These guys are great!  No hassle.  Low charge for service calls - I forget if it is $40 or $60, but either way, it's a good deal for an honest diagnosis.

Nothing but quality service and advice from Chad,who along with his wife Nicole,own Paragon Service Pros. Currently have a service contact with Paragon,that is not only a good value and piece of mind but also offers some discounts as well. Recently had him and his team perform a HVAC duct cleaning,along with the clothes dryer duct cleaning,on our home. A nice difference in the air quality in our house. On time arrival,professional appearance and timely competition of service round out our experience with Chad at Paragon Service Pros.

Called Aire Serv today after an issue with the AC not cooling.

Clayton stopped by an hour after my call and checked the system top to bottom. Told me what the cause was, and verified the system was in good working order. The price was very reasonable and service was quick and professional.

It ended up being my fault all along (change your air filters folks), but Clayton was happy to share his knowledge. Next time I need HVAC service, I'll give Aire Serv a call.

First, let me start off by saying I am shocked by the number of positive reviews for this place. Dealing with this company has been a horrendous process since day one. Stacy, the admin person, is extremely rude and greatly lacks professionalism. I had to deal with her trying to aggressively sell me a new unit multiple times before she finally got the clue to stop pressuring me. My unit is 5 years old, yet she told me it was subpar and old and I should just replace it. She didn't even know how old it was when she was telling me it's old. When I told her it was 5 years old, she changed what she said to it's middle aged. The technicians that came out told me that it's a good name, not old or middle aged. I was told by the technicians that 15-20 years old is what qualifies as an older unit. Stacy has her aggressive sales tactics that she will use to try to convince you that you have no other choice but to replace your unit. Don't fall for it! I feel so bad for all the elderly/naive people that have probably believed her lies. She is on commission and will do anything to convince you to buy a new AC out of pocket and avoid the home warranty company. Every interaction I've had with Stacy has been difficult. We have been trying to use our home warranty to get the costs of the repairs covered, but her poor communication has caused several delays. The repairs should be covered under our policy, but, we decided to hire another contractor to do the job because we are so frustrated with waiting on this company to follow the protocol requirements by the home warranty. It is clear to me that this company only works with the home warranty companies in order to try to make sales and convince their customers that it's useless to use the home warranty. They tried to sell me a new, bigger unit, a better brand unit, insulation, etc... All I needed was one tiny part!! So glad we went Matt over at Desert Diamond! He was able to come out and get it fixed within an hour!

Very good guys with prices and service and highly recommend them and thanks so much for Benny for his great friendly service,  When I came back Saturday night and found my A/C is down for some reason and called all the air conditioning companies and all put me on thr waiting list then kept trying do my calls on Sunday and no one can come soon then got this company name and Benny responded to my call land came immediately , he fixed the problem with lower coast and shortest time, thank you so much

Trae and Mark did a fantastic job replacing our 4 ton unit located on our roof.  They were prompt and professional.  Mark set the expectation and both he and Trae more than delivered.  On top of that, their prices were very competetive!!  We HIGHLY recommend Top Tier to anyone in the market for a new AC/heat pump.

William responded to my inquiry promptly, I was able to schedule my repair within the hour of my initial request. William showed up right at the scheduled time and worked efficiently to fix my drain. I would definitely call them again for any future plumbing issues.

These guys are great.  Labor Day weekend issues and they really came through.  I highly recommend!

Ben came out to check our HVAC in a home we just purchased.  He was honest, knowledgeable, and didn't try and rip us off like other companies we had out.  I would definitely refer this company.

Mike was the only one that answered us the day we called him which was unfortunately a sun. One other out of several called us later on Monday but the other four never even called us back. He offered to replace the part that went but I elected to just go ahead and replace the unit and we knew three ye ago when we bought the house it was on borrowed time. Both options were available to us next day. He even offered us portable ac units for the bedroom the night we were going to be without and at no charge to us. His employees were also some polite hardworking young men. I can't say much about price except that it was less than I expected and definitely no more than average for what google says. Lol

Clark is so awesome I highly recommend them!!! I had called a few places with good yelp ratings for my Air Conditioner repair.  My home warranty company had already come to asses the AC unit, but did not cover the job.  This is important information if you have that diagnostic from a warranty co then you should be able to send that to other companies for a price quote without paying their service fee. I did send to it to 4 places. It was amazing to me how some places even on Yelp tried to charge me 4x the amount that Clark quoted. I think at the end of the season they  panic to get their quota.The receptionist Michelle was so nice and helpful and very empathetic that we had zero AC for 5 days in 111 degree weather. That next day Ivan came with a fan blade that I was told needs to be shipped over night by another company or take 15 days! Obviously not true. Clark got the fan from a local provider and fixed our AC so quickly and gave me advice as well. I will definitely use them in the future!!  MAHALO!!

I wanted a periscope dryer vent installed and he showed up to check things out before install and because of extenuating circumstanses I was (getting a new dryer and) going to need to wait until the new dryer arrived to use Honeycutt's services. While he was here I managed to find out that he has an L.L.C. and I hope I get this part correct, he works on hvac units, has remodeled entire condos and started doing this at the age of 17. So he has much experience. Lastly, he is extremely fair and honest. I would give him 10 stars if I could, because that is the kind of character he has.

This company is the best!!! We moved into an old home that needed a complete remodel but we had to live in it during the process.  There was no heat or air conditioning in the home.  North Mechanical was the only HVAC company in Payson that would work with us through the process, installing the system so we had heat and cool, and then completing the installation in stages as we progress with the remodeling.  Great company, friendly, understanding, prompt, efficient, fair pricing.

BEWARE!!! I had this company come out to service my AC unit which, although older, WAS WORKING PERFECTLY BEFORE THEY CAME OVER. I just wanted to have it serviced before summer hit. Well, the guy came out and showed me photos of everything that needed fixing. Then their technicians proceeded to vandalize my AC unit. I called the company, never got a call back, and their employee said the owner, Carl Weaver, E. Thunderbird Rd Suite 731, Phoenix, said they wouldn't fix it unless I paid for the needed parts (over $2000).
This company baits people through an ad for cheap AC tuning, then they drum up further business for themselves after their technicians purposely break things on the unit.
They may end up in court with me.
My advice--- get a reputable company. They may charge more for a service call, but they won't vandalize your ac which will end up costing you lots more.
I'm having heart problems, and my blood pressure went waaaay up and pulse over 145 because of this company. I'm 68 and sure don't need this nonsense. This company is willing to take advantage of a 68 year old woman because of greed.
Two days later.... my home warranty serviceman came out. I happen to have a company which services the homes they insure (I just found out--Broward's). Their technician went up on the roof and took a video (too large to upload), but found out that Merlin's technician CUT THE WIRE TO MY AC MOTOR!!! This is vandalism. I have called the police. I have uploaded my home warranty receipt showing that the wire was cut.
In addition, they did something to my contactor. It was not broken before they came over as the unit was not running while in off position. But after they left it was.
Merlin's technicians actually vandalised my AC unit.
