These guys are AWSOME! They were at 9:45 to take down two huge palms and were finished and cleaned up and gone by 11:30! They had to remove a few concrete edge stones in the front to get the crane truck in closer and even replaced the stones before they left. The whole crew was so nice and efficient. I would not hesitate to recommend Hayward Tree Service for any tree related job you might have. Philip came by on Thursday, gave me an estimate which was the same as others I had gotten and was here today, the next day, to do the job. I will definitely call them if I ever need another tree removed.

This company will be my goto from now on... Amazing work, on time , on budget and so much better than other experiences that I have had. I wouldn't even consider using another company.. 4 pros show up on time with amazing tools. They take great pride and I received a education besides.

Next time hire these guys.  They are not 3 guys with a chain saw.. They are arborists and proud of it...

I highly recommend Lucas Lawn Care. We worked with Ryan on designing and implementing a very large job at our home (new construction, so NO landscaping so far) Ryan had a lot of great ideas and implemented them perfectly. He always called and/or showed up when he said he would.  Very pleasant to work with and his entire team was as good. Negotiated great prices on our behalf with the various vendors and delivered on all of it! We would absolutely use Ryan and Lucas Lawn Care again and plan to in the near future. Thr arborist Paul that was assigned to give me a quote calls on Easter during dinner and wants to come over on Easter Monday. I told him my faith celebrates Easter and Easter Monday and to call back on Tuesday after the season is over. While speaking with him he was very snarky making a comment he's been to my place hundreds of times. If ge's been here hundreds if times, why does he need to come over to give me a quote? Normally after a couple times, I'm able to remember the beautiful trees I see. He never called back and Amanda who runs  the Customer Service Relations for the company tells me the quote would be taken care of. Nada a week later. I've moved on.

Friendly staff, fast response, fair pricing. Scheduling was convenient and easy, crew showed up right on time, and the quality of work was just right. Will definitely use Tree Pros in the future -- and recommend them to anyone who needs a palm tree cleaned up.

Ryan was extremely responsive to my ask for 12 tons of rock to be spread in my back yard. He suggested also digging out and resetting the rivers (the drainage channels of large river rock) which was a great suggestion as they now look great.

We agreed price and a target timescale a few weeks out and he stuck to it. Ryan arranged the rock drop location with the rock company so I had nothing to do there and his guys showed up on schedule to take care of the spreading.

Back in February I contacted Tree Pros to cut down a sissoo tree & have the stump ground out. They said it would be a few weeks until they could take care of it and then it would be a couple more weeks to have a crew come grind it out. I had no problem waiting to have it removed.

It was March when the crew came & cut it down. The crew was very professional and fast. The tree was at least 40 feet tall. In a couple of hours it was down & cleaned up. Later that day, an arborist showed up to treat the stump. He made some cuts in what was left of the stump and a couple of roots visible on the surface. He sprayed a poison that he assured me would kill off any sprouts that would pop up later. Well, it didn't work. As you can see by the one photo, the root on the surface with the cut in it was where the arborist did a treatment. Two feet away a sprout has popped up. There were a few sprouts that would pop up here & there. I would pull them as they would come up. I left for a little more that a week & as you can see from the other photo I now have a small forest coming up in the back yard.

I contacted them to have an arborist to treat the ones that have now appeared since this is more than I feel I can do myself. The arborist acted like he couldn't be bothered & said it would be $800 to take care of the problem. He told me to expect a supervisor call back.

I waited 2 days for the call back. None came, so I decided to call them about the issue. Someone said I would get a call back by the end of the day. No one did, so I called & left a message since all I got was a voice mail. This was on a friday. They did call me back & said some one would call me Monday morning 1st thing. No one did. I called them Tuesday at 3 because no one has called me back. Each time they have apologized about not getting a call back. When I called on Tuesday, they said they have scheduled a call for me Wednesday at 10. You guess it, nobody has called.

I'm am done, their time to fix this problem is over. I am seriously considering legal action. I would've left a zero stars if I could've, but Yelp won't let me. I highly recommend do not use this company. My next step is I'm filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Terrible! I contracted with Lucas for total yard care. Went well for first visit, subsequently all his unsupervised hispanic workers did was rake, leafblow and left. I disputed his billing for not performing any plant and tree care. Lucas contracted a collection agency and reported to credit agency. Lucas is more focused on getting customers money than satisfying customer with proper work. Stay away from Lucas. He's a nightmare.

Very professional, Walt was very knowledgeable about trees and willing to share.  Hired to remove a large mesquite limb that was damaged and about to damage our fence.  Also, had them trim our other trees.  The scheduler was willing to work with me to get our appointment ahead of schedule per my request.  All at a reasonable price.  The work was done exactly as Walt and I discussed.

Horrible service! I setup an appointment and they never showed up for appointment. I called and they never returned my call.

We hired Geronimo to remove part of our back patio and pour a new larger patio.  They came and removed all the old cement and a tree stump.  They worked really hard the first day and we were impressed how well things looked.  Then we could not get them to come back the next two days and finish they job.  We had to pay half up front but Geronimo came back and gave us our money back for the work that was not complete.  We are very thankful that he was at least good enough to return the money.

Geronimo was awesome, he and his crew did a great job on a small paver and turf project. He is very professional and takes pride in his work.

Responded immediately to my request to quote. Scheduled an appointment to walk the property and give an estimate. Showed up right on time.

Gave me a fair estimate and scheduled sevice two days later. Again showed up right on time. Very kind and professional, worked quickly and got the job done.

This is my first time hiring a landscaping Company, and I'm very appreciative that it was so easy with Geronimo, especially as so many other Companies are not quick to respond to requests to quote and/or do not show up on time.

I sent a request through Yelp for a quote for landscaping maintenance services (removal of leaves and trimming the trees and bushes) and Geronimo responded within minutes. He came out the following morning with his partner, right on time I might add, and gave me a very reasonable estimate which I agreed to. He said he could come back later that same day at noon. He and his partner showed up at 11:30 and got right to work. My plants were all overgrown from the rain and lack of attention and Geronimo Pacheco Landscaping did an awesome job making everything look great again. Do not hesitate to give these guys a call.

George was great. He answered my cry for help in a timely manner and was able to come same day and fix the issue.  He was professional and courteous and provided great advice.

I was referred to Lucas Lawn and I have to say it was the best referral I could have received.  They not only are SUPER honest but extremely professional.  Jourdan was prompt and did a very neat and detailed job taking care of my palm trees.  He even went out to his way to make sure my property was secured and safe before he left.  I look forward to utilizing their services throughout the year.  You get what you pay for!  If you want quality work from some guys that truly understand the needs of each tree, then you want to give Lucas Lawn and Yard Care a shot.  You will not be disappointed.

North Phoenix, AZ - Trees for Needs is one of the few highly professional businesses we have dealt with in the Valley. Kerry and Kory were very professional and communication was excellent throughout the process of removing one of our tall white pines. Andy provided the initial details of the process, including the company's insurance information so we were at ease about coverage if something went wrong. Nothing did, as their crew has a totally safety conscience work ethnic and took all the necessary precautions to protect the home owner's property as well as their professional crew. After the tree was removed, the stump was ground down to our satisfaction. They checked in with us so we knew what was going to happen and after, triple checked to see that we were totally happy with the results.
