B & D Gravel

Called yesterday and ordered 20 tons.  Delivered this morning with a courtesy call 30 minutes before arriving.  Best price in town and great service.  If you need rock then look no further.

They had the best prices in town by far, beating other rock places by up to 10 dollars a ton less.  Diane went above and beyond to help with my order and to work with the quarry when the ran out.  Good service and the delivery guy was awesome backing the truck into a tight space where I wanted the rock dumped.  Customer for life!

Needed a load of gravel for my front yard and called B and D. On the phone Diane was great. She knew her stuff and had a quote to me right away. The load was delivered right on time by a courteous driver who put it right where I asked. If I need gravel again I'll be going with B and D.

After checking with other gravel companies for my landscape project I decided to go B & D Gravel, primarily based on the positive Yelp reviews.  I completed their online estimate form during the evening hours and I received a complete estimate to include taxes from Diane.

I called the company the following morning and spoke with Diane who was very pleasant.  She was very helpful and provided me with all the information I needed to make an informed decision on the type of gravel I needed for my project.

Delivery was also great!  I can't say enough about this company.  Great communication, customer service, and prices.

Because of the reviews, I decided to give them a shot to lay a top heavy layer of new rock in the front and back yard. Excellent experience from start to finish!  I did comparison pricing and B & D was the best!  Thanks to Diane for easy and efficient ordering.  Delivery was on time by a courteous (masked) driver who put the gravel right in the yard instead of the street - which made it much easier to spread.  Two thumbs up for B & D Gravel!

Rocks delivered straight from their mining sites. Great product and prices, excellent customer support, professional and expert consultations.  In addition, the owners recommended Eugene to remove the rock in our backyard and replace with more dog friendly rock. His services were top notch and well priced. We recommend Eugene and B & D Gravel 100%.

We recently contacted B & D Gravel for a rock project at our home. We had never ordered rock before, and Diane in the office walked us through the entire process from start to finish. She referred us to Eugene, who has worked with B&D for years. He came out and estimated the amount of rock we needed. Diane then gave us multiple options for pricing, and coordinated with Eugene for delivery and installation. She even held an extra truck for us on standby in case we needed more rock to be sure our project could be finished without delay.  The customer service was extraordinary. No wonder they have a solid 5 star rating!

Responsive, quick, friendly & great price!  Highly recommend them. Oh, and on time too :)

I have no idea how these people stay in business-they don't do things the 21st century way. They're pleasant to deal with. They do what they say they're going to do, and when they say it will be done. They also go out of their way to please the customer. Very suspicious, nobody does that anymore.

I looked at 7-8 other companies for some Madison Gold gravel and B&D Gravel came in 25%-40% cheaper than all the rest for the same stuff, from the same place.

Diane was awesome and it seems she runs the business out of her house and actually picks up the gravel from the quarry the day of the delivery so there isn't any major overhead which I'm sure brings the cost down compared to others. She was super friendly and helpful, she tried to talk me out of nearly twice the size of an order because she felt I could get by with less gravel than I initially asked for. I ended up still going with the larger order but she helped me pick a different grade of gravel which saved a bunch of money.

Day of the delivery: No problems at all, everything went very smoothly and showed up within the 1 hour window I was given. They even called when they were about 30 minutes away.

While they don't do the gravel spreading like some other companies do, Diane recommended John (didn't get a last name) who charges by the hour rather than by the ton like most which brought the labor in at 1/4 of what everyone else wanted. John spread all 25 tons of gravel, by himself, with a bobcat and a rake crazy quickly and did a good job with it as well.

Absolutely no complaints. I was fixing up the landscaping to sell the house and if the next house needs new gravel, no questions asked, I will give Diane a call again.

I have been very satisfied all 3 times that I have used B & D Gravel!  Great customer service & quick delivery!  Diane is awesome and the driver has been spot on getting it an the tarps we had laid out when he dumps the truck as well!  I would not hesitate to recommend or to use them again!

They were helpful and professional throughout the process. Diane in the office took care of everything including scheduling someone to spread the rock (John, very reasonable and great work). When we decided to get more rock at the last minute they accommodated us. Very happy!

Really excellent customer service!  After a full home remodel and working with a long list of contractors, subs, and construction service providers, the experience with B7D Gravel stood out far above the rest.  B&D Gravel assisted with gravel delivery for our driveway and landscaping.  They also coordinated drivers, labor to spread, pack and stabilize the exterior surfaces of our landscaping.  Diane was helpful, courteous, responsive, communicative, knowledgeable, and extraordinary to work with.  All parties involved in the process exceeded my expectations!.  Great job B&D Gravel!
