Tracy was very prompt and found some issues during a routine HVAC inspection and tune-up on two of my properties recently. Explained what was wrong. The bills were very reasonable. He is my go-to HVAC man for all my properties now.

We woke up to a warm house and found the fan on the unit wasn't working. Of course, it's Sunday so we are expecting huge fees and long waits. These guys were unexpected; first, they have Sunday hours, then they arrived within an 1.5 hour of my initial call and did not have an outrageous weekend fee! Super impressed and will use them again. Brad was great and had us in cooler air in no time

I called to find out why my goodman AC and furnace weren't cooling my house down. They are listed as a service company on the Goodman site so I called as they were closest.  They said if the unit is under warranty i would have to pay for the labor which was fine.  The guy came, he was friendly and he checked the furnace and the AC unit. He found the capacitor was bad on the ac compressor.  First he told me that the cost of the cap was 280 plus labor. So I asked if it was under warranty what it would cost, he wasn't even going to offer that, and he said it would be 79 plus 30 minutes labor. So he said he had to check with his boss to make sure it was under warranty. It was but then he said he would have to charge me time and travel to get the part and it would be 237.  I'm sorry but because you don't have a part on your truck doesn't mean I have to pay for your lack of planning.   I imagine this item is one commonly replaced and I imagine many goodman units use the exact same capacitor.  So I called him to ask and I told him that I'm not paying for travel as he said on the phone labor, not labor and travel.  He didn't agree so I told I wouldn't pay for a service they weren't prepared to complete under warranty.  If you aren't going to actually do the warranty work, then just say you won't do it.  I could have called one of the 20 other companies on the Goodman site but you were the closest to my house.

This is my new go-to AC/Heating contractor.

A year ago I had another company tell me that I needed to replace my 12 year old Trane heat pump because I had a Freon leak.  I'm not here much in the summer and I have a split system so I put it off.  When I came back into town in November everything was working OK and I got good heat out of that unit all winter.

I was due a servicing so I called CW based on their reviews and I'm glad I did.  Rick came out and spent almost 2 hours checking out and cleaning both heat pumps.  He couldn't find a leak and said everything was working fine and should continue to work OK for the foreseeable future.  

I like honest people.

Our zone damper motors/actuators began to malfunction. Chase diagnosed the problem and replaced the affected units the following day. He was very polite and professional at all times. I plan to use A Quality HVAC for all future issues.

Jimmy and the crew are great professionals and always try to do the right thing highly recommended I've refers numerous friends to them and they have always taken care of them with urgency integrity and professionalism can't say enough about them give them a call

100% would use this company again. They got me in the next day, showed up right on time, very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Problem solved within an hour. Great experience.

Our A/c went out at 6:30 pm and Nixa arrived within an hour.  She went right to work on diagnosing the problem. She got us back up and running that night.

My tenants reached out to me that the air-conditioning was working at their home. Frank from Sunbelt Electric referred me to Kendra and North Valley mechanical. I had the tenants call late in the afternoon on the day that it was 116,  so I'm sure they were slammed busy at North Valley. They got a technician out there early the next day, and he told them it was because they had not  changed the air filter in 2.5 years!!! I appreciate the honesty. They could've told us anything and we would've paid to have it fixed. I will refer everyone I can to North Valley Mechanical.
They even sent me a great email with details of what the technician did. I enclosed the air filter (just for fun)!

I called this place when I first bought my home asking them to do a seasonal tune up on both of my a/c units. We didn't know what we were getting into with our older units, and we wanted them in tip top for the summer. The guy who came out basically just did an inspection - didn't touch or change anything. That didn't seem like the tune up that I asked for. I had already had a home inspection, I didn't need that. At any rate, the guy knew what he was talking about , made recommendations. If I had really needed service, I would have used them. The prices seemed reasonable. In the mean time, I'm just disappointed because I called and asked for a tune up, and I was sent an inspection. I spent something like $150 for that?

Moved into a new home and needed some electrical work done. They finished in a reasonable time and the price was very fair. I'd definitely recommend them for my future projects!

Our ac broke down and i was going through yelp regarding about hvac repair and i saw this business and read all the review. So i gave him a call within 30 mins he showed did a diagnosis of our hvac unit  he was very knowledgeable and humble owner he knows how to treat the customer right and fair within 1 hour he got our ac fix and running and this was at 11pm he was still full of energy. I would recommend him to whoever is looking their ac getting fix or diagnose. Trust me he will get it done and leave you some tips how to take care of the unit. I was impressed by thier business as first time customer. No regrets at all

Hands down the best company you'll find. Honest work and great pricing.  The technician did a great job and was very thorough.  Explained everything in detail.  Took the time to explain every minor detail and at the end of the day earned a lifelong customer.  Britni was a pleasure to deal with for scheduling and pricing and Chris was the amazing technician that came out. Dont waste your time with other companies, go straight to this one!!!!

Sunday evening 7/09 we noticed our house temperature was getting warmer and our AC was blowing hot air.  Going outside to the compressor unit the fan was not rotating and with my limited knowledge of HVAC I knew that was not good.  Called our normal AC service - no answer.  Started going down the list in Google for 24 hr. emergency AC service.  Got 3 companies but all were totally booked through the night until Monday morning.  On the 4th try I got American Heating and Cooling. Scot said he could have someone out in an hour and the repairman was onsite in about 30 minutes.  In short we had several problems of bad capacitors, possible bad fuses, and a safety condensate drain switch that was malfunctioning.  They thoroughly checked everything and as of this writing Tuesday the AC unit is working great.  In writing this recommendation I checked the other 5 star comments on Yelp and can agree the service and support were stellar.  Scot even called back to ensure we were satisfied, etc.  Got to give this company a 5 star rating!  They now have all 19 - 5 star Yelp reviews   JGH

Howard Air - avoid at all cost. They're rude and incompetent.  I can't recommend them to anyone.

Update:  I received a call from Jennifer at Goettl. I felt that she listened to what I had to say and  was genuinely concerned about my experience.   I understand sometimes things happen (busy schedules, new staff etc) and service is not what they would like it to be.  I really appreciate when I feel heard and my concern is addressed.   I  will continue to do business with Goettl.

I have tried to call into Goettl to speak to a management level individual because my concern is not Supervisory level.  I was unable to find information on their website to submit a concern norwould they transfer me to management.

I had an appointment today and a scheduling conflict came up.  I called at 8:50 am to let them know and see if they  ould accommodate my request.  I spoke to an individual at the call center and the result if the call was to keep me on the schedule for an agreed upon window of time that was within the original 8 am to 11 am time period.

I received a call at 8:59 am from Goettl Dispatch that a tech was on the way. When I asked about what time she said 10 am.  I let her know that I just spoke to someone to adjust the time to 11 am. She said, I don't know who you talked with but I am in dispatch and looking at the schedule and and I can tell you that is not going to happen.  She went on to explain their business process etc which 8n the moment was not all that helpful.  It felt similar to when someone says it's policy.  

I ended up rescheduling a month out after already waiting a month for this appointment.

I got stuck between two departments who are not sharing the same network to service customers OR, once Dispatch saw the notes they said no way and called me.  I would have understood if the Dispatcher just acknowledged the over site of the other department instead of speaking disparagingly.

Their marketing is fantastic but their practices do not match.
