One of my tenants had an issue with flushing their toilet because it black flowed so I searched and contacted Zoom Drain. Pam, who was the dispatcher for the Chicago location, told me that the soonest she could have a tech come out would be tomorrow afternoon. After explaining to her that my tenants were elderly  she told me that she would contact the sister company which was located in Glenview.  Pam called me later on to tell me that she was able to find 2 techs from the Glenview based location. I got a text from Zoom Drain saying that their tech would arrive within 30 minutes.  Christian and Antonio arrived and were both wearing face masks due to covid. They were able to assess the problem with the toilet which was a single clog issue and it was due to the old pipe drain and a flushable wipe. Both Christian and Antonio suggested that new toilet bowl would be more efficient because the old toilet didn't have enough power in the flush in addition to it using alot of water. They also explained what I expect to see whenever I decided to get some work done on the outside drain. All I can say is that Pam, Christian and Antonio were all professional. I was satisfied and I sincerely appreciated their help. I will be looking forward to using the services of Zoom Drain in the future.

When we had a plumbing problem the first time in our new house I didn't know who to call, was lucky enough to call Performance Pro Plumbers...they were fantastic- affordable and honest about repairs.
SO when we had a second problem, with a leaking toilet- we knew who to call.
Shannon was out NEXT day at no extra cost- was honest about damages, efficient and as always friendly. The leak was taken care of immediately, everything was cleaned up, as if nothing ever happened.
We live in a historic house and I have no doubt we will have future problems, but I have no doubt who to call when we do. Thank you !

I had frozen pipes and was able to get a same day appointment.  Pete and his apprentice came out and were able to help me do some troubleshooting to thaw out the pipes without any kind of expensive solution.  He also gave me his cell phone # to call him directly if I had any additional problems or concerns.  Definitely recommend and will use them again if I have any plumbing needs.

Dominik was amazing.  He was extremely responsive and got us our back up system within a day.  He also takes the time to answer questions and help you from a preventative stand point so you are prepared in case of emergency.  He will be our go to for all sump pump and ejector pump related questions and services.

I highly recommend Burr Oak plumbing. We had a whole houseful of plumbing issues that Pete took care of for us. His pricing is fair and his work is excellent!!!!

I called to schedule a service.  When I told him what was involved, he never called back.  I was not important enough to service.

This is one one great company. We used them previously to service a broken shower pipe and they were quick, efficient, reasonably priced, able to diagnose give several options and fix all in one trip. They were also polite and no plumber crack :).

Today our water heater broke so we called them again. They again came during the time specifications they said they would, gave me options and this time came back with our tankless water system we decided to go with. They were able to install it in one day and did not complain or charge me extra because the work went passed normal business hours.

The plumber Sean has been out both times to our house. He has been so helpful and truthful with us, helping us find the best option to fix the problem. He does not create fake problems to increase the bill and doesn't try and sell us stuff we don't need. He also remembered us which is great for report. We will continue to use them for all our plumbing needs.

Martin came out to look a a couple of problem faucets and to give an estimate on installing a whole home water filtration system. He very nicely explained why my faucets are not only not broken but working properly and he took the time to explain why. He then gave great advice on a whole home water filtration system, being for my hone the types they install don't make sense. He referred me to an alternate vendor explaining why it would be better for my particular homem All of this was free of charge! I will gladly have Drain and Plumbing Services back again for my future plumbing needs.

Said he would be able to take a look at my problem during the following day's afternoon but didn't stop by and also didn't call to let me know he wouldn't be able to stop by after all. I had to call him and then he told me to text him a picture which he never responded to.  Not impressed.

Fantastic company! I just purchased my first home and had lots of questions about how things worked.  The technician was very knowledgeable and patient as he explained to me the problems that my plumbing had and how we could
solve them. This company is Five Stars all the way!

Everything everyone else said is true!  Mom's sewer was chock full of roots, causing a terrible backup in her bathroom.  He arrived within a half hour and had the problem resolved quickly for a more than fair price.  Why is it the people you don't want to have to deal with are always the kind of people you want to deal with all the time?!?  Thanks, Greg!

They were great! I had a gas leak and needed a plumber to fix right away to turn my gas back on. They even gave me an estimate and fixed my pipes in 1 morning. The work was great quality as well.

My toilet was leaking last week after a long 12 hour shift in the ER and I was so over it. I reached out to MIKE at RMO plumbing and he was able to give me a quote over the phone, and we scheduled a date for him to come out asap which I really appreciated. Mike came out and installed my new toilet and saved me some money by getting his hands dirty. Being a new home owner I was so worried but Mike made sure to take care of my needs and at a fair price. RMO plumbing definitely gained a forever customer.

So I just had a plumber over to the house to look at the garbage disposal.  He looked at it for 5 mins and told me it was bad and I had to replace it.  He then tried to upcharge me by trying to sell me one for $150 or a better one for $300.  Since I told him they were overpriced and that I was going to buy one myself, he tried to charge me $136 for him coming to my house for 5 mins.  Couldn't believe it. He stated that was there hourly fee and they had to charge me for 1 hour.  Obviously I didn't pay it.  First they try to overcharge me significantly for the garbage disposal and then they want to charge me for an hour of work at $136 an hour!!  I would go elsewhere with your plumbing needs. Perhaps someone who is more trustworthy.

PRICE GOUGING! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! TRIED TO CHARGE MORE THAN 3xs THE AMOUNT FOR THE SAME JOB!!!!!

I have been a customer of these guys for 5 years to perform routine cleanings on my heating and A/C.
I recently called them to fix an issue my tenant was having where the A/C wasn't working.  They came out to diagnose, and told me $1278.00 for the repair in addition to the $85.00 service call.  This made it a total of $1363.00 for a compressor and a fan blade to be repaired.

The service guy called me and told me I had to pay this right away otherwise he was going to leave the unit open.  REALLY?  I initially thought, no way this can be this expensive!
I told the service guy I would call him back because this seemed WAY TOO HIGH.  Within 5 minutes, his manager called me and asked me what I was willing to pay....INTERESTING!  Since this is a reputable company shouldn't they have a set price for something like this?  
I called another local company who is licenced and insured and provided lifetime warrantee on parts and labor.  I gave them the A/C unit name and told them the issue over the phone.  Guess what their quote was with the service call?  $450.00 total.  I was like really, tell me this again one more time.  Yes ma'am we will be out there today to diagnose, and if it is those two parts to be replaced, $450.00. WOW THAT IS 1/3 of the price.
The service manager from Four Season's called me back and said, well I can apply two coupons and give it to you for $880.00 plus the service fee.  Okay, I am no dummy, but that is still 2xs as much as the other place that I called.  
By the way, the company I called is A rated on Angies List and has 5 star reviews on YELP.
The service manager called me and told me if I wanted to go the cheap route I could, but you don't get the value.  I said VALUE MY A@#!  You totally are PRICE GOUGING and should be ashamed of yourself.  How many people are they taking advantage of in Chicago, I just wonder!
PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DON't USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING OTHER THAN ROUTINE CLEANINGS!
They just lost a 5 year customer that has multiple rental properties!   If I was an unsuspecting consumer, I may have paid this much, but come on, taking advantage like this is uncalled for!
I can not believe they would try to GOUGE like this, I could understand a few hundred difference, but this much was uncalled for!
I WILL NEVER EVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE EVER AGAIN!

Found Ed the Plumber in our church's bulletin. A service call to our building was $125. We had three issues in our unit that needed to be addressed, each issue that we were quoted at $500 per each, or $1,500. This quote was going to cost me more than double the amount I donate to my church every year. I ended up paying the $125, and then had another plumber come in and complete the job for only $200 all together.

If you want to pay high prices, then go to Ed the Plumber. Otherwise I'd just move on.

Dishonest company.  I have eight furnaces for my building and they solicited me for a tune-up and turned off the tenant heat, demanding money to turn it back on BEWARE!!
