertilized; unfortunately no way to actually determine.

The next week the trees were trimmed in the middle section however neither was shaped, meaning nothing was removed from the outside of the trees called the 'tip weight'.  In addition, the old root wasn't removed and the new tree was planted without a water source!!!  The water source was specifically discussed with the crew prior to them starting the work.

I called Daniel to express my dissatisfaction; he came to the house a few days later and was completely amazed at the poor workmanship.

The second visit resulted in the trees being trimmed/shaped properly and the tree being put on the drip system - however there was no water coming through the emiter.  The root was not removed.

The root was finally removed on the third visit and the emiter for the tree produced water.

The only call received after visit three was to ask for payment.  I contemplated delaying payment however I wanted to end the relationship with Tree Pros as quickly as possible.

My final words ... proceed with caution!!

We have used Lucas Lawn and Yard Care for over 12 years, mainly for weekly lawn service, which in and of itself has been great.  Always there on the same day each week, and many of the same folks that we've come to know by name, so not a lot of turnover, which is always a good sign.  

But just recently we decided we needed a facelift and Ryan was there to assist and execute an amazingly big project and the results are incredible.  Replacing sprinkler lines and heads, adding plants to accent our features and then the rock to make it all POP!  Ryan the owner spent time with us to help with what plants would work best in each area and was there to help and to ensure the work was done they way we wanted it.  It looks gorgeous and I LOVE my front and back yards.   Thanks, Ryan and Team!

Broke my landscape lighting tried to prop it up like nothing happened and did not tell me.  Left 15-20 cigarette butts in my yard.  Hard pass.

Talked to these guys on the phone, and within an hour had an estimate!   Told us they could do the job tomorrow and they showed up on time, hard to find that in the valley.  He has a nice crew the showed up and cut down 3 trees and trimmed our palm tree, as well as grinding the stumps, had no issues cleaned up the yard very nice and did it within there estimate.    I would highly recommend this company they did exactly what they said they would do with no issues what so ever.

We contracted with Geronimo Pacheco and his company to trim our trees and shrubs and provide a general cleanup of the property which we recently purchased. Geronimo and his crew arrived on time and on schedule, and completed the work in a very satisfactory manner. Based upon our experience, we can definitely recommend Geronimo and his company for any landscaping work that  you might need.

This Company does great work! They cleaned/landscaped the front and backyard, and it looks wonderful. George is very nice are friendly and pricing is very reasonable.

We recently hired George and his team to remove two old, decaying sumac trees. We were immediately impressed with the care that George provided in detailing the scope of work, and in confirming our happiness with the completed project! North Phoenix, AZ - Trees for Needs is one of the few highly professional businesses we have dealt with in the Valley. Kerry and Kory were very professional and communication was excellent throughout the process of removing one of our tall white pines. Andy provided the initial details of the process, including the company's insurance information so we were at ease about coverage if something went wrong. Nothing did, as their crew has a totally safety conscience work ethnic and took all the necessary precautions to protect the home owner's property as well as their professional crew. After the tree was removed, the stump was ground down to our satisfaction. They checked in with us so we knew what was going to happen and after, triple checked to see that we were totally happy with the results.
