My husband found Mr Burris after a quick google search of African American plumbers. We called about 1pm that afternoon by 4pm Mr Burris was at our home. We have had a slow draining/clogged kitchen sink for over a month that my husband just could not get cleared. We called 2 other well known plumbing companies, they wanted to cut open our wall to clear the clog with a VERY expensive price tag.
Mr Burris was able to unclog the sink quickly and was able to tell my husband how to prevent this from happening again.
Timely service at a great price  from a man who is obviously very well skilled at what he does. Thank you Mr Burris we appreciate you.

Jake came out on a Saturday Labor Day weekend to help with standing in my basement. He was so friendly and professional explained everything and it turned out to be just a jammed float in our ejector. He refused to even charge the full service fee and just took a small amount of money! Blown away! Highly recommend and will definitely be calling them when we need to do the next project! Martin is exceptional! This is our first home, and with young kids he has helped us with everything from basic maintenance, fixing dings and damage, to larger projects like tiling and renovations. He gives excellent options that are cost effective, safe, and beautiful. He has a wide range of expertise and he always wears his mask and takes safety precautions very seriously.

The repairs were done quickly and professionally. This was much easier and quicker than I thought. Prices are great and they are very transparent about costs. Definitely recommend!
PS: I was able to book them and communicate with them online and with texts which is another big plus for me that I didn't have to make any phone calls.

Emergency plumbing installed our toilets in three of our bathrooms. They even pointed out things to us we hadn't noticed about a pipe that had been leaking which was so helpful! We were so pleased with this experience that we asked them to come back to cap pipes in our basement. Very reasonable price and great on timing.  Very friendly!

These guys came out in the middle of the night and saved our basement.
Not only did they have a vacuum truck on the scene to pump out our backed up catch basin, they used hydrojetting to break through a clog that a rod wouldn't budge.

After visits and consultations from other plumbing companies, we were left with fatigue of costly choices to make, I'm so glad that we found these guys - they did the job right from start to finish!

I highly recommend this company. The plumber came the next day over the weekend and charged a fair price and truly did an excellent and clean job of my faucet installation. Were helpful all around with helping me order what I needed and getting the parts. A nice bonus is that the guy on the phone and the guy who came was really nice too and I trusted them. Thompson Plumbing was terrific! Wayne showed up on time and was quick, and thorough. Kathy in the office was terrific with customer service. The whole experience was effortless and their fees were quite reasonable. We will recommend them again and again.

I have used tim on two occasions.  Tim installed a new sink, vanity and faucet after a small flood.  He also replaced the water heater and ran a new exterior hose bib for us.   Both projects were completed on time and for significantly less than the other companies we considered.  He was very knowledgeable and we would recommend him to anyone.

Body Plumbing did  our City of Chicago Backflow Device testing for our house (we have a home sprinkler system).  He came in about half the price of a few other places we called.  He was on time, very nice and professional and did all the paperwork.  Highly recommended, great experience.

People I dealt with like Nick, Tiffany, Jessica - and our technician Alan are all superb.  I get the sense this company must be managed very well, because everyone has a very nice attitude and exudes warmth.
Alan showed up right on time at 7am (even with snow falling) and was efficient and had a very kind demeanor.
Price was appropriate.

Great experience!  I have never had to call a plumber before....Apparently you don't put cabbage in a garbage disposal.  And Draino...Not all it's cracked up to be(in fact it's just bleach).

 I called around 8 a.m. he said he would be there between 10-12.  I thought oh great I will see him around 2-3...Not the case, he was there at 11:30!  Then went right to work on the pipes, out in less then 30 minutes and at an excellent price.

He was very informative, and knew his stuff and very quick to answer any questions we had.  Told us things to look out for, and that if it get's backed up again, to call.  He will guarantee his work

They came in the middle of the night to help with a backed up patio drain that was flooding water into our family room which was great, they did not fix anything which was not so great. It was the middle of the night and the young man, Dylan, was tired and it had stopped raining so we let him go home and he assured us that someone would come back the next day to further investigate and hopefully fix the problem. No one ever came back. When I called the company to ask for someone to come back and complete the job they said they didn't think they could fix it and if they did come back they would charge me again. I said no thanks.

I've used All Suburban for my sump pump, ejector pump and just recently they repaired a broken sewer line.  All 3 have been emergency situations and they've been extremely responsive, friendly and professional.  

They're my go to for plumbing and highly recommend.

We had a 3rd floor condo bathroom, where the hot water pressure was barely a trickle.  Showering, was incredibly refreshing, but with the really cold weather, it became impossible.

The issue was not a building-wide issue (the hot water risers had been replaced a few years ago), so this was something within our unit.  We called plumber #1 who said they'd have to rip out the tile, break into the wall, replace all of the pipes at a cost of about $2,500-$3,500. Yikes! $150.00 for the visit.

The building's management company gave us the name of plumber #2 who said nonsense!  'Dis is a Chicago Faucet... we do 'dis kid of 'ting all da time... no problem!  They came out, pulled the faucet, pulled the handles and valves... and in the long run ($350.00 later) they couldn't fix it.

Each of these visits from plumbers #1 and #2 we had to have the water turned off in the tier... (no small feat).

The building maintenance guy told us to give Pressure Pros a call.  Jay came out quickly... we didn't have to have the water turned off.  He was on time, he was a nice guy... he lugged this unusual home-grown device, on two wheels, up three flights of stairs... plugged it into the shower nozzle, spent 20 minutes pushing pressure back and forth, back and forth... while we sat and talked.

When he pulled the device back off the nozzle, miraculously... without turning off the water to the tier... without damaging the bathroom tile, and without needing to use our Home-Equity-Line-of-Credit... we had more hot water pressure than we'd ever had.  And all for less than $100.00.  He didn't accept credit cards... but he said he'd mail me a bill.

I can't say enough nice things about Jay and Pressure Pros.  They saved us thousands, they were professional, nice, neat and showed up on time.  What more can you ask!?

I called J Blanton plumbing after a recommendation from a neighbor after my water heater seemed to not be working properly. Everyone knows what a headache that can be! They came out the next day and the crew was great. Chris was professional and a diligent worker. He kept me informed throughout the entire process. After everything was said and done, expenses were a little more than I had planned for but you can't beat quality work and a caring company. I would absolutely recommend them to a friend.
