From the initial call requesting an estimate, to the completion of the job yesterday, we were thoroughly impressed with Hayward Tree Service! She was great on the phone and email providing estimate details, and Phil got right back to me with job details etc. When they arrived yesterday morning it was apparently these guys have ALL the equipment to do the job, including a massive crane, a stumper and the largest chipper I have ever seen. 4 50' palms were cut, hoisted and ground up in about an hour! The crew was was courteous , safe, careful of the property and surroundings, and cleanup was thorough. Pricing was very fair-I highly recommend them for any kind of tree service !

Great service. Replied to my request for service almost instantly. Other companies took hours, days or never replied. Was on time and fixed my sprinklers at a reasonable price. Would highly recommend.

I called Surprise Tree Service because my large Mesquite tree needed a make-over.  There was a lot of work to be done and Juan and the crew did a fabulous job.  I called to set an appointment for a bid and Juan came within an hour or so.  We agreed to a price and scheduled the job for 2 days later.  The whole team is very professional and thoroughly cleaned all branches and pieces to leave a clean yard.  I appreciated that there was no  one goofing off (or checking their phone for the latest text). They were serious about doing a good job.  That's not easy to find.  I would definitely hire them again and would highly recommend them.  Thank you to Juan and the entire team at Surprise Tree Service.  I'm glad you are in the Surprise, AZ area.  I will gladly send business your way.

Ryan and his crew were amazing. He came out next day after initial contact to get measurments and a quote same day. They installed a paver driveway extension up to my RV gate. It went super smooth and all though it was 110 + degrees they were able to start and complete the job in 2 days! I highly recommend if you are looking for quality work here in Arizona.

Velasco guys came on time and worked all day clearing out high weeds on our  property.
We live on a acre lot, so it was a lot of ground. They hauled everything away, and they were
nice guys too!

The good.  Robert, their arborist has always been good to deal with and seems to know his stuff and communicates well to the crew on what needs to be done.  That part is executed well.  The bad is that they are overly aggressive in trying to get back in to trim trees, etc.  This is a $1,100 to $1,300 job.  Mark your calendar please as we will not be doing more than every 10-12 months.  When my spouse reached back out to them, it took them a week or so to get back to her.  They need to tighten up communication a bit.

Friendly staff, fast response, fair pricing. Scheduling was convenient and easy, crew showed up right on time, and the quality of work was just right. Will definitely use Tree Pros in the future -- and recommend them to anyone who needs a palm tree cleaned up.

Ryan was extremely responsive to my ask for 12 tons of rock to be spread in my back yard. He suggested also digging out and resetting the rivers (the drainage channels of large river rock) which was a great suggestion as they now look great.

We agreed price and a target timescale a few weeks out and he stuck to it. Ryan arranged the rock drop location with the rock company so I had nothing to do there and his guys showed up on schedule to take care of the spreading.

Had these guys come out to reduce the size of two trees, and crown clean, etc.
Guy who came out to do the estimate was very knowledgeable about trees, and explained why they suggested the work to be done is a specific way.
Their crew came out and I was very surprised at their skill and knowledge on properly pruning desert trees.  These guys are good.
Their estimate / final charge was the same, and reasonable.
They left the area clean and neat.
My trees now are much more attractive, and healthy.
I agree that the office staff could be more organized, but I really don't care about that.
What is much more important are the guys that come out and do the work.
I will be contacting Tree Pros again for Quotes for more trees.

Things were fine until they weren't. When I sent pictures of what I had a problem with, Ryan Lucas didn't even come to see it, but told me he didn't need to, because he saw the pictures. So now I'm looking for a new lawn service.

On 2/1/2022: Carl and Joe came to my home: listened to what I'd previously had done and what I anticipated being done, inspected all my trees and gave me a very fair price I couldn't refuse.
On 2/4/2022: The tree crew: Andres, Jorge, Hever, Jason, and Josue, arrived and went to work like a well-oiled machine. Within less than 2 hours had removed a huge Sissoo tree from my front yard and a plum tree from the backyard, scored and poured stump rot in Sissoo stump, trimmed out 3 citrus trees and cleaned up all the debris front and back. I was amazed and extremely impressed watching them work together so seamlessly.
On 2/8/2022: Saul and Jose came to grind the 2 stumps and fertilize the 3 citrus trees. They also worked like a well-oiled machine...just a bit smaller crew. They finished and cleaned up in no time at all...leaving my property looking like those trees had never been there.
I miss my trees, but the staff and crews from Trees for Needs gave them an efficient and clean send off to tree heaven at a reasonable price. My thanks to all of you!

I took a gamble on a direct marketing advertisement to have my overgrown mesquite tree trimmed. I am ecstatic at the beauty that was hiding under all the growth. Thanks to Trees For Needs, I have a revived beauty in my front yard!  The front scape of my home is so lovely that I drive up at different approaches just to marvel at the changed look!  All because of a well crowned and pruned tree.

I sent out a request through Yelp for a landscaper to dig up my river rock bed in my front yard, clean it and set rocks down and add additional decorative gravel rock.
Geronimo responded the same day and I walked him through what I needed.  He told me what he believed was needed for materials and he could do the job 2-days later.  His bid was less than half of the nearest one.  HALF.  I accepted it.

He texted me the night before with his arrival time.  He and two others arrived early and continued working for hours.  Excessive heat.  They did a fabulous job!
When they finished, they cleaned up and blew all the dust off the walks.

Great job - I have lived here for 10 years and used a few services.  He has been the best.

Gave me a fair estimate and scheduled sevice two days later. Again showed up right on time. Very kind and professional, worked quickly and got the job done.

This is my first time hiring a landscaping Company, and I'm very appreciative that it was so easy with Geronimo, especially as so many other Companies are not quick to respond to requests to quote and/or do not show up on time.

I put out a contractor request on Yelp for bids to fix a few loose cement blocks in the fence in my yard. Roman Landscape was one of the first companies to reply, they came out to my house that same day, and they fixed the fence the very next day.  They were able to negotiate a fair price with me as well.  They communicated with me consistently and often.  They are extremely polite, and the workmanship looks great.  Would absolutely recommend!

We hired this company to do yard work and just clean up the yard from weeds, grass, and trim the trees. The first time they did a good job, the second time was not the best but it was okay. We made a deal with the owner George to come monthly. The third time George came by himself with no other works. He did the bare minimum, left all these weeds, and did not even finish cutting the grass in parts of the yard. He did not trim any of the trees. When we tried to contact him, he didn't respond to any calls or texts. We even gave him snacks and water, which he ate and drank and threw the garbage in the backyard on the ground. He left that morning without saying anything. We sent him pictures of our yard and the trash he left, he never responded or returned any calls.

Definitely unprofessional and wouldn't recommend this company to do your yard work. There are companies that can do a better job and actually pull the weeds from the ground instead of just mowing over them and leaving all these dead weeds everywhere. There was no sort of clean up, just basically cut grass and left.

You definitely get ripped off from this guy. Do not pay him until after the job you hired him for is actually complete. He never does the job fully and it doesn't even get done good.

George was fast and prompt with the response! He got the job done just as described and his price was very reasonable. I recommend George for any kind of landscape work!

I was referred to Lucas Lawn and I have to say it was the best referral I could have received.  They not only are SUPER honest but extremely professional.  Jourdan was prompt and did a very neat and detailed job taking care of my palm trees.  He even went out to his way to make sure my property was secured and safe before he left.  I look forward to utilizing their services throughout the year.  You get what you pay for!  If you want quality work from some guys that truly understand the needs of each tree, then you want to give Lucas Lawn and Yard Care a shot.  You will not be disappointed.

North Phoenix, AZ - Trees for Needs is one of the few highly professional businesses we have dealt with in the Valley. Kerry and Kory were very professional and communication was excellent throughout the process of removing one of our tall white pines. Andy provided the initial details of the process, including the company's insurance information so we were at ease about coverage if something went wrong. Nothing did, as their crew has a totally safety conscience work ethnic and took all the necessary precautions to protect the home owner's property as well as their professional crew. After the tree was removed, the stump was ground down to our satisfaction. They checked in with us so we knew what was going to happen and after, triple checked to see that we were totally happy with the results.
