We had Hayward come out to give us a quote to remove 3 trees and possibly trim up our huge mulberry tree. A certified arborist came out and looked and he told us that the mulberry is rotting and explained it to me. The trunk had split into 4 and would fall once it leafed out. The trunk had a hollow sound as well so we added that to the list. We were happy with the price. All said and done we ended up getting rid of 4 trees (2 dead, 2 in bad areas) their stumps and 3 additional stumps that the previous owners had left. They had a cancellation so were able to come a week early too! They were on time and did a wonderful job and left the yard cleaner than they found it! I would definitely recommend them!

My 15 year old Mesquite tree blew over in a recent monsoon storm.  I found Surprise Tree Services thru Google and figured I'd give them a call.  I'm glad I did.  Juan runs his business with honesty and professionalism.  As the storm caused a lot of damage in Surprise, he was very busy, but returned my calls and showed up when he said he would.  He and his crew surgically removed the fallen tree from over top of my patio roof, leaning on my back fence, and pushed up against my neighbors tree.  His crew worked with skill at cutting and carrying the branches without further damaging any of our backyard furniture or plants.  In just short of three hours they had the tree totally removed and cleaned up all the reaming loose debris.  Juan and his cutting crew are affordable and professional.

He came over the same day and gave us a thorough, free consultation. I was impressed by his quick response and the description he gave about exactly what he could do to improve our yard. His quote was very reasonable as well. Today, his team came out and did a wonderful job on clearing the weeds/grass patches in our yard and spraying any stragglers for weed prevention. Ryan was extremely responsive to my ask for 12 tons of rock to be spread in my back yard. He suggested also digging out and resetting the rivers (the drainage channels of large river rock) which was a great suggestion as they now look great.

We agreed price and a target timescale a few weeks out and he stuck to it. Ryan arranged the rock drop location with the rock company so I had nothing to do there and his guys showed up on schedule to take care of the spreading.

I would recommend Tree Pros to anyone in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area looking to get your trees cleaned up. Especially before/during the monsoon season. Jonny and his crew were able to get us in a week earlier than our original appointment. They were respectful, quick and cleaned every up! Also the tree looks great!!!

Broke my landscape lighting tried to prop it up like nothing happened and did not tell me.  Left 15-20 cigarette butts in my yard.  Hard pass.

Were very clean and neat with all the debris from the 2 queen palms they remowed from my backyard...  Very fast also, they had them 2 trees down and cut up within an hour.  they know what their doing!  Honestly ppl, if yall need trees service dont hesitate and call Hummingbird Trees Care!

Called them out for weed removal in my front yard. They came out quickly and did an excellent job for a good price.

They did not finish the job they were payed to do. I was told they would come back at a later date to finish and they never returned....he even seemed irritated when I was texting and calling him. I have all the text messages to prove this guy is a liar and ripped me off. The partial irrigation system they installed started to leak after a few months. DO NOT pay this man until the job is 100% complete....or, just save your time and go with a better and more honest landscaper.

I could have not found a better company for the job. Very reliable and professional. I highly recommend to anyone needing these services. Thank you all so much.

Littering my neighborhood with stupid flyers stuffed into front doors is not welcome.  I called and asked for someone come remove the unsolicited flyers.  I was transferred to someone else who said it would be easier to just throw it away.  When I said I'd report it as littering as they were blown about the neighborhood, he said I'd like to see how that goes for you.  That's a great way to earn business.

These flyers are unwanted, a total waste and create a more negative brand impressions than positive.

North Phoenix, AZ - Trees for Needs is one of the few highly professional businesses we have dealt with in the Valley. Kerry and Kory were very professional and communication was excellent throughout the process of removing one of our tall white pines. Andy provided the initial details of the process, including the company's insurance information so we were at ease about coverage if something went wrong. Nothing did, as their crew has a totally safety conscience work ethnic and took all the necessary precautions to protect the home owner's property as well as their professional crew. After the tree was removed, the stump was ground down to our satisfaction. They checked in with us so we knew what was going to happen and after, triple checked to see that we were totally happy with the results.
