I had a great experience with this company.  Mr. Burris was timely in that he came to my home the same day I called to request plumbing services.  He was prepared with the appropriate parts and knew exactly what to do once he got to my home based on the description of the issues I gave him over the phone.
He was an overall delight to talk to and I will definitely call him again for any plumbing or heating issues.

We've been renovating a condo for the past few months and used Martin the past two nights to finish up a few final things. There have been more than 20 workers through our doors and he was my favorite. Wish I had found him before we were finishing up our renovation. He's very honest, hard working, knowledgeable and friendly. He also has evening slots which is nice for people who work during the day.

They are fantastic!  It's always easy to book them.  They're always on time and fix the problem quickly.  They do a great job.  I really recommend them.

We had a horrid sulfuric smell emanating from our basement and making the entire house smell like an exploded port-o-potty. A problem with our sewer drains and grease traps were the culprits. This was a reoccurring problem in the house, but this was the most severe case. Frustratingly enough, we'd recently had another company come out just a few weeks before to (expensively) address the issue permanently. Clearly, it didn't work. When ACE responded to my call, Rich had a thorough conversation to help understand the problem and history. When ACE came, they were friendly and on time. After the assessment, Rich explained the previous company addressed only one of the FIVE drains in our basements. The last company didn't even note/check the other drains. Rich could not have been more patient walking me through our problem, the sources, his remediation plans and recommendations for future maintenance. Pricing was clear and competitive before the team started any work. It has been months and I'm so glad ACE's fix was truly a permanent solution!
Lastly, I had another plumbing issue (much simpler), and Rich was so kind to give me a diy solution that worked like a charm--his rationale: I don't want charge you for something that could possibly be an easy fix. He even offered to be on the phone and walk me through the solution if I needed help. These guys will be my go-to moving forward.

Have used United for years now. They always come through and are consistently reliable. I'd be hard pressed to go with another plumber. Very highly recommend!!!

On Saturday May 31 we came home to a leak in our bathroom ceiling.  My upstairs neighbor was not home, but we had access to his unit.  I went up Sunday morning and couldn't see signs of a problem.  Sunday morning we called the helpful plumber to come assess the situation.   Based on my past experience I was expecting to need to cut the ceiling open, assuming it was an issue with the plumbing in between floor.  

When the plumber arrived (on Sunday at the time they told us) he investigate several possibility causes of the leak without making any holes.   On a hunch(there was no visible water) we pulled out the fridge and found the source of the problem.  He quickly made the repair and took care of a couple other minor maintenance issue we discovered along the way.  We were thrilled to not have to cut the ceiling and need drywall repairs.

These guys are nice, courteous, on time, and found/fixed the problem.  I will call them again should I have another plumbing issue.

Wow! These guys solved a problem for me that seven other plumbers missed! Not sure what the bill will be, but I know it will be half what the other estimates were. My dishwasher wasn't filling - they were the only guys to pull it out and check the connection behind the wall. I asked him why he was the only guy that did that - he said because it's the hardest thing to check. Problem solved and I'm one happy customer! Great work!

Had a great experience! I called Keeley's to come out and inspect the two pumps in our basement (ejector and sump pump). Joe and Tyler who did the consultation were very friendly, thorough and efficient, and clearly walked me through their recommendations. The next day I had a couple additional questions, particularly about the radon cover on our sump pump, and called their main line and spoke to Tim, who despite his busy day, took the time to chat and explain a few things in great detail. The next week Joe arrived to complete the work we'd agreed on. He efficiently and expertly installed new pumps, a new check valve (now quiet!), a battery backup, and even re-organized the discharge pipes into a cleaner simpler route. Definitely an improvement! He took great care in the house to wear boot covers, a mask, and left the basement clean as a whistle. He also answered all my many questions and curiosities very thoughtfully, which I appreciated, as I enjoy learning new things :) Would definitely work with Keeley's again and have already recommended them to a friend.

We called Body plumbing to repair one of our leaking backflow valves. He gave us good price on the repair and he even came twice to work on it after the first attempt did not come out right at no extra charge. His pricing however on testing was good but we found better so we will use another company for yearly testing. We will definitively call him again to get pricing in the future though.

Needed to find a new Backflow inspection company for our home - as our previous vendor chose to shoot up prices beyond our budget.
I was very pleased to have discovered Chicago Backflow.
People I dealt with like Nick, Tiffany, Jessica - and our technician Alan are all superb.  I get the sense this company must be managed very well, because everyone has a very nice attitude and exudes warmth.
Alan showed up right on time at 7am (even with snow falling) and was efficient and had a very kind demeanor.
Price was appropriate.

Jon is the most professional and personable utilities guy that has ever come over to fix something in my condo (which had everything poorly installed when it was re-habbed).  The only reason it's a 4-star review instead of 5 is that he rescheduled me a few times the first time I called him in order to take care of some emergent and larger jobs but you can hardly blame him for that since I will be grateful for that kind of treatment when I have an emergency, too.

I will call him every time.

My father-in-law's house was backing up water while he was away on vacation. I found the North Coast Sewer and Drainage flier with my father-in-law's previous plumbing bills. I decided to give North Coast a try.

I have used Pressure Pro since 2006 and he has does a great job every time. Unfortunately our older building has pipes that sediment builds up and anytime I lose the pressure I call Pressure Pro. They are always good at working with me on a time to perform the job and they are always on time. If they had more stars I would give them more!

Fantastic professional same day service.  One of the tenants in our condo building experienced some sewage backup in the downstairs bathroom/washer dryer area, and needed the issue fixed immediately.  Upon assessing and beginning repair work on his bathroom, they discovered a bigger problem, the ejector pump in the boiler room needed to be replaced.  It was a hefty job, a  messy job and required a lot of cleanup.  The technicians were able to replace the pump, cleanup the blockage, and fix everything the same day, at a reasonable price.  I was very grateful for this, especially since it was a very cold snowy winter day.  Highly recommended!
