Sent out a request for a plumber to fix an exterior hose connection and by noon the next day Emergency Plumbing had fixed the issue. They were very easy to communicate with and gave a quote through Yelp (rather than making you pay a $50 service call to give an estimate like most other plumbers). The fix was quick and easy and payment was a breeze as well. I would recommend this business and use them again if necessary (but hopefully not necessary!)

Not an emergency, but noticed water was draining slowly in shower. Called Ace and had the guys out within 2 hours. Bobby called me and told me when they were on their way and there they were to save the day. Turned out to be some nasty hair clogs (my fault) but Mike and Mitch (I hope I remember the names right) took care of it all super fast, cleaned up after, and even made me feel better about the whole situation with some lighthearted jokes. Not everyone's experience would need/warrant that last part, but for me it made me feel better about clogging my pipes with chunks of hair and what not. Bobby called later to follow up, much appreciated.  
Bottom line, was it cheap? No, but plumbing hardly ever is and they are experts for a reason. We couldn't and wouldn't want to do it ourselves.
Was the crew responsive, effective, and fast? Absolutely.

Having had mixed experiences with multiple local plumbing and HVAC companies, I decided to finally give Excel Plumbing a shot at installing a new Bradford White water heater--and that seems to have been a great decision! These guys are the best!  When they say they'll be there at 9am, they are there at 9am.  They work quickly, efficiently, and will let you know how to bring the cost down on any job.  I've been using them for about the last 12 years or more and never been disappointed.

Had a great experience! I called Keeley's to come out and inspect the two pumps in our basement (ejector and sump pump). Joe and Tyler who did the consultation were very friendly, thorough and efficient, and clearly walked me through their recommendations. The next day I had a couple additional questions, particularly about the radon cover on our sump pump, and called their main line and spoke to Tim, who despite his busy day, took the time to chat and explain a few things in great detail. The next week Joe arrived to complete the work we'd agreed on. He efficiently and expertly installed new pumps, a new check valve (now quiet!), a battery backup, and even re-organized the discharge pipes into a cleaner simpler route. Definitely an improvement! He took great care in the house to wear boot covers, a mask, and left the basement clean as a whistle. He also answered all my many questions and curiosities very thoughtfully, which I appreciated, as I enjoy learning new things :) Would definitely work with Keeley's again and have already recommended them to a friend.

Body Plumbing did  our City of Chicago Backflow Device testing for our house (we have a home sprinkler system).  He came in about half the price of a few other places we called.  He was on time, very nice and professional and did all the paperwork.  Highly recommended, great experience.

People I dealt with like Nick, Tiffany, Jessica - and our technician Alan are all superb.  I get the sense this company must be managed very well, because everyone has a very nice attitude and exudes warmth.
Alan showed up right on time at 7am (even with snow falling) and was efficient and had a very kind demeanor.

Our family noticed a backup in April of this year. We naturally called our favorite plumber, Jon The Plumbing Doctor. They were pretty busy but Jon was able to get his Nephew, Justin out here within a couple days. Justin rooted the sewer and we discovered wipes and roots. It had been a couple of years since they had been out to clean the sewer. Justin and Jon suggested a $150 dollar Rootex treatment. So for $500.00 we thought that was it for a while.
    It was yesterday that my wife noticed another backup (eight weeks since Justin had been out) in the basement. She called me and I called Jon. He returned my call within an hour, but said he was leaving town and wouldn't be able to help till Monday. He suggested we consider installing an outside clean-out so they could get a six inch blade in there. He was considering recommending another plumber who he said was more expensive (does he get commission?) to get us functioning again.
  I contacted several plumbers and discovered somebody who came out and worked until 11pm last night. He rooted the same sewer and pulled 4-5 handfuls of roots out from about 25-30 feet out in the yard. Apparently The Plumbing Doctor didn't do a very good job this last time. I understand issues, but I am a business man and I stand behind my work. Feel like Jon has become like so many plumbers (bummers), tired and lazy. Just my thoughts.
  We have been remodeling our kitchen and that plumbing work would have gone to Jon, but now it appears like the Scottish Plumber gets the work.

It's nice to know who to call and not to have to search for a plumber again - North Coast takes care of our home every time. They respond quickly to problems, they honor warranties, their work is better than many of their peers and their pricing never has me second guess my decision to use them. I have used different plumbers for other jobs and North Coast's work is always better. All the connections, optional and useful valves, etc are done right so you can have confidence that your home is going to work as it should. I am grateful for their help and recommend North Coast to anyone in my neighborhood.
Nicole at the office is very easy to talk to and all the plumbers that I've worked with are great tradesmen.

Had a sewer back up into the laundry room. Called All Suburban...they had a man out first thing in the morning who discovered that my main sewer line just leaving the house had collapsed causing the back up...a routine rodding became an underground dig.

They quoted me a price that was very fair and set up the permits and completed the job the next day.

We were amazed at how little disturbance there was to our front landscaping...it was almost as if they were never there.

The whole crew was polite and professional...they did what they said they were going to do...and cleaned up before they left.

I will definitely call these guys again if I ever need plumbing work.

Absolutely the best plumbers.  Received quick response.  The quote was fair and the amount that I had to pay.  Matt and Nathan were knowledgeable, and professional.  They knew how to work in a vintage building. They minimized the inconvenience to other unit owners, kept the premises clean and finished the work in the scheduled time.  Best of all the work was done right the first time.  And if you are looking for efficient personable office and administrative staff for scheduling et al you can't find better.  While I hope not to have too many more project of this complexity I would hire them again in a heart beat.
