Lastly, we are an IICRC Certified Firm. This means we have the proper training to provide carpet cleaning services to maintain your carpet warranty. We are also insured and bonded. HISTORY
Established in 1982.
Pop-Ins of Arizona has been providing residential cleaning services in the valley for over 20 years. In 2016, the business was purchased by Jerrod and Beth Lack. Jerrod is also co-owner of Lack's Cleaning Service, Inc., a local floor cleaning company, so it seemed like the perfect fit to add house cleaning to the list of services offered. We have since combined the 2 businesses so we could streamline processes and offer seamless 1 stop shopping for an improved customer experience.

What a great experience dealing with Pop-ins of Arizona.
From the time I called after reading so many favorable reviews it could not have been easier.
I recently purchased a mobile home and needed a move-in clean done,
The Supervisor I spoke with on the phone asked all the right questions and was professional and courteous.
The morning of the appointment the ladies who did the cleaning were right on time.
Porch and Regina were friendly and upbeat. The looked the home over and said they could have it all done in about two hours. I went out to do some shopping and came back two hours later to a spotless home. Windows sparkled, all walls had been wiped and The Bathroom and kitchen looked great! I would definitely use them again for and will be recommending them to Friends in the area.
This is a great local businesses with fair prices and a great staff. Definitely worth supporting this local business!

I have used the carpet cleaning service several times. They are on time, very efficient and extremely good at what they do. My carpet is raised from the
dead every time. They do not disappoint. Period.
They have cleaned our home since we moved to AZ in 2012. Their owners are highly professional, and the staff they have provided to clean do a terrific cleaning job every time-even during these challenging times over the past few years. Kudos, too, to the carpet cleaning services we have used.

I have been using Pop-Ins for a couple of years and they do fantastic work. We refer them to our own customers as well. Great communication and always willing to go back if something isn't right or satisfactory making them a stand up company. Amazing work! Very easy to setup appointments and price was way lower then I was expecting to pay. We used pop-ins for carpet cleaning and move-out cleaning. Did such an amazing job we got our entire security deposit back! Will defiantly use pop-ins again.
I had pop-ins come to clean my house, 2 women showed up I forgot their names. It had been a month since my house was cleaned, except for bathrooms, they'd been cleaned. It took 2 of them 3+ hours to clean...my last housekeeper cleaned it by himself in 3 1/2 hours for $80, he came monthly. Our house is 2000sq ft, We have no kids, no pets and generally clean people so I was surprised at their quote which I was given over the phone before they came, it was called a "deep cleaning".
I was told by that person that the next time they came it would be "about half the price" since it would be monthly. They forgot to dust 2 pieces of furniture, dressers and totally smeared up my patio doors, they only cleaned one set of patio doors as agreed, awful job on the patio doors, left them all smeared.
They used a damp cloth to wipe down my new flat screen tv, which is a big mistake.
They did wipe down my window blinds and do baseboards which was agreed upon. Knowing that no one is perfect and the floors did get cleaned I didn't complain to them.
When some unexpected visitors wanted to come I called them back...this was 6 weeks later and my husband and I cleaned the house in between their last visit but didn't have time to do it so I called Pop-Ins to set up an appointment, which I got within a couple days. They wouldn't give me a price on the phone so when the same 2 women arrived and looked around I got the "deep cleaning" price of $240, again is ridiculous for this smaller house we have...2 ppl and it would take over 3 hours! Rip-off! I did call the company and complain and they told me, "well I don't know how dirty your house is, the price is what they say it is".
I wanted to put up this review for others, do yourself a favor and call someone else unless you want to pad the owners pockets, or maybe the cleaners, I don't know but this was my experience.
I couldn't believe it and we certainly turned them away!
I have hired several housekeepers in the past couple of years. They always start out great, but then...This is my second cleaning with pop ins. First of all, they do a fantastic job, even vacuum my furniture! All the employees I've dealt with are so professional and friendly. They even got super glue my fix it husband got all over my tile floor, I've tried everything to remove it!I am so happy with this company. I highly recommend them

Best cleaning service I've used. 3200 square foot home with lots of tile! Michelle and Keri are my cleaning Angels. They clean top to bottom and pay attention to the details. I believe the Cost to be very reasonable and competitive. Happy happy happy!
I'm back to using Pop-Ins on a regular basis, since my other cleaning service will no longer schedule appointments at addresses that are west of the 101. Alicia and Isabel came out this morning, right on time and with all the necessary equipment. They cleaned quickly and thoroughly--and this is going to be my regular house cleaning service from now on. Again--they are not cheap, but the service is good and they are well worth the few extra $$$.

Let me first start this off by saying that the office staff was very courteous and willing to work with us. However, there was an issue with our move out clean that left me quite upset and had I not gone back and checked it would have been left that way. They were willing to rectify the situation and did clean the shelves in the bathtub. There was also a chemical stain in the bathroom tub which they could not clean. The stain was not there before we moved out and I stupidly didn't take pictures before I left which is my fault. So I cannot solely blame Pop Ins. As I stated to them in an email I would have paid more money to make sure the job was done correctly.
I really highly recommend this service. My house cleaners were Michelle and Rylan. They were on time and they got right to work. They went above and beyond. They spotted things that we didn't, and that says a lot. They did just what we asked them to do, and then some more. I really highly recommend this company. A very good value!

I wouldn't use anyone else. Pop-ins is my go-to any time I need cleaning done. I've had them do move out cleanings and pre-move in cleanings for rental properties, and they have done a more thorough clean than any other company I've seen, at a reasonable price. I have had them clean my own home, and the homes of family members. They are exceeding accommodating, and their two priorities are making the customer happy, and doing the best job possible. I can't say enough good things about Pop-ins, they really are the best in my opinion.
Pop-Ins was able to come at the last minute, showed up on time, and got so much accomplished in just a few hours. I was thoroughly impressed!
