After looking at air duct cleaning deals on groupon and living social, I noticed that everyone that has used those services complained of a really hard upsell and poor quality of work.  I opted to look for a different company that would clean the air ducts and dryer vent and would be upfront about their prices.  That search brought me to honest air duct.  They were very accommodating with my schedule (willing to come after 5 pm) and are very upfront about the costs.  $10 per vent, $35 for the dryer, and a slight travel charge.  The cleaning process took a bit over 2 hours and lance did a great job; going out of his way to make sure all the air vents were properly positioned and the house was maximizing airflow.  There was no upsell and lance was very professional.  I'm glad I decided to pay a little more to make sure the job was done right.  I would recommend this service to my friends and family.

The evaporator coil in our A/C unit was going out.  We called Andre and within a week he had the part and scheduled the appointment to get it fixed.
He did a professional job at a reasonable price.  We would highly recommend Andre to anyone who needs an efficient A/C repairman.

Victor is the most professional and nicest contractor that we had the pleasure of working with!  He was able to come out within hours of calling him and his prices are super reasonable!  We called him for one project but quickly found out he does almost everything!  He installed new ac vents in our kitchen, new outlets on our patio and next to our back door, changed out all of our old outlets throughout our house, installed new fans, light fixtures, and the most dramatic, beautiful under cabinet led lighting in our kitchen! His customer service is superior!!!  He went above and beyond to help us with our house projects!  I highly recommend Victor for your home repair and projects!!

If I could give this company 10 stars I  would!! My home warranty company sent out Carlos, owner of ADEX heating and cooling. I had no heating in the middle of this cold wave. He rearranged  his schedule so he could fit me in a day earlier.  He came to my home in the evening after he had been all the way in Mesa, I'm in north Phoenix. He was courteous, professional and friendly. He got my heat on quickly. The specifications sticker on my unit was faded so he called the manufacturer the next day to get more information if needed. He was thorough and didn't try to upsell me on other services. I will definitely use him again and recommend him to anyone needing heating or cooling repair. Bonus points: he answers his phone when you call!!

We highly recommend Bruce. He was professional, reasonable and punctual. Our AC started  blowing hot at 530pm. We called McLaughlin Air and was told he can come out at 6am. I said ok because that was the soonest we could get this fix. Well 30 mins later Bruce called and said he's on his way. What a blessing if you ask me! It's 926 pm and he's still here fixing our AC unit. He went above and beyond. Bruce provides great customer service and will definitely refer him to our friends here in Maricopa.

I can't begin to say how grateful I am to have Hansen Family Plumbing as our go to plumbing service!    We dont have many issues but when we need something installed, fixed or repaired, Erik and his team have ALWAYS been OUTSTANDING!   Today we had the pleasure to meet Zack!    Zack and his working partner went above and beyond.   I wasn't home but he communicated very well with me.   I trust not only Zack, but any of Erik's team members to be in my home when i cant be there.  
When it comes to supporting the local businesses, this is one service i am 100% proud to say i use when needed.

Middle of July the AC broke on our rental home.  The tenent reported it at 10pm, but most AC repair shops don't open till 8am.  They got us scheduled for the next day but when I called back to see if they could fit us in before night fall, because our tenent has a 10 month old infant, they said they would likely be able to.   I very much appreciated their willingness to try to respond more quickly!  That week was record breaking 120 degree heat wave so I know their techs were overworked, but they were still willing to jump hoops and work overtime for us.  That is the kind of attitude that wins customers over!  Thank you!

TruTek has helped out twice now to address air conditioning unit problems, quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend for their response time and their value. This isn't another sales based company or business looking to increase their profit by recommending unnecessary stuff. Their owner Ron has been very honest and helpful and I have been happy to recommend him to others. He's treated them well with a quick response time and great pricing. I've learned my lesson and recommend others to reach out to this company even to do a check up and clean on your system to avoid issues!

Had a great experience with A.C. Infantry today! If you're looking to have an AC check up, Dacoda is your guy. Responsive, professional, very knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely be using AC Infantry for future maintenance calls and/or repairs. I know when my unit needs replacing in a few years, I won't look anywhere else! Highly recommend.

This company was called from my warranty company. They never called or followed up after initial tearing of my walls on the second day. Left me without water until I could get another plumber on day 6.

Our 10+ years old A/C unit was making airplane loud noise and I had at least 3 different parties reviewed and all said it is time to replace. Got a quote from them and Pro Solutions Air was the most professional and gave us the best price.
The installation crew was also very professional and did a great job.
A week or two later we had a need for the heater and it didn't turn on... So we contacted them and came back the same day and adjusted (fixed) in a matter of 10 minutes.
Installation comes with 10-year maintenance sounds too good to be true and I will come back here to give an update next year.

UPDATE: It has been a few years since we installed. The A/C unit stopped working. I called Pro Solutions Air and they fixed it for free and reminded me that I should be calling them for Free 10-year maintenance for every year so this 10-year maintenance is a real deal and I'm still very happy with them and I highly recommend this company and will be using them for next A/C replacement for sure.

Terrible business.  I had an A/C go down and called this business to have them fix the problem.  When they were here, they fixed the system without informing us of what the problem was in order for me to decide how to go about this.  They repaired a thermostat wire, but did a bad job with the repair.  A week later, the same problem came back.  They were trying to upsell us a new unit, because of the wire.  I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and they never responded.  Just shows they are willing to rip you off and take no accountability foe their service..  Stay away from this business!

These guys are the sub contracts for Heating and Cooling for Fulton Homes (or at least several Fulton Home Communities).  We have had numerous issues with the A/C system on our new Fulton Home since the beginning and it is barely 1 year old.  The technicians who have come out to our home have been chauvinistic and rude to my wife and when they dealt with me, at first treated me like I didn't know what I was talking about until, I was able to prove to them that I knew my stuff and then their attitude changed. All around poor service and poorly designed system and original installation to begin with. I would never use them for anything for out of warranty service.
