I called Mr. Burris late at night when I came home from work and discovered I had no heat. First thing the next morning Mr. Burris came to my house personally. He very quickly got all of my radiator heaters/ boiler working. He was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He knew immediately what was wrong with my heat! I will always call Mr. Burris for any of my hearing, or plumbing in the future. While he was here he also gave me a great referral for some electrical work that I need done in my home. He went over and above and I can truly say that this has been my best home repair service that I have gotten since I moved to Chicago

I had an outstanding experience with Jerry's Pump Service today when they installed my new sump pump. They were the very best that they could be about everything. Punctual, friendly, experts at what they do. You name it. I'll definitely be using them again when I need any plumbing done, and I highly recommend them to one and all.

Martin was phenomenal!! He was very patient with the whole process. My boyfriend got the wrong wall mount unit, and Martin waited for him to run next door to get the right wall mount. He was very quick with the installation and once we got the right unit the tv was up within 30 mins. He then spent about 15 minutes making sure everything is nice and neat. He bounded all the cables together with electrical tape and wiped down the area after he was done. Absolutely a great experience!! Highly recommended!!

Quick: I needed to replace my overhead microwave unit in my apartment. I reached out to 8-10 different handyman services, fixer was the first to respond. They also were the first to give a quote that was responsible and didn't look the haggle.

Communicative: when fixer reaches out, they have a texting service that they communicate through and have you save in your phone. The texting service Walk's through payment, scheduling, and any changes or updates. After scheduling me a few days later a new appointment time opened up and the texting service alerted me and I made the appointment for the new time.

Professional: fixer had two people come. As soon as they checked in, I received an email/text that said the people had checked in and their estimate for job length. They best their estimated time by 30 minutes which saved me substantial dollars from the initial estimate.

Pro tip: use the Yelp handyman feature for looking for a handy man.

I've called Konstantin first for my water spigot breaking. He cut out the pipe and installed a shut off valve the next day.

Second; my water heater went out on a weekend. His guy came in and swapped it out quickly and made it so we could have warm showers for work the next day and the pricing was fantastic, plus they hauled away the old one.

Last night my drain backed up during a laundry cycle. He came out today and hydrojetted my sewer line and showed me video before and after of how many roots had invaded my clay pipes.

I would 100% recommend emergency plumbing for any job! It's worth every penny to find a good honest person so if your looking for a new plumber, this is the one!

Not an emergency, but noticed water was draining slowly in shower. Called Ace and had the guys out within 2 hours. Bobby called me and told me when they were on their way and there they were to save the day. Turned out to be some nasty hair clogs (my fault) but Mike and Mitch (I hope I remember the names right) took care of it all super fast, cleaned up after, and even made me feel better about the whole situation with some lighthearted jokes. Not everyone's experience would need/warrant that last part, but for me it made me feel better about clogging my pipes with chunks of hair and what not. Bobby called later to follow up, much appreciated.  
Bottom line, was it cheap? No, but plumbing hardly ever is and they are experts for a reason. We couldn't and wouldn't want to do it ourselves.
Was the crew responsive, effective, and fast? Absolutely.

Responsive, detail oriented and fair priced services - will hire again and highly recommend to anyone with sewer drain issues! After visits and consultations from other plumbing companies, we were left with fatigue of costly choices to make, I'm so glad that we found these guys - they did the job right from start to finish!

Great service. Emergency toilet issue over the weekend. Arrived on time and did the job in less than half an hour. Cleaned up the job site and e-mailed the receipt.

Great company - so glad I called them. Scheduling was easy and they asked for pictures before they came (which is great because they come prepared). Showed up right on time. Fixed a few plumbing issues, including replacing water shutoff valves that were leaking. Explained what they were doing and were very fair in pricing. Highly recommended.

Kelley's plumbing has been our main plumber since we bought our home over 5 years ago.  Tim has made a few emergency late night visits to our fixer upper, we know we can always depend on him and his team. Tim has been prompt, priced very fair,  efficient with their work, very clean,  and they are the most experienced professional plumbers we have ever needed.
I refer Tim out to everyone,  we are very grateful for his help in achieving our fixer upper goals or a late night clogged sink issue.

Body Plumbing did  our City of Chicago Backflow Device testing for our house (we have a home sprinkler system).  He came in about half the price of a few other places we called.  He was on time, very nice and professional and did all the paperwork.  Highly recommended, great experience.

People I dealt with like Nick, Tiffany, Jessica - and our technician Alan are all superb.  I get the sense this company must be managed very well, because everyone has a very nice attitude and exudes warmth.
Alan showed up right on time at 7am (even with snow falling) and was efficient and had a very kind demeanor.
Price was appropriate.

He's good and knows what he's doing, if you can get him to come out. In general, more trouble than he's worth.

Also, Yelp says he takes credit cards, but he does not.

I had a tricky job to lay water, gas and sewer lines from the front of the street all the way back to a recently built coach house (about 150 feet), including two big cuts through concrete and in to the side of my basement five feet underground and under a porch. I had four companies come out. Three of the four pretty much declined saying it was too difficult. I found North Coast here on Yelp. Eric the owner came out and basically said it was no issue and turned around a reasonable quote within a few days. We were scheduled in and the crew showed up. It was a pretty epic dig but Eric and his team were super fast and professional. They were done in two days, which was amazing. They filled in the large trench, cleared up, put down grass seed and were on their way. No need to go anywhere else for your plumbing needs. Thanks Eric!

I used All Suburban to extend pipes and install a shower valve.  Marty and his team were very professional during the estimate and the work.  Marty took his time to make sure every detail was covered and the job was done right.  I'd be happy to use them again for future work.

Pressure Pro got the job done. Our building building and our unit was notorious for weak water pressure, especially in the bathrooms. Jim and his guys got the pressure back up to a level I didn't think possible. Pressure Pro Rocks!

They saved us!  With this awful winter freeze, we called ten plumbers for our frozen kitchen pipes.  Left messages everywhere, had no shows, then these guys called unexpectedly and said they could be here in ten minutes.  And they were!  We got the owner and his son, who'd been working round the clock.

I actually had fun while they were here, to boot.  They're my new go to plumbers no doubt.
