So happy with American Home Water and air. They came out checked and cleaned the A/C unit and there was no  additional items that needed to be replaced, unlike my previous maintenance company.

These two men are wonderful! After my heat kept going off they came and checked everything very throughly, spent awhile trying to make sure they pinpointed the problem. They gave us some pointers and some options on how best to fix the issues. I am so happy to say that it was not a huge fix but you can tell they try their best to help you anyway they can without having to pay more than you need to! I STRONGLY recommend them and will only use them from now on!

Every time we have an issue I call Hays! Almost 100% of the time they can make it out same day and if not, it's the next day. All of their employees I've met so far have been professional and friendly.

Cannot give this local company enough compliments for its gold standards in customer service! They will go above and beyond for the customer. The tenant was not the most hospitable, but Randy, one of the co-owners of the company, was extremely professional in inspecting the property and getting back to me with his recommendations. We own rental properties in Surprise and have had a need for a/c repair services on multiple occasions. Heath, Misti and their team are so incredibly responsive, day and night. They truly care about their customers, are extremely knowledgeable, and 100% trustworthy. It is always awesome to find a great small company with terrific people and fabulous service. I could not recommend Arctic Fox more highly!

They found what was wrong with my A/C and fixed it. The price didn't seem outrageous or anything compared to how much time and effort was put into the repair. I would recommend and hope to see them again if I have any future A/C issues.

I know nothing about A/C's.  Searched Yelp for a good company to give my business to and I couldn't be happier with Arizona's Dukes of Air.  Robert came to my house within an hour of calling and had the problem fixed in about 45 mins.  Not only did he get my unit up and running but he went out of his way to show me some preventative maintenance tips.  I would highly recommend giving these guys a shot.

I want to give a huge Thank You to David Flores of Biltmore Mechanical Heating and Cooling. Gave him a call and within little over an hour he  was out on my roof fixing my AC. I have a newborn so cooling is crucial. I like to consider my self a jack of all trades, but I could tell instantly he knew exactly what he was doing and what needed to be done! Kyle was very friendly, professional & knowledgeable. He did a thorough inspection of our unit. He also changed the batteries on our thermostat & the air filter.

I've worked with Mr. Allen (not Alan) on two different occasions. One was during the summer when my AC stopped blowing cold air. Mr. Allen properly diagnosed that my freon was out and he refilled it right away.

The second occasion was yesterday. Water was leaking from my AC filter. Again, Mr. Allen was able to diagnose that there was clog and he was able to identify that the clog was in my bathroom sink. He vacuumed the clog out of my sink and my AC was magically working again with 0 leaks.

I'm not a 15 year old boy, but there's only one word for Mr. Allen: clutch.

Came out quick and got me up and running. Can't ask for more than that when the house is 100. The technician was kind and helpful.

Highly recommend. Fidel initially came out to quote on a new AC system but I decided to wait till around November. I hired them to do a tuneup/maintenance for now. Also paid to add on a IWave and give me custom filters. He took the time to answer all my questions, explain everything in detail even before looking at my AC unit. I appreciate all the help and informing me on everything!

Our 1.7 year water heater stopped working.  This man knew exactly what to look for, as it was the breaker.  His diagnosis procedure was fast and efficient and fixed the problem within 30 minutes.  In today's time, it's very rare to experience a phenomenal company and service, and this company was professional, affordable, on time, and did a superior job.  We **HIGHLY** recommend this company and will use then in the future going forward.  Gabriel & Greg were incredible!  Thank you SO much for restoring our hot water on a Sunday.

AC went out yesterday.  Called Sure Temp this morning at 8:30 am and Kevin was out at the house by 1pm.  Diagnosed and fixed in less than 30 minutes. Very professional and extremely reasonable.  Would highly recommend them to anyone and plan to use in the future for any maintenance needs.
