We did a full remodel on our house. The original contractor kind of bailed on us and didn't finish some of the work. We called several companies to finish the job for us. Zach and Terrell finished our project in a matter of days. They came out and gave us an estimate and we were fortunate they could fit us in between jobs.

They installed a custom built in electric fireplace with designer touches. The work turned out amazing. In the past year we've probably had over 50 different companies in our house from plumbers to contractors to painters, etc. Peters Family Construction would get our #1 ranking out of all of them.

These guys are really good but I agree with the other reviewer, get at least 3 quotes for the job and, in my book, for ANY job in your home really.  It is unbelievable the range of prices for the same service and almost always the best quality comes from the busiest who has best quality.

Be very careful dealing with a leak or flood as you might have mold - another company told me to make a hole in the wall and put a fan to to it which would lead to spreading the mold and transforming a messy situation into a hugely messy one. Obviously, the more messy, more fees to them.

We had a roof leak into a very small space behind our water heater. There was small water damage and a bit of mold. Other companies quoted us $1700-2700 because they wanted to remove the water heater. Elias was able to do it for a third of the price without removing the water heater! He was a great contractor to work with- let me know when he was on the way and was very understanding of our wanting to keep costs down. He did a great repair job and we plan to ask him to help us with other projects in the house. Thanks Elias!

"Champagne for the Price of Beer." I'll never forget the ad headline as my wife and I researched potential painters to refinish our new home prior to move-in. These folks were outstanding. Mr. McNeil offered very competitive pricing, but more importantly, he met the deadline, used quality interior paint, and went through an inspection prior to billing us. We had the work done in 2011, 7 years later, paint still looks great.

Another great experience with this company. I called them after another company took over 6 months and still hadn't completed my mom's bathroom. I wish I'd called them from the beginning! Always professional and pleasant to work with. Quality work!

I have hired The Other Brothers to do various repairs around our home from fixing a roof that lost some tiles during a dust storm to replacing the vacuum breaking that broke and flood our yard.  There hasn't been a job yet they couldn't do for me and my 19 year old house. I appreciate how quickly I have received service after calling for "help."  The price paid is worth the service and knowing the job is done right. I have recommended The Other Brothers to friends, family and co-workers.  They have all experienced the same outstanding service. Other Brothers Construction deserve an A++ rating!!!

Tamara did our quote and scheduling for our guest bath remodel and everything came together as promised.  David our installer was prompt, showed up when he said he would and was easy to work with.  We will now use them to remodel our master bath. I have recently had some renovation work done by Urban Element. I can't say enough good things about them. From the very start when Quentin came to give me an estimate to the finish of what could have been a very messy job, they excelled. I expected a big mess with tearing out a cast-iron tub ( a couple had told me they would have to saw it in half etc.) Not only did Urban Element get it out in one piece they also took out mud-based tile with hardly a fuss. If you have a job coming up that you are dreading, I highly suggest using Quentin and crew for a stress-free home improvement.

Urban Element goes above and beyond and I will definitely use them again for the next project.

Golden Bear Contracting was a real life saver. Installed a sink in the kitchen that was otherwise not going to fit and I'd have to return. But I loved my new sink so I was determined to make it fit. He did a great job!

Set up time for estimate visit--- he texted saying he was running late---2 hours later he was still 20 mins away. No thanks.
