I have had the pleasure of building a relationship with Ability over the last several years both personally, having utilized their services on my own home, and professionally, as having been able to work with them as a real estate photographer (and seen many of their projects first-hand). I can't give enough praise to Mike, Phil, Michael, and the entire crew, who work tirelessly to ensure that the job is done to the highest standards. I honestly believe that to fall back onto their exemplary professionalism, communication skills, and the personal relationships that they strive to maintain with each individual client. There is a reason they are highly-regarded in the community as a business and as individuals! I wouldn't recommend any other contractor... even in the rare chance they haven't been able to help me with a project, I give them a call and they always point me in the right direction to trustworthy help. If you're looking for a home contractor, you won't find a better one in Prescott!

We hired Jonathan to remodel my mom's home around December 2022 and the project was finished early April 2023. I am super impressed with him: he's reliable, very accommodating and receptive to changes, great with communication, and he has great connections to get pretty much anything done. Labor and pricing are probably the most reasonable I've seen. Jonathan is quick to resolve issues and we had a great experience. I would definitely work with him again for another remodel in the future.

Back in 2010, we had Canyon Kitchen Cabinets redo our kitchen and master bathroom. They did a beautiful job on both projects, and had no problem with the many changes we made in the middle of the projects. However, after completion of the bathroom, there was a small leak coming up at the floor outside the shower. We brought it to their attention, and they sealed the grout. Unfortunately, we didn't tell them that that remedy didn't correct the problem. We just lived with that small area of moisture located at the outside corner furthest from the door. Years later...in 2015, we discovered that, in addition to that known area, there was also moisture at the joint of the adjoining  closet. It was only THEN, five years later, that we called them. Much to our surprise, even after FIVE years, (way beyond the end of the warranty period) they came out, diligently worked to figure out what caused the problem, and fixed it. (Norm told us that in spite of the difficulty they had in discovering the cause of the leak, he wanted to know how to prevent that same thing from happening with his future customers.) They were courteous, helpful, and made sure, after each days work, that the room was clean. I don't have enough superlatives to describe the high integrity of this company. They are THE BEST!! During monsoon season my house was exposed to a large amount of water. My carpet was ruined throughout my whole entire house. I thought it was going to cost a fortune, fortunately I found this company and gave them a call. They sent a confirmation email with my appointment time and name of the technician. The technician didn't only show up on time, but showed up at least 30 minutes early and began working throughout my house. My carpets looked horrible, after his work was done you couldn't even tell that my house was flooded. I was more than happy with the work done by Arizona Carpet and Restoration, I will continue to use their services and I highly recommend them for use.

We had a cable wiring plate that had come out of the wall. All the wiring was hanging out and we were not able to get  it back in.

We contacted Marcos from the Contreras Services and sent him pictures. He was able to figure out what had to be done and came out the next afternoon.

This was one of the best experiences we have had with having someone come out and work on our home.  Marcos was efficient and knew exactly what to do. He was also very respectful and kind and told us what our options could be.  I would recommend this company to anyone.

I was referred by a friend after a bad storm had revealed a leak in our new home. With another monster storm about to hit us, I reached for a consultation and Geremy drove an hour and a half out of his way on his own time to look at what was going on. Gave me a quick and honest assessment, when asked how much, he was beyond reasonable, and offered to handle the job on the spot, so the next storm wouldn't damage my house! You will regret using this company! My roof guarantees it!

Came out later than appointment time and was promised a quote in a few days. I even followed up and never heard back. I couldn't imagine working with them on a project.

Danny has done several jobs at my house. He's redone my closet, redone my kitchen, redid my front and back yard which meant knocking out walls and restructuring everything, and  installed crown moulding throughout my house. He's does quality work and is very professional.

Bryce at HBO Construction was great! He was responsive, on time, and did great work on our bathroom shower.

After several estimates, we knew Bryce was the guy for the job. He was fair and knowledgeable without giving us a crazy dollar amount to do the job.

10/10 will be recommending him to our friends and family!

We had a overhead water leak that lead to the roof ceiling falling in one of our bedrooms. I called PJH to come and give us an estimate to repair all the damage. Someone actually answered the phone when I called and then they directly connected me to Andrew who was wonderful! He was empathic to our situation and contacted one of the estimators that same day to schedule an appointment to come out to our home. Then Debbie arrived to look over the damage and she was awesome! Very professional, listened to our needs and efficiently walked through our home and assed the damage. Then she promptly provided an estimate to us with in a few days. Thank you Debbie and Andrew we appreciate you!

We've used Affordable Home Improvements twice for a patio & garage light installation and then for flooring to be replaced from termite damage.  Both times communication & service were excellent with extremely reasonable pricing.

Will continue to use them in the future for all our home improvements!

The owner of this company is very nice and pays very close attention to detail regarding the job. If  I had any questions he was willing to answer it and help me understand everything that is going on throughout the process.

Amazing company and staff.  Rob Pankow, the owner runs a class act here.   He and his staff are very professional and are outstanding in really listening to the clients needs/desires and then translating that into a home design all within the clients budget.   I can't say enough about this company.  It has taken me several years and many interviews with construction/home remodel firms to find this hidden gem.  Rob has put together a well oiled and efficently run company with a fabulous team consisting of  the fabulous Mel, who has a stellar eye for home design and detail, Ray, design architect, a genus who will come out measure your home and then layout the design of your existing space on paper and then design 2 additional new plans/designs for your remodel. All three of these fabulous people will sit down and go over the plans and make any adjustments as needed, to ensure your complete satisfaction and budget concerns are met.   The teams ability to see my home and redesign into more usable space is amazing. Rob, Mel, and Ray all think outside of the box, listening to my needs, how i function in my home and taking that information and fusing them with their vision onto scaled plans.   I have not been disappointed at all.  They all work together well and understand the individual client that they are working with.
I highly recommend Pankow Construction and their staff as they are honest, genuine, concerned about the client and their needs, easy to work with,  and make the process of home remodel fun.  
Pankow Construction is a hidden gem and for me well worth the wait.

We had a great experience with Mario and the team.  Highly recommend.  Will definitely use European Granite and Remodeling in the future.

I had a Sales Consultant provide a quote on a small stucco job on January 18th. The consultant was nearly 2 hours late past HIS stated arrival time for the appointment of 9:45 AM. Upon reviewing the quote, it was nearly $700 more than the next "highest" bid. Needless to say, I did not go with TWD, as they obviously do not value the customer's time or input. The owners responded to a review on Google, claiming to have time stamped photos of my home at 10:35 AM. I have phone logs, showing the estimator didn't arrive until nearly 2 hours after his stated arrival time. I got a phone call at 10:31 AM saying he was on his was way (which btw, he arrived at 11:10 AM), so how is it possible for them to have time stamped photos? Stay away, they obviously are liars!!
