ABOUT BUSINESS OWNER

Mike has been in the electrical and plumbing business for over 25 years. He was part owner of a large home service company in Indiana before going off on his own in 2014. He served in the army for 5 years and served in Iraq twice during Desert Shield/Desert Storm before going into home service business. Mike prides himself on customer service and treating every home repair like it was his own home. He is great at finding innovative ways to make repairs depending on the customer need and is licensed in electrical and plumbing.

Excellent service. It was very easy to contact them through the Yelp app. I was able to describe the job and schedule a time slot. The initial estimate is free and there's no travel charge.

The service technician showed up right on time. I showed him what needed to be done (outdoor 120V panel removed and replaced with 240V service panel for the hot tub) and I got a firm upfront price (parts and labor) straight out of his service binder. No surprises.

Since he was already here, I showed him another minor job I had been putting off (replacing the security light high ankle my garage). Again he gave me a firm price (labor only) or if his binder. I would supply the security light myself.

So while he ran to the store to get the parts to replace the 120V panel, zi went to Lowe's to pick out and purchase the security light I wanted (motion-activated).

When I returned home 30 minutes later, he was already working on the panel outside. I gave him the security light and he was done with everything in about 20 minutes.

I would definitely use Copper Ridge again for my electrical or plumbing needs.

These guys are great. Christian was our service technician and did an awesome job. He was very polite, asked good questions, and did excellent work. We had a chandelier and ceiling fan installed and they look great and work perfectly. I definitely give them my highest recommendation.
