Caleb was our technician and took his time to show me what was wrong with the HVAC system and explained in detail what the required and suggested repairs were. He was professional, knowledgeable, and kind. It was  a good experience. Having your AC go out sucks! But this company made it less frustrating. Great customer service. You guys got a committed customer, now!

Very fast service at great prices! Contacted via Yelp had response and accurate price quote for installing pressure reduce valve. Plumber turned up and fitted the whole reducer in about 40 mins!! Thank you!!

Very happy for this gem of a company! The employees, Tim and Brandon, were extremely professional and took the time to explain my A/C system and gave a few tips for preserving performance.

They explained every step of the process; whether to tell me when they were leaving to grab equipment, then calling to say they were on their way back. They kindly replaced my air filters for me as well. The air purification system is so exciting to have installed too! I have 3 cats and all tile floors so dust, dander and pollen are constant battles in my house. Prices were very reasonable and they have payment plans available for increased financial flexibility.

Phillip shows when he says he will and does what he says he will. He also goes through the trouble of explaining exactly what is wrong and will go into as much detail as needed so that the customer can make an educated decision about what to do. Fran does the administrative work and is very personable, helpful and responsive. It is so nice to have a reliable HVAC company that is also priced right.

Can't help if you're in a two story building or taller?!  Based on the initial phone call, I really wanted to be impressed.  However, after several days waiting for my appointment and being told to shut off my A/C that morning so it could thaw (which was appropriate), I sat in my hot house only to receive a call from the company saying they were at my complex, but don't have a ladder for a two story building.  Ever.  I was dumbfounded and frustrated.  Please ask folks when they book the appointment, so both parties don't waste time!  Or get a taller ladder...

Kevin is awesome!! He was extremely friendly, honest, and genuine. He stayed until the job was complete and gave us great information on how to use our AC more efficiently. We highly recommend this company to anyone that needs help. We have used so many other AC companies before but thanks to Kevin we will be using Hays in the future.

I can't say enough good things about my recent experience with AZ air experts. We had been told by a previous air co. that we needed over $1500 -$3,000 worth of work done, but air experts came in and fixed the problem for $330. They were extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. They took the time to troubleshoot the problem and explain all of it in detail. It is so refreshing to find a company that is honest and straightforward. This is by far the best AC/Heating company in the valley. My fiancé and I have used them to repair our rental condo's AC that was acting up as well as our primary home. They are fast, professional, and high quality for the right price!

Great service experience with Gabe and Christine of Gladiate AC. After reading all the positive reviews on Yelp I decided to try them out to service the AC units for my duplex in Phoenix. Gabe was extremely helpful in explaining the process and went above and beyond to get the job done. I will use their services again for regular AC maintenance in my duplex. Kalem came out for a tune up on my AC. Very professional and even called when a few minutes away so I could lock up my dogs. He was helpful in explaining everything that needed to be completed. I appreciate him listening and guiding me through what needs to be replaced. Although their was an issue with payment (there computer) they worked through it! I appreciate the office calling and verifying that my card hadn't been charged twice. I would definitely use them again in the future!

Hello, there should be two reviews but it will only let me do one. David should have 10 Stars from me. A girlfriend of mine's AC went out this summer and she asked me for a recommendation. I had seen David's name on our Nextdoor site in our neighborhood. David was taking care of our neighbors and they were haopy. I called him up in the middle of summer and he was on a job site but he came right after. He got her AC up and running and followed up on with her to continue making improvements. Bet service and best prices no joke and a very nice guy.

Here's my second review, my heating wasn't working on a brand new Trane that I put up on a rental house and the installer was blaming it on a control board. The Trane was only a year-old and we've all heard the commercials Nothing Stops a Trane. I called David up on a holiday he came out and went through the whole unit.He spent 2 hours while his fiancee  had a nice ham waiting for him at the house. Got my unit back up and running and we diagnosed the problem. I saved over $500. Thank you. Give him a call on your next ACR heating issue you will be happy

Very professional, timely, reliable, fast service, had the part in service van.  Very happy with the work and Robert, the service tech.
Called them around 930am, said he had two called ahead of me but will call by 12 noon to confirm service by 2. Got call back by 11:57am and was at my house by 12:30.  They kept their word on the return call and got the repair done before the set time.  It's hard to find and get service like Bubble Bee air conditioning service.

Mike is the best! My AC stopped working and he was able to come by same day and help fix the issue. My AC is now working perfectly! All other companies that I reached out to wanted me to wait days to fix - in this 106 degree heat. I am so thankful he was available to help so fast and fix the issue quickly. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend and will be using Cave Creek Cooling for all of my AC needs in the future!

I've worked with Mr. Allen (not Alan) on two different occasions. One was during the summer when my AC stopped blowing cold air. Mr. Allen properly diagnosed that my freon was out and he refilled it right away.

The second occasion was yesterday. Water was leaking from my AC filter. Again, Mr. Allen was able to diagnose that there was clog and he was able to identify that the clog was in my bathroom sink. He vacuumed the clog out of my sink and my AC was magically working again with 0 leaks.

I'm not a 15 year old boy, but there's only one word for Mr. Allen: clutch.

Contacted Ideal Energy through Yelp late in the evening looking for some attic insulation and bathroom exhaust fans installed.  They responded back to me first thing in the morning with a phone call and an email.  Extremely professional and gave me a ton of great info and even told me about some rebates that could save me a lot of money....which is actually a lot of extra paperwork for them but they are willing to do what is best for the customer.  I will always go to Ideal Energy for any estimates or service I need with my HVAC systems.

So I was in the cooking dinner and noticed it was getting a a little hotter in the kitchen than the usual. Turns out, the AC in our home is went out in the middle of summer. The thermostat was showing 92 degrees inside! So I turn on every fan we have (which was no help) felt like we were living inside an air fryer. Long story short I started calling a bunch AC repair places who claim to be 24/7 but the earliest they could come out was 2-3days later. -__-  Anyways I contacted Desert Comfort Mechanical around 11:30 pm and they were able to come out the following morning. The crew Fadel and Dennis are great guys and took really good care of us. They were knowledgeable courteous , Fast, and gave us a fair price. What I like most is that did not rip us off like the other AC company we've used before with the big ugly blue trucks with the goofy looking polar bear on the side. Desert Comfort Mechanical  will  definitely be my go to for any AC problems. 100% satisfied, Thank you guys again.

We have used Pro-Skill plumbing over the years.  Abby and Tyler are neighbors of ours and have always been helpful on the neighborhood Facebook page helping out neighbors and what not.  We had to have our kitchen faucet changed out the other day and our technician Israel was very friendly.  He offered to put the booties showing respect for our home.  He was on time and did a nice job installing our faucet and cleaning up after himself.  The job took about 2 hours and they charged about $125.00 which I thought was pretty fair.   I would definitely recommend Proskill.  We had also had them  install a GE water softener that we had already purchased from Home Depot in our rental property.  The technician Matt that did the install was trying to sell us their water softener and was a little pushy and I had to tell him no three or four times.  We had already purchased and had the GE water softener delivered from Home Depot and didn't want to return it.  The GE unit was also an all-in-one unit which saves a little space over the softerner with the separate brine tank.  Matt did a good job of promoting his product, describing its features, and was very professional though.  The funny thing was though the GE softener ended up being damaged and I probably would have been better off going with his unit.  After it was installed I ended up having to call a GE service technician to come out and do a repair on the softener.

First I wish I could give this company more than 5 stars. We HIGHLY recommend Rising Sun Air! The absolute phenomenal customer service we were offered for our AC repair will be the reason we come back time and time again to them! The team was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and kind! Their pricing is fair and affordable, with payment options if necessary, taking the stress out of AC repairs and replacements. They are the Kings of customer service, and always had a smile! Huge thank you to Kevin, Tim, and Adrian.

Just want to give a shout out to Sure Temp A/C, had a problem with my system on fri,called Sure Temp on monday,Mary was kind and accommodating and fit me in to a scheduled appointment for that day,Tom the sevice technican responded promptly as scheduled, was wearing a mask and gloves respecting the guidelines of the times, inspected the a/c units,informed me of my options,and fixed my units, as  requested, explaining his procedures and the options available step by step, never tried to upsell me or tie me into a contract,was truly professional and serviced my units successfully.Tom and Sure Temp are my go to A/C service from this point on, thanks again Sure Temp!
