I am always leery of home improvement companies, I have been burned before. But Blue Rose was fantastic. They came in with a competitive bit, and stayed within their bid!!! The workers were careful to keep the surrounding area free from debris, and put down heavy duty boards to walk on. They cleaned up after themselves every day, and came every day till the job was finished. The few minor changes we made were no big deal to them. But most importantly, the job they did was AWESOME. They made sure I was happy with every detail of the job. I love my new master bathroom!

Armando and Jorge did an amazing job on stone installation in 3 bathrooms and our laundry room and we are going to have them do more work as soon as they can fit us in! They are incredibly professional and TRUSTWORTHY as they worked on the house while we were on vacation and we came home to beautiful stone and NO MESS (they did an impeccable job of cleaning up after they were done).

Can't say enough good things about these guys other than "USE THEM"

We couldn't be happier with our new beautiful shower and bathroom. Ross and his team were professional and courteous. They kept us apprised of their progress throughout the project. The attention to detail was excellent in every way. We will definitely call on them for any future remodeling projects.

Joe Craig was the general contractor that headed up my remodel in the Biltmore area.

He allowed me to purchase most of my own materials which I appreciated.

Joe was fair, easy to work with and a great communicator. Every time I reached out to Joe, he would respond promptly. When emergent costs came up (i.e. discovery), he would charge me a fair price and not look at this as an opportunity to increase his profit margin. There were a few times that I was off track or made assumptions about emergent items, but Joe would just listen and then calmly explain the situation to me.

Joe has extensive knowledge about building and comes up with creative solutions to problems that arise. Joe is a super honest guy that gives you the straight scoop and treats his customers with the utmost respect. Additionally, he allowed me to purchase most of my own materials which I appreciated.  

I underwent a 4 month remodel starting February 2022. Although it took 5 months, the month delay was not a result of the HRR Contracting's doing.  The city inspection following an engineering inspection of the ceiling, along with rework and expanded scope of paint (our emergent request), resulted in the delay.

Needless to say, I would highly recommend HRR Contracting and would not hesitate to hire them again.

When their on line link did not allow me set an appointment they responded by twice telling me to go to other locations to set an appointment.
If they expect me to jump through hoops just to set an audience with the emporer, I consider that a lack of customer service and an indication of many issues to follow.

I contacted All Pro on Friday and Benjamin has been very responsive. He came out and provided a bid and started the work promptly. He even sent me pictures of the plumbing repairs. I would highly recommend all pro.

We were dreading tackling an out of state renovation on a family investment property. DJ and his team did an amazing job putting in new floor trim throughout our house! It made such a dramatic change to the flooring. He contacted us right away with a quote, had all the appropriate paperwork, communicated updates, and cleaned up after each day. We definitely would recommend DJ!

We attended the Home & Garden Show in June, and were looking to upgrade our Master Bathroom from tile counter tops to granite.  We talked with the associates at the show, and received a call from Tina to meet us in person.  She really was well versed in how to handle and size our job.  The pricing was very competitive and gave us options when deciding on whether to keep an existing glass tiled back splash or bringing in the granite for a total finished look.  We got to pick the slab with Tina's expertise, which made our new vessel sinks standout.  We had guest arriving from out of town, and, they met our timeline with ease. ESW Designs are scam artists! I recently lost my husband of 33 years, and we always did our own remodeling. He'd been sick for a couple of years, so after he passed I had to hire someone to remodel my bathroom. They came in like they really cared, but it was all an act! I paid them $7700 to remodel my bathroom, but the work they and their contractor did (which they won't tell me his name) was so bad! You can't believe how many nights I've cried myself to sleep, thinking my husband would be so upset with the work they did!! Does anyone not take pride in their work anymore?

We used XLT to do a full remodel on two bathrooms.  They were so easy to deal with, always showed up on time, kept things very neat as they worked, and finished in the amount of time they said they would.  Their prices are extremely reasonable - don't let the price fool you into thinking they do sub-par work.  We are thrilled with our bathrooms and can't wait to have them back to do our kitchen.

The owner came & gave me an estimate & said one of his men would call me to make the appointment, but they never called me back. I had someone else do the work.
