I was very pleased with the professional, courteous service that I received from Accurate Air. I too had a part that needed replacing and my unit was under warranty. Even though the technician did not have the warranty part stocked on his truck, he was able to get my unit functioning for me until the warranty part arrived.

I really felt that the technician went out of his way to ensure my comfort until we were able to get the unit fixed with the correct parts. After some explanation from the technician, I understood how difficult it would be to keep stock of all parts for all kinds of units on their trucks. it was great that they were able to provide me with a stock part so that my family and I could endure the heat.

I had them send out someone out to give me an estimate for a new Central Air Conditioning Unit. The guy that came out was very friendly and knowledgeable. It is nice to see companies that employ Veterans. I recommend them for all your Air Conditioning needs.

We've used several Valley A/C companies over the years. Scottsdale Air has impressed us the most. The service technicians have been courteous and prompt,  calling with a lead time on their arrival and then actually showing up when promised. I've only had to call Scottsdale Air twice, but both times, I was able to get service within a day, even during peak heat times. Their pricing is competitive. When we've had a question about a repair, they've been approachable and happy to answer our questions. Our second visit was due to user error that someone in our home created, but the technician was super kind and courteous and didn't make us feel like dummies.

A heating and a/c company is the kind of company you hope you don't HAVE to call, but when you inevitably do, call Scottsdale Air Heating & Cooling.

Mr. Alejandro did a fantastic job installing our Mini split, he was very professional and communicated very well about the install and process! Would recommend him to anyone looking for professional install and great service!

Called to schedule an annual check up and got an answer right away. Turns out it was the owner who answered and immediately got me on the schedule for a 2 day turn around. Tony was professional and informative about the check up.. will definitely be using him for future needs!

The girls who scheduled were very helpful in getting me a 1 hour window for the techs arrival.  They followed up the morning of to let me know the tech was on his way.  Patrick arrived and was very pleasant and easy to work with.  Diagnosed the issue very quickly, but took the time to do it right.  Also advised me on new appliances and what to look for, etc.  Overall great experience and would recommend Patrick and American Air anytime

I can't believe these guys the sold us a system for over 10 thousand dollars its have problems now they have our money and are leaving us high and dry with misters that don't work.We absolutely don't recommend these guys the are acting like a fly by night company.Be careful of these guys.

This is my second review of Preferred Air! I still think they rock! My AC died! Time for a new one. They gave us a recommendation for a unit they said the owner had installed at his own home which was thousands less than other units. It was two days before they could install, however they gave us two free loaner window units which they came and set up for us in the meantime. When they came out for the install, we needed a small drywall repair which was anticipated and they had the repairman out the same day. They followed up the next day and one week later they came to the house for a follow up visit to ensure we were up and running optimally. This company was so impressive all their team members are awesome and helpful.

Many years ago with my last AC install, the company that will remain nameless left a huge drywall hole and didn't patch it or have a recommendation for us. We also had issues with their company extended warranty which they stopped servicing. They sucked! Post sale support was terrible! So for a complete soup to nuts solution with top notch post sale service go to Preferred Air. You will be happy you did!

I contacted Francisco about a project with a family I was working with to get their AC fixed.
Francisco was fast, courteous and VERY Knowledgeable. Francisco will not price gouge you and tells you EXACTLY want needs to be fixed. I will recommend him to anyone in my family and friends circle.

If you are looking for an honest, hard working HVAC guy, you've found it right here with Rich Severns. Our experience with Rich and his wife was top notch!! He was very quick in responding to our phone call and was able to come out the next day. I really appreciated his excellent communication with us throughout the entire process. Once he diagnosed our problem, he explained exactly what we needed and why. He even went as far as to send me photos, while I was at work, showing me the repairs he had made. He is very reasonably priced and never tried to up-sell us on things we didn't need. I will definitely be using Rich from here on out and recommending him to all of my family & friends.

Bell started off amazing. Went out of there way to help and explain things and go the extra mile at no charge. Then we signed up for semi annual maintenance and things kinda changed. Was told a part under warranty needed replacing since our unit was making a weird noise. The labor was around $300 for this part. We held off. Called another company who tested our system and verified everything was 100% ok and that the noise was due to a restrictive air filter. They replaced it and it's been great ever since.

I had this company out back in July when my AC wasn't cooling i just found the first high rated company who was available and they came out pretty quickly and replaced the thermostat, no issues with their first visit . A few days ago our heater wouldn't turn on so i called out another company with 250 5 star reviews they were the first to respond and waived any diagnostic fee and they said my thermostat was wired wrong and my options were to either pay them now a 75$ fee for coming out or 280$ to rewire it. I immediately searched for the invoice because i couldn't remember who i had the work done by and eventually found the info and contacted the company. Irene answered the phone and immediately came off rude and with an attitude and asked why i didn't call them first, and if i had known at the time it was the thermostat i would've done prior research before calling out another company. Anyways i asked Irene if someone would be available now and she said right now ?! With a raised voice , the technician was at my home and was also baffled at how she spoke to me ! I clearly meant as sometime today as I'd like the heater working and the other gentlemen told me they had wired it wrong so i thought they were at fault but at NO point in the conversation was i rude at al i just wanted it fixed. Irene sent a technician out who said it was not in fact the thermostat but something else was wrong but couldn't tell me what so he said he's have to send another technician. I never heard back until 7pm that night with Irene called me with her snarky entitled attitude and asked if i wanted to schedule a diagnostic . Long story short after asking a few questions about cost she had attitude again and i called her out and let her know she was being rude for absolute no reason! I'm a customer trying to get my heater working in No way should a owners wife be talking to customers the way she spoke to me! Never will i use this company again and i suggest you support a different small business someone who will actually appreciate you as a customer ! Horrible customer service Irene you should be ashamed and someone needs to teach you how to run a business and it starts with not running off your customers!

My daughter's AC started leaking and for 2 days, I was trying to find someone who is honest and knowledgeable. Finally, a family member told us about Michael, and we are so glad we called him. He was very knowledgeable, honest and kind. We can't thank him enough, and he is our guy from now on.

I called on a Friday afternoon and they came on Saturday so responsive and helpful.  Tech came and really just checked the charge.   He stated that he added some refrigerant, but barely any. But he charged me a pound without even weighing.   Good by Jaycox.

Jorge was terrific. Had dated AC unit that likely needed replaced. He was out next day and provided quote for new unit. He Manuel (sp) and crew had new unit up a few days later. Had used Flores AC until they were bought out and found Jorge through Yelp. Have had nothing but great experiences with family since moving here and this time was no different. Dependable, honest and hard working. Highly recommend

Consumers beware, do not use George Brazil for any services especially Air Conditioning. My daughter called them as her house was warmer than usual. George Brazil sent a technician, who charged my daughter $80 for the service call. He then tried to sell my daughter a new AC unit and Air handler, which as it turns out was a dirty air return filter. Can you imagine? What kind of sheister outfit is this George Brazil? Guess how much it would have cost her? 128 per month for 10 years for a 3 ton unit and air handler. She was frantic, she called me for advice, I said get a second opinion. Second AC service came an No charge they said since the George Brazil charged you $80 already, we don't think it's fair. Second company said AC was old but still worked fine, call us when you need to replace. I felt the need to write this to warn others about these AC scams. Please protect your family's. If George Brazil had any scruples they'd refund my daughters $80, but like the crooks they are, they won't. I would have given them a zero rating, but I wasn't able to.

I have used Parker & Sons several times over the past 6 months to do work at my condo and my house. Here are the things I love about working with this company:
- Always talk to a 'live' person when calling
- Phone representatives always knowledgeable and helpful
- Techs/installers always on time. In fact, two times the tech called to say he could arrive early!  
- Techs/installers always take the time to explain and show you what is going on with issue
- If appropriate, offer options for fix without pressure to take most expensive option.

Yes, it's possible you pay more, but I like the peace of mind that comes with knowledgeable staff (both phone staff and techs/installers), they arrive on time and just feels like no hassle when scheduling and getting it done.
