Robert did an awesome job for a reasonable price. Good attitude, worked super hard, got it done in a timely fashion. Will definitely be using him again for anything we need hvac related. Recommend him highly. He replaced our air handler and condenser and relocated it all in one day.

Just new in Wickenberg and bought a condo.  Within 5 days the old air conditioner dies and who do I call?  I go onto a HVAC website and ask for suggestions.  Immediately I am contacted by Jason and he asks if he can help.
Besides coming to see if the unit can be fixed, he has Lola bring a temporary unit to get us by until we have permanent air conditioning.
Can you ask for better service?
The next day, at reasonable pricing, we are back up and running.  We chose to go with a whole new unit to replace the 30 year old unit.  Mitsubishi non-duct.  What a beautiful unit and installed by very friendly, professionals.
I would recommend them to anyone.

If you have an issue with our heating or AC, this is the company to call. We recently used Hobaica services when our AC stopped working. The technicians were friendly, polite and knowledgeable. Although they gave us options, our AC unit was old, so we decided to go with a new one. When they installed our new unit they found some problems with the way the old unit was installed and corrected them. Now with the outside temperatures soaring, our home is cool and comfortable on the inside. Thank you Hobaica!

My parents purchased a home and needed a new unit and new ductwork. LRG did a fantastic job. The pricing was fair and the work was completed fairly quickly. Very professional. LRG is the way to go!

All AC companies should do business like these guys!! Don't waste your time with anyone else and just call Comfort Experts first. Here's my story...

For 2+ weeks, I wasted my time and money with my home warranty company and still had no resolution so I decided to message Comfort Experts on Yelp. BEST DECISION EVER! First, it was only 6am and a live person (Ryan) replied within minutes!! He gave me a reasonable fee to come out for diagnosis and was able to come SAME DAY! Ryan showed up earlier than expected and thoroughly explained the issues and options to me. Somehow he was able to get the necessary part in one hour whereas the warranty company said it would take 5 weeks to get. Now My family and I are sitting in my cooled house during this hot AZ summer! My AC was not working and being as new as it is, I had the feeling it was something simple but I couldn't figure out what.  I was afraid of calling a company that would make me spend hundreds of dollars for something I didn't need.  K&K's technician came the same day I called, performed a diagnosis, found the (simple) problem , and charged me only for the visit/diagnosis.  I love working with honest businesses.

Reliance is a great company!  Had an issue with our AC on the weekend during an excessive heat warning.  Brayden showed up within 15 minutes,  we were lucky that he was close.  Diagnosed the issue within minutes and had our unit up and running again.  Thank you Reliance!

Accutemp service has been incredible. I have a business property.  There maintenance contracts and impromptu service is incredible.  My units have gone down frequently due to the monsoon storms and there is no question accutemp has fixed them as soon as i call.  Thank you for your continuing service and dedication to the warranty.  I would highly recommend them to all customers.  All service technicians have been courtesy  and dedicated to assisting my business.

Loved how they met my needs and concerns so promptly in this summer heat. My AC unit inexplicably stopped working in this summer heat and Vincent came out on a Sunday and ran the unit through all its checks, found the problem and had it up and running within the hour. Masked, polite, professional, happy to be of service... how refreshing and wonderful to work with... Vincent even went above and beyond to repair a small problem that he alertly found that wasn't part of work order. Definitely will call again and can recommend!

Both of our AC units were on their last leg, house is about 20yrs old. I got quotes from 5 different companies, many of which were much larger, lots of the larger ones sent out dedicated sales people which was kind of a red flag for me that they need to charge higher prices for all of their extra employees. I'm really glad that I found DeModica Air, Jon Jon came out the day after I called him, explained all of my options, including patching my existing units which he said he could get them to last probably another 3 years. But he recommended replacement and we are glad we went with his recommendation. He had both units replaced, along with the air handlers in just 2 days. I highly recommend giving them a shot, at least invite them to give you a quote.

Last month our a/c stopped working. We filed a claim with our home warranty company on a Saturday and I was so worried that we were going to be without a/c for several days. Being August, 8 months pregnant, and also having a 1 year old I was very concerned! My husband left a message on Sunday, and someone contacted him back letting him know they would be out early Monday. The communication was great and the tech who came had the part we needed on hand and fixed it right away. I was so thankful! Great customer service and no further problems, couldn't ask for better!

We had Quantum out to check our two AC units before we sold our house. The units needed to be inspected and serviced. Quantum was quick and professional. They took the time to explain the units' inner workings and the issues identified. I would recommend them.

I can't say enough about the customer service from King Plumbing & AC.  Just as luck would have it the AC in my home stopped cooling on a weekend in July, it was just running constantly.  I posted a message on Yelp that following Monday morning. King Plumbing was THE ONLY company who could come out that morning.  Luis and James arrived right on time. Both were very polite, professional and honest. They noticed the unit was low on coolant, recharged it and cool air had returned.  Next step was to reach out to Old Republic, the home warranty company, to get the AC repaired or replaced.  They sent out some shotty company who charged me 75.00 just to tell me nothing was wrong, didn't even check anything except to tell me the unit had plenty of coolant. No duh  since King had just been out a day prior.  This company then closed out the service ticket with no problem found. I called Old Republic back and stated there was a reason why the unit was so low on coolant and insisted either they repair or replace the unit.  Since King Plumbing & AC is also a contractor for Old Republic, I demanded that they open a new ticket to King.  Luis and James came out again, went up in the attic and found multiple leaks in the coil. Luis worked with the manufacturer to locate a replacement part which was so nice of him. A part was found and the insurance company approved the repair with no cost to me.  Luis and James came back out once the part arrived, replaced it and now the AC works great.  I even signed up for the maintenance plan offered by King so now twice a year the unit can be inspected so no more summer without AC.  There are so many AC companies in Maricopa County but if you are looking for a company with honesty, integrity, that goes above and beyond, by all means, look no further than King Plumbing & AC. I would highly recommend Precision air and Heating. There technicians are prompt, clean and very knowledgeable. The technician I had name is Richie who I would highly recommend. His customer service is outstanding.

I have a fairly new home, built less than 2 years ago, and my tankless water heater went out a few weeks ago. The company charged me for a part I didn't need that was still under warranty. It took two weeks for them to finally fix it and all it needed was an electronic master reset.

I reached out to ask about why they charged me for a part I didn't need and they said due to all the time they spent here and on the phone with tech support.

Here's the issue I hope you correct going forward so it doesn't impact future customers:

1) Your technician didn't spend more than 5 minutes here the first time. He didn't troubleshoot anything. I told him the code and what I looked up online that led me to calling you. He said yup that's it. Then he left.

2) Had he troubleshot the issue it could've been resolved that day and we wouldn't have been without hot water for two weeks. Also, this would've prevented the ordering of a part that was unnecessary.

3) The second technician said he's not a plumber, rather he's an HVAC guy. I think having the properly trained technician would have sped up the job, reducing time wasted on troubleshooting a master reset.

I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 because  I am thankful the last technician that came out was honest and was able to resolve it and get the water heater working.
