We used A&A Fence for vinyl fencing on a family members property in Northern Arizona. Austin and Sami were incredibly easy to work with and their knowledge helped us easily understand what our best options were and why. The end to end service left us completely satisfied and we will definitely use them again for similar situations. Also would highly recommend you give them a try if you are looking for fencing professionals that make you feel like a truly valued customer.

Called ASE on the recommendatio of our neighbo, who had work done by them in the past, and liked them. Edgardo, the CEO and founder, came out the next day. He communicated well, showed us photos of previous work they had done and listened to our requests. We wanted a custom panel/kickplate for a new gate, and some fencing. He took our ideas and emailed a sketch of proposed design, which we then modified. They emailed the modified sketch for our approval and we made a 50% deposit. Our gate and fencing were professionally installed in one afternoon within two weeks. We couldn't be happier. Would definitely recommend.

I have needed Darrick's help on a number of projects at more than one property. He has always been timely and respectful. Projects are completely quickly and with attention to detail. He's always more than willing to discuss options with me with consideration of my budget. I highly recommend.

Had two propane bottles filled and talked to Brad about a gate. Good experience, service was fast.

We had some issues with our gate system due to external factors and Patrick talked me through the repair.

The project is complete and in the past, but the commitment to helping customers is not.

We have a 14' high 55' long steel awning for our RV.  We needed to provide shade for the RV.  He did an excellent job and went over beyond our expectations.  Would hire them again.

While the labor and the product are important, the service was also extraordinary. On our original call, we left a message, and our message was promptly returned. Then we scheduled an appointment on site to inspect the job. This appointment was made on time and Matt was very professional. He took pictures, notes, and understood what we were asking for. Our quote/bid was returned on time (within a day - the promised time frame). We agreed, and the installation appointment was set. I emailed about a change order, after finding a mistake in my original ask. Again, communication was fast, pleasant, and accurate. This change resulted in an increase in our bid, created a new quote. Again fast and accurate communication via email. They sent a new drawing confirming they understood my change request, which I signed and sent back the same day. On installation day, everything went according to plan. I am so impressed by the professionalism and scheduling and on time service. As I started, the product and the service were amazing. We only wish now that Regal Fence did bigger construction projects, or that we could find anyone else in the business with their level of awesome. Highly - HIGHLY recommend Regal Fence.

I needed a fence installed around a Commercial Warehouse, these guys were fast, got the security fence installed at a very reasonable price. They sent shop drawings along with a detailed bid. We are going to use them around our home also. I would highly recommend Diamond Iron.

Walter, the salesman, showed up as he said, provided a sketch immediately for us to submit to our HOA and then the work was done on time. The workmanship was good and they installed it quickly. Maybe the bad ratings about responsiveness made an impression as we did not experience any problems at all. Their prices were reasonable as well.

Richard is the owner of Dicks Landscape acknowledge issue or a step that was missed during the install process and guarantee me that he will be back to make the proper corrections the following week. I've tried multiple times to reach him and now no answer or any type of response.

The biggest mistake I made was paying Richard before the correction were made. Dicks Landscape is NOT to be trusted! Richard has given honest landscape contractors a bad reputation..

If 0 stars was an option I would choose it. This guy is a joke. Lowest integrety possible...I bought a fence from them which was improperly installed and improperly painted. Footers for the fence were not cemented properly lots of screws were missing and the paint flaked off from day one. Our deal was $14,000 or so for the fence, 1/2 up front and 1/2 at completion. After I didn't pay the completion payment of aprox $7,000 because of these defects, Mike hired an Atorney to chase me. I made a deal with the Atorney that I would pay the $7000 or so still owed BEFORE the defects were fixed (the money was to be held in an escorw/trust account until the problems were fixed) and then after the problems were fixed  the money would be released to Arizona fence builders. Mike still has not fixed the problems and now I have to sue them to either get the money back or get him to do what he has promised in writing.......What a clusterfu****ck,.....If you are thinking of hiring him....my advise is to look elsewhere
