Sergios Lawn Services

My heart was broken last week.  I have worked with Sergio's since we built our house (sixteen plus years ago).  I've had them redo our entire underground watering and 10 ton of new rock, among so many other projects.  Very convenient.  We've had some issues discussed and resolved (except last week's request for a leak to be reviewed, but that's another story).

Last week, our four hour clean up (which is always incredible) included one thing that made me cry.

We had been nurturing ground cover vines to cascade over our pool's waterfall.  It was a long six months of work on our part.  We asked that the dead queen palm be removed from behind the waterfall, but apparently I didn't specify to NOT TOUCH the vines.

They are gone.  All gone.  They were not in the way (specifically planted that way), and were not weeds.  My neighbors have them in their front yard and look incredible.  I don't understand how it could be mistaken for anything else.

Now we have to wait until early next spring to decide if we want to start over.  Too late for this year, unless we buy four fully matured plants.

They do great work, but make sure you mark EVERYTHING with blue sticks on what you want done (which I did), and send an email stating the same (which I did), or request that you give a field trip with them around the yard before they start work.  DON'T forget anything (I did with the vines because I didn't think I would need to).

I can't give them five stars, but I can't give them one either because they are reliable, after 16 years.

Quoted me $100 for front yard weed removal.  Set the appt for the next day. He shows up hour late and changed the price to $150. Then tried to add the back yard for another $50 which didn't make sense. I asked for only the front yard, and he was quoting unusual  prices. He kept going back and forth with the price. Also tried gaslighting, saying that he said $100 was the minimum.
Lastly, he lied when  I ask for a manager. He said the owner was out of town and he is the only one who schedules. Interestingly, his name is the name of the business
In short, untrustworthy  and definitely don't recommend this business.
UPDATE: You said it was $200 for both yards. I only wanted the front done. Nut if you want to do both for $100 I can reconsider it.

We had to part ways with this company after repeated problems with their Foreman Albert. He would refuse to trim plants requested and would swear at us in Spanish as he thought I didn't know the language.
I would not recommend these people to anyone. After spending years with a city Chamber of Commerce I realize that referrals are important, and this company deserves none.

They initially serviced my yard and was supposed to come back in 2 weeks.  Wasn't until 4 weeks later his guys came by and left because lawn was over grown due to their own fault.  Supposedly they did not use chemicals after the initial lawn service.  Now he wants to charge extra for his guys mistakes and lack of showing up 4 weeks after initial lawn service.
I do not recommend using his services.

I contacted Sergio on Wednesday he had a crew out at my house next morning. They gave me a price that I agreed to. They proceeded to do an excellent job. It's hard to find good landscapers. Carlos and his crew did an excellent job!!

We have had this company for several years on monthly service and even referred three accounts to them. Today their crew was at the neighbor's yard and did not do our service. Sergio was called and he said that we were on the schedule and he would call the foreman. His foreman Albert turned his back on my husband and walked away. He stated that we were not on the schedule and was extremely rude and disrespectful even though we were to pay them today for the service today and a missing check in the mail for last month which was conveyed to Sergio.  Sergio was called again and refused to pick up the phone or call us back.  There have been numerous complaints from the neighbor for broken irrigation lines they caused and awful pruning of their front tree. We complained about bad service and are now looking for another service that is reliable and actually shows up when they are scheduled and not blow you off or call.

We hired them to move about 7 tons of rock into our back yard and spread it. They did an amazing job and were decently priced. I see a ton of negative reviews about them being late and yes they were late starting my project but I do understand that they are contractors who cannot always guarantee how long the job prior will take. They showed up, were courteous, and did exactly what we needed. I will definitely hire them again for any lawn project I have come up. Keep up the great work!

Our experience was very positive. They arrived on time. They started work immediately. And finished within 2 hours. We had them basically reshape all of our shrubs/bushes. The clean-up afterwards was impressive. They even cleaned up around our Honey Mesquite tree, blowing out all the debris that those trees drop. We hope to use their services again around October, and maybe twice a year from now on.

Sergio and his team consistently do an excellent job on our yard. We have used his services for the past 5 years with no issues. He always responds quickly to our calls. Our neighbors often compliment us on our yard. Even when we are not here during the summer we know we can always count on his team to do a great job! We highly recommend his service!

Terrible company and very unprofessional. We recently moved into a house that was not cared for by the previous renters and needless to say the yard needed some work. Basically we just needed help with getting our yard prepared to lay sod and also some weed management, possibly an opinion on how we should do the layout of our yard and where we should lay rock or perhaps a garden area. So we sent in an email asking if they could do that for us. They then replied to our email with 'we are a landscaping company, not yard designers'. What a joke, if I could give 0 starts I would. No wonder they only have 3. Use a different company, hell I'll do your yard work for you, just don't use these guys.

Don't know what to say about This dude. Had appointment scheduled with him and no call no show and blocked my cell. Don't even bother to talk to him. It will be amazing if u can comment back, I want see what's ur excuses and explanation. Haha

I contacted Sergio's Lawn services for a quote and asked them to come out to look at our property  And other services we may have. I spoke to Frank and he assured me that they will be out on Saturday between 12 and 1:00 p.m.. Saturday came and went and he stated he left are phone number in his office and could not contact us so we made another appointment for him to come out today which is Tuesday August 28th after 1:00 p.m. it is now 3:00 p.m. and he has not shown up as of yet come to find out he is still at another location and he did not contact us to tell us he will not be showing up today. I decided to let him know we do not need his services. I will not be contacting this service.  It is very hard to find a reputable lawn service company in Arizona that will keep their word.

Can anyone recommend someone that is highly reputable and honest?

I just had my front and back yards cleaned up and I couldn't be more impressed. I called Sergio on a Saturday and scheduled service for Monday morning. There was a mix up with my phone number but they made sure they got my yard done the same day service was originally arranged, albeit at a later time.

Update: I've been using SLS for years now, and they are always prompt and helpful. Thanks for being awesome guys, I'll keep on calling as long as you keep showing up and doing good work.

I have read all of the reviews for this company and found the negatives surprising. I worked with Sergio only on the phone to get the back yard of my place cleaned up. Trust me, it needed it and it needed to look as close to perfect as possible as I'm listing the home for sale. There wasn't immediate response, but it was reasonable. I mean I assume the man works and doesn't have a personal secretary. I thought the quote was reasonable and only hoped for the best. He sent his folks out on a holiday (Labor Day) to get he job done. The results were beyond my expectations and we are very pleased with the outcome. Thanks Sergio for getting this done for us.

Sergio's has been keeping up my cactus garden and two patios for more than 5 years and they are great! The work is always well done and done with care. I am not always there and I never worry. If anything extra is needed, just let the office know and they will take care of it. Really great people!!

Had Sergio come out and quote new sod (summer grass) in my back yard last year. Have trees in the back so there is some shade. He said he would put sod down that would be pet resistant and would be fine in my back yard. He would guarantee it for a year. Well it did not come back this year. So I reached out to him. He will not respond. Now I will have to sue him to try and get my money back.My back yard is all dirt now. Awful to look at.Their are many other issues when I tried to hire him for my weekly landscaping. He was contentiously trying to Rip me off.

Please save your self from a con artist. Don' bother with this guy. He will over charge you and not deliver.

Horrible service Sergio continues to lie and takes advantage of seniors.  Never comes on the day scheduled always has an excuse.  Warning everyone not to use this business.

First who is Joseph?  The person I spoke to is supposedly Sergio and identified himself as Sergio.  However, it seems that Sergio now doesn't exist and apparently I have been speaking with Joseph who has been impersonating Sergio.  I distinctly asked to speak to Sergio on each contact.  Each time he identified himself as Sergio.  It appears others have also complained about this strange and fraudulent impersonation.  
In response to Joseph's claim that Service was not paid for:  I pay bills for mother since my father passed before 2015.  So all the payments you got were because I made sure they were paid. I made that known to you from the beginning.  Since her health issues increased I made sure to alert you that she would be unable to communicate with your workers and that I would be the point of contact for everything.  You overcharged her for work that was supposed to be done on every visit.  I didn't argue and paid the overage.  You charged for a visit that no one showed up for.  I didn't argue and paid.  

I simply asked you to honor the day we agreed on for you to do the work to be done.  Instead you conveniently forget to show up on the day we agreed on and claim you showed up on another day. It is a fact that you did not show up on either day and billed for your service anyway.   By doing this you were taking advantage of a vulnerable senior.  Today (2/16) was the last straw. You are a disrespectful individual that constantly lies.  I don't trust you and you should not have a business.  Out of respect I called you before doing this review and instead of acknowledging your mistakes with a long standing prompt paying customer you hung up on me.  Obviously you never valued us as customers.  Your claim that no pay no service is wrong.  It should be you don't show up you do not get paid and your service is no longer being used because of your business practices.

I have been using Sergio's Lawn Service for about 15 years or so.  They are awesome!  They visit me twice a a month, once for the front yard and once for the back yard.  Their work is amazing.  Our yard is always so beautiful.  They take care of everything, even sprinklers.  I recently had them do some extra work while they were here that they were not expecting.  They were courteous and did the work quick and perfect as always.  I highly recommend them to anyone!

After writing my review yesterday I was contacted by the owner and they were able to get a crew out yesterday to take of the yard.  I would have made it 5 stars, as per usual the quality of the work was top notch, but the price did go up $20.  Not sure the reason for this but it is what it is.  So, it appears a 1 hour service is now $120.

Sergio's Lawn service did work at our property in Peoria on Wednesday August 29, 2018 . We were given the following  information by an employee at phone # 602-224-0516: The owner is Sergio Valles, address is 3506 E Oak St. Phoenix AZ 85008. This business is licensed,bonded and insured.
They were hired to trim branches off a tree in the front yard that were laying on the roof and trim a bush along the front sidewalk.The remainder of the job was to remove weeds and rake gravel in the front and back yard. They have done similar work there a few times prior.
This time they took it upon themselves to cut down to the ground a FanTex Ashe tree that was planted two years ago because they determined it was dead (Which it was not)the cost at that time to have that tree delivered and planted was $600.00. At no time was it discussed or permission given to trim or cut anything in the back yard other then weeds.

Several phone calls have been made to the company and the owner Sergio,is never there and apparently cannot be reached . I have only spoken to a man named Joseph. Each phone call I asked for their insurance information so we can file a claim or what they want to do to make this right. We have had no follow-up from them with an answer.

Called Sergio yesterday to help with my weed infestation in front and back yard. Sergio had his 3man crew here at 8am ready to work. They were extremely efficient and thorough. They got all the weeds pulled up, cleared dead plants, trimmed trees and hedges, and when they were done they even skimmed the pool to clean debris...all in 1 hour 15 minutes. I will definitely call them again. I wish I could have taken a before picture or perhaps I can add one at a later date but I recommend these guys.

The actual work performed exceeded expectations. But thats where it all ends.  I have called emailed and text the company and have had ZERO contact.   I finally emailed the company on yelp.  Texted and called to discontinue the service since i cant get any communication from them.  This posting is the only resource i have at this point and i would not recommend them just based off the failure of the company to respond.   All text call logs and email have been saved incase im ever told they never got anything.  Ive attempted to contact them daily now for five days and Zero response of any kind.   I will gladly update this if they ever contact me

Very solid communication, they were out on-time and replaced a sprinkler valve at a very fair price.

Contacted Sergio's and several other landscapers. Sergio's was the first to respond and even service on Saturdays. They were at my house the next day and did an amazing job on the grass, shrubs, trees, and palms. Definitely worth the money

Asked for someone to come out and look at lawn service get a reply with only minimum price, you can instantly tell when the service is going to bad with these lawn company's..

Sergio's guys were great! They were able to come out same day and did a great job. A big thank you to them.

What a rip off! Three men came to trim 3 trees.. they sat on my front lawn and ate lunch! Then overcharged me at the end of the whole thing. And they broke one of my solar lights and didn't even say anything! COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL! I will never use them again, and any intelligent person won't either. Such a disappointment

After writing this review and the comment left by Joseph I got a call from a collection agence. They are claiming that they provided services that they did not.  Stay away from this guy.

I called and spoke to Joseph who told me Maureen Watrous of AZ HOA Management sent him two emails telling him to butcher the plants around my unit (just when it is heating up and I need their shade). My unit is the only one to receive this treatment in the Hacienda Real HOA, and it looks absolutely awful! He promised to forward me those emails, but I'm still waiting. Why would anyone who calls themselves a landscaper make an effort to make any yard so unattractive? Dying trees, untrimmed trees, fruit not removed, miserable excuses for lawns, and now butchered plants. And a grill removed from a window! This is horrible.

I have had terrible luck with this lawn service recently. Please do not furnish Sergio with your credit card number; he will put the card through on PayPal, which is very hard to stop when he is processing fraudulent charges. His crew stole a valuable tree-lopping tool from me at a house I was leasing right before I moved out. Then, after I moved out, he has billed me for monthly services for two months running because, despite being informed by me on the phone, he claims that I have to terminate his services in writing.
This is the worst consumer experience I have had in years and I feel that this behavior has to be stopped. I'm certain most people don't count obtaining a new credit card and taking a trip to small claims court as among the experiences they are looking forward to when hiring a landscaper.

We agreed upon a date and time for our lawn care. Were told that they would be at our home between 8-9am. 9am comes and goes, no landscapers, no phone call. Just a no call no show. I give the benefit of the doubt, our job may not have been the first of the day and these things tend to overrun sometimes. Called them at 11:48am after the very first ring Sergio answers, apologizes, they are at another job and can be at my place between 3-4pm that day. Ok, no problem. 3-4pm rolls on by and still no Sergio still no phone call. Still wanting to be understanding I give some time and call back at 5:25pm. Once again the very first ring Sergio answers and says they are still stuck on a job. When asked why he did not bother to call and text he said he was busy. Well not too busy since he answered the phone after the first ring both times. I would rather some honesty, tell me that my time is not your priority. You did not bother to text/call me because you simply did not care. If he had just been up front and said he was tied up all day and mismanaged his time can we please reschedule I would have been fine with that. Instead here we are on Yelp.

Sergio and his crews have been wonderful to me over the years.  They are dependable, reliable, and go the extra mile.  All I have to do is send an email and they will do extra services at their next visit.  They are awesome.

So I called this morning to get some last minute lawn service done to the house.  After reading several reviews I was aware that you pay for the full hour regardless if it takes 10 minutes or 59 minutes.

I spoke with Sergio on the phone and indicated I wanted just a one hour service call and to just do what they could in that time.  The three man crew came to the house, we walked the property and I informed him several times that I just want one hour at which point they started to do the work.  They where very polite and did a great job.  The yard looks fantastic.

I am reserving the 5 star review they should get until I see the credit card charge.  When I asked for a receipt they told me they didn't have one at which time I confirmed just one hour correct?, to which he replied yes.  Once I see that I was indeed charged the correct amount, one hour, I will come back and modify the review.  If for some reason I can't change my star rating, I will amend this post either way.

As promised I am back here to change my rating.  I was billed the proper amount and cant say anything negative about the experience.  Thank you for everything.

I called Sergio's Lawn Service yesterday to schedule a yard cleanup largely based on the reviews here on yelp. Sergio called back, and we scheduled a three person team to come at 8am today.  Well, at 9:45, I called Sergio to see if they were lost or ran into trouble.  Things happen, so I am pretty understanding.  It's now 11:20, and I have not seen nor heard from anyone.  I completely wasted my morning waiting for nothing.  Now i have to try and find someone else to tackle my weeds.

I'm still using Sergio's after all these months.  They're friendly and do everything I would expect.  I still really dig that they work on a flat hourly rate so I can decide how much I want to spend per job.

The 3 person team arrived early but that was ok.  I asked the price and after a bit of communication issues was given an hourly rate.  I have a very small front & back yard.  They rang the door 35 minutes later for their money and I was told I owed for a full hour ($95).  When l talked to the owner nothing was said about a minimum charge. They would have bad a repeat client had They been honest.

I had a renter for some time who let the backyard go...  I knew it was a mess and I was waiting for other plans to start before re-doing the entire landscape of the backyard.

I called Sergio's to have JUST the FRONT yard taken care of on a twice a month schedule.  Three months later, I come home from work to find his guys in my BACK yard.  I get the bill and they apparently spent 6+ hours back there...

I didn't ask them to do the backyard.  I never had.  The agreement was the Front Yard only (for HOA reasons) like they had done for months.

Of course he billed me anyway, then sent it to collections a week later.

I fought it and spent nearly three months going back and forth with his collection company.

The bright side?   I won.

The men who came were prompt and worked quickly. However the price I was quoted was for an hour, and chemical that would treat the yard for 6 months. They charged me for a full hour even though they only worked for half that time, and after 3 weeks the weeds were coming back. I called to complain and they said I only paid for chemical that killed what it touched. I explained that I was given a price for treatment to take care of the yard for several months, and his response was, We don't treat with pre-emergent in that time of year. I don't recommend these guys at all.

Sergio's crew did a great job!! I needed them quickly after I had some tenants move out and they were able to accommodate my schedule and did a fantastic job on cleaning up our backyard and even exceeded my expectations. They then came back the next day and spread 10 tons of rock in my backyard. Highly recommend! Excellent job and very accommodating. Thanks Sergio!

I called Segio on a Thursday and he sent out three guys to clean up my boyfriends front yard. They were done in hour and a half and it looks wonderful. We will use his services again. Very reasonable! And on time/early!!

I have been a client of Sergio's for the last few years. My husband and I were snowbirds for 3 years until our recent retirement. Being absent from your property was always a worry, but our minds were always at ease knowing Sergio and his team were caring for our yard. It was a relief to know that during the monsoon season, we could count on Sergio to come by and clean up all the debris without me having to call and request it. He has always gone the extra mile and when I was having an event at my home, I have called him on short notice to do a quick clean up and he has always accommodated us each and every time. Sergio is dependable and always returns my calls prompty. His workers do a great job and are very polite. I am a very fussy client and Sergio meets my standards, lol! 5 stars all the way!

I am very disappointed in Sergio's Lawn Service. I hired for a repeated service and after a no show and then advised by my neighbor that they just stopped, looked and left. I made sure I was home the next time and advised I no longer would be using their services. I then received a bill for $150 for the no show and the stop and drive off. I called to dispute and he was somewhat rude and kept asking me for my name. I received another bill and called again with same response. I have now received the bill from a collection agency. I am going to pay as not worth a bad mark on my credit but would not recommend this lawn service.

Don't bother with this company, he was scheduled to do work for me and was a no call, no show and won't answer his phone.

BEWARE.....DO NOT GIVE SERGIO A CREDIT CARD AND GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING!!

Though their lawn work is good, this business is your typical bait and switch when it comes to billing. Give you one quote verbally, then charge your credit card a different amount.

I was taken for $300 unauthorized charges on my credit card and will be disputing.

Get everything in writing and pay CASH ONLY.....or STAY AWAY from this service

I have used Sergio's for years and have nothing but good to say. The price is fair you know what you are going to pay and they do a great job cleaning up the yard when they are done, including the weeds.

Actually these guys suck. Yes at first they were good but then suddenly they would say they would come out and then just not show up. They didn't even call! It was the most unproffesional experience I've ever encountered in any type of business. I will never use them again.

The first time I used Sergio's they did a wonderful job.  They showed up with 5 people and were done in 40 minutes ($90 an hour @ 40 minutes = $60).  I have absolutely nothing bad to say about that visit.  

The next time I called them, they no showed, no showed on the reschedule, randomly showed up another time which we were not home then showed up on time.  They showed up with 3 people and Sergio himself (even though he stated he was not there) was hiding around the corner of the house on the phone taking calls pretending to be working.  He was the third guy and did no work.  However, he did do the following:

1)  Extremely rude to my wife.  When he asked her for payment, she pointed out they did almost no work with the bushes in the backyard.  He mumbled/cussed under his breath at her and proceeded to go into the backyard and only cut the front of the bush, leaving everything else a mess.  
2)  Sergio himself was on the phone when I called and spoke to me, however he told me he was not at the property he was at the office.  They left one guy there for an hour and then Sergio and one other popped up later.  However, they charged us for the full utilization of the crew (Sergio plus the missing person and the guy who they left there).  My wife informed me of this via phone while they were onsite.  
3)  They scratched my car and blew tons of dirt and rocks on it.  They played stupid when I called and complained.
4)  I was out of town when they showed up so it makes sense why they did an awful job and decided to slack since my wife was the one home.  She was not in a position to be confrontational with a rude landscaper seeing as how she has a newborn to watch over while talking to this guy.  
5)  No refund was offered.
6)  Denial of any responsibility or fault with the engagement.
7)  Claimed they rendered all services as expected even though the pictures of my  yard and plants demonstrate otherwise.

Do yourself a favor, do not call this company.  There are plenty of honest working landscapers who do consistent work and do not screw over their customers.  Based on the volume of other negative reviews referencing dishonest work and fraud, it looks like this is their standard mode of operation.

We have now used their services twice and have been extremely pleased both times.  They arrived as scheduled and brought a crew of 3 men each time.  We use them to get rid of our weeds and to put down a weed spray when they're done.  Both times, we were given a flat rate (not hourly).  I have no idea how the pricing compares to other places, but to us, they're worth every penny.  They do in one hour what would take us weeks to do.  They get every weed, clean up very well after, and today, even trimmed some dead pieces off our palm tree complimentary.  We will definitely continue to use them.

This is a great crew! I had them come out this morning to remove some bushes and tidy up the yard. They were fast, courteous, and completed high quality work. They are also affordable. I will definitely use them in the future!

Amazing! Amazing! Amazing!  Sergio's crew came out today and went above and beyond my expectations.  They were prompt and professional.  They had quite a job ahead of them as the yard had gotten away from us due to all the rain.  They completed the front yard, backyard, and around the pool in 3 hours.  The crew even skimmed the pool and cleaned up the dog run on the side of the house.  I love that they charge by the hour instead of the job.  We are even considering hiring them biweekly to maintain the work they did.  I highly recommend this company and crew!

When I called around for a yard clean-up, most of the prices were about the same so I chose Sergio's because they could come out fast.  The 3 person team arrived early this morning and before they began I inquired as to how long it would take them and if they knew what the approx. charge would be.  There was a lot of communication issues but finally the one said $95/hour.  I just let it drop as we were getting nowhere.  35 minutes after they started they rang the bell to tell me they were finished.  I asked how much and I was told $95.  I said for 35 minutes of work??  and he shook his head yes.  It would have been nice to be told that there was a MINIMUM CHARGE.  They have lost a repeat client.  There were others that had flat fees and they were less than the $95 charge!  If you use these guys make sure that the owner comes out (as I expected him to be but was not) so that there will not be a language problem or you'll be ripped off too.

I hired Sergio's to do biweekly lawn service after having them do a sod job in my yard.  They no-showed the original date he told me that the service would start with NO communication, then showed up 6 days later while I wasn't home and performed the service -- and left a bit of a mess at that.  They still left no info and had no communication so I wasn't even certain who'd mowed my lawn until I noticed a charge on my Amex statement!  Of course, I had used a credit card for the sod job, and even though I hadn't authorized him to charge that account for the bi-weekly service he did no before even sending me an invoice for the work!  Do not hire this company!!

I wouldn't even give this company one star, but a rating is required apparently. We called to have them come out to give us an estimate for a full yard cleanup, and then to continue (if the price was right) bi-weekly for maintenance. Made an appointment for 1pm, waited for an additional 15 minutes before WE called back to see if they were lost or something. They say they will be a little bit late, closer to 3pm. Sorry, but that is not a little bit later, that is 2 full hours later, and the only reason we found this out is because WE called them. They should have let us know if they couldn't make it at 1pm.
Even after this, we decided to go ahead and wait until 3pm. Wouldn't you know it, 3pm comes and goes and no phone call. We ended up staying until 6:30 pm with no phone call from Sergio's Lawn Service letting us know anything about their whereabouts. Horrible company and even worse customer service. They lost out on a big job - this was for one of our rental properties and we had 3 other houses we were going to give them as well. Big $ lost out for them. Look elsewhere for good customer service....what a waste of time....

Stay away from Sergio's Lawn Service!!!!   They were ok at first then they charged my credit card several hundred $$  without invoicing me to simply rake my yard and said they were there for several hours.  I could've done it myself in less than 30 minutes so not sure what they were doing for over 3 hours at my house.  Wouldn't issue a refund and was a total jerk to deal with.  Stay away from these guys they run a real shady business and not even sure how they are still in business....

Sergio's Lawn Service is a terrible company who charged for services they did not perform at an address we did not live at.  I would only recommend this company if you want your bank account charged for services you didn't even authorize.

We used this service last year because it was inexpensive and they seemed organized. We only ended up using them one time because they did such a horrible job pruning bushes. They even chopped down one bush completely because they thought it was a weed.  My husband, who is not a confrontational person, paid them in cash and thanked them. We found another service to use. Some months later, we started receiving invoices from this company claiming we hadn't paid them. My husband called and reminded them he had paid cash. They did not give him a receipt. They then sent our invoice to a debt collector. We are now dealing with that issue and trying not to pay twice for terrible service. I strongly recommend you do not use this service. It is poor quality and the people lack ethics.
