I never received a call from your business. You failed to show for this appointment. When I contacted your business directly no follow-up was done to complete the work. My number is a Cell number and I'm always available due to the nature of my job. Like I stated I waited all day with no call from this business. I had to find another plumber that did the work after hours.

My boyfriend and I were having some major issues with our sump pump. Jake did great work, he was very professional, AND came out the same day. We will definitely be using these guys in the future!

Martin hung my aerial hammock up in under an hour! When he first came in, he assessed the ceiling in my studio and realized it was too hollow to hold an aerial apparatus so we unfortunately couldn't hang it up there. But he noticed the beam near my door was fully concrete so he suggested we try handing it up there. Martin will not only offer professional advice but also solutions if any problems arise. He's a pleasure to be around and an incredibly skilled worker.

We've had Fixer five times now and have been super impressed with their reliability, skill level and communication. They ALWAYS show up and they do what they say they're going to do in the time frame they say they'll need. Their rates are fair. Beck L is our favorite Fixer--incredibly competent and very pleasant. We also like that Fixer offers its staff decent benefits and guaranteed hours, so it's not a situation where a corporation is squeezing gig workers for every dollar they make. It's a company we feel great about supporting.

Emergency plumbing installed our toilets in three of our bathrooms. They even pointed out things to us we hadn't noticed about a pipe that had been leaking which was so helpful! We were so pleased with this experience that we asked them to come back to cap pipes in our basement. Very reasonable price and great on timing.  Very friendly!

I recently moved into a new house and the plumbing in the Tub needed some major work!! We tried everything to unclogged the tub. Nothing worked. I finally gave up and call these guys from a recommendation on one of my moms group on Facebook. They answered my call immediately and they arrived within the hour. They were done within minutes! A huge clunk of hair came out of the drain. They also did my sink while they were at it. Thank you so much!!

Have used United for years now. They always come through and are consistently reliable. I'd be hard pressed to go with another plumber. Very highly recommend!!!

We can always rely on Excel plumbing to get the job done right and at a reasonable cost.  They are very courteous about advising of timing of the technicians.  Technicians are knowledgeable and polite as well..Have used them over the years for complex jobs such as installing a new water pressure pump to toilet repairs.

If the gas company shut your gas off because of a gas leak, you have to read this review. I called Your Helpful Plumber on a late Tuesday afternoon and received an immediate call back. Within 3 hours, Tim and Rocky arrived on premise to do a pressure test--required by the gas company to isolate gas leaks. Sadly, the leaks were extensive but we were given a reasonable quote for work to be performed and parts. They started work the next day. It took two days to perform the work but Tim kept me informed throughout the process. Our building is close to a century old (pipes are a mix of old/new, cooper/steel, etc.) so the task at hand was not an easy one. I would definitely give future jobs to them; the price is competitive and they know pipes!

WE are new to the neighborhood and are in a home needing extensive plumbing work. Cathy arranged for service to be provided immediately and since we would be traveling, we gave them a key. Lo and behold, when we returned everything had been completed NEATLY & properly.

After stupidly trying to fix my toilet myself, I cranked a pipe a little too hard and water started flowing. Tim showed up quickly to help, fixed the leak and let me know about some inherent problems with my current toilet. Tim suggested a good replacement at an affordable price.

Tim was polite, professional, and always tried to find the best deal for me.

We called Body plumbing to repair one of our leaking backflow valves. He gave us good price on the repair and he even came twice to work on it after the first attempt did not come out right at no extra charge. His pricing however on testing was good but we found better so we will use another company for yearly testing. We will definitively call him again to get pricing in the future though.

Needed to find a new Backflow inspection company for our home - as our previous vendor chose to shoot up prices beyond our budget.
I was very pleased to have discovered Chicago Backflow.
People I dealt with like Nick, Tiffany, Jessica - and our technician Alan are all superb.  I get the sense this company must be managed very well, because everyone has a very nice attitude and exudes warmth.
Alan showed up right on time at 7am (even with snow falling) and was efficient and had a very kind demeanor.
Price was appropriate.

I have lived in my 100 year old house for 30 years and have had many plumbers.  The Plumbing Dr. (Jon) is by far the best. He diagnosed the problem of low water pressure and quickly and cleanly installed a pump. Our water pressure is now amazing, and we can run washer, take showers, run our sprinkler, etc. all at the same time with no dip in pressure.

Jon was willing to come again, with same day service for a small leak.
He is the only plumber I will ever use again and I highly recommend him.

I wanted to provide an update that North Coast has been awesome to work with and has helped to answer many questions I've thrown their way about various plumbing stuff.

Our prior seepage issue that my original review was about doesn't happen anymore despite some savage rainfall this year.

So plumber came out the same day, rotted one stack said the other didn't need rotting.  Now my plumbing is more screwed up then it was before he came.  I ran the washer and all the water for the washer is now being pushed into the kitchen sink, and water is leaking from the stack. Not sure what he did to screw up the plumbing, but now I need another plumber to come out and fix the mistake this company made.

The water in my building gets turned off quite often. When it gets turned back on, there is extremely low pressure in my faucets.  Jay has fixed the pressure on these faucets and wash machine as well. He got them working better than I thought they could be! He's on time, very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I highly recommend him!

Will and Howard from J. Blanton Plumbing fixed my kitchen sink's leak and backed up plumbing. They moved quickly and explained everything to me throughout the process. They not only handled what they came for, but they gave me advice on my faucet and disposal to aid in going forward without any problems. Highly recommended.
