I reached out to Zoom Drain on Yelp (along with a few other plumbers) after our kitchen sink backed up and we couldn't find the clog in the accessible pipes. Zoom responded (overnight) very quickly and was able to send someone out that afternoon. Christian was extremely professional. He wore booties in the house and explained everything he was doing and the pricing before he did it. The clog required three times through with the pipe snake but he persisted until the drain was running like normal. I'd highly recommend for both prompt and professional service.

Performance Pro Plumbers were great!! My sump pump went out, they came out the next morning and put in a new one, and adjusted the float and positioning of my backup pump to make it operate more efficiently.

Paul is amazing! Really good at this job and very honest. This one time , our humidifier was dripping water. I called
Him thinking it was a leak but turns out just the filter needed to be replaced. He came all the way, gave me the resolution and did not charge a single penny for this. Highly recommend

I have used Forte Plumbing for the past 10+ years in two different houses.  I can't even remember how much we have spent with them.  Today, we had a hot water issue - leaking all over the basement and they told me they were too busy to help me.  When I said, I guess I will have to go elsewhere, the owner just hung up.  No recommendations; no accommodations.  I am someone who believes in loyalty especially for small local businesses.  How was I rewarded by Forte?  with a sorry we can't help you and a hang up.

The service was great. I had a busted pipe and they came the same day, with all necessary equipment and was out within 20 minutes. I was able to pay via card on the spot. The plumber and his apprentice we're super professional.

I wish I could give Dominick ten stars! 2am and the sump pump alarm is going crazy and pouring rain outside. I frantically call two contractors I have dealt with and four other ones trying to find somebody and then happen on Sump Pump Doctor as Dominick picks up the phone and shows up within the hour. He replaced both my sump pumps (the other had not been working for quite a while), explained that the previous guy put in a Zolar and to stay away from that brand. He also put in a different check valve that doesn't sound like a mini thunderclap every time the pump discharges. And the emergency price was $750 with the pump, install, radon pipe modifications which is less than most would charge during non-emergency hours. I cannot say enough about the professionalism and responsiveness of Dominick. He also does injector pumps (which I wish I knew when mine went down last month and I got a good soaking not only from the water in the basement but from the guy who changed it). Thanks Dominick! You are a life saver!!!!

My husband and I were out of town and our 18 and 20 year old were home alone and called to let us know water was dripping from our ceiling through our kitchen light fixture.  Pete, the owner, was recommended to me by a neighbor.  He was at our house within 2 hours, was very reassuring on the phone, diagnosed the issue quickly, was very polite to our teenage son and explained everything in detail.  He followed up with text pictures of the issue (since we were not home) and did not even charge me his trip fee!  Highly recommend.

Positive experience, was able to call Ray during an emergency at 11pm (I live in Mokena) he came right out fixed the problem. Very nice and didn't charge a fortune. Will  definitely  use again.

I HIGHLY recommend Advantage Plumbing, Heating, and AC. I had a clogged kitchen sink and called them in a pinch. I was able to get an appointment quickly to have a technician come out. If you have a choice ask for Josh. He was on time, layed out all of my options and associated costs for me, And fixed the clog in a timely and safe manner. Best of all, he made me feel comfortable that he was in my home and was a very personable person, which can be hard to find in service-people these days. Needless to say...extremely pleased with Advantage!!!

Your response is absolutely incorrect and misleading. First of all we never received any sort of a refund for the $500 charge.  You stated you were going to send us a refund but you never did.  Secondly when you talk about the quality of your plumbers the first plumber that came out to fix our shower couldn't fix it; I fixed it. AHS covers materials and labor. You know as well as I do that this was NOT a complicated installation.  You were just trying to make a bigger profit than AHS was willing to pay you. Also, my wife signed off on the job. I wasn't home. The PVC discharge was replaced, incorrectly. Instead of face down it faces at 4:00. So much for the quality and expertise of your plumbers

We just moved to Evanston and I was so ticked off because our garbage disposal back up the first time we went to use it. We did not know anyone in town or any plumbers that could com fix it.

I am a member of Angie's list so I went on a saw MD Plumbing. Marc was highly rated so I called him. I was almost in tears I was so mad, but he assured me that he would come to our house on Monday to take a look.

He arrived on time, came with one other guy and the two of them went to work. They worked quickly, neatly and were so nice. I thought they were reasonably priced.

He knew I just moved to Evanston and asked me if I needed any recommendations on where to go. I thought that was so nice.

Bottom line, they were fast, efficient and a pleasure to work with!

This company sends out very knowledgeable people that know what they are doing. Jason was great when he showed up and took care of my issue. I have been using this company for several years now and I am glad I did. I will be having them do some other work in the spring that has to be done. I would recommend this company to all my friends. They  do wear a mask and they cover there shoes when they come in to the house. Thank you Courtesy, keep up the good work and the great customer service.

I called several plumbers on a Saturday due to a clogged sewer line. Few even called me back. Greg called right away and was over within a half hour. Greg couldn't have been nicer. Great job. Reasonable price.

They were great! I had a gas leak and needed a plumber to fix right away to turn my gas back on. They even gave me an estimate and fixed my pipes in 1 morning. The work was great quality as well.

I had Four Seasons put a mini-split air conditioner in my home this summer and I couldn't be more poleased with both the service and the product. The men that were sent out to do the job were very professional and explained everything that I needed to know about using the unit(s). The price was as quoted, the workmanship was flawless and the best part was seeing my electric bill which I expected to go up considerably. They told me that these units were very efficient but I didn't expect my bill to only go up a few dollars.  I left it on night and day and my Com Ed readings were actual readings which included a full month since the install. My bill increased less than $20.  I highly recommend Four Seasons and these mini split units.

Please beware they will charge you a arm and two legs!!!  My husband found Ed the Plumber information in our  church bulletin and expected them to be trustworthy, honest and resonable or simply industry service rate  ( which does not mean cheap), but no they are absolutely the worst wanted to  replace a toliet, they quoted me over 1,750.00!!   I asked what type of  toliet costs that much... he said a Gerber so I wanted to research it  I asked for a model number and was told I DON'T KNOW, the most expensive one I found was 389.99 so are they charging 1300.00 to install, hypothetically even if the toliet costed 750.00 are they charging 1000.00 to install??  Then he said if you purchase the toliet we will install for approximately 700.00!!! I also was going to get my tub caulked since they would already be here they quoted 385.00 for just around the tub!!! This company is the absolute worst type of ripoffs ever, they prey on parishioners seeing  their advertisement in the church bulletin and believe they are contacting a honest business, but the truth is Ed the Plumber is   just using a cheap form of advertisement with a very large potential customer base with a lot of word of mouth. I really wish I could give them a  -0 for a rating!!!

Dishonest company.  I have eight furnaces for my building and they solicited me for a tune-up and turned off the tenant heat, demanding money to turn it back on BEWARE!!
