Felix responded quickly and was able to have a tech out in under a week! Awesomeness! The technician, Kurt M., showed up and was very professional and courteous

He quickly verified what we had suspected, oven was 30 degrees low. Kurt was able to adjust the oven and it was spot on during a test run.

We appreciate having a working oven back in the mix and truly appreciate Felix and the whole team. From first contact the team was nothing but the bees knees! Highly recommend if you have something in the fritz!

Very professional approach to our problems..within a short period of time the issue was resolved! I asked Joe Wise (the owner) if he like do a check our HVAC units for wintertime..he suggested I wait until it got colder & he would check at that time! I appreciated his honest approach as he indicated I'd be better waiting!

My services from 480 Mechanical went perfectly. Dominic was on time and thorough with his work to ensure that my AC would run COLD! I ran my AC for a while after the initial service, and had a different issue arise. Dominic was able to make time to check on the leak and fix that, too! Thank you so much for the prompt help! I have been using A & M Mechanical for all of my Heating & A/C needs over the years. I have found them to be extremely reliable and honest.  The level of customer service is one that is more the exception than the rule today. They are outstanding.  They are not the cheapest, nor are they the most expensive.  I feel that the pricing is within the industry standards.  What sets them apart, is their focus on detail and doing the job right.  When I refer them to my clients, that's exactly what I want them to do: Get it right, Be on time, Be Honest, and Be Fair Market Priced.  I get it all from A & M Mechanical.  I will continue to use them, and I would highly recommend them to anyone who has heating & A/C issues.

Another company 'fixed' our 7-year-old air conditioning unit that wasn't cooling but had to be called back a few weeks later because it failed again.  The diagnosis the 2nd time was a shorted compressor, and the recommend fix was a whole new system.  The quoted price was absurd but after the tech 'spoke with his manager' the price was lowered to ridiculous and they didn't have time on their schedule for 10 days.  A friend recommended we call Rusty's and I'm sure glad we did.  Rusty's came out the next day and had our house cooling in no time - the compressor was fine.  Rusty's is knowledgeable, fair, trustworthy and efficient and I highly recommend this company.

I had an original separate company diagnose what was wrong with my ac it took them 3 visits before they told what was wrong with it and they charged almost triple the cost Overson did. he came over within 24 hours took a look and got me squared away. Will definitely only go to them for all my hvac needs

The folks here showed up on time, we're very professional, and were flexible on dates. They even offered to do what they could to help accommodate our son who has special needs. They did a fantastic job and we would definitely hire them again.

Sam went over to do a estimate on my underground pipe leak. He gives me an estimate which is a lot lower than the other 3 companies. Two days later he got the job done. Now no more leaks and we have hot water again. Thanks Sam and your son for doing a great job at a reasonable price.

Thank you Lee! In the heat of an Arizona summer our A/C is sending out warm air! We called Wickenburg Air Inc. and Lee showed up on time and worked tirelessly until the unit was up and running again. He repaired the thermostat and then he checked and tested the heat and air conditioning system. Lee also made sure we knew how to program the thermostat before he left. After a few days, he called us to ensure everything was still working correctly. We have referred Wickenburg Air Inc. to our friends. It was an excellent service and we can't say enough about the customer care. Lee was polite and professional, the prices were fair, the work was excellent. The only evidence of him ever being there was the lovely cool air flowing through the house. So if you need the best heating & cooling service, choose these guys!

Look elsewhere for help with your AC or heating ! These people are scam artists. They are over priced and looking to make an extra buck! The service guys had horrible body odor, very unprofessional and looked very grungy. I should have looked around more for help!

Laurel helped over the phone.  He took the time to talk to me and figure out the problem to our washer gave me an estimate over the phone gave me his recommendations. He took the time to find out my location and give me referrals to appliance parts companies that would provide quality parts at good prices.  I asked him for his expert opinions, and he pleasantly share them.  He was so kind to take so much time out of his day to talk to me about my washing machine issue.  I have saved his name and number for any future repairs solely based on his honesty and genuine reliability and kindness.

Originally I would of given them 5 stars when I first got my ac unit installed. Service at first was great and very professional. They talked me into buying the maintenance package/service and  I did. Then when it was time for the work to be done the tech refused to get up on roof to check unit due to pigeons being on my roof. I got the pigeons taken care of and no available times to come out. Pigeons were on roof when new unit was Installed and they didn't have an issue then but now that it's only maintenance needing to be done and already paid for they have million of excuses of why they can't get up on the roof. When called about getting a refund on maintenance package I was told I could only get $8 back lol although I sure as hell didn't pay $8 for the maintenance. A tech was scheduled to come out between 12-4 and after waiting the 4 hours I received a call at 4:19 to let me know the tech was an hour and 20 minutes away from my home and would be making his way there. At that point I canceled due to them being unprofessional and not even giving me a courtesy call to let me know they were running late. Stacy (receptionist) she even got an attitude when I stated my frustration about the situation. I would definitely make sure to avoid them as you'll be getting a run around with any problems or concern that may come up and getting drained of money.

In the end, we didn't go with Brewers ONLY because the AC unit we wanted was not in stock. The sales technician took time to look at existing vents and duct work to ensure a high quality estimate. Explained everything to us in detail. When I suggested buying a slightly lower quality unit so I could work with him, he told me the other deal was good and he would take it.

He was very thorough and professional . Billy took the time needed to diagnose and and make necessary adjustments to allow my AC unit to operate more efficiently. To say the least, I was very impressed . Thank you Yavapai heating and air !!

These guys are hard sell and all talk. They sold and installed a brand new American Standard heat pump for $8500 in May at my home in Rio Verde. They never verified whether the heat worked or not. When I needed heat this winter, I discovered the unit they installed does not work. They do not stock the part for the unit and evidently cannot get one to replace it. Conlan tells me there is no ETA on getting the replacement part and offers no help other than offering me the phone number for American Standard. I am out of luck. I do not recommend these guys. Go to a reputable company.
