What a refreshing difference!! Tom did a thorough inspection of our entire system.  He made a series of recommendations from the least invasive to the most expensive.  I was really surprised (and very pleased and impressed) that he did NOT immediately recommend that I replace my AC system.  He said that I should try the other, much less expensive, things first, and only then investigate complete overhaul if necessary.  Best of all, he told me that it really didn't make much sense to do anything now that AC season is just about over.  Wait to make all the recommended changes and improvements until February or March!   Impressive.  I love these folks.  Highly recommended!

It's unfortunate that the sacred Marine term Semper Fi is used to attract military, first responders, and those who support our military. There prices are absolutely ISANE! They charged me $480 for a capacitor that costs $25 that takes honesty less than 5 minutes to change. My total for 45 minutes work was $1,105, and that's with my 20 percent discount!
My whole family has been military  (Korea, WWII, Vietnam, and Iraq) including my Mother a Marine who drove truck in WWII. My point is get bids, don't fall for this horrible pricing.

AC went out on Friday night.  Waited until Monday morning to call Scottsdale Air.  Christina who is dynamite answers and we have Justin in our home early Monday afternoon.  Justin is a wizard!  Such a nice guy to boot.  He's in and out in less than an hour.  The house is cool again in the 100dF temps outside.
Can't say enough about this business.  We also sign up for their yearly maintenance plan.  Lots of peace of mind with that program.  Hat's off to Christina and Justin and all the other great employees at Scottsdale Air.

Mr. Alejandro did a fantastic job installing our Mini split, he was very professional and communicated very well about the install and process! Would recommend him to anyone looking for professional install and great service!

I can't say enough about this company and the professionalism shown to me.  My a/c went out on the east side of the house and I have company coming next week and I was sure it was a goner.  To my relief these guys fixed the problem and I HAVE AIR ON THE EAST SIDE.  YEA.  

No kidding, I highly recommend this company and I intend to have them out if I ever need any air conditioning work done.  Tony was so professional and courteous and respectful.  

Do yourselves a favor and get this company to do your repairs.  Trust me, you will not regret it.

From the first call to the finished work an overall exceptional experience.  I found my refrigerator failing in the evening and less than 24 hours, with AAA service my fridge was fixed. Inital call was informative about what to expect and AAA followed up to get me scheduled asap. They went above and beyond to help get the service done. Great Company... I have to tell you....I am a hard sell. I am usually dissatisfied with most service companies these days. They always seem that their incentive is to make as much $$ as they can on one trip. The crew at Senor Mist is fantastic.  I mean that.  The techs know what they are doing because they have been doing it for years with the same company.  Honest with no BS !!  I love that!  I called Deb ( owner) after my last visit from them to say how impressed I was with her tech. We just had another tech stop by today to help my guys with an issue with one of our systems... so impressed once again. If you are getting a high pressure mist system, or need the one you already have serviced... without a doubt call Senor Mist. You can Thank me later .

I would definitely recommend working with Preferred Air. As a smaller company, the team at Preferred Air offers the personal service and support you want when making a large investment like a new AC. At the same time, they offer the organization and efficiency of a larger company. They were always on time and always professional.

They worked with me to install a Bosch variable speed package AC (highly recommend!) and to upgrade some of my ductwork to improve airflow through the system.

I really appreciated working with their rep, Ty, to understand what my options were and to find a solution that met my needs. They also provided a smooth installation experience and went above and beyond to troubleshoot a few unexpected issues. I'll be recommending Preferred Air to my family and friends.

If you are looking for an honest, hard working HVAC guy, you've found it right here with Rich Severns. Our experience with Rich and his wife was top notch!! He was very quick in responding to our phone call and was able to come out the next day. I really appreciated his excellent communication with us throughout the entire process. Once he diagnosed our problem, he explained exactly what we needed and why. He even went as far as to send me photos, while I was at work, showing me the repairs he had made. He is very reasonably priced and never tried to up-sell us on things we didn't need. I will definitely be using Rich from here on out and recommending him to all of my family & friends.

Im not used to the extreme heat since I live in California but when I came out to visit my sister in AZ  during the summer and the A/C broke, I was dying. Since my sister was at work when I informed her how hot it was she immediately called several places but they were not able to come in a timely manner. Then she called BELL LLC and they were able to come sooner than the rest. The service was awesome as the technician was able to explain what was wrong and how soon it was going to be fixed. Thank you Bell LLC for such an amazing rest of my stay with my sister in her cooled off house.

Steve's responses to my questions were very prompt. Technician was very professional, courteous and gave good information on what's needed. His pricing was very reasonable and his service was excellent. Steve also followed up with me after the service. I highly recommend Steve.

We called this morning at 6:45 and Michael answered and was at our house a little over an hour later. He was professional and very kind. He fixed the problem quickly with parts on hand. We will definitely be using this company in the future.

Ben is very responsive. My AC wasn't working and he fit me in with his other appointments. Within an hour he had the AC going.

Jorge was very helpful. He was able to give me an estimate over the phone due to the information I shared with him. He was incredibly quick to come repair. Jorge and his co worker were fast, reliable, very reasonably priced, had the needed parts on their truck(motor),  polite, and friendly. I would def use/recommend him to others.

Main drain needed cleaning leaking all over front yard. They sent Ted G. Nice clean professional assessed the work needed. Confirmed it was 99.99. Set up, completed work and and cleaned up in no time. Start from initial call to completion less then 3.5 hours.

I hired Parker & Sons to replace my air conditioning.  They are installing it right now so we'll see how that goes.  My review is on their electrician.  He replaced a service panel electrical breaker as part of the job, then told me that all of my breakers need to be replaced because they are 20 years old.  I happened to work with qualified electricians.  When I asked them about it they told me I was being scammed!  Breakers can get weak and fail and one may need to be replaced, but not all of them because they are 20 years old!  Parker and Sons gave me several quotes: replace all the breakers for $3200 or replace all the breakers and the entire service panel for over $6000!  None of it is needed!  Beware!
