Jessica in dispatch is awesome! It started with Jessica who was very knowledgeable and HELPFUL!. Technician Ivan was great as well! Came on Saturday, had parts and was ready to do job on Monday. Very nice and knowledgeable. When other companies failed miserably, Rescue One came through BIG TIME!

Last night our AC quit working.  This morning Sheridan's fixed our unit.  I'm disabled and on a limited budget (something they didn't know).  They fixed our unit and kept the costs minimal!  Our repairman was professional, extremely knowledgeable, and displayed expertise and concern above and beyond for our welfare!  I will recommend them to anyone and I'm grateful for their work!!!!  Good on them!!!

I did not have to use Phillip for service, but he did reply within minutes even though they were closed and was very nice. Will use them if needed in the future

I just received a competitive bid from Gary from Air Dynamics, for replacement of all units on premises. I felt that Gary was very thorough and honest. I hope to do business with them in the future .

My air conditioning was not working properly and my parents referred me to Roberto and Fernando at C&B Mechanical.  They were referred by their neighbor and were treated very well and fair when they needed repair work done on their HVAC.  Here in Arizona if at any time one has problems with their AC anxiety automatically sets in and that's exactly what happened last night when the cool air stopped coming.  I had asked people for referrals and everyone started talking about a new unit.  That was not what we wanted to do.  I was pretty sure the blower motor was faulty in some way but I'm not an AC guy and it seemed like a daunting task.  I called both Roberto and Fernando and left messages.  They called me right back and came over within the hour.  They asked me if I thought it might be and I told them.  After checking the unit out they told me that it was the blower motor and asked me if I wanted a motor from American Standard which they could get on Monday or if I wanted an after market motor which they could get today.  I told them the after market motor was fine with me and they went to get it.  I asked them if they charge weekend rates before they left to get the motor and they looked at me like I was crazy Oh...that's just the big companies that charge emergency rates too.  Today is a regular day.  This was another thing that we were worried about because it is Saturday.  While they had gone to get the motor they gave me a call with an estimate for parts and labor.  It was less than I had anticipated it would be for the motor alone.  They came back within a half hour and had the motor installed within a half hour after that.  Needless to say I was stunned.  I have had a few experiences with repair men and repair situations from plumbing to car repair.  This was the best experience I have had yet.  Roberto and Fernando didn't give me the run around and they didn't take their time getting the job done.  The price was probably the best in town for what was done.  Impressive to say the least.  It's only 11 am and we already have cool air.  Thanks guys.

Very prompt and efficient service to fix a heating issue.  Definitely would recommend.  Casey was excellent.

When I got home from work at 6 pm Ac was blowing warm on one side of the house. Found Matthew and desert sky on thumbtack. All reviews were 5 star reviews. Matthew was out at 7 am the next morning. Right on time very nice and polite. Signed up for the twice yearly maintenance plan. I like dealing with the smaller family owned individual businesses. Matthew was very informative and I'm glad I called. Desert sky and Matthew are my new ac and heat company. Thanks for the quick service and the great job!

Brandon was great, he took the time to educate us on ways to help us make the most out of our older unit until we are ready to buy a new one. Everyone we talked to was very nice and their rates are very reasonable. So glad we found this family owned business!

Our air completely died on Friday night. I left a message for a few companies and it was Calvin who got back to me right away. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He installed a new AC unit on our roof which was no easy task. The air is working better than ever!  I highly recommend this company!

Louie B. is my HERO.  119 outside and Louie is on my roof replacing my capacitor.  Dedicated and prepared.  I called 5 places and CHANDLER AIR was the first to call me back and didn't hesitate to make sure I was scheduled that day.  The hottest day of the year, the busiest day for HVAC companies, no problem.  Goettl told me they couldn't get there for 4 days.  I said you'll have to let yourself in because we'll be dead by then.  Call Chandler Air, they are the best.

Needed to have a New A/C Unit and after checking with several other companies and doing some research I choose to go with Turn-Key on account of their promptness, professional standards & On Time. They showed up with everything and told me it would take around 2-3 hours which it was 2 1/2 hours. I was impressed with the American Standard Unit and how quite it was. Scott Masterson treats you like you are family. The Job was left Clean (Spotless) and I feel I got the Best Deal & Workmanship Possible.

We have used AC by J for many years with consistently good service.  Xavier Tobin came yesterday to perform our semi-annual service checkup.  In the course of the service he discovered that the air scrubber we had installed 6 years ago was no longer working, which we had recently suspected.  Because of breathing issues that one of our family members has we don't want to go without the extra filtering that it provided.
Xavier gave us a thorough explanation of our options, basically install another air scrubber like the one we had, or an electronic air cleaner.  Once we heard the advantages of the new technology, and that the costs were about the same, it was an easy decision.
Xavier had the unit we needed on his truck and had it installed within 45 minutes.  A very clean installation.  He explained how to use the air cleaner to get the best results and answered all our questions.
Xavier did a professional job in a pleasant way.  I hope he is the technician we get next spring.

Pete solved the biggest headache we had. We had a lot of runaround with our home warranty company. They have sent multiple HVAC guys out, and yet our AC went from 83F to 86F in AZ heading to June!!! When they finally agreed to send another vendor, Pete was sent to check on our AC. Pete is a total professional knows AC like the back of his hands. We finally got that cool breeze! Will def recommend him!
