I reached out to Zoom Drain on Yelp (along with a few other plumbers) after our kitchen sink backed up and we couldn't find the clog in the accessible pipes. Zoom responded (overnight) very quickly and was able to send someone out that afternoon. Christian was extremely professional. He wore booties in the house and explained everything he was doing and the pricing before he did it. The clog required three times through with the pipe snake but he persisted until the drain was running like normal. I'd highly recommend for both prompt and professional service.

I hired forte plumbing to install a new kitchen sink and faucet  and to repair the leaky pipe under it. Robert forte came with a woman who was to do the work. she started work on the sink and pipes 3 hours later she was finished.   in the bathroom she installed the pipes and faucet , then realized the faucet didn't fit. she left , came back with another faucet and installed that one.   six hours later Robert forte came back with another plumber and said the kitchen sink was not right. they removed the kitchen sink and reinstalled it.  I paid them.   four days later I am still removing caulk that is oozing from the kitchen sink  I went to put back the toiletries under my vanity and the door fell off. I called the office and the woman said that the door was probably broken before.  I asked if someone could come and fix the door. no one called me back.       VERY DISAPPOINTED INEXPERIENCED PLUMBER SLOPPY JOB  FROM  A COMPANY THAT I TRUSTED            .

I woke up with no hot water in my kitchen sino, but hot water in the rest of the house. I attempted to fix it my self....to no avail. Called Rescue plumbers and within a few hours, Logan and Jenkins were at my door!  They found the problem and fixed it right away. Super kind, knowledgable, clean and talked me through everything they did. I would HIGHLY recommend them and will for sure use them if there is another issue.

Our sump pump broke down, and we noticed a small leak in our basement.  We called on Sunday Morning and Dominick was available and able to show up within two hours.  He replaced our system quickly at a very reasonable price and was very helpful.  Will definitely be using Dominick for any future issues and recommending to all of our friends and family.

I came home to a faulty pump in our basement and called advantage plumbing due to their stellar reviews online.

They did not disappoint! Ben the technician came by within the hour on a Friday night and diagnosed the problem quickly. He had to dig up the lid to our drainage area and clean out a whole bunch of sediment that was tampering with our measuring system causing a back up of drainage.

Our basement could have flooded, but luckily Ben caught the problem in time. Highly recommend Advantage, ask for Ben he's a pro!

Plumber Yuri came out in -13c morning to fix my leaky shower faucet. He repaired it expertly and efficiently. He even provided advise for proper operation. Thank you DP&S I am once again very happy with service provided.

Detailed Summary:
We called them for a clogged shower drain which turned out to be caused by ice - presumably in a trap somewhere. They sent 2 guys over who tried to get the ice to thaw over a 2-hour period. After their traditional methods failed, they suggested we make holes in our wall to thaw the pipe - which we respectfully denied (we have other showers so this seemed like complete overkill). They ended their visit with charging us $350 and stating that with patience and luck ice should melt. I don't know about you, but when I call a plumber then I'm really hoping they can resort to more than just luck. Of course I understand that we're being charged something, but $350 seems steep for zero progress.

I was able to thaw the ice myself using equipment I purchased at a local hardware store for less than $25 in less than an hour - and I'm not a plumber.

I contacted them to ask for a partial refund (I wasn't there when the work was done) and was promised a call back that never came - hence this review.

It's now been over 2 weeks and I haven't heard from them which tells me everything I need to know about this business. We won't be using them again in the future.

We cannot say enough positive things about our experience with Courtesy Plumbing. Our garbage disposal was pouring water out of its bottom and after a call to a very compassionate receptionist, our anxiety was lessened. Jason showed up at our door this morning at 8 a.m. and assessed the need for a new one. He was back later to install a new one for us. He was very professional, yet friendly, and very knowledgeable about his work. Thank you, Jason, and thank you, Courtesy Plumbing, for responding so quickly.  We will be calling again.

Paid him $175 to clean sewer drain but they were still running slow after he was done.

They were available to work quickly, and did good work. David was patient and explained not only what the issues with my plumbing were, but how they were caused.

All in all I felt like they took good care of me.

Work done was replacing a pip with a root rupturing it, cleaning a grease trap, and replacing a toilet seal.

They worked with financing partners that allowed for flexible terms that worked for me.

Mike was the first to respond and quote my job. Estimate was fair - not the most expensive / not the least expensive.  Work was completed on time and well - they were super considerate of the house - drop cloths everywhere, booties on and off as they came and went. Overall, Mike and Jr we're a pleasure to work with and handled my last minute audibles with ease!  Definitely will use RMO again!

Always good service and fair prices.  But then again, we have been customers for only about 30 years.  ; )

Please do not go to this company. My furance was working perfect. On January 16th I got a tune up on my furance. The tech Four Seasons sent to my house was only 18 years old. He says he had a certificate he got from 6 months of school. On January 25th my furance stop working. I called Four Seasons they tried to charge my 85.00 dollars to come out but they did waive that fee. The tech told me my motor went out and it will cost $1500.00 to fix it. I called Four Seasons and they told me they would discount it and do it for $850.00 that they were not liable. There is no coincidence that after this inexperienced 18 year old kid touched my furance my motor went out. I was really surprised that a company this big would hire a inexperienced tech to do anything at my home. It takes years to learn this trade. I am aware if the motor is not wired correctly  it can force the motor to go bad. My family is now  left in the winter with no heat. They sent another tech out to my home he says the same thing the motor went out. He tells me my furance is old and that's normal. A furance can last 20 to 30 years. My furance is 10 years old that is not normal. 10 years is not old for a furance. I have done business with this company. I bought a new furance for one of my other houses two years ago. I bought a new air conditioning unit for this house a year ago. I feel like they don't care that you do business with them you are only beneficial when you are spending money. I have been good customer  to Four Seasons.We should start a class action law suit against Four Seasons.

Found Ed the Plumber in our church's bulletin. A service call to our building was $125. We had three issues in our unit that needed to be addressed, each issue that we were quoted at $500 per each, or $1,500. This quote was going to cost me more than double the amount I donate to my church every year. I ended up paying the $125, and then had another plumber come in and complete the job for only $200 all together.

If you want to pay high prices, then go to Ed the Plumber. Otherwise I'd just move on.

Where to even begin.....

We hired Tim Shey, the owner, to do some plumbing work. Initially he came off as being a normal tradesmen... His bedside manor was a little abrasive but not so bad that I didn't think to not use him.

Well, I wish I would have cut ties the moment I picked up on that abrasiveness b/c my experience with him turned out to be an absolute nightmare. My experience with him was absolutely abusive and for no reason. For a long time i asked myself what I did to deserve him being so rude and disrespectful and then I finally realized that I did nothing at all to deserve the treatment bestowed upon us.

On top of the abuse, here I am, months later and i've had issue after issue with the plumbing. Very basic things were missed. Most recently, we had to hire a plumber to come out to fix one of the toilets he installed. Lord knows how long it's been leaking but I happed to notice one day that water was leaking out the back every time the toilet was flushed. It turns out that he didn't install it correctly as the top wasn't tighten to the base. The damage this has caused ....... I wonder if he did it purposely? I really do.... We also have had issues with every faucet he installed. Every single one had to be reinstalled. Additionally, one of the shower heads was leaking . That was another plumber visit. I keep going on and on with the issues but I'm sure you get the point.

This was not my personal experience but I spoke to another person who hired him who needed an additional week to pay him for his services and instead of waiting, he went to her home, pushed himself through her door and ripped out all of her plumbing so that she couldn't access any water! Who does that!

Please note that this was my personal experience with Tim. I'll never understand why I didn't just ask him to leave my condo the minute he was disrespectful.
