I never received a call from your business. You failed to show for this appointment. When I contacted your business directly no follow-up was done to complete the work. My number is a Cell number and I'm always available due to the nature of my job. Like I stated I waited all day with no call from this business. I had to find another plumber that did the work after hours.

My boyfriend and I were having some major issues with our sump pump. Jake did great work, he was very professional, AND came out the same day. We will definitely be using these guys in the future!

They ALWAYS show up and they do what they say they're going to do in the time frame they say they'll need. Their rates are fair. Beck L is our favorite Fixer--incredibly competent and very pleasant. We also like that Fixer offers its staff decent benefits and guaranteed hours, so it's not a situation where a corporation is squeezing gig workers for every dollar they make. Overall, Tim and Uncle Rocky came out on a short notice and helped resolve my issue quickly. They arrived on time and completed the job quickly. Moreover, they were very nice and a good mix of friendly and professional.
We have a 'vintage' (aka old) condo and in one of the bathrooms we have the original tub and faucets, which can be a pain. However, Tim and Rocky were able to find the necessary parts to fix everything quickly and luckily in the more cost effective way! I would definitely call on them again for any plumbing related issues or projects.

WE are new to the neighborhood and are in a home needing extensive plumbing work. Cathy arranged for service to be provided immediately and since we would be traveling, we gave them a key. Lo and behold, when we returned everything had been completed NEATLY & properly.

I have been putting off replacing my outdoor spigot and burst pipe because I did not know who I could trust to do a decent job at a fair price. Someone at work recommended Tim Keeley, and I called him the next day. He knew exactly what needed to be done and told me how much it would cost, and we scheduled an appointment for the following day. He was there right on time, got the job done quickly, explained what the problem was, and charged me exactly what he had quoted over the phone. I am VERY pleased with the service he provided, and I will not hesitate to call him again the next time a plumbing issue arises.

Body Plumbing did  our City of Chicago Backflow Device testing for our house (we have a home sprinkler system).  He came in about half the price of a few other places we called.  He was on time, very nice and professional and did all the paperwork.  Highly recommended, great experience.

People I dealt with like Nick, Tiffany, Jessica - and our technician Alan are all superb.  I get the sense this company must be managed very well, because everyone has a very nice attitude and exudes warmth.
Alan showed up right on time at 7am (even with snow falling) and was efficient and had a very kind demeanor.

my garbage disposal was clogged and nasty water started backing up during the weekend and when i called Jon, he called back within half an hour and asked if i needed him to check on it immediately
i told him the next day would be ok and he came at the time he said he would, looked at it and explained to me what was wrong with it
he also gave me tips on maintenance, what's more he fixed my toilet when he was here too

We had been having issues with our sewer line and a collapsed pipe for some time and rodding was not fixing the issue. We had a number of plumbing companies out to assess and propose a solution. North Coast came up with a fix that made the most sense for fixing the problem long term and gave us a fair price for the work. They were extremely efficient in completing the project and cleaned everything up nicely afterwards. We have been burned by a number of other plumbers but we will trust North Coast going forward.

I had a great experience with All Suburban. My Sump Pump died and I had called several places on a Sunday afternoon. Ed quickly returned my phone call and was able to schedule me for service Monday morning. Marty arrived Monday morning on time and was quickly able to identify the problem with my system and was able to get me back up and running within an hour. The service was great and he was knowledgable about the work he was doing. I also appreciated that he did not try and sell me items that I did not need. I would definitely recommend this company for your plumbing needs and will keep their number handy for any future issues I may have.

The water pressure in my mother's bath tub faucet was down to a trickle, I was very concerned that the 55 year old pipes needed to be replaced.  Jose the plumber recommended the Pressure Pro to me.  Jay showed up on time and within 30 minutes had the water gushing out like new construction plumbing!  Jay told me to make sure to call him back in case there was a problem as his work is fully guaranteed.  For incredible work at a very reasonable price, I uneqivocally recommend Pressure Pro!

Jordan and another guy came to fix a gas leak at our fireplace on quick notice. They were friendly, knowledgeable, professional, advised us on another issue under our kitchen sink while waiting on a part, and finished in a short amount of time.
