We had a handyman out to our home to hang some patio lights. In the process, something happened where we could not get any electricity. I called Hope, and they came out the very same day. They were able to diagnose the issue and fix the problem easily. They worked very neatly and efficiently. I will be using Hope from here on out! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Recently my dryer stopped working and I needed a repairman to diagnose the issue. I called Hew's Air and spoke to Kirk. Not only was he able to fit me in that day, but he even came 30 minutes early! He and his associate wore the property safety masks and were extremely professional and courteous. He was honest in telling me that my repair would probably be expensive, but told me he would try and find the components at a cheaper price. Although I decided that I would replace the dryer Kirk's professionalism and honesty during these trying times definitely made a great impression. In the future Hew's will be my first option for any related home appliance or air conditioning issues.

Carlos responded immediately. He responded to my request on Sunday & was at my house on Tuesday morning!! He told me what was going on with my air conditioner unit & is coming back next week to help me on another issue that I had. He was great as far as communication goes & I feel safe having Carlos on my side!!!

I had my AC go out after hours on a Saturday with outdoor temp on 103 and was doubtful I'd be able to get service until the next day or Monday. I called McLaughlin Air and Bruce, the owner himself,showed up at my door in under 45 minutes and completed my repair about an hour later.  I expected to see a surcharge for after hours and weekend rates etc but was pleasantly surprised to find that there was no additional charge for time or travel. Super professional work and a very nice guy on top of that. Warrantied equipment and workmanship at a price that was more than fair. If you're in Maricopa and looking for AC repair or installation you can stop searching and give Bruce a call. Highly recommended!

Our furnace crap out on worst possible time, coolest day in January.
We call the Arizona Cooling company on 23th. Dave the owner come same day few hours later. Albrough, we have to wait for part almost a week
Jeremy come to instal it. He was on time, very polite. Pleasure to deal with him!  
We are very impress with Company, their customer service, punctuality and over all carness in response!.

We sign the contract for a year for coming inspection on our air Condition.

Quit looking at other companies and hire these guys!  I've never found a more professional, customer -oriented , competent company than CHS. In only two days they  completed all the duct work and installed the air conditioner.  They left the house in immaculate condition and followed up to make sure  that we were 100% satisfied with their work. (Because they are certified by SRP, I never doubted that the work would be top-notch). I did a lot of lresearch before deciding to hire them.  With all sincerity, I can say that I feel very lucky that I found them.

If it wasn't for these guys me and my family would've been living in a hotel for a week! Thank you so much for the fast response and reasonable price!

Mark showed up after contacting him at 9pm. Family was visiting so I really needed to get my ac fixed. Mark came ASAP and was very professional and quick. Got the AC working after 15 mins. Great service! Highly recommended.

TruTek has helped out twice now to address air conditioning unit problems, quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend for their response time and their value. This isn't another sales based company or business looking to increase their profit by recommending unnecessary stuff. Their owner Ron has been very honest and helpful and I have been happy to recommend him to others. He's treated them well with a quick response time and great pricing. I've learned my lesson and recommend others to reach out to this company even to do a check up and clean on your system to avoid issues!

Had a great experience with A.C. Infantry today! If you're looking to have an AC check up, Dacoda is your guy. Responsive, professional, very knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely be using AC Infantry for future maintenance calls and/or repairs. I know when my unit needs replacing in a few years, I won't look anywhere else! Highly recommend.

I had Meadow Air replace both the a/c units at my house this past weekend. I worked with Rob and he was so patient with me and always answered all of my questions. We were given a great price on the units; much better than others with less comparable equipment. The Techs who performed the installation (5 of them) were extremely professional and you'd never even know they did any work inside and outside the house. I will highly recommend your company to anyone I know in the market for new a/c units or service!

Came home from vacation to find moisture seeping through the grout in my hallway tile.  Evan, from Chas Roberts, was out first thing the next morning, and after some diagnostic testing, suspected a slab leak (water pipe leak under the cement slab).  He got some leak finder guys out pretty quickly who confirmed the diagnosis and helped find where the pipe manifolds (on either side of the leak) were.  Had to reroute the hot water line between those two points, but they were able to cut 4 relatively small holes in my drywall to reroute the line, instead of tearing up the flooring and the foundation.  Evan was great through the whole thing.  Explained everything along the way, what each step was going to cost, and he stayed until it was done.  He was here for probably 10 hours.  I still had to line up a drywall guy to repair the walls (and he even helped with that) but this turned out to be much less stressful than it could have been, if Evan hadn't been so good at his job.  I mean this sort of thing is a homeowner's worst nightmare.  I've said this here before, I don't understand the negative reviews.  I've been a member of their Comfort Assurance Program for 15 years and Chas Roberts has ALWAYS been there when I needed them.  AC or Plumbing.  And Evan has been great both times he's been out here.  I notice that the negative reviews rarely give an employee's name.  Hmmm.  Maybe it's just their competition trying to level the playing field?  I don't know.  But I know who I'm gonna call if I have an AC or plumbing problem.
