Have used Hayward for pruning my mesquite tree at my old house on several occasions.  Had them remove 2 trees at the new house and prune the two big trees in the backyard.  They have always been on time, professional and thorough.  The trees look great and they always clean up the whole yard afterwards.  Oh, and their prices are low compared to other estimates I received.  I highly recommend and will use them again.

Mario did a great job trimming 2 trees that were well over due.  They look great and the price was completely fair. I would definitely recommend.

Hired Lucas lawn to trim our 30 foot mesquite and removed a nearly fallen 15 mesquite in our newly purchased house. They did stump removal as well which is why we chose them.
After agreeing to the price they showed up about 3 weeks later with no prior warning. Trimmed and removed the trees causing damage to The surrounding plants and yard lights which I did not know about until getting home after work.
When calling to discuss the damages, instead of taking ownership of the damages or offering any solutions it was quickly dismissed and stated that the damages were not possibly done by the trimmers and that I obviously was crazy. The damages was not extensive, but being dismissed so quickly left a truly bitter taste and I would not recommend them to any family or friends and will not be using them on the future.

Essence was great to work with. Bryan was responsive, prompt, couldn't be happier with the service.

Alex responded promptly. They did a very nice job. Cleaned up the landscaping and rock really nicely and did all as planned. Not a speck left behind.

Ryan was extremely responsive to my ask for 12 tons of rock to be spread in my back yard. He suggested also digging out and resetting the rivers (the drainage channels of large river rock) which was a great suggestion as they now look great.

We agreed price and a target timescale a few weeks out and he stuck to it. Ryan arranged the rock drop location with the rock company so I had nothing to do there and his guys showed up on schedule to take care of the spreading.

I had Tree Pros come out and give me a quote. A wall was being rebuilt between my house and my neighbors and a problem tree had grown into the wall, so I needed a it to be  removed ASAP...  They quoted 540$, and I called on a Thursday, a couple days after the quote was given, to schedule them to cut down the tree.  I kept getting the run around saying they would call me back and they would never call.

I kept calling them, and then they said their quote was to low and they needed to re-evaluate the tree, they said they would call me back and didn't again!

When I called back on Monday, I got an arborist scheduled to come out on a Wednesday... He no show no called me!  

I called their manager on Friday after not hearing from them on Thursday, they were unaware nobody came out...  I said that I needed the tree done by Monday and he said he could look at a picture they had.. and said it would be $980.  I explained the horrible service I had over the past 8 days and I would need a better price than an 80% mark up from the original quote.  He said we need to make money on the job and this is the lowest they would go and he would be happy to schedule me if I agreed to the price increase.. They wasted a lot of my time!

I had to rush and get another quote from someone else,  ended up finding a small business landscaper to do it for $700.  

The landscaper said he gets a lot of jobs where  people had similar service issues with tree pros...He said they only want to do the big jobs and don't want to waste their time with small contracts.

Wow! I can't say enough good things about this company. David answered my call same day! I had called to other yard service providers and asked for quotes and I still haven't heard back. I was floored at the price he gave me to take care of some brush behind my fence line I thought it might be too good to be true. Once onside they handled themselves very professionally and offered to mow my yard while they were there (for a reasonable additional charge) I happily agreed.

I am extremely impressed. My service was about a month ago and just today David sent me a friendly text letting me know he was going to be in my area and wanted to see if I needed anything. My front flower bed needs some work so I am giving it to Lucas Lawn!

My residential property in Peoria Arizona has 14 mature queen palm trees. For the past seven years I have been trying to keep them green and free of brown palm fronds and frizzy palm fronds. Last year I noticed a couple of the trees appeared to be in distress and two smaller ones quickly died.
I received a flyer in the mail for trees for needs and gave them a call. I had a free consultation and recommendation to fertilize the trees and give some anti-fungal treatments to three of them. As they will tell you with palm trees, you may not see an immediate positive reaction to the treatments; however, in three months I can tell you I have new growth and all of my trees are looking very healthy. I would rather pay for professional fertilizer treatments than to have to pay for a removal and replacement of a mature tree. I am very pleased with this company and their services, and if I ever need more fertilizer for my queen palms, I will definitely use this company.

Our front and back yard needed a quick refresh of gravel. We called Geronimo Pacheco Landscaping to help with dispersing 25 tons of gravel throughout our yard. He and his team of 3, including the owner himself arrived on time with a bobcat and two wheel barrels. They had the rock dispersed, raked and tidied in under one day. Their attention to detail and care of the property and mature plants impressed me.

Greg has been trimming my palm trees since 2011 and has always done an outstanding job.  As far as clean up goes, my yard sparkles when he departs my home.  The last time Greg came to do my trees, I had him not only trim the four tall palms in my back yard, but he also spent two days skinning the darn things.  I couldn't believe how hard he worked; he did this alone and then cleaned up and hauled everything away.  I was, as usual, so impressed not only with a job well done, but with his reasonable price that I felt a tip should be included.  I am ready for another trim, but this time it will be my six palms...this includes the two in my front yard.

Kerry and Kory were very professional and communication was excellent throughout the process of removing one of our tall white pines. Andy provided the initial details of the process, including the company's insurance information so we were at ease about coverage if something went wrong. Nothing did, as their crew has a totally safety conscience work ethnic and took all the necessary precautions to protect the home owner's property as well as their professional crew. After the tree was removed, the stump was ground down to our satisfaction. They checked in with us so we knew what was going to happen and after, triple checked to see that we were totally happy with the results.
