We love the custom trellis Larry created, along with the new side gate. The pricing was competitive and the time frame we waited to have the pieces installed was reasonable. Definitely would recommend this company.

John Haines texted me the estimate. I asked for it in writing. No reply. Finally called him. He said there's no point in writing it up till he knows he has the sale. Explained I wanted it in writing to compare with other estimates. He said he'd email me and said goodbye. I asked him if he had my email address (I knew he did not). He replied he couldn't take it down since he was driving. So he had no intent of emailing me the estimate as I asked. Unfortunately, I found him to be a stereotypical salesman; not interested in doing anything he thinks doesn't relate to a sale. I was seriously considering going with them, but crossed them off the list due to how John handled things.

Frank came when he said he would. It was around 4:30 PM on a Saturday. When he looked at the unit he saw that the chain had broken and that we needed a new spring. He gave us the price to repair our door. And since our motor was 15 years old, he gave us a price to replace the motor, repair the chain and replace the spring. I thought it was very reasonable. I asked him how long it would take and he said about 1.5 hours. I asked him if he wanted to spend the time now at 4:30 on a Saturday night. He said he wanted to take care of us and that he would fix everything that night. He stayed and by around 6:00 PM everything was in working order. Needless to say, we were very impressed.

Great customer service, I told them what I wanted to building and they helped me with all the hardware and suggested he best way to do it.  Also gave me a first time customer discount and military discount.

Great company! They went above and beyond, took a small project on that other companies wouldn't, and gave me fair & honest pricing. I would love to use these guys again!

Jason came out to my house, fixed the gate, installed a couple of stops to prevent the gates from opening in the wrong direction as promised.

We he arrived, we noticed the wall the gate was attached to, was separating from the house, he was able to straighten out the wall and installed a bracket to the wall and the house.

Everything is working great again.

I wouldn't hesitate to use Alpha again if needed.

We used Toro Construction to repair a section of stucco retaining wall that had caved in at my mother's condo complex. Dan's quote was very reasonable, the job was done within a week of accepting their quote, the crew that day was wonderful, and the end result is fantastic. Everything done as promised, quickly, and with great advice about aftercare from Dan. Will attach photos so you can see the end result -- you'll have to look carefully, as the pattern they created with the stucco is identical to the original, done decades ago. The painter we chose also commented on how great a job this contractor had done. Thanks, Dan and crew!

My existing pool barrier had a worn out double sided bolt snap.  I called them and left a message.  Got a call back within 24 hrs.  Was given a number to call for my local service rep.  Spoke to Leonard was able to schedule a service visit the next day.  Leonard was very professional.  Kept me informed throughout the process and fixed the issue.  Great after sales service!  Will do business with them again for sure.

Couldn't imagine having used anyone else to install our pool fence. Marty scheduled the appointments himself, was always on-time, and gave us the best price of the companies we spoke with. He installed the fence within a week of our first meeting and it was done within a morning. The fence looks great and it was a pleasure to work with him. We've already recommended him to a couple of friends!

We had Bryann out to take measurements and took the design we had in mind for our wrought iron pool fence and he made it happen. Picked the powder coating color and that was it. We got a call about three weeks later for install, They came out and were super friendly and professional. The measurements were perfect, the quality is great and the fence looks awesome and we are very happy with it.
I had called 6 other companies for bids and Far From Average was the fairest and didn't feel like we were dealing with a car salesmen. Just gave us the facts that matter and a fair price.

Do not use this company! The quality of the door they made for me is not worth the price at all. Dealing with them has been a nightmare. The sales people are great, but then the circus begins. The subcontractors they hired to install the door were sent to the wrong address on the day of installation.  Then they showed up without the proper tools and had to use mine. Once done, I pointed out all of the issues I could see that needed to be fixed. They said they would get back to me. The only person I heard from was the guy who wanted to collect my final payment. When I said I would pay when the door is fixed they put a pre-lien on my house for the full amount of the door and I have already paid half.

This was 5 weeks ago and they have been back 3 or 4 times to fix all of the problems, and they still are not fixed. Where do I begin? Two knobs were dented and scratched, the door, which cost me around $8,000, is bowed at the top and does not sit flush with the frame or the inner glass. The leading edge of the door was hitting the frame when I closed the door (how did the install crew think that was acceptable?), I can see light between the door and frame, the screen didn't fit so they took it back and never returned it, I can see the red shims between the sidelights and frame, and there is a pile of extra metal sitting on the side of the door. I understand there might be an issue or two, but this is ridiculous for the amount money they are charging.

Each time they come out they don't have the right tools or they need to take pictures and call the office and they will get back to me, which only happens sometimes.  Two of their employees have told me that they believe the company is growing too fast and the customer service is suffering. The last service manager who tried to fix some of the issues with his spray paint and nail file told me that since it's handmade it will have flaws, but I think that's just a good excuse to produce poor quality products and get away with it. My appointment today with another service manager just got rescheduled for two weeks from now. They are in no rush to make things right. I have lost my patience and I'm filing a complaint with the Registrar of Contractors.

I am very pleased with my security door.  I have to say, I have one of the most beautiful doors in my neighborhood!  I got a new design and wasn't sure how it would look, but it has exceeded my expectations!

Our sales consultant was very helpful in the designing our door.  He offered options like a faux arch and a wreath hook.  We took our door to the next level with specific custom touches that nobody else will have.  

It has been about six months since we had our door installed, and it has held up very well.  The door glides smoothly shut, and it slows down before it latches.  We receive many compliments on our door.  We also love that we can keep the front door open when the weather is nice!

We hired Sereno to build a wood fence in the backyard of our old house a couple of years ago and were so happy with their work and integrity that we just hired them to build another at our new house. Juan and his team are expert craftsman and very friendly to deal with. While he was there he offered to fix our iron RV gate and did so at no additional cost. Thank you, Juan! We will definitely refer him to our friends.
