Professional, kind and integrity are my impression of Shannon. He was recommended by a friend of my wife and I really thank God for him. I called him to fix the broken hot water faucet connecting to washing machine. My dryer was broken and I ordered a set of washer and dryer. I did not know that I got a broken faucet until I disconnect everything in preparing for the new washer but the installers did not want to do anything with the washer because of it and just left. I tried to connect myself but can not get it work. Called Shannon to fix the faucet for me so that I can have the service people in again to install the washer for me. Because of the ages of my house, the new faucet does not fit. Thanks God that Shannon fixed them all for me so quick and clean and connect the washer for me and have everything ready for me as courtesy. I also asked him to fix the broken valve that controls the incoming water pipe in the basement, which I knew about a couple years ago. He fixed it so quick and clean and the cost was very reasonable. Even better than what the handyman quoted me years ago. I am so glad that I don't need to worry about who to call for the plumbing related works anymore. I enjoy his whistling too. I think he is gifted in that and it really smooth my troubling heart ( days without washer and dryers and dirty cloths piled up ... ). If you worry about the cost of a professional plumber and thinking of getting a handy man but worry whether he/she can do a good job or not, you don't need to anymore. Just call Shannon.

Great job, great guy.    Been struggling with problem drain on and off for years.  Paul rodded out the drain, reworked the drain pipes beneath the sink to have each side drain independently.  Drains better than it has in years. Honest,  good work.

Called to get a sewer cleaned out. They cancelled the first appointment and rescheduled for after the 4th of July which I was all good with. Then, on July 5th I received zero calls from them so I called in inquiring where they were. Talked to the owner and he tried to tell me next week and claimed it was a preventative measure that could keep being put off. I called another plumbing company and they are heading over as we speak and came in at a cheaper price! Do you research before you commit with a plumbing company!

When I had water pouring from the ceiling on the first floor, under the second floor bathroom at 9:30pm on a Thursday, I read the reviews and gave these guys a call. I had Dex and his assistant at my house by 11:00pm that same night. Dex quickly diagnosed the potential problem, added a spacer to fix the toilet flange seal, and even did some minor routing of the toilet drain for me. When the problem turned out to be larger than we all anticipated that night, Dex and his crew were back the next day as promised and did a complete routing of the main stack. My toilet flushes better than it ever has. And he took the time to explain to me what they were doing and show me how they were routing the stack from both directions, bottom up and top down. Would definitely hire these guys again.

I wish I could give Dominick ten stars! 2am and the sump pump alarm is going crazy and pouring rain outside. I frantically call two contractors I have dealt with and four other ones trying to find somebody and then happen on Sump Pump Doctor as Dominick picks up the phone and shows up within the hour. He replaced both my sump pumps (the other had not been working for quite a while), explained that the previous guy put in a Zolar and to stay away from that brand. He also put in a different check valve that doesn't sound like a mini thunderclap every time the pump discharges. And the emergency price was $750 with the pump, install, radon pipe modifications which is less than most would charge during non-emergency hours. I cannot say enough about the professionalism and responsiveness of Dominick. He also does injector pumps (which I wish I knew when mine went down last month and I got a good soaking not only from the water in the basement but from the guy who changed it). Thanks Dominick! You are a life saver!!!!

I highly recommend Burr Oak plumbing. We had a whole houseful of plumbing issues that Pete took care of for us. His pricing is fair and his work is excellent!!!!

We have been using Ray as our plumber for 15 years. He's gotten us through some nasty plumbing problems. He's quick to respond to calls. His work is dependable. His prices are reasonable. But today, he earned a permanent place in my heart: he hooked up an icemaker for me!! I love ice in my drinks and hate making it in ice trays. Now, I won't have to thanks to Ray.

Does good work but charges a bomb for it. Initial assessment may be a cheap $29 but final check will be in thousands. Will literally loot you if you do not have enough knowledge about fair pricing. The services are not worth it.

Martin came out to look a a couple of problem faucets and to give an estimate on installing a whole home water filtration system. He very nicely explained why my faucets are not only not broken but working properly and he took the time to explain why. He then gave great advice on a whole home water filtration system, being for my hone the types they install don't make sense. He referred me to an alternate vendor explaining why it would be better for my particular homem All of this was free of charge! I will gladly have Drain and Plumbing Services back again for my future plumbing needs.

Just wanted to give a shout out and thank Jason for all the work he accomplished at my home today! He was extremely professional and well mannered. He also worked quickly and didn't leave a mess behind. The plumbing jobs were really big jobs in my eyes and he knocked each one out seemingly tirelessly. And the best part...I didn't have to take out a bank loan to pay for it! I felt I got a great value for the money! Thank you Courtesy Plumbing for sending me your best professional!

We had a small job and no other plumber wanted to touch it. One other plumber gave us a ridiculous price of $800. The Sewer Guy charged us $100, $50 for the part. Greg came out and did an excellent job! I will definitely use them again.

They were available to work quickly, and did good work. David was patient and explained not only what the issues with my plumbing were, but how they were caused.

All in all I felt like they took good care of me.

Work done was replacing a pip with a root rupturing it, cleaning a grease trap, and replacing a toilet seal.

They worked with financing partners that allowed for flexible terms that worked for me.

Had my kitchen sink back up, I did all the work in an attempt to get it unclogged myself but nope! Called Miguel at RMO, I explained it all to him and he gave me a price before he even came over, which I liked. He was courteous, on time and very professional.

The job was done quickly, and no mess. I'm sure I would've of saved a few bucks somewhere else but, it's nice you speak to someone right away, even at night, and can get it done when you need it. I would recommend!

I have had four seasons clean our heat and air conditioning for years and never had an issue.  A few months ago I had them come out to clean our furnace.  I was told by the service man that there was a crack in our furnace and that it could be leaking C02 because there was a crack in the heat exchange.  He showed me what looked like a line from a camera he had placed in one of the tubes.  I am no expert on this and had no idea what I was looking at so believed him.  He told me that I should replace the unit.  I told him that I wanted a basic unit and he quoted me 6,100.00.  That sounded extremely high to me.  After he left I spoke with the maintenance manager of my building.  He said that he has never heard of that happening with any of the units in our building and gave me a contact for the person that services a lot of the units in our building.  The serviceman came out and did the same thing the person did at four seasons he saw absolutely no crack in the unit anywhere...he then came out a couple days later and took the unit apart to get to the heat exchange and there was absolutely nothing.  He also told me that there was no disruption to the flame which would be the case if there was a crack.  He also said the unit had a safety switch which would trigger if the unit was cracked and it would shut it down.  This company absolutely tried to take advantage of me and as I have read articles this is the biggest scam out there.  I would never recommend anyone to use this company as I am sure the servicemen make commission off the units and they were trying to scam me by making me worried about the CO2 leak which there was none.  Stay away from using this company.

Found Ed the Plumber in our church's bulletin. A service call to our building was $125. We had three issues in our unit that needed to be addressed, each issue that we were quoted at $500 per each, or $1,500. This quote was going to cost me more than double the amount I donate to my church every year. I ended up paying the $125, and then had another plumber come in and complete the job for only $200 all together.

If you want to pay high prices, then go to Ed the Plumber. Otherwise I'd just move on.

Dishonest company.  I have eight furnaces for my building and they solicited me for a tune-up and turned off the tenant heat, demanding money to turn it back on BEWARE!!
