Paul is super nice and we love our new kitchen faucet. He was able to fix our leaking moen hose the same day I called. I liked being able to communicate via text and getting our new Kohler faucet from his design warehouse vs the big box guys like Home Depot and Lowe's that are typically lowered end items. I have used Forte Plumbing for the past 10+ years in two different houses.  I can't even remember how much we have spent with them.  Today, we had a hot water issue - leaking all over the basement and they told me they were too busy to help me.  When I said, I guess I will have to go elsewhere, the owner just hung up.  No recommendations; no accommodations.  I am someone who believes in loyalty especially for small local businesses.  How was I rewarded by Forte?  with a sorry we can't help you and a hang up.

We had a garbage disposal that went out and a Bidet that needed to be installed. The person on the phone was very nice and it was easy to schedule and appointment.  They scheduled a free estimate, arrived on time, and were very professional.  Logan and his partner Dennis inspected the items I had called and provided what I thought was a quick and fair estimate.  I decided to have them do the work and they started immediately.  They wrapped up the jobs quickly, professionally, and with no mess.  Overall it was a very easy experience thanks to Logan's clear and professional explanation and execution of the work required.

I wish I could give Dominick ten stars! 2am and the sump pump alarm is going crazy and pouring rain outside. I frantically call two contractors I have dealt with and four other ones trying to find somebody and then happen on Sump Pump Doctor as Dominick picks up the phone and shows up within the hour. He replaced both my sump pumps (the other had not been working for quite a while), explained that the previous guy put in a Zolar and to stay away from that brand. He also put in a different check valve that doesn't sound like a mini thunderclap every time the pump discharges. And the emergency price was $750 with the pump, install, radon pipe modifications which is less than most would charge during non-emergency hours. I cannot say enough about the professionalism and responsiveness of Dominick. He also does injector pumps (which I wish I knew when mine went down last month and I got a good soaking not only from the water in the basement but from the guy who changed it). Thanks Dominick! You are a life saver!!!!

This review is regarding customer service: He called me back asap regarding the problem we were having in our sink. We didn't use his service because my house was under warranty and the contracted plumber came and fixed it. In the future, we will be using Burr Oak Plumbing. Thank you for calling us back.

Jay from Advantage has been the unlucky guy to get assigned a couple of my weekend calls (because, nothing seems to break for me during the work week...). He has always been a great guy to deal with, and has always done excellent work for me. I cannot recommend him or Advantage enough.

I had a stuck cartridge inside of my shower valve, which I already tried to remove myself, and actually partially broke the old cartridge.

The technician showed up during the allocated time frame.  Before arriving I received a text message that I am next.

They charged me $160 (the regular price is $180, but I had my own cartridge).  I felt it was a little overpriced, but I already tried to do it myself for three hours and knew that it is not that simple.

It took the technician less than an hour to remove the old cartridge and to clean up sediment with acid, otherwise, the new cartridge would not fit.

The technician wore a face mask the whole time he was inside of the house, which is greatly appreciated in COVID times.

This was the third plumbing company I tried to contact this week, and the only one that answered the phone... AND they took care of my stopped up sink the same day. Really fantastic experience, friendly, no nonsense, very reasonably priced, would 1000% recommend them. Thank you MD.

Our water heater went out and Nick was able to come out the same day and replace it... great service, good price and excellent communication. They also advocated on my behalf with the manufacturer on the possibility of a credit for the old WH. Several weeks later I had a question about the WH and they came right out, answered my questions and didn't charge a service fee.  They've been wonderful to work with and are highly recommended.

Had water backup into the basement and needed a plumber quickly.  Looked online for a good plumber as I don't have a regular plumber.  Saw reviews for Greg, the sewer guy, quick response, fixed the problem and was a nice person to deal with so that's who I chose to call.  He did return my call immediately, gave me a two hour arrival time, he immediately identified the problem and fixed it.  The outside catch basin needed rodding out. He even rinsed down the basement.  Would call him again and highly recommend him.

They were great! I had a gas leak and needed a plumber to fix right away to turn my gas back on. They even gave me an estimate and fixed my pipes in 1 morning. The work was great quality as well.

Derrick was very professional, listen to problem and worked out solution.... need new faucet, water lines ok. He will return to install faucet for a reasonable charge.

I've used these folks for 20 plus years and have always found them to be prompt, thorough and knowledgeable. My house has the usual and unusual array of plumbing issues and the problems we've had were sometimes simple and occasionally complex. Things were always explained thoroughly and the work done promptly and well! My neighbor referred me to them and told me she'd used a variety of companies over the years and found these folks to be reliable and consistent! I agree with her wholeheartedly! They charge $85 to diagnose AC. Many places do this, however I told them when I made the appointment that the condenser fan motor was bad. Technician missed the 8am-12pm window with no update or courtesy call. After an hour of back and forth with customer service, technician shows up at 4 doesn't have the part AND wants $1100 to replace a 1/8 HP motor. I bought the part for $120 (their price was $920, a 760% mark up) overnight on amazon, replaced it myself in 30 min. DO NOT waste your time with these crooks. If you must, DO NOT agree to pay what they quote you, get a second quote, do some research; it might save you thousands!!!!

They scammed their $85 from me, consider it severance pay... take a hike Four Seasons.

I am so upset with Ed the Plumber. They charged a ridiculous amount of money to show up for a simple job. When I tried to discuss this with them, I got the same sorry, there is nothing I can do speech, and if I refused the service, they were going to charge a $125 fee for showing up. The woman who answers the phone hung up on me when were discussing her unscrupulous pricing tactics. We had used Ed the Plumber in the past, but I will NEVER use them again, and I encourage anyone else NOT to use them as well.

Dishonest company.  I have eight furnaces for my building and they solicited me for a tune-up and turned off the tenant heat, demanding money to turn it back on BEWARE!!
