My husband found Mr Burris after a quick google search of African American plumbers. We called about 1pm that afternoon by 4pm Mr Burris was at our home. We have had a slow draining/clogged kitchen sink for over a month that my husband just could not get cleared. We called 2 other well known plumbing companies, they wanted to cut open our wall to clear the clog with a VERY expensive price tag.
Mr Burris was able to unclog the sink quickly and was able to tell my husband how to prevent this from happening again.
Timely service at a great price  from a man who is obviously very well skilled at what he does. Thank you Mr Burris we appreciate you.

Jake couldn't have been more kind and professional. He was at my house first thing on a Sunday morning. He identified the problems and was patient with us. He discovered our problems were a more severe than we all thought. He referred us to another company to handle our major repairs and even called to check in later on our progress. Although Jake wasn't able to to fix everything I couldn't be more impressed and I would use him again without question.

Martin is an excellent handyman and a reminder of why it's best to leave it to the professionals.

I had several pending home projects, and he completed them quickly and accurately. He even offered suggestions on where certain items should be placed.

I highly recommend this company for any home projects.

The bots and text messages are a coverup for a lack of communication and customer service.

We made an appointment with Fixer during a weekday, for which my wife stayed home from work. 15 minutes after the time they were scheduled to arrive, we received a text saying that they wouldn't be able to keep the appointment, asking us to reschedule and offering a $50 discount. My wife makes well over $50 a day!! This bad news was sent via text and after I responded and prompted a reply, we heard no more from them.

The $50 discount would've been easily absorbed by the Fixer's exorbitant fees. I'm leery of a home repair company that can't even honor their own appointment schedule. I understand that things happen, but at least take full responsibility and go above and beyond to remedy your mistake.

I was happy with their no nonsense straight forward approach that fixed my leak. Their charge for the work was more than reasonable. Would recommend. Thank you.

Would strongly avoid these guys and the associated headache.

They failed to fix the problem, only half-heartedly tried. They were slow to return when the issue immediately reappeared (despite it being obvious they didn't fix in the first place--they assured it had worked). They also didn't perform all the services charged for (scoping). And no itemized receipt for the services, conveniently. Required deposit, conveniently.

Had to get another company to fix their mess after a hefty bill. The other company did it faster, better, and cheaper.

Now they're ghosting on money they promised to return as a partial refund (itself frustrating since  other company was paid do what they failed to do). Not answering calls.

To call unprofessional is charitable.

Have used United for years now. They always come through and are consistently reliable. I'd be hard pressed to go with another plumber. Very highly recommend!!!

I highly recommend this company. The plumber came the next day over the weekend and charged a fair price and truly did an excellent and clean job of my faucet installation. Were helpful all around with helping me order what I needed and getting the parts. A nice bonus is that the guy on the phone and the guy who came was really nice too and I trusted them. Seriously, I'm really happy.

Great company - so glad I called them. Scheduling was easy and they asked for pictures before they came (which is great because they come prepared). Showed up right on time. Fixed a few plumbing issues, including replacing water shutoff valves that were leaking. Explained what they were doing and were very fair in pricing. Highly recommended.

We called yesterday because our laundry ejector pump was not working properly.  Fortunately, there wasn't an emergency but Keeley's was still able to fit us into the schedule the next day.  Sam arrived on time, promptly diagnosed the problem, and replaced the pump.  The pricing was as stated on theirwebsite, and Sam's service was 5-star.  Our home is a bit outside their service area, so we truly appreciated them coming out out way.  We will continue to recommend Keeley's to family and friends.

We called Body plumbing to repair one of our leaking backflow valves. He gave us good price on the repair and he even came twice to work on it after the first attempt did not come out right at no extra charge. His pricing however on testing was good but we found better so we will use another company for yearly testing. We will definitively call him again to get pricing in the future though.

Needed to find a new Backflow inspection company for our home - as our previous vendor chose to shoot up prices beyond our budget.
I was very pleased to have discovered Chicago Backflow.
People I dealt with like Nick, Tiffany, Jessica - and our technician Alan are all superb.  I get the sense this company must be managed very well, because everyone has a very nice attitude and exudes warmth.
Alan showed up right on time at 7am (even with snow falling) and was efficient and had a very kind demeanor.
Price was appropriate.
I'll look forward to working with Chicago Backflow again on my annual inspection next year.  Thanks again, Mark S.

I have lived in my 100 year old house for 30 years and have had many plumbers.  The Plumbing Dr. (Jon) is by far the best. He diagnosed the problem of low water pressure and quickly and cleanly installed a pump. Our water pressure is now amazing, and we can run washer, take showers, run our sprinkler, etc. all at the same time with no dip in pressure.

Jon was willing to come again, with same day service for a small leak.
He is the only plumber I will ever use again and I highly recommend him.

North Coast has always been responsive, reasonably priced, and helpful.  I've been using them for five years and have always been happy with their work.

These guys did a great job replacing a sump pump at my house!  Showed up quickly and did the job fast and it looks great!

I have an old two flat in Edgewater and the hot water faucet in the bathroom was extremely slow.  Jay showed up on time, super friendly and professional, and was the most well groomed plumber I have ever seen .  Oh BTW, the hot water is now flowing better than ever and he was very reasonable to boot.  

I would highly recommend Pressure Pro.  We need to support honest, hard working people like Jay.

This company is the real deal.

Last week with the below zero temperatures one of the pipes on an outside wall froze and was needing to be fixed asap. They sent two guys out, quoted me, and fixed my pipe all in a day. I'll definitely be using them again.
