Responded within minutes of my Yelp inquiry and serviceman arrived within an hour. Quickly assessed the situation and gave me a reasonable estimate. I agreed to the work, they kept me updated as they worked. They solved the problem, including showing me a real time video inside my pipes, and gave me advice for future maintenance . They cleaned up after themselves. I was very pleased with the service and we'll use them again for plumbing needs

Performance Pro Plumbing I believe is a top notch full service plumbing company. I recommend Shannon (Company President)  to everyone I know. I've known Shannon for many years. When ever I come across any plumbing project that requires an expert, I know Shannon is the person for the job. Shannon has always been completely honest and fair. Thank you Shannon for providing our community with a plumber they can count on and trust.

Paul does an awesome job. He has done my water heater as well as my sump pump. He is a really nice guy, courteous, professional, and very responsive. He always shows up on time. His prices are fair and transparent. Definitely the choice for plumbing needs in the western suburbs!

After getting a quote for faucet repair from another company (which advertises on tv) I called forte for a competitive quote. Forte was one third the price and did not require me to join a club. The staff were pleasant and worked quickly. I will call them first if I need more work done.

One star only because they did come to our home fast! But of course they would knowing they would take advantage of new homeowners. Rescue plumbing? Not one bit. They charged almost $2000 for rodding. A service that ABC plumbing/ cooling etc did for $93.
We had to call again due to the issue not being resolved after this company came to fix our problem.
We called and spoke to owner on why it was so expensive and he quickly came to the rescue of his own workers KNOWING we were gouged. He refunded a small amount back but they were not very nice and will never call again.
I hope no one gets taken advantage of by them.

Pete was wonderful! Called him about a dishwasher installation before the holidays and he talked me through how to do it myself and what part I needed. He spent at least 30 minutes on the phone with me, responded to my texts with questions and followed up offering to stop by in the evening in case I needed help. He could not have been more helpful or generous with his time and knowledge. Dishwasher was up and running within 2 hours!

I will be using Burr Oak Plumbing exclusively from now on because of Pete!

Positive experience, was able to call Ray during an emergency at 11pm (I live in Mokena) he came right out fixed the problem. Very nice and didn't charge a fortune. Will  definitely  use again.

I contacted Advantage because of their 5 star rating.  I would've liked to also give a 5 star rating but after my initial contact to set up an appointment time, they never responded to me.  They won't be getting my business or 5 stars.

Everything was great. On time, stayed late to complete the work in one day. Very courteous and professional. Automatically gave us the best way to do the job, even though some parts were outside exactly what was called for.

Don't hesitate to call this company! I had a leaky shower faucet at a rental property in prospect heights. The kind receptionist helped schedule an appointment.
Marc arrived soon after to fix the problem. He showed up on time and solved the problem in a very efficient manner. It didn't take him long he seemed to be very knowledgeable and equipped for the job. It was my first time using a plumber in a long time. I plan on using this local business anytime I have a plumbing issue and you should too.

Doing business with Courtesy was easy. First a phone call that was answered by a very polite person. No menus, no leave a message at the beep but an actual person who arraigned an appointment for the next day.
The plumber was on time , professional and friendly. He completed his work and provided detail explanation of all the services that he performed

Paid him $175 to clean sewer drain but they were still running slow after he was done.

They were great! I had a gas leak and needed a plumber to fix right away to turn my gas back on. They even gave me an estimate and fixed my pipes in 1 morning. The work was great quality as well.

RMO Plumbing is the best. He answered my phone when we were new in town at night around 10 pm. The owner of RMO plumbing helped me over the phone with how to stop the water as I was new in Chicago (moving from the California Bay area) and had no clue how to shut off the valve.

The next day, he prioritized our work although we were new. He came, he fixed, and used as many parts possible (from a new shower that we bought) so that we can have a new/newer bathroom. It was significantly more work for him, but he did it out of a good heart. In the end, he charged us less than what he quoted over the phone.  

Great service, a great attitude, and is overall a great guy...

We live in an older home built in the forties. There are few people familiar with some of the older homes in Hinsdale and the piping. We reached out to Soltwich and they were responsive, affordable and helpful. We definitely recommend their services.

Beware of Four Seasons!! - My 6 year old furnace was making a bit too much noise, so I called them out for an $85 service call.  The technician spoke very fast, and told me I would need two parts replaced, the flame sensor for $350 and the inductor motor for $1,350.  He mumbled something about carbon dioxide poisoning (trying to scare me into buying a new furnace.)  He also said, this is a really bad furnace and it will likely be dead in 9 months, you should probably get a brand new one now for $8,000.  I go online and look up the OEM parts and they are $7 and $120 respectively.  I asked how much was parts and how much was labor from his quote, and he said they don't break it down, but it would take a few hours.  He also said he fixed the humidifier and he was only going to charge me $25 for that.  I called a colleague who is a professional heating and cooling guy, and he was able to get the parts and install both in 10 minutes for a total cost of $220, and he also said the furnace was in otherwise great condition.  So, I paid them $110 for a bunch of lies and extremely exaggerated estimates.  NEVER again will I call them.

After reading my review, I was contacted by Four Seasons and they did refund my $110 for the outrageous quote.   Thanks!!

I am so upset with Ed the Plumber. They charged a ridiculous amount of money to show up for a simple job. When I tried to discuss this with them, I got the same sorry, there is nothing I can do speech, and if I refused the service, they were going to charge a $125 fee for showing up. The woman who answers the phone hung up on me when were discussing her unscrupulous pricing tactics. We had used Ed the Plumber in the past, but I will NEVER use them again, and I encourage anyone else NOT to use them as well.

Dishonest company.  I have eight furnaces for my building and they solicited me for a tune-up and turned off the tenant heat, demanding money to turn it back on BEWARE!!
