I did not hire this company, but was so impressed with their customer service I wanted to write a review.  I got five quotes to have a very large pine tree removed from my front yard.  I'm on a very tight budget, and one other company gave me a slightly better rate.  Don't know if I'll regret my decision, as I have not yet received the work.

Someone at Hayward answered my call right away, so I didn't have to leave a message and wait for a reply.  She was very professional, took all my information, and scheduled an estimate for the very next day.  I was then sent a confirmation text (which I had agreed was okay when I originally called... I know not everyone likes to communicate via text).  The estimate was scheduled within a three hour window which was met in a timely fashion.   An estimate was emailed to me almost immediately after their visit.  I was then given a phone call the very next day to follow up and make sure I had received the estimate.

Customer service is everything in my opinion and these guys really hit it home.  Although they were beat by one other company, they gave me a VERY reasonable quote.  They outbid the next lowest company by $200 and the most expensive company by $400, so I think you'll be getting a great deal if you use these guys.  I would recommend them to anyone!

I am so happy with this company.  They showed up each time they said they would.  They came this morning and fixed my sprinkler system, fertilizer, grass seed and put rocks down in area I requested.  They were all very professional and on time, actually early.  I would NOT hesitate in calling this company!  Impressive

I have used Premium Tree Care to prune my trees for the past 3 years and have pleased with their work every time. They provide good service at a fair price. They are punctual, courteous and leave the place clean. I highly recommend them and will be using them again in the future

Lifelong professional landscapers and family-own/operated business that does amazing work.  I used Lucas Lawn to come out an fix a HORRIBLE install done by a different company 4 years ago. This was no small job as I am on an acre of land with 10,000 sq ft of grass.

I was going to rip the entire lawn, sprinklers and everything out.  But Ryan, the owner, came up with a much better solution that was less invasive and destructive and SAVED me a TON of money.  He not only fixed and updated the irrigation system, HE SAVED THE ENTIRE LAWN AS WELL!

They all wore company shirts, used professional equipment (including trucks and trailers) and kept the job site clean at all times.  They have many crews and at times multiple trucks showed up to knock out the work quickly.  

I 100% recommend Lucas Lawn for regular maintenance, installs, repairs or just to help out with head scratching issues.

I won't recommend this moving service because Bryan made way with my tenants money he is a low life scammer you'll should watch out fit him he lets you make payment then don't deliver with agreement .

Great service at a great price. Alex is prompt and courteous with his response and quote. And the job was done within two days of first visit of  the quote. The service was so good I hired them on a monthly plan.

Friendly staff, fast response, fair pricing. Scheduling was convenient and easy, crew showed up right on time, and the quality of work was just right. Will definitely use Tree Pros in the future -- and recommend them to anyone who needs a palm tree cleaned up.

Ryan was extremely responsive to my ask for 12 tons of rock to be spread in my back yard. He suggested also digging out and resetting the rivers (the drainage channels of large river rock) which was a great suggestion as they now look great.

We agreed price and a target timescale a few weeks out and he stuck to it. Ryan arranged the rock drop location with the rock company so I had nothing to do there and his guys showed up on schedule to take care of the spreading.

Can't trust this company. Did a good job the first and second times they trimmed our ornamental oranges. Third time, had to call them back to fix several large areas that either weren't done or were done badly. The last time, the arborist recommended a soil test, which cost about $200, because some of the trees were yellowing badly. Several months passed, no report. When I called, TreePros said they lost it and wouldn't charge us for it. They found it a week later and emailed it. No explanation of the report, just a bunch of numbers. The next arborist Tree Pros sent out to talk about the report told us that we never needed the test, that it was a waste of money, that he could tell what the trees needed just by looking at them as it's a common problem in AZ, and that the person who sold us the test was no longer with the company. He has refused to refund the cost of the unnecessary test, notwithstanding that his company recommended it, because, well, we got the results after all. That decision has cost TreePros my business, to the tune of over $1,200 a year in business they won't see again.

I could not recommend this company enough and would give more stars if possible! Eric Bull and his crew answered all my questions and concerns on a not so easy project I had for them. They did an AMAZING  job from start to finish and even impressed our neighbors.  I originally found them through the amount of referrals from social media, community and online and now I know why! So happy to have found such a reliable, honest, hard working company and could not beat their price. I run my own business so im extremely picky and cautious on what im looking for and what I expect and I couldnt be happier with the choosing thia company. You wont regret hiring them!!!

Highly recommend this company! When we moved into our home two years ago we had three large trees that hadn't been professionally trimmed in more than 5 years. We first used a different tree company and didn't think twice when they quoted us for the job. We brought them out this summer and when they arrived I was told they didn't know why they were here because they'd quote us the same. At this point I knew I needed to check with a different company. That's when I was referred to Trees for Needs. When they came out they talked to me about the health of the trees and advised I held off on trimming until we could get one of them healthier. It was apparent they weren't just trying to get my money ASAP. The quote was at half the price of the other company. Their workers are professional and do quality work. Clean up everything after and make sure you don't have any questions or concerns.

I've been waiting a few weeks before posting a review because I wanted to be as fair as possible. On the good side, this company was prompt to return my calls & were sort of on time to appear (they came at the very tail end of their time window.)

On the bad side, they sent someone who didn't speak very much English & he couldn't understand what I wanted to have done on the trees. I was really hoping for a real arborist who could help me understand the different options, but I ended up just pointing and hoping for the best. When I came back after running some quick errands, I found most of my tree on the ground & somehow it still looked as scraggly as it started! I called the owner to complain and he said a) that I didn't know what I was talking about, b) that I was looking for a free trim job, and c) that he could come by to look at it and to tell me that he thought it looked good (his opinion from the few cell phone photos that the trimming guy sent to him.)

They've been calling every few days to see when they could come and tell me that the tree looks fine, but honestly, I don't think that will help me feel better at all. I don't really want to talk to them again after being so insulted when I was really upset over the bad trim my tree had gotten from them...

Maybe if you speak Spanish and already know everything you need to know about trees, this would be an okay company to try, but I think that the owner should really consider whether or not he should personally meet new clients to better understand their needs and also really, really consider what he says to them.

I reached out for a quote through Yelp and he was quick to respond, came out to my house the same day to give an estimate. Fair price and was on time for the job. He also did a great job trimming our citrus and palm trees. Highly recommend.

Geronimo was awesome, he and his crew did a great job on a small paver and turf project. He is very professional and takes pride in his work.

This is my first time hiring a landscaping Company, and I'm very appreciative that it was so easy with Geronimo, especially as so many other Companies are not quick to respond to requests to quote and/or do not show up on time.

Jorge was amazing! I can't say enough good things...I am telling all my friends about him. I stopped on here last night looking for someone to trim one of our palm tree's. Jorge was the only one to respond within minutes (not that I expected that)...he was super responsive, was able to come out today and did a better job than I could have dreamed up, hauled all the trimmings away and completely cleaned up, even using the blower. The cost was WAY less than anyone else and others couldn't come out for a week. I will be using Jorge at Roman Landscape for all our tree needs. A+ service and work. Thank you Jorge!

Astonishing Landscaping is astonishingly terrible and don't even know landscaping 101. George is the worst landscaper I have ever hired across all 10 states I have lived. He didn't even complete the job he was paid for or clean up the terrible job he did do. He literally did half of the job he was paid for only to leave mid way and  never to be heard of again. If you desperately need to hire George, make sure to pay George AFTER the work is complete and don't make the mistake I did by paying up front because you really do need to verify that the job you paid for is complete, just absolutely terrible.

If you're a community manager or someone responsible for your property's landscape consulting with Tree Theory is a must.
They came in spent a lot of time on property compiling data and assessing the landscape. Afterwards they present a detailed report on the landscape including conditions, recommendations and crucial steps to bring all landscape to its fullest potential.
Nothing has been an issue for them, infestations, malnourished, etc. whatever the issue Tree Theory can provide a solution for.
I highly recommend them for any property out there, Craig and the team have been top notch pros!

I was referred to Lucas Lawn and I have to say it was the best referral I could have received.  They not only are SUPER honest but extremely professional.  Jourdan was prompt and did a very neat and detailed job taking care of my palm trees.  He even went out to his way to make sure my property was secured and safe before he left.  I look forward to utilizing their services throughout the year.  You get what you pay for!  If you want quality work from some guys that truly understand the needs of each tree, then you want to give Lucas Lawn and Yard Care a shot.  You will not be disappointed.

These guys are great if you just need a basic trimming or removal. If you need anything else they're largely useless as they seem incapable of following simple directions.

The first time we had them out they were trimming some trees and were supposed to remove a dead one. The trees looked nice but they forgot to remove the dead one. The next time we asked them to come give us an opinion on whether one of our trees was killed by bugs or by sunburn from overtrimming (by a different company). They gave is a quote to remove the tree and nothing else. The wind a couple days ago partially knocked over one of our trees so we had them out to give us a quote on how much it would cost to save the tree. This was communicated to the office as well as in person and yet we only received a quote for removal. We'll be finding a different company with people that actually listen.
