I had them come out to do an annual inspection of my heating and AC unit. Lyle and Ryan were very nice and knowledgeable. They were on time and didn't try to sell me on anything. They informed me of some minor things that may need to be replaced in the future. Would definitely use them again. Reasonably priced as well.

I recently had a water-softner installed by this company.  They showed up when scheduled and did a good job.  Prior to sale they answered all my questions and didn't try to up sell to me.  Price was very competitive and the warranty on labor and parts is nice.  I checked numerous places and this was the best price and product and they have a great record with the B.B.B.

This is my second time using 1st Choice Mechanical. The first time was in November for an HVAC repair and this time for a refrigerator repair. I'm both cases their customer service has been outstanding and their techs have been timely, courteous, and knowledgeable. They were able to make necessary repairs in the timeframe quoted, and were easy to work with. I would gladly use them again in the future.

Phillip came out to my house and replaced the motor.  Straight forward guy that explained everything and answered all of my questions.  Didn't try to sell me on anything I didn't need.  Highly recommended.

I know why Johnny and crew get great reviews.  They are print and honest.  My AC was not blowing.  They had me turn off the unit for a few hours to make sure that it was not just frozen.  They could have just charged a service fee and take advantage.  When I called later in the evening to let them know that the unit was not blowing, they were at my place by 6am.  I would recommend their services.

We could not be happier with our experience with Hays. They were extremely quick to reply and get us a tech to the house. Within 2 days they came out, quoted and fixed the issues we were having. Jason was our tech and he was kind, professional and really set us up for success.

Cannot give this local company enough compliments for its gold standards in customer service! They will go above and beyond for the customer. I have a rental property which needed an AC replacement, and needed prompt and reliable service. The tenant was not the most hospitable, but Randy, one of the co-owners of the company, was extremely professional in inspecting the property and getting back to me with his recommendations. Their pricing is extremely fair, but the communication and trustworthiness with their customers is what will always bring back repeat clients! So many businesses could learn from them! I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company. I woke up to a hot house with my ac unit switching on and off. I found this company on yelp, received a quote, called and within 30 minutes a tech was out to diagnose and repair. Amazing and speedy service. They turned a helpless situation into a positive experience. Definitely will be using in the future and referring everyone I know to them.

Simply the best AC/Heating company in the Valley. I had several quotes from different companies. Arctic Fox had the best price for the heat pump we were looking for. I signed the contract on a Monday and Tuesday afternoon the unit was up and running. The impeccable service, and quality craftsmanship we received was second to none. Gladiate Air responded quickly and installed my a/c in a timely manner. They were very knowledgeable and explained the process thoroughly. I also decided to add the whole health system and we've noticed a difference with our allergies already! Thank you Gladiate Air!

David rocks! Awesome company, and awesome team. I bought an AC with them last year and they came and did the install on time without any problem.  

Besides the install, they have come one more time to do preventive maintenance and check on the coolant.

In both times, the team has been awesome. The technicians are great and willing to answer any questions.

The text services that they have is also great, and they follow up promptly to any texts, sometimes even out of their schedule.

Huge shout out to Mike with Cave Creek Cooling who responded immediately to my AC/water leak problem. Came right out within an hour and took care of it. Very professional and pleasant. I highly recommend.

I can't say enough great things about Alan's Air!  We've been using them for years, from basic preventative check-ups on our units to full replacements of a furnace and compressor in two diff. homes.  They are super responsive when you call them, and Bill is able to diagnose the issue each time within a few minutes. Then they're able to fix the issue right away, too!

Very professional and timely. Thorough and gave me several price options.  They prioritized my ac because mine had broken so they felt it was urgent.  The workers were very good at covering the floor and cleaning after they were done. I only wish they had spent time explaining my system and discussing the maintenance.

A motor in my air handler went out. Handler is over 15 years, but they found the parts and were out in under two hours. Super friendly team, great service, great price. Not much else to say except thank you.

We moved into the area just a little over a year ago.  Had a minor issue with our newly purchased home and asked someone for a recommendation.  Can't thank them enough for the referral.  We've had ProSkill out for a few different HELP issues.  Each technician has been knowledgeable, professional, personable and honest.  What a wonderful combination of attributes to have in a person you are inviting into your home while you are vulnerable.  I have never had a bad experience and have had them out for more than one type of issue.  Sebastian was out today for the annual RO servicing - picked his brain while he was here - wealth of information.  Don't know what we would have done over this last year had we not had ProSkill to reach out to.  Oh, they are responsive, great customer service over the phone and get out to you very quickly.  Recommend without hesitation.

The front office is kind & did great follow up to let me know Matthew was running late from the last job. He arrived and was informative and worked top get me a lower price. I didn't go with them because I wanted a Trane and they don't have those but I would recommend them to anyone looking for servicing.

I bought a new (used) house that needed some AC TLC, Keith and his team were great. They worked with me to meet at a time I was available, they came over checked out my AC units and installed some industrial looking ductwork in the unfinished basement. It looks awesome. I was very pleased with the work and the service. Highly recommended!
