My insurance approved $2200.00 in repairs in my house I contacted Priority One Home Repair in Glendale and he asked me to email the list of repairs, I did, then he showed up (chris) he examined all the minor repairs and agreed to fix them for the amount approved.

He was insisting that in addition to that he will fix the roof on the cover patio, I said i could not because is no part of the list, so he wanted an additional $1275.00 on top of the $2200 i declined his offer and he accepted to do the repairs from the 17 to the 19th of August 2015.
He said he will send me a contract by email next day, HE NEVER DID
When I inquired about the contract he send me this email: (paste from his original emial)

Hi, I landed a big job that is going to take me until the middle of September to finish so I unfortunately won't be able to complete your job in a timely manner. I will need to pass on it for now, I apologize for the inconvenience

very disappointing, made me waste 5 days now i have to find another contractor, he cancel the repair because he wanted the extra job repair on the back patio roof, he was very persistent and I notice that he kind look upset when i did not want the extra job he offered.

After that I had Jose from Jibaramo Construction coming and he said the materials for all repairs are not more than $600 and the labor is low, he will do all of this for $1350.00
the roof on he back patio he said, it can wait and he charges $ 600 when i am ready

Adam has been helping us upgrade our home to a rental property. He has done an outstanding job fixing multiple doors that were out of alignment (letting the AZ heat in!), including our front gate which was getting stuck and unable to open. Adam replaced fans on our 9-10 ft ceilings, replaced bathroom light fixtures and two chandeliers. My fiancé and I can count on Adam to be on time and communicate different options to fix our house problems. He is honest, friendly and gets the work done correctly. After our last monsoon storm, we had a major leak in our house. Our regular roofer was gone for the summer, so they recommended Shield Contracting. We called, and he came out the next day. He took pictures and explained the work needed. He gave us a reasonable estimate so decided to give him the contract. As can be expected, he had other jobs lined up, do he gave us an approximate date to get it done. He kept us updated and was able to get the job done two days later. He showed us pictures before and after the work and explained all the charges. It was a good experience, and I highly recommend him.

We used Mickey Auborn on our back porch remodel. He did a wonderful job. He went over and above what Bob and I expected. In fact Bob was very hesitant about the job at first. Then when he saw how it was turning out, halfway through it became his back porch!
The result is a beautiful connection across the back of our kitChen, dining room and both guest bedrooms! Top notch reliable work!

Awesome, incredibly hard working guys. Could not recommend enough.  We hired them to paint our house to get it ready to sell and they did an amazing job. Every room looks immaculate, the huge drywall repair they did  looks like it was never there, they definitely went above and beyond and were more than happy to do it. We hired F6 Construction to complete a major remodel in our house. We remodeled three bathrooms, our kitchen, had a custom entertainment center built and changed the look of our game room area. We love the way everything turned out, it looks amazing! The workmanship is outstanding! We have received compliments from every person who has seen the transformation. F6 really went above and beyond with their work. The crew was always professional, courteous and kind. They cleaned up after their work each day, they worked hard, and communicated very well. They also did a great job of working around my family of 5, which includes two very small children and family pets. Living in a home under construction is not easy but they made it as painless as possible. I highly recommend F6 to anyone looking for work to be done in their home. Jeff, JDR CONTRACTING, has did several remodels for our home in the past. This time he did a Ledger Stone wall with bookcases, and to say it is beautiful. Is not saying enough! He quoted us a time and $ amount and he came in right on schedule Great job. Jeff!

Thierry and his team have helped us with everything from changing lightbulbs (in vaulted ceilings and lights with uncommon bulbs), to installing a pool heater, custom building a pool fence, and fixing our outdoor electrical issues. Whenever there is a need for any handyman and building services, Prestige Building is my family's go to. They are professional, the prices are fair, and the work is done beautifully!

We have used Eddie and his company homescape multiple times now on different projects throughout the house. Every time he shows up he has comparable estimates and very skilled workers. Being that I am out of state it was hard for me to find contractors he has somebody for every trade and has referred me to multiple different companies that have all been excellent. Highly recommended we will be using Homescape for years to come

The place is a joke.  The owner takes you around showing some places that he installed awnings/patio-covers.  He tries to impress you with his knowledge, etc.  Had another company install my patio cover at a much lower price.

Abducted by aliens.  The only plausible explanation why Cole has never given  me a quote after walking through my project and not responding to my text requests.
Very receptive to start.  Came out to the property the following day after inquiring through Yelp and we reviewed the project.  Appeared excited to start.  Would email a quote in a few days.  6 weeks later, still awaiting that email.  No response to texts.  
Not found on police blotters nor hospital admission rolls.  Yup, abducted by aliens.
