Chris is highly professional and extremely knowledgeable.  He has years of prior experience building and maintaining homes, and it shows in his work.  I had both a plumbing and electrical issue.  He was able to resolve both in a reasonable time frame, and even took the time to educate me about what was wrong and how I could fix an issue I had by myself in the future.  I recommend Priority One Home Repair without hesitation to anyone looking for a quality job done right.

Adam has been helping us upgrade our home to a rental property. He has done an outstanding job fixing multiple doors that were out of alignment (letting the AZ heat in!), including our front gate which was getting stuck and unable to open. Adam replaced fans on our 9-10 ft ceilings, replaced bathroom light fixtures and two chandeliers. My fiancé and I can count on Adam to be on time and communicate different options to fix our house problems. He is honest, friendly and gets the work done correctly. Had a leak in the roof, not only were they able to come out quickly, they took me up to the roof to show what the previous roofer we had did wrong. They had tons of knowledge about the roof details Completed the job quickly and efficiently

Marvin along with Hector his architect, completed the architectural plans for our gym room/woodshed for our backyard. Hector submitted the plans to Torrance City and had everything approved for us to obtain our permit. All went well and Marvin's fee was very reasonable. He did a great job communicating with me with the progress of the submissions of the blue print, as well as giving us some advice that was very valuable. I would highly recommend Marvin and his company.

We used Mickey Auborn on our back porch remodel. He did a wonderful job. He went over and above what Bob and I expected. In fact Bob was very hesitant about the job at first. Then when he saw how it was turning out, halfway through it became his back porch!
The result is a beautiful connection across the back of our kitChen, dining room and both guest bedrooms! Top notch reliable work!

I am so happy with my experience with Prestige Building!! As a single woman the little jobs really started to add up around my aging home. I was appalled by some of the bids I got from other companies and was disgusted by the lack of manners exhibited by men I spoke to. I had almost given up until a friend recommended Terry from Prestige. He was AMAZING and so reasonably priced. In one weekend I got all of my odds and ends handled and am getting pavers put in all for less than other bids for 1/4 of the work. Terry was honest and saved me some cash where he could and best of all, he wasn't a creep! I strongly recommend!

Eddie is simply one of the best! He has a team of highly skilled workers and the pride that they take in their job is clearly shown through the work they put out. Eddie is amazing with communication which is so important, especially when doing a large job. He made me feel comfortable and confident in his ability to complete the backyard of my dreams. I would without a doubt recommend Eddie and his crew for you contractor needs.

The place is a joke.  The owner takes you around showing some places that he installed awnings/patio-covers.  He tries to impress you with his knowledge, etc.  Had another company install my patio cover at a much lower price.

Abducted by aliens.  The only plausible explanation why Cole has never given  me a quote after walking through my project and not responding to my text requests.
Very receptive to start.  Came out to the property the following day after inquiring through Yelp and we reviewed the project.  Appeared excited to start.  Would email a quote in a few days.  6 weeks later, still awaiting that email.  No response to texts.  
Not found on police blotters nor hospital admission rolls.  Yup, abducted by aliens.
