Called me to solicit my business during dinner time, and despite the fact that I'm on the Do Not Call list. When I pointed that fact out (granted, a little less nicely than necessary), I was responded to with a rude, well, the system is not infallible. No apology to be found. Even if I was looking for someone to do my air or heating, at this point I would consider literally anyone before Rescue One.

Last night our AC quit working.  This morning Sheridan's fixed our unit.  I'm disabled and on a limited budget (something they didn't know).  They fixed our unit and kept the costs minimal!  Our repairman was professional, extremely knowledgeable, and displayed expertise and concern above and beyond for our welfare!  I will recommend them to anyone and I'm grateful for their work!!!!  Good on them!!!

Great job, came and fixed our A/C problem in Maricopa. Showed up fast, quick diagnosis. Great guy very trustworthy. I highly recommend this company.

I just received a competitive bid from Gary from Air Dynamics, for replacement of all units on premises. I felt that Gary was very thorough and honest. I hope to do business with them in the future .

Our heating went down during the holiday season. I called a number of places, but no one was available to come and fix it. Chino Valley Heating and Cooling gave me Wade's number. Wade answered the call and he was able to come and assess the issue I was having with my heating the same day. It turned out that the motor and switch in my HVAC needed to be replaced.
Wade is a great communicator, he gave me updates until the project was completed.
I highly recommend them for any HVAC services. My heating is now restored and my house is now warm and comfy. Thanks to Wade and Bill for coming to the rescue.

My air conditioning was not working properly and my parents referred me to Roberto and Fernando at C&B Mechanical.  They were referred by their neighbor and were treated very well and fair when they needed repair work done on their HVAC.  Here in Arizona if at any time one has problems with their AC anxiety automatically sets in and that's exactly what happened last night when the cool air stopped coming.  I had asked people for referrals and everyone started talking about a new unit.  That was not what we wanted to do.  I was pretty sure the blower motor was faulty in some way but I'm not an AC guy and it seemed like a daunting task.  I called both Roberto and Fernando and left messages.  They called me right back and came over within the hour.  They asked me if I thought it might be and I told them.  After checking the unit out they told me that it was the blower motor and asked me if I wanted a motor from American Standard which they could get on Monday or if I wanted an after market motor which they could get today.  I told them the after market motor was fine with me and they went to get it.  I asked them if they charge weekend rates before they left to get the motor and they looked at me like I was crazy Oh...that's just the big companies that charge emergency rates too.  Today is a regular day.  This was another thing that we were worried about because it is Saturday.  While they had gone to get the motor they gave me a call with an estimate for parts and labor.  It was less than I had anticipated it would be for the motor alone.  They came back within a half hour and had the motor installed within a half hour after that.  Needless to say I was stunned.  I have had a few experiences with repair men and repair situations from plumbing to car repair.  This was the best experience I have had yet.  Roberto and Fernando didn't give me the run around and they didn't take their time getting the job done.  The price was probably the best in town for what was done.  Impressive to say the least.  It's only 11 am and we already have cool air.  Thanks guys.

Casey was able to fix a thermostat problem over the phone!  He has so much know-how in his head that he can tap into that storehouse and fix things via phone!  He was so smart and patient that I decided to have him look into my whole system.  I always put off upkeep in fear of huge padded bills, but he's a straight shooter.  A real pleasure to work with.

When I got home from work at 6 pm Ac was blowing warm on one side of the house. Found Matthew and desert sky on thumbtack. All reviews were 5 star reviews. Matthew was out at 7 am the next morning. Right on time very nice and polite. Signed up for the twice yearly maintenance plan. I like dealing with the smaller family owned individual businesses. Matthew was very informative and I'm glad I called. Desert sky and Matthew are my new ac and heat company. Thanks for the quick service and the great job!

My parents AC stopped working so I called Schiller Heating & Cooling.  They had someone out there within 15 minutes. It was just the battery that needed replacing and the filter. Since my folks are seniors without a car, Schiller picked up a filter for them and replaced that along with the battery. So wonderful having an AC company respond so quickly and be so accommodating especially with this AZ heat. My parents were extremely happy with the service. We will definitely be using them again.

My air conditioner quit working in the middle of summer. I came home to a very hot house  after a long shift. I called them up and someone was out that night. It was out of freon. He found a leak and repaired it- thankfully my cats were able to sleep that night in comfort :) fair prices and friendly service!

Just has my air conditioner checked for the coming season. So glad I chose Chandler Air.  James Brewer called to see if he could arrive early. Of course. He is very professional and explained everything he was going to do. After checking my 16 year old air conditioner he assured me it is is very good condition, never trying to sell me on services I didn't need. It did need the coils cleaned and gave me options on what he could do. I chose the best option, which was still less much than what I thought it would be. I'll be seeing them in 6 months for a check up.

I finally feel as if I've found a company I can count on season after season.

Needed to have a New A/C Unit and after checking with several other companies and doing some research I choose to go with Turn-Key on account of their promptness, professional standards & On Time. They showed up with everything and told me it would take around 2-3 hours which it was 2 1/2 hours. I was impressed with the American Standard Unit and how quite it was. Scott Masterson treats you like you are family. The Job was left Clean (Spotless) and I feel I got the Best Deal & Workmanship Possible.

Chris was on time and did a very professional job.

Jumbo Air was assigned to fix our AC by our Home Warranty company. It was mid-July and it took them over a week to look at it. They then told us they needed to order the part and it would be another week. Well, the part came in and it took them 3 days to figure out it was ours. They then charged us an obscene amount (more than double the competition) on our freon because we were stuck with them. They finally came back with the part 2+ weeks after the original call and it worked for 2 days before the freon leaked out and they had to refill it. In addition, they scheduled new jobs in front of ours, even though we had been waiting weeks. American Home Shield should be embarrassed they work with them. I canceled that contract immediately after this experience. Guess what? It's now 5 months later and we're having problems again. They are the WORST!
