I needed someone to do some quick spot cleaning before a big party, not only did she fit me in last minute she did an amazing job. This is the time I have used her services and she does great work and is extremely professional!

After a death in the family we came from out of town to get the house ready for sale. Priti came 2 days after I notified & did an excellent job. I would highly recommend her to others

Priti is the best there is. I actually think she's more detailed than even Monica Geller!  She's always punctual and is very detailed when she cleans. She definitely goes above and beyond when she is cleaning out house. I feel very lucky to have found her!

I wasted a lot of money having her help clean up my home for a move out.

We were renting and needed the home spotless if we wanted to get our security deposit back.  I liked Priti's quote and she assured that she could help me even though I needed a lot done. After all that was said and done...I ended up spending a whopping $175 for her to help me clean my kitchen and that's it! I ended up cleaning up after her and some. It took me a couple of days to do everything by myself. I dont know how she could give me a quote of 5 hours to clean my entire house by herself?!

When it was time to pay, she then let me know that she only took cash! I asked for a receipt which she also never gave me although she said she'd email me one.

So here's the backstory how this all came to be...Before hiring her I asked her if there was going to be another person helping, which she avoided my question...only stating that she can do it. So she shows up by herself and I was a little hesitant because my home was 2300 sq ft.  
I had 3 bathrooms and a big kitchen.
I needed a lot of things done like the blinds, the fans/light fixtures, the kitchen counters, cabinets, stove, refrigerator and the bathrooms.

After walking the whole house, she said she could do it. She estimated it to be five hours of work (by herself). When I came back 5 hours later...she only had a few things done.
I told her that I didn't want to continue to pay her hourly since It was clear she had a long ways to go still.
It seemed she spent most of her time cleaning the refrigerator, the lights in the kitchen, some cabinets (although she said she cleaned all of them) and the stove top (which also wasn't fully clean because she said she couldn't get it off) but I ended up getting it off by myself with a little effort.

She never did get to any bathrooms or blinds. I don't know how it took 5 hours to clean a small portion of my kitchen.

Overall I was really disappointed in spending the money I did for what I got. It would of been a lot better if she had another helper but it seems she didn't want to split the money nor do things professionally.

I ended up cleaning the rest of my house to save me the extra money I had already spent! It was a big pain and although I didn't want to leave a bad review for priti, I certainly don't want another person to go through what I went through.

We live in Arizona and my daughter and her family live in Florida .  My daughter has three small children and it was time for a complete reset on the house cleaning. They were kind ,considerate, efficient and always told us the dollar amount as they were working.  If you are  thinking about doing a deep clean of any kind or a reoccurring service this is definitely the place to go.

Priti started cleaning our home from the first time we moved in at the end of March and she is absolutely amazing! She comes 2x month and she works quickly and methodically and cleans to perfection! I used to clean houses in college and it's rare that I find someone who I think does as good of a job as I would, but Priti surpasses all my high expectations and then some. My house is always spotlessly clean and flawless. She is also an amazing human being, so sweet and thoughtful. I can't image life without her now. Wow,wow,WOW!!!  I needed a last minute oven cleaning for the selling of a house and Priti came through and then some!!!  The oven was such a mess from 4 years of intense baking and she made it look like it was brand new.  I can't say anough good things about her and her work. I just wish she lived closer so I could hire her for full time cleaning......

This is the second time Priti has cleaned my home and she is wonderful! I initially had her come before my mother-in-law came to visit so of course I needed a sparkling home.. and that's exactly what I got. She is on time, and works so quickly. I booked her for 4 hours and she was able to clean everything EVERYTHING I needed within that 4 hours. And for her second visit, she even wiped down my baseboards! That just free'd up part of my weekend

Priti cleans my home bi-weekly and does a great job. It's tough with small children and two pets always running around but she manages to clean my 3600 Sq ft home in 6ish hours. Very thorough.

Priti, I just stated the truth.  The quality of your services started to decline. I gave you 2 other chances, and it was worse.  Even when you came over to my house, your facial expression showed that you were not happy to come to my house to clean.  Not professional at all. Everyone told me that if you wanted to "fix it" or "make it right", you should have refunded me or do a redo at no charge.  I would not opt a redo because the trust has been lost.  I thought our conversation was over.  If the harassment continues, I will put in a complaint to BBB also.  I do not want anyone else to pay for costly poor quality services.

I contacted Above and Beyond because of all of the great reviews. I hired the cleaning lady to clean my house in between tenants. There was no furniture to clean! It was strictly the kitchen, bathrooms and fans. She did not clean the tops of the cabinets or mop. We were charged $280 for her cleaning service. WAY OVERPRICED and UNFINISHED! I would not recommend this company!

I was thrilled with Priti and her work. She was on-time and paid close attention to what I asked her to do. When she was taking longer than her initial estimated time, she called and offered options to cut the cleaning shorter. When I got home, the house was pristine. I was especially concerned about cleaning my window treatments, and they look perfect! My carpet looked brand new after she vacuumed it. And she re-arranged the countertops and furniture just like she found them, which was much appreciated by this type-a homeowner.

In terms of price, I thought Priti's rate was very reasonable. I will definitely use her again when my busy schedule gets in the way of a clean house.

Would not recommend! I personally felt this business is unprofessional, overpriced and not able to clean effectively. The cleaning job itself is very poor and the cleaning lady was on her phone the entire time. I'm confused as to all the good reviews for this company given my experience. My home is not excessively dirty and I was so disappointed that they weren't even able to complete the little work that was required.

This is my second review of this business. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. This business is so appropriately named! Priti asked me if she could stay longer and do the fans and fixtures. That was the first thing that my mother in law noticed when she came in the house! So beautiful and perfect! Priti always organizes my countertops and leaves clean towels everywhere! It's so nice to walk into! Looks great! Smells great!

I have used Priti several times...she is punctual, professional and does an awesome job cleaning, Not to mention very trustworthy!!

Priti has been cleaning my home, as well as one of my girlfriends, for 6 months and she is AMAZING!  I have her come on a once a month basis, and she completes my entire home within 5 hours.  The customer service that I've received, as well as the professionalism,  
displayed has been top notch.  My home always looks amazing, I have never had an issue.  She's been honest from the start regarding how much time is required to complete additional tasks (blinds apparently are an energy suck!) and she's continuously done an awesome job.  I would be lost without her!

Terrible service, and unprofessional.

Priti we never tried to hire your employee directly, why would we want to her someone from your team who doesn't even know how to clean a house correctly. You originally quoted us $30 when you charge others $25 then brought us down to $25 when you yourself agreed the employee you sent didn't do a good job. And your claim to be working free is false too. You quoted me an additional 3 hours the next day on top of the 8 your employee already did Because the work was done poorly. Then somehow magically when I told you I wasn't going to pay for the additional 3 hours since I had already paid you enough. You came in the next morning and did 3 hours worth of work in under 45 min. So you quote higher times to make extra money.

Please don't make false accusations of us trying to breach contract and hire your poorly trained staff directly, if that's what she told you she's not being honest.

Your staff works slow and does a poor job cleaning, all while taking their time since you charge hourly.

I had Priti clean my home and I have to say it was the best feeling coming home and my entire house was perfect!  She uses eco friendly products which did not leave a strong cleaning odor.  She is extremely attentive to detail which I value.  She ensures to address everything that is most important to you.  I can't wait to schedule her on a regular basis as I agree she makes it easy to truly enjoy your weekends with your family as she gave me my time back.  I don't have to worry about spending half my weekend cleaning.  If you ever thought of hiring a cleaning company I advice you to give Priti a try you won't regret it!

We recently moved to the Avondale area into a rental house that was definitely not "move-in ready". It was absolutely filthy! I called Priti on a Saturday morning and she returned my call within 10 minutes. She was able to come the very next day and clean for us before we unpacked anything. She spent 10 hours cleaning (yes it was that dirty) and the place was SO much better! She did such a wonderful job that we requested to become permanent clients. Priti is polite, professional, organized and very thorough. She brings all of her own supplies and gets right to work. I would highly recommend her for move-in or move-out cleanings as well as regular cleanings. Thanks Priti for making our house livable.

Priti cleaned our house for two years. She always did an amazing job! She has very high standards and I was always very happy with her work. She was flexible with scheduling and always asked us for feedback as well.

I don't recommend them at all! I confirmed an appointment with her waited two weeks! She mentioned she doesn't clean the walls the day of my appointment 5 mins after she's supposed to be here. that's fine I still wanted a deep cleaning done and she never told me my appointment was canceled and I never mentioned I wanted to cancel my appointment. So I wasted two weeks waiting for her thinking she is coming than doesn't come and failed to tell me prior to the day of my appointment she's not coming. Horrible customer service I could have been looking for another cleaning company this whole time had I known she wasn't coming.

Priti is amazing!! She's on time and very personable. She has cleaned three times for us and all three times we were extremely satisfied with her work. We will never use anyone else. Priti truly has the magic touch.

Recently bought a home in Goodyear and the previous owners left it in bad shape.  Spent the day calling, trying to schedule a cleaning with various companies to no avail.  Most did not service the area sadly. I got ahold of Priti and was able to schedule the cleaning with her.  She was very punctual, professional and did an excellent job in turning my home from a pet hair infested mess to an immaculate, sparkling home. Priti has cleaned my house for over a year. I hired her after a poor experience with someone else. She came in and listened to what I wanted and went to work! She did such a great job that a once in a while idea turned into 2 times a month for the last 18 months. Shes does a great job and is very thorough as well as flexible. Being in a bigger home with a puppy and working full time, it was time to find a service that will keep our home in order. I found out about Above and Beyond and met with Priti to inquire about her house cleaning services. It's really hard to try and find a house cleaning service to trust with your home. So we decided to give them a try. I must say it has been one of the best long term decisions we made in a long time. She cleans our home twice a month and coming home at the end of the day once our home has been cleaned it like coming home to a brand new home each time. It's like the that feeling you get when you really wash your car and drive it from the car wash, you feel good and on top of the world. That's a great feeling. We have been able to trust them with our home and is pet friendly. Definitely on my recommendation list if you are in or close to the Sacramento area!

I had found this company based on the raving reviews on the next door app. When I called I got a very quick response, however there seems to be a lack of proper training or they just hire random people to clean houses. I requested for a move in clean. And for some reason. Nothing was done. They did a horrible job. The floors were still wet and some puddles when I came back. She said she dusted and even asked to use my ladder, but none of the chandelier lights or ceiling fans were spotless. She did not have to move anything. I asked her to see if she could clean between cracks in oven, she said no and didn't even try. It was very unprofessional. She even had someone sitting in a car outside of my house while she was still working.

I'm not sure if this company respects clients privacy, but I do not want people to know where I live who I do not know just hanging around while some people are being paid to work.

They asked if I wanted the person to come back, but of course I said no. If she didn't clean it right the first time. Why would I let her come back, to waste more of my time.

And all the owner could do was text me back. Not even have the decency or respect to call me to apologize. This was a waste of 5 hours of my time and $175 dollars. Too overpriced and not qualified cleaners.

Priti Ludwig, the owner of this business, is THE best 'housekeeper' I have ever employed!!!  She is reliable, honest, thorough and reasonable.  After Priti would clean my home, my bathroom would be SO clean I hesitated to 'get it dirty.'

Ms. Ludwig has that same pride and attention to detail with what she does. She's a "1-person" operation, like with my biz, but she is SO thorough and truly CARES about getting the job done right. I usually stand behind the old saying: "if you want a job done right, you have to do it yourself," however, PL at Above & Beyond really showed me that she stands behind the oh-so appropriate name of her cleaning company. Just had our house cleaned today. Priti was amazing to work with. I had reached out over the weekend and she had a cancelation so was able to get me in. She communicated with me through the whole process letting me know when she was coming and gave me updates throughout the day. I was not home and left her there at the house alone and she is very honest and trustworthy. Priti is very straightforward and upfront and no surprise charges. Her rates are very reasonable. As for the cleaning, the house looks and smells amazing. The baseboards and blinds look great as those were big areas I needed clean. She is very attentive to details and had the house shining when I came home. The floors, bathrooms and bedrooms are organized and cleaned without any dust. I could not be more pleased or impressed. I highly recommend her and will be calling again when we get the house cleaned. I did this as a surprise for my wife and she is going to love it!!! Do yourself a favor and call and book her immediately!

We found Priti through the Nextdoor website where she had received great reviews. We have used her cleaning services for almost a year now and I always look forward to our once a month cleaning that we have hired her for. Anything I need done I can ask without feeling as though I am asking too much and she will do things for our home that she feels is a priority at that time of cleaning. Our house is always shining, smells good and looks great when we come home and that says a lot for a home with 3 kids living in it. She and I communicate via text and she is always so nice, wants feedback and reminds me of cleanings and to schedule our cleanings. I contacted Above and Beyond about deep cleaning my aunt's house as a gift after my uncle lost a long battle with cancer. I'm out of state and Priti worked with me to get something set up and arrange payment remotely. The team at Above and Beyond did a fantastic seven hour deep clean on my aunt's house and she couldn't have been happier. She is now going to be using them on a regular basis. I am seriously neat and orderly to a fault, a germaphobe, and will zero in on details no one else will see or care about ... except Priti! She's my house cleaning soulmate. She cleans thoroughly and meticulously. On top of that, she provides excellent customer service: prompt, trustworthy, responsible, dependable, cheerful, and respectful of your time and home.  She also checks in to see if you're completely satisfied with her work, and if anything needs special attention. The only thing I can complain about is that she moved to Arizona and I don't think I will find another house cleaning service that will come close to Priti.
