Awesome service! All the know how, equipment and staffing to knock the job out efficiently and safely. Our jog seemed technical to me, being a tight space. Hayward sent their crane, and out those trees  went. Don't waste your time getting quotes that are basically going to be virtually the same. Hayward proved they could handle it!

We've used Ascending Tree Care to trim & feed our palm trees and prune our citrus tree. They are always professional and listen to any requests or questions and are wonderful to work with.

Mario did a great job trimming 2 trees that were well over due.  They look great and the price was completely fair. I would definitely recommend.

We worked with Ryan on designing and implementing a very large job at our home (new construction, so NO landscaping so far) Ryan had a lot of great ideas and implemented them perfectly. He always called and/or showed up when he said he would.  Very pleasant to work with and his entire team was as good. Negotiated great prices on our behalf with the various vendors and delivered on all of it! We would absolutely use Ryan and Lucas Lawn Care again and plan to in the near future. Bryan and Alisha responded immediately to my inquiry on Yelp. Then showed up 30 minutes later on Friday night. They were friendly, professional and competitively priced. They arrived on time and did precisely what they said they would do. They removed two 75' Oak trees and ground down the stumps. I would absolutely recommend them for any job they say they can do. Thanks again for the great work.

The good.  Robert, their arborist has always been good to deal with and seems to know his stuff and communicates well to the crew on what needs to be done.  That part is executed well.  The bad is that they are overly aggressive in trying to get back in to trim trees, etc.  This is a $1,100 to $1,300 job.  Mark your calendar please as we will not be doing more than every 10-12 months.  When my spouse reached back out to them, it took them a week or so to get back to her.  They need to tighten up communication a bit.

Friendly staff, fast response, fair pricing. Scheduling was convenient and easy, crew showed up right on time, and the quality of work was just right. Will definitely use Tree Pros in the future -- and recommend them to anyone who needs a palm tree cleaned up.

Ryan was extremely responsive to my ask for 12 tons of rock to be spread in my back yard. He suggested also digging out and resetting the rivers (the drainage channels of large river rock) which was a great suggestion as they now look great.

We agreed price and a target timescale a few weeks out and he stuck to it. Ryan arranged the rock drop location with the rock company so I had nothing to do there and his guys showed up on schedule to take care of the spreading.

I had a 30' Mexican fan palm tree in my back and I was forever fighting volunteers which resulted from the  seed pods that sprout on the tree and are a constant cleanup mess as they blow around all over the place.  I called several places for an estimate to have it taken down but due to the inability to get any of them to respond on a timely basis, I was getting discouraged.  

I called Treepros and from my first telephone call was treated like they wanted the business.  Alex came out and gave me an acceptable bid to take the tree down and two days later it was down and gone.  The crew (four guys) who did the job, were friendly and completely accommodating.  They cleaned up after the deed was done and you'd never know they had been here now.  Thanks guys!!

I recently had Lucas Lawn & Yard Care remove a tree trunk and cut a fractured limb from a larger tree.  The crew worked quickly and were gone before I knew it.  They handled both jobs in less than an hour.

The tree trunk was approximately 3' in diameter and 10 feet tall.  When I went out afterwards, I was unable to tell where the trunk had been.  The guys not only pulled the trunk, but they took the time to push the decorative rock out of the way prior to starting.  Once the trunk was removed, they distributed the rock over the area.  If I did not know the trunk was there, I could not tell.

The fractured limb was close to the same diameter, but much longer.  With all of its off shoots it was closer to 30'.  The limb was mostly beyond my property line into a common area of the HOA.  I notified my HOA property manager to let him know a licensed, bonded and insured landscaping crew would need to work in the common area by my property line.  

Other than the fresh cut on the tree, you could not tell any tree work had been performed.  Everything had been cleaned up and hauled away.  There were no remnants from the branch in my yard or the common area.

I highly recommend Lucas Lawn & Yard Care.  They have performed one other special job for me (trimming of bushes along the property fence so it may be painted).  Lucas is also my biweekly gardening service and annual trimming of five trees.  I have been a client for over five years and have never been unhappy with the service.

We needed significant clearing of our alleyway of brush/weeds/even a pack rat's nest. Mike was super helpful and responsive. The work was done well and as quickly as promised. We were impressed!!

Be careful of this company! i pay for a service I really didn't receive.  Hidden details that they told you after u agree to the service.  Poor customer service because they don't even try to work with you but do everything to collect the paymen.

I had a time scheduled to meet. They didn't bother showing up, and didn't bother to contact me. When i sent them a message that evening asking what happened they said they had a lot of work.

If you can't make an appointment, have the decency to let the people know instead of leaving them hanging. It would have taken what, 15 seconds to call/text and say you couldn't make it?

Geronimo was awesome, he and his crew did a great job on a small paver and turf project. He is very professional and takes pride in his work.

This is my first time hiring a landscaping Company, and I'm very appreciative that it was so easy with Geronimo, especially as so many other Companies are not quick to respond to requests to quote and/or do not show up on time.

I sent a quote request to a few businesses on yelp and Geronimo responded in a few minutes and came out the next morning for an estimate. He quoted me a very good price, far below any other company. I told him when I was available and he fit it into his schedule. He removed 2 saguaro cactus in my front yard and was in and out in about 20 minutes. Would highly recommend!

Sergio is extremely knowledgeable, responsive, detailed and thorough in every aspect of his work. Excellent quality and amazing value. We had a full landscape cleanup and now have ongoing maintenance. We are consistently impressed w his work!

Littering my neighborhood with stupid flyers stuffed into front doors is not welcome.  I called and asked for someone come remove the unsolicited flyers.  I was transferred to someone else who said it would be easier to just throw it away.  When I said I'd report it as littering as they were blown about the neighborhood, he said I'd like to see how that goes for you.  That's a great way to earn business.

These flyers are unwanted, a total waste and create a more negative brand impressions than positive.

North Phoenix, AZ - Trees for Needs is one of the few highly professional businesses we have dealt with in the Valley. Kerry and Kory were very professional and communication was excellent throughout the process of removing one of our tall white pines. Andy provided the initial details of the process, including the company's insurance information so we were at ease about coverage if something went wrong. Nothing did, as their crew has a totally safety conscience work ethnic and took all the necessary precautions to protect the home owner's property as well as their professional crew. After the tree was removed, the stump was ground down to our satisfaction. They checked in with us so we knew what was going to happen and after, triple checked to see that we were totally happy with the results.
