I contacted Larry because I needed an RV Gate on the side of my house. He came over and spent the time to go over all the details for the type of gate I needed. A week after we met it is installed and done. There is nobody in this business like him. Very prompt, honest and quality work. I wouldn't even waste my time with anybody else. I even got proposals or tried to get a hold of everybody in Phoenix that does RV gates on Yelp. Thanks again Larry.

We just had Steel Shield install a screened double door which encloses our front door entry way. These doors are magnificent!
And, no lie, the enclosed area has to be 20° cooler since installed. BONUS!!!
Sean was our sales guy that met with us for the quote and was very patient as we (hubby & I) had a bit of tug-o-war on which ones to get. I let hubby win the battle and I'm glad I did!

I first came across SDGF on Thumbtack when I needed a new garage key pad installed. Last summer my garage opener was malfunctioning and since Frank was so helpful the first time, I called them back again for my opener repair. I had another issue just recently with my garage springs and he came to fix it the same day with the appropriate parts on hand. We started out and the installer was a no show Monday morning. Of course I was upset as I took the day off.  Then when the installers showed on that Friday there was confusion.  I was furious!!  After a couple conversations with Leonard, it all worked out.  We are happy and safe!!!

The installers made it look great and we have less worry for the safety of or child.  The fence looks good and serves its purpose.  I will recommend them and will use them in the future.  Ask questions..... Make sure you understand where the fence is going and why, then there will be no confusion when the start.  Great price, quality and a good group of people.

We had our pool fence installed this week and it's by far been the best thing we could have done for peace of mind around our home. We had existing fence which they installed for us at a really good price. The installers came to my home in time and made short work of the install, keeping in mind my ideas for putting the fence around preferred areas. I was surprised to see how the fence flowed really well with our pool area as I wasn't expecting it to come together so quick and looking sleek. My husband and I came out to the pool to see the fence looked great and they kept the area clean when they were done. I would highly recommend this company to everyone with a pool and kids.

Mike is a true expert in his field. I've had him build me a few custom shipping and work tables. They have all turned out exactly how I wanted them/exactly what I asked for. He's accurate, quick, and easy to work with. If you need any kind of metal fab work done, Mike is your guy.

My spare tire mount broke and M&M trailer repair helped me pick out the right replacement, cut off the old one and superbly mounted the new one. He took great care to make sure it was mounted correctly. And even though it took him longer than expected he honored his price.   Highly recommend.

I can say we had a great experience with First Impression Ironworks from the start. Derik our salesman was on time, kind, detailed and patient. Placing an order was smooth sailing. We even made a change to the frame size to make sure our doorbell still fit since they no longer drill holes in their wider frames for a doorbell.

We paid half up front and the rest the day of installation. Our door was scheduled to be ready 4 to 6 weeks out. Ours ended up being ready in just over 3 weeks. Time frame is based on demand not supply.  We received a message of the installation date. No need to call back unless it didn't work for rescheduling. We then received a call from the installer if the estimated time the morning before to confirm a  2 hour window and he would call if he would be earlier. Instalation took less than 30 minutes for our particular project. Gus was great and informative.  We looked over the door to make sure it didn't need any touch up. He went over some mechanics with us and we were all set.

They make sure that no light shines around the frame and they install trim all around along with a large door sweep at the bottom which I recommend not stepping on. Sealed well from tiny critters. Things other door vendors don't do.

I do feel I gave us an advantage by addressing concerns after reading other reviews and If your project will be getting wet often you will want to get the additional zinc protection. I feel it should be a rep's standard to go over ALL options as one may not know they have choices. Especially thinking of weather, door bell issues screens etc. that a customer may not think of or know about. I feel that is the sales person's job. It prevents issues, disappointment, customer changes and buyer regrets.

I have had a few quotes through the years. Our door blows the other vendors out of the water. The quality is awesome and again we are so happy.

The worst company I have ever dealt with. The salespeople are amazing but we have spent $10,000 with this company and both installations have been nightmares. Why we bought a second gate after the first is our fault. The first gate was installed uneven and lopsided. You pay $5000 for a gate and they send a $8 an hour guy to install. Trying to deal with customer service is the WORST. Jennifer talks to you like you are a child and gives no help only a condensing voice telling you nothing is their fault. Our gate was hung and then fell off. They re hung it and left it over the weekend. They said it was safe to open. It fell off!!! This is a $4000 gate that takes two men to lift. So awful. Jennifer needs to be fired. She hates her job and is so rude. I hope someone from the company sees this review. We will never recommend first impressions which is sad because the salesperson Gary was very very nice. STAY AWAY!!!!!!  It says the owner reached out. They did ask for more detailed information on yelp to contact me. I gave it to them and no one called me. Don't be fooled with a response to my review. No one has responded!!! It's so shocking. We still don't have a put gate hung.

Scheduled an estimate with Sereno for 9:30am this morning. It's currently 10:15am and no one has shown up, no call, no email. I called to try and confirm appointment yesterday with no answer. They even emailed me stating my appointment was scheduled for today, but no one has shown yet. . . .
