I was pleased with the service that Pat gave me. He was scheduled to come after 12 noon, but called me at 10 and said he could come earlier. I'm glad he did. I've owned my home for 20 years and have dealt with other plumbers. In talking with Pat, he seems experienced and very knowledgeable in comparison to other plumbers that I've used.. He was able to work around my antiquated plumbing set up  and unclog my tub drain. Pat also gave me an estimate on a few other plumbing issues I want to tackle this year. I'm willing to do business with Drain-EEZ again. The only issue I have with Drain-EEZ is that they are a little more expensive than 2 other plumbers I called.

They came out the same day I called and installed a new water heater right away for a reasonable price after our 10 year old water heater died on us. Excellent, timely service--kept us from having to take more cold showers . . .

Logan is always quick, friendly, and explains everything that's going on with my plumbing. Great to work with, and I'll definitely be calling him/Rescue again, and recommending to family and friends.

Responded immediately to my request for quote. Had someone (Sam) available within 30minutes to check out leaky shower. Was afraid problem was with pipes in the walls. It wasn't, he had it assessed, part replaced and problem fixed in an hour tops!  Super friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Not only did Sam fix my primary problem quick and easy, he also identified an issue with our toilet that he told us how to fix ourselves, and he gave me referral for tile if needed but also told me how to fix ourselves as well. Then he also gave me a quote and recommendation on another job. I'll definitely use these guys again!!  Price wasn't the cheapest but I've learned cheap isn't smartest. In the long run, you get what you pay for. I got my $$ worth and I didn't feel like they were outrageously priced at all. Very reasonable price for Chicago.

To end on a positive, Jose from Windy City texted me that he was sorry for the late proposal, as well as posted on Yelp.  I did appreciate his reaching out to apologize. Thank you!  Everyone deserves a second chance, but for the huge cost savings alone, I would pass on your company now that I found a highly-rated, quick response plumbing service who does good work for much less. I'm sorry.

Highly recommend Eugene and his crew! He was able to provide a rough estimate from photos due to covid. Great communication throughout the project. They replaced old plumbing and installed a new bathtub and then the final trim in for the shower/bath parts. Friendly and kept our place clean.

Danny is a true asset to this company. He was at our place for a good 3 hours cleaning our sewer line. He started with the most cost-efficient alternative of power rodding, which is also more conservative for older pipes.  This was sufficient in order to be able to scope the line and inspect for possible issues. He showed me on the spot that the line itself was unbroken, luckily! Because of this experience with MHJSS,  I am in the process of hiring them for another project, and will use them to inspect my next residence, hopefully soon. Thank you Mike and Danny!

EDIT: I originally gave gave 3 stars but they did reach out to me and refund me a portion of the bill. I feel they should still do a better job of providing an estimate of the price before coming to the job.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: The charge $400 to fix a wax ring on a toilet. It only took them 10 minutes to fix it and they did respond within an hour of me calling but that is way too expensive for the job.

Darrell is the best.  I had an issue with a circuit breaker not reseting...for half of my condo...whilst trying to work from home.  He came within a half hour, was diligent in figuring out what it was (shotty work from a previous contractor whom I will never use again), and fixed it within an hour.  He was professional and very reasonably priced.  I would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality electrician, and will be asking my contractor to utilize him for an upcoming remodel.

Chris came exactly on time to fix a clogged drain in our bathroom sink. He did the job quickly and charged a very fair price for his work. I would highly recommend ABV and definitely will use them again.

I had a really bad kitchen sink clog that I tried snaking it myself with no luck.  Was referred to Mike, called and left a message, and had a return call within 30 minutes.  Mike juggled his schedule to come by same day and had my problem fixed in short order.  Highly recommend calling Mike when you have a need.

When it rains it pours. Juan and team did a great job on our original issue and then a totally separate issue came about the next day. The issue was messy and did not smell good. Juan and team showed up the very next morning and replaced a pump that had gone bad. Their work is thorough and Juan explains the problem so it's easy to understand. Thanks for the quick response, Juan!

I contacted Noel and left a VM stating my needs. He contacted me later that day and asked I text him photos as I was having him replace a kitchen sink faucet. He texted back the 2 hour window he could come and his estimate. He texted when he was 20 minutes away, showed up on time, completed the job even after he ran into some curves, all for the price he quoted.
Noel is a great communicator and excellent plumber. I will use him from now on.
