So glad I picked Larson Air Conditioning! I like to support family-owned businesses; Lyle from Larson Air did an awesome job. He was very knowledgeable and did a thorough and efficient job in a courteous and friendly manner. There was water leaking from the air handler causing damage to the wall behind it. The only thing wrong really was that the drainage pipe from the condenser was filled with sediment. A couple summers ago, we had the same thing happen but the repairman from another company only cleaned the drip pan. I didn't know he should also have cleaned out the drainage pipe. But Lyle cleaned out everything. He did a very thorough job of also cleaning the outside and inside coils and checked all other parts. He explained the maintenance plans Larson Air had available. I hadn't planned to get one, but I was glad to learn of them and after learning the services provided at a reasonable cost, I was glad to buy one. Although I knew that the AC should have regular maintenance, I didn't know what it would entail or what the cost would be. I highly recommend Larson Air Conditioning.

I was extremely pleased with my water softener installation from American Home Water & Air. I spoke with Tom Knapp about the systems that AHWA offered. Tom reviewed the systems with me over the phone. He reviewed the features and warranties of both systems I was considering. Tom sent me a quote on both systems via email. I called Tom later that day and ordered the President because of the longer warranty. The next day Angel called to confirm when he was coming to install the system. Angel showed up on time and installed the system in about an hour. Angel reviewed the system with me and answered my questions. Angel did a great job of cleaning up when he was done even wiping down the wall. The system looks great and has worked great since installation.

we decided that with a 16 year old unit on the roof and the concern over availability during the phoenix summer if my a/c should conk out, it was time to start shopping for a replacement.  after reading the reviews and getting some quotes my first instinct was spot on.  don't bother dealing with the used car strategy that some of these other business' use.  1st choice came in with a good number without playing games and delivers an excellent customer experience as well as a quality product.  kept us in the loop and on time with a solid install job.  would highly recommend .

Phillip came out very last minute to run a diagnostic on our system that managed to give out just as the weather was getting very hot. Scheduling staff was quick and responsive and even gave me updates via text as to when I could expect someone to arrive. Phillip spent plenty of time with us going through our options for a new unit and I felt like he was very fair and honest. This was my first time using this company, and I am impressed.

We just came home from being out of town and our A/C was blowing hot air. Called Goettl because we had worked with them in the past. They said the fan motor was busted and we needed a new one. Cost would be more than $1,000. It didn't seem right to me so I called Johnny. He quoted $350 for a new motor over the phone, then when he and Claude came out first thing this morning they said the motor was fine; it was actually the capacitor that needed to be replaced. They replaced that and added a hard start kit to extend the life of the compressor, and the total cost was only $240. They were in and out in an hour. Lesson learned: Goettl will over charge you for the biggest ticket item they can; Johnny will tell you the truth and fix the real problem at a fair price. Go with Johnny.

Man trying to find the right company to come to your house for a repair, can be a nail-biting experience. There are so many to choose from. The 1st one I called was recommended by my neighbor and he never showed up. See what I mean?
Well I got lucky this time around. From the pleasant receptionist who at 0900 said they could be at my home today. To the professional repairman who called my wife to say he was on his way. Job done right! Thanks Hays! Now when it comes to HVAC issues, my nail biting days are over!

If there were more stars to give this company would have each one! From the star of contacting them till the end of the service, Arizona Air Experts were excellent! The lady who helped me get an appointment the same day was sweet and has great customer service and great communication, she called every step of the way. Darrin was our technician and he was AWESOME. Very honest, friendly and helpful. He showed us every step of the way of what he was doing and how to help the performance of our AC unit. He was also very patient with us as we had to go through our home warranty for authorization for our reimbursement process. Great company and I will most definitely be using them for our maintenance on our AC and any plumbing service! Thank you so much, your company made our day!

My Evaporative cooler was not working and causing a breaker to trip. I reported the problem to Danette at Cool Zone and made an appointment for repairs to be made.  On 04/25/2019 a technician (unknown name) arrived, and I told him to proceed with the repairs (without asking for a cost estimate).  He completed the work and presented me with an invoice for $826.97 which included the cost of a 3/4, 115V blower motor @ $666. I thought  the cost was extremely high, but paid it, as I had no idea how much the motor should cost. However, I later checked with Lo
we's and Home Depot and found the motors retail for between $85 and $150. I discussed the above with my niece, Kathy, who called Danette and suggested there may have been an error in the billing.  Kathy was told there was no mistake and they would not make any adjustments to the billing. I would not recommend doing business with Cool Zone.  I would be glad to re-think this review if CoolZone would furnish me with a copy of the invoice showing exactly how much they paid for the blower motor.

Our HVAC had issues and Steve was quick to find the issue. I highly recommend this company for AC issues.

You never want to find yourself with an AC issue on a weekend or after hours... but that's exactly the situation I found myself in recently.  

After some frantic calling around based on Yelp reviews, I discovered my new go-to heating and air guys -- Gladiate Air!  I worked with both of the owners, Gabe and Dave, and I have never felt more comfortable working with any company in the service industry!  They are both extremely personable, understanding, and genuine!  

Besides the quick accurate diagnosis and repair in my time of need, I love that they are not pushy!  I honestly cannot say enough positive things about these guys and this company, so if you have any AC needs AT ANY TIME, then do yourself a favor and contact Gladiate Air!

I had scheduled three quotes to replace my aging home HVAC system.  One I canceled because of their their lack of urgency, (I really didn't need a new flashlight that badly anyway...)  The other seemed very reputable and gave me a good quote.  The third was Arizona's Dukes of Air.

Dustin,  Came to our house looked EVERYTHING over and quoted me exactly what I needed.  I gave him the opportunity to up sell me, I asked about Air Scrubbers, duct cleaning, etc...  He asked me some very pointed questions about my families needs and said if you really want those things, I'll put it in the quote, but based on what you told me, its not something you really need.  

After reviewing both quotes, researching the products and vendors I ended up choosing Dukes of Air. I'm so very glad I did.  I received a call the day before reminding me of the install, and then the morning of, from Manny telling me he would arrive at approximately 8:15 am

At 8:15 on the dot, Manny, Luis, Freddy, and Kalem pulled up to my house.  They were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable.  They laid down protective coverings on everything in the area to contain any mess, and went to work immediately, removing the old equipment.  By 2:30 ish that afternoon they had mostly completed the install, then the owner, John came into our house, introduced himself and ask my Wife and I some questions about the service we received, then he proceeded to inspect the work done by his crew.  He asked them to make some small corrections which they completed quickly.  By 3:30 we were taught how to use our new thermostat, registered it on the website and connect our phones to it.  They left all the areas they worked in cleaner than they found it.

I would recommend Arizona's Dukes of Air to anyone looking to replace their HVAC system and or in need of service.  They performed a great service for a fair price all while being extremely professional and courteous.  10 stars guys!

David Flores has been servicing my house since 2013 when he was with another company. I thought highly enough of him to track him down and seek out his continued services on our home HVAC needs. He communicates very well, he is courteous and professional. Most importantly he is reliable and knows his stuff and wont upsell you on junk you dont need. I appreciate that he pays special attention to details and takes his time explaining to me what he's doing...I like to watch him working and ask a lot of questions (sorry David it probably annoys you! Haha) I am a contracts manager in my own profession so it's in my nature. David works with me on pricing and rewards loyalty. Appreciate you David. Bumble Bee AC was recommended by a friend when I told her my bedroom was the hottest room in the house. I called and they were very helpful from the start. I called on a Tuesday and they sent a technician out that Thursday for an estimate. Craig arrived on time--early actually--and suggested a mini split unit with a separate remote for my bedroom. I was able to schedule the service for the following Thursday. Again, the technicians showed up on time and in a few hours, they had the unit installed and cleaned everything up. The service was top notch through every step. I cannot recommend them enough. I am so pleased with the new unit and the easy process, thanks to the wonderful staff at Bumble Bee.

Found with the help of Yelp contractors. After he reached out to me promptly, we scheduled an appointment same-day for an AC that wouldn't turn on. He was able to arrive a bit early, which was great. He was friendly and went right to work. AC was on in the matter of minutes! When he came back inside he told me what was wrong and what he fixed. He even inspected the system to check overall condition and found out fan speed set too slow. For years we've lived with our AC not blowing hard enough for this simple reason. It's already cooler than normal in our house!  He accepts credit cards and emails receipts. Will hopefully not have to call him again for some time but I know who to call if I need someone!

Can't say enough about Alan's Air. I called them from out of state because my elderly mother, who lives alone in Scottsdale, was experiencing problems with her air conditioner when the temperatures were well above 100 degrees. They sent someone out right away, identified the problem and gave her an estimate that was thousands of dollars below an earlier estimate she had received from another company. Outstanding customer service. Highly recommend them.

We chose to have Ideal Energy bid on a project that included having an SRP approved Energy Audit completed, adding insulation and the possibility of installing a new HVAC system for our home based on the stellar reviews of previous customers here on Yelp. All I can say is WOW!!! First of all, this company knows how to communicate with it's customers and every single person I encountered via phone or person was always professional, courteous and attentive with any questions/concerns.

Alex (Co-Owner) was always on time for appointments, very thorough when completing the energy audit and NEVER made myself or my wife feel pressured to buy ANYTHING. He explained how and what could be done but more importantly, what needed to be done to make our home more energy efficient. Elena (Co-Owner) was extremely helpful with setting up the SRP Rebate process which was streamlined and extremely easy, helping set up the funding PROMO for the project w/ local bank (0% APR 60mo - No early payoff penalty), and was able to get us scheduled 22 days ahead of our initial scheduled construction date. Chris (Construction Manager) and his crew ALWAYS showed up on time, displayed professionalism at all times and did a thorough clean up at the end of each construction day that went above and beyond what I've come to expect from most companies. Attitudes were great, they take pride in there work with keen attention to detail and NO CUTTING CORNERS ensuring a job done right. Construction was completed a day ahead of schedule because every single employee on the construction site busted his/her tail to get the job done right the first time.

After construction was completed, Chris gave a relaxed (not rushed) tutorial of how to use the new thermostat (which is the brains of the system). Chris also advised my wife and I that it isn't uncommon to have small adjustments made to a new system install as each customer or project has different demands that aren't realized until after the new system is up and running. After a few days of testing out our new HVAC system it was determined that a few minor tweeks needed to be made to the on board computer system which controls air flow, fan speed, how much etc. It's a smart system that has set parameters that only technicians can access. Chris and another technician came back the next day, on time and quickly was able to change certain parameters and verify. PERFECT!

We used to have a few hot rooms and a cold master bedroom upstairs with no control as our old thermostat was located in the hall. Our master bedroom would be consistently 2º cooler than the temp at the thermostat and our hot rooms easily 8º warmer than the temp at the thermostat. What a waste of energy...  NOT ANY MORE! Now we can control the temperature in individual rooms so nobody is too hot or too cold. It truly has been a wonderful experience having Ideal Energy as our contractor.

I moved into a new home that had a single unit on the roof with two stories, and my main concern was air flow. I had 6 different companies give me a diagnostic and quotes (the high end being 12K to fix duct work and add insulation) and nobody had one singular way to fix the problem I had. I reached out to Desert Comfort and they sent Sean, their air-flow guru to take a look at the system. He explained the poor design, the lack of access and the air flow issues. He also was realistic about what results I could expect, and how my system was choking with only a single return. He obviously had been doing this for decades and can work by feel. He said he would write up the scope of work.

I worked with Joseph Albertson who is the Customer Relationship Manager. He was nothing short of fantastic. We traded multiple emails back and forth,t he quote was upfront and reasonable, and I ended up adding on a few services and he guided me away from options that would only cost me money.

The crew arrived at 6AM, Sean and a partner. They go in my attic, added a new return, did an air balance, added a remote thermostat. While on top of the roof checking the system they spotted an issue with a line backup and a pound of refrigerant being low. Everything was informative and no salesmanship, I opted to have them take care of the issues on the spot. Joseph's first concern was our experience with the onsite. It was fantastic. E-invoice was easy to pay, clear to read, and this company was a pleasure to deal with. They don't advertise and they work via word of mouth and by their yelp reviews. Compared to the dozens of shady outfits in PHX that crowd out the good providers, these guys are a great provider.

Had our air conditioning serviced . They were on time ; did a thorough inspection of our system. Recommend a few things that needed to be fixed . Did the repair . Leonardo was very nice , explained everything with pictures of before and after work was completed. Definitely would recommend them .

My son was napping when they initially came out to inspect his room (his room is about 10 degrees hotter than the rest of the house) and they were so respectful he didn't even wake up! They installed a return in his room- quick, efficient and CLEAN! They left his room spotless even after installing the vent in a popcorn ceiling. Highly recommend!!!!

Dom is a great Tech and was very knowledgeable. He made sure we weren't screwed by any other companies that over quoted us $500! Awesome local company with awesome employees
