I can see why Joe has so many 5 star ratings on here! I had an emergency AC issue and Joe was able to check it out asap. I really appreciate how easily accessible he was during what is usually non-business hours. Joe is professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He is such a nice guy and clearly gives great service! He took the time to explain what was wrong and what I needed. He also took time to ensure the details on my home warranty which saved me money. He gives great service at a great price; I have my AC guy for life!

If I could give this company a thousand stars I would but they only let me give them five.
on 8-29-21 at 7:00 p.m. my air went out.
I called Cool touch and immediately got a response from Lisa
she sent out Daniel who looked at my air and determined that there was a part that was faulty and replaced it
I had air by 8:00 and this was on a Sunday night
from Lisa to Daniel to Dena. they give the best customer service and honestly care about their customers
I have cool touch come out every 6 months to give a service to my air conditioning and I have never had an issue I recommend this company over any other company in Arizona I will continue to use them they are top notch they are kind they are honest and if they make a mistake they definitely will turn around and fix it as soon as possible so don't go anywhere else I yelp everything and I review everything and they got my vote

We found mold under some crumbling paint while prepping to paint a bedroom. Wanted to have someone come out and fix as we know how dangerous mold can be. Kyle came out, was extremely informative and alleviated our worries in terms of what needed to be done. Did not try to oversell or do unnecessary work. I would definitely use this company in the future and recommend to others.

Derek was on it! My A/C went out in the middle of night,  and he was the 1st one to respond and able to get here the fastest! Total life saver! Definitely recommend this company if you need any service!

I can't say enough good things about how professional Mike was on fixing my AC unit.  I was able to text him the issue and he just knew what was happening with the unit.  He also helped answer question on a room that wasn't getting enough cold air and did some tricks to help fix the issue.  Also gave my AC unit a good cleaning and fixed some wiring he seen that wasn't done right while he was here. I can say now my AC unit is working better then it has worked before.  Also watch who you call here in phoenix  because I had another guy come out saying he couldn't fix my ac unit and would need to replace the full thing where cooler tymes was able to fix it.

Great service at reasonable prices. Arthur showed up to my house early the day after Christmas and resolved the issue quickly. He cleaned my HVAC system and tested it to make sure it was working at peak performance. I would strongly recommend RMIII AC and Heating. A+

James was very responsive from the beginning and was able to schedule a duct cleaning service fairly quickly after my house was painted fairly. Did a bunch of quote requests from Yelp and James' quote was the most reasonable.

The actual job was done on time and perfectly. Dustin and Chris the two technicians took care to not leave my house dusty after the cleaning and also took care to not damage or scratch my freshly painted walls and ceiling.

Remote diagnostics that were attached to my AC units showed me all the functions were within parameters and there was never an attempt to upsell anything.

We even get pictures of all the vents in all their gory details post job.

Worst nightmare to have A/C break down on 110+ deg heat!

   It was a Friday early morning and I was already making plans to stay with family since getting an HVAC guy to come out same day + on a Friday is near impossible. I Called Alternative Air after being referred by a coworker. Avnel picked up and I explained what my A/C was doing. He gave me the best and worst case scenario over the phone. Obviously, nothing was guaranteed until he diagnosed my A/C in person. He was able to squeeze me in same day for a check, explained the problem and quoted me a cost.
 
Avnel was on the way to Phoenix to pick up other parts, luckily he diagnosed my A/C before heading into town and was able to make a stop by the Carrier parts distributor to pick up the part I needed. Not only did he pick up the part, he drove back late afternoon, climbed in my 600 deg attic and had my A/C blowing cold within 12 hours of my first call.

Disappointing that you would waste a possible client day and lack professionalism .

Tom has maintained my unit for awhile now but when summer switched to winter, I noticed that my heat was out. Having an older unit, I expected that it would be a lot of money to replace but it was a simple fix and just a low service charge.
I refer him to all my clients.

Pineapple Air came out to do a yearly maintenance on my old a/c unit and with the age and problems it had i decided to go with a new unit. JP had everything handled and installed the next day. Crew was friendly and professional and explained everything to me.

Good communication and professional. Wore his mask the entire time which I very much appreciated due to high risk children in the home. He was honest and straightforward with no pressure. Pricing was very reasonable. Definitely be using him for any future AC emergencies or needs.

AirZona came to the rescue the day after Christmas when our heat was not working. I went through our home warranty and the first contractor would not be able to make it out for a few days. Our wall unit gas heater wasn't working.  Ray responded quickly, scheduled an inspection, showed up on time, repaired the heater, and charged a reasonable price.

Kyle installed new unit for us and just in time before the Phoenix heat. Provided us with great service.

This company shoots straight and tells the customer like it is. The A/C tech Brian was very knowledgeable and works very efficiently! I would recommend Sorensen Heating and Cooling to anyone that needs good work done at a fair price.
