Skywells Solar Energy

So far, we've met with Erik and he is EXTREMELY professional and actually listens more than talks. I haven't felt a bit of pressure from him and he's very patient with all of our questions. He wants to educate and inform us of all our options with Skywells. Thus far, Skywalls has made the best non-written bid of all the companies we've talked with. I will update this review.

UPDATE:

This is a newer company in the valley that not only sells/installs solar but also subcontracts other services for their clients. Erik put together several bids and was helpful but in the end, we opted to get solar installed next year. I did ultimately find Skywells to be more expensive - even when no other services were added to the solar panel bid - than other companies. But for the customer service aspect alone, 5 STARS.

Awesome experience going thru solar with these guys. Jack was super helpful throughout the whole process. I was able to get the panels installed, duct sealing for AC, and new insulation all to make my house more power efficient. The whole process wasn't invasive at all. Everything got handled with ease and professionalism. I'd highly recommend Skywells Energy for your solar needs.

Professional service by people who know what they're doing- they came in with minimal impact on our daily routine and we were able to get everything installed up and running in a few short months. After buying our new home, wife and I decided to get solar. We talked to a few different solar companies and decided to go with Skywells not only because of their cost but also because of Nik Shehaj. He was the only sales rep that we had talked to that listened to our needs and didn't try to sell us something that we didn't want or need. We feel he sold us the best quality products for the best price and met all our our expectations while other companies were trying to sell us less efficient panels for the same price. He designed the system to meet our requirements and requests and never once tried to tell us what was best for us as so many other sales reps did. It was a pleasure to deal with him and never felt like we were left out of the loop on what was going on. His customer service skills and care are top notch.

Skywells Solar Energy made solar buying experience so effortless. Every step of the way we were met with superb customer service. In particular, their representative Nik Shehaj was amazing. He educated my wife and I on solar technology, and then clearly laid out the benefits of switching to solar. Overall, Skywells Solar Energy is a consumer friendly company that is ultimately helping the environment.

So I was unbelievably satisfied with the customer service that Nik Shehaj from Skywell. He helped us from stage one and answered all our questions. Whenever we needed him he was right there to get things done. Not to mention the people who came to do the work were professional and they got things done in a timely matter. In a world where it's hard to find customer service, I was so pleased and impressed with how Nick handled all the process! If anybody is thinking about going solar or having work done on their house sky was the company to go through because you won't be disappointed it will get done and you'll have customer service the entire time. I highly recommend this to anybody who wants to use this company and I would use them for any future needs.

Nik was our go to person he was able to sit down with us and get us financed all in 1 sitting. They took care of everything all we had to do was be home for the installation. They were fast at getting the panels up. I would recommend this company to friends and family.
