Jake couldn't have been more kind and professional. He was at my house first thing on a Sunday morning. He identified the problems and was patient with us. He discovered our problems were a more severe than we all thought. He referred us to another company to handle our major repairs and even called to check in later on our progress. Although Jake wasn't able to to fix everything I couldn't be more impressed and I would use him again without question.

Martin is exceptional! This is our first home, and with young kids he has helped us with everything from basic maintenance, fixing dings and damage, to larger projects like tiling and renovations. He gives excellent options that are cost effective, safe, and beautiful. He has a wide range of expertise and he always wears his mask and takes safety precautions very seriously.

The repairs were done quickly and professionally. This was much easier and quicker than I thought. Prices are great and they are very transparent about costs. Definitely recommend!
PS: I was able to book them and communicate with them online and with texts which is another big plus for me that I didn't have to make any phone calls.

Great service for a backed up pipe we had in our 3rd floor that was leaking down into our 2nd floor. Came at 11:30pm & didn't charge an extra fee for coming so late. Came back at 8am with the tool to fix the pipe.

The crew arrived on the scheduled day and called ahead to let us know they were coming and what time they would arrive. They were polite, explained everything and had the job done in 2 days. They cleaned up after. They answered all my questions. Fabulous job! I would definitely hire them again!

I'm very impressed how responsive Tim was. Our garbage disposal stopped working, and while getting under the sink to troubleshoot, I found a leaky pipe too. He was here within 24 hours and made the necessary repairs. We're planning a remodel of our master bath within the next couple years, and we'll definitely call Keeley's again.

Body Plumbing did  our City of Chicago Backflow Device testing for our house (we have a home sprinkler system).  He came in about half the price of a few other places we called.  He was on time, very nice and professional and did all the paperwork.  Highly recommended, great experience.

People I dealt with like Nick, Tiffany, Jessica - and our technician Alan are all superb.  I get the sense this company must be managed very well, because everyone has a very nice attitude and exudes warmth.
Alan showed up right on time at 7am (even with snow falling) and was efficient and had a very kind demeanor.
Price was appropriate.

Very nice, very professional.  He was able to fit me in between other jobs and came over very shortly after I called him.  Gave me advice on how to prevent future problems and solved the current one (which was a pretty simple hairball build-up).

Ed and his guys are great!!! We needed a new kitchen faucet and they came out same day and installed one at a fair price. Very professional and friendly. Will certainly use them for other projects and highly recommend them to anyone else.

We bought this 105 year old apartment and were told we needed new pipes by our inspector and then a plumber.  We had almost the same exact scenario someone else mentioned, third floor, trickle of hot water in bathroom sink, only a problem in our unit.  A neighbor recommended Jay from Pressure Pro, and we could not be more grateful!!!  My husband played phone tag with him for several days, but he always called back.  They just kept missing each other, but then he came right out and within an hour flushed our pipes and had the hot water running perfectly without having to coordinate a water shut off in the building!  We didn't even think this was possible as the previous plumber had turned it off and made it only slightly more bearable than a trickle for a couple weeks.  We'll see how long this lasts, but we couldn't ask for more!   Jay was also so nice and helpful in explaining what he did and we feel like we really understand our plumbing better.  Highly highly recommend!!!

Today was the second time this week they didn't show. Granted the weather is freezing and they have emergencies but a little customer service goes a long way when you charge top dollar like they do. The first appointment they called at the beginning of my appointment window and said they were tied up with emergencies and could I change to the next day. After waiting till almost the end of the appointment window the next day I got a curt call saying this was a courtesy call to tell me they weren't coming. They think it's a courtesy to tell me they're not coming? I said it would have been nice to get the information sooner. Well, she thought they would get there. No apology, nothing. Could have cared less.
