Awesome service and great prices. I recently had water in the basement and didn't know why. Suspected that it was the sump pump. I called a few places and found out that it's probably cheaper and easier to purchase a bar of gold. Finally I got ahold of Shannon at performance pro. He quoted me half the price of everyone else and personally showed up to my house two hours later. You could tell he was good at what he did because he was so meticulous but at the same time he knocked out the job in no time at all. Would recommend to anyone!

I hired forte plumbing to install a new kitchen sink and faucet  and to repair the leaky pipe under it. Robert forte came with a woman who was to do the work. she started work on the sink and pipes 3 hours later she was finished.   in the bathroom she installed the pipes and faucet , then realized the faucet didn't fit. she left , came back with another faucet and installed that one.   six hours later Robert forte came back with another plumber and said the kitchen sink was not right. they removed the kitchen sink and reinstalled it.  I paid them.   four days later I am still removing caulk that is oozing from the kitchen sink  I went to put back the toiletries under my vanity and the door fell off. I called the office and the woman said that the door was probably broken before.  I asked if someone could come and fix the door. no one called me back.       VERY DISAPPOINTED INEXPERIENCED PLUMBER SLOPPY JOB  FROM  A COMPANY THAT I TRUSTED            .

The service was great. I had a busted pipe and they came the same day, with all necessary equipment and was out within 20 minutes. I was able to pay via card on the spot. The plumber and his apprentice we're super professional.

I called to schedule a service.  When I told him what was involved, he never called back.  I was not important enough to service.

Jay from Advantage has been the unlucky guy to get assigned a couple of my weekend calls (because, nothing seems to break for me during the work week...). He has always been a great guy to deal with, and has always done excellent work for me. I cannot recommend him or Advantage enough.

Very fast to schedule and arrive. Even though prices were listed, the on-site fee was the maximum of the service price window. I expected that but kind of disappointing. Issue was a plugged kitchen drain with the plug way down the line. Service only required less than an hour, which I was happy with but the fee seems steep for that time spent. Can't really protest it, though. and the drain is done for a long time.

Our condo association hired this company to do a simple rodding job in our
Courtyard. Turns out we had disconnected pipes underground. Greg and Paul stayed from 10am to 7:30pm working on the
Problem (digging thru concrete 4 feet deep, trying to match 100 year old tiles to 2017 tile, etc). Can't say enough positive things about these two guys. Recommend this Company and specifically these two guys!

I'll never do business with Four Seasons again & I encourage others not to as well.
Technician Ygnacio came to my condo on October 27th to tune up my furnace.
Immediately he began to criticize me for not keeping up with the maintenence of the furnace. I had to explain to him I recently purchased the unit & could not speak for the diligence of previous owners.
He then removed the capacitor from the furnace & as he held it in his hand explained to me it was working at 8.3 mfd not the required 10 & needed to be replaced. He wanted to charge $300 to replace it. I looked up the part on Amazon & saw it retailed for $12. I asked why it was so expensive for him to put in a new part instead of the old, since he was already holding it in his hand.He insisted the lifetime guarantee more than made up for the excessive price he quoted me. I declined to purchase the part.
He finished his service, apologized for his contentious behavior & left.
The first week of December my furnace stops working. This time I called Perfect Temp HVAC.
They found the flame sensor dirty & that caused the furnace to shut down. They also found the capacitor working at full capacity.
The Four Seasons technician had not cleaned the flame sensor as he should have & I was out of the money for another service visit.
I contacted Four Season's customer service department to file a complaint & ask for reimbursement for the second service visit.
After reviewing my complaint, CS contacted me on 12/12 to confirm they would mail me a check.
It is now 12/30 & the Check has not arrived.
I've called Four Seasons five times & been told the check mailed on 12/13, then 12/15, then either 12/19 or 12/20 but to be patient, the check is in the mail.
I'm a senior citizen & the additional service call posed a hardship for me during the holidays. I've had it with this company stringing me along with the promise of a check that never comes. They have been the Grinch in my holidays & I'm disgusted by it.
Update: A check was received from Four Seasons reimbursing me for the original service call & the additional service call.

I am so upset with Ed the Plumber. They charged a ridiculous amount of money to show up for a simple job. When I tried to discuss this with them, I got the same sorry, there is nothing I can do speech, and if I refused the service, they were going to charge a $125 fee for showing up. The woman who answers the phone hung up on me when were discussing her unscrupulous pricing tactics. We had used Ed the Plumber in the past, but I will NEVER use them again, and I encourage anyone else NOT to use them as well.

Dishonest company.  I have eight furnaces for my building and they solicited me for a tune-up and turned off the tenant heat, demanding money to turn it back on BEWARE!!
