Called Cool Hot Guys for an AC inspection of a house that was for sale. Boy that was money well spent! Joe looked over each AC unit, tested the units, checked the electrical and inspected the air handlers. The units were older and had numerous issues. One unit had 410 and R22 Componets in the same system - a definite no-no. Joe was very honest and direct and shared  his findings with the homeowner, which resulted in a negotiation in price. Saved me a giant headache and $!

Recently I turned on the AC and noticed it wasn't blowing very cold, and in fact it was barely cool. I had a friends husband change out the old thermostat to a digital one thinking it wasn't working right, but that didn't do it. After doing some research I found Cool Touch and like everyone I saw the good reviews and decided to give them a try. I called them this morning around 9:45 and was told they'd be out 10-2. Within minutes I got a call saying a service tech would be there in 25 minutes, and it didn't even take that long. Robert was very nice and professional and explained that I had a crack in my freon line, some of my ductwork was opened up, not to mention all of the nasty pigeon mess. He repaired and cleaned everything and even fixed the thermostat (it wasn't done correctly yesterday.. Oops). Now I have a cold AC, colder than it's been the entire time I've lived here and I signed up for the service plan. It even runs quieter!
In any case, this is a great company and I'm really glad I found them. I will definitely continue using them!

Had my hot water heater maintenance done by XCompany which caused a leak on the pressure valve. I was told it would have to be replaced at a cost of 1,800.00 - I got a few more quotes until the price went down to a couple around 1K, including Safe Dry Out.
Safe Dry Out is the only one who bothered to ask what was wrong with the water heater and suggested it could be fixed instead. I went from having to fork out 1,800.00 to only spending 150.00
Mike could have easily gone with the rest and said the only solution was to replace it. This to me shows integrity and honesty. The quality of work was excellent and, to top it off, he was extremely patient with my 80 year old father hanging around. Thank you Mike!
Will definitely call Safe Dry Out for any future plumbing needs.

Needed help with our central air. Derek responded to my Yelp request right away. He got here quickly even before his ETA and was able to assess the situation and help resolve it the same day. He also provided more solutions and ways to improve air later on as needed. He was kind and understanding of my concerns. Would definitely recommend!

Had issues with platinum home warranty company  (avoid at all costs!) Our AC went out, Mike came out the same day I called, was so nice! even though I accidentally texted my address wrong. He found what the home warranty company overlooked and diagnosed the issue within  minutes, he had all the parts to fix it and he serviced loose wires and tested everything to make sure everything worked great before he left.

Great service at reasonable prices. Arthur showed up to my house early the day after Christmas and resolved the issue quickly. He cleaned my HVAC system and tested it to make sure it was working at peak performance. I would strongly recommend RMIII AC and Heating. A+

So my air ducts was in need of cleaning as I could see the dirt building around them.  I called them because they are local and luckily for me they had a cancellation and we're able to come the next day.  Chris came on time, explained what he was going to do, took photos and video as well.  He was very friendly and cleaned up after himself.  He also cleaned out my dryer vent, which after five years definitely needed it.  I will definitely use them again before the weather gets cold to service my units for the heat and again before next summer for the AC.

Our A/C unit went out probably on one of the hottest days. This was not only an inconvenience but it was an expensive inconvenience. We called Alternative Air and they were able to come out the same day to diagnose the issue. They gave us a few options on a replacement unit and replaced it the very next day.

We had shopped around and these guys gave us  the most fair and honest quote. But what stood out the most was how professional Avnel is. He made sure to check for leaks and made sure everything was in good working order before he left. We recommend Alternative Air to anyone looking for a good, reliable and honest HVAC company. I found Ken on home advisor. He called me back right away and he scheduled an appointment and arrived on time.  He did a great job being patient and explaining what he was doing on my unit. He cleaned the attic Evaporation coil. LOOKS LIKE NEW. I will definitely call Ken again for service. ***** 5 stars!! Thank you!!

Thanks to Yelp,  when I needed to find a company to fix my HVAC unit, I found Mountainside Air.  I actually called them for a second opinion after my regular Heating & Air quoted me a very high price to replace the blower on my unit.  Steve and Raoul came out and checked all systems.  Blower did need replacing and I was quoted a price that was much lower than the other company.  2 hours later I had a new blower and all systems were working well.  I am very impressed with the company as well as with Steve and Raoul.  They worked efficiently with no drama and while I hope I won't need the services of Mountainside Air again, it was definitely a good experience.  I highly recommend this company.

Pineapple Air has now helped us 3 different times ! They have always showed up next day ( always emailed late Friday night and they were here first thing Sat morning !) the 2nd our AC was out and it was well over 100 outside . The warranty company told us Friday that they were not covering but could get us a quote from their company at a discount . We called JP who came sat morning and installed our brand new AC Monday morning ! I cannot stress enough how fast friendly and professional everyone one was! I would never use another company ! Thank you pineapple Air!! You have a customer and referral for life! We still have not even received a quote from the other AC company yet!

Good communication and professional. Wore his mask the entire time which I very much appreciated due to high risk children in the home. He was honest and straightforward with no pressure. Pricing was very reasonable. Definitely be using him for any future AC emergencies or needs.

I was looking for a contractor to install a complete heating and a/c unit. Calling most of the directory listed companies, I could not get anyone to come out to bid. Then I ran across this new business R&R, what a find! Ray came out as scheduled and on time. He is very knowledgeable and patiently went over the details of his design. I had total confidence in his plan. We scheduled the install and Ray not once disappointed us. He made every appointment and not one late show up. Our system performs perfect! I highly recommend this business.

Thank God for Kyle! Our a/c stopped working last night and he was able to come right away. He fixed the problem (even showing us what went wrong) and fully explained everything. I can't say enough about Brian and Sorensen's Heating and Cooling! I went back and forth between companies, finally deciding to give Sorensen's a call after reading the yelp reviews.  Brian exceeded my expectations!  He was able to do an evening appointment, which I needed as I work late.  He was clean, respectful, honest, hard-working, and answered all of my many questions.  Brian was personable, knowledgeable, and never tried to pressure me into buying anything.  My furnace is working beautifully now!  Brian also went above and beyond, fixing the cut corners that other technicians had left behind.  What impressed me most about Brian was his commitment to integrity and his care for people ~ his family and his customers.  I will be calling only Sorensen's for all of my future heating and cooling needs.  Thank you, Brian!
