Alden contacted me immediately and we were able to talk through the issue I was having with my gate hinge. He came out at the next available day and fixed the gate hinge quickly. He's very friendly, accommodating and knowledgable. If you need a local gate repairman, I would definitely recommend Alden's Gate!

Hector is one-of-a-kind!!!  He is so polite...something you don't often experience these days!  His prices are more than fair - and his finished product is beautiful!!!  Hector is an excellent communicator and his follow-up is outstanding!  I feel so lucky to have found him!!!

I asked him two project. Doggie door installation was done nicely, but the small gate at the porch was installed unevenly. He promised to come back to fix it but he never did.

On project number 3 at our property and always consistent. Shows on time and projects are always as expected. With inconsistencies in product due to Covid and soaring inflation, some costs have needed to change, through no fault of his own. We appreciate his military service to our country and his hard work making our yard what we want it to be. We don't mind paying good money for quality work and a having a company that actually shows up.

Mark is AWESOME!!! We had him come out and give us a quote for solar screens for our home and we liked him so much that we ended up going with him right there vs getting multiple quotes. Him and Fransico came out  to install our screens a few weeks later and did such a Beautiful job!! I couldnt believe how much of a difference they made right away!! He even fixed our screen door that a previous company had installed years ago. I cant say enough good things about him and the work he does. Its so hard to find good hard working people these days so we are so lucky to have found him. Thanks Mark for Everything ! :)

Fence AZ did a fantastic job custom building our 18x25x8ft chain-link kennel. They were able to cover the top with chain-link without having to use center poles. Couldn't be happier with the job they did. On time, super professional and the price for what was done was really fair. It's always nice when a contractor lives up to your expectations and Fence AZ did just that!

We needed someone to install our replacement automatic gate opener and they promptly were able to come out to the house and get the job done quickly and reasonably.  Scott the owner came out personally and I was impressed with his knowledge and professionalism.  I am keeping the business close at hand as this is a company that you want to use whenever a job arises that they can do - and to recommend to friends.

Ray made an appointment at 10:00 AM on Monday with me on Sunday night.  One hour before the appointment, I texted Ray to confirm the appointment 1 hour before and he responded that he was busy with a customer and would call me in a little bit.  He never called and didn't text a time to meet.  It has been 4 hours without a response from Ray with Humble Fence LLC.

I would never count on anything he says.  He was a total waste of my time.  The fencing job was a fairly large project.;

I took down my old metal fence to have turf installed and needed a new gate to replace it with since thenildnone was rusting out.

Settled on Guardian and had them install it with Robert. I believe he is the Phoenix rep and installer. He was able to install within a week. Due to short notice I did this all over the phone and never actually met him! He came out and measured while I was at work and then installed once again when I was at work. Work area was clean when I came home - would have never known they were there except that a fence was now there.

Price to install a L from one corner to the other corner was surprisingly low  at ~1800 but prices will be going up for 2022.

No..... Wasn't that professional and was kinda rude as leaving/ backed out of doing job.  If could would put 0 stars.

I used this company and they seemed to be good. However had a few issues come up and instead of Steve (I was told he was a c)  working with me he started ignoring my calls and texts.

So I turned  the company into the state contractors and it turned out that even tho on all their paperwork it said the were bonded and insured it was a lie. Due to the state threatened both owners with jail time did I hear from Steve again. I choose to have them pay to get the issues fixed from another company. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Due to the issues with the fence one of my mini goats was killed. Thanks for that

Horrible gate, doesn't close all the way, no cement hole for the poles to go into so the gate swings back and forth when it's windy. Called 2 tell this company about the problems and Chris was NOT nice saying that I was trying to scam money out of them when all I wanted was my $1200 dollar gate to be fixed RIGHT. Go with a different gate company!!!!
