I had frozen pipes and was able to get a same day appointment.  Pete and his apprentice came out and were able to help me do some troubleshooting to thaw out the pipes without any kind of expensive solution.  He also gave me his cell phone # to call him directly if I had any additional problems or concerns.  Definitely recommend and will use them again if I have any plumbing needs.

Dominik was amazing.  He was extremely responsive and got us our back up system within a day.  He also takes the time to answer questions and help you from a preventative stand point so you are prepared in case of emergency.  He will be our go to for all sump pump and ejector pump related questions and services.

Pete just finished our bathroom remodel and had to relocate the drain along with moving water lines. He did a phenomenal job and I would highly recommend him to anyone else. Thanks again Pete! Hopefully my wife doesn't have any more projects for you

I called to schedule a service.  When I told him what was involved, he never called back.  I was not important enough to service.

I have used Advantage a few times for miscellaneous plumbing issues in my 100 year old house. I had some small issues (slow draining drains, low water pressure, etc.) and eventually a whole house re-pipe. I love having someone I know I can have over with one phone call and not have to think about it any further.  

I have had a few different technicians and they are always knowledgeable, courteous, and clean. I know I can trust Advantage and was able to leave the house during the re-pipe with no concerns.  I would highly recommend Advantage Plumbing to anyone looking for a plumber, whether it be a big or small job.

Words cannot express how I overjoyed I am to be referred to MD Plumbing & Sewer. From the initial phone call to job completion, Marc was personable, professional and dependable. He arrived 1 hour earlier than stated. His partner unclogged a toilet in a mere 15 minutes. In addition, he ASKED me if it was ok to replace a part. He didn't tell me; he asked me. I HIGHLY recommend MD Plumbing & Sewer. I only made one additional call to another plumber prior to calling Marc. Prices were more than reasonable and fair. Too bad all contractors couldn't be this honest, reliable and thorough!

These people came out to the complex, didn't give us proper notice, shut our water off, because they were working in the building unannounced. I saw the one plumber in his vehicle texting, when I returned, he jumped out and ran into the building. I was gone for about 25 minutes. I have watched these guys milk the clock, so much, its ridiculous!! Getting back to my misfortune with them. Since, they were in the building unannounced, I was struggling to get water to bathe with, since, they turned the water off. I subsequently had to leave, and forgot to put the lever down, because no water was coming out. I got a call from the neighbor explaining there was water coming into the laundry room. They turned off the water, but, never called me, nor did the Association. Had they called me, I would have instructed my friend to bring my key, so that they could enter my unit properly....instead, they broke into my home....breaking my stick, holding the window close, and forcefully entered my home, and taking some important items!!! I filed a police report, and they basically did nothing. They also left the chair under my window all weekend, that they used to gain entry!!! How irresponsible!!! In addition, to leaving my unit available for anyone to come in. I am saying to you.....potential clients....do not use this company!!! They may have a few positive ratings, but, this is the real truth about this company. They do dirty stuff like this, then hide behind the Association, to get away with dirty deeds!!!! You have been warned!!!! Of course you would defend the actions of your company....should I post the police report, and the police response??? You can call the new Association that was just put in place after the incident!!! I am not going to go back and forth with you Michael....keep defending the actions of your irresponsible workers!!!! By the way Robyn Braun, just started with the Association, in November or December!!!! Right there, he claims to have known her for 15 years. So, I don't think that's going to help you Michael!!! Train your people better!!!

I am a business owner x3, and I am also a consumer. I am letting people know to be aware of this company.
I reached out to these people requesting payment for my loss, and they never answered. They left my unit open, with a chair under my window, and think they are not responsible!! They took the screen out, and never put it back, I've found it.......I warn you people, I have spoken to many people in this complex, and they prefer that this company not working on the premises. There have been many complaints about this company!!! I encourage anyone wanting to do business with them, to read and share this review.....this is very serious!!!

Everything everyone else said is true!  Mom's sewer was chock full of roots, causing a terrible backup in her bathroom.  He arrived within a half hour and had the problem resolved quickly for a more than fair price.  Why is it the people you don't want to have to deal with are always the kind of people you want to deal with all the time?!?  Thanks, Greg!

They were great! I had a gas leak and needed a plumber to fix right away to turn my gas back on. They even gave me an estimate and fixed my pipes in 1 morning. The work was great quality as well.

Needed someone to install a new kitchen sink, faucet, and garbage disposal. Mikey was very professional and knowledgeable. You can tell he pays attention to detail and wants the customer to be happy with his work! Extremely satisfied how it turned out.  Highly recommend.

Always good service and fair prices.  But then again, we have been customers for only about 30 years.  ; )

4 season has always done professional work and been on time within stated quote of arrival. Had furnace replace gas piping replace toilet seals fitings in showers and kitchen also  Laundry all done   Neat and clean the best about 4 seasons they have plenty of helpers to  Assist in finishing the job Whenever they need extra parts.

Found Ed the Plumber in our church's bulletin. A service call to our building was $125. We had three issues in our unit that needed to be addressed, each issue that we were quoted at $500 per each, or $1,500. This quote was going to cost me more than double the amount I donate to my church every year. I ended up paying the $125, and then had another plumber come in and complete the job for only $200 all together.

If you want to pay high prices, then go to Ed the Plumber. Otherwise I'd just move on.

Dishonest company.  I have eight furnaces for my building and they solicited me for a tune-up and turned off the tenant heat, demanding money to turn it back on BEWARE!!
