We've had Fixer five times now and have been super impressed with their reliability, skill level and communication. We also like that Fixer offers its staff decent benefits and guaranteed hours, so it's not a situation where a corporation is squeezing gig workers for every dollar they make. I just want to give another shout out to Konstantin and his team. We have had more plumbing issues than expected in our home since we bought it 1 1/2 years ago and he is now on speed dial for us. He always responds immediately and makes himself available as soon as possible. I truly cannot recommend his company enough. Incredibly professional and worth every penny.

Charge me $380 Ron out the basement it only last for four months and I had the same problem came back out here I wanted to charge me another $250 do the same thing again  do not guarantee they work

Bathroom sink has been clogged for a while, finally decided to call around to see how much it would be to fix. Instead of charging me a ton for a simple fix, he walked me through it over the phone and I was able to fix the problem myself. Will for sure call for any other plumbing needs.

We had a clogged tub and bathroom sink. Calling Thompson Plumbing was the best decision we made. They were on time and cleaned out our drains for us.
We will use Thompson Plumbing again for any plumbing needs in our home.

I have used tim on two occasions.  Tim installed a new sink, vanity and faucet after a small flood.  He also replaced the water heater and ran a new exterior hose bib for us.   Both projects were completed on time and for significantly less than the other companies we considered.  He was very knowledgeable and we would recommend him to anyone.

We called Body plumbing to repair one of our leaking backflow valves. He gave us good price on the repair and he even came twice to work on it after the first attempt did not come out right at no extra charge. His pricing however on testing was good but we found better so we will use another company for yearly testing. We will definitively call him again to get pricing in the future though.

Needed to find a new Backflow inspection company for our home - as our previous vendor chose to shoot up prices beyond our budget.
I was very pleased to have discovered Chicago Backflow.
People I dealt with like Nick, Tiffany, Jessica - and our technician Alan are all superb.  I get the sense this company must be managed very well, because everyone has a very nice attitude and exudes warmth.
Alan showed up right on time at 7am (even with snow falling) and was efficient and had a very kind demeanor.
Price was appropriate.

I was in need of a plumber to disconnect and reconnect a hot water heater and searched for one here, Yelp recommended more plumbers and gave me the option to message them as well, and this company was one of the ones to pop up. The guy Jon S, messaged me back, simply Address?
No thanks for contacting us etc didnt ask for more info about the nature of issue, but I obliged and NEVER got a reply back.

the company who WANTED my business did an amazing job, were professional and courteous and were paid promptly and I gave 3 referrals, 2 of which have been scheduled.

I called over 10 different plumbers and sewer companies and the average estimate for a Flood Control (Check Valve) was $8,000+. We are house poor because we just bought our home and had sewer backup issues within 2 months (We live in Dunning).

I found North coast on Yelp and gave them a call, I explained to Eric my dilemma and budget constraints and he offered to come by and try to help.

Eric came by and agreed that I needed a check valve and asked what I could afford. After some discussion we were able to agree on a price that I could afford without comprising the system. I was so relieved and within 8 days the team from North Coast was at our house digging out the front yard.

They used a brass 6 check valve, precast cement basin and a Zoeller pump. The best of the best as far as parts go, so I knew they did not cut corners to make my budget.

The team was super professional and got the job done in one day as promised. They also left the yard just as clean as it was before they got here.

They also let me stand and watch them the entire time, I am kind of a nerd when it comes to my new home and like to be familiar with every aspect of it.

I could not say enough good things about North Coast and their team. My wife and I can now sleep at night without worrying about the next rain storm.

Very fair and quick to respond.  I will (and have) recommend them to any and all.  They also saved my next door neighbor many thousands of dollars repairing an issue they were having vs. what another plumber wanted to do.

Amazing service! We've had annoyingly slow hot water in our shower for the last three years. Then we learned about Pressure Pro and gave them a call. In 20 minutes our hot water was transformed from a trickle to abundance. The difference is simply amazing. Our only regret is that we didn't find out about PP years ago. Scheduled the guys to come by to check out what I thought was a water hammer / non-functional faucet. They would do a free estimate and we scheduled it for the next day. They came by, checked it out. Turns out the angle stop had gotten closed. I felt like a moron (rightfully so), and they didn't charge me for the visit.
