These guys are AWSOME! They were at 9:45 to take down two huge palms and were finished and cleaned up and gone by 11:30! They had to remove a few concrete edge stones in the front to get the crane truck in closer and even replaced the stones before they left. The whole crew was so nice and efficient. I would not hesitate to recommend Hayward Tree Service for any tree related job you might have. Philip came by on Thursday, gave me an estimate which was the same as others I had gotten and was here today, the next day, to do the job. I will definitely call them if I ever need another tree removed.

I've had awful luck with landscapers this fall, either having people no-show or calling companies one at a time only to never hear back. So when a pipe burst in my drip system I decided instead of spending days working down a list of companies myself, I'd try using the Yelp feature that lets you throw your job out there and see who responds.

Gerson was the first one to reply, and within an hour we had an appointment set up and had exchanged a few emails. He showed up exactly when he said he was going to, quickly took stock of the situation, and gave me two possible quotes, depending on what type of pipe material I wanted to use. I went with the second one and he told me he'd be back tomorrow. Then I got a text a while later that he was actually available today, if that worked. He came back, completed the entire job quickly and efficiently, and I'm now sitting here typing this, only twenty-four hours after I first asked for help. That has to be the fastest and easiest that hiring a company to fix something on my house has ever gone.

I have used Premium Tree Care to prune my trees for the past 3 years and have pleased with their work every time. They provide good service at a fair price. They are punctual, courteous and leave the place clean. I highly recommend them and will be using them again in the future

They did a great job and even came out on a Sunday. My irrigation system was a mess and they fixed it up pretty fast.

Ryan was extremely responsive to my ask for 12 tons of rock to be spread in my back yard. He suggested also digging out and resetting the rivers (the drainage channels of large river rock) which was a great suggestion as they now look great.

We agreed price and a target timescale a few weeks out and he stuck to it. Ryan arranged the rock drop location with the rock company so I had nothing to do there and his guys showed up on schedule to take care of the spreading.

This is our second year using Tree Pros and they are quite good. Tree Pros contacted me as we were nearly at the year mark since having our trees trimmed. Pete came out and provided a fair estimate both for trimming our two large trees and soil injections.

Within a couple of days I revived a call to schedule the tree trimming and soil injections, they are done separately, though I was lucky enough to get them done the same day.

The night before the appointment date they call with a three hour window of when the service will occur. My frustration is with the fact that the gentleman for soil injections came an hour early and for trimming two hours early. Luckily I had taken the day off, but I nearly missed grabbing the door for the soil injection gentleman because I wasn't expecting him. No one called me ahead of time to let me know there was any change in the schedule.

I am still giving Tree Pros four stars overall. They do do quality work and are reasonably priced and do try to fix issues - I just wish their time estimate was a little more accurate! It would help greatly! I have already submitted this concern via email to the company in hopes they can work on this one.

The crew for trimming took care to remove our solar lights and put them back in place after the work. They did a great job of cleaning up all the debris and hauling it off which was a plus!

I loved working with them.  They were trying a huge tree in my neighbor's yard so I asked them over the fence if they could trim one of mine.  Erik was very knowledgeable and charged me way less then I was expecting.  I've had them back out several times to trim bushes and I've always been pleased.  They offer deep root fertilizing too which I purchased for a pine tree.  Love them!!

Highly recommend this company! Everyone was polite and professional. Eric, the owner, is very honest and straightforward. Had 2 palm trees that needed to be cut down but were in a precarious position, close to the walls in the yard. He laid out for me the risks associated with bringing both trees down. He was able to get both trees cut down quickly and efficiently with no damage to the walls or concrete walkway. Yard was totally cleaned up with no left over mess. Will definitely be calling him again for more tree work in the future.

The absolute best tree trimming and customer service!! Kim is awesome and helped me get my trees serviced quickly. And my newly trimmed palm is beautiful!! Very highly recommend them!!

We contracted with Geronimo Pacheco and his company to trim our trees and shrubs and provide a general cleanup of the property which we recently purchased. Geronimo and his crew arrived on time and on schedule, and completed the work in a very satisfactory manner. Gave me a fair estimate and scheduled sevice two days later. Again showed up right on time. Very kind and professional, worked quickly and got the job done.

This is my first time hiring a landscaping Company, and I'm very appreciative that it was so easy with Geronimo, especially as so many other Companies are not quick to respond to requests to quote and/or do not show up on time.

I sent a quote request to a few businesses on yelp and Geronimo responded in a few minutes and came out the next morning for an estimate. He quoted me a very good price, far below any other company. I told him when I was available and he fit it into his schedule. He removed 2 saguaro cactus in my front yard and was in and out in about 20 minutes. Would highly recommend!

I highly recommend George and his crew! We had two oleanders that were diseased and needed to be removed. I got several quotes and theirs was the best and he stuck to it. He was very responsive and helpful and they worked quickly and did an amazing job. Really great costumer service and great work. Will definitely be using them again!

My husband and I were very pleased with George and his great crew, initially. We really liked them a lot.
However, we had saved up a lot of money and had recently put in artificial grass. Shortly thereafter, we had George and his crew do the landscaping again (trimming trees, blowing leaves, trimming bushes, etc.)  I did not know I had to tell them ahead of time to not lay their hot equipment on the artificial grass, as that would surely melt it. I, unfortunately, assumed they knew this.
When I checked the landscaping job the next day, I saw a tell-tale melted spot on my brand new artificial grass. (Tell-tale, as in it was in the shape of a leaf blower.) When I asked George about what had happened, he immediately denied any wrong doing and made up a story about telling his brother ( not the owner of the house, mind you), saying that he saw the marks before he started the work. So, as a landscaper, wouldn't you bring that up to the attention of the owner BEFORE you did any landscaping?  Besides, we have NOTHING that could have caused such damage. We never leave ANYTHING on that artificial grass and our windows have shade screens.
Long story, short... they lied about the damage. They agreed to not receive payment for that days' landscaping. But, here we are with major melted damage to our.artificial grass. They never admitted to their mistake and did not pay for the damage.

Word to the wise: Take photos before and after any work done.

Littering my neighborhood with stupid flyers stuffed into front doors is not welcome.  I called and asked for someone come remove the unsolicited flyers.  I was transferred to someone else who said it would be easier to just throw it away.  When I said I'd report it as littering as they were blown about the neighborhood, he said I'd like to see how that goes for you.  That's a great way to earn business.

These flyers are unwanted, a total waste and create a more negative brand impressions than positive.

These guys are great if you just need a basic trimming or removal. If you need anything else they're largely useless as they seem incapable of following simple directions.

The first time we had them out they were trimming some trees and were supposed to remove a dead one. The trees looked nice but they forgot to remove the dead one. The next time we asked them to come give us an opinion on whether one of our trees was killed by bugs or by sunburn from overtrimming (by a different company). They gave is a quote to remove the tree and nothing else. The wind a couple days ago partially knocked over one of our trees so we had them out to give us a quote on how much it would cost to save the tree. This was communicated to the office as well as in person and yet we only received a quote for removal. We'll be finding a different company with people that actually listen.
