This is long over due since he fixed our AC three weeks ago! We got a quote from Yelp for help when it was slowly getting warm and he came and fixed it that day. Also he was fair priced and on top of that he only fixed what was necessary and didn't pressure us to buy a new AC. He gave his opinion and said we should save for a new AC since it will last maybe another year. I appreciate the honesty and straightforwardness.

I cannot say enough good things about Matthew at  M & R refrigeration! They are a small family owned business. We called his company at 8 o'clock on a Sunday night because our AC failed when it was over 100 degrees. He came out in 20 minutes and recharged our AC and then came back and replaced the coil that was faulty within three days. CW is a legit operation.  

It's been 2 years since I've had my ACs serviced and wouldn't you know, the Friday before a record heatwave of 117 was coming our way, one of my AC units decided it would be a good time to quit.

I called a trusted friend of mine to ask what company she uses to service the ACs of her rental properties here in town and she responded right away with a referral to CW.

Mike was dispatched within 30 min (I couldn't believe the response time) and spent time with me to diagnose the problem and explain to me the ins and outs of what he was doing, why, what to expect etc (I always have a lot of questions).  He fixed the failed capacitor in no-time and gave me an affordable bill for the service.

These are my go-to guys now for anything HVAC related.

When my AC went out I called A Quality HVAC Services. I got someone on the line and a technician was at my house within the hour. Mitch was great and got my AC working again quickly. I would definitely recommend this company.

Arcadia provided great service on a same day service call- it was even Father's Day. The problem was quickly diagnosed and service was completed at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend and will be using again for all my HVAC needs.

Our water heater broke. We called Hansen Plumbing. Preston was the technician that showed up.  He showed at his scheduled time which was very refreshing. He was very informative on what the problem was and told us exactly what we needed to get our hot water back. Within 3 hours, we had a new hot water heater. Preston was very kind and helpful. The manager called me after I post the review. He came to my house to fix them two days later. He explained about the bill clearly and I understand that. Everything is good now. But I just can review 4 stars because of customer service on phone. She did not explain for me .And a guy who I sign the contract did not explain clearly the price total after APR. He told us only over$140 for month when we go this option.

Highly recommended for Cooling and Heating services! I just had a complete new system installed and I couldn't be more happier. The process was easy from start to finish. The prices were great along with the service I received. Personable, professional and reasonable.

I had a few bids to replace the AC on my rental property and Brett came in way below everyone else. He reused the things he could to keep the cost down. He was easy to schedule with and super easy to deal with. Very friendly and answered all my questions. Highly recommend :)

I worked for A/C Doctors for two full summers as a helper. When I first started, I was surprised how honest and hardworking everyone was. Long version:
Our AC stopped blowing cold air on a Saturday night (because of course it had to give out on a weekend). This was the only company (I had reached out to several claiming to be 24-7 response) not only to actually reply the same day but make time on their Sunday to take a look.  That alone is fantastic service!

As we knew from a fix last year the unit was on its last legs, we made the decision to replace the unit entirely (with absolutely no pressure from True North as they could technically fix the Freon leak we had). For a replacement, they quoted us below the price we were quoted by another company the year prior. Additionally they provided us a portable AC to use so my husband could stay home with our pups.

The install process was smooth and quick. The technician and owner both friendly and professional. We had a rain delay and they did their best to adjust accordingly (cranes are tricky to schedule in monsoon season!). We are very happy in our much cooler home thanks to True North

We recently relocated from the East Valley to Carefree and called the A/C company that we had used prior to come out and service our A/C Unit and since they don't service the area I asked if they had another company they would recommend, and they recommended Four Seasons Home Services, and now I know why! Four Seasons Home Services has been the best A/C service company to deal with from scheduling to the service techs that came out, Carlos and Romario. I must say that I was very impressed with Carlos and Romario and the level of Professionalism, Attention to Detail and the willingness to go the Extra Mile in Customer Service! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company to anyone, so much so that being a REALTOR I now know who my GO-TO Company will be and I will be recommending them to my clients who need A/C and/or Plumbing services! My wife and I had been coddling our 22 yr old American Standard 5-ton for the last few years. We've had a few reasonable ($100-200) repairs over those 22 years, and a couple very recent $1000+ repairs. We knew we were living on borrowed time with this unit, so after looking, getting estimates, and saving up for the big bite...we settled on American Cooling & Heating in Gilbert AZ. Scot Morgan is the owner, and he's been in business in the Valley for about 30 years. His estimate was $3K less than the next best estimate, and the rest were higher. Even more amazing is the warranty from AH&C...so much better than all the others. Todd and his crew arrived early, started work immediately. They removed the old unit, along with a large MasterCool swamp cooler that was nonfunctional. They refabricated the plenum, installed a new electrical whip according to standard specs, installed the new Ruud 5-ton heat pump, ran a new evaporation drain, as well as new support timbers and resealing of the roof in that area. I've never seen a better, cleaner install of a new roof-top A/C unit!! They finished finished in a very reasonable time, and got my new ecobee thermostat set up real nice. Scot and Todd and their crews have it going on...I highly recommend them!

We recently purchased a home that was 14 years old, one of our AC units went out and we knew the other one was most likely right behind it.  We got quotes from 7 different local HVAC companies and decided that we wanted to go with Trane due to past experiences with their products.  We chose Howard air by looking over reviews and because of the sales person that came out.  No pressure, no gimmicky car salesmen stuff that we got from a few of the other companies.  They did a load calculation on our home and set us up with amazing equipment and a great price.  The install team was right on time, very polite and worked fast, they had both units replaced in one day.   We love the new equipment, had to replace our nest thermostats with the Trane versions which was sad, but the rest we love :)

I love Geottl, I have been using their maintenance program for years. Their customer service is professional and prompt.  I recently had a representative (Marcus) come to my home to give me options and quotes for a new install. He was thorough, completed measurements, etc. (Other companies did not!) The Goettl team installed the new air conditioner the next day. The install team was courteous and pleasant to work with. My unit is amazing (just replaced a 17 year old system)!
