I contacted Larry because I needed an RV Gate on the side of my house. He came over and spent the time to go over all the details for the type of gate I needed. A week after we met it is installed and done. There is nobody in this business like him. Very prompt, honest and quality work. I wouldn't even waste my time with anybody else. This place is awesome! We had two doors installed 5 years ago and they were such a great investment. The screen is so perfect it feels like nothing is on the door. Then, I needed an extra piece of screen for my fountain so I stopped in. Not only did the owner help me with a piece of scrap, he had his technician trim to size and didn't charge me a dime. Made a phone call regarding a malfunctioning garage door. Service man came within 2 hours, explained the problem, the solution, and did the fix on the spot. Pricing was very reasonable and did not try to sell me more than I needed.  No issues and would recommend to all.

After 2 weeks,  can't get a response on an estimate. They didn't contact me back.  They also didn't return my calls even after calling 3 times.

Wow, I am so impressed with Rob and crew.  We had a block privacy wall that was starting to crack and crumble.  Rob responded quickly to my request for a quote.   His price was very reasonable and the work was done in one day shortly after getting the quote.  Rob also provided a protective fence for my neighbor's dogs since it was a shared wall being fixed.  The quality of work was exceptional.  Thank you, Rob!

Wow! I can't say enough great things about Alpha. After getting a few outrageous quotes, I contacted alpha via project messaging on yelp. Not only did Vanessa contact me immediately, her tech (J) came out the same day in under an hour and was able to fix it in the same amount of time for a mere fraction of the cost. Even better, I got zero lies about how my door was on its last leg and a disaster waiting to happen, or that my how would complain about the fix because it would still show signs of damage like I did with the other companies. Instead, I see zero evidence that there was ever a dent and the door functions better than it did before! And all of that with an added year warranty on the work. Alpha proved everyone else a liar! Everything done as promised. 70'x8' with drainage and a gate. Dan gave me the lowest quote and we couldn't be happier. The job was done in two days and the guys were very respectful and kind to all my Pitbulls and no one escaped. They picked up after themselves and even hauled off about 90' of chain link after removing a 20' section that they weren't even working on. I will definitely call on them again

Very satisfied with their service. Leonard came out to give us ideas on how to have our pool fence reinstalled after we had the pool deck replaced. Scheduled us for a Saturday, Chad showed up when he said he would and work tirelessly for 4 hours to finish the challenging fence reinstall. Another positive thing was that they both have a good sense of humor.

Great product and service. Marty was very friendly and informative on the product, providing information on things to look out for when buying a pool fence. The price was fair, what we expected to pay, and we did not feel any pressure to buy which made the experience that much more enjoyable. Once we were ready to buy, Marty put us on the schedule and handed it over to Dane. Dane and his crew provided great communication the day of, arrived on time and completed the job within the time friend advised. Overall a great experience!

I contacted Fence Pros to come out and install a new gate for my backyard. After the consultation I decided to go with this company over some of the others and now I vastly regret that decision.

Once I made my initial deposit payment I was told by the salesperson Don that the gate would be installed in 3-4 weeks. In the middle of the 3rd week I called to try to schedule the install and was then told 4-6 weeks. I called a few more times over the next couple weeks to check on the status and every time I was told there was some sort of delay, which wasn't communicated to me until I reached out to them.

When they finally came out to install the gate after over 6 weeks, the installers, after finishing install, told me that the column on my brick wall was a little loose but shouldn't be an issue.

I had to call them multiple times over the next 2 weeks as my gate continually shifted and wasn't able to shut at all, leaving my backyard open to my whole neighborhood.

On the 3rd time calling them to come fix my brand new gate I spoke to the owner Bryan. He proceeded yell at me for 5 minutes and used the F word multiple times. I was blown away by the fact that a business owner would treat a customer this way. As I tried to talk him down from his tirade he wouldn't budge. I explained to him that I didn't want him on my property again and then he began to apologize and tell me he would come adjust my gate again. Too little too late unfortunately. I now have to pay another gate company to come and actually fix the brand new gate I bought from Fence Pros.

Mike is a true expert in his field. I've had him build me a few custom shipping and work tables. They have all turned out exactly how I wanted them/exactly what I asked for. He's accurate, quick, and easy to work with. If you need any kind of metal fab work done, Mike is your guy.

Great response and quality of work was exceptional.   Created a beautiful courtyard gate 6 ft wide x 9 ft tall.  About 3-4 weeks from quote to complete install.  Would recommend these guys for any welding need

Not worth our time for me to write the whole story, my experience was terrible, I did finally end up with a door that I was happy with, took months to resolve with no communication from them, one of the worst installation and customer service experience I have ever had. I heard their business has exploded and they are having a hard time keeping up, well if they keep giving the service they are currently providing, they will not have the growth problem anymore. Too many options!

Perfect solution to no security front door.  This is our second custom door purchased. First Impressions has not let us down in the quality, customer service , time-frame promised or installation. Any issues we were not happy with were resolved quickly and accurately.  Our installation person was quick, precise, and o time.  I love our new door and you will too.  Go to the showroom and even take a tour of their factory onsite. It is amazing to see how these doors are made by hand by exceptional craftsman.

After trying to get anyone to come out and do my 20' fence and gate install, I finally contacted these folks.  They came out, did a really good job, and can be recommended to others.  Since it was a small job, the price was a little expensive, but I am very pleased to have the work done and have it done properly.
