Hayward Tree Service is AMAZING! I had a huge tree in my front yard and three huge shrubs in the back and they came through like termites and destroyed the wood. The crane took the largest and it was so quick just minutes and they also quickly cleaned up. The backyard, huge tree, and with cleanup and they were done in a hour-so awesome! I have already referred three of my neighbors. Hayward Tree Service has amazing customer service and at amazing prices too!  Best in the Valley!  Thank You Hayward Tree Service!

This company will be my goto from now on... Amazing work, on time , on budget and so much better than other experiences that I have had. I wouldn't even consider using another company.. 4 pros show up on time with amazing tools. They take great pride and I received a education besides.

Next time hire these guys.  They are not 3 guys with a chain saw.. They are arborists and proud of it...

I put out a request for a quote through yelp yelp automatically selected several landscapers to quote the job.
This company replied by message through Yelp and set up a time for a phone consult. How they can do a phone consultation when they really need to see the yard and the scope of the work I have no clue?
They never called for the phone consult.  Several hours after the time they were supposed to call A gentleman called and wanted to set an appointment for the next day between six and eight in the morning.
I told him I would not wake up until 8:30 so he said I'll be there between 8-9. He obviously didn't hear me when I said I don't get up until 830 which tells me that he doesn't listen to his clients.
But I agreed to the appointment time of between 8-9 o'clock. I got up early and waited and waited and waited they did not bother to call to say that they needed to cancel or reschedule.
In the afternoon I messaged them through Yelp telling them that they missed two appointments.
Within a few minutes they called wanting to come over right then explaining that they slept in. I would've liked to have slept in too. So that showed me that they're inconsiderate of their clients And that they're unreliable.
So the reason I'm giving this rating is
1.  they don't listen to their client
2.  they don't show up when they say they're going to
3.  they're inconsiderate of their clients time.
4. They are unreliable
I believe this is a brand new business and they obviously won't be in business long with these types of practices. I don't think they realize that if you can't make it on time to your appointments or at least called before you're going to be late that It shows that you're unreliable
Hiw can I trust that they would show up on time to actually perform the work when they dont when trying to get the job.
I can't and I don't have time to play around with people that really don't want the business

Hired Lucas lawn to trim our 30 foot mesquite and removed a nearly fallen 15 mesquite in our newly purchased house. They did stump removal as well which is why we chose them.
After agreeing to the price they showed up about 3 weeks later with no prior warning. Trimmed and removed the trees causing damage to The surrounding plants and yard lights which I did not know about until getting home after work.
When calling to discuss the damages, instead of taking ownership of the damages or offering any solutions it was quickly dismissed and stated that the damages were not possibly done by the trimmers and that I obviously was crazy. The damages was not extensive, but being dismissed so quickly left a truly bitter taste and I would not recommend them to any family or friends and will not be using them on the future.

We just moved into our new home in July and Sadly our tree out front didn't make it. I contacted tree pros because of their good reputation and reviews. They were responsive and able to send out Mike for a quote the next day!

It was very easy to schedule the appointment and the quote was crystal clear regarding what would be done and what each component cost.

I got a reminder call the day before. When the crane showed up (on time), the gentleman talked to my husband through the door bell system and was very professional and made sure the crane was parked in an appropriate place that wouldn't obstruct our ability to get in and out of the driveway.

The job took about 45 minutes. Everything was cleaned up beautifully and they did a great job.

Stump removal happens tomorrow!

Friendly staff, fast response, fair pricing. Scheduling was convenient and easy, crew showed up right on time, and the quality of work was just right. Will definitely use Tree Pros in the future -- and recommend them to anyone who needs a palm tree cleaned up.

Ryan was extremely responsive to my ask for 12 tons of rock to be spread in my back yard. He suggested also digging out and resetting the rivers (the drainage channels of large river rock) which was a great suggestion as they now look great.

We agreed price and a target timescale a few weeks out and he stuck to it. Ryan arranged the rock drop location with the rock company so I had nothing to do there and his guys showed up on schedule to take care of the spreading.

I chose Tree Pros because they had a certified arborist come out to quote us on the trimming of a large eucalyptus tree. He was knowledgable and informative. He gave us the option of having the tree trimmed or having it cut so that it will restrict it's growth so that it won't get too big. We chose the basic trimming as we like the large size. He explained that they would trim the long branches, remove the cross-branching and get the limbs off the house.

I got another quote for $100 less but did not go with them as Tree Pros' arborist mentioned crews who come in and just whack away at the tree and take everything. I definitely did not want that to happen!!

Well, I should have paid the other company $100 less since the crew at Tree Pros were obviously not in alignment with what the arborist told us. They came and whacked away at the tree and took everything. I really think the guy quoting you the job should be present when the work crew comes out. If he was there perhaps we would have gotten what we asked for. Instead, we got huge branches cut completely off not just the cross branches. I'm so sad about it that I can't even look at the tree. Perhaps they were doing the growth restricting? I'm not sure. But I am sure that it wasn't just a trim. In the end, the tree will be fine and it's still healthy but I'm so sad to lose so much of it. And bummed that I spent the extra money that I paid to avoid exactly what ended up happening.

On a positive note, they did an AMAZING job of cleaning up after the job. The yard looks better than it ever has with no leaf or branch litter. Very professional on that aspect of the job.

These guys were great! We have a Jacuranda tree in the front yard that was in need of being cut back. They were very responsive and cost effective. On the day of service, a crew of 2 came to trim the tree and then later that day, another crew came to shred up the trimmings. The tree looks so much better and is ready for the Spring/Summer. I would highly recommend Trees for Needs.

We had Hummingbird Tree Care out to remove 9 palm trees in our yard. Many of them were quite large. They did a fantastic job! Showed up on time, communicated well, took great care to angle and fell the trees between the backyard walls and the pool, gazebo and BBQ ramada, wow.  Then cleaned it all up. Such a great crew.  Thank you all !!

Was looking for general cleanup and trimming for my yard. Geronimo replied promptly and was able to set up a time within a few days that fit my schedule; and at the agreed upon time the crew that arrived did a great job completing the work. He also pointed out some items that I was overlooking and took care of them under the same quote as well. I also was able to set up a reoccurring service and trust that it will be completed timely and accurately.

Geronimo was awesome, he and his crew did a great job on a small paver and turf project. He is very professional and takes pride in his work.

This is my first time hiring a landscaping Company, and I'm very appreciative that it was so easy with Geronimo, especially as so many other Companies are not quick to respond to requests to quote and/or do not show up on time.

Jorge was amazing! I can't say enough good things...I am telling all my friends about him. I stopped on here last night looking for someone to trim one of our palm tree's. Jorge was the only one to respond within minutes (not that I expected that)...he was super responsive, was able to come out today and did a better job than I could have dreamed up, hauled all the trimmings away and completely cleaned up, even using the blower. The cost was WAY less than anyone else and others couldn't come out for a week. I will be using Jorge at Roman Landscape for all our tree needs. A+ service and work. Thank you Jorge!

I highly recommend George and his crew! We had two oleanders that were diseased and needed to be removed. I got several quotes and theirs was the best and he stuck to it. He was very responsive and helpful and they worked quickly and did an amazing job. Really great costumer service and great work. Will definitely be using them again!

These guys are great! I was so impressed with how George listened to our needs and made applicable suggestions while keeping our budget in mind. He does things right! Then, his guys that came out with him were great as well! They did all that was promised and then even more all while confirming with us to make sure their ideas all worked with our plan. I can tell the whole crew cares about people. Even the squirrel that they sent up in our trees to trim them from the inside. I can see why they gave him that nickname for sure. I was referred to Lucas Lawn and I have to say it was the best referral I could have received.  They not only are SUPER honest but extremely professional.  Jourdan was prompt and did a very neat and detailed job taking care of my palm trees.  He even went out to his way to make sure my property was secured and safe before he left.  I look forward to utilizing their services throughout the year.  You get what you pay for!  If you want quality work from some guys that truly understand the needs of each tree, then you want to give Lucas Lawn and Yard Care a shot.  You will not be disappointed.

These guys are great if you just need a basic trimming or removal. If you need anything else they're largely useless as they seem incapable of following simple directions.

The first time we had them out they were trimming some trees and were supposed to remove a dead one. The trees looked nice but they forgot to remove the dead one. The next time we asked them to come give us an opinion on whether one of our trees was killed by bugs or by sunburn from overtrimming (by a different company). They gave is a quote to remove the tree and nothing else. The wind a couple days ago partially knocked over one of our trees so we had them out to give us a quote on how much it would cost to save the tree. This was communicated to the office as well as in person and yet we only received a quote for removal. We'll be finding a different company with people that actually listen.
