Best Fencing Companies in Arizona

This company is one of the better of the bunch! I was fortunate enough to stumble across Roll-a-Shield who couldn't help with my need but recommended The Screen Co and I gave them a shot.

This was definitely one of my better decisions in 2019 lol

They arrived on time, paperwork was executed quickly, the guys were professional, quick and reliable. I am totally calling them for my next project!

Our chain link fence needed a repair ; most companies wouldn't have bothered, but Mr. Guzman came and fixed it for us !  Vet happy with this company. Thanks for your help, sir !

We live in a gated community with property managers who had to be hounded for three months to get the company out to program the gates so we, our guests, and contractors could get in the place.
Yesterday they finally called Galaxy and today Tom from Galaxy showed up and fixed everything.  He was very professional, courteous and even called us at 5:30p this evening to make sure everything was in order.

Using this company was quite the rollercoaster.   Jason was nice and gave me a quote for an iron fence quickly with a price that seemed reasonable.  He told me that iron jobs typically take longer and that he would message back with a date, which he did and I changed the install date 1 day later.  Fast forward to the install date where I have not heard from Jason again but my card has been charged.  After attempting to get a hold of him for several hours he finally answered and told me he would find out what time his guys would get there.  He also advised that his wife handles the accounting and didn't know the install wasn't done so the charge would be reversed.  If only that's where the problems ended.  He advised the workers would be here around 1 so I made sure to be here.  When an hour passed I called him again and the time got changed to 3.  I ran an errand and arrived back to my house at exactly 3 and discovered the guys had arrived and went into my backyard without my consent.  My dogs were not locked up and would have attacked if they knew someone had illegally entered my backyard.  Because they arrived so late they were only only were able to install the posts and when I asked when they would be back they said next week.  Jason did fix that issue and made sure they were back early the next day.  Fast forward to the finished product and it was horrible.  The welding has gaps, the brackets are bent, the pickets are thinner then I have seen in pool fences, and my gate had such a big gap my child could easily have gotten their arm stuck.  After showing Jason the pictures he advised me he uses a different company to complete his iron jobs.  Had I known this I would not have chosen Jason for my job because the company he uses has horrible reviews.  Jason did work hard to get someone from the company out to fix the issues and communicated with me until the issues were resolved.  He didn't give me any discounts because he said the fix was coming out of his pocket.  The welds are still crap and the people left a mess but it's done for way too much money and hassle.  To sum it up, if you want iron don't use this company.  I hear the rest of his stuff is nice though and so was he.

I had them do my roof estimate before buying my home   After contracting them to do the roofing maintenance and tile replacement they said they would contact me before doing the job. They showed up and cleaned out leaves. And replaced ??? number of tiles. Then when they contacted me regarding last half payment of $315 they didn't know how many tiles they replaced and said they wrote my phone number down incorrectly so they didn't get through to me. And lastly they left a stack of 10 gallon buckets on the roof which my HOA notified me with a $25 fee and letter. I would highly recommend that you shop around. Lastly, Anthony I didn't appreciate how you spoke to me considering all of above.  So I happily paid your $ 636.00 and decided that this would be the best route to go.

Preston with Bulldog Automations installed two liftmaster automatic gate openers for me. He was easy to work with, always responsive and professional.  His quote was very competitive with the others I received and when I gave the go ahead the crew had them both installed within four days. He has followed up on the project and has always been helpful with my questions. I feel like they stand by their work will be there if needed in the future. Their work is great so far and he was super easy to work with.

Tom did a really nice job helping our vision come to life in our backyard at an affordable price. He had a very courteous crew that worked hard, and our job was completed on time. He also has a unique attention to detail that many contractors have not shown and was at our project each day to make sure the work was done properly. We have more phases of our yard project and will continue to work with Tom for those, too.

I am a homeowner and only wanted one door, custom made for our new house.  After shopping around to three vendors, we selected Rustic Decor.  They were not the cheapest but all were within a similar ballpark.  The customer service unfortunately was just a disaster throughout the whole process.  We were quoted a schedule of 6-8 weeks but ultimately it took  more than 14 weeks to get our door, long past stucco and paint so we incurred additional costs for those subs to come back.  They scheduled and missed the scheduled date more than 4 times without a call to update us on why they could not deliver.  It was the owner we were dealing with most of the time.  Not what I would expect from a custom company. Disappointing.

I used this company twice last year. First time was for an RV gate and wall extension. They did a great job and the gate is still like new. The install crew was great. The second time...well, well, well... The second crew must of been their worst crew. I ordered an 19' fence with a 4' gate in the middle. I laid out a straight line on the ground with string AND paint. You'd think with a straight painted line on the ground, they could install a straight fence. The portion from the gate to the house was off 6 degrees. If they would of straightened it out, I would of had holes in my house. The section from the gate to the wall was off too, although only on the top(twisted). The portion mounted to the wall was so crocked, I couldn't even believe a install crew would do such crappy work. What where they smoking? I called them and they had a crew out a week later. I brought to the attention of the new fix-it crew that my wall should of had 3x3 posts instead of 1.5x1.5. I asked Jon(their rep) when ordering, about 3x3 and he turned his head and said, like those on the RV gate we install earlier this year? I said yes. Well, the fence showed up with 1.5x1.5 posts. Even the second crew member said that wasn't right. Now I can take my gate and wiggle it back and forth while open. Very cheap. I called three times and no one ever returned my calls. Would I use this company again.. NO! I only gave them a 3, due to the RV gate install being positive.
