I had a great experience with this company.  Mr. Burris was timely in that he came to my home the same day I called to request plumbing services.  He was prepared with the appropriate parts and knew exactly what to do once he got to my home based on the description of the issues I gave him over the phone.
He was an overall delight to talk to and I will definitely call him again for any plumbing or heating issues.

Jake was awesome!!! I called on thanksgiving expecting to get voicemail, but Jake answered in the first three rings!!! He came out promptly the next morning and had the water up and running before noon!!!! Best experience I have ever had with any home repairs. The service was awesome and Jake was very friendly. He answered all my questions. I'm truly impressed with the service. Call Jake you won't regret it.

Martin is exceptional! This is our first home, and with young kids he has helped us with everything from basic maintenance, fixing dings and damage, to larger projects like tiling and renovations. He gives excellent options that are cost effective, safe, and beautiful. He has a wide range of expertise and he always wears his mask and takes safety precautions very seriously.

Fixer did an excellent job replacing the basement front door on my house.
The door is not standard dimensions, so the job took two steps:
1. Have Fixer order the door and wait for it to come in
2. Have Fixer pick up the door from Home Depot, abd Fixer install the door.

Excellent response time by Konstantin. Martin arrived on time to deal with drain backups in laundry and kitchen sinks. He identified the problem to be in the laundry area and quickly cleared it up. Martin was very personable and professional and the price was fair. I've been in my house for 30 years and have used many plumbers. I highly recommend Emergency Plumbing and will definitely call them next time!

We had a major problem with our toilet and we called a neighborhood plumber who charged us $275.00 to literally come and do nothing . Problem still existed . We called Ace Drain and Sewer Experts and actually spoke to the owner directly Mr. Vega. He assessed the situation over the phone and came out right away with his crew. He was actually there for over an hour and needed more parts which he himself went and retrieved them. It was a big job but they got it done and everything is back to normal. They were punctual, courteous and definitely knowledgeable of plumbing industry. There manners and professionalism was impeccable. As long as I am a property owner I will always use there service in the future . I implore my friends and family to do the same. Thanks Mr. Vega for a job well done and your courtesy of the working class.

Responsive, detail oriented and fair priced services - will hire again and highly recommend to anyone with sewer drain issues! After visits and consultations from other plumbing companies, we were left with fatigue of costly choices to make, I'm so glad that we found these guys - they did the job right from start to finish!

I had to have our kitchen sinks unplugged and was in somewhat of  a time crunch.  I called several plumbers and wasn't happy with the answers I got in terms of time available and costs.  When I contacted Excel, they were very responsive to my needs and quoted what I felt was a fair cost as compared to some others.  I also asked if they had either military, or senior discounts and they did.  The best part was that they were at my home in less than an hour and Yuri, their plumber worked quickly to unclog the drain.

Should I need a plumber again, they'll be the first one I call.

Thompson is THE BEST.  I've had multiple issues with various plumbing issues and they have always been responsive and attentive to everything that needed to be done.  If you are looking for an honest and trustworthy plumber they are the ones to call

Keeley (Tim) hooked up a water line to the refrigerator along with connecting gas dryer and fireplace.  They dropped in new larger pipe to ensure that all appliances would get the correct amount of gas.  I appreciate that they went above and beyond to not only fix what I requested, but to do it the right way.  Pricing was very reasonable and they were on time ready to work on both appointed times.  Would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family. A+

Body Plumbing did  our City of Chicago Backflow Device testing for our house (we have a home sprinkler system).  He came in about half the price of a few other places we called.  He was on time, very nice and professional and did all the paperwork.  Highly recommended, great experience.

Needed to find a new Backflow inspection company for our home - as our previous vendor chose to shoot up prices beyond our budget.
I was very pleased to have discovered Chicago Backflow.
People I dealt with like Nick, Tiffany, Jessica - and our technician Alan are all superb.  I get the sense this company must be managed very well, because everyone has a very nice attitude and exudes warmth.
Alan showed up right on time at 7am (even with snow falling) and was efficient and had a very kind demeanor.
Price was appropriate.

Correction of previous comment.  It was my mistake . The leak was caused by bathtub overflow gasket.  Not the toilet ring that was installed.  My appologies for the mistake.

Had them install a gas line for an outdoor grill. Received multiple quotes and they were much more reasonable. They showed up on time and made fast work of the project.  I liked that they discussed different options before starting to make sure we were on the same page.  Will be using again.

Very fair and quick to respond.  I will (and have) recommend them to any and all.  They also saved my next door neighbor many thousands of dollars repairing an issue they were having vs. what another plumber wanted to do.

I have an old two flat in Edgewater and the hot water faucet in the bathroom was extremely slow.  Jay showed up on time, super friendly and professional, and was the most well groomed plumber I have ever seen .  Oh BTW, the hot water is now flowing better than ever and he was very reasonable to boot.  

I would highly recommend Pressure Pro.  We need to support honest, hard working people like Jay.

I am so disappointed. We were referred to this company by a friend but the entire situation with them has been unacceptable. First, we called and made an appointment, which was scheduled a week out. It seemed like a longtime but we thought it would be worth it. We got a confirmation call the day before, a good sign, however on the morning of the appointment, they cancelled. They reluctantly agreed to schedule for the following day. Now on the day of the rescheduled appointment, we heard nothing throughout the three hour appointment window. I called at the end of the time window and they said we were next on the list. About an hour later they call back and say they need to cancel again and reschedule for 4 days later. This is the worst service I have ever experienced, and I am not one to ever write bad reviews.
