These guys are great!  No hassle.  Low charge for service calls - I forget if it is $40 or $60, but either way, it's a good deal for an honest diagnosis.

Aire Serv was recommended to me by another family who had used them. We had an overflowing drip pan/clogged drain line that led water pouring through our ceiling.  Their scheduling line is very professionally run. There trucks are branded, techs wear uniforms and booties when they come in the house. Jonathan came out promptly and worked on our problem. We had some additional complications and each time Jonathan was out promptly and professionally to take care of it. He seemed to take pride in his work and to really want to solve the problem for us. They stood by the initial cost too and didn't charge us extra to come back until the job was done. I would recommend this business as a reliable option for air conditioning needs.

Thanksgiving night I couldn't get the air to shut off!  It was so cold in the house.  I couldn't wait to go to work the next day to warm up.  The operations manager came out on Black Friday (because he gave all his employees the day off) to fix the problem.  He even had to run to Home Depot on one off the busiest days of the year to get a wire.  Bless him!!  I've had heat all weekend.  We plan to add a second story next year.  Guess who we will call for a new unit?  You got it!  AZ Perfect Comfort.

Very good guys with prices and service and highly recommend them and thanks so much for Benny for his great friendly service,  When I came back Saturday night and found my A/C is down for some reason and called all the air conditioning companies and all put me on thr waiting list then kept trying do my calls on Sunday and no one can come soon then got this company name and Benny responded to my call land came immediately , he fixed the problem with lower coast and shortest time, thank you so much

Trae and Mark did a fantastic job replacing our 4 ton unit located on our roof.  They were prompt and professional.  Mark set the expectation and both he and Trae more than delivered.  On top of that, their prices were very competetive!!  We HIGHLY recommend Top Tier to anyone in the market for a new AC/heat pump.

William responded to my inquiry promptly, I was able to schedule my repair within the hour of my initial request. William showed up right at the scheduled time and worked efficiently to fix my drain. I would definitely call them again for any future plumbing issues.

Mike and his team are amazing and always able to locate the issue when we have a problem at a property.  His prices are fair and reasonable for all types of repairs.  Professional, on-time and explains whats going on with the units so you understand.

Have experienced many other companies both from my local area and from  farther out and Macs's tops them all with the way they handle the issues and the ac repairs.

My ac stopped blowing air into the house last night but I could hear the unit running on the roof.

Searched on yelp for good services, saw Clark within .6 miles from me and 5 star service.

Called him and he was at my house within 15 minutes! Very friendly and went right to work, came back down after 20 minutes or so; explained my control board is fried would be $400 repair to fix cooling/heating. I was concerned with the unexpected bill, so he said he could bypass it to allow the cooling to work but the heating won't work, so I'll need to get it fixed before winter.

He bypassed it, wrote me a receipt and gave me his business card and magnet to replace the board when I can afford it. I payed $85 to fix my ac today, a regular service check is $55 but if he does any repair that's free, and you just get charged for the repair.

I live alone and have no clue about ac units, so he answered all my questions and explained to me the problem and how a unit should work. Was very patient and understanding.

Will be using him for all my service needs from now on! Thank you!

I wanted a periscope dryer vent installed and he showed up to check things out before install and because of extenuating circumstanses I was (getting a new dryer and) going to need to wait until the new dryer arrived to use Honeycutt's services. While he was here I managed to find out that he has an L.L.C. and I hope I get this part correct, he works on hvac units, has remodeled entire condos and started doing this at the age of 17. So he has much experience. Lastly, he is extremely fair and honest. I would give him 10 stars if I could, because that is the kind of character he has.

Landmark Home Warranty sent another company to fix our air conditioner. Their guy tried to fix it, but after he finished, we still had the same problem. He came back, but couldn't figure out why it was still doing the same thing.

Decided to call North Mechanical and pay out of pocket to get the problem fixed right the first time. They sent out a young tech the next morning who has only been working for them for a month. After looking over the system for 10-15 minutes he figured out that the new fan had been mis-wired, fixed it and it worked fine. No new parts, so we were only charged for a service call.

I hired Merlin's AC & Plumbing to do my AC tune up before the summer.
The tech...Lancelot was extremely professional. He took his time & explained
everything to me & also took pictures for my reference. In my 18 years in this house I have never had a technician who was as thorough ...he even went up into my attic to check the blower...no one has ever done that.
