I never received a call from your business. You failed to show for this appointment. When I contacted your business directly no follow-up was done to complete the work. My number is a Cell number and I'm always available due to the nature of my job. Like I stated I waited all day with no call from this business. I had to find another plumber that did the work after hours.

I had an outstanding experience with Jerry's Pump Service today when they installed my new sump pump. They were the very best that they could be about everything. Punctual, friendly, experts at what they do. You name it. I'll definitely be using them again when I need any plumbing done, and I highly recommend them to one and all.

Martin went above and beyond for a minor repair, he not only answered my call and gave me a same-day appointment (without upcharging like some do), he also arrived, looked at my bathroom hose, realized it needed replacement and not fixing, and that the company that provided my bathroom sink/hose also provides a lifetime warranty. He even offered to place the service call for me. But then he realized it might take a week to get it replaced by the company, and given it is the only bathroom I have, he said he will see if there are alternatives. 10 min later he calls me and tells me he went out to BestBuy he found the needed part and asks if it's ok to come back and replace. Now tell me if you ever had a handyman who also cares, well now you do. Thanks Martin!

Quick: I needed to replace my overhead microwave unit in my apartment. I reached out to 8-10 different handyman services, fixer was the first to respond. They also were the first to give a quote that was responsible and didn't look the haggle.

Communicative: when fixer reaches out, they have a texting service that they communicate through and have you save in your phone. The texting service Walk's through payment, scheduling, and any changes or updates. After scheduling me a few days later a new appointment time opened up and the texting service alerted me and I made the appointment for the new time.

Professional: fixer had two people come. As soon as they checked in, I received an email/text that said the people had checked in and their estimate for job length. They best their estimated time by 30 minutes which saved me substantial dollars from the initial estimate.

Pro tip: use the Yelp handyman feature for looking for a handy man.

Wow. Wow! Wow!!!!!!

I moved into a new house and recently finished our basement. The old owners had an Old Watch Dog system in which the cables were in terrible condition and every now and then the battery would beep randomly.

I was getting tired of it so it was time to buy a new battery backup. After days of research I was sold on the Wayne WSS30VN. Bought it off Amazon with prime, got it within 2 days and then when I opened and compared it to the old Watchdog I was like umm yea, time to call for some help.

Found Emergency Plumbing online and thought I'd give them a try with all the positive reviews I saw.

Man am I so happy I hired them. The business resides in Cary so the commute for them isn't crazy for emergency plumbing situations for me.

They gave a very reasonable quote, I agreed on, they came on time and did a empacable job.  
Within an hour they took out the old Watchdog system, adjusted some PVC tubing and installed my new Wayne WSS30VN. Once it was done they brought a hose they had with them, tested the system and also told me about some other things I never knew like flushing out sediment once a year from the water heater.

They also helped recommend me with some water softeners and sediment filters for the future.

Man I'm so happy I forgot to include their names.

Konstantin and Nick are some or the best in the plumbing game.  I have found my go to plumbers.

Would strongly avoid these guys and the associated headache.

They failed to fix the problem, only half-heartedly tried. They were slow to return when the issue immediately reappeared (despite it being obvious they didn't fix in the first place--they assured it had worked). They also didn't perform all the services charged for (scoping). And no itemized receipt for the services, conveniently. Required deposit, conveniently.

Had to get another company to fix their mess after a hefty bill. The other company did it faster, better, and cheaper.

Now they're ghosting on money they promised to return as a partial refund (itself frustrating since  other company was paid do what they failed to do). Not answering calls.

To call unprofessional is charitable.

During the Spring of 2017 my basement flooded at least w inches of water during heavy rains in chucago.  I had the lines Roddenberry 3 different  times thinking each time this will work.  Nope.  I purchased submersible sump pumps to send the water wherever it's supposed to go.  Finally, Spring 2019 was the food that broke the camels back.  I called United Sewer & Drain.  These guys came out with cameras and showed me the water pipe from the city to my property was broken on my side of the sidewalk.  United took out the old pipes, installed new pipes and Voila, no more flooding until the next heavy rain.  I called them back, they returned and discovered the pipe goongbto the drain at the back of the house between the basement back door and steps was broken.  How does that happen?  They dug up the concrete, installed bew pipe, concrete the area, made the drain a little larger than the ol one and I am now a happy camper.  Call these guys if you are having flooding problems.  Oh, by the way - before calling United I called the City, no help at all.

Highly recommend this company. Prompt service, very reasonable estimate after receiving outrageous ones from another for unnecessary work! Yury was polite, a very hard worker, efficient, and made sure everything was working before he left. I will definitely use Excel in for my future needs.

Terry was super helpful when our Sump Pump went out during the recent storm, he was immediately available to come assess the situation and offer solution to get us back on our feet. He was really timely, fair in his pricing, and easy to work with. I'd recommend his services without hesitation!!

I've used Thompson Plumbing on 2 occasions, for plumbing and the then for a gas leak. They were able to come same day, fixed the issue and for a price that was very reasonable. I highly recommend them.

We called yesterday because our laundry ejector pump was not working properly.  Fortunately, there wasn't an emergency but Keeley's was still able to fit us into the schedule the next day.  Sam arrived on time, promptly diagnosed the problem, and replaced the pump.  The pricing was as stated on theirwebsite, and Sam's service was 5-star.  Our home is a bit outside their service area, so we truly appreciated them coming out out way.  We will continue to recommend Keeley's to family and friends.

We called Body plumbing to repair one of our leaking backflow valves. He gave us good price on the repair and he even came twice to work on it after the first attempt did not come out right at no extra charge. His pricing however on testing was good but we found better so we will use another company for yearly testing. We will definitively call him again to get pricing in the future though.

Needed to find a new Backflow inspection company for our home - as our previous vendor chose to shoot up prices beyond our budget.
I was very pleased to have discovered Chicago Backflow.
People I dealt with like Nick, Tiffany, Jessica - and our technician Alan are all superb.  I get the sense this company must be managed very well, because everyone has a very nice attitude and exudes warmth.
Alan showed up right on time at 7am (even with snow falling) and was efficient and had a very kind demeanor.
Price was appropriate.
I'll look forward to working with Chicago Backflow again on my annual inspection next year.  Thanks again, Mark S.

I am a little tardy in writing this review, but I have only recently been a more active yelper.

I contacted the Plumbing Doctor after reviewing yelp reviews. My kitchen sink was not draining as quickly as it used to and I suspected a clogged pipe. I had tried using Draino but to no success.

The Plumbing Doctor arrived on time and was able to quickly diagnose and fix the situation. He also gave me tips on what to do and not to do with my disposal (I will not elaborate...). He was very honest and non-sense which I appreciated.

I recommend and would use the Plumbing Doctor again should any problems arise.

We can't rave enough about this company. Eric and his crew have saved us time and again - both for inside plumbing problem (when things aren't draining) and for flood control. Wilmette is prone to flooding problems and we have had several attempts to solve them. This is the ONLY company that solved our flooding once and for all. They installed a flood control valve in our basement, and also drainage in the back yard since our back yard would flood. Even in heavy rains, our back yard doesn't flood anymore!

We use them to maintain our main sewer lines, fix our plumbing problems, even had them install a new high efficiency water heater. They are the best of the best.

I was out of town and got an early AM call from my daughter about the water heater leaking. Daniel was able to talk her thru shutting off the inflow and stopping any additional leaking. The came on Monday exactly when they said they would and took care of everything in a short period of time. Great customer service and the price was good too

Pressure Pro is effective and efficient.  Jay came into my unit  around 5 p.m. and was done by 6 p.m. with my bathroom and kitchen.  After four years of ineffective plumbers my condo finally  had  hot water pressure running beautifully.

They were referred to me by another company and I though there prices were through the roof.
They diagnosed that our wax ring on our toilet is bad and leaking I'm sorry but $393.06 to replace a wax ring on a toilet you have to be kidding.  I would not recommend them to anyone. the work they completed was good but they charge way too much!!!
