Paul was the technician that serviced our A/C for routine maintenance. He was prompt and I also received a courtesy phone call with ETA before he made his way over to our house which I GREATLY appreciated. He was very professional and explained the work he had completed and also the proposed preventative work he recommends we get done to ensure our unit lasts as long as possible before having to replace it. I recommend Northern Air Mechanical Services and will continue to use them for maintenance services and repairs if ever needed.

Robert did an awesome job for a reasonable price. Good attitude, worked super hard, got it done in a timely fashion. Will definitely be using him again for anything we need hvac related. Recommend him highly. He replaced our air handler and condenser and relocated it all in one day.

Their technicians serviced my 25+ year old AC unit and repaired some leaky ductwork.  They showed up on time and kept me informed at every phase of the work.  Increased the functionability of my older unit and it was able to keep up with the record heat we are experiencing. Great job!

My air conditioning unit in my home went out on 9-11-19.  I received quotes from several different companies.  Hobaica had the lowest price with the best warranty.  I actually chose Hobaica to replace my A/C unit because of their customer service.   Andy Hobaica went above and beyond customer service!  He worked his schedule around mine to make it happen as quickly and painlessly as possible.  He was efficient, knowledgeable & friendly.  The next morning he had Jorge & Reggie at my house at 7am, ready to install! They too went above & beyond with their customer service.  They were done with the install sooner than they quoted me.  My house startling cooling down earlier than they had promised.  So not only did they stand by their word, they did better than they promised!  I can't recommend them enough!! They are a family owned company and they made me feel like I was part of their family too!

My parents purchased a home and needed a new unit and new ductwork. LRG did a fantastic job. The pricing was fair and the work was completed fairly quickly. Very professional. LRG is the way to go!

I was able to get an appointment same day on a Friday which was greatly appreciated especially when it is 111 degrees outside. Our A/C stopped cooling the night before. We were quoted between 4p-8p that day and Jeremy arrived by 4:30p and gave us a call 30 mins before he arrived. I've never had the need to write a review for any business before but i just couldn't be more glad that it's for K&K. My mother is 83 years old and had her heating unit go out on her during the coldest time of year. I called a few other company's to please check the unit, when they found out it was an older unit they flat refused to even come out. I came across K&K and figured i'd try one more. I spoke with Danny and he was more than glad to come out, even though it was raining that day, he offered to come out same day. He came and checked out the unit and did his best to try and get heat to the house for my mother, who by the way suffers from crippling arthritis, but was unable to due to units condition. He wrote out an estimate for a replacement unit and asked me to call if we needed his service again. After he left my mother told me that she had a great feeling about this man, as did I. He must have felt something because he called later that night to check on her and again stated that if he could help in any way to please call at any time, day or night. After contacting the insurance company they asked for better wording as to why unit needed replaced and Danny was able to help us out thru the whole insurance process, and also worked us into his schedule to make sure my mother got heat as soon as possible. Danny is an awesome man, And K&K is not just a business, they are now FAMILY...  Thank You So Much

Moving to the Valley leaves you a bit nervous when looking for repairman. Fortunately we found Dalen at Reliance. They came out and gave us a fast estimate and ultimately installed a new AC unit without forcing us to get more than we needed.

It looks like they have a great business going and I would recommend him to a friend and use them again.

Great service and attentive quote for an a.c. zone motor replacement. Kept me in the loop on timing not ship the part in. Then quick scheduling and a friendly and efficient tech for a good fair price. I recommend and will call them first for my a.c. needs.

Day and Night has been our company since we found them about 8 years ago. They are highly trained, not to upsell like some companies we've done business with, but to expertly maintain and fix our air conditioning. Their representatives have been consistently reliable, great technicians and honest with us.

This last time we had Terry for maintenance and he was awesome. He explained what was looking good and what they will be keeping an eye on. He was a genius at making the complex lay-friendly without talking down to me at all. When I questioned him about the general status of our 12 year old Trane and Rudd units, he said because we've done such a good job of regular maintenance and equipped it with the proper sensors, we MIGHT get a full 20 years out of them.

We haven't tried their plumbing services, but will if needed because the company culture is to be trained, fair, communicative and long term thinkers.

Both of our AC units were on their last leg, house is about 20yrs old. I got quotes from 5 different companies, many of which were much larger, lots of the larger ones sent out dedicated sales people which was kind of a red flag for me that they need to charge higher prices for all of their extra employees. I'm really glad that I found DeModica Air, Jon Jon came out the day after I called him, explained all of my options, including patching my existing units which he said he could get them to last probably another 3 years. But he recommended replacement and we are glad we went with his recommendation. He had both units replaced, along with the air handlers in just 2 days. I highly recommend giving them a shot, at least invite them to give you a quote.

We had a motor which burned out on our furnance (it suppose to snow tonight in Sedona) and needed to be repaired. Once the part was ordered and received, Stay Cool came out and fixed the issue. They even stayed an extra 15 mins or so to explain what fixes/repairs were made and tested the furance to make sure it was working well.

Last month our a/c stopped working. We filed a claim with our home warranty company on a Saturday and I was so worried that we were going to be without a/c for several days. Being August, 8 months pregnant, and also having a 1 year old I was very concerned! My husband left a message on Sunday, and someone contacted him back letting him know they would be out early Monday. The communication was great and the tech who came had the part we needed on hand and fixed it right away. I was so thankful! Great customer service and no further problems, couldn't ask for better!

We had Quantum perform a checkup on our system and are extremely satisfied with the service received. They arrived exactly when they said they would and got it taken care of. We had been told in the past by several other companies that there was an issue that needed to be fixed and would be fairly expensive. Kevin checked it out and dispelled that. He identified a minor issue that may come up but nothing that needed immediate attention. The price for the checkup was very reasonable. We also like that they are a small, local company. We will definitely look to them in the future any work needed on our system. We highly recommend them. Thanks.

These guys are truly great. Real professionals not fly by night guys. Brendan provided prompt, courteous and exceptionally knowledgeable service. He was able to quickly assess the scope of our leak and get it fixed right away. They came out within minutes of our call and did really fine work. I'd call them first for any plumbing or hvac needs.

I had a great experience with Don the sales person when he worked up my quote. I told him I would need to think about it and figure out which unit I would be getting. The price and warranty was the biggest factor for me. Don called a few days later for a follow up.

Today Mike and DeeJay came out to replace my air conditioner that was 20+ years old. Both were very professional and helpful in explaining everything they were going to do. They completed the job in a timely matter and cleaned up before the left. I am very happy with the work that was done inside and out.. They even helped me set up my wifi thermostat. I will refer Precision Air to others.

I was having a tough time finding someone to fix my Midea Air-handler, as it is not a common brand of A/C.  When I called 1800Plumber+Air, Ben answered the phone and listened to exactly what the issue was- he took down the model of my unit and actually talked through the repairs with his tech before sending him out.  The other companies I called (Goettl and George Brazil)just have an answering service and they do not relay any important info to their techs, thus having them show up only to say they could not fix it or find parts.  
Ben listened to my issues and the awful experiences i had at the other places and said he would take care of it for me and that the tech he was sending, Travis - was the best.  Travis showed up and quickly fixed my A/C (needed a new control board) and only charged me half of what the others said a new board would cost if they could find one to fit my unit.  I will never call anyone else again but these guys for plumbing and A/C!!!

I have had Canyon State for six years now. They really do a good job keeping our units in top preforming condition.
