Best Businesses in Arizona

Contacted them about a home project and was told someone would call me by days end of the next day.  That was a week ago!  Still haven't heard back from them.  I could call them again but I'm not going to go after them and beg them to do my project.  It's obvious that they are not interested in my project but they could at least tell me that.  This lack of communication is reason enough not to have them work for me, ever. How about you?

We hired Jonathan to remodel my mom's home around December 2022 and the project was finished early April 2023. I am super impressed with him: he's reliable, very accommodating and receptive to changes, great with communication, and he has great connections to get pretty much anything done. Labor and pricing are probably the most reasonable I've seen. Jonathan is quick to resolve issues and we had a great experience. I would definitely work with him again for another remodel in the future.

In an industry where there are many fly by night companies and companies that believe "anybody can do this", it is great to have an established professional company to go to. Zach and his team at ACR are experienced and knowledgeable. They are professional and compassionate. They respond quickly and work well with the insurance companies. Nobody wants to use a restoration company. When your life is turned upside down, it is great to know that there is a company that you can trust and lean on. I strongly recommend ACR to any homeowner or business owner that needs a quick professional response.

We had a cable wiring plate that had come out of the wall. All the wiring was hanging out and we were not able to get  it back in.

We contacted Marcos from the Contreras Services and sent him pictures. He was able to figure out what had to be done and came out the next afternoon.

This was one of the best experiences we have had with having someone come out and work on our home.  Marcos was efficient and knew exactly what to do. He was also very respectful and kind and told us what our options could be.  I would recommend this company to anyone.

Geremy installed floating wood shelves in the kitchen and did a good job. They're sturdy and look good, but could have been finished better in the end. Putty was left to dry and I had to have my handyman sand it all down as well as add more where there were some noticeable gaps at joints. I didn't ask Geremy come back to finish because it wasn't the end of the world to have to have someone else finish, it just would have been nice if he had completed the job himself. There was also an incident where he accidentally leaned against the stove knobs, turned on the burner and melted plastic on my brand new stove top that had never been used. It wasn't able to be cleaned up complete which is a bummer, but the worst part is he didn't tell me about it- I had to hear from my handman.

I hired him for a second job- a pergola over my back patio. After he rescheduled a couple of times and then didn't show up another one or two times, he finally came, but came so late in the day that he ran out of time and couldn't install my string lights. I went ahead and paid him the full amount for the job but I've never been able to get him to come back to finish the lights that he said he'd be back to hang the following day. After a lot of excuses, several texts and a phone call and continuing to tell me he'd come back to hang them, he still hasn't finished the job. I've been waiting since May 20th and now he isn't responding to my messages at all.

It's a shame because his work is good, but reliability and communication are terrible.

Came out later than appointment time and was promised a quote in a few days. I even followed up and never heard back. I couldn't imagine working with them on a project.

I was referred to Danny by a friend of mine. I hired Solid Home Renovations to remodel my master and guest bathrooms and I could not be more pleased. Everything turned out even better than I imagined! Melissa is also amazing at helping to pick out tile, fixtures, etc and getting everything ordered. Danny made sure to keep me updated throughout the process and his team cleaned up after themselves everyday. His estimate was more than reasonable and the timeline for completion was accurate. They were extremely easy to work with. I would definitely hire Danny and his team for any future projects I might have! I am obsessed with my new bathrooms!

Bryce at HBO Construction was great! He was responsive, on time, and did great work on our bathroom shower.

After several estimates, we knew Bryce was the guy for the job. He was fair and knowledgeable without giving us a crazy dollar amount to do the job.

10/10 will be recommending him to our friends and family!

Jayson does awesome work.   His knowledge has helpful in making decisions concerning the remodel of my hall bathroom!  I feel confident in his knowledge and highly recommend Jayson for any remodeling.  The finished product is just what I was wanting!!!  I'm a happy camper!

If you need something done right request Norm! He has been maintaining our home for years and always does a great job.

We've used Affordable Home Improvements twice for a patio & garage light installation and then for flooring to be replaced from termite damage.  Both times communication & service were excellent with extremely reasonable pricing.

Will continue to use them in the future for all our home improvements!

The owner of this company is very nice and pays very close attention to detail regarding the job. If  I had any questions he was willing to answer it and help me understand everything that is going on throughout the process.

I was cut off and flipped off by one of their drivers this morning. Very unprofessional considering they were in a company vehicle.

Two no show appointments. First scheduled consultation was not communicated to the actual consulting personal and was missed. Second scheduled appointment no show and no contact.

We were referred to Mario from our neighbors. We are so glad we called him.  His workmanship is awesome, pricing is very competitive.  He and his crew take great pride in their.  Mario listened to our needs and referred us to Arizona Tile to pick out our quartz countertops.  He finished our kitchen yesterday and will be retrofitting our two baths vanities next week.  You won't be disappointed with their workmanship.  Plus Mario is very friendly and has a great sense of humor. Highly recommend European Granite and Remodeling.

Todd Whittaker is a great company to work with!  They have a stunning showroom with so many options and choices to work with.  Their design team is top notch and are great at helping you through the process.  They stand behind their work and are great at following up.  I highly recommend them for any remodel project you may have coming up!
