My air conditioning had been out for over a week fooling around with my home warranty & finally got a negative response from them.
So I saw this company truck with all installation products on their truck around the corner from a friends house house & called them on Friday they came out Monday said they can can have the whole thing done by end of the week.

My husband looked at 2 other water systems before finding this one on Yelp. He worked with Tom the owner who helped him understand which products would work best for us. We purchased The Patriot system along with the Reverse Osmosis system system for our kitchen sink and refrigerator water. This system was the best price of all the ones we looked at. Daniel and Gerardo did the installation. They were very professional, friendly and efficient. We are very pleased with the system so far.

The service could not have have been more exemplary. Jerod was extremely personable, knowledgeable, explained the process being undertaken of each component, and the future likelihood of it's potential failure. True professionalism from beginning to the end,at a very reasonable price.

Boldt did a great job rerouting an air duct and running a new exhaust hood pipe for me. Mike and Mike were great guys.

Wow, wow, wow. I just cannot speak highly enough of Johnny and his technicians. Last year my AC went out in the middle of summer and the house was 100 degrees. Luckily, (or so I thought) I had American home shield (who is just awful by the way). AHS gave me the run around and told me the soonest they could have someone out for something like 4 days. AWESOME!  Maybe I'll still be alive 4 days from now to let them take a look! There was no way I was waiting. I took to Yelp and found Johnny's who had awesome reviews. I call them and told them I had an emergency. They were at my house WITHIN THE HOUR. 20-30 minutes later they had the problem fixed and my AC was blowing cold again. Great, I thought to myself, is this going to cost me 1 or 2 legs? It ended up being something like $120-$130. Are you kidding me!?! So not only did they come right out, fix the problem immediately, but they were almost the same price as my American Home Shield deductible? Not only that but Johnny even offered to write me up something to give to AHS where I could potentially be reimbursed by AHS. Now, fast forward to today. AC goes out again, I have AHS still. I have a bad compressor which is very expensive. AHS is going to cover it, hooray! I find out from the AC repair company that bc they are replacing the compressor, they have to replace all the freon and OF COURSE AHS doesn't cover freon. No big deal, right? WRONG! It turns out the company is charging me $60 per lb of freon and I need 11.5 lbs!!! I feel like I'm getting ripped off. I called Johnny and he tells me that believe it or not that's actually a good deal and I should definitely take it. He tells me that a lot of other companies charge even more and to definitely take advantage and use them to replace it. Ok cool, at least I know I'm not getting ripped off. The day goes on and I have 2 other people tell me that I probably don't need new freon, that the freon in my system can probably be reused and I can save myself $600+ and that this AHS AC company is just trying to rip me off. Panic mode sets in again bc now I'm thinking I can pay Johnny or some other company $100-$200 to drain and reuse the freon instead of spending $600+ on new freon that I don't need. This other AC company is coming out to do the work in the morning and so I'm panicking. I called Johnny at 8:30 at night. I'll repeat that. I called Johnny at 8:30 at night and asked him if he could help me drain and reuse my freon. He spent 15 minutes of his night, politely going into depth and explaining why I did want to use new freon and why I shouldn't try to reuse the freon I already have. He probably worked a 12 hour day in 108 degree weather and was sitting on his couch eating dinner and he took my call and helped me out even when it wasn't going to benefit him. I really just cannot begin to describe how awesome he is. Johnny is 100% my AC for the rest of my life and I'm referring him to everyone i know. He is the best and if you want an honest, helpful, trustworthy, reasonable AC technician who knows his stuff, Johnny and his techs are your guys! Thanks again Johnny! Wow!!!! I just had an install today of two new units. I can't say enough about the quality of salesmanship and installation we received. I would highly suggest Hays for any services that they offer. Their team is knowledgeable and cordial. They also came way under a price quote from a competitor and doubled the warranty. We also got a wifi thermostat was the hi-light of my husbands day!!!  Thanks Hays we are customers for life.

Caleb is simply the best in the business. He was extremely prompt and professional. He gave my full A/C and heating system a look over. His inspection lasted about an hour. He then gave me a full list of things that needed to be done, in order of precedence. He told me honestly what should be addressed and what could wait.

He is extremely cautions to work cleanly. When he brought in a ladder to access the attic, he laid down a rug so his ladder wouldn't touch our floors. When he came in to give us the bill, he took his shoes off.

I would highly recommend Arizona Air Experts to anyone. All said and done, and inspection plus cleaning only costed $90.

I have used Cool Zone for about a year and a half.  They installed a split system (for the previous owners of our home), which I couldn't figure out how to use.  I had another (redacted name company) out to replace a condensate line and to check the split system.  The other company indicated that the split system wasn't working and that they'd need to fix it.  I contacted Cool Zone since I found the split paperwork showing they had installed it and I was hoping it was under warranty.  Dave (owner) came out and showed me how to use the split system (no charge) and that it was working fine.  Since then, we've had them install a two stage system to address an issue with poor cooling of an area of the house, install Ecobee thermostats, do general checks and tune ups, and address a weird leak.  I've got nothing but great things to say about this company.  They are probably not the cheapest in town, but they show up on time, do the work correctly, and don't try to up sell.  Their prices seem about average, and less than (redacted company).  On a personal note, everyone I've interacted with in the company: Dave, Byron, Ryan, and Danette are great people as well.  

Support this local small business.  You will not be disappointed.

Technician was great! He repaired my AC unit swiftly, even went  the extra mile to make a return visit later that evening  when the temperatures  the house was not holding. He ever contacted me the next morning  to assure my AC  system was working perfectly.

Great experience with Gladiate air conditioning. I had an appointment for a routine maintenance appointment. Gabe was great; very honest, knowledgeable and efficient. He found an issue with my air conditioner that could have given out in the middle of the summer and fixed it on the spot. I have been dealing with service people for quite some time now and this is a very good company, highly recommend!!!!

Anthony did a great job on 12-30-2020 of maintenance and service of  heating system in our home. He provided excellent customer service.

Woke up to my AC going out on a Saturday afternoon. This company was able to come out and repair it that very afternoon. He was also great at explaining the problem to someone with little knowledge on the workings of air conditioning. I'll be recommending this company to everyone!

Was sitting here at home yesterday working when I notice my AC was no longer blowing cold air.  Naturally I panicked.  Weekend coming up, hotter than blazes outside.  So I called 3 different companies to be sure I was going to get someone in the next day or two before I turned into beef jerky sitting in my living room.  I texted Bumble Bee, they came over an hour later, found a blown fuse on the compressor up on the roof, replaced and voila! Winter is coming.....So so grateful for the rapid response and professional service...

Mike was absolutely wonderful. We had installed a thermostat incorrectly and were stuck without AC overnight.

I had messaged him in the middle of the night for a quote and he was very quick to respond. The price was very very good!

I called him first thing in the morning and left a message and he called back shortly after. He asked what was going on with our new thermostat and had me send him photos. He was actually working on a different appointment that morning, but had to go to a supply store that was nearby our house, so he stopped by. He had everything fixed and the cold air was blowing in about ten minutes.

I will definitely use him and recommend him for all of our future needs with our air conditioning. He was very friendly and definitely knew what he was doing!

I called customer service to set an appointment for an estimate because i needed a new hvac system to replace the old worn out one. Bill arrived and was the one who installed the new system. He was very professional and he knew his stuff he was not a pressure sales person and i felt comfortable with his knowledge. The next day i got a reasonable estimate i was happy with. The installation went smooth and the system is blowing ice cold air.

I don't know where to start but long story short, I initially contacted Alex and Elena at ideal energy because my summer cooling bills were ridiculous and some rooms in the house were warmer than others. I was sent Theo for a 3 hour thorough inspection and analysis and Theo knew exactly what he was doing. This was a guy who was a subject matter expert and provided me with a dozen page report detailing everything. It turned out that my insulation in the attic and the duct system was all messed up. So I scheduled an appointment for them to take care of all of those issues.
A whole crew was sent out to my house, i think 6-7 people with the crew lead Kristian who is definitely an expert at what he does. Each and every one of them was professional and well mannered, very knowledgeable, they did an amazing job and an amazing cleanup after they were done and all with a smile on their faces, which you don't see too often these days. Alex contacted me later in the afternoon to make sure that everything went well as i would expect from any business that knows how to take of customers. I have noticed a big change with the added comfort and i will definitely be contacting them again in the future.

I really like this company!I was out of town and my moms ac just stopped working. The guy came out to the house and really helped my mom.He Fixed our issue real fast and even followed up the next day to see if everything was ok. He even applied a coupon for $50.00 off our repair! Really nice man. They are professional kind, honest and  seem to really care about people. I won't ever call another company. Thanks DCM your tops!

Signed up for heating and air maintenance program yesterday and scheduled service for today.  Eric and Tucker showed up on time wearing masks.  They were very efficient and courteous.  Very satisfying experience.

I was first introduced to SureTemp a couple of years ago through my Home Warranty program, and have used them for all of my AC needs since then.  Keith is professional, polite, prompt, reliable, very reasonably-priced, and honest.  You could not ask for more from a business.  If you're in need of AC work, you shouldn't contact anyone else!
