Accurate installed a Trane A/C unit at our house and it has required quite a bit of service over its first 2 years.  Recently, the thermostat broke and needed to be replaced -- of course on a 107 degree Saturday.  We had the technician come out and he told us that they do not carry the part with them and that Accurate does not provide access to the part over the weekend.  He wanted to put on a temporary thermostat but made it clear that he had no idea if it would work.  Given the fact the 2-year old unit has broken twice already and we had no idea if it would void the warranty, we decided that was a bad idea.  We paid him $146 for this call.  

We then called another provider who stocks the part (yes, even on weekends and after hours) and we got it replaced a few hours later, no hassles.  I do not understand how an authorized service agent of Trane does not stock parts over the weekend, particularly when we are talking AC during June in Phoenix.  As an aside, Accurate did call 4 days later, but not to try to resolve our issue but instead to make sure their technician followed the protocol of the company, which I guess he did.  

So, I'd say if you want quick service and expert repair, steer clear of Accurate.

Called when our AC wasn't working at 9:00pm. Technician was here at 11pm same day! Very impressed considering it's the start of summer here in Phoenix and every AC place is booked up. Technician was very polite and professional. Quickly found the issue and resolved right away. Price was OK considering they came out same day at 11pm, not easy to find a place that responds so quickly. Paid a higher price than anticipated but at least it's working again now.

Dave was fantastic!  Diagnosed problem and was back next morning with replacement motor. Checked to make sure our 3 zone system was working properly and explained the system.

Mr. Alejandro did a fantastic job installing our Mini split, he was very professional and communicated very well about the install and process! Would recommend him to anyone looking for professional install and great service!

Called to schedule an annual check up and got an answer right away. Turns out it was the owner who answered and immediately got me on the schedule for a 2 day turn around. Tony was professional and informative about the check up.. will definitely be using him for future needs!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company.  2 weeks ago they fixed my mom in laws capacitor.  Not only were they timely but professional and polite.  Everyone from the receptionist to the technician are friendly and knowledgeable.  Then ironically my air conditioning went out due to a shorted out controller.  Again the same individuals were awesome.  Bridgette is so kind and Patrick is A+ --everyone does a superb job and so friendly.  Not only are they the best but I would refer them to family--anytime.

The misting system works beautifully. The crew did an excellent job installing the system. I would highly recommend them.

We highly recommend Preferred Air! We recently purchased a 25-year-old home in Goodyear. The home inspector said that the air conditioner needed a tune-up so we had two companies come out. Fernando of Preferred Air was recommended by a neighbor. He did a thorough job tuning it up as best he could yet didn't try to sell us a new system (like the other company did). He suggested that we might need to replace it within the year, however. His professionalism and hard work convinced us that we should go ahead and replace it before summer began. The quoted price was better than we expected for American-made products. Preferred Air is employee owned and they really take pride in their work. They installed our new cooling and heating units, redid the duct work to make it more efficient, removed the old units and ducting, and they upgraded the thermostat. Now all our rooms are equally cool. After it ran for a couple of weeks, Fernando came back to make sure it was running properly. We couldn't be happier!

I contacted Francisco about a project with a family I was working with to get their AC fixed.
Francisco was fast, courteous and VERY Knowledgeable. Francisco will not price gouge you and tells you EXACTLY want needs to be fixed. I will recommend him to anyone in my family and friends circle.

I would like to offer Rich Severns and his Wife my deepest thanks possible.  Rich came out, on his day off and repaired my Air Condition in minutes.  My Air Conditioning went out early this year and I pointed a finger at him for installing it incorrectly.  The issue had nothing to do with his work.  He came out and helped me even though the warranty had expired long ago.  The problem was a bad capacitor.  I was rude to him and his wife and I sincerely apologize for that.  This company, this man, has an outstanding reputation for a reason, because he is the best at what he does.  If you are looking for an HVAC person, look no further Rich is your guy!

I called Bell to find out what it would take to change my ducting for a remodel. Mike showed up and went right at my system to see what I had and what could be done. He changed settings on my unit to make it run more efficiently to start which was great. He then measured the house and came up with some good ideas for changing the ducts. Thank You Bell and especially Mike!

Steve and Irene are very trustworthy and know their business.  I would highly recommend them as you will get great service and honest pricing.

We called this morning at 6:45 and Michael answered and was at our house a little over an hour later. He was professional and very kind. He fixed the problem quickly with parts on hand. We will definitely be using this company in the future.

Ben is very responsive. My AC wasn't working and he fit me in with his other appointments. Within an hour he had the AC going.

They bid out a replacement AC/Furnace.  They arrived when they said they would, gave us to great proposals.  On install day, they were a few minutes EARLY, and went to work very quickly. Install was professionally done and the crew was very friendly.  2 weeks later they came out to double check their work.  Would highly recommend them.

I woke up at 4:45 in the morning and said to myself Hm. My fridge stopped working, the ceiling fan stopped working, the dryer isn't heating, the microwave short circuited, and the toilet flush valve is broken. What else could go wrong? Then my AC said to the garage door, here, hold my beer.  I called several places to tell them to exactly what was wrong and why my house was 90 degrees, but none of them would quote me a price without a service call. I remembered Flores AC (they installed the unit 6 years ago) and decided to look them up on the off chance that they might be back in business. I found Jorge Flores and I told him what was possibly wrong. He agreed with me and asked me to check several other things. He came out the same day, didn't charge me extra, and came ready with the part. He remembered me from the installation when he worked with his brother's business. He and his nephew were very polite, honest, and didn't charge me an arm and a leg. They even showed me how to clean the unit and let me know which parts would need to be replaced in a couple years and how much I should save up for repairs. I'm so happy to have found them. You won't be disappointed.

Very disappointed! Overcharged on a simple fan replacement. Charged 1275 for a job that should have been 500. Will never call George Brazil again. Sad. This company has not lived up to its past reputation. They are being dishonest in there practices. If you decide to use them be very vigilant and careful.
So George Brazil has an opportunity to fix the situation and they respond with a joke. This is an example of a company that treats its customers with disdain. You have a complaint and they mock you. So sad to see a once great company become just another bad actor. Sad.

Stopped at Costco Cave Creek to ask about a water softener.  They said they would have someone call me from Parker & Sons.  Randy Taylor made an appointment with me and he was so informative and very honest.  I may not buy one, but he certainly did give me a lot of choices.
