They came out, looked at everything.  Did video of the septic line.  They found the blockage, cleared the line and ran the line a second time.  Stayed to verify that there were no issues.  They ran the washer and turned on every faucet for 10 minutes to verify the issue was fixed.  

I had hired a previous company that did absolutely nothing  but take my money.  This company was very professional and told me everything they were doing the whole time.  

Job well done and they will be my first call if I have any issues in the future.   I highly recommend this company.

We recently had a plumbing disaster right before a major family infestation was about to invade our house.  Shannon and crew, despite dealing with their own substantial work load, were able to juggle everything and get the work done just in the nick of time, and UNDER BUDGET!!!  I really can't thank these guys enough for giving us our family Easter back!  Would recommend performance pro to anyone.

Paul deserves a recent review! If you want a tradesman that is honest, you should just dial his number. Paul tried to have me solve my misfiring water heater via text message.  When I did, unfortunately,  need a new one, he replaced it quickly at a fair price. So happy to have encountered this great businessman.

After getting a quote for faucet repair from another company (which advertises on tv) I called forte for a competitive quote. Forte was one third the price and did not require me to join a club. The staff were pleasant and worked quickly. I will call them first if I need more work done.

I had multiple plumbing issues and Pete and Noah were great. They gave me an honest evaluation of the problems and were upfront about the solutions and the cost of repairs.  They did a good job repairing my kitchen faucet and bathroom sink drain and supplied me with an estimate for the larger repairs.   I really appreciated that they were on-time and available right away, I highly recommend these guys - thank you!!

Pete was really good and knowledgeable. I found a leak Ofer the weekend, not an emergency so I decided to email on a Sunday morning, hoping that the next day I'll get a call back. I was surprised to hear back from Pete shortly after my email. He listened to my description of the issues and was there the next day. After evaluating the issue he discovered the problem was something else. Much cheaper to fix too. He worked around my busy Monday to get the plumbing issue fix right away at a reasonable price.  Once the work was completed he took the time to explain what was done. I even had a question after he left the site and he answered promptly and very cordial. Definitely the number it's now on my contact list for any other future plumbing work. Thank you!

We have been using Ray as our plumber for 15 years. He's gotten us through some nasty plumbing problems. He's quick to respond to calls. His work is dependable. His prices are reasonable. But today, he earned a permanent place in my heart: he hooked up an icemaker for me!! I love ice in my drinks and hate making it in ice trays. Now, I won't have to thanks to Ray.

I would give them 10 stars if possible. We were in bad shape with a sewer smell in our home of 25 years. They took my call on Friday at 4pm on Labor day weekend. From that moment forward they took control of the situation keeping us informed with next steps and costs. Excavation and pipe replacement were needed. We made an insurance claim. They were responded quickly to each of the adjuster's questions/ requests. We did receive some coverage from our insurer. Hoping we are good got another 25 years!!!

These guys are lifesavers! They are professional and prompt. Responsive and attentive. They saved the day quickly when first our toilets were clogged, and later our disposal. (The kids now know to keep away!)

Sometimes you're in a jam and need a competent plumber to help you through a small disaster. Someone that knows about plumbing needs, sump pumps or sewers and you kinda need'em in a heartbeat. It's in that moment that going with the wrong contractor or GC (general contractor) can cost you an arm and a leg. Calling any valid contractor (that is established and insured) outside normal business hours, ie after-hours can lead to extravagant costs. I mention this because it's something, I as a property manager & neighbor  have dealt with. (After hours or emergency service can sometimes be an additional cost on top of their repair costs. Some charge flat fees and others a percentage.) (I would NOT, nor should you, pay any uninsured contractor any emergency monies in the same case. If someone is uninsured and working anything on your property, their errors are now yours.)

In regards to MD plumbing, they offer affordable pricing and haven't yet gouged me in any a circumstance. So in my book I give'em high regard. I have gone with them a handful of times over the years. I like their casual approach with regards to customers. It's on a friendly and helpful level. Depending on the need, they could help or offer helpful advice.

Had a great first experience with Courtesy Plumbing!  Dishwasher wasn't working so called a technician to repair it. He had to leave it overnight to get a part. My wife went to wash dishes at the sink and water began pouring out of the cabinet underneath. Called Courtesy the next day. They gave me a two hour window to have someone out. Within 30 mins they called and asked if it was ok to have someone to arrive within 30 minutes! ?!  Plumber arrived exactly on time and within minutes diagnosed the problem. Told us how to explain the problem to the dishwasher tech. Said he could make the repairs but it would be a $400-$500 job and not really necessary.  Assured us it would be fine once the dishwasher repairs were done. Said he'd come right back if needed. He left and didn't charge us a thing!!   Once the Dishwasher tech was finished everything worked great.  No more leaks.  We So appreciated the honesty of the Plummer and quick  service!!! Will definitely call them again next time have a plumbing problem.

They were great! I had a gas leak and needed a plumber to fix right away to turn my gas back on. They even gave me an estimate and fixed my pipes in 1 morning. The work was great quality as well.

Derrick was very professional, listen to problem and worked out solution.... need new faucet, water lines ok. He will return to install faucet for a reasonable charge.

So I just had a plumber over to the house to look at the garbage disposal.  He looked at it for 5 mins and told me it was bad and I had to replace it.  He then tried to upcharge me by trying to sell me one for $150 or a better one for $300.  Since I told him they were overpriced and that I was going to buy one myself, he tried to charge me $136 for him coming to my house for 5 mins.  Couldn't believe it. He stated that was there hourly fee and they had to charge me for 1 hour.  Obviously I didn't pay it.  First they try to overcharge me significantly for the garbage disposal and then they want to charge me for an hour of work at $136 an hour!!  I would go elsewhere with your plumbing needs. Perhaps someone who is more trustworthy.

Horrible experience. It took 3 days and 3 different technicians to install new furnace and a/c unit. Day 1 they worked until 2:00 AM!  Said they couldn't finish because circuit board was bad. On a brand new furnace?  Day 2 tech said board is fine but the blower is bad. On brand new furnace. He didn't have one. Day 3 tech spent over 5 hours but finally got the job done.  Will never use them again.  I feel they sold me faulty product and the first installers didn't have a clue what they were doing

Found Ed the Plumber in our church's bulletin. A service call to our building was $125. We had three issues in our unit that needed to be addressed, each issue that we were quoted at $500 per each, or $1,500. This quote was going to cost me more than double the amount I donate to my church every year. I ended up paying the $125, and then had another plumber come in and complete the job for only $200 all together.

If you want to pay high prices, then go to Ed the Plumber. Otherwise I'd just move on.

Where to even begin.....

We hired Tim Shey, the owner, to do some plumbing work. Initially he came off as being a normal tradesmen... His bedside manor was a little abrasive but not so bad that I didn't think to not use him.

Well, I wish I would have cut ties the moment I picked up on that abrasiveness b/c my experience with him turned out to be an absolute nightmare. My experience with him was absolutely abusive and for no reason. For a long time i asked myself what I did to deserve him being so rude and disrespectful and then I finally realized that I did nothing at all to deserve the treatment bestowed upon us.

On top of the abuse, here I am, months later and i've had issue after issue with the plumbing. Very basic things were missed. Most recently, we had to hire a plumber to come out to fix one of the toilets he installed. Lord knows how long it's been leaking but I happed to notice one day that water was leaking out the back every time the toilet was flushed. It turns out that he didn't install it correctly as the top wasn't tighten to the base. The damage this has caused ....... I wonder if he did it purposely? I really do.... We also have had issues with every faucet he installed. Every single one had to be reinstalled. Additionally, one of the shower heads was leaking . That was another plumber visit. I keep going on and on with the issues but I'm sure you get the point.

This was not my personal experience but I spoke to another person who hired him who needed an additional week to pay him for his services and instead of waiting, he went to her home, pushed himself through her door and ripped out all of her plumbing so that she couldn't access any water! Who does that!

Please note that this was my personal experience with Tim. I'll never understand why I didn't just ask him to leave my condo the minute he was disrespectful.
