Joe is very knowledgable and honest. He checked our broken AC and found a dirty contact. He cleaned it and cycled it and didn't charge us anything. I definitely recommend Cool/Hot Guys for AC repair.

The worst!! Had to call my landlord letting him know that our A/C wasn't working properly (obviously we been living here for couple of years and know how it works) he decided to call cool touch they came out the next day and the technician only check the thermostat and said nothing is wrong with it and tells me it's $59 dollars for me coming out then on his notes he put tenant unhappy with temperature. Three days later boom A/C breaks down. Called landlord again to let him know A/C wasn't working and of course he called cool touch again they came out the next day again another technician came out same procedures then goes well the A/C seems to be working ok but let me check it out again he goes in the roof then says I did something to it it may work but it looks like it may be a duct problem not an a/c problem. So two days later they send the license duct specialists to check out the problem he says there's nothing wrong with and duct your problem is your compressor on your a/c but I don't know how to do that there gonna have to send an a/c technician. Five hours later the a/c technician comes and says keep your a/c on until the compressor goes out or your a/c doesn't make any noise when that happens call us and will come out the next day! So as of right now we're on our six day on a 91 degree house with the un working a/c just making noise to the fullest with no cold air way to do your job

We found mold under some crumbling paint while prepping to paint a bedroom. Wanted to have someone come out and fix as we know how dangerous mold can be. Kyle came out, was extremely informative and alleviated our worries in terms of what needed to be done. Did not try to oversell or do unnecessary work. I would definitely use this company in the future and recommend to others.

Super prompt and honest. Derek was a life saver after our home warranty company left us with no A/C for two weeks. He immediately reached out to schedule a time. He was actually able to arrive before his estimated window of arrival. He diagnosed what was wrong and gave us our honest options rather than the run around we kept getting from other places. Our A/C quit and I found the great reviews for Cooler Tymes and gave Mike a call. He got me in the same day and was a pleasure to work with.

I was nervous that my wife was going to be home dealing with an A/C guy since I couldn't be there. I was afraid she was going to be told all kinds of things she didn't need. Mike diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly. He even gave my wife some training to help the system run better.

He did a great job at a fair price and even called the following day to make sure everything was working as it should.

The service technicians were quick to respond. They were professional and cost was very reasonable.  I was very pleased with their service, so I had them service my daughters A/C.  They found an issue caused by a previous company that was causing the A/C not to run efficiently.  It was corrected. I will definitely be using their services in the future.

Justin arrived on time, at the very beginning of the estimated time window. He knew exactly what the issue was and how to fix it. He was courteous and professional and fixed everything on the first visit. He also knew the correct trip fee as per our home warranty. I would definitely use them again should the need arise.

Needing an Air Conditioning repairman equals the question Can I trust them?  I live miles out of town, and too often when I hire someone, they simply don't show up and won't return my calls after they learn how far I am.  Alternative Air kept me updated on their progress with their previous appointment and showed up exactly on time.  Ten minutes later, the job was done.  All I needed was a new capacitor.

We typically went through Chas roberts but having called them and being told it would take a few days to even get some one out to our house, I was luckily forced to look into other options. I did some research and found Baker heating and cooling. Their reviews were amazing. Let me tell you, they deserve every star they have. They showed up within 2 hours even though they are ridiculously busy and started working on the issue. We didn't get it fixed the first time, but here they are working on getting my family cool air at 9 at night. They are hot, exhausted and yet still here to help us. Ken is extremely open in communicating his concerns. They also offer Police/military discounts which is amazing customer service for the area they service! We signed up with the service plan and I could not be happier!

I am so impressed by John and his crew. My heating system went out on one of the coldest days in AZ. I knew ahead of time that my 20+ year system would have to be replaced. Unknown to us was the condition of our AC unit. We recently moved in and the unit passed inspection because it was working and giving out excellent air temps. The unit did not fit the roof support so it vibrated and scraped the new shingles which leaked into our attic and onto the living room ceiling, creating stains. This was after the roofer came and shared this info with us. We needed help and AirZona HVAC came to the rescue. We now have a new Trane heat pump. A new roof frame fits the unit. Gerald's team installed our new heat pump. There was a delay when they unwrapped the unit to find dents from the factory forklift. They would not accept the damaged unit for which I thank them. Who knows what damage lies under the frame? We have a wonderful unit and a WiFi controlled thermostat. Clean up was great. The crane operator went above and beyond in insuring the unit was safely on the roof. We thank AirZona for their wonderful service and products.

Our wall unit gas heater wasn't working.  Ray responded quickly, scheduled an inspection, showed up on time, repaired the heater, and charged a reasonable price.

Our AC wasn't working...Sorensen had a technician there next day.... The compressor was done...They gave me a few options including just doing the compressor, exchanging the AC parts only, or a whole new system.  From the first time I called to having working AC was just three days.  I contacted a few other companies in the area and the price I ended up paying was the lowest of all of them.  Professional guys! Fast work.
