Pat came out on time and fixed the issue with my toilet (constantly refilling and driving me insane!!) promptly and for a fair price. He took the time to explain the issue and make sure I understood the work that was needed and how he fixed it. Marlon from Rocket just left and he's as good as it gets.  So good I felt compelled to write a review immediately.  He called when en route, was on time, and provided great service.  I had to have my sewage ejector pump replaced which is a crappy job (pun intended).  He diagnosed the issue quickly and quoted me a price on a new pump and labor.  Charged per job, not per hour.  He had to run to his supplier to grab a new pump and no time was wasted.  He was back quickly and had the new pump installed in no time.  He also explained everything while he was doing it, which as a homeowner I appreciated.

As someone who doesn't have much experience with plumbers, you always hear horror stories about how much they charge or charge for items/services you don't need.  With Marlon and Rocket, I DID NOT feel that way AT ALL!  They are a very trust-worthy company.  Just like with mechanics, once you find a trust-worthy one, you never need to look for another one again.  Now that I've found a trust-worthy plumber, I'll never need to call another company but Rocket again.

Great, fast service from Mike the Plumber. He came on short notice to remove then reinstall my kitchen sink plumbing after I had some new counter tops installed. He even fixed my bathroom toilet (slow to fill up) and unclogged my bathroom sink.  The price was very reasonable and he performed everything very quickly. If I ever have any plumbing issues I will be sure to call Mike.

He responded quickly came out the next day knew actually what the problem was. Also he was mask ready and I have no shoe policy in my home and I didn't have to tell him anything he came with the footies on. Definitely recommend him!

I am so excited to finally have a plumber I trust in Chicago. I was having drainage issues in a bathroom: toilet flushed fine, but the other pipes in the bathroom were gurgling every time I flushed. And there was an awful sewer smell coming in. After researching on my own, it appeared there could be a major issue with the plumbing vents. I called a few places who were going to charge 300+ to come out and look at it. After calling Noel, he immediately asked: how often do you use the shower in there? I said never. He said the u pipe under the shower drain likely dried out which was why the water swishing sound was happening in the drain. He had me run the shower for 30 seconds. It was a miracle - that simple suggestion fixed it! No more smell, no more gurgling. He also took time over the phone to explain the plumbing setup to me (I like learning these things). I am happy i finally gotta guy for my future plumbing issues in Chicago as Noel was a good samaritan today and fixed a problem over the phone others were going to charge out the ass for. Thanks Noel!
