I made an appointment and within two days they came and installed a garbage disposal and replaced a pipe under our sink. They were amazing and even gave us a bunch of super helpful tips. They also were able to drill a hole in our cabinet so we didn't have to call an electrician to plug in the disposal. I would highly recommend them and plan on using them when replacing the pipe under our bathroom sink.

Awesome service and great prices. I recently had water in the basement and didn't know why. Suspected that it was the sump pump. I called a few places and found out that it's probably cheaper and easier to purchase a bar of gold. Finally I got ahold of Shannon at performance pro. He quoted me half the price of everyone else and personally showed up to my house two hours later. You could tell he was good at what he did because he was so meticulous but at the same time he knocked out the job in no time at all. Would recommend to anyone!

Paul deserves a recent review! If you want a tradesman that is honest, you should just dial his number. Paul tried to have me solve my misfiring water heater via text message.  When I did, unfortunately,  need a new one, he replaced it quickly at a fair price. So happy to have encountered this great businessman.

After getting a quote for faucet repair from another company (which advertises on tv) I called forte for a competitive quote. Forte was one third the price and did not require me to join a club. The staff were pleasant and worked quickly. I will call them first if I need more work done.

Our water heater was leaking water and Rescue Plumbing was out the next day to figure out what was wrong.  We needed a new water heater which they installed next day.  Logan was very knowledgeable, nice, and so helpful!  Would highly recommend!

Got the chance to work with Burr Oak Plumbing again! We bought a 5 stage whole house water filter system from Pentair, and needed help removing our simple water softener and replacing it with the more robust whole house system.

Peter did a great job! He communicated clearly with everything that he needed to do, helped explain what things were, how he was going to set it up, helped me configure the electronics so I knew how to maintain it myself, and did some tests to ensure everything worked smoothly including ensuring our water pressured was still good!

It's been setup for a few weeks now and it's works amazing! Super grateful for his wisdom and his time and will definitely reach out if I have anything else that I need!

I had a problem that I was unable to figure out around sitting water in my vent ducts. Ben came on time and spent an hour diagnosing the issue. After great lengths to determine a cause; The issue was determined that it was not a plumbing issue but rather HVAC or siding/concrete foundation leak. The fact that he spent helping and then offering suggestions indicates to be that expertise they have if I had the issue. I plan to use them going forward

Such a friendly, reliable, and quality company....it was a pleasure dealing with everyone.  Anna is super understanding and accommodating and completely worked around our schedule, sending a plumber out on a day's notice the second time around.  She goes above and beyond to meet her customers' needs.  Johnny is also very personable and knowledgeable and thorough.  He went to great lengths to ensure that our leak was fixed, and achieved perfect results.  You are definitely in good hands with this company.  When it comes to customer service and good work, you cannot get any better!  Thank you!

We had kitchen sink leakage so I called MD Plumbing before 9am. Marc answered the call and took down my number and address. He promised to call back with 30 minutes once he checks his appointment schedule for the day so he can firm with me the actual time for the repair.

I got a call from his assistant Kim little bit after half an hour. Kim told me that Marc can stop by between 11-11:30. So I gave the address again and other instructions.

By 12pm, my leakage is fixed and the cost is very reasonable.

This company sends out very knowledgeable people that know what they are doing. Jason was great when he showed up and took care of my issue. I have been using this company for several years now and I am glad I did. I will be having them do some other work in the spring that has to be done. I would recommend this company to all my friends. They  do wear a mask and they cover there shoes when they come in to the house. Thank you Courtesy, keep up the good work and the great customer service.

Everything everyone else said is true!  Mom's sewer was chock full of roots, causing a terrible backup in her bathroom.  He arrived within a half hour and had the problem resolved quickly for a more than fair price.  Why is it the people you don't want to have to deal with are always the kind of people you want to deal with all the time?!?  Thanks, Greg!

They were great! I had a gas leak and needed a plumber to fix right away to turn my gas back on. They even gave me an estimate and fixed my pipes in 1 morning. The work was great quality as well.

RMO Plumbing is the best. He answered my phone when we were new in town at night around 10 pm. The owner of RMO plumbing helped me over the phone with how to stop the water as I was new in Chicago (moving from the California Bay area) and had no clue how to shut off the valve.

The next day, he prioritized our work although we were new. He came, he fixed, and used as many parts possible (from a new shower that we bought) so that we can have a new/newer bathroom. It was significantly more work for him, but he did it out of a good heart. In the end, he charged us less than what he quoted over the phone.

We found out that we needed a brand new AC unit during the memorial holiday weekend in which Charles Lomeli was able to work with us on buying a new system at a very fair price. He was very professional and empathetic to our situation. He gave us a lot of good information to make the right decision on buying a new unit. When his coworkers, Rashaun and Sixto, arrived later that evening, they showed the same exceptional professionalism and hauled the unit up 4 flights without complaint. They worked diligently through out the night to ensure we had AC installed and did a great job. I am very impressed with the service and would recommend Four Seasons to anyone with AC issues.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY, for anything!!!  Charges $125 to walk in your door, whether you hire him or not.  Was told on phone when I made the appointment, if I hired them the $125. would be waived.  I assumed that meant deducted from bill.  NO... it did not!!!   I found Ed the Plumber information in our church bulletin and expected them to be trustworthy, honest and reasonable.  Quote was $498.00 to replace my kitchen faucet (which I purchased separately).  Since I choose NOT to hire them I had to pay the $125. !!  

Next day I hired someone else and paid $175.00 TOTAL for this simple job.

This guy is a thief and using the church bulletin to rake in the $$$. I had to ask about the parishioner discount and then ask for senior discount, which only reduce the quote to $438.00.  Ridiculous, definitely out for the bucks and not to earn a good reputation.

Where to even begin.....

We hired Tim Shey, the owner, to do some plumbing work. Initially he came off as being a normal tradesmen... His bedside manor was a little abrasive but not so bad that I didn't think to not use him.

Well, I wish I would have cut ties the moment I picked up on that abrasiveness b/c my experience with him turned out to be an absolute nightmare. My experience with him was absolutely abusive and for no reason. For a long time i asked myself what I did to deserve him being so rude and disrespectful and then I finally realized that I did nothing at all to deserve the treatment bestowed upon us.

On top of the abuse, here I am, months later and i've had issue after issue with the plumbing. Very basic things were missed. Most recently, we had to hire a plumber to come out to fix one of the toilets he installed. Lord knows how long it's been leaking but I happed to notice one day that water was leaking out the back every time the toilet was flushed. It turns out that he didn't install it correctly as the top wasn't tighten to the base. The damage this has caused ....... I wonder if he did it purposely? I really do.... We also have had issues with every faucet he installed. Every single one had to be reinstalled. Additionally, one of the shower heads was leaking . That was another plumber visit. I keep going on and on with the issues but I'm sure you get the point.

This was not my personal experience but I spoke to another person who hired him who needed an additional week to pay him for his services and instead of waiting, he went to her home, pushed himself through her door and ripped out all of her plumbing so that she couldn't access any water! Who does that!

Please note that this was my personal experience with Tim. I'll never understand why I didn't just ask him to leave my condo the minute he was disrespectful.
